We were moving to another state while planning our wedding. Working with Wedgewood made things so easy and stress-free. Choosing their recommended vendors and having most of the cost in a lump-sum payment was also a plus. The food at the wedding was incredible! My guests couldnât stop talking about how good the food was. The venue is beautiful and the team was all so wonderful. They have a lot of signs and decor available if you donât want to provide your own (table signs, reserved signs, cake stand, unplugged sign, etc). I just canât stop thinking about how simple the whole thing was and that we could just enjoy the day!

From the moment I toured the venue for the first time to the final minute of my wedding, I felt truly taken care of by a team that was extraordinarily knowledgeable, meticulous, and big-hearted.Shaina, in particular, was a paragon of hard work, passion and kindness. With the weather forecast being so unpredictable and my strong desire to have an outdoor wedding - she did everything in her power to make my vision a reality. And though we couldn't control the weather, her and the team worked tirelessly to ensure our guests were comfortable - moving everything to a different location at the last minute to avoid the rain. Great experience, would highly recommend to everyone including my own sisters. The communication was great throughout the process, especially because we were no longer living in SD but were planning our wedding from Texas. They work very well with their preferred vendors that allows for the event to run smoothly.

Absolutely great experience from start to finish! After deciding to do our wedding in the San Diego area and checking out a few different venues, we instantly loved Fallbrook Estate and their Wedgewood team sealed the deal for us. They were beyond professional from the beginning and their systematic approach to planning and coordination was so seamless and easy. We were able to easily plan our wedding over 8 months, including us relocating from California to New York in the middle of planning resulting in the majority of our meetings being done over the phone. Every time we spoke, they picked right up where we left of and recalled all of our requests and details. The vendors provided were also outstanding. Our officiant was Jeff Huss who is THE BEST - he genuinely loves what he does and makes you and your guests feel like heâs known you for years. We really appreciated him incorporating our story into his service and kept it short and sweet just as we wanted. We had G from DJ Maestro who was also fantastic - Wedgewood had us complete a simple step by step music packet that G reviewed with us over video chat the week before. He showed up the day of ready to work and nailed everything we wanted. Our delicious cake was done by Jennifer from Elegance on Display, she hosted us for a fun taste testing early in the process and can do anything you want. Lastly, our day of coordinator was Abby who is an absolute rockstar. She was so fun, sweet, attentive and patient throughout the event and kept everything moving without zero stress for us. She is a total pro and made the ceremony and reception absolutely perfect.This is truly a wonderful place for a wedding. It is a beautiful location that is remote yet easy to find and makes everything extremely convenient for your guests - the ceremony site and reception area are directly next to each other. Thereâs plenty of parking and locker rooms + bride / groom suites for getting ready. The views are amazing, especially if you do the outdoor ceremony with the mountains and water in the background with a California sunset. To top it all off, we found the pricing to be great as well. We priced out multiple different options and Fallbrook Estate was by far the best overall, we were very pleased knowing SoCal weddings are some of the most expensive in the country.We canât say enough good things about the whole experience. If you need a venue, go see Abby, Katie, Mikayla and Shaina at Fallbrook Estate and you will not regret it. Thank you ladies once again!!

WOW! What a wonderful venue and staff!! The grounds are gorgeous, with so many indoor and outdoor options. We were very happy with the planning process, the staff was easy to speak with and always quick to respond. Where to begin with the Wedgewood team! They were all so incredibly helpful, from the beginning through the the very end. Tom, Audrey, Melinda, and Mikayla (just to name a few of the amazing people who helped make our wedding perfect) couldn't have made our day better if they'd tried. They worked with us on dietary restrictions (dairy and gluten) for both us and our guests, and they even let us make some changes to the meat options that were served (jerk chicken instead of rosemary chicken and a DELICIOUS demi-glaze on the roast beef) at no extra cost. To top it off, there was a massive fire happening the entire week leading up to our wedding that almost made it so my wedding party wouldn't have anywhere to get ready on the day of our wedding. Wedgewood offered to open up the venue as an alternative getting ready spot for the entire morning of our wedding.From day one, the Wedgwood team went above and beyond. Thank you. You really made our wedding day something my husband and I will remember with fondness for the rest of our lives.

Great service leading up to wedding! Wedding rehearsal was rushed. A Vendor (photo booth) they provided were very late and had equipment issues the whole night. The day of coordinator was overwhelmed, and my wedding was small (40 people). Thankful for DJ George, HE saved the wedding and was amazing! The food was incredible, bar service outstanding.If your thinking of having your wedding there, make sure to ask about what can be done if Their vendors don't provide service, or you can be stuck with paying for something not provided.

I chose to work with Wedgewood because I was also juggling my full time job and buying a house, all in the same year as having a wedding! Wedgewood kept it super simple for us to manage. On the weekend of the event, I really did get to enjoy myself with all my loved ones and my now-husband. All the local vendors were also familiar with each other and the venue, so the coordination between everyone working the event was perfect. I really appreciate Wedgewood providing an immaculate planning process AND a spectacular evening.But why did I choose the Fallbrook venue location? Because I wanted to give my out-of-towners a slice of golden hour magic in Southern California. The moon rising over the hills as the sky turned pink and then purple gave the event a warm atmosphere.

Everyone always talks about how stressful wedding planning is but honestly, I felt like it couldnât have been easier. And the day of, everything was flawless and so well done. We loved this wedding venue. They had a plan for the whole day and knew how to make our wedding amazing. We did not have to stress at all the day of. They made sure everything was taken care of and if anything changed, they said we will take care of it. They are easy to contact and they are very helpful, respectful and nice. We loved this wedding venue. They had a plan for the whole day and knew how to make our wedding amazing. We did not have to stress at all the day of. They made sure everything was taken care of and if anything changed, they said we will take care of it. They are easy to contact and they are very helpful, respectful and nice. The wedding day was everything we could imaging. This space could easily hold our 120 guests and it did not feel crowded at all.

I truly can't recommend Wedgewood Fallbrook highly enough. Because of the pandemic, my husband and I ended up working with their team for over two years after we postponed our wedding. I can honestly say that every interaction I had with any member of their team left me feeling supported, equipped, and genuinely excited for our day--and excitement was a pretty rare feeling to come by as we managed the disappointments and griefs of the pandemic. The venue is beautiful, the coordinators are excellent, the food is great, and the whole Wedgewood team is so attentive. We had a small wedding, about 60 people, and there was sloppy preparation by the Wedgwood staff. They failed to put up table numbers and correct number of placements at each table so guests were standing during our grant entrance. in my opinion it really shouldn't be that hard to plan for 60 people, I couldn't imagine how poorly it would have been organized by the Wedgwood planners if it was a 200+ person event. Their nominated vendors to use (baker, florist, invitations) with our package (which was the elite package) were very limited and below average. Although it's convenient that they take care of everything it would have worked out better if I just did it myself. Overall for the amount we spent I really expected better service.

My partner and I did just that and it was the best decision we made in terms of choosing our wedding venue. Audrey and Sydney were our wedding coordinators and both made wedding planning fun, stress-free and simple. They are both detail oriented, passionate about what they do, kind and beyond professional. My husband and I were married here 1/18/19 and we are so happy to write this review. We are an out of state couple living in Michigan. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but couple that with the fact that you can't visualize 80% of your planning because of the situation and it's enough to make you scream. Let me tell you that the staff at Wedgewood made our experience soooo EASY!Audrey was our coordinator on the day-of, although we had the pleasure of working with all of the girls on staff. We chose the top tier package (Elite) and the pricing was entirely reasonable! Once we signed our papers, they provided us with a ton of information and a binder which is designed to check things off as decisions are made. I loved this binder because it covered almost everything, even things I would have never thought of.The ladies on staff have this process down- they call/email and send reminders and were consistently prompt in their communications with us (what we called \"touch-bases\"). In addition, I would have occasional email spurts where I would ask so many questions. These girls not only responded promptly, but never made me feel anything but supported throughout the whole process. This truly took away so much stress. Even when we chose to fire our florist 1 month before our wedding (yikes!), the girls kept their cool, supported us in our decision and got us connected with another florist who did not disappoint.The fact that this venue is all-inclusive, genuinely made everything so stress free. On the day of, our coordinator Audrey was attentive and touched base frequently. The only issue we encountered on \"the big day\" was that our tables were not set up according to the lay out discussed over the phone. This was caught by one of my bridesmaids before guests were seated and Audrey did her best to correct the error. Unfortunately, my husband and I still noticed some of our guest tables were not in the correct place, so that was kind of a bummer. Regardless, the rest of the night went off without a hitch!In summary, Wedgewood Fallbrook and their staff are 100% phenomenal. They never once made us feel ridiculous or like we were asking for too much- they were kind, considerate and complimentary the whole year we spent planning with them. The food was delicious, the program went extremely smooth, and any little hiccups were taken care of so swiftly. I worried about NOTHING on my wedding day. I would highly recommend Wedgewood to anyone. So easy to work with and straight forward with cost, and expectations.

We were on the fence between having a wedding or going on an amazing honeymoon so to help us decide, we took a look at different venues. Once I saw this venue, I was immediately able to picture us standing at the altar surrounded by our loved ones. The venue was as pretty as it looked in photos. Then upon meeting Audrey and Katie, I knew we had to have the wedding here. When we were looking for venues, we had in mind that we needed to plan this wedding from Texas with only 5 months of time, so the planning process had to be as convenient as possible. Wedgewood Fallbrook did not fall short of our expectations and provided us with the information needed to keep us on track. They came with a list of amazing vendors which saved us an insurmountable amount of time. Each of them earned us endless compliments from our guests. The food was delicious. The hors d'oeuvres were great. The salmon and filet mignon were well made and tender. My brother ate THREE steaks other guests couldnât finish! Jennifer at Elegance on Display created a tiered cupcake tower that was more beautiful than I envisioned. Best of all, all of the flavors tasted great!Chelsea at Everlove was so sweet and was able to make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We even received the finished photos less than a month after the wedding day and they were beautifulGeorge at Southern Cali Djs was so much fun and was great at getting everyone to be involved, including the guests who refused to be on the dancefloor.Lastly, Katie and Audrey kept our sanity intact. They are so sweet and helpful. They were always quick to reply to emails/answer phone calls and were the calming voices to my neurotic wedding planning soul. Katie was our coordinator for the rehearsal & the wedding and we could not have asked for a better coordinator. The decorations came out great and she led everything to run smoothly on the big dayThanks to the entire team at Fallbrook, we had a wedding that was beyond anything we couldâve asked for without breaking the bank!

I was debating writing a review, but I keep getting emails from them to review so I thought I should just do it. Iâll make it short and simple: the location is pretty, the perks of their low-cost packages really were amazing until you deal with their vendors, the food was killer, all of their preselected vendors were absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this venue for a wedding.We had issues all the way through the wedding day, and even after. I will say that the staff at the wedgewood fallbrook really do know what theyâre doing, itâs everyone else that were horrible. Our coordinator really did try her best to make everything right, was extremely communicative, and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. It was 100% their vendors that ruined our wedding day at this location, which negates the purpose of booking with them because of the convenience of their packages. If you want the full run down, see below.Hereâs our issues: flowers that were delivered werenât our flowers (we were eventually refunded, but the florist they use is extremely rude and really horrible with communication); they allow people to golf on your wedding day, as well as have access to the club house which is right next to where youâre exchanging your vows ( we had a club member scream very loudly about how he wasnât allowed access to the bathrooms during our ceremony); the lady that drives a snack bar golf cart narrowly missed running over my wedding dress while we were taking pictures, she did run over several our wedding partyâs belongings and refused to pay damages; our DJ was so awful, he ended up getting fired for his behavior and lack of preparation; our dessert lady had to be contacted by Wedgewood to get her act together; we excluded the one nightâs stay at another golf course thatâs included in their package because it wreaked of urine and was 1990s style decor.The manager at the wedgewood told us that what happened to us ânever happensâ. There was much more, but I think youâll get the gist of it. Iâm a planner by profession, and none of what occurred should have happened given the amount of information, pre work and leg work that I did before the wedding.

Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for this beyond beautiful venue. At the beginning of our search for a venue, we had checked out another Wedgewood location and were immediately turned off from the whole Wedgewood experience. (said venue is no longer in business) Luckily we decided to go check out the Wedgewood in Fallbrook. Our first thought was \"wow, its really out here.\" But as soon as we stepped onto the grounds, we instantly fell in love. Then we met with Audrey who immediately clicked with my fiance and me. She was so warm and welcoming and helpful. We booked the venue that day for our special day. The price was in our budget and we couldn't be happier with the decision to have our wedding there. Throughout the next 4 months to follow, the staff was more than accommodating with helping our wedding day dreams come to life. We lived pretty far away so when we couldn't make it out there for our appointments, they were able to do them over the phone with me. As the day got closer, we got to meet more of the staff that would be there for the day of our wedding. We visited a couple time and one time with his parents and decided to stay for lunch in the clubhouse. Tonya was working that day and we loved her so we requested her to be our bartender. She was so on her game and just had a good energy about her. Joanie was out day of Captain and she was probably the sweetest woman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. There was not one person on staff that day that wasn't making sure me and my now husband and even all my guests were 100% taken care of. Including the GM Tim. He even went and made a tee time at the golf course for my husband and a few of our friends and family members the day before our wedding. If i had to do it all over, I wouldn't change a thing. I LOVE this venue and everyone that helped make my special day the smoothest and an absolute dream come true! Thank you so much for all your hard work and help throughout this process!

They allow you to make as many personalizations as you want, so really nothing about this is cookie cutter. The coordinators work magic. They always made sure that our needs were met at all times during planning, the ceremony, and the reception. I had major issues with some of my bridal party, but the problem was solved before I could even knew about itâTHATS how amazing these people are.Also, did I mention how affordable it all was?! I really did have my dream wedding and I didnât have to break the bank. I honestly donât have anything negative to say. Get married here!!

Look no further, you have found the best place to get married at! As soon as we took a tour of the venue, we knew that was where we would be getting married. The planning process is super easy. Once you set your date, you get your planning book that breaks down the different parts of the wedding. Their planning process is super easy and reduces your stress by 1000%. As a bride, you usually stress out, but with Wedgewood, you will have very minimal stress. You meet them four months before the wedding for your planning meeting and pick everything there. Super easy and personable. Side note: go to one of their wedding venue extravaganzas! You get to talk to all the vendors and get pricing and setup appointments and taste the food. Itâll definitely help you out. The wedding day was so wonderful. Wedgewood does everything and you donât have to worry about a thing. Everything is all setup. The wedding coordinator helps get everyone in place and the banquet captain is a lifesaver during the reception. The food was wonderful and everything was great! The venue itself is gorgeous. Very beautiful and great for pictures and video. If you havenât already, go ahead and send them a message and start planning your wedding at Wedgewood!

My fiancé and I visited this beautiful location on Friday 03/23/2018 in search of the perfect reception venue for our wedding. We were greeted by the oh-so-wonderful Katey Lowry in the front lobby. To start our tour, she showed us the suites for both the bride and groom before continuing to the ceremony area, cocktail hour area, banquet room, and lounge/bar. I had my weeding in Fallbrook San Diego, Wedgewood. If you are looking for an affordable, beautiful and hassle free wedding venue this is your spot. From the first day we went there, we loved it. Thought it was going to be way too expensive but they work with us. You have so many options, with flowers, dĂ©cor, cake, and your music, just everything in everything. I had my weeding in Fallbrook San Diego, Wedgewood. If you are looking for an affordable, beautiful and hassle free wedding venue this is your spot. From the first day we went there, we loved it. Thought it was going to be way too expensive but they work with us. You have so many options, with flowers, dĂ©cor, cake, and your music, just everything in everything. When we were looking for a venue, we wanted to find a place we loved but it was also important that it was in our budget as well. Wedgewood Fallbrook was able to fulfill every request we had. Their all-inclusive packages made wedding planning easier than I ever imagined it would be. Aubree and Kristen were so helpful throughout the 9 months of planning and they were able to keep up with my paranoid anxiety attacks. I was able to visit the venue whenever I wanted to get ideas, ask questions or just get a better idea of how certain décor pieces would feel in the space. Kayla was our coordinator and she was also FANTASTIC! I came to our rehearsal with some décor items that I didn't know where to place and without hesitation she walked the venue with me giving me ideas for them which turned out perfectly! The food was delicious and the staff on the day of does not hold you back from eating everything you paid for. After the ceremony, we were brought a plate of appetizers and when dinner started we sat down to two large plates of food to ensure we didn't miss out on a thing. We definitely appreciated that! I could go on and on but I think their star rating and reviews speak for themselves. You won't regret getting married here. And you'll appreciate the lack of stress that you feel and the confidence that you will have in the staff and venue itself. I cannot say Thank YOU enough to everyone that was a part of my wedding, thank you Wedgewood!!! I'm also going to post some photos from our big day. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and it went flawlessly. The timeline went very smoothly. We never felt rushed or as if we were running out of time. We got so many compliments on the food. That was one of the most important factors for us and we were not disappointed! George, the DJ that Wedgewood recommended to us, was amazing! He kept our guests entertained and made sure they were having a great time. Overall, the service was great from beginning to end. We live in Arizona but got married in California, so I was looking for a venue that would make long-distance planning as easy as possible. Wedgewood certainly delivered on that front. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but their all-inclusive package saved me from having to coordinate with multiple vendors on my own. Everyone we dealt with was very responsive and professional â from the team in the sales office to all of their preferred vendors. Wedgewood has several packages you can choose from, but each can be customized so you get exactly what you want (we added a few things to our package and removed others that we did not need/want). They walked me through every step of planning the ceremony and reception, created detailed timelines to ensure things kept moving and even brought up several things I hadnât considered. The only thing I was a little hesitant about was the food since they do not offer tastings. However, there was no need to worry because everything was delicious. We also were extremely pleased with the flowers provided by Bella Flora and the cake from Elegance on Display. Both vendors were extremely easy to work with in capturing our vision of how we wanted our wedding to look and we couldnât be happier with the end result. I especially appreciated Kayla, who coordinated everything on the day of the wedding. She made sure absolutely everything was taken care of and running smoothly, so I did not have to worry about a single thing that day. Our DJ Mikie was also fantastic. He and Kayla worked together really well to help to keep things moving along during the reception so there was no chance of our guests getting bored. Mikie even managed to make things fun while our guests were waiting to be called up to the buffet line, and he definitely got the party into high gear after dinner with great music that kept people on the dance floor all night. I cannot say enough great things about this venue and the staff. Our wedding could not have been more perfect!

We had the best experience with the Fallbrook venue. Kristen was the only person we worked with from day one. She was even the person who gave us the initial tour. On the day of our wedding, she even filled in a coordinator which made everything so easy. We felt like she put extra time and energy into everything since she knew what our vision was first hand. We felt so lucky to have her there for our wedding day. All the Wedgewood vendors we worked with were very personable and we really felt like they took pride in their work and wanted to make our day special for us. The florist company that Fallbook worked with was changed after we had already met with Splendid Sentiments, but we were still able to continue with that vendor since we had already met with them. Jennifer from Elegance On Display had such great ideas for our cake and even had images made for it to help tie it into our concert theme. George, our DJ was very respectful of our playlist since we dictated the nights music. Everyone danced all night including my husband and me! Every time I emailed with a question, someone from the office would always respond within a few hours. We loved that we were able to change anything in our package up until our 10 day final meeting. We were a little under our minimum required budget, and Kristen gave us many options as to how we could spend that money to add to the wedding. On the big day, we felt like everyone working really wanted us to have a great experience including Joanie, our banquet captain. She even sent us home with a to go box of appetizers and cake. At the end of the night we never felt rushed to leave and everything was packed up nicely for us to pick up the next morning. They even kept our left over cake and topper in their fridge for us to pick up the next day. Overall, everything was just handled so well and we will never forget what a positive experience we had with Fallbrook. Thank you so much!

Our wedding was incredible. Wedgewood was such an easy, stress-free process. My husband and I loved every part of our wedding. Our planner, Kayla, was so sweet and helpful. The whole staff was professional and organized. When we came back to pick up our extra decorations the next day (which was so nice that we didn't have to worry about it night of) the staff had everything cleaned and stacked in one location for us to take. The food was great, and joannie made sure we had everything we needed the entire night. Our Dj, George was incredible!! He had everyone on the dance floor, including our grandparents, by the first song! Everything was perfect and we have no complaints whatsoever.

However, my husband and I realized very quickly that the venue was perfect for us regardless of budget, especially for our fall wedding. The staff is incredibly attentive and never pushed us into a sales pitch. They encouraged us when we wanted something off the package and loved when we asked for help - which rarely pushed up the price.\r\rThe setting is so intimate for a venue that can pack in so many people. Beautiful fireplace, market lights, a fountain, and a venue that honestly needs very little decoration. They set everything up and I can honestly say that my wedding day had about zero stress thanks to the staff. I could not recommend a venue more.

My husband and I got married at Wedgewood in Fallbrook on April 4th, 2015. First of all, we had a short engagement of 6 months and the venue worked very well for our timeline. This place is really the \"one-stop shop!\" I enjoyed the convenience they provide to you with a wedding planning folder which helps you along the way, as well as having the convenience of floral, cake and food added into the package. We had 85 guests and were unable to get the top package but we added things in and took things out of the package we got to make it custom to our needs. \r\rI can truly say that my wedding day was the best day ever. My bridal party and I arrived and were greeted by our coordinator who worked diligently to keep everything running smoothly and on time. Thanks to the floral vendor (Splendid Sentiments), my ceremony site was absolutely beautiful. I did pay a little extra to add in some things but she recognized my need for budget and used a unique way of using pomander floral pieces down the aisle and then repurposed them into my reception as my centerpieces. \r\rThe reception was awesome! The food from the venue was so good. We opted for the plated dinner with garlic herb chicken and filet mignon, and everyone loved the food. My cake was provided by their vendor (Elegance on Display) and was so beautiful. Although, we were enjoying our reception so much that we didn't get any of our cake, our guests said it tasted great! Wedgewood also provided the DJ (Southern Cali DJ's) who made our so much fun. The DJ played the music we requested and made the night fun for everyone there. \r\rI have two small disappointments about the night which we did not notice until after. First, take a cake box or ask the baker to leave one at the venue because we had lots of leftover cake and sadly it was thrown out because we were not notified we needed to provide a container if we wanted to take some home. Secondly, I chose Wedgewood Fallbrook over the others because there were no homes or other things in the background of the ceremony site. To our dismay, there were several golfers walking behind us and driving carts right behind our ceremony and got photobombed during the kiss. I have suggested to staff that they place out signs saying \"Wedding in Progress\" to avoid this in the future.

The staff was so friendly, we worked mainly with Aubree and Kristen in the sales office. They were so helpful and supportive. One great thing about this vendor was the price! They offer a lot of packages for weddings but you can pick and choose each option individually to customize your own package! This was a HUGE selling point for us because so many vendors offer an \"all or nothing\" type deal. The location was perfect, far enough inland to avoid the typical San Diego \"June Gloom\". And the rolling hills of the golf course and the scenic lake made for some great photos. The courtyard was beautiful and the reception area had so much character! It was far better than your typical hotel ballroom. I would definitely recommend this venue if you are looking for a beautiful outdoor ceremony and a classy indoor reception.

I loved this wedding venue because of the atmosphere of the Spanish Architecture. It was very elegant. It is located on a golf course, but very nice with all the greenery nearby for photos. They provide food and a lot of other great perks in their package deals. The food was amazing. My guests loved the appetizers a lot. I just had my wedding at Wedgewood and it was amazing! The all inclusive packages that they offer are perfect for the bride who wants things perfect, but doesn't want to worry about organizing everything herself. And the price was similar to hiring everyone separate and organizing it yourself. The venue is beautiful, the people so helpful. Our all-inclusive package included the ceremony, reception, food (which was an absolutely delicious buffet), DJ (who was funny and played only songs we liked), photographer (beautiful pictures), the invitations (cute and easy to get), plus a very very helpful staff who helped make our day absolutely perfect! I would recommend Wedgewood to anyone looking for a great wedding venue!

My whole Wedgewood experience was so great from the start, loved that the packaging and pricing was available online unlike so many other venues. I called the 866 number to book my first appointment and was impressed with my first tour of the Fallbrook location. \r\rOn every level Wedgewood was very communicative, All of our vendors were also very professional and a pleasure to work with! \r\rThe Wedgewood staff and vendors made our wedding so beautiful. The staff was on point every step of the way and I appreciated that they always responded to my e-mails so quickly! \r\rWe also really enjoyed working with our coordinator, at the rehearsal she was friendly, professional and listened to what we wanted, she also took control of the group and got things done in a timely manner. I was so impressed on the day of with how she had fulfilled my expectations of how things would be set up. \r\rAlso our food was delicious, we had many compliments from our guests about how good the food was, and the Fallbrook team went above ant beyond to fulfill all of our special requests.\r\rAs a research/planner type bride I loved the whole planning experience with Wedgewood, loved my Bride Guide and working with all my vendors. I had a stress free day relaxing a getting ready it was great to just show up and know everything was taken care of, and all I had to think about was walking down the aisle! \r\rThank you Wedgewood for a truly wonderful wedding!\r

Wedgewood is the perfect combination of a class and convenience. They take care of soooo much of the coordination, that it makes the whole wedding planning process far more bearable. I canât even imagine having done it all on my own.\rTheir packages can be mixed and matched and are EXTREMELY reasonable. We were able to create a customized package that fit our budget perfectly, but also allowed us to splurge in areas we hadnât anticipated (which is always fun). \r\rJessica & Aubree were a delight to work with. Both were so sweet, friendly and VERY patient answering all our questions. The service staff working our wedding was very attentive and genuinely cared that everything was running smoothly.\r\rOur guest were certainly impressed with the venue and the food and we are proud to say that countless people have told us that our wedding was one of the best weddings they had ever been to.

Wedgewood was great when we met to discuss the special day. Price was good and professionalism was to its highest. But on the day of the ceremony we did not receive somethings we paid for. Such as the $300 champagne toast, the cake was never distributed, the $800 we paid for the all day coordinator left after the ceremony and we were suck running around trying to organize the reception our self.

Wedgewood was amazing. My husband and I truly had a wonderful experience with Wedgewood. From the girls in sales, to the flowers, to the food, to the cake, to the dj, everything was fantastic. Planning our wedding out of state was a little nerve racking; but, Wedgewood eased our worries and excelled in the entire process. Our wedding and reception were beautiful, fun, and definitely memorable. We highly recommend Wedgewood to future brides/grooms for convenience, price, quality, and service.

Wedgewood was amazing. My husband and I truly had a wonderful experience with Wedgewood. From the girls in sales, to the flowers, to the food, to the cake, to the dj, everything was fantastic. Planning our wedding out of state was a little nerve racking; but, Wedgewood eased our worries and excelled in the entire process. Our wedding and reception were beautiful, fun, and definitely memorable. We highly recommend Wedgewood to future brides/grooms for convenience, price, quality, and service.

This is an all enclosure package. The only thing not included was the photographer and the florist. This was the cheapest venue by far and there were many upgrade. This came at the price of customer service and quality of the DJ. I had many problems running up to the day to do with lack of communication and their photobooth going in house. The outcome of which was the general manager calling me and swearing at me over the phone. That being said I was very worried about the quality of the day. The decorations looked great and Linda, the wedding coordinator was AMAZING. She fixed all the problems on the day of and even arranged to have my cake driven and hour to my house as the girl who was in charge of giving it to us on departure did not. The DJ was very bad. He lost the paperwork that I submitted to him and the venue several times which resulted in him plying 3/4 do nt play artists and not playing our requested songs. The music also cut out at several points and he wasn't an effective MC. The table center pieces and cake were beautiful though.

I had my wedding here march 16, 2013. We choose this venue because it was affordable and all inclusive, but were blown away by the service. The girls in the office ; Jessica and Aubrey, were so nice, funny, and warm. They made us feel like our wedding was special and not just something they do all the time. They're input and suggestions were invaluable. On the day of when stress was running high, Jessica stayed with me and helped calm my nerves with hilarious stories. She pampered me and my girls and made me feel like a queen :) she let me know from the beginning that I was her top priority and I felt like it. When something went wrong she was right there to rectify the problem. Very efficient and kind! Once the reception started, Anthony was our go to man. He made sure things ran smoothly and catered to me and my husband the entire time. Needless to say, I would recommend this venue to anyone! The entire staff was amazing and we will miss them. We loved Wedgewood. We were a little concerned about a venue being an all inclusive. Sitting back doing next to nothing was hard to imagine when you are planning a wedding. No worries with Wedgewood. Aubrey and Jessica were very helpful throughout the process and made the planning go smoothly. Linda the day of coordinator was amazing and took care of all our requests. She also worked well with one of our family members who helped assist with the decorations. The vendors provided by Wedgewood were all great and very flexible/helpful (Sheri's flowers, Jennifer from Elegance on Display, Ken and Jordan from Total Quality Music and Rev. Ty Tyler) The venue itself has a nice mission style decor and I especially loved the courtyard/arch area where we exchanged our vows. \rOur concern was they make you pay a $300 security guard fee for over a 130 guests. The day of the wedding we/nor many of our guests saw a security guard or anyone that resembled a security guard. We expressed our concern the day after the wedding and Jessica said the manager would call us. A few days later Michael called and stated he had talked to the security company and they had said they were there and they have an invoice. Michael said if we had any other questions/concerns to please call back. My husband left a message for the manager, Michael, asking how do they make sure security was there: perhaps have a sign in sheet, check in procedure, or any evidence besides word of mouth but he has yet to receive a call back. The venue seems to have no system of checking that a security guard was there other than receiving an invoice from the security company and word of mouth stating that someone was there.

All of our guests were super impressed. I was nervous because we weren't allowed to taste the food in advance but it was delish. We chose the filet and mahi. Also I know some people are nervous because of the palm trees in the ceremony area, but and none of our guests complained. The girls that helped plan were amazing. I don't live locally to the venue and they were always willing to work with me to get me the information that I needed to plan my wedding. Our day of coordinator was AMAZING. From what I hear (after the wedding) we had some family drama and she stepped in and helped to smooth things out and I never even knew - so I never had to worry,

The Venue was everything we expected. The Staff, especially Aubree, Jessica and Linda were extremely helpful and accommodating. The weather and grounds were perfect; made our pictures amazing. Only wished we had a little more time to party/enjoy it all! \rAll the Vendors that were included in our package were great as well. The food was tasty; the cake from Elegance on Display was delicious and beautiful; the flowers from Cheri's Flowers were amazing and the D.J. had us dancing the night away.\r\rI wish I could do it all again!

I was married here last month. I love that virtually everything is included in the packages. It made planning a wedding a LOT easier. Great food, beautiful location. There were a few things that I wish would have gone a little smoother, but overall I am very happy with the experience. :)

Jessica and aubree guided us through the whole thing.they were quick to reply to our emails. They helped us with the arrangements and made sure all appointments were booked. Theonly downside was we missed the fact that the buffet would only be served for 45 minutes so our late guests werent able to eat. And the servers took away our plates before we even finished half of our food. They also forgot to put forks for our cake cutting so we ended up using our hands. Wich wasnt a big deal at all. I love how wedgewood has allthe vendors, it lessens the stressof looking for one. Flowers , invitations, cake all included. I heard their prices went up though so imnot surehowaffordable it still is. Overall i cant complain, everyone loved the venue and our wedding was a success.

My fiance and I just got engaged on 10/20/11 but I had already been planning and looking at venues for some time before this. I had come accross Wedgewood Fallbrook, I fell in love. It was the perfect choice for me, it fit my personality and the elegant feel I wanted to achive for our big day. And they were also the most affordable. I have a very small budget (compared to what the \"average wedding today\" should cost). But Wedgewood still was in reach. I wanted to get married on a Sat in July 2013. I went for a tour and was told that there are minimums that need to be met for the weekends (fri 8k, Sat 16k, Sun 7k) which I am not sure that is really that affordable. I was really bummed but still optomistic. Jessica gave me a quote and proposed for a Thursday event there was no minimum, so I was sad that it was going to be on such a weird day but I was ok with that. If fell in my budget. I emailed her a few days later and asked to send another so I had an extra. At that point she informed me that she spoke with her GM and that there would be a 5k minimum (before tax/grituity) for Thursday. I told her I was very upset by this and had planned to book asap, now this falls in place! \rI think this was very wrong on their part. I was already thrown into having a weekday wedding and now this. That would force me to spend another almost 2k. I think that is just crazy. So now my dream of getting married at Wedgewood is untouchable. They have left a bad taste in my mouth. I would never reccomend this venue to anyone, and I will always tell this story. \rHorrible, horrible, horrible!!! \rIf she had to run things by a GM first then I shouldnt have been given that quote.

Had my wedding on November 6, 2011 and we had an amazing time. The service was wonderful, the food was great and the venue is beautiful. The only thing i would say negative is that we wish we had more time. Everything went by so fast and it felt a little rushed but other then that my husband and I as well as our guest had a blast.

Wedgewood in Fallbrook was wonderful. It rained on our wedding day but they gave me until two hours before the ceremony to wait for it to clear up. We ended up inside but it was still beautiful. The staff is wonderful from the first meeting to the time we walkedd out at the end of the night. We got sooo many compliments on the venue and food. Very satisfied with our decision to marry here.

Wedgewood is absolutely amazing!! I can honestly say that i had the wedding of my dreams because wedgewood made it possible at an affordable price! Aubree and Jessica were 100% accommodating..even when i told them a week and a half before the wedding that our guest count was basically cut in half. They were completely willing to help us re-work everything and make sure everything was in order. We decided at the very last minute that we wanted to use the ceremony and rehearsal director that wedgewood offered, Linda.. She was a GOD SEND! She help me figure out the entire ceremony at our rehearsal, asking me about things that i would have never even thought about. and she made my wedding day completely stress free! she took care of everything from bringing my girls and i mimosas to the bridal suite to finishing setting up the reception area to look EXACTLY how i pictured it in my mind. i cannot say enough great things about wedgewood and its staff! (even the members of the golf club were sweet to us!) if i could do everything again, the only thing i would change is how much i worried about whether or not things would go as i wanted them to..because really, there was absolutely NO reason to worry! everything was a fairy tale and everyone (even friends and family that werent there but have seen pictures) continue to tell me how beautiful everything was! Definitely worth every penny and i would do it again in a heartbeat!!

Wedgewood is absolutely amazing!! I can honestly say that i had the wedding of my dreams because wedgewood made it possible at an affordable price! Aubree and Jessica were 100% accommodating..even when i told them a week and a half before the wedding that our guest count was basically cut in half. They were completely willing to help us re-work everything and make sure everything was in order. We decided at the very last minute that we wanted to use the ceremony and rehearsal director that wedgewood offered, Linda.. She was a GOD SEND! She help me figure out the entire ceremony at our rehearsal, asking me about things that i would have never even thought about. and she made my wedding day completely stress free! she took care of everything from bringing my girls and i mimosas to the bridal suite to finishing setting up the reception area to look EXACTLY how i pictured it in my mind. i cannot say enough great things about wedgewood and its staff! (even the members of the golf club were sweet to us!) if i could do everything again, the only thing i would change is how much i worried about whether or not things would go as i wanted them to..because really, there was absolutely NO reason to worry! everything was a fairy tale and everyone (even friends and family that werent there but have seen pictures) continue to tell me how beautiful everything was! Definitely worth every penny and i would do it again in a heartbeat!!

The staff made sure the event was well organized and coordinated the day of the event. Aubrey was friendly and ensured the details were taken care of. Great venue that included a lot of extras to help minimize stress by eliminating the need to look for additional vendors.

The staff here are the best! They are so incredibly helpful! And the venue is gorgeous! I couldnt not have asked for a better location and one that was as affordable. Great place for a great price. Only problem I had was that they allow 2 weddings a day so we were super rushed since we were the first wedding. Even though that was the only complaint I had....If I did it over again, I would go somewhere that only did 1 wedding a day.

Wedgewood was AMAZING!! You have to try them out! Not only were they super helpful leading up to the wedding, and keeping me organized, but they were wonderful the day of also! Any thing we wanted they did their best to accommodate. All of my guests raved about the food, service, and the great time they had. They also were really affordable! The only vendors I had to get were my photographer and our minister. They did everything else!! From invitations, the DJ, our cake, food, flowers...everything!!!

good: food, coordinators are nice, place is pretty, they are organized, their packages are really affordable\rbad: they dont let you taste food, no ones on the same page about stuff, your wedding is held while people are still on the golf course\roverall it was a nice experience, with a few issues sprinkled in. the first issue being they told us we could taste a lot of the food. then they said we werent allowed to. the food turned out good (petit filet minon & chicken cordon bleu) but it really upset us that they changed their minds. then the seat covers were filthy and they told us they'd have new ones to cover them. 2 days before my wedding i follow up with them and they told me they didnt get them. we ended up having to get chair covers at another cost (yet discounted since we were so upset). they also told us the ceremony would be held by the lake when we purchased it, and a month later they said they werent getting that arch anymore. \rif you want anyone to help you, ask for jessica. she was perfect from the first day we met her. she helped immensely and was very real and honest with you. it was worth it to hire her for the ceremony the day of for help. she organized everyone. i dont have one ill thing to say about her. we totally loved her.\rthe reception was great. they provided us a screen for a slideshow, the dinner coordinator raymond was awesome, the food was yummy, they didnt skimp on the wine, and everything was on time and orderly. \roverall i do reccommend it. you get what you pay for most places, and this is one of them. you cant get everything very fancy here, but my wedding was a success and everyone loved it. get the packages too. they are worth the money. we went with the gold package and added/subtracted from there.

Overall great experience. The site consultants Jessica and Aubree were amazing! They made the planning process soooo easy. The outdoor wedding site worked perfectly for our morning wedding and we were not interrupted by the golf members in attendance. The food was great. My only complaint was the designated DJ was not the best and the brides room is also the course members locker room - which makes getting ready a challenge...especially for a morning wedding and you you are not from the area. Many of our guests commented on the beautiful surroundings and loved the location tucked away in the little city of Fallbrook. Definite recommend!
