Fendley Farmstead, LLC is a picturesque farm wedding venue located in Canton, GA. Nestled in the scenic countryside of rural Georgia, this estate provides historic settings and expansive pastures for your momentous occasion. Built in 1947, the venue has been family-owned and -operated since 2014, and the team brings over 10 years of experience in the events industry. They are dedicated to thoughtful and attentive service and helping you create the nuptials of your wildest dreams. Weddings at Fendley Farmstead begin in the Bridal Cottage, where you and your wedding party can enjoy a relaxing morning in a sophisticated environment. After getting ready, you will make your way down a long path that crosses over a babbling brook to the barn. This rustic-chic structure features exposed beams, from which glitter chandeliers, and a grand stone fireplace, in front of which you can exchange your vows. As you walk down the red brick aisle, your loved ones can watch from vintage wooden pews. Afterward, you are invited to celebrate your marriage with a night of dining and dancing on the dance floor. For pictures with your new spouse, a glass-enclosed greenhouse makes for a breathtaking location and offers spectacular views of the surrounding fields. Fendley Farmstead provides all-inclusive packages to ensure that your special day is seamless and stress-free. These include coordination and planning services as well as a large inventory of decorations and furniture. The staff will handle details such as seating arrangements and liaising with vendors and will work with you to bring your vision to life. My husband and I had the BEST experience with Fendley Farmstead and the owner, Dena. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and it was an absolute dream to tie the knot at such a beautiful location. I loved having the opportunity to get married outside while still being under a cover so there were no concerns about the weather. The reception barn was also the perfect space to celebrate with our friends and family following the ceremony! While the day was already everything I could have ever dreamed of, Dena helped make the day better than I could have ever imagined. She was there to help in any way needed and went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect. Planning everything in the months leading up to the wedding was a breeze with how caring and organized Dena is. We also had a vast amount of decor to choose from to personalize our day and make each aspect look exactly how I envisioned it. I would recommend this venue to anybody looking for the perfect place to get married!

When helping plan my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding for the last year and half we visited a few wedding venues. Let me say I knew as soon as we arrived at Fendley Farmstead and met Charles, that was where my daughter would become a wife. Everything about the venue was what Skylar had dreamed of including the cows (Sugar & Dot). The wedding ceremony and reception were amazing!!! Charles was not only the most wonderful wedding coordinator he is now a friend for life.

When looking for a venue I had one set idea, I wanted a rustic venue (not too rustic) that would be close to the families. After looking at a couple of venues that I loved but were out of our price range I stumbled across Fendley Farmstead. Charles and his mother Deanna were phenomenal in helping us every step of the way. They were so sweet and east to work with. The venue is simply stunning and the perfect touch of rustic and charm. My favorite part was the two cows on the property! They made for such fun photos! Pricing for this venue is the best part I think, the amount you pay if very fair and unbeatable for the area! The day of our wedding it rained off and on all day, but thanks to their set up it did not affect our wedding. Charles was bouncing between the bridal suite and other places all day to check in on both parties to ensure everything was going well. He was attentive, but not overbearing. I'm so glad we chose Fendley for the wedding of our dreams! Had it not been for Charles and his expertise I don't think we would have had such a perfect wedding!

We got married at Fendley Farms on 8/26/23 and had an amazing experience working with Charles. He took care of all the small details that you could easily overlook. An example of this was that my tuxedo rental company had went out of business two weeks before the wedding date without informing anyone. Charles was on top of the news of the closure and immediately informed us of the situation and where to go for a replacement. We highly recommend using Fendley Farmstead for your venue !

Dena and Charles and their entire staff are so incredibly detail oriented, fun and kind! We hired Dena to be our Day-Of-Coordinator. She was a wonder woman! Also, THE VENUE! My husband and I aren't what you would call \"country or rustic\" so don't let the farm vibes fool you. We had a romantic, elegant and sparkling wedding with a gorgeous farm as the backdrop. The outside ceremony space is a stunning pavilion with a stacked stone fireplace at the alter, church pews and closed walls on the front and back. The modern farmhouse décor (chandeliers and sheer drapes) are gorgeous. The reception space is a \"barn\" with beautiful wood and plenty of room for a large wedding and dancing. This is also an extremely handicap friendly venue, which was really important to us as we have loved ones who have mobility challenges. I really cannot say enough about Fendley, Dena, and the rest of their crew. My wedding day was beautiful and perfect...cannot think of one single thing that I would have liked to have done differently. Dena has a storage space FULL of all genres of décor and let my pick and choose everything...as well as letting me add some of my own touches. After our final meeting (about 4 weeks before the wedding) I didn't have to lift a finger other than to drop some things off the day before the wedding. When my bridal party and I arrived at the venue, everything was perfect. If I had to do it again, I would do it at Fendley!

This venue was absolutely stunning and amazing from top to bottom. I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding yesterday. Dena and Charles were so easy to work with and they made sure everything went great. There were no issues and anything we needed they were their to help. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking. The bridal suite was so spacious and nice while getting ready.

The flowers were gorgeous, the cake was delicious, the DJ was amazing! Everyone we worked with was so kind and easy. The rest of the staff was so sweet. Charles was extremely professional and so fun to work with! He fit in with us so well and we’re so blessed to be able to with him. He truly handle everything so well and never seemed irritated when I sent him questions. Fendley Farms is hands down the BEST venue out there. I was a “corona bride” who was supposed to get married in April but had to push the date back to June. Charles went above and beyond during the whole entire time working with us, but especially during the pandemic. He is the best and Dena is just as amazing!! Also they have preferred vendors for cake, photography/videography, DJ, catering, hair and makeup and I highly recommend going with those vendors too. They also exceeded expectations. I knew from the moment I toured the venue it was where I wanted to get married, and then meeting Charles the first time was just an extra bonus that not many venues are fortunate to have. Both Dena and Charles have a servant heart and genuinely want the couple (especially the bride) have the best day of their life, which I did. Don’t even second guess, get married at Fendley!!!

My daughter got married two weeks ago at Fendley Farmstead and this venue made for the most beautiful wedding. The venue is so beautiful and peaceful, and it has so many great places to take the best wedding photos. The bridal cottage is wonderful for the bride and her bridal party to spend the day leading up to the wedding. It has a full kitchen, so we had a great lunch in between getting hair and make-up done. The hair and make-up room has salon chairs, so this makes getting hair and make-up done very easy. There is so much room in the bridal cottage that many of our friends were able to come and relax with us, and then get dressed for the wedding. The ceremony site and the reception site are located beside each other with the bathroom in between, so everything was so easily accessible to our guests. Dena and Charles are great to work with, so very patient and kind. Their experience and knowledge with weddings make them such a valuable resource in the planning stages, and they are so willing to help in any way possible. The meetings with Dena and Charles before the wedding helped to keep us on track, and they were a phone call away for any questions we had leading up to the wedding day. I had to contact Dena after the wedding for something that I had forgot, and she immediately helped me take care of the situation. We loved Fendley Farmstead from the moment we saw it, and wouldn't have wanted to have my daughter's wedding anywhere else. Our guests described the wedding as southern elegance and they loved everything about the venue!

I am 10 hours from any family & am constantly working; planning a wedding seemed impossible until we met Dena & immediately knew Fendley Farmstead was where we'd promise eachother forever. The food, the DJ, the cakes, the alcohol, the decor & florals, every bit of it coordinated & pieced together by Dena & her team in a way that put my decade old pinterest board to shame. We had a fairly unique ceremony with pieces of my native american heritage included with a shawl ceremony & traditional native prayers which all felt so effortless & right in such a beautiful setting with feathers & unique florals everywhere. It was unbelievable the way every detail was so perfectly in tune with our personalities we could not have imagined anything more perfect. I will be forever grateful to Dena & her amazing team for creating a day I couldnt even dream up!

I couldn't be more pleased with how much she accomplished on our big day. She was on point the entire time and made sure everything was in order and running smoothly. The staff and the vendors that were included in the package was top of the line and was even more friendly then we could have hoped for. Despite the rain, Dena and with the help of Charles was super helpful in making everything perfect and ensure our day was unique, special and organized. We loved every minute of it and would definitely most recommend to all our friend and family planning their weddings!!

The perfect venue! Better than we had even hoped for! From the very beginning Dena guided us through the whole wedding planning process. The venue has a beautiful outside covered area for the ceremony and the inside was perfect for the reception! They handle everything including music, food, cake, florist and decor! The whole evening was celebratory and joyful. We had looked at over 75 venues and we knew this was the right one for us from the moment we stepped on the grounds and met Dena. We absolutely loved everything about having our daughter’s wedding at Fendley Farmstead! We visited several venues before making a decision - which can be fun but overwhelming. From the moment we met the owner, Dena Milner, we knew there was something special about her and this beautiful venue. She made us feel so comfortable, confident, and excited throughout the initial meeting and tour, the detailed planning process, the informative rehearsal, the beautiful wedding, and the fun reception! She was open to all of our ideas and also shared her wealth of knowledge and experience with us. She made sure that this wedding was everything my daughter had dreamed about, and more! We fell in love with the wonderful bridal cottage and the bridal party loved having a very private and special place to prepare for the day! The groomsmen also enjoyed having their own separate suite to relax before the wedding. It was very important to us to have a separate covered place for the actual wedding, and our daughter loved the church pews! The gorgeous decorations were exactly what our daughter envisioned! The food at the reception was delicious and the DJ made sure that everyone danced the night away! Dena made sure that every detail was taken care of and went out of her way during the wedding and reception to make sure everyone was comfortable and relaxed. We had so many wonderful compliments on our daughter’s dreamy wedding thanks to Fendley Farmstead, Dena, her wonderful staff, and recommended vendors!! Thank you, Dena, for giving our daughter the wedding of her dreams and incredible memories that will last her lifetime!!

A little over a year ago we visited Fendley Farmstead along with two other local venues trying to find the perfect location for my daughters wedding reception. We knew that day there was something very special about Fendley though we couldn't name exactly why. We went with our gut and booked this beautiful venue. Over the past year they have just continued to improve on what was already a spectacular setting for a wedding/reception. Although my daughter didn't have the actual ceremony there ( they got married in our church), they decorated the area used for ceremonies so photos could be taken there. Everything was exquisitely decorated and the florals, they were spectacular! In our meetings, Dena and Charles listened intently to everything we asked for and paid attention to each and every little detail right down to the beautiful memory table for my husband, the father of the bride, who was honored so perfectly that evening. Spending the day getting ready at the bridal cottage was so wonderful. They've done a complete renovation in the last year of what was already so adorable. I had my last meeting with Dena the week before the wedding and it struck me right then why it was the perfect venue for us. Each encounter, phone call, text and in person meeting, they treated us like family. When I told Dena that she said \"you are family to us. We will laugh with you and cry with you\". We didn't get that feeling from either of the other two venues we visited. They were friendly but it was evident it was all business. And certainly Fendley is running a business, and they do it very well, but their hearts are fully in it, they LOVE what they do and it shows. That's what sets them apart from the others. To say that we were completely pleased with everything is a gross understatement. I would absolutely and without ANY hesitation recommend Fendley Farmstead to all Brides! You won't be disappointed. I promise.

I am extremely detail oriented and it takes a lot to please me, but Dena and her staff did not disappoint! Every detail was on point! The flowers were done onsite and they turned out even better than the pictures I showed them. The tables were decorated with beautiful china and gorgeous flowers, which were enhanced with the perfect greenery and candles! The tables glistened with beauty!!! Dena and her staff were so easy to work with. She coordinated my wedding and her and her staff did a an amazing job! It went seamless. I would give more stars if I was allowed! Every aspect of our wedding was phenomenal because of them and we are so happy that we chose to celebrate our special day here. Dena and Brannigan were amazing and attentive. They both went out of their way to make sure that our once in a lifetime dream became a reality. The food was delicious, our decorations were so beautifully done, and the new additions to the venue were perfect and beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better day or a better place to marry the love of my life.

I recently got married here, 10/22/17 and it was absolutely perfect! Down to the last detail! The venue itself is stunning, we did our ceremony at the outdoor barn and had our reception at the newly renovated indoor barn. Both barns are so so beautiful! Dena is a sweetheart! Our day wouldn't have went nearly as smooth if we didn't have her to help us with everything! She helped make sure the whole day went as planned which took so much stress off of my husband and I. We are so grateful that we got to work with her and use Fendley Farmstead as our wedding venue!

We viewed the venue before they started the renovation on the indoor barn and we didn't think it could get any better but they did an absolutely amazing job and we fell in love with all over again! Dena did an amazing job at everything from the day we viewed the venue through the day of the wedding. She would bend over backwards to make sure that out day went exactly how we wanted it to be. The bridal cottage was more than enough space for 9 girls to get ready and very well decorated. \"Just Perfect\". That's what I kept hearing from our guests at my daughter's wedding 9/23/17. The grounds are gorgeous, from the split-rail fences and the post and beam structures to the beautiful flowers and the family of cows in the background! I swear Dena has a twin, because she was every where doing everything that needed to be done. Every time I turned around to check on things (momma's instinct), she was already there doing it. I'm pretty sure it was her that made the rain go away, too. Just as Kara and her dad walked out the gorgeous wooden, double doors to come down the aisle, there was a huge clap of thunder and a bolt of lightening....just enough to be romantic. But then the dark skies left and the sun came out as she and Nick read their vows. It was a glorious day all around, and our guests kept raving about the perfect venue. Dena worked well with our vendors, who never needed to ask me anything, they went straight to her so I could enjoy the wedding. Between the beauty of the facility and the level of service, and the cost, booking here is a no-brainer!

The venue was drop dead gorgeous as well. Everything is kept in perfect shape all year round. I truly cannot say enough great things about this place! Our event was fantastic and exactly what we had pictured. Dena went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and ran smoothly the day of and I could not have been more grateful. She relieved so much stress and was such a huge help. I would recommend this venue to everyone. Definitely my favorite venue i've ever worked with. Dena, thank you so much for everything you did for us! We will definitely be back for more events.

Fendley Farmstead is the perfect place for a beautiful rustic wedding! There are multiple areas of the venue to have ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception which is an awesome option to have! Dena is a pleasure to work with! She helped us each step of the way to make our dream wedding come true! She has a Contact with a lot of vendors that are familiar with the venue so I highly recommend using some from the list she provides....It just made planning easier! We also paid for her decorations with some of our own and we hired her to help us decorate day of which I highly recommend! Our wedding was so beautiful and couldn't have possibly been better! A month later and we are still complemented on the beautiful decorations! She does not have an inventory of her decorations yet so make sure to ask and take pictures of everything you want to use! Her husband Danny was so sweet to give us a ride out on his tractor which was the perfect ending to a country wedding! The day went so smoothly!! As a wedding planner I have the opportunity to work with many venues throughout the South. This evening I had the pleasure of working with Dena at Fendley Farmstead. The venue is truly unique--there are numerous picturesque vistas that make terrific photographic backdrops. The newly-constructed outdoor pavilion is absolutely stunning, complete with a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace that makes the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. Dena was a joy to work with, she made my clients, their families, and their guests feel welcome and accommodated their every need. If you are looking for a storybook setting for your special day, Findley Farmstead is the place!

Dena is my favorite she has been the biggest help and refuses to let anything come in the way of the perf ct day for every one. She not only helped with way more than was asked but would never stop improving on everything that is already there. The Pullen and Tillman family is in your debt.

We couldn't have ask for a more perfect day! The venue was beautiful and the owners were so wonderful to all of us! They wanted to make sure the Bride and Groom had their SPECIAL day! It was more than I ever expected and I highly recommend this venue! The ease of helping us with our ideas, plans and wants was so amazing to me! I have been to many wedding venues and by far was so impressed with the cost, organization, helpfulness and just the kindness of the owners to be there for whatever we needed was what made the wedding so perfect! Better than I ever expected!!!!!!

We couldn't have ask for a more perfect day! The venue was beautiful and the owners were so wonderful to all of us! They wanted to make sure the Bride and Groom had their SPECIAL day! It was more than I ever expected and I highly recommend this venue! The ease of helping us with our ideas, plans and wants was so amazing to me! Words cannot express how beautiful Fendley Farmstead venue is. Dena and her husband Danny are caring people that went way above expectations in making are daughter and son inlaws wedding go as planned. The venue is the perfect place for a wedding/ reception. We had our daughter flown in by helicopter, Danny made sure a area was mowed for them to have a place to land. Dena directed the wedding timing it just right for the wedding party to enter the barn first so that our daughter could make her surprise grand helicopter entrance that no-one at the wedding knew about. The wedding itself was breath taking and could not have happened without Dena and Danny's help. They made it day we will always remember. Our daughter said it was the wedding of her dreams. We have had several people tell us the wedding was beautiful and that it was the wedding of the year. We are forever thankful to Dena and Danny for their kindness in everything they did to make this wedding happen on their beautiful quaint farm. Dena has amazing acessaries that can be used for the wedding/ reception decor. I highly recommend to all to use Fendley Farmstead for your special day.

Meet the Fendley Farmstead LLC Team
Dena Milner (Owner) I grew up across from what is now Fendley Farmstead. It was my best friend's grandparent's homeplace. As a child, I would jump in the leaves in the front yard of the homeplace. Never in a million years did I ever imagine owning this beautiful piece of the wonderful community I grew up in. I am very excited to share my property with those who are looking for a small piece of heaven on earth.
