Welcome to Fields at Skycrest!
Fields at Skycrest is a wedding venue located in Cleveland, NC, that welcomes guests for a day filled with natural beauty and elegance. The breathtaking venue sits on 95 acres of family-owned farmland and exudes a welcoming community feel. With cattle, donkeys, horses, and miniature alpacas grazing on the property, a sense of peacefulness can be felt as soon as you drive through the gates. Owner Stacey boasts years of experience as a florist in the industry and treasures each connection made in her work. This is what inspired she and her husband Todd to design and build Fields at Skycrest in 2020-2021. Fields at Skycrest features over 10,000 square feet of event space and can accommodate events with up to 300 guests. Say "I do" indoors in the comfortably climate-controlled space. Finished in a neutral color palette, you can easily make your chosen wedding theme pop. If you want a more casual backdrop for your ceremony and photos, opt to exchange vows outside under the covered Pavilion. This also makes for a scenic spot for cocktail hours and mingling before the reception begins. For a truly natural outdoor ceremony, you can host the ceremony under the property's 150-year-old Grand Oak tree. For reception, the venue boasts a spacious climate controlled reception space characterized by a herringbone brick fireplace, French chandeliers, and modern sliding glass doors. In addition, the venue has on site suites where both parties can prepare for the day in comfort and style. Stacey, Todd, and the rest of the team are happy to help in any way possible to make your dream day a reality. They can supply tables, chairs, and a range of additional event rentals, and will look after the setup and breakdown of these. Outside vendors are welcome so that your celebration can be serviced in a style that best suits you. Not only that, but pets are also welcome here, meaning even your smallest and furriest friends can be a part of your special day. Located within close proximity to various airports, Fields at Skycrest is an ideal choice for your "happily ever after".

Stacey and her team were truly amazing! They communicated so well and did everything they could to try and help ensure our wedding day was everything we could have hoped for and more. Not to mention the venue is absolutely gorgeous and designed so perfectly! Everything you could need or want to help ensure a perfect wedding day has been thought about by Stacey and her team. We can’t recommend this venue enough!

Fields at Skycrest was an actual dream wedding venue. After touring 15 other venues and having such horrible luck, Fields at Skycrest was our last venue before deciding to go with them. The second I walked in I knew it was the perfect venue for us. The style of it, the views, the landscaping are all unmatched...lets not forget about the cute baby alpaca. The second we left I texted Stacy with our date we wanted and the rest is history.They were all so wonderful to work with. They were responsive and very helpful throughout the process. Because the venue isn't an all inclusive, we got to find vendors that really fit with us, our needs, and budget. The venue is only 2 years old so everything still looks immaculate. The bridal suite is to die for and the groom/groomsmen have a suite which was perfect, too. Our day was so incredibly beautiful and I wish we could relive it everyday!

Fields at Skycrest is a beautiful venue that completely exceeded our expectations! We got married there about 2 months ago and would recommend booking this venue for anyone that wants their wedding to have a charming mix of rustic and elegant touches. Stacey and her team were fantastic to work with, and they went above and beyond in all aspects on and leading up to our wedding day (like helping me achieve my vision of taking pictures with the donkeys and alpacas that are on site!). The suites for the bride and groom to get ready were spacious and lovely, and we had access to them all day, which allowed us to have plenty of time to relax and get ready on site. We took advantage of many locations around the property for wedding photos, and they all photographed so well! We are so glad that we chose Fields at Skycrest!

Fields at Skycrest was everything I pictured for my wedding venue! It has beautiful details everywhere and the landscaping and fields offer such a lovely backdrop to create those amazing wedding photos. We got married here the weekend of hurricane Ian and had chosen the covered patio as our ceremony location. There was talk of potentially moving the ceremony inside due to weather. We didn't end up moving it but if we did I wouldn't have minded because the inside is just as beautiful. The bridal suite is gorgeous! The kitchen is top tier quality for any catering company. There were so many parts of this venue that made it so easy to say yes to. Of course Stacey, Todd, Kim and their team were so easy to work with and some of the nicest people. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this venue.

Stacy and her team at Fields at Skycrest were amazing. The venue was everything my daughter wanted and more! From the ceremony overlooking the tree lined field, cocktail hour outside followed by the reception and firepit, it was a spectacular night. We used Stacy as our florist and the arrangements and bouequets were gorgeous. Our guests couldn’t tell me enough how beautiful everything was! They are amazing! Our daughter's wedding was held there in August. The owners and staff are wonderful to work with. They were there for us through the entire year-long planning process, keeping this mother of the bride very calm. The venue is beautiful and handled 250 guests with ease. It was ideal for keeping everything in one venue without having to \"flip\" it. Everyone loved it & shared such positive comments. The bridal room was a highlight with 10 bridesmaids. It had plenty of room for everyone all day. I highly recommend it for a wedding and reception!

I recently got married at Fields at Skycrest in August of this year and cannot be happier with the entire experience. Not only was the entire venue so beautiful, but I loved every person from their team that worked with us as well! Stacey was amazing at being there for us during the entire wedding planning process and answering all questions we had. Kim was great at making sure we had everything ready to go for our final meeting and helped make our rehearsal go as smooth as possible. And Tammy was the sweetest person to meet on the morning of our wedding, she went above and beyond in helping our set-up crew get everything done. The Gathering Place was absolutely stunning for our ceremony and the covered space with ceiling fans was ultimately what won us over. Both dressing rooms were like no other and the outdoor patio provided as an amazing space for some lawn games that the guests loved! We loved the convenience time of a late \"check-out\" time and easy clean up checklists. Overall, I could not be more thankful for the Skycrest team for giving me the wedding of my dreams!

Fields at Skycrest is by far, the most beautiful venue. The way that Stacey designed the place, is immaculate. The layout was perfect. There are so many options for you to hold a ceremony. We originally planned for an outdoor ceremony under the covered patio area but the weather was not on our side. We changed the plans to hold an indoor ceremony last minute on the day of the wedding. Stacey and her staff members made it possible to hold an indoor ceremony. It was perfect. Fields at Skycrest staff was awesome at keeping the venue nice and clean during our wedding. They were so professional! I am so happy I made the decision to have my wedding here. Stacey was so easy to work with.

Facility is laid out perfectly to fit your event, design features have so much charm, individual rooms are adorable, outdoor space is cozy, the landscape is lush and the owners are the best host with the best attitude and always go above and beyond. Fields at Skycrest was our blessing in disguise! After having to postpone our wedding multiple times due to COVID, it allowed us to have our wedding at this brand new and beautiful venue. Todd and Stacey put so much thought and work into their venue, and it shows! I love that they asked opinions of all types of vendors to make it a wonderful place for both those working and celebrating! Plus, they made the process so easy from the time that we toured the venue to the wedding day. They are so accommodating and easy to work with! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful space to have our wedding and have received SO many compliments from our wedding guests. Fields at Skycrest was our blessing in disguise! After having to postpone our wedding multiple times due to COVID, it allowed us to have our wedding at this brand new and beautiful venue. Todd and Stacey put so much thought and work into their venue, and it shows! I love that they asked opinions of all types of vendors to make it a wonderful place for both those working and celebrating! Plus, they made the process so easy from the time that we toured the venue to the wedding day. They are so accommodating and easy to work with! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful space to have our wedding and have received SO many compliments from our wedding guests. Fields at Skycrest was truly our dream venue. The property offers several different ceremony and cocktail hour options as well as a huge reception hall inside. Stacey and Todd truly did everything to help our wedding be incredible. Our package included guest tables, head tables, cocktail tables, ceremony and reception chairs and linens (This is unheard of!!). The bridal suite is spacious and absolutely gorgeous while the groomsmen suite is an industrial man cave. If you are considering this venue, schedule a tour with Stacey and you'll be sold once you get there. Truly incredible!

This venue was truly a dream come true! I could not have imagined our wedding at any other venue! My fiancé and I booked our wedding when Fields at Skycrest was just a concrete slab and one wall. We saw Todd and Stacey’s vision and we put our Faith in them to deliver. At hey far exceeded our expectations and our expectations were high! The thought and detail they put into every aspect was evident to every person that stepped foot in it. The vendors and guests complimented how well thought out and beautiful the venue was. Todd and Stacey were so easy to work with, they accommodated us and our family/friends, and made sure we had everything we needed to make our day special. I am so grateful we found this venue when we did and even more grateful it is the place where we got to begin the next chapter of our lives! Booking this venue will be the easiest and best decision you make in the wedding planning process! Thank you so much Todd, Stacey and Mary Charles for everything you did for us and for delivering on your promise time and time again!

Working with Stacey as the florist for my wedding was one of the very best decisions we made! I trusted her completely to make sure everything was taken care of. Even after having to change our wedding details multiple times due to covid, Stacey made sure everything was beautiful and we didn’t have to worry at all! Stacey Abernathy (Owner) Congratulations! I'm so excited that you have found us. I'm Stacey! Over the past twenty years, I have been designing and creating acclaimed weddings and events in the greater Charlotte NC area through my company Willow Branch Flowers and Design. (Check out my reviews) After making hundreds of heartfelt connections with couples like you, my husband Todd and I decided to build a unique events space on our family's 95 acre farm.
