Firefly Gardens is a scenic wedding venue nestled in Midlothian, TX. Within driving distance of Dallas-Fort Worth, this countryside gem is perfect for couples who want to pledge their love in a tranquil setting. It boasts eight acres of picturesque landscape and a selection of charming event spaces. Romance, fun, and happy memories are par for the course at this Lone Star State getaway. As a family-owned business with a passion for bringing dream weddings to life, Firefly Gardens has been delighting happy couples for years. The owners decided to enter the world of weddings in 2014 and they haven't looked back since. Brimming with rustic-meets-refined allure, it can provide the backdrop for rehearsals, ceremonies, and receptions. The Rustic White Barn is a wonderful ceremony site, located beside tall oak trees and a pond. After saying "I do", you are free to venture into the Hall for dinner and dancing. This ballroom features chandeliers and opulent decor, while its expansive windows overlook the outdoor spaces. Intimate celebrations can take place in the Historic House, an old-world facility that features a swimming pool. Firefly Gardens is able to receive up to 250 wedding-goers. A selection of packages is available, all of which include a 15-hour rental of the property, an open vendor policy, and access to get-ready rooms. The staff will be on hand to provide a range of useful services, such as event setup and cleanup, bartending, and delivery assistance. Linens, tables, and chairs are just a few of the event items that can be supplied.

I cannot recommend this venue enough! It was everything I had dreamed of and more. All of their staff was extremely helpful. They all went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was everything we had ever dreamed of. The venue is unbelievably stunning as well. Every part of it was clean and well kept. I am so happy I chose them for our wedding. I would choose them a thousand times over! GET MARRIED HERE!

I cannot recommend this venue enough! It was everything I had dreamed of and more. All of their staff was extremely helpful. They all went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was everything we had ever dreamed of. The venue is unbelievably stunning as well. Every part of it was clean and well kept. I am so happy I chose them for our wedding. I would choose them a thousand times over! GET MARRIED HERE!

Was a wonderful experience and location having our wedding at Firefly Gardens! Such a pretty backdrop to get married at. Staff was so friendly and helpful day of and in the planning process. We had a hard time finding a venue that had two suites fit for brides but Firefly Gardens had everything we could have wished for! They were very accepting of an LGBTQ+ wedding and we couldnât have imagined a better venue to get married at!

From answering all of my questions, unlimited venue visits, and sharing their incredible knowledge and experience, theyâve exceeded my expectations and made the wedding process smoother. They are not only kind but also very detail oriented and will share nuggets of information that a vendor might miss. Every venue has their rules so I would recommend to any future client to make sure you fully understand the requirements before booking. The venue staff works very hard to make sure itâs spotless and perfect for every event so please treat it with respect like your own home. Jaime and Jan have truly become like family, and I cannot wait to attend future events there so I can see them again.

Firefly Gardens will forever be so special to us! It's so well kept and absolutely picturesque. You really don't need much decor. We are already thinking of coming back here on our 10th, 20th anniversaries and so forth. Jamie is super understanding of the stress that comes with planning a wedding, and so she was very patient with us. She communicates effectively and has a great team. The wedding day went smoothly and all our guests gave us amazing feedback on the place & the team. Everyone is so resourceful. We had such an amazing experience!

We knew from the minute that we walked in that this was our DREAM venue. It was such a beautiful mix of open and airy, and warm and inviting. The value was something that we couldnât pass up on. They offered the venue for the entire day, including bartenders, linens, and staff on site. Jamie and her crew were ultra-responsive for the entire year we had it booked, and were amazing throughout. Our day was incredible, and Firefly Gardens was the perfect backdrop. If I had to do it a million times over, Iâd choose Firefly every time. Side note: we are an LGBT couple and Firefly made us fully confident that we were accepted and welcome, which was invaluable in an industry that revolves around your typical couple.

Jamie, Jan, and Dennis exceeded all expectations! They made the process smooth, simple, and most importantly, stress-free.We had a million questions leading up to our big day and Jamie always answered promptly, professionally, and honestly! On the day of our wedding, there was nothing to worry about because the staff effortlessly took care of everything-- all in the Texas summer heat! It was like they were part of our family, and we couldnât have asked for anyone better. We definitely took advantage of their recommended vendors list. If Firefly Gardens recommends a vendor, you better believe they are the best! ;)We received SO MANY compliments on the venue, staff, and service. Every moment of communication from our venue tour in January 2021 to booking and making countless visits during our engagements, and of course, our wedding day...everything was always immaculate! Jan and Jamie went above and beyond during the wedding planning process and gave the most incredible advice and assistance from seating charts to table layouts and ceremony order. On the day of, Jan was our fearless leader who took care of all of the issues, had the venue looking stunning and beautiful and really supported myself, my husband and our wedding party. If I weren't married already, I would book them in a heartbeat. They made my wedding vision come to life and gave us the most amazing memory of a wedding day that we'll never forget. I can't recommend them enough - they are the best and we're so beyond thrilled that we chose Firefly Gardens for our spring wedding!

I have no words for how phenomenal Jamie, her mom, and the entire Firefly Gardens staff were throughout the entire wedding planning process. We mainly interacted with Jamie, and let me just say, if you want to work with a venue and owner that have everything down to a science with how they run things (meaning zero stress) then look no further. I can't rave enough about how responsive and helpful Jamie was to us when we had questions on absolutely anything- I almost felt like I had a separate coordinator in her because of how efficient and thoughtful she was. As for the venue itself, I don't even need to say anything because of how the venue speaks for itself. Our friends and family were absolutely blown away by how beautiful everything was. Choosing Firefly Gardens was hands down the easiest and best decision we made for our wedding. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for everything you guys did! We were so lucky and blessed to find this place. Ms. Jamie and Ms. Jan were amazing. I probably bugged Ms. Jamie more than I should have, and she was always willing to help. Firefly Gardens was our top choice when looking for a wedding venue, and we are so lucky we were able to book with them! The venue is truly gorgeous - so many of our guests complimented the venue! We had our ceremony outside and reception inside, and it worked perfectly. The owners were great to work with both leading up to the wedding and the day of - they were so helpful with recommendations and really helped bring our ideas to life. If you are considering Firefly, go tour it and I'm sure you will fall in love just like we did! We are so glad we chose Firefly Gardens for our wedding day!

I got butterflies the first time I saw this venue online. But that's nothing compared to seeing it in person. The staff is professional but caring. I remember after rehearsal I got overwhelmed and started crying as my fiancé comforted me. That night Jamie from the venue emailed me asking if I was alright and if there was anything they could do to help. That was enough to know this is so much more than a venue. I could not recommend this place enough.

My wife and I used Firefly Gardens for our wedding this past October. We went to visit the venue and before we even got into our car to leave we knew this was our venue (it was also the only one we saw in person). The business is family owned and everything is straight forward (there are no hidden fees, no specific list of vendors required, and the owners give vendor recommendations based on their experiences). Based on our original guest count, we decided to rent the whole property for the day and it was perfect for the wedding party and close family to get ready and relax before the ceremony.We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding day. My wife and I used Firefly Gardens for our wedding this past October. We went to visit the venue and before we even got into our car to leave we knew this was our venue (it was also the only one we saw in person). The business is family owned and everything is straight forward (there are no hidden fees, no specific list of vendors required, and the owners give vendor recommendations based on their experiences). Based on our original guest count, we decided to rent the whole property for the day and it was perfect for the wedding party and close family to get ready and relax before the ceremony.We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding day. Firefly Gardens checked all the boxes for being our perfect wedding venue. We chose the all-inclusive package that included the main house to get ready in and it was wonderful to have all that space! The boys got to spend the morning swimming while the girls spent time inside getting ready upstairs and munching on snacks in the beautiful kitchen. The Firefly staff was incredible at making sure we had everything we needed. Jamie is probably the fastest emailer I have ever met! I donât think a single one of my emails received a response back longer than 5 hours. Most were even within minutes! Jan (Mama Firefly) is the absolute sweetest and checked up on all of the wedding party throughout the morning. I always felt like they cared about me just as much as they care about their venue, and that I wasnât just another bride. The venue is gorgeous and the grounds were very well maintained. The twinkle lights at night are amazing and just add that extra WOW! Our guests complimented me so many times on choosing such a beautiful place to get married. The only hiccup during the day was a little traffic in Midlothian (of all places!) so just prepare for that! Overall, I could not have asked for a more perfect day! Thank you Firefly Gardens for everything from beginning to end!

The venue let us use their large cross for the ceremony and also their two porch heaters for cocktail hour, which saved us money. The chandeliers are absolutely amazing along with the entire venue. Everything is in tip top shape and you can tell they not love the venue but they truly care about their brides and the families who choose to get married at Firefly Gardens. All of my wedding dreams came true at Firefly Gardens so please do yourself a favor and schedule a tour. You won't be disappointed!

On the day of, I was really concerned with how my grandfather would get around the grounds, but Dustin was always nearby with a golf cart to chauffeur which was incredible. Two bartenders, a security officer, a full 15 hours on the property, and so many other things that made us feel like we got so much more than what we paid. The day of our wedding could not have gone any better! It stormed so bad the day of my wedding but I did not want an indoor ceremony, once the rain cleared they put so much effort into still making sure my day was what I wanted, THEY BLOW DRIED THE CONCRETE! Absolutely amazing, thank y'all so much! The entire process was smooth and care free.

Everything was wonderful. The venue was so spacious and beautiful. We had the ceremony outside at the pergola and the reception inside. The owners were so helpful in the planning and coordination process and always available to answer questions and do walk through with vendors. My husband and I searched far and wide across the Dallas/Fort Worth area to find the perfect venue for our wedding. After months of looking at venues that all looked the same and had the same âpackagesâ we found Firefly Gardens, and the moment we stepped out of the car we knew this was where we would make the promise to spend the rest of our lives together. Firefly is a fairytale and we cannot say enough about this venue, and of Jamie and Jan! They were with us through 8 months of planning and questions and were always happy to help.... Not only did they open their doors to our parents visiting from out of town, but also to our friends on many occasions to just see the venue again (because it is that amazing), but they also helped with their expertise in planning and decorations. They are so professional and the venue is absolutely breathtaking and elegant!! Being able to have the whole property for 11 hours is nothing youâd be able to find anywhere in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This family and the venue are a dream!!! I mean it! I wish I could re live our wedding day here over and over again!!

All of our guest were amazed and said this was the most beautiful wedding place they had been too. We just had our wedding at Firefly Gardens two weeks ago and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. From the moment we toured the venue we knew it was where we would be married. Jamie, Jan, Dennis and the rest of the staff are just incredible. It is a family owned business and they truly care about their clients. Any time I had a question or needed to make an appointment to come by, they were so quick to respond and respected my appointment time by giving me their undivided attention. I never once felt rushed the day of since they are so generous with their rental time frame, and you are the only wedding going on that day. The day of our wedding was basically a monsoon, but Dennis was there the entire time and helped us with a plan B ceremony set up inside the reception hall. Which turned out just as gorgeous as it would have been under the pergola. You can't find many venues now days that are willing to be so accommodating! We are so glad we chose Firefly for this once in a lifetime occasion.

Our coordinator was amazing. Our food was supposed to be there at 3pm and right before the ceremony, they never showed up. Our wedding/reception was incredible! Working with the staff at Firefly Gardens was amazing. They are so accommodating and easy to work with! The venue is so beautiful and our event was one of a lifetime! Would hold it there again in a second! Loved it!

This venue is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Great price, great people who run it, and it is BEAUTIFUL inside and out. They have so many things you can utilize to make a beautiful event. It's so perfect. I couldn't be more happy about our choice to have our wedding at Firefly Gardens!
