Located in Lee, NH, Flag Hill Distillery & Winery is an elegant vineyard wedding venue. For over a decade, the space has welcomed couples who are searching for a unique ceremony and reception venue. This venue hosts one event per day, so all of the attention will be on you and your happiness. At 110 acres, Flag Hill Distillery & Winery is the state's largest vineyard and sets the scene for an unforgettable wedding day. The first grapes were planted here in 1990 and, in 1994, the winery started. The property also produces grain and vegetables, with the latter being used for events. Their years of experience in the event industry are at your disposal, so you can have the wedding celebration you've dreamed of. Flag Hill Distillery and Winery boasts a stunning outdoor site for wedding celebrations. The vineyard's team listens closely to your plans for the day and works hard to help your vision be realized. During the summer and fall months, your celebration can be held in an outdoor tented area. Here, you can enjoy the vineyard views with up to 300 guests. During the winter, meanwhile, the Post and Beam Dining Room offers style and warmth for you and up to 70 guests. A full-service venue, the vineyard's wedding packages include features white linens, bar setup, and staffing. Ceremony plans include seating and coordination, alongside a rehearsal. A customizable menu can be created with the on-site executive chef. Lots of the ingredients are sourced from the farm for fresh, vibrant dishes. If there's a certain meal that holds a special place in your heart, the chef is happy to recreate it.

Amazing Winery & Wedding VenueAn amazing venue, with unique catering options, on-site villas for the night of the wedding, amazing support and planning from the wedding coordinator and day of coordinator, and above all such a fun amazing venue with awesome recommended vendors.Our wedding was the best day ever. From the moment we set foot on the property to tour the property to the last song - we had such a great experience. We loved the outdoor ceremony space with the rustic benches, and permanent arch overlooking the vineyard.We used the bridal suite and common area at the villas to get ready for the wedding.The outdoor tent overlooking the gorgeous vineyard was perfect for our Sunday September wedding. We had a BBQ BUFFET which our guests loved, with late night snacks (sliders & fries) and signature drinks.We had the package with fire pit, for hole and extra touches. While I didnt think they would get use - our guests who did not dance the night away loved the fire and playing a few games.One of the best parts about this venue is the effort and coordination they put into planning. We dropped all our items off and they handled all the decoration ( within reason) the day of the wedding, and getting everything back together to pick up the next morning. All the planning and small touches inbetween helped us think of everything and not miss a beat.We used all recommended vendors who often work with Flag Hill which made everything easy.We wanted a fun wedding, outdoors that was a fair price and this place did not disappoint. It was everything we dreamed it could be!

Flag Hill was our perfect venue. They really brought our vision to life. We got married on 10/14 at Flag Hill and loved everything about it! We had both our ceremony and reception here, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was helpful, the bar made incredible drinks, and we can't say enough about the food!Flag Hill was the only venue we toured. The day we visited was freezing cold with torrential downpours, but while we were being shown around, we couldn't help but find it beautiful despite the weather. We didn't even need to look anywhere else -- we knew Flag Hill was it! We started our event planning with Christa, who left about halfway through. The transition to working with Nicole was seamless -- she was helpful, quick to reply, and went above and beyond. Our day-of coordinator was Candace, and she was incredible. She brought us food and drinks so we didn't have to worry about it ourselves, and made sure the day went by smoothly. We got so many compliments from guests about the scenery, the food, the drinks, and the event space. Flag Hill gave us a perfect day, and we are so thankful!

We cannot say enough good things about Flag Hill and all the staff that helped us make our wedding everything we wanted and more. Leading up to our wedding, we had so many questions for Nicole that she happily answered without hesitation. The venue was beautiful in person, but looked even more beautiful in our pictures. Our guests are still commenting on how perfect the venue was. There was plenty of space for all of our guests (215) to mingle and make there way to the bar/bathrooms/dance floor and lawn without feeling squished or over crowded. All of the staff were awesome and incredibly helpful/flexible helping us make the day exactly what we wanted! We wish we could do the day all over again and will definitely be back to Flag Hill to visit!

We had such a great experience at Flag Hill! We knew from the minute we toured the venue it was perfect for us. Once we picked our date, working with Flag Hill was a dream. They have a wonderful coordinator named Nicole. Who quickly responded to our emails and helped sort out problems (no matter how small). We were able to have a meeting to discuss everything about the wedding about midway through. Leading up to the wedding they were so supportive and clear. They made everything SO simple and easy. On the day of the wedding we had a 'day of' coordinator named Candace who was such a joy. She did all the behind the scenes work and made the day completely stress free. Even when a huge storm blew through at the exact time we were supposed to walk down the aisle. They worked to keep everyone dry as well as worked with all the vendors to wait out the storm so we could walk down the aisle outside. Everything went so smoothly! Something I really loved was the fact that they decorate the venue with the decor you bring. As someone who has a problem giving over the power, I was nervous about not decorating the venue myself but Flag Hill BLEW me away. They created the most beautiful set up with all the decor I brought. They made everything more beautiful than I could've imagined. Not to mention all the space for taking beautiful photographs in the vineyard and distillery. The options are endless. All of our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how much they enjoyed the food. Not only the beautiful venue, the food was outstanding. The appetizers were lovely as well as the mac & cheese bar. For the main course we did the carving stations/buffet and everything was cooked perfectly. The food tasted fresh. For the late night bite we did the slider bar with french fries, which were a huge hit. We were so thankful for Candace because she brought us food at the honeymoon table so we got a taste of everything!Lastly, the bar tenders were awesome! They were so fun and made amazing drinks. I have already recommend Flag Hill to newly engaged couples. I encourage anyone interested in Flag Hill to take a tour and fall in love just like we did, you wont be disappointed!

Flag Hill really knows how to run a wedding! My now husband and I decided in March 2022 to get married in September 2022 - and Flag Hill just so happened to have an opening on a Saturday in September. With such a short planning timeline, I was looking for a venue that would take care of as much as possible to ease the burden, so I was delighted that Flag Hill handled food, alcohol, linens, and setting up/breaking down decorations. From the moment we first reached out, working with the Flag Hill team was such a breeze. Christa was our coordinator and she was super friendly and responsive the entire 6 months. She remembered little details and made us feel like the only couple she was dealing with, even though Flag Hill was busy every weekend!I felt like I never had to lift a finger, and I was never concerned about any issues. We ran through visions for decor the day before and Christa and the team set up everything beautifully. The weather was perfect for the wedding day, though I loved that Flag Hill had good backup options for rain. Weâve gotten so many complements from guests on how beautiful the ceremony space and vineyards were, and how fun the wedding was (we did the package with lawn games and fire boulder and hired a live band as well!). Everyone also mentioned how much they enjoyed the food; we did the backyard BBQ package and the brisket and mac and cheese were highlights. We booked the Villas next door for 2 nights and had an absolute blast staying there. Not only is it incredibly convenient to be right next to the venue, but hanging around the fire pits at night with close friends and family made everything extra special. We also hosted our own casual breakfast buffet in the lobby area which was a big hit. I would highly recommend booking the Villas if you can!Flag Hill is a great venue and we highly recommend it. We will be back in the future for tastings (their rose and sparkling cayuga are delicious)!

My husband and I were married in July of 2022 and have not stopped raving about our amazing experience and day of celebration at Flag Hill! From the very beginning Christa and her team were with us every step of the way. The reminder emails, the timeline of what we should be booking/buying , the preferred vendors list, the just hello emails are just a handful of things that we got from the team. When youâre a couple getting married, sometimes you felt unsure if you were doing enough at times. Christa was always there to check in with what we had, who we booked and what we needed from her. Every email was answered within 48 hours and we always felt listened to. When it came to our vision Christa was always there to listen and give her honest feedback. Now to the day of. Upon arriving to Flag Hill everything LITERALLY went perfectly. The timing of the ceremony. The communication between the Flag Hill team and outside vendors. The precision to detail with all of our decorations and visions. My husband and I always had food and drinks near us when we didnât even know we needed it. The team was there to tell us what to expect next and never stepped on our toes or made us feel suffocated on our big day. We left Flag Hill with the biggest smiles and could not have asked for a better day or team to handle our big day. If youâre thinking of Flag Hill absolutely book them!!

Christa is a magical wedding coordinating wizard and though the food is delicious and the venue is absolutely beautiful, I do not think our day or our experience at Flag Hill would have been as easy or enjoyable without her. She really makes the day special. She keeps the energy of the process cool, calm, and collected but knows how to h u s t l e. She's very flexible, prompt, and offers accommodating solutions and compromises. She picks up on details that you didn't even know were important. She snuck behind me during dinner to pin up my falling out hair-do. She whipped out a sewing kit and stitched my mothers ripped dress during the reception. She never once made me feel rushed or pressured in my decision making, just supported and at-ease. All through the planning process I felt like I had a friend who was helping me plan a wedding and that was so important and special to me. The food was delicious and the staff always made sure my husband and I had food on our plates--a portion from every course--and drinks in our hand. We had great feedback from our guests about the meal, appetizers, and desserts. If I had one thing to \"complain\" about it would be that we were under the impression the staff would make us a couple to-go boxes with some leftovers but we didn't get that. I would've like to enjoy some of that food at home with more time to focus on it.We experienced rain/sun/rain/sun on our wedding day and the staff was quick to make adaptations for weather. All in all, if I had to redo the process, I would pick Flag Hill again. I wouldn't change a thing!

But what really makes Flag Hill stand out is their Wedding/Events team and the food!The team: Christa is the best hype woman anyone could ever ask for. If you have an idea, Christa is there cheering you on and helping you turn that idea into something even better than what you could have imagined. If you're feeling overwhelmed by family or friends opinions on what you should do, Christa is there to calm you down and remind you that you are planning the wedding of YOUR dreams. Christa is also the kind of person that you meet and after 5 minutes you feel like you've been friends your whole life. Christie and Candace, our day of coordinators, were equally as amazing. As soon as we arrived at Flag Hill for our rehearsal, they were there to help unload the cars filled with decor, go over every single detail to make sure the decor and the ceremony flow are exactly as we had envisioned. They also made sure that they took care of our wedding party - making sure that drink orders were taken and served as soon as the ceremony was over, apps are reserved specifically for the wedding party during cocktail hour and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Because of this amazing team, we didn't need to worry about one thing on our wedding day.The food: Flag Hill offers multiple menus, a few of which are non-traditional wedding menus. We decided to go with BRUNCH for dinner and we'd choose to do it again a million times over. We loved that this was something that we have never seen at a wedding before and who doesn't love brunch! The Flag Hill team even helped us with adjusting the menu to include some items off of another menu so we got to have everything that we loved!From the first email sent to schedule a tour of the venue up until our wedding day the service we received was impeccable. We appreciated that they have prepared a list of their favorite vendors, vendors who have glowing reviews from past Flag Hill couples, which saved us so much time researching. If you're still reading this, I hope you've heard enough to book yourself a tour of this amazing venue, you will not regret it!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by family or friends opinions on what you should do, Christa is there to calm you down and remind you that you are planning the wedding of YOUR dreams. Christa is also the kind of person that you meet and after 5 minutes you feel like you've been friends your whole life. Christie and Candace, our day of coordinators, were equally as amazing. As soon as we arrived at Flag Hill for our rehearsal, they were there to help unload the cars filled with decor, go over every single detail to make sure the decor and the ceremony flow are exactly as we had envisioned. They also made sure that they took care of our wedding party - making sure that drink orders were taken and served as soon as the ceremony was over, apps are reserved specifically for the wedding party during cocktail hour and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Because of this amazing team, we didn't need to worry about one thing on our wedding day.The food: Flag Hill offers multiple menus, a few of which are non-traditional wedding menus. We decided to go with BRUNCH for dinner and we'd choose to do it again a million times over. We loved that this was something that we have never seen at a wedding before and who doesn't love brunch! The Flag Hill team even helped us with adjusting the menu to include some items off of another menu so we got to have everything that we loved!From the first email sent to schedule a tour of the venue up until our wedding day the service we received was impeccable. We appreciated that they have prepared a list of their favorite vendors, vendors who have glowing reviews from past Flag Hill couples, which saved us so much time researching. If you're still reading this, I hope you've heard enough to book yourself a tour of this amazing venue, you will not regret it!

Aside from the obviously stunning hidden gem venue (a beautiful tent in a private vineyard) Christa and team are an absolute dream to work with. Vibes are immaculate - They are professional, reliable, responsive, and organized, yet handle everything with a manner of poise and hospitality which truly takes the stress out of wedding planning. They have a way of making you feel like youâre the only wedding they work on - from the planning process, down through the day-of. They knew exactly how to execute our vision - from the gorgeous decoration and satellite bar setup, to the day-of flow (including their time management and direction so everyone knew where they needed to be and when). One thing that sets them apart is they are experienced professionals in the wedding business - even when something went off-book on the Big Day (because it will! who doesnât have the perpetually late cousins, or the crazy aunt who decides to go rogue and use the bathroom right as the wedding procession beginsâŚ) Christa and team had all-hands on deck addressing any unexpected side situations that were out of our control, so we didnât need to worry about a thing. They helped us through every step of the way while also staying out of the way. I was warned multiple times that something always goes wrong at a wedding and to be prepared but that is not true when you're at flag hill. The team there is ready for everything and we did not run into a single problem all day, it was perfect!I can not recommend Flag Hill enough and I am so happy to be able to return there for wine tastings and chef dinners and always remember what a special place it holds in my heart. BOOK YOUR WEDDING AT FLAG HILL. We just had our dream wedding at Flag Hill on 8/7/2021. We received a personal recommendation to check out Flag Hill from a co-worker of my husband. On our list was a venue with fun wedding food (BBQ) an outdoor ceremony option and a tented reception. We are people who like to have a good time, and really wanted our wedding to be a huge fun outdoor celebration and Flag Hill gave us everything we could have ever wanted and SO MUCH MORE. Christa, Maddie, and the whole Flag Hill crew run like a well oiled machine. They are exactly the people you want by your side through the planning process and on your wedding day. From the moment we met Christa, we felt like family. You can tell instantly that they love what they do, and it showed from the first email to the thank you hugs at the end of our wedding night. Every email was responded to in a timely manner, every question we had was immediately met with an answer, and every âwhat do I doâ with a seamless solution. Christa and Maddie reached out a few times to check in. The planning part was made simple with all the information and lists they provide you with. You know right away what you have to do and the timeline you have to do it. The communication with all of our vendors was easy because of the information Flag Hill provided us with for them from the beginning. We felt that FH was fairly priced compared to other venues we looked at, and dare I say affordable. We never once worried about going over our budget and were able to include add ons like lawn games, a fire-pit, late night snacka, the STUNNING new tent draping package, and the real MVP⌠the surprise fireworks display! Rehearsal was seamless, everyone knew exactly what to do, and they even took the wedding partyâs drink order at rehearsal and had our drinks ready for us right after the ceremony! I gave Maddie full control of decorations & where to place them and everything was displayed perfectly.Our wedding day was beyond what we could have imagined. The venue was stunning. They have a large get ready room and private bathroom for your wedding party to use freely which was a huge help day of. The room comes stocked with a basket of everything you never thought you would need which was a lifesaver multiple times. The BBQ food was the talk of the night (until the fireworks) and the drinks were killer. The endless list of flag hill wine options, great variety of beers on tap, and our 2 signature drinks one made with Flag Hillâs own gin(our fave) and the second a spicy margarita recipe they came up with for us were all a hit. It was really awesome knowing we were supporting a local winery and distillery at the same time. Not once did we have to worry about where we had to be, or what was going on. Christa and Maddie have a way of running the entire production while making it seem effortless. Because of them, we truly were able to be present and just enjoy it. A lot of guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Maybe it was because everyone had been cooped up in the house because of Covid for over a year and a celebration was just what they needed. Maybe it was because of all the awesome add on options or because our DJ had everyone on the dance floor all night. We personally think it had a lot to do with Flag Hill, Christa and Maddie, and the love they have for what they do. A day that would have been perfect regardless, was better than our wildest dreams because of them.

Two thumbs up for Flag Hill! I cannot imagine a more beautiful setting for our special day. Not only was the vineyard backdrop gorgeous for our ceremony, but the lights and lanterns in the tent awarded us a picturesque backdrop throughout our reception. Several guests remarked on how much they loved the indoor/outdoor feel all night long as they enjoyed the fire pits and corn hole on the lawn. The staff were top notch from our first planning meeting to our first dance. Christa is truly the best the industry has to offer! If you are getting married on the Seacoast of NH, Flag Hill is a no brainer for both the price and the overall experience. 11/10!

WOW, WOW, WOW, where do I even begin. Flag Hill Distillery & Winery gave my husband and I our perfect dream wedding. Not only is the venue itself absolutely breathtakingly beautiful the wedding planners are top notch. If you are thinking of having your wedding here, DO IT! I was a COVID bride and before switching venues, planning had been an absolute nightmare. We switched our venue to Flag Hill less than 4 months before the big day and it was the BEST decision we could have made, I just wish we did it sooner :) I cannot say it enough how phenomenal Christa, Maddie and Sarah were to work with. They made planning a wedding in less than 4 months easy and enjoyable! These ladies are AMAZING and really take the time to get to know you individually and as a couple, they truly become part of your family. Communication throughout the entire process was impeccable. They use an online portal system where you have access to everything pertaining to your wedding such as banquet orders, timelines, payment due dates and messages between you and the venue. It was awesome having everything in one spot. Now onto the food, the food is outstanding at Flag Hill . Every single one of our guests raved at how it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! You wonât go wrong with any of the appetizers or meal choices you choose for your big day. Our wedding day went off without a hitch from start to finish. There is not a single negative thing I would say about this venue. We couldnât have asked for a more perfect wedding day and we owe it all to Flag Hill.

We had our wedding at Flag Hill in October 2020 â and I cannot recommend them enough. Their ceremony space is stunning, their staff is warm and helpful, food was delicious, and everything was so well organized that I would recommend anybody thinking about it to get married there. One reason I went with Flag Hill was because as somebody with an event planning background, I did not want to feel like I had to be the person with the clipboard on my own wedding day worrying about small details. So I knew going in to planning that I needed to hire a wedding planner. But, after talking with Flag Hill, I realized I didnât have to. Christa, Maddie, and the team at Flag Hill were so organized and helped with so much planning, that I didnât need an outside planner â I think they would have just got in the way. Christa helped with everything â planning out the day, finalizing the menu, setting the schedule, coordinating with the other vendors that were going to be there. Day of, everything went smoothly and Christa, Maddie, and the whole team Flag Hill team were there for anything we needed. Some people really like the idea of bringing in a bunch of different vendors and building their event from scratch â totally get that. But, Flag Hill handing so much (venue, food, alcohol, staffing) made wedding planning so enjoyable. Iâm so glad that in the lead up to the day that I had less details to worry about. I got married during COVID, our wedding went from 240 to 20 people (although we are hoping to have a big celebration with our original guest list at Flag Hill in the future). I sincerely hope that COVID is not something that others wonât have to deal with â BUT Flag Hill was so incredible through the whole replanning process. We had to change so much about our plans, with new contracts, and tons of uncertainty, but they were there to support their couples through everything. There were so many horror stories from couples in 2020 about being stuck with venues who wouldnât work with them â our experience with Flag Hill couldnât have been more different. Great place and people â would highly recommend.

Christa, Maddie, and their entire team are amazing to work with! If there was ever a team that was doing exactly what they are meant to do, it is them! Throughout our entire wedding planning experience and wedding day, they made us feel comfortable as well as made the process so easy and non-stressful. Christa and Maddie were extremely easy to get in contact with whenever we needed anything and went out of their way to check in with us. We got married during all of the COVID-19 restrictions and they kept us informed about everything that they could and could not do throughout the process as well as went above and beyond to make our guests feel safe and comfortable.The venue itself is gorgeous, has a nice open flow and rustic look, and provides many places for amazing photos. You get married overlooking the vineyards rain or shine. One of the big things we were concerned with was the weather as we got married in October in New England and there were many venues that we saw where the backup location was not as good or required a room change over. At Flag Hill, their rain location was just as pretty as the non-rain location and you were still able to overlook the vineyards as you get married. It did rain on our wedding day, and the team was able to change over the venue in minutes and we still got an amazing view and photos both during and after the ceremony.In addition to the view, set up, and amazing staff, Flag Hill also has amazing food and drinks. As a winery & distillery, their cocktails and drinks were on point! Their chef is fantastic and there was nothing that we ate that we did not like. We had been to a few weddings where the wedding food was, eh, or not that good due to the large quantities it was being produced in. That was not the case at Flag Hill! All of our guest raved about the food and drinks (fantastic and friendly bartending staff as well) throughout the entire night. The chef and team did a great job of serving everyone quickly and making sure that all the food was cooked perfectly! They were also able to accommodate all of the dietary restrictions our guests had. In general, they were very flexible with our requests.We could not have envisioned a better place to get married!

Andrew and I looked a few different venues and ultimately couldnât get past all of the above but Christa is really the big reason we went with Flag Hill. She is just so personable, charismatic and welcoming every step of the way. Christa was always there when we needed her, set up meetings and kept us updated every step of the way. As a wedding coordinator myself it was important to find someone I trusted and I found so much more. Our wedding was absolutely perfect because of her. Our day of couldnât have been any better. Our decorations were put out exactly as we imagined and everything was handled so well. Our timeline was followed to a T. At one point during pictures Christa was even following me with my drink to make sure I had something and always checking to make sure we ate. Just so caring! The food was by far superior to any place I had ever been. Hands down the best steak I have ever had in my life. Our guests are still talking about the food to this day! Maddie, thank you so much for all of your help day of as well. You were great to work with from making sure we ate dinner to packing all of our decorations up and getting our sparkler send off together! You and Brian have the most beautiful wedding venue and we will forever be grateful to you all! We highly recommended you all to any couple getting married! My husband and I can't say enough good things about Flag Hill! The minute we arrived at the venue, we were completely blown away by all it had to offer. The entire staff is friendly, the food is delicious and the wine is fantastic! Not to mention the outdoor ceremony space as well as the reception area overlooks the vineyards - it's absolutely incredible! We got married at the end of August and the grapes were fully grown on the vines...it made for amazing pictures! Everything about our wedding at Flag Hill was perfect and we are so thankful for Christa and Maddie as they made it so special for us. They were both an absolute joy to work with. When Christa first gave us a tour of the venue, she did such an incredible job making us feel like itâs where we belonged. By the end of the tour, it was a no brainer to choose Flag Hill and start working with Christa and her team. She provided us with a list of preferred vendors (all of which were amazing) and was always available to us when we had questions leading up to the big day. Both Christa and Maddie made sure that when our wedding day arrived, everything was in place so that we didn't have to worry about a thing â and thatâs exactly how it was! So many guests came up to us at the end of the night telling us how much they loved the venue and that it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended! Thank you so much Christa, Maddie and the entire staff at Flag Hill for making our wedding day a dream come true. We are still smiling from ear to ear!!

Going into the wedding, we heard that Flag Hill was amazing to work with, but we didn't realize just how amazing until COVID-19 hit. Christa & team were ON TOP of everything. Not only did they start reaching out to our vendors to see if they were available for alternate dates, but they kept in constant contact with us. We had so many other friends who were planning to get married this year and were let down by their venues and were overly jealous of the professionalism, timeliness, empathy, and kindness Flag Hill showed us. The portal system Flag Hill uses to keep track of all communication, expenses, and documents made keeping track of everything a breeze! We always knew what was going on, when payments were due, and what we'd selected for our wedding package with a breakdown of exactly what we were paying for. You also get an e-mail alert any time a comment is posted, so we never had to worry about forgetting anything.The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect -- Christa made sure I (as the bride) always knew what was going on, even when I was hiding in the bridal suite. She made sure my husband and I had time to breathe, have a bite to eat, and enjoy the day without getting swept up in the chaos of the day. Overall, 12/10 for Flag Hill! We honestly couldn't have chosen a better venue -- we can't wait to return again and relive our wedding every time we walk through the vineyard.

My husband, Chris, and I had looked at several venues and were having a hard time finding âthe oneâ that could fit the number of people we were looking at, and most importantly in our budget. We kind of stumbled on this vineyard and didnât have much information before visiting. We met Christa, FHâs Catering and Events Manager, and she took us in the wedding suite to get to know us a bit better, what we were looking for, and our budget. I FEEL I HAVE TO NOTE THIS- that was something that at first Chris and I were confused about. Usually the event coordinator would show us the venue all the bells and whistles and then we would go over pricing. Christa wanted to make sure that FH could accommodate our needs and budget before we fell in love with something that wouldnât work. This gave us such a more comforting and excited outlook when we looked at the venue, falling in love with it, knowing it had everything we needed (as well as wanted) and was in budget. Christa was AMAZING, you could tell she was so genuinely excited for us and so proud of this venue and the work they do. There was no hesitation, this was our reception venue. For the next 2 years Christa and the AMAZING team at FH made sure we had and were doing everything we needed to and made it FUN! At the wedding Christa and Maddie (FH Event Coordinator) were on point and made sure everything ran smooth and everyone was having a good time, even getting stains out of bridesmaids dresses. Christa also made it her mission to make sure Chris and I were enjoying our wedding to the fullest. Sneaking us sips of our drinks in between taking pictures and making sure we got all the food! Our guests were blow away with how beautiful the venue was and we were happy that there was something for everyone to do. If dancing wasnât your thing, they had lawn games as well as a separate area for a cigar bar, or just enjoying the beautiful sunset over the vineyard. As mentioned, even if youâre not looking for a wedding venue, just go and visit Flag Hill for a tour and tasting or any one of the fun events they put on. Chris and I are so happy we will be able to continue to visit this place that holds such a special place in our hearts for a tasting, chefâs dinner, or bubbly brunch and see people who feel like friends.

We met Christa, FHâs Catering and Events Manager, and she took us in the wedding suite to get to know us a bit better, what we were looking for, and our budget. I FEEL I HAVE TO NOTE THIS- that was something that at first Chris and I were confused about. Usually the event coordinator would show us the venue all the bells and whistles and then we would go over pricing. Christa wanted to make sure that FH could accommodate our needs and budget before we fell in love with something that wouldnât work. This gave us such a more comforting and excited outlook when we looked at the venue, falling in love with it, knowing it had everything we needed (as well as wanted) and was in budget. Christa was AMAZING, you could tell she was so genuinely excited for us and so proud of this venue and the work they do. There was no hesitation, this was our reception venue. For the next 2 years Christa and the AMAZING team at FH made sure we had and were doing everything we needed to and made it FUN! At the wedding Christa and Maddie (FH Event Coordinator) were on point and made sure everything ran smooth and everyone was having a good time, even getting stains out of bridesmaids dresses. Christa also made it her mission to make sure Chris and I were enjoying our wedding to the fullest. Sneaking us sips of our drinks in between taking pictures and making sure we got all the food! Our guests were blow away with how beautiful the venue was and we were happy that there was something for everyone to do. If dancing wasnât your thing, they had lawn games as well as a separate area for a cigar bar, or just enjoying the beautiful sunset over the vineyard. As mentioned, even if youâre not looking for a wedding venue, just go and visit Flag Hill for a tour and tasting or any one of the fun events they put on. Chris and I are so happy we will be able to continue to visit this place that holds such a special place in our hearts for a tasting, chefâs dinner, or bubbly brunch and see people who feel like friends.

I cannot put into words, just how spectacular our wedding was at Flag Hill. Overall, Flag Hill is absolutely stunning! With the location being off a main road, yet still easy to get to it made for a great location. From the moment we first arrived and walked into the Tasting Room we feel in love, it simply feels like walking into a long time friends home. Everyone was so welcoming, the grounds and views are breathtaking any time of day/night or year.Christa and Maddie took my visions and made them a reality, they were available to answer questions and ease last minute moments of panic from a Type-A, logistics is life Bride. Every single guest of the wedding said it was the best wedding they have been to, from the venue to the food, to the lawn games, not a single detail was missed and the service they received from bartenders to wait staff was impeccable. As a bride who hosts lots of her own gatherings, knowing that my family and friends were treated like family and friends by Flag Hill means the world to me.The food was perfect, we improvised the menu because the Groom is on a competition BBQ team and all things must be BBQ. They took the vision and again made it come to life, having our BBQ team members present and happy with the meal was a huge win as they have very specific taste buds. Hats off to the Chef and kitchen staff!!!Wine and Spirits, again we have very specific tastes and those were met and exceeded. The bourbon toast for the Groom, the sparkling cayuga is the perfect champagne like blend for my very champagne snob tastes. One of our favorite parts of planning the wedding and gifting to our bridal party and family throughout the process was sharing the wines and spirits. Each of our party members received something special that fit their personal tastes for wine or spirits. All of our guests loved trying the different wine and spirits through out the evening.Christa Maddie and Nicole helped my bridal party to have my shower at Flag Hill in their function room. Again, the food the service all of it was amazing and all of the guests were thrilled. It was the perfect preview to the wedding day.Thank you is not enough, after being together for 8 years and having a proposal come out of the blue and putting together a fairy tale wedding in a reasonable budget in roughly 6 months seemed like an impossible thing. I firmly believe that none of it would have been possible without the love and support of Brian, Maddie, Christa and all of the staff at Flag Hill. We could not recommend Flag Hill enough to family and friends, our wedding guests are currently seeking out married couples to get invited to return and we have discussed budgeting for an annual anniversary party each year, we LOVE Flag Hill and all of their staff so much. We look forward to finding a reason to have another event with you soon, in the mean time we will be by for the wine and spirits!

More importantly, Christa and Maddie are amazing and know what they are doing. They are experts! Our wedding was the most beautiful, incredible, fun experience and I owe it all to Flag Hill. From the moment I called to go visit Flag Hill until the end of our big night our experience was beyond incredible, 10/10. All of our guests could not stop commenting what a beautiful venue it was, how great the food was and what a great time they had. It was affordable for our budget and we feel we got much more than other venues offer. Who else has a fire pit with s'more bar, lawn Jenga, acres of land, farm to table food all overlooking the most breathtaking vineyard? Flag Hill is a hidden gem that was local for our friends and family to travel to. The staff made us feel welcome every time we visited. I had envisioned what the tent would look like but Christa and Maddie took my vision and went above and beyond to make my wedding a fairytale. When I saw the tent and tables before guests arrived tears started immediately. Anytime I had questions or concerns while planning I had immediate responses. Every idea I wanted they executed, including ending the night with a sparkler send off. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Flag Hill, I have even gone to brunch and bubbly events with friends and family because the food and atmosphere you cannot beat. We chose this venue fairly quickly based on the vision we had for our wedding but were sold on the rave reviews from couples who had previously gotten married there. Christa's energy leading up to the wedding but more specifically for our rehearsal and actual wedding was amazing. So many of our family members commented on how friendly, professional and efficient she is. Planning our wedding was much easier with their prompt responses, great recommendations and knowledge and experience they bring to the table. The food was delicious and a HUGE shout out to Cassey who baked our wedding cake that everyone also raved about. The actual space is beautiful at Flag Hill and is not only one of the more affordable options but in my opinion, one of the best options for a winery wedding in NH. Their wines and spirits are so so good this is just a great bonus when getting married there. We cannot recommend having your wedding at Flag Hill enough, you will be happy you did!!!

Their wines and spirits are so so good this is just a great bonus when getting married there. We cannot recommend having your wedding at Flag Hill enough, you will be happy you did!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Flag Hill Winery for your wedding day.Firstly, it would be nothing without the support of Christa, the wedding planner extraordinaire. She is so organized, spunky and her lengthy experience of working at Flag Hill has made her the best asset that Flag Hill has to offer for your wedding day. Planning with Christa and Maddie was seamless. You can tell they love what they do and strive to make your wedding as wonderful as possible while accommodating all of your needs We chose Flag Hill for the ceremony space, which is so beautiful and overlooks the vineyard behind. The ceremony is shaded under large trees for hot days, so it was a perfect location for us. I loved the openness of the area; all of our wedding guests took time to go and explore the grounds while enjoying cocktail hour, and everyone had a great time.The wedding day itself was perfect. Christa was with me for all questions and was so organized in getting everyone where they needed to be for the ceremony and reception, and even organized a group shot of us and all of our guests right after the ceremony.I highly reccomend Flag Hill, I cannot say enough great things about it. We were and still are so happy with our decision!!

Flag Hill was the perfect choice for our wedding. The venue was absolutely stunning! Our guests kept telling us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've ever been to. Christa, Maddie and their entire staff were amazing to work with. They made us feel completely at ease and took care of everything. The set up, the timeline and the break down at the end of the night were all done without us having to worry about a thing. The bartenders were on point, the food was delicious and the scenery was breath taking. It couldn't have been more perfect! From our very first meeting with Flag Hill, we knew there was something special about this place. Christa was a big part of that. During the whole planning process, Christa was a huge help to us. AMAZING VENUE. If I could give this venue 10 stars I would. My husband and I really wanted our wedding to be at a location that provided an outdoor ceremony and a covered reception. We looked at a number of venues in NH but we never found one that we were completely in love with. As soon as my mom, mother in law and I walked into Flag Hill we knew this was the place that I was going to marry the love of my life- It was exactly what we were looking for. Christa greeted us as we arrived and made us feel right at home. We took a tour of the grounds and sites for both the ceremony and reception- All of which were stunning. One huge detail was that if for any reason we had bad weather on the day of the wedding they have a back up location separate from the reception area. As others have said in previous posts, the staff at Flag Hill are phenomenal. Christa and Maddie are hands down the best coordinators to work with, they always made me feel super confident in how the wedding would turn out ( and it turned out better than I could have ever dreamed). All of the other staff at Flag Hill also deserve a HUGE shout-out, The chef and his team, the service staff, the bartenders and any other staff member we came in contact with. I could go on and on and on about how amazing it was to work with this venue but I highly recommend taking a trip there and checking it out yourself! Cheers!

I knew I wanted a vineyard wedding and looked at several venues before falling in love with Flag Hill and I'm so glad it is where we got married. The venue is gorgeous, staff are so easy to work with and so knowledgeable, they made it easy for me to stay on task and I felt like I was working with friends not vendors. The food was absolutely delicious from appetizers to dinner and late night snacks. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a venue coordinating team and I can't say enough good things about all they did for us. They definitely know what they are doing and made sure everything went perfectly! I can't wait to get back and visit, if i didn't mention already their wine and liquors are fantastic and worth a trip for that alone! Working with Flag Hill Winery and Distillery was a wonderful experience. My husband and I knew we wanted a rustic, outdoor wedding and were having trouble finding a place in the Northern Mass/ Southern NH area that was affordable. Thankfully we came across Flag Hill. It was the only place we visited and we instantly fell in love with the venue. It is a beautifully landscaped winery where you can clearly understand their love for cultivating nature resources to make great food, wine and liquor. The vegetable and herb garden they have onsite is used in the kitchen along with other farm grown resources from around the Lee area. The owner, wedding coordinators and staff really make the experience everything it can be. Working with Christa and Maddie (Wedding Coordinators) was an easy experience. Their staff was very accommodating and understands this is a special day even though they do it all season long. The owner and the men that work with him in the vineyard and distillery take pride in the work they do daily to make delicious wine and liquor. If you choose to have your wedding here, you are able to walk through the vineyard instead of just looking from afar. This is definitely a place to check out when looking at wedding venues.

Until the day of, she was communicating with us, making sure everything was in order. The day of was flawless. Christa, Maddy and the rest of the staff were on top of things. They decorated beautifully and tastefully with the items we supplied. The food was delicious. We had passed apps, stationary apps, carving stations and a pasta station. So many people commented on how good the food was. It started raining right after our ceremony and outdoor photos were taken but that didn't stop us from having the time of our lives. The tent walls were dropped down so the rain was a non-issue. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day!

My wedding was held at Flag Hill on 7-9-16, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The wedding coordinator, Christa, was by our side every step of the way ensuring that all of the details were taken care of. She was responsive, organized, and had everything under control. I felt that I did not have to worry about anything. Our guests said that the food was wonderful-- I wish I had taken the time to eat more of it! Drinks were good and the sangria bar was a big hit.We had a forecast of rain for the entire wedding day, so the staff had a \"plan b\" ready and waiting in case the ceremony could not be outdoors as planned. Thankfully the rain held out for about an hour, and we were able to get married under the beautiful trees and pergola. I highly recommend Flag Hill to anyone who is looking for a vineyard wedding with beautiful scenery and wonderful staff.

My wedding was held at Flag Hill on 7-9-16, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The wedding coordinator, Christa, was by our side every step of the way ensuring that all of the details were taken care of. She was responsive, organized, and had everything under control. I felt that I did not have to worry about anything. Our guests said that the food was wonderful-- I wish I had taken the time to eat more of it! Drinks were good and the sangria bar was a big hit.We had a forecast of rain for the entire wedding day, so the staff had a \"plan b\" ready and waiting in case the ceremony could not be outdoors as planned. Thankfully the rain held out for about an hour, and we were able to get married under the beautiful trees and pergola. I highly recommend Flag Hill to anyone who is looking for a vineyard wedding with beautiful scenery and wonderful staff.

It was the best meal I've ever had at a wedding or catered event (our guests continue to tell us how great their meal was) - they really know how to manage the flow of the wedding and also keep food and service a top priority. My husband and I decided very early on we would like to get married at a vineyard. Among the three big winery venues in the area, Flag Hill had the best date for open for what we had in mind. We went to check it out with our parents, and didn't have to look any further. Christa, the coordinator, was great - she helped with every question we had and made me feel very comfortable leading up to our big day. \rNot only did they set everything up for me (I dropped it all off at the rehearsal), but when I saw it all the day of, it was better than I could have done myself. I was so excited it turned out so well, because not being able to help with your own vision is a tough thing to do. They pulled it off! AND I didn't have to worry about anything the day of.\rWhen all was said and done, almost every one of my guests approached me and said how beautiful and perfect the venue is, and some even hinted at booking their own there because of how impressed they were! And I couldn't hear enough good things about the food! They did make a plate for me and my husband so we didn't have to worry about the buffet. I only wish they had made us a plate of appetizers also, that was what we were most excited about!!\rOur day was perfect, thank you to Christa and everybody else at Flag Hill!

I fell in love with Flag Hill when I went to visit the site in the fall of 2013. I booked my date on the spot. I worked with the event coordinator, Christine in planning my wedding over the course of a year. I was shocked when at the end of June, I received a response to an email by the general manager stating Christine no longer worked at Flag Hill. I was a little nervous but the general manager, Heather said she would be taking over for Christine and it should remain a seamless transition. I booked a meeting with Heather to go over everything for the wedding a week later. We ran through time lines and discussed how we would like all the details of the wedding to go. I kept in touch via email after that to discuss any other questions that came up. When I arrived for the rehearsal the day before my wedding it was as if Heather and I had never discussed anything. It was obvious that all the paperwork I had filled out with her was clearly not reviewed prior to us meeting. The day of the wedding came and we arrived to the venue to pouring rain. We had paid to arrive an hour early so we could do a first look which we did in the tent. After our first look the rain cleared up so we could still have the ceremony outside. The venue did not wipe down the soaking wet chairs, leaving it for the groomsmen to do. We had the ceremony and then took pictures. After the pictures we went to go back to the bridal room to clean the mud off my wedding gown. Heather arrived and said that the wedding party was waiting, ready to be announced. When I went down to the tent my wedding party was scattered all throughout the guests. Clearly the venue had not communicated with them. My photographers had to go and round everyone up. At this point I was really beginning to get frustrated with the venue staff. Throughout our wedding meal I had numerous guests come up to me to complain that the staff had been extremely rude to them. Two different people were refused a meal because they did not have a place card in front of them. Not only was that ridiculous to begin with, but I had 15 people unable to make it to the wedding at the last minute so there were more than enough meals to go around. A fifth person complained to me that their table never received bread and were told too bad, there is none left. Heather, the general manager had left for the day. Two other women were in charge of the wedding at that point but they were nowhere to be found. When I got back to my table the waitstaff had cleared away my meal. The next issue arose after cutting the cake. Instead of serving the cake, the staff piled slices on a table in the back of the room. It seemed as if the venue put forth the least amount of effort throughout the entire night. Towards the end of the night I had even more guests complaining that staff had been rude to them. They closed the bar without calling last call while people were in line and refused to serve them drinks. At this point one of the wedding ladies was there and I told her how I was utterly disappointed in the lack of professionalism of the staff. After the wedding we noticed on the invoice that we never met the limit for our payment towards the open bar yet they had charged guests for drinks for the last hour of the night. So we are left wondering if the venue double charged for drinks! All in all it is a beautiful venue but the loss of their event planner has clearly impacted their level of professionalism.

My new husband and I toured Flag Hill Winery & Distillery a little under a year ago and were thrilled to host our wedding reception there a few short weeks ago. I can't say more good things about our experience from start to finish.\r\rWhen we visited the winery a year ago, Frank the owner gave us a tour, showed us a video and went over all the details of hosting an event there. We were immediately in love with the beautiful surroundings and appreciated Frank's clarity- when planning a wedding the fine print can get blurry- this was not the case at Flag Hill. We also could see that we were dealing with a group of professionals that understood weddings and had a great deal of experience under their belts. This is when we met Christine the Director of Events, and our life line for the next year of planning. From the get-go we could see that Christine is detail oriented and organized, but fun. We were planning a wedding, its supposed to be fun!\r\rWe had several meetings with Christine throughout the year, each meeting was prefaced by documents of things we should be thinking about and tips for where we were in the planning process at the time. This was appreciated and helped us stay on track. We accomplished a great deal in the meetings but it was always fun- and usually included a tasting or two or Flag Hill's exceptional wines and spirits. New England wines can get a bad rap for being too sweet, try these wines, they're different and delicious. And the John Stark Vodka? Amazing, and made from local apples!\r\rThe day before our wedding had friends and family galore and a lot to accomplish before our big day. As the bride, I was feeling really stressed- there were just so many details. I felt an immediate relief that afternoon when the entire party descended upon Flag Hill with our decorations etc and we reviewed the set up and final details with Christine and Pam. We knew our event was in good hands, copious notes had been taken and everything would be perfect. We left Flag Hill to head to our rehearsal at the church and our rehearsal dinner, totally at ease.\r\rOur wedding day was perfect, as the bride I know I'm biased, but it was. We had perfect weather, our ceremony was beautiful and personal and we arrived at Flag Hill ready to party. The grounds are really well cared for and were just gorgeous on that July night, with gentle breezes coming off the vineyard into the tent. We had a smaller wedding at 115 but the space filled well- I can see how larger groups would fit comfortably but a group our size didn't feel lonely in the space either. Chinese lanterns gave great ambiance and we all appreciated the blacktop floor and real dance floor under the tent- who wants to deal with a dirt floor when you're in formal wear?\r\rMy groom and I were relaxed all night. Our friends and family enjoyed signature cocktails we had worked with Christine and the Flag Hill spirits to create and the DJ kept the dance floor packed. Christine and her crew kept things organized and out of our sight, she made sure we were where we were supposed to be (ie cake cutting) but never rushed us or interrupted. We enjoyed the the late night french fries and a sparkler exit- details again coordinated by Flag Hill so that we could just enjoy.\r\rFor an overall wonderful experience my husband and I would recommend the team at Flag Hill. Flag Hill was a great choice for our wedding. It was almost a One-Stop-Shop for us. They took care of the reception venue (right there on site) our food, (delicious pasta bar with fresh fish), tables, linens, servers. We were able to focus on other details without stress. \r\rWe were married in September right when it's starting to get chilly in NH. There's a big white party tent that our reception was held in which made for great pictures and for keeping warmth in. Christine - the event coordinator - was amazing. I can't say enough positive things about her. She was ever present but never in the way during our wedding. She was happy to assist, took care of things I didn't even know needed taking care of and was professional to a T. \r\rPrior to the wedding any time we needed to get in touch with her we would call or e mail and within 24 hours we would have a response. She thought of things we never would have and it made a huge difference on our day. \r\rThe location makes for a gorgeous backdrop for pictures. The vines, the tent, the old barn, it was all stunning and captured well in our pictures. \r\rI really have no complaints or any words of advice for booking this venue.

Flag Hill was a great choice for our wedding. It was almost a One-Stop-Shop for us. They took care of the reception venue (right there on site) our food, (delicious pasta bar with fresh fish), tables, linens, servers. We were able to focus on other details without stress. \r\rWe were married in September right when it's starting to get chilly in NH. There's a big white party tent that our reception was held in which made for great pictures and for keeping warmth in. Christine - the event coordinator - was amazing. Flag Hill is a beautiful site for a wedding. While we were in the planning stages everything was wonderful. Then, they majorly dropped the ball.\r\rAt some point between when we signed our contract and selected our package options and the day of the wedding, Flag Hill discontinued their packages. They advised neither us, nor the vendors (who we chose through Flag Hill's $X per person vendor package) of this change. The result- we had to come up with last minute funds 2 HOURS before the ceremony to pay the florist and the DJ, and the cake never showed up because no one called in a deposit.\rAlso, the JP said my name incorrectly during the entire ceremony, they served the wrong wine during the wine pour (we selected a different white wine than the one they served) and they put cheese on our selected vegan appetizer. \rI also never got an apology for the mishap.\r\rOtherwise, the food was very good, the bar prices reasonable, and the wine is quite good as well.
