Barn Packages starting at $3990.00. A lovely drive through our gabled oak trees will take you to either our rustic Prairie Glenn Barn or our charming Lakesong Barn. They are both privately situated on our 50 acre ranch alongside our lake. They are located in Plant City, Florida, very central to Tampa and Orlando. They have become a wedding favorite for couples throughout the United States. Facilities and Capacity Driving beneath a canopy of trees, everyone can glimpse elements of work-life scattered throughout the 50-acre ranch. This sprawling location caters for up to 250 guests for ceremonies and receptions are our Prairie Glenn Barn. The Chapel in the Gables is the aptly named outdoor setting for our ceremonies. Fully enclosed by towering trees to form a majestic natural barrier, this nature-styled chapel is complemented by rustic wooden pews and large double-barn doors. This natural wonder is a stunning backdrop for both ceremonies and nuptial photographs that will leave a lasting impression on generations to come. Constructed with reclaimed wood, the Prairie Glenn Barn models a classic hay barn ideal for receptions. Discreet interior furnishings elevate the barn to modern standards while remaining loyal to the true characteristics of the structure. Every precious moment is carefully considered, from accent lighting throughout to a grand departure with sparklers at the end of the night. From local gourmet catering prepared by Petite Madelyn’s Bake Shoppe cakes & desserts to Music packages from Celebrations Of Tampa Bay. My wedding was beyond everything I could have ever imagined! First I would like to thank the entire staff at the venue. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel like family. The level of detail blew us out of the water! From setting up to taking everything down. It was done so smoothly! The reception & ceremony decoration were absolutely stunning, our cake & desserts were delicious & the floral was just breathtaking. If I could redo my wedding over again, I would. But only so I could relive it again! The Florida Rustic Barn Wedding Venue was the ONLY venue I toured. I was in love the moment I walked onto their property and met the staff. Words can’t describe how thankful I am to everyone there. I will forever be grateful to each of them for allowing my dream wedding come true!

The people at FRBW were absolutely amazing to work with for our big day. They were very professional but also made the whole experience so fun and easy to plan! They made sure to check in with us throughout the whole process and really cared that our wedding was going to go smoothly. Prairie Glenn Barn was the venue I chose of their two beautiful barns they offer and it was absolutely beautiful. The outside ceremony area is also stunning for this venue, but unfortunately with the Florida weather I had rain my whole day. However that didn’t stop the coordinators at FRBW from turning the barn into its own beautiful ceremony area and still giving me and my husband the best possible wedding. If I had to do it all over, I would choose to work with FRBW again!

This was the most perfect wedding venue for our big day! Everyone at my wedding said it was the most beautiful and perfect ceremony and reception site! The wedding coordinators were absolutely amazing from day 1! The wedding went very smoothly without any issues! The biggest reason I chose this venue is because they have an all inclusive package that includes florals, DJ, cake & sweets, decor, and more! It made the process SO easy! I would highly recommend.

Get married here if you want a completely stress free wedding day! It was like Disney World - I came in for a design meeting 6 months before the wedding, and the day of showed up with my vision come to life. It was amazing. The staff is there truly for you from the engagement to the wedding day. I absolutely loved this venue and would recommend it to anyone. It’s all inclusive, so really I was at peace during the entire process.

The attention to detail, care, and ability to execute actions flawlessly by this team even when things beyond our control go wrong are priceless. I can honestly say they took better care of me than my own family! The location is beautiful, and their preferred vendors are amazing to work with and really took away stress since you don't have to vet a million other vendors. I loved that Flowers, DJ, and even a selection of Caterers are already at their disposal.

We booked our venue eleven months before our wedding date and the detail and professionalism we received was top notch. The venue kept in contact and answered any questions we had from day one. We chose the all inclusive wedding package and it was such a stress relief and they made our day magical! Upon choosing the venue I was instructed to Pinterest any wedding details I had in mind and when it came to the day that my husband and I sat down with the wedding planners they took our vision and created everything we wanted and it truly showed the day we arrived. On our wedding day the staff was amazing and accommodating to everything and I actually felt like a Queen for the day. We are so happy to have chosen this venue and highly recommend Florida Rustic Barn Wedding to EVERYONE!

I couldn't imagine a more perfect and more beautiful wedding. Everything was incredible and everyONE was incredible. Their communication is incredibly fast and the recommended and available vendors cannot be beat. The wedding was perfect and it came together with little stress because they help organize the wedding for you and do 99% of the prep work. We had a stress-free, quick meeting with the florist and baker and everything turned out perfect! The day of was incredibly stress free and I truly got to enjoy every moment of the wedding. I'm not certain I can say much more about the grounds other than the story that pictures tell. This venue is beyond amazing and what you get is so much more when you work with Zoraya & Becky and their team of pro.'s. The package includes vendors that are as easy to work with and everyone shares a common goal, to help guide you through choices that will make your wedding truly your very own. I was married on May 5, 2023 and wish I could do it over again and again just to relive the magical day it was. All hands on deck at FRBW and the pictures are truly worth 1000 words.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous! Almost no need for decor with the natural beauty of the oaks and palms. The wedding planning coordinators provided with this venue made the wedding planning seamless and easy. They gave us monthly updates on where we should be in the planning process as well as useful tips and tricks. They staff was wonderful on the wedding day. You could tell they are experts in this field.

Perfect DayWe booked Lakesong on a Saturday afternoon for 100 guests. We were provided periodic questionnaires to ensure we were hitting milestones in a timely manner. The meeting with the staff was encouraging and provided much needed reassurance that this was the correct venue for us. Communication with us through email was prompt and regular. The day of the event, the venue was gorgeous…. I mean GORGEOUS. I asked for a particular 3 wreath piece that was not part of their usual items and when I saw it the day of, I was so thrilled, it was exactly what I had asked for. The support and prompts the staff provided during the ceremony prep as well as the support during the reception and communication after was very helpful and simply amazing. The vendors they require you to use at the venue were phenomenal. I was not disappointed in the least. If I had it to do all over again, I would not go anywhere else. I wish I could relive that day a thousand times over

I don’t know where to start. This venue is so beautiful, that rustic feel with the glam. When I look back and when hear people say “that venue was the most beautiful one I’ve seen” it really makes all the planning worth it. On top of the beauty, the venue is family owned and operated, and they are passionate about making your dreams come true on your special day. The energy Zoraya and her sons had on my day brought me so much joy. They are all so humbled and down to earth. They assured my day was nothing less than perfect, The way they get so excited for you and rip the doors open for your introductions is like out of the 8 second movie. The way they make you laugh when you’re crying annd overwhelmed with emotion and plan every detail, made my day even that more memorable. Barbara, Cheryl, Becky, were so pleasant and detailed and when I thought I was missing something, they were sure to remind me of every detail. I still hear Cheryl saying at rehearsal “i want you to soak it in when these doors open” and it was the best advice. It really does happen so fast. I would recommend this venue a thousand times over and over. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so so much. It really was the best day of my life

We got married mid February at the Lakesong and it was gorgeous! Staff was amazing and so kind. Becky gave us the tour of the venue and she couldn't have been more inviting and friendly - it was the first venue we toured, but we knew instantly it was the place for us. We did an \"all-inclusive\" package which included real flowers (this was not something I thought I cared about, but real flowers make a difference!), desserts, decor, DJ, officiant, and, of course, they do everything for you so you don't have to stress about anything! :) <3 The desserts were delicious and there are so many ways to customize without any extra charges. We had a three tier cake with each layer a different flavor, rice crispy treats on a stick, chocolate dipped pretzels, cupcakes, and another chocolate cake-y dessert. You speak with the baker directly and she decorates in your colors and even puts flowers from your wedding decor on the cake. I think there were 3 photographers to choose from (this is not included in the package) and we went with Lily River Photography. We met Amber in person and she was the first photographer we spoke with. We clicked instantly. She is very friendly and can connect with you instantly. We hadn't had any sort of professional photos taken before so we also used Amber for our engagement photos. She helped us loosen up on camera, played Taylor Swift love songs during our session (I'm a huge swiftie), and has us laughing the whole time. She caught the best of us and our love in each photo. We just got previews of our wedding day photos back and they are gorgeous. BONUS - her husband Peter is her second photographer, so rest assured - you will get soooo many great photos! The DJ included with the venue is great and very accommodating. They asked me to share spotify playlists with them for guest requests and I also sent them a playlist of 'bride requests' too. There were certain songs I really really love and wanted to make sure they could be included in the music somehow, without messing up the flow of the party. Using my best judgement on what songs would realistically be at a wedding, I made my playlist and I'm pretty sure every song on my playlist was played. I was so happy!!! Catering was not included, but they provided a list of suggested caterers. As two people from Plant City, we had already decided on Johnson's BBQ as our desired wedding food, so we were so happy that Johnson's was on the list for catering. Food was perfect, as expected. Get the collard green dip and chip appetizer - it's not on the menu in the restaurant and it is DELISH. It's been one week and my husband and I keep talking about the wedding every day. It was truly magical. This is the place for you.

From the moment we set foot on the property we knew this is where we wanted to say, \"I do.\" The setting is perfect, being far enough away from the city that you don't get light pollution at night but close enough for our out-of-town guests to travel to. The staff at FRBW was helpful and available any time we needed them - which was a lot! They made it easy to tour the venue and were communicative along the way. They put together a very thorough package for their couples and we loved how it came with nearly everything (cake, flowers, decor, day of coordinator, etc.) Everyone was so helpful and nice and made the whole process fun and exciting! As a bride, the wedding day is very stressful, but all the staff made sure I knew what I was doing, where I was going, who I was handing my bouquet to, they even put Band-Aids on the back of my feet to prevent me from getting blisters at the reception. You won't get this kind of support and care every venue - my HUSBAND (yay!) and I could not recommend a venue more than this one! Go check them out!

Florida Rustic Barn weddings was excellent to work with. The location is absolutely beautiful. They offer 2 ceremony/reception sites to choose from. The staff was all very pleasant in all the discussions that we had and responded promptly with any additional calls or emails that I had with questions. Our wedding turned out beautifully and the venue/staff did a wonderful job making that happen. The only couple of suggestions/concerns that we had were the following: 1. Getting ready: The bride and party aren't able to get ready on site. You have to do your hair/makeup offsite, then get dressed at the venue only. You're not able to arrive until 2:00pm, which then rushes you to take any before getting ready pictures as well as rushing to get dressed. I'd like to see the bridal suite be larger and accommodating to start getting ready at 9:00am. Same goes for the groom's suite. It's not an actual area for groom and party to hang out, only simply get dressed. Additionally, the grooms aren't able to arrive until 3:00pm and immediately have to get dressed and rush through photos. 2. The above concerns lead into timing for photographs. We felt extremely rushed with photographs since we weren't able to spend more time before hand having pictures done, therefore, we feel that we did not get the opportunity to take all of the pictures that we had wanted. Overall outside of this, again the location is perfect, the staff was excellent, and experience overall was stellar. I would highly recommend this venue.

FRBW made our day PERFECT! Everything went smooth from planning to day of start to finish on wedding day. I would highly recommend FRBW to any friend. If you are looking for a well put together, minimal stress involved wedding do consider Florida Rustic Barns. Although they made our day perfect and everything we could have dreamed of we did run into one minor flaw. End of the night clean up was a bit unorganized and I only say this because some items were thrown out that I would have liked to have kept. But if that was the only flaw we had throughout the whole process I would say they did amazing! I am extremely grateful for the team at FRBW. Our day would have not been as perfect as it was if it was not for their staff and their passion for perfection!

Everything about our wedding was perfect. I had very little to plan because Becky and Zoraya took care of all the details. I made a Pinterest board of all decor, signs, color schemes, etc. and they made all of it happen. They sent reminders for things with deadlines, and they made to-do check lists for me. Our wedding would not have been the same without the help of these two ladies, and their team at FL Rustic Barn. Most importantly, the venue is absolutely stunning. We fell in love with it 2 minutes into the tour, and all of our guests commented on how gorgeous the ceremony area was under the trees. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

We had our dream wedding here at FRBW. My original plan was to do a destination wedding but it was unfair to some of the guests who wanted to come but couldn’t. So I started the search off looking into different venues. I had planned on my wedding being at the Rusty Pelican but it’s as if they didn’t care what they had promised since they couldn’t keep a wedding coordinator which was a red flag. I had finally found FRBW and they had changed my mind up in that day that this is where I would have my wedding. The ladies at FRBW love their job and their clients. It was nothing but smooth. My whole wedding was a mess until meeting the ladies at FRBW. Payments were super easy and affordable. They made the process very easy and understandable. Picking out colors and color schemes can be difficult on a regular bride but they made it so easy. The ladies at this barn made sure that my wedding day was seamless. Shout out to Zoraya P for saving not one but two of my bridesmaids dresses and performing surgery on them since neither of the dresses would zipper up. FRBW does come with quite a bit included. There were a few things we still needed to make decisions on including transportation, food, alcohol, and photographer. However, they had plenty of recommendations and most people they recommend they work with frequently which made sure as the stressed bride I did not have to add more stress to the situation. would recommend to anyone to have their wedding at FRBW. They made my life 1000x easier with all their help and reminders.

This venue is beautiful! We chose prairie glenn. They did an amazing job putting my dream together! Beccy, Shanna, Hannah, Becky L., Cherith and Cheryl did an amazing job. They made sure we were taken care of all night! They were all so sweet and took great care of us! If anything went wrong I didn’t know at all. They made sure everything went smoothly. They provide so much with the venue, the florals, and the cake. We had a bonfire. The only negative is the mosquitos but they can’t do anything about that since there is a river on the property. My guests got to see a gator come close and they loved it! The venue made sure he didn’t come onto land. The ceremony area is beautiful and covered in trees. If you are looking for a barn or woodsy area this is the place for you!

Wow, what a venue!! When looking for our venue, I wanted something that was classy but still fun and laid back... FRBW delivered!! The ceremony space was just STUNNING and the barn was the perfect setting for a good time. Not only are you getting a venue, but you are getting a team that is devoted to making your day everything you could’ve ever wanted. They took care of everything and made the wedding planning process so fun. I could not recommend FRBW enough, trust them with your big day!!!

You can tell when someone loves what they do! I had the best experience with FRBW, they were so personable, reassuring, detail oriented, and PROMPT. They did not miss a beat, I received emails, calls, or even texts with updates & if I had a questions(bc I had a lot of them) they were really patient with me and informative. The ladies there made it so easy to plan the wedding. They did all of the hard work - I basically just showed up to enjoy my day with my husband! Aside from their beautiful bubbly personalities , the venue is hidden and just so peaceful. I did my engagement shoot there and it felt like I was in a different world. EVERYONE had a blast and absolutely loved the venue & atmosphere. My day was perfect and all thanks go to FRBW Crew!! I could not ask for a better ALL-INCLUSIVE venue!! Love you guys !!! Xoxo

The day I took the tour, I was in love! Booking this place was the best decision I made! My first meeting with Zoraya and Becky was so reassuring and relaxed that I just knew everything will go smoothly. This is a professional team! Barbara was so quick to answer any questions that I had as well. The wedding planning is unbelievable. I was completely stress free because everything was taking care of to perfection. They listened to my vision and made it 10x better than I could even imagine for myself. The venue is absolutely beautiful as well.

I could truly go on and on about how amazing FRBW is and the people who work there!!! Cheryl, Barbara, Zoraya and Becky are the true dream team and are superheroes I swear! They made wedding planning and prep so easy and seemless and gave advice and helpful hints whenever needed. I fell in love with the venue as it’s rustic, yet elegant and the space is so beautiful. They all truly do such a fantastic job to bring your dream to life! Their vendor list is superb and we are so happy we had our wedding there. So many of our guests (especially Mimi!) compliment on how well the entire day was run and managed and that’s something I will forever be grateful for. Thank you to the whole team/family at FRBW for providing Tyler and I with the best and most memorable start to our forever!!!!

The venue truly speaks for itself, the breeze off the lake got rid of any heat we were worried about and the pictures were insane at twilight! I want to do it over and over because we had the best day ever. Cheryl, Zoraya, Barbara, and Becky created my dream come true wedding and they anticipated our every need. We truly felt like family was joining us on our wedding day because of how dedicated this staff was to making everything perfect. From the flowers to lighting and all the vendors that come with the Prairie Glenn Barn we were blown away and so were our guests. It truly felt like the most magical evening. No task was too large and no request was denied; they even helped me get into my spanks when I used the restroom lol. 10/10 recommend!

Getting the all-in package for this venue was the greatest choice! It made my day so stress free! They include the DJ, florals, cake and catering and coordinate everything so flawlessly. Our day of coordinator was amazing and helped us through everything. They were so attentive the day of and made sure me and my husband had everything we needed and made sure we were all packed up by the end of the night. Apart from the amazing staff, the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The trees alongside the aisle are magical and the barn with the chandelier is breathtaking. I was so happy with everything!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Lakesong was the best decision we could have made. Absolutely stunning venue that is even more beautiful on wedding day! The entire staff makes the entire party feel exactly how you’d want to feel on your wedding day….special!! They handled major issues we had with less than two hours before the wedding with such ease and grace. The entire wedding went so smoothly every step of the way. They captured everything to the dot that we had asked for and envisioned. If you’re considering an outdoor wedding, do yourself the favor and check out the Florida Rustic Barn! We were blown away, our guests were blown away, everyone was blown away!! Thank you FRB, we could not thank you enough!! Special thank you to Simon our photographer, you are such a gem, you handled the stress we were under so well, even managed to continue to make us laugh with your witty sense of humor, and endless compliments! Zoraya and her team that evening did such a great job and we could not have asked for a better evening!! Our wedding day was THE BEST! The decorations, dessert, lighting, tables, ceremony site, and all of the above were beautiful. Even behind the scenes with Barbara helping with phone questions I loved speaking with her too! Such a wonderful wedding and if I could do it all again I would!! :)

Where to begin? We just had our wedding at the Prairie Glenn Barn this past weekend and to say it was magical and perfect is an understatement!The barn is just beautiful, they do an amazing job of decoration and lighting and you just can't beat the beauty of the grounds with the lake in the background. The real show stopper is the ceremony sight, our guests were in absolute awe and I CANNOT wait to see photos! The staff at Florida Rustic is nothing short of phenomenal - they have it down to a science and are true experts in the field. Zoraya, Becky, and the entire rest of the team took care of EVERYTHING we could think of leading up to and on our wedding day - and then some. One of our guests ripped their dress during our wedding and the team literally sewed her back in on the spot! We went with the all inclusive package and I cannot be more complimentary to the vendors they work with. The florals were incredible and our cake was amazing, our guests could not stop talking about it. Seriously, everything was just perfect.I feel so lucky and grateful to have had my wedding at Florida Rustic - I wish I could do it all over again!!

Review 10 out 10: Loved my experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to have the best day ever.Before signing the contract:I knew as soon as I walked through the tall brown fence that we had the perfect venue. A gorgeous property that immediately captured my senses and set the bar for all other tours that day. We were greeted in the barn by our tour guide, who gave us all of the information we would need to make our venue decision. I believe we booked our dates within the week of touring, we signed the contract, all before Covid.Before the wedding:We worked with a team that coordinated efforts to help us plan our big day. We had a in person design and floral consultation, a cake and catering tasting. Everything went well, the team was flexible, kind, and professional.During wedding:Man, I loved how they handled everything! The rehearsal was quick, simple and organized. The wedding was perfect, the team handled everything with class. Professional, organized, experienced. The Dj was excellent, you can feel the synergy amongst the team member and the experience in coordinating weddings.After wedding:This is where if I could give them an 11 out of 10 I would. There was a team member who kindly helped one of our guest back to the hotel after they locked themselves out of their cars. It was very kind of them to do so. The wedding kept replaying in my head, it was the perfect day. I feel like they handled everything perfectly. Staff:Simon, our photographer: Excellent photographer. Simon will be the person we go to for any photoshoot. He is experienced, kind, and personable. He won’t get mad at you unless you leave your wife’s side when you shouldn’t. He is intimately familiar with the property, knows the best places and best lighting spots. Simon was also our videographer - We have not received our wedding pictures yet but we have no doubt that they will be awesome. We did our engagement shoot with Cy (his nickname, short for Simon) months before the wedding and we had a great time. We use a lot of the shots from Cy and love giving them as gifts.Becky, the owner, initial tour guide, is AWESOME. She was calm, cool and collected. Never panicked, knowledgeable project manager, and above all a kind spirit. She gave us all the information we needed, she was with us the entire wedding planning. Led the staff to perfection, she is Cy’s better half and he is lucky to have her. They call her Becky with blue eyes and that’s because…Becky, the ceremony coordinator: I only met her at the rehearsal, excellent people manager, kind and flexible. Understood everything we were trying to accomplish and helped us achieve our vision. She was great, and I believe she and Cy play good cop bad cop at times however the dynamic is never awkward. They make you feel like you are in a movie with a comedic all star class.Catering by the family, for drinks and food. Guava pork will change your life, professional service. I liked them 10/10Dessert table was EXCELLENT 11/10Bonus: \"King\" Jacob, a staffer, who stayed after the wedding to clean up the venue, was kind enough to give one of our guests a ride back to their hotel because they had locked their keys in the car.

My husband and I can't believe how extremely blessed we were to have such a magical and fairy tale like wedding at this venue. We both had goosebumps and knew this was the place to get married at. The planning process was a lot of fun. We looked at pictures and came up with ideas and the day of the wedding, it looked better than planned. It was like they knew what I had envisioned without me knowing that is exactly what I wanted. Our wedding was 4/3/21 and we had the best weather ever. Our guests were taken aback on how beautiful the location was. Our only complaint is that the day ended too soon! from start to finish it was a true fairy tale wedding. If i could do it all over again, i would not change anything (except maybe add more hours in the day). Our guests have expressed how it is the most beautiful wedding and wedding venue they have ever been to. Do not skip this location and the amazing crew. they make you feel like the most important bride in the world.

If you want a Pinterest-worthy wedding, this is your venue.We had our wedding at Lakesong and it exceeded my expectations.For a backstory, we came and toured Lakesong a year ago when it was still being finalized and built as a venue. Becky told us the vision for the property and we LOVED it. The white barn with the idea of twinkle lights for a reception was perfect. The ceremony in front of the grand oak with wood benches. Everything she described was fairy-tale worthy.We came back to the venue in September to pick out our florals (Becky and Zoraya were amazing) and our cake tasting. First of all, the florals were amazing. We had giant florals in front of the grand oak for the ceremony and smaller arrangements down the aisle. Everything was taken care of the day of the wedding. I arrived and saw everything coming together. Becky was our main coordinator and she took such good care of me. I was a bundle of nerves because I was so excited and she was so calm and stabilizing. Nothing went wrong that day and even if it did, I would never know. The cake was phenomenal. I’m gluten free and lactose intolerant, let me tell you. No one knew the cake was gluten free and dairy free! The frosting tasted like it was dairy-filled, the cake was moist and fluffy. The flavor combinations were amazing as well. We’ll be ordering from Petite Madelyns for my birthday for sure.The DJ was awesome as well, we gave a few specific songs to play but mostly went with themes and Chancey was GREAT! He picked the best songs and the dance floor was full pretty much all night until it was over. Chancey called me a few days before the wedding to make sure the ceremony music was correct too.I really want to thank Becky, Zoraya, and Barbara for making my wedding a literal dream. It couldn’t have been more perfect. It takes a team to make a wedding go off without a hitch and these ladies knew exactly what to do. Thank you so much!

My daughter had her wedding at this venue on Dec 12, 2020, and it was AMAZING! It is such a beautiful place and so peaceful, with lots of space to roam around. The outdoor chapel is gorgeous and we fell in love with it immediately. The owners and staff here are the best. Planning a wedding can be so stressful, but they are truly professionals and know what they are doing. They communicate well and answered all our (countless) email questions. The planning session was so much fun as we chose decor, flowers, tablecloths etc., and they have lots of pictures and examples to look at if you happen to be struggling for ideas. The Prairie Barn looked amazing on the day of the wedding and surpassed any expectations we had. They certainly want every bride and groom to feel special and to have the venue decorated exactly to their taste, and go to great lengths to make it happen. I HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone getting married who might be wanting an outdoor, rustic wedding. 10/10 for me!

The way the staff made all our little ideas come to life was truly amazing and the way the team worked with my mom and I to add little things here and there was truly remarkable!If you ask me what my favorite part of the whole day was, I couldn't even tell you because there were so many great things from the way the staff attended to our every need, the way the flowers and lights were set up, the way guests entered, the way the birds were chirping in the trees during our ceremony to the way the staff catered to my now husband and I for dinner, it was all truly amazing! This venue is a dream! We had our wedding ceremony at the Chapel and in the Gables which was love at first sight when we were looking for wedding venues. If he trees are absolutely breathtaking!!! The Paire Glen barn is stunning, it’s rustic yet alegando and chic, everything we were looking for. The bridal suite and groomsmen shed are just perfect! Every one of our guests was in love with the whole site and we got a lot of compliments for choosing to have our wedding day. The fact that Florida Rustic Barn provides a one-stop shop for all your wedding needs is great. The staff was amazing and Zoraya and Barbara were the sweetest coordinators to work with! The floral arrangements, including all the bouquets and boutonnières were perfect! I’m so happy I found this venue and I recommend it 100%.

I could not sing higher praises for this venue. My husband and I had our wedding here and we were blown away by the team of ladies that made our dream wedding possible. Our wedding wasn’t easy because it was a mix of indian and American culture and they made such an extra effort to get it just right. For me it was important to choose not only a beautiful wedding venue but that the process of planning for the wedding be as stress free as possible. The team here made it possible. I was hesitant at first to pay the cost for the package, and let me tell you it’s worth every dime. The team was so amazing that all the running around my family would have had to do to manage vendors, to manage the timeline of events for the wedding, etc was eliminated. They made our wedding day and the process unforgettable. All of them will always hold a special place in my heart.

I’m not even sure where to begin with how amazing the staff and property at Florida Rustic Barn Weddings is. My husband and I had the most beautiful and perfect wedding day at Lakesong. You typically hear that wedding planning is stressful/ overwhelming/etc. – not here! Every step of the wedding planning process was stress-free and smooth! These ladies are extremely good at what they do, and they have an extraordinary eye for all the details. Lakesong is a GORGEOUS property! We were married under an oak tree on the lake and once the sun started to set the photo ops were amazing. The barn decorations were outstanding and the bistro-lighting added the perfect touch when the sun went down. I would recommend this venue to everyone! This staff is top-notch and an absolute joy to work with. They are a beautiful group of people. Thank you to everyone at FRBW for a more perfect wedding than I imagined!!

First let me say that this place was amazingly beautiful. I fell in love with Florida Rustic Barn Weddings the moment I took the tour. The cost was a bit high for us but out of all the places I looked at which was a lot this place had my heart. Everything was smooth, we did the all inclusive package being we have 4 kids already and both work full time jobs I knew I wasn't going to be able to have the time to get it all done on my own. They set everything up, I literally just had to show up to the tastings appts, etc. The day of was amazing, everyone had a great time. Everyone that attended told me it was the most amazing wedding they've been too and most beautiful location! I recommend the barn 100% for your special day! Becky is AMAZING! She was there the day of to help me with my very complicated to put on wedding dress and I even used her husband Simon from Florida Rustic Photo as my photographer and he was amazing as well through the whole process! Not one bad thing to say!

I can’t recommend FRBW enough! I just had my wedding there last weekend 11.17.19 and it was amazing. Throughout this whole process, from touring the venue until the wedding day, the whole team has been amazing. I truly feel like I didn’t even stress planning my wedding because they handle it all for you! Through the process, and even on the actual wedding day, Zoraya and her team made me feel so at ease. Everything was beautiful and I had so many people tell me this was the most beautiful wedding they had been to. This venue is truly one of a kind and gorgeous. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Florida Rustic Barn Weddings. From the minute I set foot on their property, they made me feel like family. I am not an emotional person at all, but standing in the chapel in the gables on our tour, literally took my breath away and I teared up. It is absolutely stunning. But beyond the gorgeous venue, Zoraya, Becky, Taylor, and the rest of the team made the planning process entirely stress free. Since we live 2 hours away, they kept in constant contact with us and answered any questions we had right away. We had one design meeting and were able to do the tastings on the same day. The experience we had with Florida Rustic Barn Weddings was spectacular from start to finish! The customer service and staff was a pleasure to work with; very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant. Our experience from selecting the theme / decor, music, and coordination was easy and stress free. Everything was handled in a timely and efficient manner and they answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. The team is warm and welcoming and their florist does beautiful work! Our wedding day was PERFECT - there isn't one thing we would have changed about it. FRBW did a fabulous job at capturing the vision we had for our day. (Bohemian; Romantic; Vintage) The coordination & rehearsal was very helpful the day before and the location is breath-taking! Our wedding portraits on site were incredible! The bridal suite and grooms shed were great for getting ready as well - plenty of space! Our favorite part was the ceremony location, \"The Chapel\" - it is a beautiful natural setting with shaded trees; makes it feel very intimate. There is plenty of parking and the landscaping was up kept. FRBW is very family-oriented. We felt confident in our choice to move forward with them because it never felt like a business transaction; but more of an experience they were excited to share with us. Thanks FRBW - you made our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined - a memory we will hold in our hearts forever!

I can't say enough good things about Florida Rustic Barn Weddings. We had such an amazing experience with them. First of all the venue is beyond gorgeous. We had so many people come up to us and tell us how they've never seen anything like it and it was breath taking. Second of all the staff was so attentive and helpful through the whole process. The day of is such a whirlwind and there is so much going on, I really didn't stress at all about things not being in the right place or set up wrong. They really are so organized and have everything set up to go smoothly. You can't go wrong with them. They are also very reasonably priced compared to many other venues we toured and the all inclusive package is so convenient to have everything included and coordinated through the venue. It takes a lot of stress off the bride and groom.

The staff at Prairie Glenn Barn was absolutely amazing! They are very prompt in responding, flexible with changes, and most of all especially kind! I felt relaxed throughout the whole process knowing they had it under control! Everyone loved the wedding venue, food, and atmosphere. The only complaint I have is the DJ we had for the night. Overall, I absolutely loved it and so did the guests!

Where to even start!! If you are looking for an amazing venue with and even better team look no further. From the beginning I knew I had picked the right venue for our wedding. The staff at FRBW is so friendly and willing to help bring your vision to life. Zoraya helped me figure out exactly what I was picturing for my wedding day and seeing it executed perfectly was the cherry on top. We picked their all inclusive package and let me tell you, it is the way to go! I felt ZERO stress because the ladies there take care of everything for you and make sure your day goes smoothly. The venue itself if breathtaking, the Spanish moss covered trees, ceremony site, bridal suite, you name it all were stunning. Pre-wedding review (will also review after wedding date): We are 24 days away from the wedding and I could not be more excited and thrilled that I chose this venue to work with. Aside from the obvious beauty this venue has, I could literally gush for paragraphs about how organized, friendly, helpful, and professional the Florida Rustic family has been to us. I am currently in graduate school and have close to no time outside of it to do anything, let alone plan a wedding! The all-inclusive package came with everything (and more) of what we were dreaming for. How this team of people can have on average 3 weddings a week during their on-season and stay on top of their game as they do is beyond me. Thank you so much for everything; you're making this day so much more special than I had even hoped for!Post wedding review:These people are truly magical. The all inclusive package have us our dream wedding and the venue took care of EVERYTHING, save for the dress and photographers of course. They were by our side every step of the way and on the day they handled everything and organized a gorgeous wedding. We had my daughter's wedding here over the weekend and it turned out amazing! I received so many compliments about the venue,dj,decor and especially the food (catering by the family), that made all the effort worth it. The staff onsite during the event was attentive and kept things organized and tried to make sure that those of us hosting had an enjoyable,stressful evening. When we started looking at venues, my husband and I debated over whether to have a wedding in a barn or a more formal setting. Prairie Glenn Barn settled that debate for us. The venue is absolutely stunning and brings an element of sophistication and class to the traditional barn wedding. After seeing the \"chapel in the gables\" and the start of the hand crafted barn, we knew we wanted to book. Even though the venue wasn’t finished being built, Zoraya really made us feel comfortable in booking. She always took a lot of time to answer our questions and really worked to make our vision a reality. Zoraya and her team are design experts and offered great opinions throughout the planning process. We decided to trust in many of their suggestions and we were glad we did. The only negative I can come up with is there were times where communication was lacking. This was kind of expected with a newer venue, and in all fairness we kept changing our mind on a lot of decisions. By the time our wedding came around all the kinks had been ironed out though. Our big day… was like a dream! I still can't believe it. The only thing that went wrong was my bridesmaids and I were late. Zoraya and her team still got me down the aisle on time and from there ensured we transitioned through the night seamlessly. At no point did I feel rushed and I never had to step away to take care of any \"issues\". Everyone expects something to go wrong on their wedding day, but Zoraya and her team ensured this didn’t happen. Thank you Prairie Glenn Barn for hosting the best day of my life. It was absolutely perfect and exceeded my expectations!

I never thought I would have to leave a negative review about a wedding venue, especially before getting married but I want to warn everyone before what they did to us happens to them. (Long story short, they told us we aren't the right fit for them, un-reserved our date, and refuse to respond to us with any sort of explanation). My fiancé and I toured several venues before deciding on FL Rustic Barn Weddings (or whichever of the other many names it uses). It was an easy decision because my fiancé who never gets emotional cried when he saw the tree area where we would get married. We knew it was meant to be! Once we realized we both agreed on the venue, we contacted the venue to reserve the date, review the contract, and to ask questions to ensure everything we were paying $30,000 for was documented. On a related note they demanded that we pay a non refundable $500 to reserve the date before being allowed to review the contract which we told them we weren't comfortable with so they reluctantly let us review the contract first. Zorya (who will demand that you call her MS. Zorya, weird) made a rude comment to me on the phone stating that, \"Every bride who has an attorney in the family acts like YOU 🙄.\" I brushed it off because I know that the smart thing to do when entering into a contract is to get the agreement in writing to avoid any issues or confusion later. A few things we asked to be clarified were:1. What kind of flowers are \"in season\" and how many are included in the package (we didn't want a surprise $2,000 bill or something for enough flowers for our bridal party and decor the day of our wedding). 2. An extension to have the venue until 11:00pm like other brides have been granted. 3. Permission to use their name on invitations, save the dates, and our wedding website since the contract says it's required. 4. To select what photos we share with them from our wedding as opposed to them having ownership of all of our photos to put on their social media. 5. If we could hang some sort of draping in the barn to dress it up (I personally think the barn looks very cheap and doesn't match what the expensive price of the venue).

This is the most beautiful barn venue I have ever seen! My husband and I first saw this venue when it was still being built and booked it on the spot, knowing it would turn out as beautiful as it did. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but it was completely surrounded by woods making it feel as if it was closed off from the rest of the world. Of course the venue's grandeur is a salute to the team that run's it - they are phenomenal! You can tell that every member of the team truly loves to help make the couple's day as perfect as it can be. It did rain on our wedding day, but it stopped for the ceremony and the Florida Rustic team was prepared for anything. It's been nearly two months after the wedding and my husband and I are still receiving compliments from friends and family raving about how beautiful and awesome our wedding was. Cheers to Florida Rustic Barn Weddings!

From the moment we saw the chapel in the gables and felt the serenity all around us, we knew it would be the perfect place to say our “I do’s”. I cannot say that I have had my wedding at this venue, but as a wedding professional offering photo and video this venue was an ABSOLUTE DREAM!! The ceremony site was gorgeous, one of the most unique aspects of this all inclusive venue. I have yet to come across another outside venue in Florida that rivals the beautiful ceremony setting with symmetrical trees and a beautiful pebble/stone walkway. Hands down one of my favorite Florida venues and I cannot wait to work here again.

Booked my wedding here for early next year and can't believe how this venue has changed in the last few months, it looks stunning. Initially my fiancee was worried about what colors to choose and how to make everything coordinate but the staff were amazing and helped us with ideas, they were full of inspiration and just as excited as us. With all the stress taken from us we now can't wait for the day to arrive.I would truly recommend this jewel of a venue.

We spoke to Ms. Becky over the summer and truly fell in love with the barn she really sold it to us. On a follow-up visit, we met with Ms. Zoraya who had her own take on DIY and ALL INCLUSIVE weddings at the BARN. Over 2 months of back and forth of trying to clarify what DIY was and what exactly MORE did the ALL INCLUSIVE really bring for the added cost. All we got is more decorations and more flowers verbally and she will try to tell you here that she showed us 2 books. We never saw 2 books confirmed by both sides of the family. So I agreed to disagree with her. If and when you do look at the paper work you will notice that it is not all very clear. We had to itemize things to see what is what in each package. Maybe that is why they decided to take away the DIY package. Toward the end, we had to write a 4 page email of what exactly we were looking for in the wedding and finally we got a line by line answer. Only then did it become clear that the venue would not work but Ms Zoraya was not kind enough to return the deposit and instead she read and wrote me back that it was unrefundable as if I didn't know that. We had booked the place 5 months before the wedding date plenty of time to rebook the date and even offered to wait till they rebooked but she would not have any of that. She in turn continued to read me her script about how once we choose a date the wheels start to move and hours are spent on working on the wedding. I strongly disagree with that as they had no signed contract so I find it hard to believe that a business would start anything without a contract. The $500 is pocket money for them lets be frank nothing happened besides picking up the phone to answer my calls trying to clarify the packages. Toward the end we found out that Becky and Zoraya do not both speak the same language about the barn and we lost our deposit because of it. Buyer beware!

I am so beyond happy I went with this venue. First of all, the space is absolutely gorgeous and magical. Secondly, the staff is amazing! Zoraya reminds me of Joanna Gaines and is just the sweetest. I got the all inclusive package. As the day came closer I kept thinking of a million little details, and I could just email the staff and get a response for what I needed. They took care of everything for me and everything looked amazing!! I was so glad I didn't have to worry about anything the day of. I just had to show up and they took care of it all. During the wedding there was always somewhere there if I had a question or needed something. I was really blown away by the care of every single person working that day.

We couldn't have asked for a more picture perfect venue. Our wedding was the LAST summer wedding....so it was HOT. I have been told our wedding was \"the hottest wedding I have ever been to, but the most beautiful!\" LOL My husband, family and I did NOT care. We had such a good time. It was a perfectly beautiful and hot summer day. The breeze in the evening outside the barn was perfectly mixed with dragon flies, music and laughter. We wouldn't change a thing about it. The event coordinators were patient with all my questions and treated us with love. Every detail of the wedding, from flowers to pictures and tables was well thought out and done with love. It was one of the best days of our lives. Including for my mom. She was convinced SHE was getting married and it was pleasing to my heart to see how happy she was with everything! Thank you to the Prairie Glenn Barn for that!

My cousin got married at Prairie Glenn Barn, and everything was beyond spectacular. Her experience with the company was beyond recognition. The team was completely attentive to her throughout the whole process. The All-Inclusive package is one of the best wedding planning ideas ever to happen. I wish these packages were available when I got married. It allows for Ms. Zoraya to put her lovely artistic touch on the wedding. It was completely stress-free for my cousin. She was able to enjoy being engaged, and not have to stress about the details because everything was taken care of. Thank you so much FRBW!

It was sweltering!!!! When my daughter and I met with Zoraya in January 2017 and looked at dates September was available but the heat was a concern. She sat there and told us how they use heavy drapes to cover the doors and pointed to the AC vents and said they were going to add more. She stated it would not be cold because of course it is a barn but that guests would be very comfortable. The day of the wedding arrives and we go to the venue and it is miserable!!! I am a native Floridian and know the temperatures in September. I would never have booked a venue that was not air conditioned!!!! I knew the guests would be hot at the ceremony site but knew they could cool off in the barn. It was still 92 degrees in the barn at 7 pm!!!! Needless to say it was too late to change anything but if I had known I would have rented large AC units from a company like we did for my other daughters wedding where we AC'd a tent!! On the other hand the venue is absolutely beautiful, the flowers were over the top and the decorations were perfect. If your weather is cool this is a perfect place.

This wedding venue is nothing short of perfect! When I decided to plan my wedding in 3 months I knew that I would need to choose a venue that was easy to work with and accommodating and Zoraya and her team at Prairie Glenn Barn offer exactly that! Zoraya and her team have been in the wedding industry for many years and everything they do is done with quality in mind. She helped me book the best vendors and was only a call or text away when I needed anything.I can't tell you how many times people have told me that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. The centerpieces and fresh flower arrangements looked as if they were straight out of a bridal magazine. Everything truly exceeded my expectations and it was worth every penny. It was without a doubt the best day of our lives!
