I recently had the pleasure of having my wedding at Floridian Ballroom, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare! Everything about this venue, from the stunning atmosphere to the impeccable service, contributed to creating an unforgettable day for my wife, myself and all our guests.The attention to detail displayed by the staff was truly remarkable. We were supposed to have our wedding at that place. we started making deposit each month towards it. then we had a ''FAMILY\" financial emergency. we could no longer contribute towards the wedding, we had to put everything off. we ask owner, manager for refunds or partial refunds. they told us, \"that's our business\" and no refunds will be given out. they had no sympathy about our situation. we had already contributed over $5000 towards the Venue. I'd stay \"AWAY\" from this place. they're after your $ regardless of cirmcumtances. if there was a 0star option. id leave that. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF THEM!

The best part was the entire day and process. All inclusive and no worries. The staff and vendors were amazing! The only thing that wasn’t too great was the main entree. Other than that, I have NO COMPLAINTS & all praises!

We had my daughter sweet 16 party hat this venue. The Ballroom decorations were beautiful.......DJ, Photographer were awesome. Monica took care of everything for me and mad sure my daughters party was hit. I would recommend without reservation

This venue was really great for our wedding on 11/28/2020. With the pandemic happening, we had to reschedule twice from our initial reception and ended up cancelling. We then decided to do something smaller and intimate and decided to do it at Floridian Ballrooms. The staff was very helpful and accommodating due to our reception being last minute. The venue itself is very beautiful. The communication is great and the staff is very nice. Overall, I was impressed with the whole process considering it being last minute and I highly recommend this place to any bride. Thank you so much

We just held our daughter's wedding reception here on 11/21/20. From start to finish the experience was positive. Everyone that helped us from the first day to the last were knowledgeable and accommodating. Letice and Monica made sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. From the placement of the napkins, to a drape behind the sweetheart table, nothing was overlooked. The staff on the day of the event were fantastic. As soon as we arrived from the church, a server was there to bring appetizers while we took pictures outside by the limos and their grand staircase. The Master of Ceremony, Ana, met me outside because I had let her know that I had a last minute, surprise, recorded message from a member of the bridal party that had not been able to make it to the wedding. They handled it flawlessly. The banquet manager oversaw every little detail. The servers were continually checking in to see if there was anything that we needed. The food was very good. We enjoyed it and the feedback from the guests was also very positive. We used all of the vendors included in their package except the DJ. This was only because we had prior experience with a DJ that we wanted. Everyone was wonderful. The flowers were exactly what we asked for. The cake was beautiful, moist and flavorful. The photographer, Pat, was excellent. She even helped me to get my daughter's dress all buttoned! All in all, they made it as simple as possible to create a beautiful event! I could not be more pleased with their service.

I made an appointment to come in and view their venue for my wedding through their portal at noon. When I showed up the office area was packed and no one greeted us! We waited 20 minutes for someone to come out and when they did I advised I had an appointment. The woman stated \"You don't need one\". When I reiterated my appointment time she walked away and never came back. On top of this the customer who came out stated that they never answer their phones when you need them, so if you need something you have to come in and wait hours to be seen. Needless to say I walked out. If this was my first impression I can only imagine how horrible everything else would go.

Great all inclusive wedding venue. We had our ceremony and reception at the venue. We were overall pleased with our wedding. There were a few hiccups with some of their vendors (DJ, MC, and limo service) but other than that it was an amazing day. My only wish is that we could have met with the DJ and MC before the day of our event. This may have prevented the MC making the wrong announcements and the DJ playing some of the wrong songs.

Great all inclusive wedding venue. We had our ceremony and reception at the venue. We were overall pleased with our wedding. My husband and I got married at this location in April! Of every venue we looked at Floridian Ballroom was the most reasonably priced with great spaces for both our Ceremony and Reception! The package we chose included flowers, food, cake, decoration, dj, limo (was a little extra) and both rooms. My wedding day exceeded my expectations by far! The atmosphere and service and food were fantastic! Thank you Floridian Ballrooms for making our special day perfect!

We had our wedding at the Floridian on October 21, 2017...there are no words to describe how thankful we are to have worked with Janelli and everyone from the Floridian. They took their time during the whole year that we were planning the wedding to make sure everything we wanted was done. They are all very friendly and truly want you to have a beautiful night. The ballroom is beautiful and those stairs at night add a touch of elegance to the event. We had an amazing experience with the food, everyone mentioned that it was delicious. The DJ was also great, his name was Jonathan. Thank you everyone at the Floridian for making our wedding an unforgettable one!!!

Our Wedding Date; August 13, 2016This ballroom is a beautiful venue for weddings and other events. My husband and I were pleased with the decor and the setup on our wedding day. The team from the office did an amazing job (along with my wedding planner and her assistant). During the process/preparation, we encountered some issues. After multiple food tastings, I was not satisfied with the outcomes. I started to stress out because I was under the impression that I could not get outside catering. After speaking with the manager and expressing our dissatisfaction with the catering we were told we can get outside catering. Although I was happy with getting the outside catering, I was a bit annoyed because by the second or third food tasting, it should have been mentioned what our alternatives were.Also, the day of the wedding, our family and friends complained about the services from the servers. Due to the language barrier, it was difficult for our family to communicate their needs when the servers did not understand what they were asking- Also, the servers were given instructions on where to start passing out food and did not follow these instructions (for example, they were suppose to start on table 3 first, instead they started on table 22). - The servers were serving some tables twice which should not have been the case, for instance if guests communicated that they did not want rice the servers would go back and request a plate with no rice and serve an additional plate to that guest leaving the previously served plate at the center of the table untouched. This may be the biggest reason food started running low.I did use the another room for my ceremony service which was beautiful. The reception decor was gorgeous, however there some lighting missed but the way it was setup no one would have known. Overall, I am satisfied with the services they have provided. There need to be better communication and and an improved customer service from the servers.

I booked floridian for my wedding venue in Oct 2016, but they have been so great through the whole process that they deserve a before review. I first met Janeily and Cecy in Feb when i walked in to check out the venue. Automatically i told my fiance \"this is it\"!!!!

I held my baby shower at this location after my original venue cancelled on me the day before my big celebration. Sissi automatically took care of all of my concerns and booked the venue for me. I'm so thankful to the staff at the Floridian ballrooms for such wonderful service, beautiful decor and making sure my baby shower was all that I wanted and more! I can't thank you all enough for making my baby shower so special!

I planned the event with a year of advance for my daughter quinceanera that was on 12/05/15, there was not one day a went to this place that I was treated by cesy and yanelys with love and professionalism, I could't pick a better place for my event all the staff are highly professionals from the Master of Ceremony to the waiters, the place is beautiful but if there is not professional people that runs it forget it !!! the food was delicious same taste that when I went to chose it, they promise open bar imported and exported drinks and it was amazing, the subcontractors that they hire to take care of your details ( flowers, cake, pictures, Dj,videos, stages, the limousine etc... ) are the BEST!!, on the day of the event when I enter to the salon it literally took my breath away and make me cry it was stoning I could't be with my daughter behind the stage because I was receiving my guest and cesy and yanelys stayed with her giving her love and confidence until the event start because she was stremly nervous and I didn't even ask for that!!, they took care for every single detail the manager of the salon on the day of the event runs my party and it was like she was reading my mind I was so lost that night jajajaja, they are the best I will miss them because once you know them you learn to love them, I totally recommend this place for any event.... Our event coordinator Janelis and her staff were outstanding and made sure we had everything we needed. They were very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. To top off all the excellent service, the place is beautiful! The food at the cocktail hour and reception looked beautiful and tasted just as great! \rI will be recommending it to family and friends without hesitation!\r
