Flowerfield is a must for your wedding! The staff are incredible. Patricia answered my numerous questions via email in the 2 years between when we booked and our wedding day. Andy (maitre d) and Debbie (bridal attendant) are phenomenal â Debbie was by my side every 15 minutes to make sure my hair was in position and my dress remained pristine. While I dreamed of an outdoor wedding, it rained all day and downpoured during our ceremony. Our guests thought the venue was beautiful and the indoor ceremony was always the plan.Former brides are right about the pork chop. It is a must have for the dinner menu!Audreyâs partners with FF for the cake. Each tier had 3 layers. We chose yellow cake for the top and bottom with chocolate cake in between. During the tasting, we tried the chocolate fudge filling and knew we needed to include it (for a fee).

Flowerfield was beyond amazing. Our wedding was beautiful & we couldn't have even dreamed up anything close to how our experience was. Debbie (Bridal Attendant) was on top of everything. Professional, helpful, kind, just wonderful. I didn't have to lift a finger. She did everything for me & was a true pleasure. Andy (Maitre D) knew everything that had to be done & made sure it got done. His experience was calming because he knew all of the right things to do. He was very professional & I knew our wedding was in good hands. The entire wait staff, bar tenders, ect. was great. Food was like heaven. The best we've ever had. And finally Patricia...I just cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She helped me plan everything. Any time I had a question, and I had a lot, she was right there with an answer! Such a great venue & it made our day that much more special. We had a outstanding experience at Flowerfield & we can't wait to be invited back for someone else's event!

What can I say about Flowerfield. Book this venue the second you get the opportunity to. The grounds and venue are so beautiful and unique, my guests are still talking about it. The staff is exceptional. Willing to work with you and help you through the entire process. Patricia was nothing short of amazing helping us with the booking process and answering any questions I had no matter the day or time. She was so responsive! Also, huge shoutout to Joette who helped me with Decor drop off and always getting me a mimosa when I needed it most!Andy was nothing short of amazing running the whole show and making sure everything was taken care of.Of course, I have to shoutout my girl Dani who was my bridal attendant. I literally didn't have to think before she was right there assisting me with whatever I needed. She also steamed all of my girls dresses and pajamas prior to pictures (which is not an easy feat, as I had 9 of them).The whole staff from the waiters to the bartenders were nothing but amazing the entire night. I could go on and on about this venue. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams and for giving our guests something to remember for the rest of their lives!

We were blown away by Flowerfield! Everything was made so easy and everyone's attention to detail was fantastic. Patricia made everything seamless and exactly the way we wanted. Our attendants Danielle and Brian were amazing!! We couldn't be happier with Flowerfield. The food was great, all the outdoor and indoor spaces were beautiful. Would definitely recommend this venue!!

We were blown away by Flowerfield! Everything was made so easy and everyone's attention to detail was fantastic. Patricia made everything seamless and exactly the way we wanted. I can't say enough positive things about Flowerfield and everyone there, particularly Patricia. This was the first venue my husband and I looked at and after meeting Patricia and taking a tour with her, we didn't want to look anywhere else. From start to finish, everything was easy - and fun! As someone (like most people reading reviews, probably) who had never planned a wedding before, I had a lot of questions and some concerns about things going smoothly. Patricia was SO responsive and positive; I never had to worry about anything. She is an angel.The actual day-off was also a dream. The recommended vendors we used set everything up beautifully, the food and drink got raves, and the staff were beyond gracious and professional. My only regret was that my husband and I were so busy chatting and dancing all night that we didn't eat anything! The good news is that the kitchen packed everything up for us and we got to enjoy it later - thank you!My one tip for anyone looking to book at Flowerfield is to be aware that you will probably not be able to have a proper rehearsal the day before your event. We were walked through things just before, but it would have been helpful to have had a run through to get a sense of timing with the music, etc. At any rate, our Maitre'd clearly knew how to run things, so all was well.We would recommend this venue, and everyone working there, 100%!

From the moment we sat down with Pamela Winkler to discuss the possibility of booking Flowerfield, the professionalism and experience of the whole team was clear. Pamela was flexible with us having to travel to & from Manhattan for any meetings and very responsive to all our emails and calls even when it was late. Andy and Jade were absolutely incredible on the day of. From our arrival at 9am through the ceremony until the end of the reception, my fiance and I didn't have to think about anything and we got to enjoy ourselves alone with our own cocktail hour right after the ceremony to celebrate our love.After the cocktail hour, the reception was perfect. The food and ambiance were incredible, a point that has since been reiterated to us by every guest we've talked to. The Flowerfield team seamlessly kept us where we needed to be at the right time for the critical interludes (Dances with parents, Cake Cutting, Toasts, etc) without disrupting the flow of the celebration. We can confidently say that with their help we hit every beat we hoped to while still getting to enjoy ourselves. Absolutely phenomenal start to finish. If you want your wedding to rock, talk to Pamela Winkler at Flowerfield and it's a guarantee!

This review is long overdue, but I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Flowerfield! After attending a wedding there several years ago, I always said that's where I would want to get married. It was the only venue my husband and I looked at--luckily they had our date available and there was no hesitation in booking our wedding there. We got married at Flowerfield on the afternoon of 9/4/22 and it was honestly the most perfect day! I could not have imagined it being any better. We worked with Pam, who was the absolute best. She made the stressful process of planning a wedding so much more enjoyable. We had a lot of questions along the way and changed our minds about a few things, and Pam was always so kind and helpful. The attention to detail at Flowerfield is unparalleled--from the ceremony to the reception. The staff was incredible--Jade was my bridal attendant and Ryan was our maitre d', and they both went above and beyond for us. Anything my husband and I could have wanted, they were right there to deliver. The food there was amazing--I've never seen a cocktail hour with so many options, and people RAVED about the dinners, especially the pork chops! The beauty of the venue itself is just amazing. The atrium, the ballroom, and the entire outdoor area are stunning. The atrium is a large part of why I wanted to get married there--I have never seen another venue like that. I would also like to add that we happened to use a photographer and DJ that were preferred vendors (just by coincidence), which is something I didn't think much about, but I will say it was very nice that they all have worked together so often before. It really made for such a seamless experience. I could go on and on about how much we loved Flowerfield. It was truly the most magical day. There was not a single thing I would have changed about it. Thank you to Pam, Jade, Ryan, and the entire staff for making our wedding day so special!

Their attention to detail is impeccable and they answered every question (which there were MANY) along the way in a speedy manner. One of our favorite parts was the mashed potato bar during cocktail hour, but everything we ate was unbelievable. On the day of the wedding, the bridal attendant and maitre d never left our sides and ensured that everything we needed was taken care of. Yes they are on the pricier side, but you are getting what you paid for and more.

From the moment we first visited Flowerfield, we knew it was special. The venue itself is so unique and absolutely gorgeous - the grounds, the atrium and the ballroom are outrageous. Being from Connecticut, many of our family/friends asked why we picked a venue out on Long Island. As soon as they saw it - they were blown away and knew why we had chosen Flowerfield for our wedding. Along with the venue itself, the food was also amazing - I was shocked with the amount of choices/stations that were included in the packages, and it was all delicious and high quality. The chef is absolutely awesome and we received so many compliments on the all of the food. One of the best things about Flowerfield for me was the organization and coordination. Leading up to the wedding, I worked with Patricia who was so accommodating, so sweet and and so easy to work with. On my wedding day, Andy (Maitre D) and Debbie (bridal attendant) were unreal! It was obvious that they were professionals at this and I felt like I was in the best hands. I didn't have one stress the whole time I was there - they made everything more than perfect and better than I could've ever imagined. Overall, the entire process with Flowerfield was seamless, and the wedding day itself was a dream. I cannot say enough good things about this venue and everyone that works there - thank you so much for making our wedding day the best ever!! Highly recommend having your wedding here - you will be more than impressed!

Flowerfield is a fairytale. We worked with Pamela leading up to our wedding day, and she was communicative and supportive every step of the way. Every request we asked for, we received. Our wedding day had impeccable timing due to the maitre de Andy who is SO on top of his game. Not to mention, the bridal attendant Debby made sure I looked good all night and helped me with my dress and literally EVERYTHING I could possibly need. The event space speaks for itself -- every inch of the cocktail hour room, ballroom, and ceremony space was clean, beautiful, and straight out of a fairytale. If you have your wedding at Flowerfield, you will be happy you did. It was the best day of my life thanks to the whole team there!

Flowerfield is truly a magical place.We discovered Flowerfield through our wedding planner, Gina Milano, and we really liked it when we visited. But the venue really came to life on our actual wedding day, when the usual additional touches (flowers, lighting, music) transformed Flowerfield into something that most (or maybe all) of our guests had never experienced. We know, because they told us so, repeatedly!We also considered castles/mansions and hotel ballrooms, but Flowerfield proved to be perfect for our July wedding, because:- It was 95 degrees out, and Flowerfield allowed everyone to stay inside and cool, but...- With lots of light shining in to the beautiful atrium and ballroom, and...- Still giving everyone the option to explore the beautiful grounds outside, including the bridge and the swansThere were two other huge factors that made the day legendary. The first was the staff. It started with great support throughout the process from Pam & Lauren. And the \"day of\" execution was great - Andy (Maitre 'd) executed flawlessly, and Jade (Bride's Attendant) made everything so seamless for us - including ensuring that we got to eat & drink. On that note...The second factor was the food. The food stations at the cocktail hour were delicious & abundant, to the point that many people came up to us saying that they couldn't believe that there was still a dinner to be served. And that dinner was delicious, too. Finally, as dessert people, we must note that the cake was great, and the ice cream & strudel bar was the cherry on top.What a day. What a venue. LITERALLY THE BEST VENUE EVER!! From the second we stepped foot in the place, we knew that was where we wanted to get married. When we first went there, it was rainy and dreary out and we still fell in love with the venue immediately. The grounds are breathtaking and each area of the venue is better than the next. We instantly booked with Pam after visiting and it was such a smooth process from beginning to end. Throughout the entire time, Pam was extremely sweet, personable, and friendly. When rebooking (several times and planning different dates), Pam and the rest of Flowerfield were very cooperative, flexible, and patient with us. We were in contact throughout the year of postponing and we knew we were in such good hands! They seriously go above and beyond in every aspect and it really shows! Pam was very approachable and was a huge help during the planning process. We met/spoke several times leading up to the wedding and Pam was so attentive and accommodating through it all. It is evident that she is so passionate about what she does! We submitted and went over all the paperwork and everything was very structured and organized. When my girls and I arrived, everything was already set up and in the EXACT place we wanted everything! When we got there, there was finger food available in the bridal suite and groom's lounge. We were planning on having an outdoor ceremony since the day we booked, but the second we got there, we had to make the decision to have an indoor ceremony due to the weather. Within minutes of us giving the green light, they had the entire place changed over and we couldnât have even dreamed of a more perfect ceremony. We were able to have our first look and take all our pictures outside right before the storm. Debbie (the bridal attendant) was amazing from the start and was always 10 steps ahead of whatever I needed. Andy (Maitre d') knows how to run a tight ship and everything ran so smoothly and perfectly the entire night. His scheduling and planning of timing went so seamlessly! During cocktail hour, Debbie pulled us into the bridal suite and had a HUGE platter of cocktail food set up for us. It was such a perfect moment as husband and wife to be able to sit for a few minutes before we began to party. The cocktail hour food was to die for and there was SOO much food (passed food and stations)! Each station was better than the next and their creativity really shined during cocktail hour! The drinks were so good and they used all top shelf liquor. They were able to make any drink that our guests requested. Our reception was beyond insane and was so much fun. The dinner was incredible, and they give you such big portions. Dessert was amazing as well! We had a warm apple strudel station, along with passed house donut bites and chocolate strawberries. Flowerfield truly provides top notch service and surpassed all our expectations. The entire night, they treated us like royalty and they were always there for us before we even knew we needed anything. Our perfect day was better than we ever could have dreamed of! LITERALLY THE BEST VENUE EVER!! From the second we stepped foot in the place, we knew that was where we wanted to get married. When we first went there, it was rainy and dreary out and we still fell in love with the venue immediately. The grounds are breathtaking and each area of the venue is better than the next. We instantly booked with Pam after visiting and it was such a smooth process from beginning to end. Throughout the entire time, Pam was extremely sweet, personable, and friendly. When rebooking (several times and planning different dates), Pam and the rest of Flowerfield were very cooperative, flexible, and patient with us. We were in contact throughout the year of postponing and we knew we were in such good hands! They seriously go above and beyond in every aspect and it really shows! Pam was very approachable and was a huge help during the planning process. We met/spoke several times leading up to the wedding and Pam was so attentive and accommodating through it all. It is evident that she is so passionate about what she does! We submitted and went over all the paperwork and everything was very structured and organized. When my girls and I arrived, everything was already set up and in the EXACT place we wanted everything! When we got there, there was finger food available in the bridal suite and groom's lounge. We were planning on having an outdoor ceremony since the day we booked, but the second we got there, we had to make the decision to have an indoor ceremony due to the weather. Within minutes of us giving the green light, they had the entire place changed over and we couldnât have even dreamed of a more perfect ceremony. We were able to have our first look and take all our pictures outside right before the storm. Debbie (the bridal attendant) was amazing from the start and was always 10 steps ahead of whatever I needed. They are the most accommodating people we have had the pleasure of working with, especially through all the unknowns of Covid over the last 2 years. They always kept us up to date on all the mandates and listened to all of our concerns to reassure us that we were in the right hands. We luckily did not have to postpone, but I know many couples who did and Flowerfield handled it with grace and fairness - they truly just want you to have the best day of your life. The food was out of this world - everyone only had amazing things to say about all dishes and the amount of food served - we went home with a TON of food the next day! The grounds are absolutely stunning whether its summer or winter - everything is always so beautifully decorated, you literally don't need to bring in anything else. Make sure you ask for Pam! She is an absolute sweetheart, answered all of my million emails so quickly and always made sure we were put first. She is genuinely so happy for you - even caught her crying during our ceremony! Every person who works at this venue has one goal. To make your day perfect. From the chef to the staff to the security. Everyone has the same goal. So my wife and I were married on September 5th at Flowerfield and we could not be happier with our choice in venue. Not only was it completely stunning, but the staff was incredibly helpful. We worked with Pam for two years and she was always responsive and helped us with every single request we made. Jade the Bridal attendant was amazing all day. She was constantly checking on my beautiful bride, making sure she had everything she needed, but was amazing about giving us time to ourselves to cherish the day. On the day I mostly worked with Bryan (could have been Ryan, it was tough to hear through the mask) our Matre D, but he was constantly updating me and really kept the day running as smooth as we could have imagined. He, and all the staff who worked our event, were so great about making sure our guests were attended to and even in the middle of the ceremony when it started to rain, they were prepared to run out umbrella's and covers for our guests, although luckily it stopped in about 5 minutes. Since the day we have received so many compliments and most of them revolve around what an incredible venue we had or what amazing food. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Flowerfield and we are hopeful that we will be invited back as guests one day so we can enjoy it once again.

We chose Flowerfield as our venue for our 8/14/21 wedding. Any time we told someone, whether it be a friend, family member, or vendor, that our wedding would be at Flowerfield, they all gushed about what an amazing venue it is. There is a reason they have this reputation! Even beyond the gorgeous grounds, the unique atrium, and the spotless, spacious ballroom, Flowerfield is, hands down, the best wedding venue on Long Island. We worked with Lauren to coordinate our big day, and she was the consummate professional. She always responded to our emails quickly, sometimes even on her day off. When we decided to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic, she made the process as painless as possible for us. When 8/14/21 finally came, Iâm not sure what I was expecting, but I just couldnât believe how...special they made us feel. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was clearly working hard to ensure every detail was perfect and that we were happy. Jade, the bridal attendant, was an angel on earth. And Andy, the maitreâd, was flawless. You could tell they do these all the time, and yet we never felt like we were just âone of the many.â Itâs also worth mentioning that Flowerfield doesnât have any hidden administrative fees in their pricing, so there are no surprises. Their Saturday afternoon wedding package is beyond reasonable. I couldnât believe how much was included. The food was outstanding and plentiful. And the cake? People are still talking about it. If youâre looking for a Long Island wedding venue, please consider Flowerfield. You wonât be disappointed. In fact, you will be thrilled. My only sadness is that I do not get to do it all over again.

I don't even know where to start. From the moment I first walked in to tour the venue, I knew I wanted to get married here. Their space is so truly special and magical. Patricia (event manager) and her team were all welcoming from day 1 and have been so supportive the entire time, even during these uncertain times. I was persistent in sticking with my original date of my wedding, and the entire Flowerfield team were all onboard. Patricia was so good at keeping me in the loop and was always quick to respond. Even though we had to downsize our wedding guest list, in the end I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. It rained the entire day of my wedding, but the team was quick to set up the ceremony in the Atrium (the beautiful indoor botanical garden-like space). Andy, our maitre'd, was phenomenal. The ceremony and reception wouldn't have run as smoothly without him. He was always there when we needed him. Debbie, my bridal attendant, was like my fairy godmother, always there to solve any issues when they came up. She had everything a bride would ever need on her. She and Andy even helped me fix my dress! Also the food was absolutely delicious. All of our guests loved every part of it!I can't thank the whole Flowerfield team enough. They made our wedding day happen despite the restrictions and limitations that altered our idea of what we wanted. Everything turned out even more perfect than what I had imagined. They were absolutely phenomenal. I knew that they would be nothing short of perfect based off of everyone, and I mean everyoneâs word of mouth .. but FF truly lived up to their reputation. My Husband and I are very hard to please... and we were floored. From the moment we went in for our initial appt to see the venue, they were the only ones to offer us any kind of beverage. We stopped at so many other venues and everyone was short, in and out, with us. Lauren was our sales coordinator from FF and she was the most professional and organized person to have my wedding in her hands. She had the worlds amount of patience with my 101 questions and took time out to talk to me no matter the time of day I would email. Andy was our Maitre D .. and he also provided the upmost level of professionalism. He has many years of experience and has been breathing weddings for awhile now, he came in handy when my bridal party wouldnât listen for the life of them. He kept everyone and everything in order. My MOH has a dress fail, a strap completely broke and revealed her entire chest, before she could even realize .. Andy was there to tap her on the shoulder and quickly bring her into a private area to sew her right back up. Debbie, the bridal attendant was an angel. She was my extra hands for the night. Making sure my hair was in place, lipstick on, and a drink in my hand. She also got stains off my dress from my guests as they would say hello. Not once did I have to look for Debbie or Andy. They were always in plain sight for my husband and I. I cannot express enough how well everything ran there. The venue in itself will sell from the beauty.. but the people staffed there.. are high class professionals. I wouldnât have changed a thing. The food was top notch.. all of our guests were raving about the food.. all .. night.. long!! If you book with them, you will not regret it.

We were all blown away at the sheer beauty of the arboretum when we initially visited the venue, but that was only the beginning! We were fortunate enough to work with Patricia Premier. She knows WEDDINGS!!!! She was not only knowledgeable, professional, responsive and so easy to work with; her warmth, genuine personality and expert organizational skills helped to make what could have been a very stressful situation a pleasure! She guided us through from the first day till the big day and never missed a beat planning the details to ensure the party ran smoothly and was a SUCCESS!!That day, my daughter was fortunate to have Debbie as her bridal attendant, who took care of everything in the lush and beautiful bridal suite, to help our daughter, me and her bridal party. She went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Her calm ability to coordinate and anticipate and meet every personal need was extraordinary. Her sweet and genuine nature enhanced her performance.Patriciaâs coordination with Andy Musacchio, our MaĂźtre d, was flawless. For anyone considering booking here, you will be in the BEST hands at Flowerfield. I got married in October and everyone said it was the best wedding theyâve ever attended between the food, service, and how beautiful everything was. And Andy and Deb (maitreâd and bridal attendant) are literal GODS. Some examples:When we got to Flowerfield they had a whole spread ready for us coming out of an hour and a half of traffic from the church. Life saving, I was STARVING.My headpiece fell out about 5 times when I started dancing and every time Andy and Deb were there to fix it over and over and finally got it to stick for the night after strategizing a bit.Also, from dancing, my bustle fell and/or ripped (unclear I havenât checked) about 10 times and they were right there every time to fix it and pin it and do whatever else needed to be done.My bridesmaid who caught my bouquet had her dress rip open from the back as she was getting the garter put on by her boyfriend who happened to catch it, and I turned to Deb and didnât even say anything- she just goes I'M ON IT and literally SEWED her back into her dress!They also made sure we ate and we ate a LOT. I was very well fed and they were always there to give me a refill or touch up of lipstick whenever I needed it. We also left with a TON of leftovers- we're still eating some now a month later (they held up well frozen!)!I could go on and on but just know you will be WELL taken care of on your wedding day. I felt like a queen and it was largely thanks to Flowerfieldâs amazing team (besides my now HUSBAND!!! of course).

Flowerfield should be the benchmark for all wedding venues! \"This was hands down the best wedding venue I've ever been to. Food was delicious and plentiful. Service was amazing, full 100 points! And the venue was beautiful,\" said my cousin, which pretty much summarized how all my guests felt about Flowerfield. They all loved the venue and raved endlessly about it. This was all I had asked for, but then I ended up getting so much more. From the moment I walked in for my consultation, I was fully pampered by my sales agent, Pam. Even after I booked, Pam continued holding my hand for the next 1.5 years all the way until our wedding day was over. She has been nothing short of amazing, answering any and all questions I had, and going the whole nine yards to help make my vision come true. She was hands down my favorite person to work with throughout my entire wedding planning process. I am going to miss her so much! Debbie, my bridal attendant, was so clutch that my whole bridal party and our parents are still raving about her! She's like a ninja, swift and discreet, always in the right place with the right tools at the right time. Not only did she expertly fix the many wrinkles and a pretty giant tear on my tulle ball gown, she also took care of my tedious bustle needs and made sure I looked perfectly polished the entire day! Andy, the maitre'd, is such a pro at running the show that none of my guests knew what a mess we actually were behind the scenes. He helped fine-tune our timeline the morning of, made sure everyone was on the same page, and took care of so many little things I never even thought about. They took us through everything we needed, and accomodated all of our special requests. The location is stunning, pictures don't do it justice. It truly is a hidden gem. Every single one of our guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, and how amazing the service during the entire event.The food. The food was plentiful and delicious, the drinks were spectacular and on point. Chef/cooks, bartenders all were fantastic.Andy the maitre'd and Jade the bridal attendant were legendary. We couldn't have gotten through the day without them. Andy sewed my dad's buttons right before pictures were taken!Thank you Flowerfield for making our special day, even more special. My daughter just got married on July 28th at Flowerfield Celebration. From the moment we walked into the venue for our initial consultation, to the day after the wedding when we picked up our left over food, and personal items, everything and everyone at Flowerfields was perfect. The initial presentation when we first came to see the venue was sensational. We were given samples of food in martini glasses! and served drinks! We met with Patricia Premier, who is the best wedding planner you could ever want! She took care of everything and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. And she always made us feel special, like we were her only clients! We love her! The venue is stunning; it looks just like the name suggests. Gorgeous flowers everywhere. The atrium, where the cocktail hour was held, is breathtaking with a beautiful bridge and pond, and gorgeous plants and flowers. And the room is large enough for a lot of tables, so no one has to stand during the cocktail hour - seats for everyone! We had the ceremony outside under their gazebo, which has a gorgeous bridge leading up to it. We were lucky that the weather was beautiful! The food was excellent, and there was a lot of it. Our guests were gushing over the venue, from the decor, to the ambiance, to the food. My daughter got married on a Sunday evening so it was the only wedding of the day. They have a gorgeous Bridal Suite, which we had for the entire day. Debbie was the bridal attendant. I can't even describe how wonderful she was. She waited on all of us hand and foot, from 7am until 10pm when the wedding was over. She steamed our dresses, fixed some of them, served us breakfast and lunch, got us drinks. She took care of everything, so we didn't have to think, we could just relax and enjoy. Andy, the maitre 'd, was also phenomenal. He too, went above and beyond. If you're looking for something a little different than the regular catering hall, where they treat you like royalty, then this is the place for you. A huge thank you to Patricia, Debbie and Andy for making our day perfect!

We had our wedding reception at Flowerfield at the end of June 2019 and it was absolutely spectacular!! All of our guests are still raving about the gorgeous (and unique) venue and the abundance of spectacular food! Many of our guests thought cocktail hour was the dinner because there was so much delicious food. The venue and property speak for themselves and are picture perfect. The outdoor grounds are stunning, and the indoor space is equally beautiful. But it is the staff at Flowerfield that makes the whole experience a dream! Lauren was responsive and easy to work with throughout the booking process, helping us work through every detail! Andy (Maitre D) was incredible the day of our wedding. He runs a tight ship and ensured that my husband and I never had to worry about a thing. Expecting to be stressed the entire time, I was pleasantly surprised by how at ease we were knowing Andy had everything covered! Kelsey (Bridal Attendant) was an absolute angel. She was completely out of the way yet somehow appeared every time I could possibly need anything (including magically erasing a grass stain from my dress). Jason was equally wonderful ensuring my husband and the groomsmen always had everything they could possibly need. I couldn't be happier with our experience at Flowerfield! It was truly the perfect day!

We wanted incredible food, beauty and service, and let me tell you! Flowerfield surpassed all of our expectations. The Flowerfield staff is hands on and attentive. The bridal attendant, Debbie, and Maitre D, Andy, made sure that we eat, that everything ran smoothly and that every detail was in place. Our wedding was everything and more than we could have ever dreamed of. Our guest overwhelmingly agree that this is either the best or one of the best weddings they have ever attended. We are overwhelmed with gratitude and thank Flowerfield for their role in bringing to life the most incredible wedding we could have dreamed of.

Everything about Flowerfield took our breath away. We had crammed 10 venue appointments in one weekend and Flowerfield was the last stop â we are so thankful that we pushed through and made it to the last appointment! From the cocktail hour room to the bridal suites to the reception room to the after party options, all boxes were checked. It is hard to describe, but we both just knew this was the perfect place for us. It was also a plus (even though we did not have to use it) that the option for an âindoor ceremonyâ was unique and not just in the reception room with curtains to hide the evening dĂ©cor.Throughout the planning stages, Lauren was our main point of contact. She was extremely responsive and helpful with my many, many questions. She was also a pleasure to work with when it came to organizing our tasting and a few times when we wanted to stop by to see the venue again.The day of our wedding was seamless and everything we dreamed of. From the moment we arrived at Flowerfields, we were treated like a King and Queen. I cannot say enough good things about our bridal attendant Debbie. She is amazing and made sure we had EVERYTHING we, and our family and bridal party, needed throughout the day. The maĂźtre D, Andy, kept everything in order and was very patient with our very large bridal party who have trouble listening to directions. He came very well recommended and you should absolutely believe the hype, he kept the day running smoothly so we never had to worry about a thing.The food was amazing and we received a ton of compliments from our guests. Some of our guests even thought the cocktail hour was dinner, they had no clue dinner was after that! The staff, indoor and outdoor venue and overall experience, was top notch â if we had to do it again, we would not think twice about choosing this venue for our wedding.

Got married 9/8/2018, Day Wedding- I live in Nassau County and had never even heard of Flowerfield until I started researching venues. Even after researching, I wasn't entirely convinced. After looking at 5 different venues, we decided to take the trip to St. James and tour the venue. I know everyone says this but literally from THE MINUTE we walked into the atrium at Flowerfield, we looked at each other and just knew it was our venue. When looking for a venue, I wanted something that delivered good reviews, excellent food, and a beautiful outdoor AND indoor space (in case of inclement weather). Flowerfield delivers on all of that. Patricia was our Banquet Manager and she is phenomenal. She knows her stuff and I love her strong personality. She was so easy to work with from the moment we booked. She answered all my emails in a timely manner and truly did everything in her power to make our day perfect. Andy, the maitre'd, is a true professional and expert at what he does! He has a no B.S. attitude and you can rest assured that your wedding day will run BEYOND smooth with him in charge. Emily was my bridal attendant and she was a complete doll. She was literally always there when I needed her yet somehow never in the way. She always had food waiting for us and made sure I was hydrated and okay all throughout the wedding. Additionally- Her and Andy did my very complicated bustle in literally 5 minutes and it held the entire party. These people are literally angels on earth and I did not have to lift a finger the day of my wedding, they do it all from set up to break down. All I did was give them a list of where I envisioned things in the venue and then trusted them to make it happen on the day of the event. The wedding itself was more perfect then I could have ever pictured and I truly attribute this to the amazing staff at Flowerfield. The food is BEYOND incredible, the venue is stunning, and I promise that if you have your wedding there- you will NOT regret it.

All I have to say is UNBELIEVABLE!! I just got married here on October 7, 2018. Everything was absolutely perfect. All of the staff; between the bridal attendant Debbie, Andy the maitre de, the waiters/waitresses, Patricia, they were all incredibly accommodating and professional. I just had my wedding at Flowerfield on Sept 28 and it was AMAZING. The food is phenomenal and everything is so organized right from signing the contract to the very end when you walk out the door. The staff the day of the wedding is so on top of everything and the grounds are also really pretty. I also chose this venue because they can fit over 300 people and they offer inside and outside option for the ceremony (in case it rains). The venue is SUPER unique. The one room is a full on greenhouse. Iâve never seen anything like it! We got married on a Friday and what was nice about that was that it's the only wedding that day and you can choose the start time. You are also allow to get there 2 hours prior at no charge. I did that and paid for one extra hour prior so I could be in the bridal suite and get ready while my fiance was in the man den room with his crew. Debbie, the bridal attendant and Andy, the Maitre D I'd give 10+/10. They were on top of literally everything and have been doing weddings for 20 years. So, they are really experienced. If you're looking for a unique venue that's known for their amazing food and quality service, I highly recommend Flowerfield!

I canât say enough great things about Flowerfield. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was the venue Iâd be married in. Patricia was amazing from start to finish. She answered all my crazy questions at the beginning, and then patiently went over my several checklists a few days before to make sure everything was perfect the day of. We held the ceremony indoors â as it was chilly and a bit rainy on our wedding day, and Patricia was right â by the time everyone took a tour of the atrium â the cocktail hour was ready with a plethora of tables and chairs. There was so much delicious food, we didnât even know where to start or finish! Our maitreâd Andy helped move the day along and was by my side to answer any questions. The bridal attendant Debbie wins the prize of the day though. She was my savior. She hemmed my stepsonâs pant leg and then stitched up my dress not once, but twice when the straps kept ripping! She carried my lipstick and made sure I looked my best throughout the day. And the food! Did I mention the food? Before the ceremony even started, the staff provided the bridal party with penne ala vodka and garlic knots. Then, my husband and I got every single station from the cocktail hour, as well as the passed hors d'oeuvres in our bridal suite, as well as our signature drinks before mingling. For dinner, we got each of the dishes offered to our guests, as well as an extra entrĂ©e of the pork (which I highly recommend) â thatâs four complete entrees! Each of our parents were offered two entrees each. Dessert was a delicious cake, apple strudel and ice cream, as well as chocolate covered strawberries. And then we had an after party with pub grub â sliders, tater tots, mozzarella sticks and wings! I tried to taste everything â but was so stuffed. Not to fear though â as everything and I mean EVERYTHING was packed up and sent home with us, along with strudel and cake! We got so many leftovers, we had enough for both sets of parents to eat for a few days after, as we left for our honeymoon the day after. Needless to say â Flowerfield hosted the wedding of my dreams!

The BEST! We cannot thank the team at Flowerfield Celebrations enough for their hard work to truly make our wedding the best day of our lives. At first the price was intimidating but upon comparing to other venues in Long Island they were comparable and in the end it was evident that although we might have been able to go with a cheaper option we do not believe the food, service, expertise and overall experience would have been the same. When we discussed our venue with our other vendors each one breathed a sigh of relief and explained that they liked working with them because they were professional, organized and easy to deal with. We also experienced the same qualities throughout the wedding. We dealt with Pam, as our Banquet Sales Managers. I asked her so many questions and she quickly replied to every single one. She was extremely thorough in all of our meetings, explaining our options, taking notes and even worked with us at the end to put some finishing touches on our wedding while still being conscious of our budget. The food was delicious! I am Greek and my husband is Italian, we both come from families who love food and are not afraid to be critical as many of them own diners and restaurants. We received so many compliments from our guests that both cocktail hour and their dinners were delicious. Speaking of food, its also notable to mention that they set up a giant spread of all our selections from cocktail hour in the bridal sweet for my husband and I when we were done with pictures. One of my favorite moments of the night was when it was just my husband and I sitting in the bridal sweet alone digging into all the food. On the night of we had Andy as our Maitre D. He was phenomenal. Iâm not going to lie before the wedding I was like what is a Maitre D and why are we tipping this man, what is he doing? After the wedding, this man deserves an award of some sort. He literally dealt with every vendor and made sure everything was in order. He didnât stop there though, he reminded me to hydrate and had water for me, he was fixing suspenders on dancing groomsmen, fixing rings and hair for pictures, I donât think I saw this man sit for a second he was all eyes and ears throughout the night waiting to fix even the slightest issue. Kelsey was my bridal attendant and she was amazing. I started making jokes to my husband during the night because every time I turned around she would be there with exactly what I needed---half way through the pictures I was getting tired and cranky there was Kelsey with champagne, my lipstick was wearing off there was Kelsey with my lipstick and a mirror, I needed my dress bustled and was looking for the bridesmaid but there was Kelsey who needed no instruction bustled me up in a minute. I can honestly say that although the grounds and venue itself is what attracted us to the venue, it was the service and staff that made the venue incredible. My husband, Jose and i just got married there on Saturday 8/25/18. The day was perfect! Lauren was so amazing throughout the whole process. She answered every single question I had and all of her responses were so timely. The ceremony was so beautiful. The gazebo and property outside is just breathtaking. The atrium is so unique and we fell in love with this the minute we stepped foot inside. Not only is the cocktail hour held in this beautiful atrium but the food selection is to die for! A lot of my guests were apparently trying to find out what table they were at since they thought my cocktail hour was the dinner! The ballroom was so gorgeous. Kelsi, my bridal attendant and was on point with everything! Andy was great and we cannot thank the whole staff enough!

The most gorgeous outdoor ceremony venue!! Everyone at Flowerfield worked so hard to get everything set up so perfectly for my 11 AM wedding! The whole staff was there and very attentive throughout the wedding. Pamela was amazing throughout the whole process from answering all of my questions to running out to pick up a glass for my sand ceremony that got accidentally cracked the morning of-- even with a boot on her foot! The bridal assistant did an amazing job and Andy, the maitre'd did an excellent job working with all of our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly.

My husband and I just got married at Flowerfield's and everything was absolutely amazing!!! The food was superb, the staff was amazing, the grounds were all stunning and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day. I can't wait to go back and enjoy Flowerfield's as a guest. Anyone who is considering Flowerfield, it was the best decision we ever could have made. From the planning process through our last dance, Patricia and the Flowerfield team made our dreams come true. The grounds are beautiful, the food is excellent, and the staff is incredible. I am a very picky person, and I never felt like I was \"bothering\" Patricia, or Flowerfield with my hundreds of questions/concerns throughout the planning process. Even if I thought of a question and e-mailed Patricia at 9 o clock at night on a Saturday, she typically would get back to me right away. The staff are so accommodating, during the food tasting we wanted to change some of the sides that were given as options, and the chef was happy to help and make any changes we requested. The night of the wedding ran like a well oiled ship. If there was an issue going on, I wasn't (and I'm still not) aware of it. It is clear that our bridal attendant, Debbie, and our maitre d, Andy, have been working in their roles for a very long time and really love what they do for a living. They were able to anticipate our needs and were always one step ahead of getting us what we were about to request. Debbie even got her hands and knees during cocktail hour in the reception room to sew my dress because the bustle broke! She also went as far as helping a guest who ripped his pants from dancing too hard (lol). The help they gave to my husband and I the night of the wedding was more than we could have ever asked for, or imagined. The guests are *still* raving about how amazing all of the food was (people aren't kidding when they say the food there really is the best), and the bartenders made really good drinks! As we sit here trying to write a brutally honest review, we really canât think of one complaint and we canât recommend them enough. If you think Flowerfield may be the venue for you - DO IT!!! I can promise you will not be disappointed. They gave me the wedding of my dreams.

I walked into this venue and was amazed. Wish I saw it before we had my daughters wedding there. Long story we had a bridal shower booked at Meadow Club. It had a fire and will be closed to renovate. The owners were trying so hard to find venues for people booked with them but some places were booked some had minimums for something like a baby shower, 50th birthday , graduation and most just woulnt match the contract prices. I decided I better try and help myself . I sat and thought of the the Suffolk Venues I could think of and wrote to each explaining the situation. Everyone had an excuse . On a lark I wrote to Flowerfield . I had never been there and didnt expect a call I heard they were gorgeous and exclusive. Within ten minutes of my letter I got a phone call from Pam Winkler. She was on the ball reading her mail. She then showed to letter to her boss Craig Priemer who said they would actually do our party for us. They honored the price contract. The only thing we had to do was adjust the time because there is another party after us. First off dont book any wedding until you look at this place it will knock your socks off. Secondly to me they did the right thing helping us and their fellow catering hall out. I am thinking we will do the christening there if it is out if not for everything else on principal!! Our wedding day was absolutely the best day of our lives. Flowefield was a big part of why that was the case. Lauren was so easy to work with for planning; any detail we wanted to be customized, she got it done. Everything was so organized and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Just walk into the atrium once and you'll fall in love with this venue. The scenery for pictures is incredible and don't worry if it ends up raining on your big day, the inside is just as beautiful as the outside. Even on a gorgeous day like we had, we still took some pictures inside across the bridge. Kelsey, the bridal attendant, was there for my wife's every need (including re-bustling her dress while on the dance floor), and the groomsmen were blown away by the groomsmen suite, complete with its own bar and bartender! Andy, the maitre'd, made sure we had everything we needed and ensured we got all of our items (cake topper, leftovers, etc.) home. Most of your guests will just want to know about the food, I can assure you it's amazing. Our guests have not stopped talking about how delicious everything was. Also, the way they organize the event, you will get to eat at your own wedding, and trust me, you'll want to!

We were absolutely delighted with all that you and the entire staff did to ensure we had the perfect backdrop for our familyâs wedding.Kelsey was delightful-she was a champ at bustling Rachelâs (complicated) gown, and pinning it up when we realized it was too long so that Rachel could dance without fears of anyone stepping on the gown. Kelsey was always in the background to help but never superimposing. Her attitude and level of professionalism are that of someone doing the job for decades! What a superstar!Andy, our Maitre D, was equally wonderful! Also, forever keeping an eye on what was happening (be it family photos, folks dancing, the band setting up), directing when needed, and just available and âpresentâ to help. We never needed to go looking for him -he was always a stoneâs throw away and super responsive to any requests or questions we had.My 96 year old dad needed to close his eyes during the cocktail hour and he was able to rest in the groomâs room. Even though we had been actively using it for photos, the ketubah signing, and hanging out, it had been cleaned up so that it looked unused previously! The brideâs room, also actively used, was immaculate every time we needed to get in there!My daughter and SIL appreciated having the sampling of the cocktail hour food brought into the bridal suite while they took a few minutes to relax after the ceremony. Patricia literally helped my husband and I have the wedding of our dreams. She is a sweetheart and was extremely prompt at answering all of my questions. She was always there to give advice or suggestions when needed. Not one single detail was missed.Iâm going to miss her! The service was over the top. I canât begin to even thank Debbie my bridal attendant enough. She deserves a Medal! At every given point during the night she was constantly making sure I was ok and had everything I needed! May 12th 2018 = BEST DAY EVERFlowerfields made this happen. Our journey started out with Lauren. She was amazing helping us prep everything, answered all our our questions and put all my visions in to reality. On the big day we first meet Kelsey the bridal attendant and she was spectacular! She had everything handy from bobby pins to needle and thread. She was phenomenal. If my dress was dirty she cleaned it! Help me threw the grounds with my dress wile we took pictures. Made sure there was always a drink in my hand! Once we were done with pictures we met Andy and he was just the iceing on our (wedding) cake. As if we havenât met amazing people already here comes Andy! He had everything under control and it all went so smoothly! And we know it had a lot to do with him! No bumps in the road with him around! My guest could not stop raving about how much of a great time they had! The service was spectacular. They were on point with everything.Thank you so much for doing what you do! The food was out of this world! My hats off to the cheif and his staff. Flowerfield was a wonderful venue! We had our wedding there on April 21. Patricia was with us start to finish and helped guide us with everything. She was kind, patient and helpful. We felt like she really cared about us and making sure we had a perfect day. Andy and Emily did a good job that day. Patricia was available by email, phone and met with us for any questions we had. The week of the wedding she was extra helpful. She was so kind! She helped us with everything from menu selections, cake selections, tastings (she even waited to cash our first deposit until after our tasting). In todayâs standards thatâs extremely uncommon. Speaking of tastingsâ-THE FOOD! The chef is such a class act. For tastings he came out and asked if we had any questions. When we inquired about vegan dishes and all he was so helpful. He makes such incredible meals that are suitable to all diets. We were blown away by everything we tasted. Our guests absolutely raves about the food. Our vegan friends said they never had a real vegan meal at a wedding before and that this food was top notch. Everyone we talked too couldnât say enough about the cocktail hour and dinner menu. My dad-not vegan ordered the ravioli (vegan) because he enjoyed it so much at the tasting. The pork chop, fish and beef were all raves about. And everyone was happy with the drinks served and bartenders. The atmosphere and ambience is perfect. Everyone enjoyed the outdoors and beautiful day. The inside is of course stunning and spacious. Flowerfield was a wonderful venue! We had our wedding there on April 21. Patricia was with us start to finish and helped guide us with everything. She was kind, patient and helpful. We felt like she really cared about us and making sure we had a perfect day. Andy and Emily did a good job that day. Patricia was available by email, phone and met with us for any questions we had. The week of the wedding she was extra helpful. She was so kind! She helped us with everything from menu selections, cake selections, tastings (she even waited to cash our first deposit until after our tasting). In todayâs standards thatâs extremely uncommon. Speaking of tastingsâ-THE FOOD! The chef is such a class act. For tastings he came out and asked if we had any questions. When we inquired about vegan dishes and all he was so helpful. He makes such incredible meals that are suitable to all diets. We were blown away by everything we tasted. Our guests absolutely raves about the food. Our vegan friends said they never had a real vegan meal at a wedding before and that this food was top notch. Everyone we talked too couldnât say enough about the cocktail hour and dinner menu. My dad-not vegan ordered the ravioli (vegan) because he enjoyed it so much at the tasting. The pork chop, fish and beef were all raves about. And everyone was happy with the drinks served and bartenders. The atmosphere and ambience is perfect. Everyone enjoyed the outdoors and beautiful day. The inside is of course stunning and spacious. We were so thrilled to hear that everyone had a great time. Thatâs all we wanted-a day to share our love and appreciation for each other and for our guests for their support to us. Flowerfield made all my dreams come true. My wedding was Friday, May 4th. From the moment I walked in to Flowerfield I was in love! I knew it was my perfect wedding venue and the place that would make all my dreams come true! The staff was amazing and had such an attention to detail. On the wedding day, I was the first to arrive at the venue and as soon as I stepped out the car was greeted by our maĂźtre dâ Andy and bridal attendant Debbie. Everything which followed was perfection. The grounds were in Spring bloom and provided a truly lovely and picturesque backdrop for the Atrium and the Ballroom. Letâs talk about the food. The Food. THE FOOD! I am a âFoodieâ. To say the quality, quantity and presentation of the food was amazing is an understatement. Countless guests came up to me during the evening to comment on how they never experienced such fine dining at a wedding reception venue. Outstanding quality consistency continued from cocktail hour to entrĂ©eâs and dessert. Kudoâs to Chef Bill! Service was exemplary. Several times I observed Andy quietly and carefully scanning the ballroom as the evening progressed to ensure everything ran smoothly during table service. Our bridal attendant Debbie was a doll. Flowerfields is the most beautiful venue you will find on Long Island! My husband and I looked at 10 venues and Flowerfields was the last one- and best one! We knew we had to have our wedding here. Everything was perfect. Pamela was so helpful and really knows her stuff! We had about 190 guests and have heard so many compliments from them about how great the place is and how amazing our wedding was. The food, ambiance, size, and of course the gorgeous grounds made our day the most magical wedding we both dreamed of. It had rained the morning of, so we took some pictures inside but got to take a whole bunch outside too! People have told us how much they enjoyed the food and how great the drinks were including our signature \"blueberry mojito\" drink. My bridal attendant was amazing and made sure i always had a drink, lip gloss and even got mud out of my dress! We can't wait to see our professional pictures to relive the day. So happy we chose flowerfields!!

Our wedding was amazing! We had so much fun and did not have to stress over anything because the staff at Flowerfield took care of everything! Pam helped us through the planning process, answered all of my questions, and made everything easy. Kelsey was the most amazing bridal attendant, I definitely told her I loved her on more than one occasion! She was always there when I needed something and often before I realized I needed it (like a sip of my drink during the endless family photos) I could not have survived in my dress all night without her.I don't think I sat down once without Andy being right there to assist me, it was like he came out of nowhere! :) At some point my hubby's cufflink went missing, no worries our maitre'd took care of it with a spare!The food was amazing! I mean amazing! The setting was so magical for our dream winter wedding, and the staff and our sales rep, Pamela, made everything perfect and so easy for us. No one went without a seat at our cocktail hour. This place is perfect beyond words. Every one of our guests has told us our wedding was the best they had ever been to. I don't even know where to start when giving this place a review. It deserves more than 5 stars. This was the first place we looked at, and my husband and I didn't need to waste my time looking at the other venues. Patricia is one of the most amazing people to work with, and she put me completely at ease with absolutely everything - from fear that we weren't going to make the payments on time, to guest list issues, to organizing the space and everything in between. She was always just a phone call away to make me worry less. We got married on October 8th - and it was not the *ideal* weather, but the moment we got there after our ceremony (we were married off site) and were ushered into the bridal cottage, my husband and I didn't have to lift a finger. The attendant had a spread out for everyone to eat and relax, she recurred my hair for the photos, bustled my dress, helped us touch up everything for photos and that was only the beginning of the exemplary service. The maitre-d was PHENOMENAL in making sure everything during the wedding went well, and just pampered us from start to finish. We decided to not attend our cocktail hour so we could have a few moments alone together, and they brought us an entire spread of food and drinks so we could still enjoy the food without everyone running up to us with congratulations etc. Speaking of the food - it was amazing! I have never seen so much food or tasted so many delicious things all at once, it was like living in a dream!We are still getting compliments about how amazing the venue was, and how perfect the service and staff were and just how beautiful it all turned out - from the decor, to the lighting, to the tables, everything. I am so glad that we decided to get married there, it was worth every penny and they made sure that everything went according to plan and that it was the best day we could ever have. If you choose this place as your venue you will not be disappointed with your decision, it is one of the best places on Long Island to get married, and if we were to do it all again, Flowerfield would still be first on our list.

I don't even know where to start when giving this place a review. It deserves more than 5 stars. This was the first place we looked at, and my husband and I didn't need to waste my time looking at the other venues. Patricia is one of the most amazing people to work with, and she put me completely at ease with absolutely everything - from fear that we weren't going to make the payments on time, to guest list issues, to organizing the space and everything in between. She was always just a phone call away to make me worry less. Positivity, and accommodations were done effortlessly and without hesitation. She was always easy to keep in touch with, and always followed up within 24 hours of any request. Kelsie was my bridal attendant and she also was so incredible. She never missed a beat, and made it so there was never an ounce of stress on myself and the bridal party. Everyone at the wedding said this was the BEST food they had ever had at a wedding, especially the prime rib!! The venue is stunning, open and great for conversations but also having a great time! I have absolutely ZERO regrets in choosing Flowerfield and I would recommend EVERYTHING with them a hundred times over.

We had the most amazing wedding at Flowerfield! From the very beginning Patricia and the team were so easy to work with. Unlike many other venues we met with, they were so flexible and open to accommodating any and all custom requests we had and didn't add tons of additional charges. All our guests reached out after saying how beautiful the grounds were, nice the staff was and delicious the food was. The cocktail hour food was UNBELIEVABLE as were the entrees and dessert! Debbie was great in helping with anything we needed during the wedding, making sure we always had a drink in our hand and cold towels for my hubby to cool off from dancing.. They truly went above and beyond anything we could have asked for - 2 weeks before our wedding a props vendor fell through who was supposed to create a wine barrel table for a wine tasting and on our wedding day Patricia surprised us that their GM was able to find wine barrels last minute to create the table - this is just one example of how wonderful the entire Flowerfield team was to work with. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue, amazing food, accommodating staff, unique decor and a wedding your guests will be talking about for years to come, have your wedding at Flowerfield! We had the most amazing wedding at Flowerfield! From the very beginning Patricia and the team were so easy to work with. Amazing from beginning to end! The space is gorgeous and well maintained. This is unlike any other catering hall. The cocktail space is large with natural light and lots of greenery. The hall also has lots of natural light. The grounds include a Fire pit, outdoor seating, and great photo ops! The staff is perfection! From the 1st encounter, to tasting, to emails, to the big day they are all professional and courteous. Flowerfield had weddings down pat. Every detail is accounted for. The food is gourmet! Worth every penny. Our guest left full and satisfied.

Walking into Flowerfield was like walking into your own enchanted world. From the moment we toured with Lauren, we knew there was no other option, we HAD to have our wedding at Flowerfield. EVERY step of the way, Lauren kept us informed, and updated, and was guienly excited about EVERY ONE of our little details. When the day came, Debbie, our bridal attendant was there every second. From literally get us out of the limo, to putting us on the bus at the end of the night. Debbie and our maitre'd Andy, knew what we needed, before WE even knew! Debbie even pulled a needle and thread out of nowhere when my bustle ripped! THERE IS NO BETTER FOOD! everyone was raving about cocktail hour the whole night! the selection of stations, really makes for a unique experience. when it came to dinner, our guests were blown away again! My husband and I were given EVERYTHING on the menu. Debbie and Andy made sure we ate and drank throughout the night. (even had damp rags on call for my sweaty husband :) ) Our day was beyond perfect. we truly felt like royalty. The most important thing was that we felt like the most important wedding they've ever had, and not like they do this every weekend. We got married at Flowerfield celebrations on August 20th and it was a dream come true! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful; From the homey feel of the lobby, the beautiful greenhouse cocktail room (with its own bridge and koi pond), to the beautifully landscaped grounds and beautiful reception hall; Flowerfield simply had it all. Debbie, Andy and Patricia along with the rest of the staff were so awesome and made sure we had our deam wedding!! Patricia, our wedding coordinator, was so helpful and made sure everything leading up to the day was carefully planned out. Andy, our maitreâd, made sure that our wedding went off without a hitch, from instructing our bridal party to know what to do to making sure our ceremony flowed perfectly he was always there. Debbie, our bridal attendant, she is the best!!! From fixing my broken hook to helping me use the bathroom and fixing my train that ripped Debbie was soo helpful! I cannot thank her enough; she really made sure I always had food to eat and drinks to drink. She even made time between the hectic wedding events for me and my new husband to be able to take some alone time right after the ceremony, which allowed us to savor the moment of being husband and wife. She is really amazing at her job! My husband and I cannot thank Flowerfield and its entire staff enough; they really made our wedding unforgettable.

My husband and I got married at Flowerfield on June 24, 2017 and it was truly a DREAM wedding. Flowerfield is AMAZING. Andy, Kelsey, Patricia and the rest of the Flowerfield team exceeded all of our expectations and more- absolute professionals. Two months later and our guests are still talking about the incredible food and service. One of our guests who works in the food industry commented that he could not get over the fact that all of the food came out piping hot at the same time cooked to everyoneâs liking! Someone else commented that they loved that they were able to bring home their leftovers, impeccably wrapped, complete with reheating instructions! My husband and I especially appreciated that our bridal attendant, Kelsey, and maĂźtre d', Andy, had us take time out of our cocktail hour to eat (if you donât make time for this, it wonât happen!). I will never forget Kelsey bringing us into the bridal suite where they had set up for us servings from of each our cocktail hour stations! To top it off, Kelsey was prepared with a table cloth to cover my gown as a napkin so that I could eat without worrying about anything spilling! My husband and I continue to tell people that if anything behind the scenes went wrong at our reception, we had NO idea about it. As far as we knew, the day went off without a hitch and everything ran smoothly and perfectly- which is how it should be on your wedding day! My husband and I got married at Flowerfield on May 25, 2017. We looked at several wedding venues before visiting Flowerfield, but as soon as we walked into the venue and spoke with Patricia, we felt confident in our decision to get married here. During the process of wedding planning, Patricia helped us every step of the way, whether it was finding a vendor, coordinating day of activities, or selecting a color scheme for the party. Patricia, and the whole staff at Flowerfield was extremely helpful, professional, and made us feel so special and excited during the entire process. We never once felt overwhelmed working with the crew because they handle everything with care and organization. The entire crew was extremely organized which helped ease day of concerns. At our wedding, Andy reviewed our schedule, asked if we had any special requests and fulfilled every one. We had minor hiccups with our ceremony officiant but Andy guided me every step of the way and answered all of my questions to keep moving with the ceremony. He was extremely professional, and truly a calming presence (which is much needed for any bride!). The best part was the guests had no idea of this minor hiccup because the venue coordinated everything perfectly to keep the night going. During our reception, Andy made sure we had time to eat and enjoy the food, that we were hydrated, and above all, made sure we were enjoying the party! Itâs the little things that mean the most. It rained our wedding day but it didnât even matter because the venue itself is so unique and so beautiful, all of our guests said they felt like they were outside! During the wedding, all of our guests kept approaching us saying how delicious the food was, how friendly and attentive the staff was, and how beautifully decorated the venue looked. In addition, my bridal attendant was phenomenal! She helped me with even the smallest of details and never hesitated to lend a helping hand to one of my bridesmaids or family members as well, which meant so much to me. All of my friends noticed her âcan doâ approach with every situation and it helped keep the night flowing. Overall, my husband and I made the best decision getting married at Flowerfield. Our wedding was two months ago and our guests are still telling us it was the most beautiful venue with the most attentive and friendly staff they have ever seen! We never once felt overwhelmed working with the crew because they handle everything with care and organization. The entire crew was extremely organized which helped ease day of concerns. At our wedding, Andy reviewed our schedule, asked if we had any special requests and fulfilled every one. We had minor hiccups with our ceremony officiant but Andy guided me every step of the way and answered all of my questions to keep moving with the ceremony. He was extremely professional, and truly a calming presence (which is much needed for any bride!). The best part was the guests had no idea of this minor hiccup because the venue coordinated everything perfectly to keep the night going. During our reception, Andy made sure we had time to eat and enjoy the food, that we were hydrated, and above all, made sure we were enjoying the party! Itâs the little things that mean the most. It rained our wedding day but it didnât even matter because the venue itself is so unique and so beautiful, all of our guests said they felt like they were outside! During the wedding, all of our guests kept approaching us saying how delicious the food was, how friendly and attentive the staff was, and how beautifully decorated the venue looked. In addition, my bridal attendant was phenomenal! She helped me with even the smallest of details and never hesitated to lend a helping hand to one of my bridesmaids or family members as well, which meant so much to me. All of my friends noticed her âcan doâ approach with every situation and it helped keep the night flowing. Overall, my husband and I made the best decision getting married at Flowerfield. Our wedding was two months ago and our guests are still telling us it was the most beautiful venue with the most attentive and friendly staff they have ever seen! Thank you Patricia, Andy, and the entire Flowerfield crew!

The venue and grounds we're stunning , the food was beyond delicious, but really it was the staff that made the day. The venue and grounds we're stunning , the food was beyond delicious, but really it was the staff that made the day. We just held our daughter's wedding at Flowerfields. After having been in 2 weddings there it was really the only place she and her fiance wanted for their weddingAnd Flowerfields did not disappoint.From the planning to the last guest leaving Flowerfields was nothing short of superb. The professionalism of their staff, answering what must seem to them like a million questions they have all heard before, to the checklists so you forget nothing, to the preparation, the setup, the ceremony, cocktail hour and event itself... Flowerfields came through.The grounds are beautiful for pictures. Their outdoor patio with fireplace is a lovely place to unwind for a few minutes. Their cocktail hour venue is HUGE. Everyone had a seat if they wanted. Lines were short and no one was on top of anyone else.The bride and groom rooms for before the ceremony were great, especially the guys who had 3 fireplaces and a bar.The event room was a good size so no one was sitting on top of the kitchen or the band. Plenty of room at the tables, plenty of room on the dance floor.All in all a great place for a wedding

Flowerfield is the most amazing wedding venue I've been to and I feel so blessed to have my wedding hosted here. There are so many things to say about this place besides its beautiful environment. First, the food. The food is so amazing with good variety, high end selection and the amount of food/drink you get here is more than enough for 2-3 meals per person. Although as a bride I didn't get to try much during cocktail hour, we heard so many comppliments/reviews from our guests. At the beginning of our venue search, we went to lots of places and did many tasting sessions. Most places came out okay but not great when it goes to food. My husband and I grew up in different cities and most of our guests would come from big foody cities, like New York, LA, Toronto, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Taiwan. So we really focused on food when we were selecting our venue. During my research, I heard many good things about food in Flowerfield, even wedding vendors in wedding showcase would tell me how good the food is here. That gives me the confidence. We did tasting in flowerfield and it exceeded our expectation. On the wedding day, all our guests were amazed by the food/drinks during cocktail hour that some of they thought there won't be reception. (As the cocktail hour pass-by dishes already contained lamb chop, steak and plenty of seafood). Second great thing about flowerfield is the people. Pam is our contact manager here and I love love love her. She is so patient, detail oriented and flexible when it goes to wedding planning. We made lots of customization for our wedding as my husband and i came from different background and culture. Not only Pam helped us implemented every little detail that we want, she also gave us lots of good suggestion on timing/decoration and how to keep our budget. The maitre'D Andy and my bridal attendant Emily are also amazing and professional. They showed their professionalism by making the entire wedding seamless and smooth. My bridal attendant helped me every minuet on that day and made it stress-less for me. And of course, our guests also gave us great feedback about how nice/organized the people are in Flowerfield. Every guests were treated with great patience and respect and they can always find the help they need easily. Finally, it's about the environment of this venue. It's so perfectly decorated, with indoor and outdoor arrangement that you barely need any other decoration. You will have to visit there yourself to see what I mean. The place is so so so beautiful that it'll make the ceremony as a dream come true and all your guests will be impressed. I would recommend this place for all my single friends and i wish i can come back here one day as a wedding guest. At the end, my wedding came out so perfect that my husband and I felt very lucky that we found Flowerfield and made the right decision. We can not thank you enough for making our big day such a great success and a forever beautiful memory.

Flowerfield was amazing! I wouldnât change one aspect about having my wedding at this venue. My husbandâs button broke off and they were able to sew it back on right there and my bridal attendant was making sure my dress was perfect all night. Flowerfield is the single most amazing venue on Long Island. The second I walked in I cried and knew it was the place lol. Their reputation lives up to everything. When you pull up, it is a grand entrance with trees and flowers and lights. Then you walk through an amazing foyer and into the atrium. This is such a unique part of a venue, every guest was impressed by this area. Our cocktail hour took place here and it was fabulous. Hands down the best cocktail hour I have ever seen ( I am at the age as where I go to about 10 weddings a year). Plus I come from a big Italian family and they are still raving about the food. Whoever said a bride doesn't eat at their wedding did not get married here! I actually got enjoy a taste from each station which our amazing bridal attendant Kelsey brought us in the bridal suite after the ceremony. Another great feature about the atrium is, having a stress free rain back up plan. Luckily for me on June 3rd the weather was great, but I would not even have cared that much if it rained because our ceremony would have been in there. It is stunning for photos as well especially at night. The grounds of FF are so stunning I am so in love everytime I look at my pictures. Everything is so green and beautiful. The ball room is stunning as well. High high ceilings and a nice sized dance floor make the room gorgeous. There are 2 bars and a waiter for each table, so there was never a line even with 220 people. Dinner was magnificent, the chef is wonderful. We worked with Patricia, who is hands down the most amazing woman ever. She took my ideas and created the perfect wedding. Even when I was iffy about something, she would give suggestions to make it come to life. Quick responses with emails are comforting. She worked with us with menu changes, talking to the chef to create our ideal food stations, and even made our whiskey tasting table stunning. I cannot thank you enough Patricia! The day of Andy ran the show. Every vendor we worked with told us he was the best in the business and they were right. Our wedding day went so smoothly I was truly able to enjoy every minute of it. And our bridal attendant was great too. Kelsey was always there to help with anything we could think of. Flowerfield really made my dream wedding come true. It was a classy black tie wedding, that also brought in my boho side with all of the green and flowers. I cannot thank the staff enough! If the grounds don't say enough, just the way this business conducts itself is phenomenal. Thank you!

Our wedding at Flowerfield was absolutely everything we hoped it to be and more. From the minute we stepped onto the property to the last dance at our wedding, the experience couldn't have been better. The staff is incredibly attentive, efficient and kind. I didn't feel like we were just another couple, I felt like the staff understood what we were looking for and they delivered the wedding we envisioned. The food was amazing, our guests keep talking about how much food there was and how delicious everything was! The cocktail hour and the viennese hour were both over the top with delicious options. I can not say enough to thank our banquet manager Patricia. She is the most patient, hard working person in the business! My family and I must have called her with questions and changes a thousand times over the 2 years of planning and she always had a smile and was incredibly accommodating. Most importantly, on the day of my wedding I was so upset that it was raining. I got ready in the bridal cottage on the property and started to take photos inside. The minute it started raining my bridal attendant Kelsey helped me take photos outside, making sure I was always dry and helping me blow dry my dress before the ceremony after it got wet on the ground. The maitre'd Andy was amazing and also helped to make sure we got the ceremony going exactly on time so we would beat the rain. They both made the day of go smoothly and made my stress about the rain disappear. My husband and I love Flowerfield, we had the absolute most perfect day! We hope one of our friends gets married here so we can go back and enjoy it some more!

From the moment I saw my daughter's eyes when she and her fiancee took us to Flowerfield to look at the venue I knew no other place would do!! It was everything they had dreamed of and so much more. We booked a Saturday night June wedding- It was the most beautiful affair I have ever been too!! It was a true fairy tail evening. Everything was perfect!!! We continue to get compliments from our guests!!1 Our phone's and facebooks have not stopped!! The cocktail hour was unreal - there was soooooo much food - and it was all delicious - I could not begin to pick a favorite and there was such variety!!! The main course choices were amazing (pork chop was the personal favorite!!!!). The 2 rooms cocktail and reception were beautiful!! the cocktail room has a pond with a bridge going through it with beautiful Koi. The room is large enough to accommodate our 280 guests without feeling the least bit cramped and the food was everywhere!! There was no skimping!!!!! The ball room was spectacular!!! It was beautiful!!! We used vendors recommended by the hall and each of them were fantastic!!! The grounds are absolutely beautiful!! Our daughter got married outside in the beautiful Gazebo over the pond. The scene was right out of a movie!! In addition to the indoor space there is a huge patio with an outdoor fireplace. Our guests were able to enjoy cigars out on the patio after dinner!! Even though we didn't think we could possibly eat any more the Viennese Hour after dinner was incredible!! I didn't know that there were that many different kinds of dessert!!!! In addition to the beauty of the entire place and the high quality of the food - I can not save enough about the staff!!! From the first day we started working with Patricia our planner she was on top of everything!! that continued through the planning and the execution of the best affair I have been too!! The Maitre-d and bridal attendant was wonderful!!!! Below is a quote from an email sent to me by one of our guests!!The reception was a blast! The food was AMAZING. I had three plates at the cocktail hour alone, and I don't think I got to eat everything. The variety and quality of the food was just out of this world. The music was fantastic â the drummer and sax was a great addition and really brought the energy up. You really couldn't have scripted it any better. She answered every silly question we had and made sure all our special requests were accommodated. Just had our wedding here 5/5/17. We had the absolute best experience with Flowerfield from day one, and they made our wedding incredible. From first walking in we met with Lauren who was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a family emergency before the wedding and Lauren was more than happy to work with us and help us in any way she could. Andy the maitre'd was amazing!! He made sure everything went smoothly the entire night. We can't thank him enough for helping our wedding be as beautiful as it was! Debbie our bridal attendant was also fantastic, making sure we had a drink in our hands and food when we needed it at all times. Actually, anything we needed she was ready for and more than happy to help us out. Every single dish from the kitchen was absolutely delicious. I could never say one bad thing about this venue. Just had our wedding here 5/5/17. We had the absolute best experience with Flowerfield from day one, and they made our wedding incredible. From first walking in we met with Lauren who was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a family emergency before the wedding and Lauren was more than happy to work with us and help us in any way she could. Andy the maitre'd was amazing!! He made sure everything went smoothly the entire night. We can't thank him enough for helping our wedding be as beautiful as it was! Debbie our bridal attendant was also fantastic, making sure we had a drink in our hands and food when we needed it at all times. Actually, anything we needed she was ready for and more than happy to help us out. Every single dish from the kitchen was absolutely delicious. I could never say one bad thing about this venue. The atmosphere and staff are perfection! We cannot thank them enough for our wonderful wedding which no one can stop raving about!!!
