Have a beautiful ceremony in a picturesque 1920's white wedding chapel, get dressed in our red train car with your wedding party, have your guest enter though a covered bridge, have beautiful pictures taken under holly trees covered in english ivy. With all the unique features Forest Hill Park has to offer your event is sure to stand out from the rest. Forest Hill Park is privately owned and located right off Main Street going east out of Perry, Georgia. We specialize in smaller events generally with 100 people or less and have a variety of packages to accommodate for any budget. This venue was amazing! We got married in January and they were very flexible with us and easy to work with. They answered all our questions and had a good list of vendors in the area (just suggestions. You can use anyone you want). The size was perfect for an intimate ceremony. We had 25 people and it could definitely hold a bit more, especially for the ceremony. The grounds are also beautiful and amazing for pictures, especially under the trees and lights at night.

When I saw this venue, I knew it was the one. It is so cute and different then anything else here in south Georgia. It is especially beautiful in the fall and winter months when the leaves change. Anytime I had a question I just texted one of their employees, Sara. She was able to answer my questions quickly. I was able to view the venue without any hassle. The most important thing is the price which is so affordable and you get the venue the entire weekend. I could not have asked for a better venue. If you are looking for a venue that has that fall vibe, or woodsy theme, or affordable, or even a nice small chapel this is the best place. You get a caboose for the guys or girls to change into, but I preferred the room in the chapel as it had multiple mirrors. There are so many different spots you can get married in. You can get married inside and have the reception outside you can get married outside literally anywhere on the property. You honestly won't regret booking this venue. Oh, and the chandeliers are so beautiful!!

The site was AMAZING! We got married here on June 5, 2021. Sara Barron was amazing to work with. Forest Hill Park was so gorgeous! We had to do minimal decorating since the park as itself was so gorgeous as is!

My husband and I were very pleased with the services we received at Forest Hill Park. We live in Texas, but our family is in Georgia. It made sense to have a wedding in our home town. Sara answered all of our questions and always responded quickly. The venue was absolutely beautiful. It was more than we could have ever imagined. The grounds were kept up and the chapel was extremely clean upon our arrival. I appreciated the fact that we were able to bring in our own catering and had full access to the facility for nearly 3 days. This made set up and take down so much easier.Thank you Forest Hill Park!

Forest Hill was PERFECT. I had a rather large event within the chapel and we still managed to fit everyone. The setting was absolutely gorgeous and Sara was incredibly helpful and kind. The caboose was spacious enough for myself, my bridesmaids, my mom, and my daughter to get ready in comfortably and we actually had a lot more space than I thought we would, and my groom had space to relax in the other getting ready suite as well. The grounds were incredible for pics and my ONLY complaint was that we had to chase people taking prom pics out of the way after the wedding so that we could get our pics done even though we booked the entirety of the park for the weekend.

Forest hill park was perfect for my wedding and reception. It offered everything I needed and was great for wedding photos. Sara was a huge help and was always available for questions. Wouldn't have changed a single thing about it.

Sara was wonderful to work with and the Chapel and Park were just so charming. We did run into an air conditioning issue at the wedding and it was extremely warm in the room -- but I still give her a 5 for how hard she worked for us to make this a wonderful day. The a/c was an honest mistake -- she was trying to get it lower. Highly recommend this venue for wedding and/or reception.

I loved everything about this venue. It was in my favorite small town which I am blessed to call Home. The park manager, Sara, is fabulous. I think all wedding items are outrageous in price, but for what you receive with this venue, the price is right we were able to pick up the keys to the park first thing in the morning the day before Our Wedding and dropped them in a box late that night after our wedding was over. Well Worth It.

I heard about this venue from a Facebook yard sale site and thought I'd check it out. I only had 11 days to plan my short notice wedding, due to both my husband and leaving for deployments but the staff was very accommodating and understanding! As soon as we entered the chapel, I knew it was perfect. The chapel was adorable, as well as the steeple and the caboose on site. I was amazed there was something so affordable and pretty available on such a short notice and so conveniently located! Forest Hill Park made our wedding perfect and I'm so thankful for all the hard work they've put into their venue. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Forest Hill Park was so lovely and whimsical. We got married at the cute steeple that was shaded by lots of trees. It was a beautiful wedding and a beautiful day. The owner of the park was really helpful and attentive to our needs and it was so affordable!

Meet the Forest Hill Park Team
Sara Barron (Manager) I have been manager of Forest Hill Park since we opened as a venue in 2012. I have always loved the park and in 2011 my boyfriend (now husband) proposed to me in the covered bridge. In May 2012 we were married in front of the steeple and we celebrated our son and daughter's 1st birthday party in the chapel in 2016 and 2021. I am honored to be able to manage this beautiful location that means so much to me and my family and to help couples wedding dreams become a reality.
