Chad and his staff were so friendly, accommodating and supportive. This was a great place for a wedding, tons of space and options for the wedding! The guest loved the nostalgic feeling when they stepped inside! I would highly suggest this location for a wedding or any kind of party. The library was our favorite room there ❤️

We had our wedding at Forty-Nine south and we could have been happier with our choice. From the very beginning Chad and all the staff at FNS were so helpful and patient. I had many questions about everything from logistics to table plans to COVID stuff (we had to postpone our wedding which was very easy to do). They were extremely accommodating to everything we asked or requested and were just such a pleasure to work with. The booking process was very simple and convenient and pricing was transparent and easy to figure out. The actual venue was gorgeous, and we got so many compliments from our guests on the unique and fun venue we chose. You can tell the care and thoughtfulness put into everything done at Forty Nine South. We are so happy we chose this venue and encourage others to do so.
