What an amazing venue and staff - Yahaira was so kind, attentive and so accommodating. We had a lot of requests and the team made every detail happen.I couldn’t recommend FS Miami more for your wedding - everything was spectacular!

I cannot say enough good things about the Four Seasons. Our wedding reception was absolutely perfect. The food was impeccable and in fact many have told us it was the best wedding food they have ever had. My husband and I were very specific with the food we wanted and the Four Seasons went above and beyond to accommodate what we want. On top of this, the service the day of the wedding was amazing- from the bartenders to servers to the catering manager everyone was amazing and helped back our wedding better than we could have ever imagined.

I cannot say enough good things about the Four Seasons. Our wedding reception was absolutely perfect. On top of this, the service the day of the wedding was amazing- from the bartenders to servers to the catering manager everyone was amazing and helped back our wedding better than we could have ever imagined.

Yahaira and her team were extraordinary and professional! Our family and friends have not stopped raving about the evening, the food, the ambiance! They truly made our wedding day so special! Working with this hotel was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. After touring the space twice, we waited weeks on end for replies (nearly 5 weeks in total) and were treated horribly, likely because we are having a Kosher Jewish wedding. Although we were quoted a certain price from the get-go for a Kosher menu, they decided at the last minute to add nearly $100/pp to that price, as a final proposal. The final price quoted was $325/pp. That is considerably more than the Faena, Ritz Carlton, Biltmore, and any other luxury hotel in the Miami area. The quote didn't make any sense to us. And to pull that out of nowhere at the last minute, when we had been discussing another price with them over the course of a month, felt very slimy.Not to mention, they had the *most* availability and the least booked weddings of any venue we toured. Now I know why.If you are Jewish, DO NOT have your wedding here. You will be treated like less than dirt by this anti-semitic staff. Could not recommend less. I will be telling all of my friends in the Miami and NY area to beware. It is sad in this day and age to encounter an experience like this, and they should really be ashamed of themselves.

Stefanie and her team at the Four Seasons in Miami were amazing through the entire planning process. She was always quick to respond and offer great ideas. Everything turned out beautifully as I had hoped. Stefanie kept everything stress-free and was able to work with our budget and ideas. The day of the wedding, she even helped bustle my dress! My husband and I kept saying how everyone from the valet to the cleaning staff are so nice and go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable. My husband and I had a special connection with the Four Seasons Miami, because he works in the building, and we had spent a lot of time there as a couple prior to getting married. We were thrilled with a winter promo, which ultimately allowed us to afford the luxury of this venue, which was also wonderful. We worked with an event manager named Ashley who was nice, semi-responsive to emails and definitely accommodating for the most part. We liked how we were able to incorporate some apps from the Happy Hour menu at the hotel restaurant into our cocktail hour; that was awesome! The venue was beautiful and I really liked all the set-up they did. I wish they had done a better job on the day-of to help get people from place to place on the property, but it wasn't so bad since my mom's friends were helping with coordination. We also LOVED staying the night in this gorgeous and fabulous suite - that was amazing. Overall, we loved this venue and it was close to perfect for us and our wedding.

Choosing our wedding venue was an extremely stressful process for us...until we visited the Four Seasons Hotel Miami. The staff was professional, kind, and extremely detail-oriented - they never made us feel rushed or pressured into booking with them with promises of a 'soon-to-end' deal, the way some of the other venues we visited did. After our first visit, we scheduled a second walk-through with our parents. The Four Seasons staff prepared a beautiful reception for us, complete with champagne, gold-dipped chocolates, and a little sign that said 'Jose & Amanda, 1/14/17' - the date we had been considering for our wedding. Everything was laid out on a little table in their outdoor terrace, where we were considering having our ceremony. That little touch truly helped us pictured our event there, and we sealed the deal. From that point on, every single step of the planning process was smooth, stress-free, and flawlessly executed. The staff at the hotel accommodated our every whim with zeal and professionalism. On the big day, everything ran like clockwork. The venue's beautiful decor, combined with the impeccable hospitality and attention to detail that has given the Four Seasons name such a great reputation, made for a perfect, sophisticated, city wedding experience. We are so happy we chose the Four Seasons as our venue and would recommend it a hundred times over.

We selected the Four Seasons Miami for our modern, starry night themed destination wedding ceremony and reception. The Four Seasons is beautiful, chic, and has a strong history of providing exceptional service; they did not disappoint. Ashley Westfall tailored all menus to our guests’ needs. Approximately 25% were vegan or vegetarian. We were very excited after the tasting. So delicious! My chef brother had few suggestions (a first!). Table settings, plate selections, cocktails, and upgrades were executed flawlessly from ceremony to reception.The bride and groom ready rooms were fantastic (intentionally located on opposite sides of the hotel) and brunch was delicious. We were relaxed and well taken care of. I did not have to lift a finger! The hotel suites were breathtaking. I cannot wait to see the videography and photography of the dress and other personals in the windows with the beautiful backdrop of the bay!We had a little confusion when an additional guest showed up, but we were able to resolve the final plate count fairly quickly. This was a nine-month process for us and you will need strict professionals in the driver’s seat. The Four Seasons is it.

The hotel is beautiful and because of the decor you will love your pictures. I was overall not impressed because they presented a beautiful meal during the tasting and on the wedding day the meats did not have any of the same garnishes. I was very disappointed because you pay an arm and a leg for the food and I felt like it was a bit of a bait and switch. My catering director Laure was very professional and detail oriented. \rBe prepared to be overcharged for everything. For example you will have to pay $200 for your vendors to unload their equipment. \rIn general I am glad I had my wedding there because I had a destination wedding and many of the details were covered. However, because of my disappointing meal and all of the surprise charges after the wedding, I would NOT recommend to a bride who had more time to look into other beautiful yet reasonable priced venues.

AManda Reeve was my Catering Manager at the Four Seasons and she took care of EVERYTHING. I had a small wedding but most everything was flawless due to her diligence and experience. It was not the easiest thing to do to have a destination wedding but she made it very smooth. Cocktail hour IMPRESSIVE-set-up beautifully poolside!;We took great photos on the beach at sunset, but I have seen much prettier beaches. they had experienced some bad weather beforehand.

I have been in the industry for 9 years and have enjoyed working with many extraordinary clients that have become long time friends.
