Foxchase Manor is a romantic wedding venue located in Manassas, VA. This stately mansion home offers couples the opportunity to feel like royalty as they celebrate their joyous wedding day. With its Jeffersonian architectural features and elegant decor, this venue is a remarkable setting fit for a fairytale celebration. When celebrating at Foxchase Manor, couples are invited to choose from a number of event spaces to host their ceremony and reception. You and your loved ones will be free to enjoy a romantic ceremony on the outdoor patio. Under market lighting, your guests will gather to watch as you exchange vows with your beloved. You will then be led into the stunning ballroom for your reception. This open-plan and elegantly appointed space can host a celebratory evening of dining and dancing. Surrounded by acres of carefully landscaped and lovingly maintained land, the property offers endless possibilities for photo shoot sessions. This grand banquet hall can accommodate an impressive dancefloor, a sweetheart table, a head table, and more. The dedicated team of event staff at Foxchase Manor provides clients with a number of services to choose from. The team’s event planner will work with you to ensure that every element of your day is carefully considered and expertly executed. Set-up and clean-up services will be provided, allowing you to relax and enjoy your day without worrying about the smaller details. A number of event items will be available for use, including tables, chairs, china, flatware, linens, and glassware.

The service and food were good. I just didn't like the vendor they made us use for lighting. I think they are extremely expensive. I booked the DJ from Royal AV group and he sucked really bad. He wasn't playing attention to the dance floor. He was just talking to Asha from coordinator team. For $4000 I find that extremely disrespectful. Multiple people went up to him requesting songs because the songs he was playing were depressing and I don't think you have to tell Dj what songs to play in order to make the party moving. I just expected a lot more from what they were charging us. They didn't even use the lighting system.

Lindsay Robeson, Rocio, Aisha Hatami and entire Foxcase Manor team went above and beyond to meet our expectations. We celebrated our 25th Anniversary Reception (vows renewal) February 25 2023. Lindsay and Rocio was there all the time and they made sure everything is ok . If you are looking for top notch ballroom for your event with good customer service we highly recommend this place.

We had our ceremony and reception at Foxchase on 9/17/22. This was actually the first and only venue we visited. From the chandeliers to the top tier hospitality, we just knew we had to have our big day here. After visiting a couple different venues we EASILY made our decision of booking Foxchase Manor for not just one but two wedding events. We had worked with the staff at Foxchase Manor 2 years prior for my sisters wedding and had such a great experience that we had to come back. My wedding coordinator, Lindsay Robeson was super helpful! Starting from the walkthrough of the venue up until the wedding day, Lindsay was always available to help. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was able to make all the changes that I wanted to ensure our day would be as special as possible. We went with Foxchase for its proximity to our area, large ballroom space for our guests and a very good dance floor. Sammy was very understanding of our requirement and was great to work with. We had to reschedule the event to a later date and Sammy was very flexible and worked with us to make the process easy.Abigail was our event coordinator and she was very friendly and easy to work with. She and her team handled all the coordination efficiently and the support they provided helped our family focus on hosting the event and ensured the event went smoothly. Foxchase Manor is an amazing venue. I can categorically say we had the best wedding coordinator. Lindsay Robeson was beyond amazing. She made out vision come to live and she made sure we had a memorable wedding. Everything was beyond perfect. She was always available to answer any questions we had and she will follow up with us weekly to ensure that we had no concerns or questions or if there was anything she could help us with. The support staff on the wedding day as well was amazing.

We enjoyed hosting our annual Fundraising Gala at Foxchase Manor for the second year in a row. Penny, our event manager, worked with us on creating a beautiful tablescape with colors that match our brand. They didn't have enough tablecloths in the color that we initially wanted, which was disappointing, but we chose another color that ended up working very well. The entire staff was very attentive the night of our event, and when we had questions, concerns or needs they were answered in a timely fashion. Penny made sure that all of our requests were attended to and she was great to work with!Our room full of almost 600 guests were served a buffet dinner in about 35 minutes, which was very efficient. The sound system was hit or miss throughout the evening, hence the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Will work with the vendor to improve in the future. Would recommend this venue for your fundraising dinner!

My husband and I couldn’t be more grateful and blessed to have the most efficient and hard working coordinator by our side. Lindsay Robeson is simply so easy to work, removing stress from the bride and groom in critical times. Over the planning period, Lindsay was by our side to communicate clearly not just to the venue staff, but all the vendors, bringing our vision to life. Lindsay not only made my husband and I feel so welcomed, but our family members felt exactly the same! After the wedding, we heard countless stories/feedback on how well Lindsay attended to all of our family member's request/needs that day. Thank you so much Lindsay for the countless hours and dedication ensuring our 2 event wedding (in one day) was managed and coordinated in the most beautiful way possible. We know it was a tough one with keeping time management in check/many moving parts that day. But, you made our wedding day simply magical with your effortless dedication and kindness. I highly recommend Lindsay to anyone looking for a coordinator who will get the job done! I got married at Foxchase Manor on October 16, 2021. The planning process was amazing. However, the week of our wedding was not so great. Foxchase agree that we could drop our alcohol off the Wednesday before the wedding. The week of they informed us that we could not drop off the alcohol because they no longer had the space. This was an inconvenience. We had to have someone drop the alcohol off on the day of the event. On the day of the wedding the venue put the wrong table linens on the tables. This was very frustrating because Foxchase was short on some of the black satin linens we ordered and and I ordered my own to fill the gap. They were dropped at Foxchase the week of our event. We paid for extra setup time and it was used to change out the table linens and we were not reimbursed for the time. My wedding coordinator and her team had to help change the linens. We asked that only wine and beer be served during cocktail hour. The venue served all alcohol and as a result we ran out of most of the premium alcohol by 9:00 pm. The wedding ended at 10:00pm. One of our bartenders did not speak English and struggled to communicate with our guest. After the wedding I informed our Event Supervisor Abigail of my concerns and no one from Foxchase reached out to us regarding our concerns. However, someone from Foxchase did reach out to out decor vendor who has a working relationship with the venue but not us. The event space was beautiful. However, I would not recommend them for your special day.

Updated review: I knew I wanted to have my wedding at Fox Chase Manors for years, I just didn’t know how absolutely amazing the staff would be. Cassie is an absolute delight, I loved communicating with her, she is such a breath of fresh air and has such great vibes. She answered all of my questions whenever I asked, and let me tell you, I would email her at the most random times about some random things. Lindsey… I cannot say enough great things about Lindsey. She is so nice, observant and understanding. I loved everything about Lindsey. She made me feel at ease about the day and really understood my vision. I didn’t have to explain anything to her more than once and I trusted her to solve any issues that came up without my input. Lindsey and Cassie made me feel more than just another client, they made me feel like a friend and I really appreciated it. Rocio was as equally amazing as Lindsey and so understanding as well. We had a small issue with my decorator/florist, Rocio and Lindsey as well as the rest of the staff really stepped up to resolve the matter. I cannot thank everyone at FCM enough for making our wedding day one of the best days of our life. We just booked Foxchase Manor for our wedding in September 2023, and so far have been very impressed with the process. Cassandra is the most helpful and communicative representative I've had the pleasure of being in touch with since beginning the search for our vendor. She answered all my questions and concerns and really made us feel valued. We didn't fee abandoned or just like another event working with her. She was very helpful during the tour and seemed just as excited as we were. Alex was also there during our contract signing and was also very helpful. He was very understanding with our budget and worked with us on everything. We cannot wait to continue the wedding planning process with this team and look forward to using their partners for other services for our wedding.

I got engaged June 2019 and started looking at venues in northern Virginia shortly after. I had several venues on the list, but by the time I toured Foxchase I knew that this was the venue I wanted. It is a beautiful, spacious venue with two large ballrooms that can hold hundreds of people each, as well as a beautiful lobby. They are very affordable especially in comparison to some other locations. They have inclusive packages that already come with nice chairs and table settings, as well as the option to add things that were important to me like a large white dance floor and a stage. We also booked Gala cuisine (which is their caterer) and the food was excellent - everyone loved it! My only suggestion would be to search around for lighting/sound before booking the company they have a deal with, since I did not love my lighting. Customer service from Foxchase was excellent and they were always very responsive. The venue was very flexible when I had to change our wedding day TWICE because of COVID, and it was much appreciated. I primarily communicated with Penny who I booked as my 30 day coordinator, however she was my right hand throughout the whole process. She is extremely detail oriented and worked hard to ensure we had the most wonderful wedding, but also too away a lot of the stress that comes with last minute coordination of things. I cannot thank her enough! I strongly recommend this venue to anyone hosting a wedding in the DMV area.

We booked Foxchase for two wedding events, one for our traditional wedding and another for our American wedding reception. Overall, the experience was great and most of the staff at Foxchase made certain that our events went smoothly. There were some inconveniences, but ultimately we were glad to have chosen Foxchase as our wedding venue. The venue itself is beautiful with its classical architecture and spacious rooms. We had 100 guests for each event and the space was comfortable for our guests during COVID. The ballroom looked amazing with the high ceilings and gorgeous chandeliers. Having an event at Foxchase truly does make your experience feel special and grand just due to the size of the venue.CONS:•\tWe booked the venue until 11 PM for our first wedding but Foxchase turned the lights on at 10:30 PM and our guests proceeded to leave early. Everyone thought the party was over. Waste of money.•\t Drinks and food left on tables, even if they were full, were being discarded way too quickly by staff members when chairs were empty. This was very disappointing and again, just a waste of money. Happened during both events.•\tDuring the toasts, a 12 year old child was served with champagne while the rest of the adults at the table were served apple cider. It’s clear that there was lack of attention to what was being served.•\tKnives were not set out during dinner. Guests had to figure out how to eat chicken and steak without knives.•\tWe had personalized cookies and place cards/coasters as party favors. These items were placed on every table and had our names and guests' names hand-written by a baker and calligrapher. Some guests left their cookies and coasters on the tables so they could enjoy the event without having to carry them around. When guests returned to their tables, cookies and coasters were already tossed out by staff. It's difficult to understand why their staff would throw away the party favors since you could easily tell these should have been taken home by the guests. This was highly disappointing since these details were an important part of our wedding and we paid a considerable amount to get those items personalized for each guest.PROS:•\tVenue allowed us to drop off our items and decor early, also allowed vendors to set up early during the day•\tSpace and decor was beautifully set up once we arrived. We did have to tell them re-organize some things, but overall the space looked wonderful. Claudia helped to make sure the room was to our liking.•\tOne of the owners, Amara, noticed that the wooden dance floor was scratched the day before the event. He offered to upgrade the dance floor for us and we were very appreciative of his offer.•\tThe bartenders Axel and Roxanna were very nice and experienced.•\tPenny, stepped in whenever things needed to be addressed (ie. finalizing timelines and floor plans). She helped us get things on track.•\tFood tasting with Dawn was a great experience and the chef also gave us a few additional items that we didn’t order to try. Guests enjoyed the food and raved about how delicious everything was.•\tWe requested to have our dinner privately during cocktail hour. Foxchase staff brought us our beautifully plated dinner in the Bridal Suite.•\tFoxchase allowed us to keep our vehicle overnight in their parking lot to store our belongings. Background: Due to health circumstances and doctor recommendation, we needed to plan a wedding in just two months and have it be close to home, in the Northern Virginia area. We called our close local family and friends (due to COVID-19, and also to minimize risk, it was impossible for our families overseas to attend) and had a total guest count of ~135 guests (I know that seems large for a Western wedding, but it's intimate for an Indian one!) My family is Indian (North-Indian on one side, South-Indian on the other) and my now husband's family is Western. My family's side also had two days of festivities prior to the wedding to plan, so all in all, we knew from the start that this would be tough to pull off!!Foxchase Manor made everything so easy given our situation. We didn't have the time or money to hire/debrief a wedding planner for a Hindu ceremony & Western-style reception, so the venue providing an on-site wedding coordinator to help with layout and venue requirements was essential. Dawn was fantastic and highly responsive to all requests, and asked great questions related to timing, use of space, etc. We went with Foxchase's Gold Package, and were originally going to go with the in-house caterer, but we did not like their in-house Indian food. Dawn saved the day by letting us know that we could use one of Foxchase's external partners for food, and that in fact, most Indian couples choose to do this. She arranged a complimentary tasting with Bombay Tandoor in Tysons, and we liked the food there much better. Our guests on both sides let us know that the food was enjoyable, and we got the \"best wedding food\" accolade from some of our guests. Foxchase has you provide the alcohol yourself and then provides bar staff. I thought the bartender did a great job, and generally, the Foxchase servers seemed polite and well-mannered. We had some wedding crashers come over from an event happening on the other side who joined in the drinking and dancing (lol) and Dawn dealt with this quickly and professionally. We went with one of Foxchase's preferred vendors, Nadia from Enchanted Events, for decor and the decor was fantastic. Foxchase also made it easy by already having all the chairs/linens/napkins/plates so we could just choose it with Nadia and Dawn present and be done. For AV/lighting/DJ, we went with the all-inclusive package from Foxchase. This is the only thing I would reconsider - while we got there eventually, this vendor was overbooked so I didn't think we were quite getting the attention we needed, and had to really push to get things done. We ended up choosing the songs in the playlist entirely ourselves because the DJ wasn't understanding our style, and in the beginning, the room looked smoky/hazy which was hiding our decor in the photos (this was apparently done to help the lighting, but we didn't like this effect, so had them stop creating haze.) All of our guests danced, and had a good time (and we hardly left the dance floor ourselves), but if I had to do it again, I would have picked a vendor that was familiar with the venue but maybe not the premier partner. All in all, we had so much fun with friends and family, and this was a memorable event for us. My fiance says he just wants to relive the night over and over!

Not only is the venue beautiful, stunning, spacious and grand, the service provided by Penny (Venue coordinator/Rep) and staff is exceptional. In addition, what makes Foxchase Manor a great place for a wedding is the flexibility to utilize all of their services, a portion of their services or do everything on your own including food and alcohol. With a large ceremony and reception came many unique and detailed requirements. Although it took a lot of coordination, in the end Penny and the team met and exceeded every requirement, including going above and beyond capturing significant moments for us after the primary photography team departed as we extended the evening. As for the value, the venue is a great value for the cost. We received a lot of positive feedback on the taste, abundance and quality of the food. The venue was so beautiful before the decor we fell in love. They recently updated the paint color and I didnt know i could Love the place more. The staff was nice and accommodating during the pandemic with all that’s going on. I’ve been planning my wedding for TWO YEARS with Penny and my planner. She was so nice and available when needed! When the wedding day came It was perfect she was there to see my cry happy tears lol Also the staff made sure that I (the bride) was taken care of before the wedding even started.

I came to Foxchase Manor with a simple idea and then I was introduced to Penny who worked her magic to make my wedding day just perfect! She helped me pick out top notch vendors an organized everything. I had nothing to worry about. Penny was there for me through thick and thin when I kept having to reschedule my wedding because of the pandemic. I started planning my wedding in May 2019 for May 2020 and my wedding did not happen until August 8, 2021 because of the pandemic. Foxchase was amazing working with me to change my wedding date four times and not charging me any extra change fees because of the pandemic. Please don’t hesitate to hire gala cuisine at Foxchase for your catering needs. Their food was amazing as my wedding guest are still raving about it. Believe it or not food plays one of the biggest parts of your wedding and gala cuisine is the best.If you think you don't need a wedding coordinator, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! Penny is a top-notch wedding coordinator and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Foxchase was amazing working with me to change my wedding date four times and not charging me any extra change fees because of the pandemic. Please don’t hesitate to hire gala cuisine at Foxchase for your catering needs. Their food was amazing as my wedding guest are still raving about it. Believe it or not food plays one of the biggest parts of your wedding and gala cuisine is the best.If you think you don't need a wedding coordinator, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! Penny is a top-notch wedding coordinator and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want her as your wedding coordinator! It's like she was reading my mind! I loved everything she came up with! She respected my input and added her special designer eye to my ideas. I am very thankful and appreciative to Penny and Foxchase Manor as my wedding day ran so smoothly. Every moment was perfect.

Planning a wedding can be a challenging experience, having a military precision plan in place and getting thrown the COVID-19 wrench in the middle is a whole new ball game. It was so great working with Penny at Foxchase! My husband and I were married here on July 3rd. I had never heard of Foxchase until a bridesmaid recommended it based off of her experience at another wedding. A Covid wedding was not the wedding of my dreams but Penny did not disappoint us at all! She held us down during this pandemic and made sure all of our wants/needs were met! Because of Penny and the staff at Gala, my husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger. As wedding musicians, my husband and I have definitely experienced weddings with a few hiccups but Penny made sure we were on schedule and that everything ran smoothly. If there were any problems or issues that took place, my husband and I had no idea. She remained calm and executed everything in such a beautiful fashion. I especially loved her help at our walk through. All I had to do was explain our vision and she made it look ten times better on the day of!Our guests are still raving about our wedding... including the food! (My husband and I are not huge fans of reception food but ours was so memorable. The crab stuffed filet of sol was everything plus more!) Penny was very professional and we appreciated her sincerity and genuine spirit. I would definitely recommend Foxchase to anyone who is looking to host an event in the future.

They were on top of everything from the beginning! We held our annual Holiday Party at Fox Chase and everything was amazing from the food to the decorum. The venue is gorgeous and specious no doubt about that but the management are all mouth they don't deliver on there words to be specific when we went for the tour/open house we were told one price by Sammy {owner}and when my daughter called the next day to do the contract he increased the price and she was desperate because that was the only Saturday left that hasn't been booked per Sammy so she signed and put a deposit down. Also note, we got the full silver package [Catering, Linen, Silverwares, and etc] went for walk through and did all that was needed to be done. During this walkthrough they explained that all food that would be left after the dinner would be package so we would be able to take home or back to the hotel for our guest. After the wedding long behold they did not pack the food for us and they closed off the food section early so most people were not able to get second servings of food. After we called to check on the food and package, we were told by Penny that they didn't have packages for packing the food. If they would have told us this we would have brought containers for the food to be packed. All in all the venue is nice but I would recommend getting your catering done from an outside caterer.

Fast forward, we met Alexandra Beichler who was our Event Supervisor. What can we say? Alexandra was the most caring, compassionate and reliable person who made everything so much easier for us! She was always on top of everything and took so much load off of our shoulders by handling majority of our wedding planning and stress. Although my husband and I had complicated schedules, Alexandra was always willing to accommodate us and find ways to meet with us without causing us to take off from work. Everything was done so professionally by Foxchase team that on our wedding night my husband and I had nothing to worry about. The hall looked amazing and the food was brilliant! We had the Gold package and chose their in-house catering of our choice of Afghan menu. The menu truly had authentic Afghan cuisine that our guests couldn’t stop complimenting us on! On our wedding night, the staff made sure all our guests needs were met and exceeded our expectations on every level. For anyone looking to have a large wedding, whether it be American, Indian, or fusion, I would absolutely recommend Foxchase, and asking for Penny to be your coordinator!!

After meeting with different venues in the Northern VA area and the Richmond area, my husband and decided to go with Foxchase Manor. The whole experience was amazing. We worked with Penny, Sammy & Hellen and all were helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help out create a great wedding. The food is AMAZING! We did the gold package which includes (food, servers, linen, silverware). Sometimes you get worried about the food tasting the same as your food tasting, but it was great. Our guest said nothing but good things about the food, the service etc. We are so appreciative of the Foxchase Manor team!

Once we got into the specifics and details, we worked with Penny (Event Supervisor), who is extremely detail oriented and also fantastic to work with. She made us feel like family and answered all of our questions - at all hours! We really appreciated the flexibility of the staff, and professionalism that we experienced. Our wedding reception was beautiful, and Penny was on-site overseeing everything and going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The most perfect venue, spacious, beautiful surroundings, ample parking, and so organized and flexible. Laura Kim with Iconic Events was unbelievably amazing. She took care of every detail, always with a smile, and made everything look easy. If there was a glitch, we couldn't tell because she was always prepared with an alternative idea or plan!! And keep in mind we had over 400 guests. The pre-event planning day was key and so fun. It was that day I realized, ok there really is nothing to worry about, and i was right. She had fantastic ideas and made our ideas shine even brighter. Her team was equally amazing on the day of. Great team! The food (from the south asian menus) was fantastic, guests are still raving. I had so many ask who catered the food. I could go on with every detail.

This is the best venue in Virginia. The team is very organized and takes care of all the details well. Penny helped take care of the details so well. I had an outside caterer and an outside decorator and both were familiar with the in house team so things ran very smoothly. Penny took care of the timeline very well and made sure things ran well. It was truly appreciated. The servers and staff were very professional. Beautiful venue, very caring staff. I would have used Penny as my event coordinator for all the events had I known about her work!

If you're looking for an elegant yet affordable venue, Foxchase is the one!! Having my wedding at Foxchase was one of the best decisions I made!! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff is even more amazing, especially my venue coordinator/event supervisor Penny. She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding and reception went smoothly! I had my wedding on Sunday, September 9th. It pretty much rained the entire day, so unfortunately I could not have my wedding ceremony outside, but Penny was able to move our ceremony inside and provided us with a beautiful backdrop that made our ceremony so beautiful! She also provided us with a beautiful floral wall for both the wedding and reception that guests were able to use to take pictures! I can't thank her enough for the amazing job she did! Also the food provided by the venue was absolutely delicious and affordable!! If you want a beautiful wedding I highly recommend Foxchase!!

My husband and I held 3 events at Fox Chase for our wedding weekend. The team at Fox Chase has left me speechless. Their customer service isn't just customer service, it's genuine care. Our events were executed flawlessly by these talented people. My experience began when I was directed to Mr. Adil in Sales who had a very detailed meeting with me and gathered not only the essential information, but took it to the next level by asking me questions such as 'nice to haves' so he could deliver the best value for me. Not only did he deliver, he exceeded my families and my expectations but providing great value, a unique experience that was customized for my needs and the most positive and professional interactions. He spent countless hours customizing my wedding with me and finding me the best vendors to achieve our goal. He was simply perfect! After we signed our contract we were assigned what I like to call the dream team! I was initial approached by Helen who is the perfect first impression any business would love to have. She was kind and patient with me with my million phone calls and thousand questions. She also was kinda enough to stay a tad bit later and hold an emergency food tasting for us! (Phew, thanks Helen!) I don't want to say that I saved the best for last because everyone truly at Fox Chase is amazing but Penny, my coordinator really knows how to exceed expectations on a different level. Penny is by far my favorite person ever! Our wedding was far more than we even expected in our wildest dreams and it was only because of Penny. As a bride you know that you have your work cut out for you, well, with Penny, you drop it down to about 20%. She not only takes on every task and detail, she makes the best and most efficient suggestions. She really took the time to understand my vision and executed it beyond my expectations. My wife and I had the wedding of our dreams at Foxchase Manor on August 18, 2018. The Foxchase staff was awesome -- their support and professionalism was top-notch. They catered to all of our needs, wants and desires and they ensured that everything was perfect for our special day. Penny Shafazand was our event coordinator and supervisor and she was absolutely amazing. She is the sweetest and most caring person in this world. She would check up on my wife and I during our planning phase to make sure we were doing okay, she extended her expertise and ideas, if we had any confusions about the way we wanted to setup the venue. We spoke with him about our plans, details, budget, etc and he helped us come up with a plan and ultimately we closed on a deal. Looking back on our wedding that recently passed on April 15th, 2017, I must say the easiest part of planning was the venue. As odd as that may sound, Sammy and Foxchase made the process not only easy, but also delightful. Since the time of our booking, Sammy and his team were readily willing and available to address any and all questions/concerns. Having coordinated weddings in the past, I’ve worked with different venues and vendors, and I will always say that Foxchase is exceptional. Typically, venues and their staff only care about what happens with what they directly provide, but we had the luck of basically hiring a coordinator. Genuinely active and caring, Sammy gives his expert advice while being mindful of individual cultures, traditions, etc. Marrying into a different culture, my wedding had two separate bands and at first things were a little hectic. When Sammy noticed something was wrong, he immediately addressed the two bands and things took a turn for the better. He was open to all the adjustments my parents requested for the food and guided my vendors at initial set up for the day. I would greatly recommend Foxchase to anyone who’s looking for a beautiful wedding in Northern, VA!

Pros: beautiful venue, convenient amenities (plating, table linens, servers included, bridal suite, parking for wedding guests, outdoor and indoor amenities, etc). Cons: They threw away my left over wedding cake and donated my flowers to charity with out my consent after I told them to hold on it. My car was fully loaded after the wedding, and I was told I could come first thing in the morning to get my left over sheet cake and floral center pieces and it was gone. All they said was \"Sorry\". Very dismissive about it. I was pissed. What I really think is they took my cake home and my flowers. I don't believe they threw away perfectly good cake. And I didn't pay to have the staff eat my cake! Unprofessional. Regardless, I paid for things so it's mine. I consider that STEALING. Especially if I specifically asked to not throw it away or give it away. Advice: Have at least two large trucks after the wedding. Take all of your belongings home because they will provide false promises and say that you can get them in the morning and they will take it. They make sure you are good before the wedding but as soon as the guest leave...they treat you how they want.

If I could give anyone throwing a wedding in the DC area a piece of advice it would be to book at Foxchase Manor! They hosted my wedding on June 18 and it was A+ service at an affordable price. I can't say enough good things!Venue - First, the venue is absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking. The beautiful pillars on the exterior, paired with the gorgeous chandeliers and detailing on the interior make this one exquisite venue! It looks as gorgeous in person as it does in photos! Quality of Service - Sammy and his team are extremely helpful and accommodating, willing to work with any budget or special requests you may have. His team was there to answer all of my questions and accommodate every request, even a last minute change to the floor plan and size of the DJ stage.Value - Foxchase offers many different packages to accommodate any budget and I honestly think we got the most bang for a buck at this venue than we could anywhere else. I went with a full package including dinner, passed hors d'oeuvres, staff, bar service and table settings and linens. Unlike other venues, Chivari chairs and linens you can hand pick out are included in the venue price! Most other venues will tack on extra charges for these upgrades, but not Foxchase.Food - Last but not least, the food. We had a full tasting with Sammy and his team of chefs about 60 days before the wedding (we had a buffet set up) and my family and I were blown away with how delicious and flavorful the food was! We know that there is a difference in cooking for 5 people and over 300 people, so we were blown away on the night of the wedding to discover the food was just as good, or even better (if that was even possible)! The menu offerings are plentiful and diverse, offering American, French and other ethnic cuisines. Everything was absolutely delicious! People kept saying it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding and I agree.If I had to do it all again, I'd still pick Foxchase!

The reason for my 4 rating on service - the Thursday prior to my wedding, I went to te venue to set up several things (hot chocolate bar, votives, gift table) and encountered one of the rudest women I've ever had the unfortune to deal with. Allison was off that Thursday, and I believe this woman was working on Allison's day off. She made very rude comments about my hot chocolate bar (\"that is going to look so ugly when liquid drips on that cloth\") and told me she wasn't going to be able to get me the extra linens I had ordered in time for my wedding (she also told me I would need to pay extra for those). It was a terrible experience dealing with her, and had she not been there, it would have been an all 5-star rating! Again, Allison is amazing and the venue was simply beautiful - I would highly recommend Foxchase Manor.

Venue is absolutely gorgeous and everyone was so accommodating and professional! Allison is just amazing - everything went off without a hitch from a venue perspective. Everything at Foxchase was perfect, beautiful and way more than what we expected it to be! Everyone raved about how great the food tasted and how beautiful the venue was. Allison and Sammy were awesome behind the scenes and def. ran a tight ship and made everything run smoothly. They worked with us and our schedule all the time leading up to our big day. Can't say enough good things about this venue!

They worked with me every step of the way from September 2012, to make sure they captured all of the details, so we could have our dream wedding with 250 of our closest family and friends. It is hard to imagine that a wedding for 400 people would flow as smoothly and as flawlessly as laid out, yet it did. A significant part of it was because of the efforts of Sammy with Gala Cuisine @ Foxchase manor. With his consistent assistance, guidance and willingness to work with our wishes and wants. Additionally the fact that Sammy and the rest of the staff at Gala/ Foxchase were able to hold vendors accountable (pre-event) for all expectations made the day run flawlessly. The consistent comment from all was \"This is by far the best wedding we have been to\". The quality of service, the beautiful layout and decor, and the level of coordination that Sammy was able to put together is unbelievable. We will forever be thankful and appreciative for the efforts, guidance and extremely competitive rates that Sammy(Gala Cuisine\r0 and Foxchase were able to provide. A stellar, flawless, and truly memorable for a lifetime experience.

The venue is very pretty and elegant!! Just make sure the caterer you choose is responsible and arrive on time not like mine that was still setting up when the peope were arriving. I would suggest FOXCHASE t give 2 hours of setup instead of 1 hour. Other than that, this venue is excellent!

My husband and I fell in love with Foxchase Manor the first time we drove in the entrance! Our day was perfect because we got to choose ALL of our own vendors and weren't forced to use a closed list. I loved their flexibility and their staff was wonderful and so helpful!
