Welcome to our Estate! Our first venue is located on our private, fully functional cattle ranch in Northwest, North Carolina. Nestled perfectly in the Blue Ridge Mountains, our farm is surrounded by breathtaking views and serene landscapes. The Reddies River runs right through our backyard and just feet away from our venue, providing the perfect backdrop for your wedding. The heart of our venue is most definitely our one-of-a-kind barn. It's rustic charm and elegant flair makes it perfect for any type of wedding. Whether your style is simple and understated, or opulent and luxurious, Fussell Farm is the perfect venue for you! At our second venue, up to 350 guests can be comfortably seated at View 2395. The venue, located across the road and just up the mountain from Fussell Farm boasts expansive mountain views and an industrial style building that is fully air conditioned and heated. Couples can have their ceremony indoors with high ceilings and massive chandeliers or they can take advantage of the mountain landscape with their guests seated on our custom wooden benches. Receptions can be held indoors or on the outdoor patio which features comfortable seating, string lights and fire pits. View 2395 has an exceptionally large warming kitchen with an oven, fridge, ice maker and ample counter space. Bathrooms are handicap accessible. A bar with and industrial kegerator can fit three half barrel kegs or six smaller kegs. A second bar window overlooks the patio for easy access if cocktail hour is held on the patio.

Fussell Estate Barn was perfect for our fall wedding! The leaves were at their peak during our October wedding and the surrounding mountains and streams were so beautiful. I appreciated that Fussell allowed us to choose all of our own vendors and were flexible with dropoffs and pickups. Our bridal party and family stayed at the rental cabins which were so nice and added to our experience by allowing everyone to be nearby.

This venue is an absolute dream. The barn, the land and the bridal/groomsmen suites are so beautiful and extremely accommodating for the wedding party plus guests. The cabins across the street are stunning and each has its own style. All so beautiful, but also so different. The owners are so kind and so thoughtful, they even took the time to find my husband's wedding band that he lost the night of the wedding. I could not ask for a better experience!

We had our wedding at View 2395 last October, and we are so happy that we chose this venue. The bride and groom suites were great for getting ready in before the ceremony. The bridal suite had plenty of mirrors, a fridge, comfortable seating, and a bathroom. The grooms suite had a pool table, comfortable seating, and access to a bathroom downstairs. We had our ceremony outside, and it was beautiful with the leaves changing color. We had an indoor/outdoor reception, and we had many guests tell us after the wedding how much they enjoyed that! We had dinner and dancing inside and games set up outside on the covered patio. The guests enjoyed the outdoor seating, firepits, and string lights! The staff were incredibly friendly, and we had great communication with them prior to the wedding. The cabins on the property were a huge plus for us. We had our wedding party and close family and friends stay with us the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. It was great to be able to spend quality time with everyone and keep the party going with friends after we left the reception area. You will not be disappointed if you chose this venue :)

We can’t even express how happy we are to have had our special weekend at The View at Fussell Estate. My now husband and I, our wedding party, and our family all stayed in their beautiful, luxury cabins right next to the venue. Our experience with Vickie and her husband was absolutely amazing. They are two super sweet, understanding, and hardworking individuals that want nothing more than a smoothly run wedding weekend for you. Vickie has been incredible, thoughtful, and very responsive since we booked The View months ago. She did everything in her power to make sure our day was beautiful, and that we had everything we needed. The View was the perfect place for our event. Some of the highlights of this venue for us and our wedding guests was the beautiful mountain view, the wonderful patio stocked with swings and fireplaces, and the gorgeous on site bride and groom suites. There’s that and so much more to love about this venue. We had the best night of our lives having our wedding day here and we cannot recommend it enough! A huge and grateful thank you to Vickie and her team. We can’t imagine a better place to get married in the blue ridge mountain area.

Our wedding at View 2395 was absolutely magical. Vickie and Leah went above and beyond to make my dream wedding a reality. The venue is gorgeous and the small details truly make me feel like a princess on our special day.We also utilized the cabins and they were absolutely amazing. The cabins are so luxurious (especially those showers!) and the honeymoon cabin is breathtaking. It was wonderful not having to rush the morning of the wedding since we were so close to the wedding. Having out of state guests so close by was also amazing.

We first visited Fussell Farm during a bridal show last year and fell in love!!! It is such a beautiful venue with great amenities and gorgeous grounds. The owners are so friendly and great to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process. So many people came up to us during our wedding weekend about how much they absolutely loved the venue. Would recommend to any bride who wants that rustic, yet elegant feel!

Absolutely beautiful! My husband and I held our wedding here in October. With the leaves changing, we had an amazing view of the mountains. The open air barn was lit with lights and chandeliers. The perfect venue for both a ceremony and reception!

Meet the Fussell Estate Team
Vickie Fussell (Owner) About 13 years ago, our family of five moved back to North Carolina from Rogers, Arkansas. We fell in love with this old farm land and knew almost instantly that we had found our forever home. In 2015 our oldest daughter said \"yes\" to the love of her life. When we couldn't find the perfect venue, we realized that we had exactly what we were looking for right here at home. But this was only the beginning. In 2016, we decided to open our doors to the public and we've been expanding ever since.
