Gallatin River Hideaway Bozeman, Montana
The Gallatin River Hideaway offers your choice of 2 incredible venues, "Creekside" or "Bridal Veil". The Gallatin Creek winds its way among the tall cottonwoods and aspens and through both venues. We are LGTBQIA friendly. All are welcome here! Each venue is approximately 6 acres and offer the option of “indoor” or outdoor use. The pavilions can be opened for an outdoor feel, or closed for a cathedral atmosphere. Amenities at each include tables, chairs, catering kitchen, dance floor, stage, gazebo, grassy meadows, bridges over the creek, Edison lights in the trees, horseshoe pits, fire pit, outdoor seating, children's play area, 12 acre pond, & flush toilet restrooms. Weekend access is Friday- noon Sunday for a relaxed event! Please Follow us on Instagram and Facebook!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST VENUE!!!! I looked around the Bozeman area for the perfect venue and no where else was even close to being as flexible and accommodating as Gallatin River Hideaway! The staff is extremely laid back and they truly want to make your day so so special! Cyndy was the absolute BEST and I can not say enough good things about this venue and her! The venue is so so incredibly beautiful with plenty of space, horse shoes pits, fire pits, play area for kids that is close to the reception area, and so much more! There are so many beautiful places to set up your own ceremony too! They even offer a clean up service the day after the wedding which is WELL WORTH IT!! I truly do not have one bad thing to say about this place! I would get married here every single year if I could (or maybe just renew our vows haha)! All of our guests from our wedding still talk about how much fun they had here and how amazing the venue is! The best day of my life was definitely made better by Gallatin River Hideaway and Cyndy!! 10/10 would recommend over and over again!

I got married at the Bridal Veil location in July 2019. This location was perfect for our outdoor wedding! Cyndy was great to work with throughout the wedding planning process and the weekend of our wedding. She was very quick to respond, she allowed us to visit the venue multiple times prior to the wedding and she gave great vendor recommendations. We even had to change our wedding date and she was able to work with us! Cyndy does not require you to hire certain vendors and we loved having the freedom to hire who we wanted. Most of our vendors were recommended by Cyndy and they were all wonderful!

The guests loved the scenery, Cindy is absolutely incredible from start to finish, and GRH made our day special. I could not have asked for better service, especially considering reviews I read for other venues. My eight bridesmaids and I also stayed in the treehouses on site, which were fabulous. Clean, comfy, spacious, and wonderful for the day-of or other out-of-town visitors. A++++++++++ times a million. If you're considering Gallatin River Hideaway, just commit and book it!

We were very happy with our choice of GRH for our wedding venue. The best part of our wedding is that we got to have all of your friends and family together in one place. We wanted to maximize this by having a space where family and friends could spend plenty of time together. The three day venue rental as well as the cabins and treehouses allowed for our families to spend a weekend together and provided a comfortable place to hold the rehearsal and farewell brunch in addition to the wedding. We also liked that it’s fairly close to town so visiting guests could explore Bozeman and wouldn’t have to travel far from the airport. We appreciated that we were’t locked in to any packages and we were free to choose vendors that fit our budget and style. Cyndy was a pleasure to work with. She was always very responsive and professional and clearly answered all of our questions. She was happy to offer advice if requested, but otherwise was hands off and let us do our thing. And of course, we loved how naturally beautiful it is. It doesn’t need any decorations!

They also provide all the tables and chairs which makes things super affordable and easy!

My daughter was married here on June 3rd and what a wonderful experience it was!! From the time we signed the contract I was able to call Cyndy with any questions I had. She was always available. When we arrived Friday for set up for the rehearsal she met us and walked through the expectations for the weekend in terms of cleanup, etc. It is clear the TLC that goes into this property. We had the #1(creekside)location and it was beautiful!! There was another wedding going on at location #2 and we would never have known. We also rented a few cabins and they were lovely. Just a wonderful experience.

Beautiful outdoor venue. Didn't have any issues with that. The owner mixes things up a bit and things get confused. If you can work with the manager do, I found her to late in the process.

This venue was WONDERFUL!! All of my guests were so impressed with the location and the beauty of what Gallatin River Hideaway had to offer. The price was a steal for being able to access the venue for three days for a calm and lower stress set-up and clean-up. Management was very easy to work with and responded quickly when I needed additional information. It made for some beautiful backdrops on our pictures. For a true Montana outdoor weeding, this place is exactly what you are looking for.

This venue was WONDERFUL!! All of my guests were so impressed with the location and the beauty of what Gallatin River Hideaway had to offer. The price was a steal for being able to access the venue for three days for a calm and lower stress set-up and clean-up. Management was very easy to work with and responded quickly when I needed additional information. It made for some beautiful backdrops on our pictures. For a true Montana outdoor weeding, this place is exactly what you are looking for.

I was very happy with my experience at the Gallatin River Hideaway. The surroundings were amazing, there was a river running behind the gazebo where we had the ceremony. All of my guest were very impressed by this venue. Everything from the restrooms to the big tent was perfect. Hannah was amazing to work with and she really tries to make your wedding day special.

Cyndy and Toby Wadley (Manager) Hi! We are your Gallatin River Hideaway Property Managers, Cyndy and Toby Wadley. We live and work on site to ensure that your and your guest's experience here is stress free, convenient and fun!We happened into the wedding industry quite by accident several years ago and it has become our passion to be stewards of this beautiful property owned by Hannah and Horus Brailsford.We are excited to share this beautiful piece of Montana with you and make your event one you will never forget!
