This venue and the staff made my wedding such a magical experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, Jess you are the best! The Dj played such a fun set and the food was delicious. The venue sold itself with its beauty. My loved ones fell in love with every detail of the wedding including the venue and how the staff used my decor and created such beautiful settings for the table. SoirĂ©e floral were absolutely flexible with my budget and were kind enough to surprise me with my dream bouquet. I was so happy with how they fixed everything with the florals. My husband and I got married here in February of 2023 and our wedding experience at Galway Downs from the planning down to the actual day was nothing short of amazing! The staff is so kind and helpful and truly make this a great, stress free experience. Being a part of Wedgewood Weddings made this such a seamless process and I could not be more grateful. The day of our actual wedding was wonderful and I'm so happy I can look back on this day with pure joy. I am still in awe to do this day of how breathtaking the venue looked when I arrived that day. I want to specifically point how wonderful and above and beyond the day/night coordinators were along with the bartenders and servers working. Each person added so much to an already perfect day. I will forever be thankful we chose Galway Downs as our wedding venue and could not recommend this place enough!

My husband and I got married here in August and we could not have been happier with the quality of the venue and the staff. They were very communicative through the whole process and worked with our budget well. The venue itself is beautiful with lots of pretty areas that made for really lovely photos. We also really liked all the vendors that were recommended by Wedgewood but appreciated the option to choose outside vendors (for most things) if desired. I can honestly say there isnât anything I would change about the whole planning process or the day itself it was all really seamless.

This venue was an absolute dream come true! I loved the outdoor setting, with the beautiful tree hanging done over the ceremony space and the fountain in the background. It was cool with a light breeze. The people we worked with were amazing. They gave us a notebook full of everything we needed to plan the wedding. They were always available to call if we had any questions or changes. We had Ashley as our day-of coordinator and she was spectacular. Everything was set up perfectly and sheâs very kind and down to earth. And even helped me calm my nerves! The food was delicious. And our bakery was fantastic. All in all, I couldnât have asked for more.

Get married here, you won't be disappointed! <3 My husband and I got married at Galway Downs on June 17, 2023! We had the absolute best experience with this venue. All the staff at Galway were fantastic, especially Ashley, Tiffany, Austin, DJ and the bar staff, I'm sorry I don't remember their names, but our guests were raving about their amazing customer service and fantastic drinks. Ashley, Tiffany, Austin and DJ were the kindest, most genuine and professional people we have ever worked with,they worked sooo hard to make our day perfect. They truly felt like friends by the end of our wedding planning journey, they made everything such a breeze and truly made us feel so beyond special and important. Other wedding venues will often treat you like a number, but with Galway that is by far not the case, they make you feel like the most important bride and groom through your entire wedding planning journey.  The venue is absolutely stunning, the bridal and groom suites are top notch, the food and drinks were fantastic. Our wedding guests still to this day are saying \"it was the best wedding\" they have ever attended.  We wouldn't change a thing about our wedding day! It was absolutely perfect, and I thank Galway and all their vendors for making it so special. Thanks to Galways vendors it made the extra details a breeze to plan! We used Soiree for our stunning florals and were so blown away by the quality and their customer service. Bo cakes was also fantastic in every way! Madam Palooza was also a dream and brought our wedding up a notch! There are multiple packages and options to fit your budget and to make it the perfect day for you and your soon to be husband or wife. 100 out of 10!!! There is so much i can say about Galway Downs and i promise you this is worth the read! From our tour in June of 2022 to our wedding August 20th 2023 everyone has been so attentive, all of the coordinators have been amazing! The cooks are awesome, they come up and introduce themselves and ask how everything was and everything was really good! Our friends and family said this was by far the best food theyve ever eaten at a wedding venue! There DJ Austin is amazing and really makes sure you get the music you want, i had a hard time picking a father daughter song and Austin helped me, i sent it over and he was able to use it off of youtube! We used soiree floral design for our flowers and they absolutely took our breath away, everything we wanted and more! Our bartender Matt was amazing he was super busy with our open bar from family and friends and absolutely handled it! Amanda is amazing with making sure you eat, get desserts, drinks, and everything you need she was always right there! Austin our personal coordinator for the day was outstanding he checked on us throughout the morning, set up everything inside perfectly, even took pictures so i could get a sneak peak. The girls suite was awesome! We had so much room and we got 2 complementary champagne bottles, it was clean and perfect! The boys suite was amazing as well with a tv, foosball table, and patio for just hanging out. The venue was just stunning! Clean, open, everything is close. The barn, Edison lights, ponds and water fall were the reasons we picked this venue but honestly we would pick this venue over and over again because of the hospitality from all the coordinators and workers. We thought we were just going to have the wedding of our dreams and leave but we made friendships and i am forever grateful to Galway Downs. Thank you to everyone who made our dreams a reality. Remember to tip they work their butts off.

This venue is amazing! Ashely (venue coordinator) I have no words for, she made all our dreams come true. The horse drawn carriage was great! The florist (Soiree Floral) Jennifer is wonderful to work with and her arrangements are gorgeous, Austin (DJ) is a blessing. He made the night so much fun! The cake was beautiful and delicious. We didnât end up getting to have our wedding here because of a fire evacuation, but for an entire year we planned our wedding here with Ashley who was amazing, not only did she help us be as organized and prepared as possible, our wedding fell on her bday weekend and she switched her plans around to be there for our wedding day to be the coordinator because we liked her so much, even tho that was supposed to be her weekend off for her birthday. We unfortunately didnât get to have our wedding there because of the fire evacuation, not only did Ashley go out of her way to reach out to us to make sure we were okay and send us positive vibes, but it was also because of all of her hard work helping us plan and organize our wedding that we were able to bring all those plans and information to the next venue and replan our wedding in 48 hours thanks to her organization and all the information she had us plan, it made what should have been a stressful situation be such a smooth transition even the venue we ended up getting married at said how organized and easy it was because of all the plans we had, all thanks to Ashley at Galway downs! She is exactly the person and energy you want around when planning your wedding!

Let me just start by saying that I am a high-stress, anxious, type-A personality. I assumed that the entire wedding planning process would be an absolute nightmare for someone like me, and had I chosen a different venue, it may have been--but not with Galway Downs. From our first meeting with Ashley to our final meeting with Leah, the planning process was an absolute breeze. They were so thorough, so accommodating, and so knowledgeable. They put my mind at ease and made the process as painless as possible. My day-of-event-coordinator, Tiffany, was absolutely incredible! She was like a dream coordinator for me because she didn't just say she would get things done--she walked me through everything, checked-in with me when necessary, and kept everything moving on-time. She made sure my husband and I were fed and made sure we had a chance to soak in all of the details. D.J. who was in charge of the reception and event staff was also amazing! He kept our reception on track, check-in with us, and was so kind and professional--as was his entire staff! Even Jess and Leah, who drove my father and me up to the ceremony spot--they calmed our nerves and helped me feel at peace before walking down the aisle. The food was honestly delicious, the DJ (CSquared) was such a pro and made the evening so fun, and the florist (Soiree) created floral arrangements that absolutely took my breath away. You know the arrangements are good with the tia's are fighting to take them home!I can't say enough good things about this venue and, in particular, the people who work here. What I keep hearing from guests is just how magical the day was--and SO much of that is due to the service, venue, and other amenities provided by Galway Downs/Wedgewood Weddings. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!! đI truly donât believe anything could have gone better on our wedding day! Galway Downs by Wedgewood Weddings was amazing to work with from our first meeting with them! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly from the beginning. I canât begin to articulate how much I loved working with the team at Galway. From Aubree, Mikayla and Kylie answering all my texts and emails promptly to Alex and Krystle always checking in to see how things are going they all really made me feel cared and loved for. The General Manager, Daniel, and even Gina who had recently left for another property were there on my big day and even helped me with my dress as I walked down the aisle. Leah was such a sweetheart and even came in on her day off to see everything come together. Mazie was my coordinator and every time she came to check in on me she was reassuring and I couldnât have had more faith in her to make sure everything ran just as it was supposed to. Austin was my DJ and I will forever recommend him. I had a few ideas for the music and he had the best ideas on how to execute it and I will be forever grateful to him. Chris was my banquet captain and WOW he went above and beyond and everything was perfect! Amanda and Tyear also had a hand in our big day and not a beat was missed with them- thanks you guys! Steve was our bartender and he had the best energy; he was so personable and the smile never left his face. Lastly but definitely not leastâŠthe food. Incredible!!! Truly, Galway was a dream. After my wedding day, I learned of a hiccup from my guests that I was quite upset about and let Galway know in their survey, but other than that, everything was better than I could have imagined.

I cannot thank the Galway Team enough for everything they did for my husband and I throughout the wedding planning process! We toured many wedding venues across the state but nothing compared to the value and quality that you get with Wedgwood Weddings. We did the entire wedding planning process from out of town, but Galway made it so easy that we didnât have to worry one bit! We ended up using almost all of their contracted vendors, and if you are hesitant about using their vendors, DONâT BE. They have done the vetting process for you and their vendors truly have it down to a science. From beautiful florals with Jen and Sheila, awesome music from DJ Austin and delicious desserts from Bocakes Bakery, everyone at Galway made the day so perfect! We added Reverend Jeff to the package and he was able to make our Ceremony feel intimate and like he was one of the family! Although we didnât have too much of the food (wedding nerves at its best!) we received so many compliments from our guests about the food, with many saying it was the best wedding food theyâve had (the Sweet & Tangy BBQ Meatballs especially were a hit!). We also got to meet the Head Chef at Galway during the Reception and she was so sweet and did an excellent job!! The bartenders and serving staff were on top of it all night not missing a beat, I truly appreciate their hard work all night! The Coordinators Mazie and Ashley helped bring my wedding vision to life with all the decor that I brought in, I canât thank them enough! Overall I am so glad we went with Galway Downs for our wedding venue (one of our guests called it the perfect âPinterestâ wedding venue, I couldnât agree more!!). This was our dream venue! We had both ceremony and reception at this venue. The grounds are absolutely stunning and the Carriage House truly sells itself. They are a well-oiled machine and truly take away the stress from wedding planning. I knew we were in the best hands from that very first meeting with Alex. Getting to celebrate our love at Galway Downs was an absolute dream for us. After getting postponed almost 2 years, last weekend we finally tied the knot and I donât think a single thing could have been better. From start to finish the team at Galway Downs was absolutely incredible. Mikayla helped us so much in the planning process and Ashley was incredible as our day-of-coordinator. Ashley checked in throughout the getting ready process and did such an amazing job with set up and executed my vision for the whole night perfectly. And at the end of the night, Chris was such an amazing help with telling us where we were on our schedule and even doctoring it up when the bride got slightly injured on the dance floor. The venue itself is truly breathtaking. From the getting ready suites being the perfect size, the perfect distance from each other, having the perfect lighting to get ready in to the ceremony under such beautiful trees to the reception being the perfect combination of rustic and elegant. I could go on and on, truly. Thank you so much for making our day so incredibly memorable and beautiful and just truly the wedding day of our dreams.

The venue itself is gorgeous and the perfect combination of natural beauty and blank canvas that you can dress it up however you want, or not at all and it STILL looks amazing! The Galway Wedgewood team was stellar. Diana, Alex, Leah, and Mikayla, thank you so much for making our wedding planning experience as seamless and fun as you did. It was always a pleasure meeting with you all. We could not have asked for a better team, truly! Despite COVID, multiple government policy changes regarding COVID, date changes etc, we always felt supported and at ease with our team. Our day-of coordinator, Leah, did a fabulous job leading us through our rehearsal and wedding day and kept the flow of the day moving perfectly. We hired several outside vendors but their set-up and take-down was seamlessly coordinated and didn't disrupt the party. We are so happy we chose Galway and could not recommend it more! From Start to Finish, Galway Downs has been an incredible venue. When I first started looking for venues, Galway Downs was at the top of my list- I wanted Rustic meets Elegance, and Galway served that vibe. The entire property is just gorgeous, from the Oak Meadow to the Carriage House for the reception. & the bridal suite made this day so much more special. The variety of packages Galway offers, makes it super user friendly for your budget- we went with the Elite Package, and it was worth every extra penny. The planning process was a great experience, and while they do have preferred vendors, you can bring your own as well, which we did on a few elements. The entire team is friendly, responsive, and you can genuinely tell they care about making this the day, that all of brides dream about. Our Day of Coordinator was Leah- if you get married here, you would be a fool not to ask for her. Incredible is not a strong enough term to describe our experience with her. The rehearsal event was quick, smooth and well planned- she kept my wild cards in line and kept me sane. The day of, I probably would have died without her- she was literally on top of everything, super positive when any little snags came up, and helped to keep me calm when I started getting the scaries. It is obvious this girl loves what she does, and cares about her brides, with a smile and killer attitude. We also had an amazing banquet captain, Krystle, who made sure my hubs and I were taken care of the entire reception. & Mr. Bartender, you were the star of the show- we have heard so many compliments about how great he was from our guests- funny, awesome drinks, and super rad to name a few. From Start to Finish, Galway Downs has been an incredible venue. When I first started looking for venues, Galway Downs was at the top of my list- I wanted Rustic meets Elegance, and Galway served that vibe. The entire property is just gorgeous, from the Oak Meadow to the Carriage House for the reception. & the bridal suite made this day so much more special. The variety of packages Galway offers, makes it super user friendly for your budget- we went with the Elite Package, and it was worth every extra penny. The planning process was a great experience, and while they do have preferred vendors, you can bring your own as well, which we did on a few elements. The entire team is friendly, responsive, and you can genuinely tell they care about making this the day, that all of brides dream about. Our Day of Coordinator was Leah- if you get married here, you would be a fool not to ask for her. Incredible is not a strong enough term to describe our experience with her. The rehearsal event was quick, smooth and well planned- she kept my wild cards in line and kept me sane. The day of, I probably would have died without her- she was literally on top of everything, super positive when any little snags came up, and helped to keep me calm when I started getting the scaries. It is obvious this girl loves what she does, and cares about her brides, with a smile and killer attitude. We also had an amazing banquet captain, Krystle, who made sure my hubs and I were taken care of the entire reception. & Mr. Bartender, you were the star of the show- we have heard so many compliments about how great he was from our guests- funny, awesome drinks, and super rad to name a few. We looked at many venues but once we stepped foot onto the Galway Downs property we were blown away. It's not your typical winery aesthetic since its located in Temecula. It's on an equestrian center. They have indoor and outdoor areas to choose from for ceremony/reception. The bridal and groom suit were amazing. The rustic, country vibes is what got us. The drapes and wood detail in the carriage house are stunning. Everything was a breeze from booking a tour to booking the venue. Heres a couple things we loved about Wedgewood Weddings... You can make payments toward the total which is very helpful, they send you a wedding binder with all the information and dates to come, the ceremony rehearsal is on site and you can drop off decor that day, the wedding day you get a coordinator and banquet captain, and you can pick and choose what to keep to take out from which ever package you go with. The Galway team was super helpful, professional, and nice leading up to the big day! We are so happy to have chose them and highly recommend.

My fiancé and I were really looking forward to tour this venue, especially since it was our first one! However, we found out via email 30 minutes prior to our scheduled tour time that the venue did not have our date available. We had schedule the tour 2 full days before the tour date. Why did it take them so long to review our file with our date? My fiancé and I drove just short of 2 hours to the venue, only to find out as as were pulling in that they did not have our date available. They even emailed us an hour and a half before the tour time to give us further details on how to get to the location and tell us they were excited. It has officially been 2 months since our wedding day! 2020 has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs, but our wedding was the greatest part of our year. Galway Downs was truly the BEST!! The venue itself is beautiful- every spot was a photo op. We had visited maybe 10-15 venues between Vegas and California, and none of them compared to Galway Downs. Loved all the green, the trees, the ponds and bridges, and all of the rose bushes. The reception area was so spacious and had lots of light. We just received our photos the other day and we could not choose just one favorite. The Galway Planning team was absolutely amazing, too! Diana, Mikayla, and Alex were always so prompt in answering my questions, especially with having to deal with covid restrictions. They were always so kind, thorough, and organized. They even provided us with a super helpful wedding planning binder with a timeline and everything! Alex was our day-of coordinator and he made sure everything went smoothly on our special day. We loved all of their vendors as well! The Studio did our wedding photos for the day, Events by Floral Sensations did our floral, BoCakes did our dessert bar, Domenica Beauty did our hair & makeup, and Austin Murray was our dj. We are so lucky and thankful to have found Galway Downs and to have been able to work with such a great team of people. Thank you again Galway Downs!!

AN ABSOLUTE DREAM is what our wedding was. We had visited 3 other venues that day, one which we had thought we really liked, but knew we wanted to look at Galway Downs. They had a wedding that day so we were able to briefly see how that would look, or so we thought, and right when we walked into the office BAM youâre welcome with so much joy and warmth. We ended up booking a week later.Our wedding was over a year out, and through that time we had check-ins and meetings going over every little detail. No matter who we spoke with, everyone was on the same page, never skipped a beat. Day of, it was incredible. My wife and I both had someone with us. The reception room was 100% set up without an single lift of a finger, which literally brought my mother-in-law to tears because she thought she ran out of time for final touches. She was able to breathe and enjoy the time with her baby girl on her big day. We had a confirmed structured schedule with that we followed, but it was so fluid and it worked. There system WORKS. Beautifully The food? Their chef is fantastic. We did buffet style. When they say they will get everyone up and fed in 15-20 minutes, they mean it. We had 168 people and it was done. They had the ropes off to the PM team and itâs seamless. Never once felt unsupported, in fact, we were overwhelmed with how wonderful this team was to us. We will forever recommend this venue. We canât wait to go back and visit. Thank you!

My husband and I knew this was our venue as soon as we started walking through the gravel path to towards the carriage house. Every corner of their expansive ground was absolutely picturesque. Our decision was further cemented as we sat down with the Galway Downs team: Crystal, Alex, Aubree, Diana, and Mikayla were a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly patient with the endless emails I sent and were very helpful in giving us the wedding of our dreams. Alex was not only our day of coordinator but was with us in every planning session we had. My husband and I are geeks at heart and we were so delighted to have a fellow-geek in Alex who embraced our love for the Star Wars, Marvel, Disney and Harry Potter universes. We got married on 9/1/19 and despite the 98 degree weather which felt more like 128 degrees, Alex kept smiling and was running around the entire day making sure that we were absolutely at ease. Moreover, he and his team, helped me carefully and successfully execute my top-secret surprise for my husband as his favorite Star Wars characters met as we made our grand entrance. The rest of their team was top notchâfrom the servers, bartenders, banquet captain and chef. Their all-inclusive package made the planning process incredibly easy and introduced us to their wonderful in-house vendors including DJ Austin, Bo Cakes and Events by Floral Sensation who all contributed to our weddingâs perfection.

I recently attended a wedding and was blown away by the beautiful ambience and outstanding service. The grounds were impeccable, the event room was stunning. My husband, a man of little words could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was for days after the event. The food was not your average wedding food. The flavor profile was excellent and the food in the buffet was served hot. If I were to get married again this would be the place.

My oh my!! Our wedding was a dream come true!! To start the staff is amazing ;) they were so helpful from beginning to end. We were especially grateful to our sweet Alex and Aubree! <3 without their assistance and guidance we couldnât have put this together. Wedgewood does a great job of putting together a timeline and list of things to do pre wedding and the staff is sure to keep you on track! I loved that they also have a selection of premier vendors. It made our lives way easier because really who has time to source these types of things when you work full time. On the day of the wedding the coordination team was so helpful. They arrived early so we can get an head start on getting ready and setting up. They even went above and beyond to set everything up that I brought in just how I wanted it! Mackenzie, Alex and Diana checked in on both parties throughout the day making sure we had everything we needed and kept us in the loop on the timeline for the day. The night serving staff was friendly and the transition from day coordinating to evening went so smooth. I feel that we got every pennies worth here at Galway Downs. The grounds, the coordinators, the vendors. It all was amazing and we wish it didnât go by so quick! Thank you for an amazing day!!! Best day ever!!!!

Our day was more than magical, it was our happily ever after and it was all thanks to this venue. I was in the middle of studying for board exams and working so I knew I was not going to have time to be coordinating and planning a wedding. The sales team was great and they made the process feel so smooth, I didn't have to deal with calling various vendors to coordinate and schedule. It was all there! They have connections to so many services that it made it easier! We found our wedding photographer and videographer and we are ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with our pictures. The venue has so many places for pictures to add a little variety. I was in between rustic and garden theme and this venue met both! The day of coordinators were awesome! So it was supposed to rain on our wedding day and the wonderful thing about this venue is they have an indoor ceremony option (that is beautiful). However, they do not make you decide prior to your wedding day like most venues I have heard. They allowed us to decide a couple of hours prior to the ceremony and luckily it stopped raining and the sun came out to shine! We are forever grateful for this venue and the staff that helped us make our dream come true. I could go on and on, but I would be writing a novel from all the wonderful things this venue has to offer.

It's perfect if you want to be outdoors, with a semi-indoor reception all open concept to where you still feel like you're outside. Everything about this place is amazing. Galway is amazing... the moment my fiancĂ©e Peter and I walked onto their property, we knew that this is the best place that we could ever had dreamt of getting married at. The bridal suite is HUGE and beautifully lit. The grooms suite is also amazing and relaxing. The meadows are beautiful - no matter what time of day and the carriage house is magical. The staff at Galway are all amazing, theyâre all very accommodating and kind. This can be such a stressful day to plan for, but the Wedgewood team really takes the pressure off of you all while still letting you have complete control. I canât wait to see the best part of the team on our wedding day, I know that theyâll be even more welcoming and helpful đ

We loved the relaxed, sophisticated environment, the grass (most of the other venues we toured had astro turf), the water features, and the orange tabby cat! The lush landscape is inviting and absolutely beautiful. The reception area is the best of both worlds with the doors that open fully to invite the fresh air in. We met Aubree on our first visit, and she was personable, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without being pushy to âmake a saleâ. She made us feel welcomed and was as excited as we were about planning our wedding. We are an out of state client and are planning our wedding (July) from over the phone and emails, and have nothing but great things to say about all of the staff at Galway. We (ok I) follow their Instagram page and look forward to seeing every wedding they post to become inspired and to just ogle the beauty of this venue.

It has been a very easy and smooth planning process. This property was actually recommended to me from a former bride and I know another girl getting married here later this year. We are so happy we chose this venue! Immediately upon arriving at the venue we were drawn in! The venue is spacious and every corner is beautiful! One thing that I wanted to ensure was that if it rained on our wedding day, we would be covered! Galway Downs has the best plan b for bad weather! Luckily, it didnât rain on our wedding day. It rained quite a bit my wedding month and I was not worried at all because of the plan b option! Also, they have their own parking lot, which was awesome! No valet or having to worry about anyone having trouble with parking. The team is so friendly and welcoming. I felt like my fiancĂ© (husband) and I were taken care of by each of them! On our wedding day, Mikayla, our day of coordinator was amazing! She truly made me feel better about everything and the whole team as well! If there was any issue, big or small, they did their best at resolving it! Alex definitely saved the day for my husband! My husbandâs suit button came loose and Alex came to the rescue and fixed that button for him! We truly appreciated that! The value of the venue and all that comes with the all inclusive package is truly worth it. Having done a lot of DIY projects for the wedding, it was awesome to have the support of the ValSerVenience with every other aspect. They were so quick and responsive when I had questions or felt worried. They also offer a binder that helps you plan your wedding and keeps you on track. It was so helpful when trying to figure out the timeline for when to talk to the dj, photographer, cake bakers, florist, anything you would need to worry about, the binder helped guide you! The venue has a list of vendors they associate themselves with, so it also helps if you are having a hard time looking for an officiant, photographer, or any other vendor you might hire for your wedding. We hired the florists, cake baker, and dj associated with Galway, they were awesome! Definitely worth the price!

The minute my fiance and I stepped foot at the venue, we fell in love! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and everything we were looking for. The ceremony sight is so peaceful and picturesque and the indoor reception area has a rustic feel while also feeling very new and modern. The minute my fiance and I stepped foot at the venue, we fell in love! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and everything we were looking for. The ceremony sight is so peaceful and picturesque and the indoor reception area has a rustic feel while also feeling very new and modern. We are getting married in June and the whole process has been a breeze. My Fiance and I are getting married this May and the whole process with Galway has been as smooth as possible! Yes its beautiful, rain or shine. Yes you have an awesome bridal suite with a glam room. Yes the grounds are massive, plenty of space to roam. Once you book, they give you a neat little planning binder with everything you could possibly need to stay organized and on top of events and appointments. They respond to every one of my emails within an hour. Your final 50% payment isn't even due until 10 days out from the wedding, you can make payments whenever. We used all of their recommended vendors and its soooo refreshing to hear the vendors refer to each other by their first name! The baker knows the florist, and the florist knows the photographer, who knows the DJ, who knows the coordinator. Seriously, I've worked in event planning and catering for years and when the staff knows each other and is used to working together it makes ALL. THE. DIFFERENCE. And these vendors are top notch guys, this isn't a run of the mill wedding factory. These people were born to do weddings!! They are professionals!! They know more about weddings than you and your mother do! Not to mention the benefits of having an ON SITE KITCHEN. Yes, I have seen food spill out of the back of a van and its just as panic inducing as it sounds. ALSO- Let's not underestimate the value of having a friendly bartender that WILL ACTUALLY CUT YOUR DRUNK UNCLE OFF. The value with Wedgewood is spot on with industry standards and honestly, paired with the convenience and peace of mind of an all inclusive venue- its a bargain. Just book it already!!

This venue is not only gorgeous, the coordinators are amazing. They help you through the entire process and make things so easy for you! We were married here in Dec2018, and would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone getting married in SoCal. The staff is very knowledgeable and talented- shout out to Alex, he made our wedding day go so smoothly! The bridal suite is so nice to get ready in: bring your own food and drinks, 2 full bathrooms, a few vanity stations (need extra lighting), a couch area and a bed. This venue is convenient in every way. We got the largest package available at the time, and it was worth every penny, basically the only vendor I had to find was a photographer. I loved working with all of the Galway vendors, would recommend them too separately even if you're not getting married at Galway. Lindi was our banquet captain and we never had an empty glass all night, the bartender Steve was awesome. The food (appetizers and dinner) were delicious, gourmet, well plated and worth the price. We were able to use the new Louie Chairs in our reception, LOVE THEM. This venue has nice modern bathrooms too, it was not an issue for our 90Y/O grandmother to get around the venue. For pictures, the options are endless, truly. We had a smaller wedding of 70, and it felt so spacious and comfortable, you could easily fit 2 or 3 times that and still have space. Make sure you recruit family and friends to help pack up at the end of the night, because chances are they need the venue for another wedding the next day. Overall, this was a dream wedding. I can honestly say I have never had a day gone so smoothly when it could have been filled with stress.

A DREAM WEDDING EXPERIENCE! This venue is like a dream. Literally you will not find a more picturesque place to have a wedding in Southern California. There's literally dragonflies, horses and butterflies on the property. You really have to go in person to see this venue- lush greens, lake, tree, carriage house, market lights, drapery, rustic/romantic vibes. The bridal suite = cherry on top!On top of it looking good it IS PERFECTION. Really the staff and company here are GOLD. For being a package deal (Venue + cake + flowers + coordination) Was better than I could have ever imagined. Everything was superb, honestly one of the best decisions we ever made and we thank all the staff for their time and energy and hard work. Galway Downs banquet captain was AMAZING. She even helped us last minute switch votives to our mercury votives during cocktail hour right before it started! Galway Downs bartender was PHENOMENAL! Everyone loved him. He always went straight to me the two times I was at the bar \"what can I get you bride?\" - love that. Love that you guys serve the B&G first and you don't take our food away at the end of the night cuz we need that time! Love that you serve us champagne and apps at the Groom's Suite. SO THOUGHTFUL. Love your coordinators- Diana did a SUPERB job. Your florist- EVENTSBYFS- Robert is beyond amazing. Your cake - BoCakes- everyone said her cake was perfect- delicious & moist. Austin- did a great job with wedding coordination- we would have preferred to hear more of our music requested playlist. My only critique of Galway - for the DJ to just play the B & G playlist. He did wonderful at coordinating/announcing. The bride suite/the set-up/wedding coordination/vendors = FLAWLESS. A DREAM WEDDING EXPERIENCE! This venue is like a dream. Literally you will not find a more picturesque place to have a wedding in Southern California. There's literally dragonflies, horses and butterflies on the property. You really have to go in person to see this venue- lush greens, lake, tree, carriage house, market lights, drapery, rustic/romantic vibes. The bridal suite = cherry on top!On top of it looking good it IS PERFECTION. Really the staff and company here are GOLD. For being a package deal (Venue + cake + flowers + coordination) Was better than I could have ever imagined. Everything was superb, honestly one of the best decisions we ever made and we thank all the staff for their time and energy and hard work. An absolute stunning venue! My fiancée and I fell in love with the venue as soon as we walked onto the grounds. Mikayla was friendly, answered all of our questions and helped us through the entire process of picking and choosing what we wanted four our wedding. We also had Mikayla as our wedding coordinator and she did a fantastic job. The entire process was smooth and easier than I anticipated. The day of the wedding felt like a dream everything went to plan and it was amazing day. I had so many people telling me what a beautiful place it was and the reception area was stunning. I would highly recommend this place.

We got married at Wedgewood last week and it could not have gone better. From our first time on the property for the site visit, they made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions. We were able to customize our package to include extras we wanted and remove items that were not important to us. Mikayla was there for us every step of the way. Diana was our day of coordinator and made sure everything went perfect. I could not have asked for a better day and Wedgewood made it happen! Our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to!

The layout was expansive, the whole property belonged to us for the night, and it was outside/inside which is what we were looking for. Plus, the package deal took a lot of stress away from the wedding planning process. There were several communication breakdowns that were frustrating but at the end of the day, I married my partner in crime, and really that is the most important part. Here is a mini breakdown of our dislikes/likes:1.\tWe were under the impression that Austin Murray would be our DJ all the way up to the vendor show (April 2018), but when we spoke to Austin at the vendor show, we found out that he was not going to be our DJ, but one of the people who worked under his company umbrella would be DJâing. I had been following Austin on Instagram, and I had done a lot of research on him to make sure we liked him, so it was disappointing to find out that had all been pointless since someone we had no idea about was going to be our DJ instead. With only a month until the wedding, we felt stuck with the DJ that we didnât know. When our venue emailed us 4 weeks before the wedding asking us to send our music worksheet to Austin Murray, I was even more concerned because they didnât even know that he wasnât going to DJ. I responded that Austin was not our DJ and I was concerned that Wedgewood didnât know that either. Wedgewood wrote me back saying that they were sorry about not updating me about that, but that it was impossible for Austin to DJ all of their weddings, and that they would have a conversation with him about how he let us know. Personally, I donât think it was Austinâs fault for how he let us know. If he hadnât said anything, then we wouldnât have known at all. Wedgewood should make it clear that Austin Murrayâs DJ service is really a company that has multiple DJâs that work under that name. They should also provide that particular DJâs information to the couple, so that the couple can make sure that the DJ meets the expectations of the couple and what they are looking for. 2.\tThey have sinks, a bath tub, and a shower in the bridal suite, but no hot water or towels. When we asked about it, we were informed that the hot water was broken and they had forgotten to tell us, and that there were no towels provided. So, really all that is more so for show than actual functionality. 3. We emailed Wedgewood that we would need an a total of 14 tables. They sent us seating floor plan that included the 14th table. While waiting to do the grand entrance, we were told we had to wait while they added an additional table. When I asked about how many tables did we have, they replied 13. I told them that we had already told them that we had 14. After they checked it out, they told us it just hadnât made its way down to who it needed to. This meant that every guest who was supposed to be at table 14 felt like they were forgotten about. I know because I was told about the missing table repeatedly by my guests. 4. While my sister picked up our items the next day, she found our engraved cake knife had been broken. Now the good stuff-1.\tOur day of coordinator was awesome and kept us on time, and also wrangled all 14 of us. 2.\tOur person that got us our food and drinks was very friendly and on it. 3.\tWe had a ton of complements for all of the staff that worked the event. 4.\tThe food was excellent and was actually better than the tasting that we had before that. 5.\tThe venue was GOREGOUS! It was clean and well maintained.

On top of the gorgeous venue, the staff was incredible! This make all the difference when choosing a venue. They consistently followed up with me to check in and to answer any questions that I had along the way. The day of the wedding, the staff was over the top and made sure we were well taken care of the whole day! They provided excellent service with a smile on their face the whole time. We're from Texas, We live in Texas, and We're never leaving Texas. YET SOMEHOW we found ourselves getting married at Wedgewood Galway Downs this past July (2017)!Galway was the perfect venue, for several reasons: (1) Beauty. In the heart of a million vineyards, this equestrian ranch was the most beautiful venue in Temecula. We visited probably a dozen venues, and this place was the perfect blend of natural beauty & rustic charm. Trust me, you get more property & more beauty than any of the vineyards out there. You have several beautiful outdoor options for the ceremony, and the reception building is second to none in the area, with beautiful floor to ceiling windows, a retractable window wall for the grand entrance, beautiful bar area, etc. In addition, the bridal suite is breathtakingly beautiful & perfect. If you're looking for a SoCal wedding venue, just go & visit. Just do it. (2) The Wedgewood experience. This is one of the most valuable parts of a Galway Downs wedding. Wedgewood runs the wedding planning here, and they offer all-inclusive packages here. On top of that, these packages are customizable, and you can easily select & remove the features you like/dislike according to your budget. When I say all-inclusive, I mean as inclusive as you want. For our Emerald wedding package, it included buffet catering, open bar, DJ, cake, florist, centerpieces, and most importantly, a day-of wedding coordinator! I also need to gush about the in-house catering, which was one of the best food experiences, I sh*t you not. I almost always hate wedding food, as generally wedding servings are usually quite poor. The Wedgewood catering was PHENOMENAL. The salmon was moist, the piccata chicken was juicy, and the tender, mouth-watering prime rib had everyone rioting for more. The structure of Wedgewood offerings was incredible, well-thought out, and effective, and it made our wedding planning very efficient.(3) Wedgewood Staff. Let me remind you, we planned our wedding FROM TEXAS. The Wedgewood staff was professional, incredibly responsive, and vigilant in the planning stages to ensure a stress-free wedding. Seriously, if I could afford to hire these folks to run the rest of my life, I probably would. On top of that, these folks emanated sincerity - I never once thought they were trying to up-sell a particular offering. They never once tried to push the more expensive options, and they actually tried really hard to help us save where we can by looking for any in-house options.
