We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch reception at Gaston Country Club. The event staff worked with us on all the details to make it as seamless as possible. We opted for our favorite foods and they were more than happy to accomodate. We even had vegan desserts handmade by their pastry chef! I highly recommend the country club as a venue option for your wedding. Beautiful details and a very punctual staff!

Our son and daughter-in-law were married in New Orleans this past November 2021. Knowing that many of our friends and family would not be able to make the long trip to New Orleans, we decided to have a New Orleans themed pre-Wedding Party to celebrate the upcoming nuptials! We chose Gaston Country Club as the venue for our August 13, 2021 celebration! From start to finish, the party was way beyond expectation! Everything was fabulous - the food and beverages (including the signature cocktails), the service, the aesthetic and atmosphere! Carin was our Event Coordinator and went way above and beyond from the early planning in April/May to the execution the day and night of the party! She was creative and innovative with her ideas and was a delight to work with! The whole team at Gaston Country Club hit the ball out of the park. From the Front Office Staff to the Executive Chef and his Staff to the Food and Beverage Manager and Staff to the Maintenance and Custodial Staff and the Wait Staff, everyone gave 110%. Their input was spot on and their attention to detail was impeccable. Chef Zubel and his team were beyond wonderful! They nailed the New Orleans theme for the food and its presentation! I heard so many people say the shrimp and grits were the best they have ever eaten! In keeping with the New Orleans theme, Chef and his staff did a Boucherie Board that outdid many that we have seen in New Orleans! The whole night was so much fun! We couldn't have been more pleased and can't wait to host our next event at Gaston Country Club!

Thank you Gaston Country Club! Your staff was AMAZING. Everyone went out of their to help us. The food was excellent, we got nothing but complements! Two thumbs up for the incredible chef.
