2 Venues Built to Fit Any Dream Wedding
Geronimo Oaks Weddings and Events, a ranch in the San Antonio, Texas area, features a unique barn location for couples’ weddings. This barn is built of cedar with a decorative iron door, and it is just one of many potential wedding locations on the venue’s property. Couples can explore this venue in its private Seguin, Texas location, just 50 minutes outside of downtown San Antonio. Facilities and Capacity Geronimo Oaks offers two climate controlled venues onsite, with two private ceremony spaces included with each venue. West Texas is our larger venue that can entertain up to 300 guests, with The Bluffs serving as its hilltop ceremony site. The Creeks is our smaller venue that can entertain up to 175 guests, with Creekside serving as its multi-level ceremony site with bridges and beautiful landscaping surrounding the space. Both venues have a catering prep space and two separate getting ready suites. Services Offered Regardless of whether couples choose West Texas or The Creeks for their reception, they will find beautifully rustic getting ready suites. In West Texas, each room is built into the barn and stands alone as individual cottages for getting ready. Other services at the ranch include: No Vendor Restrictions Arbors Chairs and tables Setup and cleanup Parking Golf Cart Consierge Two Separate Getting Ready Suites Onsite lodging (for additional cost) Other Services With so many available hosting options for couples to choose from, they may want to return to the venue for numerous wedding-related events to see them all. I’m not sure where to begin for this incredible experience. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at Geronimo Oaks. It was love at first sight for me, from the time I drove through the gate and then had the pleasure of meeting Jacy for my grand tour. I had done a quick Google search for places which accommodate small weddings that is out in the country, but close enough to New Braunfels or Seguin and at that point, I decided to make this my first and only stop. I knew we had found our location. I immediately booked a second showing for my then fiancé to see, which Jacy came on a Sunday and showed him the same attention that she had given to me the Friday before. We signed the contract and put down our deposit for 9/9/2023 wedding day! From day one, Jacy was a godsend as the venue manager. Honestly, absolutely everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was seamless. We were able to bring in our own vendors, which made it fun to pick and choose the style for the event I was planning and what fits my needs. Geronimo Oaks provided me with a flawless list of vendors, where I used many of their recommendations. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow. There were several times that I wanted to see the venue to get ideas for decorating and not once did Jacy tell me that I wasn’t welcome. Not to mention, we had our beautiful engagement photos in March, and we had the whole venue to ourselves with our photographer to explore to take beautiful pictures!We knew that 9/9/2023 was going to be a hot day, but Jacy brought to our attention that the time of our wedding ceremony would be at the hottest (110 degree) part of the day and gave us several ideas and showed previous wedding pictures of how they can accommodate a ceremony in our already decorated reception venue. We held both our ceremony and reception in the rustic venue with natural light beaming in. Sure, I was a little bummed that I couldn’t have the ceremony outdoors, but I was still able to walk both bridges, which I already really wanted to do!!Despite the last-minute change to hold the ceremony indoors (which was still beautiful), the day of our event went perfectly. During the reception, the staff were amazing and kind to everyone. Our friends and family raved for weeks about how incredible everything was! I cannot recommend this venue, and Jacy and all its staff, enough. I hope to be able to host more events there! A million thanks to Geronimo Oaks and Jacy for giving us an unbelievable day, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

We will forever be grateful for the insight she gave AND all the other vendors she introduced us to.Geronimo Oaks’ staff was knowledgeable, kind, and present throughout our entire day. Dillon and Matt did a great job closing out our night-the sweetest guys to work our wedding!The Creeks was our venue and we have loved every single photo we got back, it was just beautiful! My now husband and I toured at least 20 different wedding venues until we found Geronimo Oaks. The Manager, Jacy, toured us around the property and through the 1st large venue (West Texas) in which would have been too big for our wedding of only 100 people. We knew coming in that the smaller venue, The Creeks, wasn't available for the date we wanted but decided to tour anyways since we were getting scared we wouldn't be able to find the one. At the end of the tour, Jacy asked if we wanted to just take a peek at the Creeks just in case - And I'm so glad she did. We IMMEDIATELY fell in love and knew we had found our venue. We didn't care that we needed to even change our desired wedding date, we just knew that The Creeks was where we were supposed to be on our big day. We got married on 9/15/23 and it was the best day of my life. Everything was perfect - and I'm forever thankful that Jacy showed us the Creeks when she did. All of the staff were super sweet to work with and extremely helpful. I think that on top of the venue being just gorgeous, the staff who work here, are amazing. I 10/10 recommend Geronimo Oaks.

The managers changed a few months before our big day but they still never missed a beat! They made the process extremely easy from start to finish and were VERY accommodating. Everyone was so helpful, flexible and the amount of times I went up there to look at things, figure our areas etc., they were so welcoming for me to come as much as I wanted. Cannot say enough about the venue as well as Miguel and Lee. The professionalism, the understanding and just simply their want for me to be comfortable in every decorating idea, every vendor idea set up, to simply answering countless emails was above and beyond. The venue was so elegant looking, the bride room, and the grooms area were perfect. They make your day special and complete!!!

Geronimo Oaks was a beautiful venue. We ended up moving our ceremony indoors at the last minute & it could not have turned out any better, thanks to Lee! The rest of the staff was amazing as well. They set up & took down all of the tables and chairs, as well as driving guests on golf-carts from their vehicles to the venue hall. I highly recommend this venue!

This venue was so beautiful and the staff were so helpful! I could not believe how responsive their manager was, whenever I had a question, he had an answer!! The venue had a place for the Ceremony, Reception, and a Bride room and an Grooms room! They had staff on site to take care of tables, chairs, directing parking, and helping guests to the correct location. The venue was perfect, it felt isolated and rustic while only being 20 minutes away from New Braunfels. I really enjoyed working with this vendor, they were definitely the biggest bang for your buck!

Geronimo Oaks was a great venue. Everyone who worked there was fantastic to work with. they set up the tables and chairs for us in the reception hall, for the rehearsal dinner, and set up chairs at the ceremony site. We stayed in the ranch house that the venue owns and the house is wonderful. lots of space and great for a big crowd. The reception hall was great. Our decor ended up looking spectacular when it was all set up. Our wedding was in August so it was a little warm in the reception hall and bridal suite but once the extra AC units were on, it was good. The groom's suite though, was incredibly hot. Overall it was a wonderful venue and I would highly recommend anyone to get married there.

Our decor ended up looking spectacular when it was all set up. Our wedding was in August so it was a little warm in the reception hall and bridal suite but once the extra AC units were on, it was good. The groom's suite though, was incredibly hot. Overall it was a wonderful venue and I would highly recommend anyone to get married there.

This venue is absolutely stunning. If I could have a re-do of my wedding I'd pick this venue all over again. It has so much natural beauty and it's so great for pictures! It has a beautiful bridal suite as well as a groom's suite! Pictures really do not do the venue justice. It's so beautiful! The staff are also amazing. So from the day we booked it all the way until probably a month and a half before the wedding we had nothing but good experiences with the venue. It was beautiful and we couldn’t wait to have our biggest day of our lives there! There were some frustrations from time to time regarding the communication between the assistant, venue owner, and myself, but that’s to be expected occasionally. The real issues we had started when we were arranging to take my bridals, and the actual day of my bridals. We were never told where we could get changed for my bridals due to lack of response the day of, and we weren’t told that there was a specific time we needed to be out of the venue. Midway through my bridal session we were approached by one of the grounds workers asking when we were going to be done because we needed to be out of there soon. Then, my wedding week comes. There was issues regarding the altar, not having the one I booked the venue with and unwilling to put the one we wanted up there. The one that was at the altar up until the day before the wedding, was not anything like the original one. They were gracious enough to allow us in the venue the day before the wedding to set up and have our rehearsal. This wasn’t any special favor though, it was something they had said we could do from day one if there wasn’t a wedding that day. When we arrived there was obvious confusion with how many guests we had and there was only half of the amount of tables and chairs needed—not a big deal, Lee (so sweet) got it fixed right away! They tried to advise us right before our rehearsal that we still owed them a significant amount of money, which we DID NOT. Another reason we ALWAYS keep documentation and email threads. During our reception the bathrooms stopped working for approx. 1/1.5 hours and we had about 250 guests at our reception including children. There was also a wedding on their other venue that did not have working bathrooms as well. My amazing wedding coordinator was trying to get everything sorted out when the venue owner proceeded to be extremely rude to her, and even shut down my wedding. We later found out (because a maintenance guy pulled me off the dance floor to tell me) that there had been an accident and the water hoses were left on draining the tanks that filled the toilets. OK not a big deal, just needed to be fixed ASAP. The owner sends his son, who proceeds to be equally as rude to my mother and coordinator. Needless to say, we are not happy about the way any of these things were handled. We have tried reaching back out to the venue owner on multiple occasions following my wedding and he has not answered any call, or made any attempts to reach back out to us. 10/10 would NEVER recommend this venue to anyone.

Every employer at Geronimo was spot on with advice, suggestions etc. I wouldn't have chosen a different venue even if the price was right (which with Geronimo it is). it's a beautiful venue, in the middle of nowhere for that added peace and serenity but a quick 20 minute drive to hotels/grocery stores and shops. We had to run out a couple times for items we forgot but it wasn't even an issue. The grounds are clean and kept clean and the bridal and groomsmen suites are giant and comfortable. There are no restrictions that cause you to change your wedding plans. We had candles. sparklers confetti. It was all wonderful. I love this venue and would recommend it over and over again.

The West Texas venue was absolutely perfect and my daughter chose The Oaks for her wedding site. Geronimo Oaks has more than enough tables/chairs and all you need is to rent tablecloths for them. I feel the best part is how you are able to bring in your own vendors. Love this place and would highly recommend it to everyone!

I was supposed to have a 2 hour rehearsal two nights before my wedding which I accommodated them due to a wedding being held there the night before my wedding. I was told the week before my wedding that it had to be moved from Friday night to Friday afternoon so they could set up the wedding. I told the venue coordinator that was not ok. They allowed us to use it Friday night. However once we arrived to the venue, chairs and tables were set up and we were told not to touch them because of the wedding the next day. I couldn't get a proper rehearsal at all. The day of my wedding I was told prior that I would have a coordinator. I didn't see the coordinator or the owner at all. I coordinated the whole wedding myself from when the food arrived to the liquor to the DJ to the photo booth. It was ridiculous.

I hosted an event at Geronimo Oaks Wedding and Events center in September. The staff was incredibly helpful. The team went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. The space is gorgeous with lots of opportunities for traditional and nontraditional wedding activations. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to get married or host a fun event.

I hosted an event at Geronimo Oaks Wedding and Events center in September. The staff was incredibly helpful. The team went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. The space is gorgeous with lots of opportunities for traditional and nontraditional wedding activations. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to get married or host a fun event.
