For weeks and months after our April 2023 wedding, we received an overwhelming amount of texts and calls from our guests about how incredible our wedding was. Some of the compliments went like this “the best wedding they’ve ever been to”, “the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding”, “the best cocktail hour they’ve ever been to”“the best service they’ve ever had as a guest as a wedding”. “Impressed how the food just kept coming!” The team at Giorgios makes everyone feel like family and they truly go above and beyond like there is no other option other than excellence. It was thundering and lightening the morning of our wedding. I was convinced the ceremony would be inside and I was okay with that. Nick said Giorgios has a special radar and they knew that the sun would be out in time for our ceremony. And just like that, With 1 hour until ceremony, the sun started to come out, and the Giorgios staff brought out stone heaters and blowers and turned the ceremony space into a dry gorgeous area that was ready just in time for guest arrival. We almost didn’t look at this venue and I’m SO SO happy we did. Many of the other venues don’t offer one wedding at a time options. We also really wanted a twilight wedding (late afternoon into the night) and Giorgios could also accommodate that request. It was also so convenient to use their two shuttle buses. We had about 100 guests at the river-head hotels and transportation was flawless. Seeing the joy in our friends and families faces as they were brought the lemon sorbet intermezzo, then chose from the generous 6 course option at dinner and then indulged in the huge chocolate fountain, the ice-cream station, the espresso martinis, the cordial bar and then joined us for such a fun after party in the pool table room…. It’s a night I truly won’t forget! My only regret is that we didn’t add a full hour of dessert and that we didn’t extend our videographer until the end of the night. Thank you Giorgie and Tino, our two maitre D’s for running the show so we could enjoy every moment! And thank you to our bridal attendant Brianna! The night just kept getting better and better and better and I highly recommend choosing them to host one of the biggest celebrations of your life!

Being in a lot of weddings at a lot of different venues I knew exactly what I wanted for my own wedding and Giorgio’s went above and beyond every expectation I had! We booked Giorgio’s over 2 years out from our wedding and Jessica was amazing through the whole process. Every email sent was answered quickly and with all the information I could’ve needed. We got married on a Friday and did the early morning package and the after party package and if you are debating doing either, DO IT! Jean was amazing in the morning she set up my whole ballroom before 8am and tended to all the bridesmaids needs. Brianna, the attendant for the rest of the wedding was out of this world! I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal attendant. She came to the church ceremony, to pictures and made sure we were well taken care of the whole time. Our matrie d’s Tino and George were amazing and made sure our wedding was perfect. It was truly the best night of our lives and the staff at Giorgio’s is amazing!

We celebrated our daughter’s wedding there on a rainy Friday. We had the early arrival package to get ready. The staff was amazing. Our bridal attendant, Brittney, made us feel like a very special family member was taking care of us for the day. She even attended the ceremony which was at Saint Isidore’s in Riverhead. We found the most beautiful church thanks to the suggestion of the owner, George Regini. Guests from both sides told us how beautiful the ceremony was and we have Giorgio’s to thank for that as well. MaitreD, bartenders, wait staff all beyond amazing; we went with such high expectations and they crushed them all. So far exceeded our expectations! Everyone was saying how great the staff was for days. The food was amazing! I had the best espresso martini ever. Giorgio’s is beautiful, the rain I mentioned didn’t matter. They had an area under the awning decorated beautifully for fall it was a wonderful background for pictures. Their staircase made for the most emotional first look for her dad that I had to walk away because I started to cry. It was such a beautiful moment. Our DJ, Barattini Productions, recommended by Giorgio’s, was so much fun! I will say hands down it is the best venue I ever attended!

At Giorgio's, you're in the best hands. All aspects of Giorgio's are topnotch, from the staff to the food to the grounds to the atmosphere. Giorgio’s performance left us speechless, as well as our guests. Everyone enjoyed the most delicious food and drinks. Their menu is extensive, offering options for everyone. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring everyone had a good time and an even better dining experience. Every expectation we had was exceeded! While we knew Giorgio's would make everything incredible, we were still blown away. We appreciate everyone’s hard work and attention to detail in making our wedding day truly memorable!

Beautiful”, “Elegant”, “Classy”, “Superb”, “Best Wedding Ever!”, These are typical of the accolades our guests used to describe their experience at Giorgio’s for my daughter’s wedding last week. We looked at 14 different venues. The moment we visited Giorgio’s, we stopped looking. They are head and shoulders above the rest! When we booked, Nick promised me he would give us the best celebration ever. He kept his promise!Nick and his team did an outstanding job providing delicious food and top quality service, making for a most memorable experience.The grounds and interior are spectacular! When you book here, it is not a wedding factory. There is only one wedding going on at a time. The sole focus was on our wedding celebration.My daughter was a little concerned about the distance as most of our guests came from Queens and beyond. I told her not to worry as Giorgio’s is worth the extra 1/2 hour drive. Father knows best as everyone was raving about the place.Area accommodations are plentiful. We put our guests up at the Indigo.If I could, I would rate Giorgio’s higher than 5 stars! It’s not often that I come across perfection! We did when we celebrated last weekend!

Our vision came to life it’s more than we ever could have imagined. The wedding coordinator Ashley was phenomenal. Our bridal attendant Brianna was the most amazing bridal attendant we have ever come across. She treated us like friends, made us feel so comfortable and helped make it the best day ever.

I can’t express enough how PHENOMENAL this venue and all who work there truly are. Every single detail went above and beyond our highest of expectations. The grounds were absolutely beautiful with multiple photo ops. The cocktail hour is unmatched and food throughout the night the highest caliber. Our guests were gushing each step of the way and our Viennese table dessert room truly felt like we were in Disney World! Throughout the planning process Nick and Ashley would answer texts and emails immediately and were incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating. We felt so taken care of from start to finish from planning through the actual wedding day. Day of, everything ran smoothly and on time with every potential hiccup being taken care of immediately and behind the scenes so we had nothing to worry about. A huge part of that was the AMAZING bridal attendant, Brianna. You don’t realize how critical this role is until day of. From helping bustle my dress in < 5 minutes, to blotting a red sauce stain out of my dress (oops!), to getting deodorant, bobby pins, shoe glue for an uncle, a shirt and bow tie for a brother in law, and even a portable fan at my table to cool me between dance sets, Brianna went above and beyond to make my day special, seamless, and perfect. She helped give advice and comfort every step of the day and looking back, I can’t imagine not having her by my side. Overall, everyone at Giorgios (especially our Maitre d’ Nick) went ABOVE AND BEYOND on every single detail. Our wedding day was not just magical for us, but also all of our guests. Multiple people genuinely told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. This was the best decision we made in planning our wedding and would choose Giorgios 1000x over!!!

The entire team at Giorgio's was phenomenal and made sure our wedding went off without issue! Ashley helped us the entire way to organize and plan. And Brianna, the bridal attendant, knew what I needed before I did. She spent a ton of time with both my husband and myself and was mega fun to be around on top of being helpful. The venue itself was beautiful, we were able to set up games outside for the ceremony and the grounds are stunning!!

Wedding 6/3/22I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. From the day we toured (even before that) I knew in my heart it was going to be where I got married. Everything at Giorgio’s is top notch from the staff to the food to the service. I worked with Nick & Ashley and they were so super accommodating and friendly and truly made you feel special and that you weren’t just another customer. Ashley answered all my emails very promptly and helped ease my anxiety with planning. Brianna, the bridal attendant, is a godsend. She was by my side for everything from fixing my dress for pictures to making sure my husband and I were fed for cocktail hour- literally grabbed every piece of food from our amazing cocktail hour and brought it to us in a separate area so we could eat alone and enjoy a few minutes to ourselves to helping me pee! I was in a ball gown and she took my underwear on and off and wasn’t even weird about it!! She also set up all my decor that I made. Tino was my maitre d and he was great as well, making sure everything ran super smooth and as far as I know nothing went wrong! The grounds are gorgeous, we got beautiful pictures at the venue as well as the beach and windmill in close distance. Last, but certainly not least, the food.. omg the food. Absolutely outstanding. We had so much food and variety for cocktail hour, I asked Nick for a bacon bar and they delivered! Dinner was delicious and they come out with seconds if you wanted to try a different entree than what you ordered at first. We had the mini Viennese as well and we also did a zeppole exit station. I could not have imagined a more perfect place for big day and we had an absolutely perfect day. Everyone is still raving about the food & what an awesome time they had. Everything was absolutely perfect for our special day!! Hands down best venue, you will not be disappointed!

10,000% BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER! I don't even have words to describe how amazing the treatment is a Giorgio's Bride and Groom. George, Nick, Ashley, and Tino are the best! From the time we went out and toured the venue at the end of 2020 until the day of our wedding 7.8.22, we have had nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Every time we met, they were attentive and listened to our requests or concerns and assured us they would have everything under control. They made us feel like a part of their family and that's probably one of the many reasons why we loved Giorgio's over other venues. We felt like they truly wanted the best for our wedding day. They didn't just yes us to death, they genuinely took to heart what we wanted and did not want and how we envisioned our day to be. They went above and beyond everything that we had even expected! I am extremely blown away with how every detail came together beyond what I could have even imagined. Not to mention the FOOD! OMG I'm still stuffed weeks later! Our guests could not believe the amount of food and choices and options they had from cocktail hour to dinner and dessert. The servers are even amazing bringing all the food out and making sure it is cooked exactly to your liking. They were so sweet and kind telling me how beautiful I looked and how gorgeous my dress was. You could tell this was not just an act. They genuinely care about their guests and couples and absolutely love working at Giorgio's. Our guests are still talking about how it was the BEST wedding they have ever been to. Some of our guest themselves had been married at Giorgio's and had their receptions there. They were so excited to be back years later to celebrate with us and said how they remember it being just as amazing then! Giorgio's is the best there is for sure! I'm so sad our wedding is over, but I told Ashley, in a few years we'll be back to renew our vows and party all over again!* I can't leave a review without mentioning Brianna the bridal attendant... she is phenomenal! She stayed with me and my husband the whole night and made sure we were taken care of. From cocktail hour where she had a huge spread of all the food set aside for us to have together to enjoy before going out to see our guests, to making sure we each had a drink in our hand the entire night to continue to party with our guests. At one point I had to take my shoes off because my feet were killing me. I didn't realized how much shorter I was without them and that caused one of my guests to step on my gown even though it was already expertly bustled by Brianna. She brought me to the side and worked her magic to sew and alter my torn piece back to my gown so no one even knew anything was out of place. I was good to go the rest of the night to party it up!Giorgio's is the best of the best and we highly recommend them if you want a family experience with amazing food and service Giorgio's will not disappoint! I wish I could rate them more than just 5 stars because they really are that good!

Had our wedding at Giorgio's on 6/18/22. Every single person was extremely accommodating despite some hiccups beyonds anyone's control. Ashley dealt with all 'crisis' situations without us even realizing anything was even wrong. They created the most magical night for us! The food was spectacular, and my bridal attendant, Brianna, had the full spread of the cocktail hour ready for us in the after party room so we got to try everything. Throughout the night, she was right by my side, even changing my shoes for me and fixing my hair and makeup after some pictures in the wind! The maitre'd staff, Nick and Kelly, went above and beyond for us. Nick was my husband and I's go to person when we had the smallest of questions. When do we mingle with people, how does the cake cutting work, can you turn up the AC? Just some of the small things he walked us through all night. Last but not least, when we had some rather large issues with our hotel for that night; the owner, George, took matters into his own hands and contacted the hotel for us so no one had to step off the dance floor. Us, our friends, and family haven't stop talking about how much fun we had that night. We have the Giorgio's staff to thank for that!

There is a reason this place is rated so highly! They treat everyone that walks through that door like family and made our wedding the absolute best day of our lives. The views, bridal suite, staff and the food–oh my goodness the food, incredible. It made our very large Italian and Irish families very happy and we have been getting non-stop rave reviews about how it was the best wedding people have ever been to. The service and hospitality at Giorgio’s is like no other! Ashley was absolutely great to work with throughout the whole process and was great with getting back to me about any questions I had. George and Nick were so great everytime we went to visit and made sure our big day went smoothly. We had Tino as our maitre’d and he was the absolute sweetest and was so on top of everything throughout the entire night. But my bridal attendant, Brianna, was a complete rockstar. She made the day so incredibly smooth, set up all the decor we brought and made it look gorgeous, did my bustle within seconds, handed out toothbrushes to my bridesmaids who forgot theirs during our early arrival to the bridal suite and basically just made my day so insanely easy. She made sure we got at least 20 minutes of alone time after our ceremony and they brought us every item served during cocktail hour before we went out and greeted our guests. Brianna is a legend and I am so grateful I had her with me the entire day. She cares so much about her couples and she goes above and beyond, she is just the absolute sweetest person who truly loves what she does. Besides the main staff, I have heard continuously how amazing, John, the head bartender/ mixologist was and how he could craft the perfect drink by just naming a few ingredients of things you liked, numerous family members have told us how wonderful the wait staff was and that they have never been treated so well at a wedding before. Our whole experience was unreal and I am so grateful for everyone there that made our day so amazing. If I could go back and re-do everything again I would pick Giorgio’s every time. I truly could go on and on about them, but to sum it up–if you’re contemplating them, RUN DO NOT WALK!

Our wedding at Giorgio's was perfect from beginning to end. Ashley and Nick were attentive and helpful during the entire planning process leading up to the day. Day of, the grounds looked BEAUTIFUL! The food was amazing and everyone keeps raving about it. Tino, our maitre'd, the bartenders, and wait staff were awesome. Bri the bridal attendant was an absolute ANGEL! She sewed groomsmen's pants, bridesmaid's dresses, and even fixed the hem on my mom's dress (and did it all with a smile!) Bri helped me change back and forth between outfits and made sure my husband and I were fed and always had a fresh drink. Giorgio's is amazing at what they do, and I would recommend them to anyone getting married on Long Island!

I could not recommend this venue enough! Ashley was so on top of communication during the whole planning process. They made sure I had the most perfect day. My bridal attendant Brianna went above and beyond thinking of things I didn’t even know I needed the day of. She was constantly there fixing my hair and make up making sure I was always picture ready. She even fixed my dress when I got a tip from stepping on it. The rest of the staff was so attentive to our guests no one had any complaints. They were on top of even watching the weather doing their best to have my dreams of an outdoor ceremony come true. Even though it did rain on us as soon as I got to the alter it was still the most magical day we could have asked for. They rushed us all inside and in the matter of minutes we were all set for our ceremony to take place in our reception area. Their grounds are absolutely beautiful for pictures and I cannot wait to get them back from my photographer!

Giorgio's is the absolute BEST venue there is! Seriously, from the day we booked to our wedding day, they made our planning process so smooth and amazing! Our day was more than perfect thanks to the amazing staff they have. They truly know what they're doing and provide the best experience! Ashley was helping us with every question we had (which was many) but was so responsive and always put our minds at ease whenever I was starting to panic about something silly. The day of the wedding, our bridal attendant, Bri, was just incredible. She was with me the entire day and did pretty much everything for me. She decorated our cake beautifully for us, gave us anything we asked for and some things without us even asking, helped prep my dress, get me in it and even fixed it when my bustle broke (she even fixed one of my bridesmaids dresses!) She went above and beyond and I don't know what I would've done without her!! Tino and Nick were amazing, they made sure everything was going as planned and that us and our guests were happy and having a great time. The bartenders and wait staff also were just the absolute best and our guests loved them all!! And if you don't know Giorgio's, you need to head over there and try out their food because it is the best around, there's no competition when it comes to the food! The chef’s are top notch and there’s nothing bad you can get there, it’s all SO delicious! And of course the venue itself is stunning!! The views from the venue are incredible and you will get the most amazing photos there! We are so so happy we made the choice to have our wedding at Giorgio’s and we HIGHLY recommend them!!

I can honestly write a novel about Giorgio's and how amazing EVERY person who works there is. I cry WAY too often because of how UNBELIEVABLE everything was. My wedding was bigger and better than I could have ever imagined thanks to this amazing place. From Ashley being there every step of the way for me, answering my many questions, to Nick and George welcoming my guests and family, making sure mine and my husbands moms were having a good time and treating us like family, to the wait staff and bartenders - picture perfect, THE FOOD!! THEY ARE NOT LYING WHEN YOU HEAR GIORGIO'S HAS THE BEST FOOD- and last but certainly not least MY BRIANNA. My goodness, from the moment I met Brianna at my tasting, I knew that I was in amazing hands. The morning of my wedding she took control and care of everything, to the point were I had absolutely nothing to worry about with my ceremony and reception. She is the absolute QUEEN of bridal attendants, running through fields to get my lipstick, driving my husband and I to the most beautiful spots on the north shore to get our beach pictures, getting me in and out of my dress, making sure that I went home with everything I came with, she blew me away. Many key memories of my wedding, Brianna partakes in. I will truthfully never forget sitting with Brianna before my husband and were going to our first look. I felt like I was sitting with my best friend, her keeping me calm and talking to me like we've known each other forever. She is such an amazing person and hard worker, I couldn't imagine doing it without her. Brianna taught me and reminded me throughout the day to live in the moment and enjoy it. I will be grateful for her for the rest of my life because I can truthfully say we lived in that moment! Please for the love of god if you are thinking about booking Giorgio’s just do it. You will not be disappointed! We did everything there. We used their shuttle service, early arrival package, ceremony, cocktail hour (and a half! That extended cocktail hour time is TO DIE FOR), reception and after party. I can not express how absolutely perfect everything was. First we have to acknowledge all the hard work Ashley puts in on the front end of booking and communicating with us brides. She was kind, professional and really made me feel valued and important as a bride. I’m originally from Long Island but live upstate now and she helped put my mind at ease planning a wedding 3 hours away from where I live. Our shuttle bus driver Wayne was kind and professional. Definitely felt safe with him driving. Gene, their head waitress tended to us beautifully for the early arrival. Making sure we were well fed with a beautiful breakfast spread of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, bagels, pastries, coffee, tea, juice and champagne. The wait staff and bartenders as a whole were phenomenal. I can’t rave about the service enough! Now we have to talk about the powerhouse dynamic duo that made that day run even better than I could have ever imagined. Brianna is a bridal attendant extraordinaire. Your bridal fairy godmother. Her personality is amazing! She says she is going to be your best friend for the night and she isn’t lying. A beautiful soul who clearly genuinely cares about making all of her brides happy and feel wonderful on their big day. She handled putting in and taking out my very long veil, getting me to the start of the isle with my dad, handling my touch-ups after my touch-up artist left, bustling and re-bustling my dress, helping me take my bodysuit off when I was ready for an outfit change, and yes, helped me use the bathroom. She gave my husband and I a lovely dinner service as well as make sure we had anything else we could possibly think we needed. She is amazing and honestly I don’t think there is a bridal attendant in the long island wedding circuit that does what she does. And finally the best maitre’d in the game, Joe! This man was part of the family by the end of the night. He kept our time line running perfectly, had everything set up exactly as I wanted to, no one in my bridal party could take a step without him making sure they were okay and had what they needed, and he did this all while bringing the best, most positive energy to everything. The day transformed for a moment in my dreams to reality thanks to his dedication. His professionalism and attentiveness is unmatched. I’ve been too and part of a lot of Long Island weddings and I promise you this man is the best around. Truly no need for a day of coordinator when Joe is on the job. Giorgio's exceeded our expectations!! From start to finish our planning and wedding day was perfect, not a bump in the road. They treat you like family and make sure you have the most amazing day. Ashley was great to run through all of the details with and she is readily available to answer your questions and put you at ease. Getting ready in their bridal suite is the best way to start your wedding day with your girls. Having Breanna by your side on your wedding day is the best gift of all. She is absolutely amazing and helpful. I could not have gotten through the day without her. And Joe the maitre'd is phenomenal. He really watched after my husband and me the entire day catering to our every need and making sure we were having a great time. He made sure everything was in its spot and the day ran smoothly. Breanna and Joe are wonderful, what they do is priceless and we could not have gotten through the day without them. Overall, Giorgio's just does right by their brides and grooms and know how to offer the best wedding from the bridal suite, to the food, to the run of show. My husband and I got married here on 11/21/21. We had the most WONDERFUL experience ever! Joe and Brianna were incredible from start to finish, from the time we arrived to the time we were getting on the shuttle. I had forgotten my veil and Brianna actually finished my hair for me with beautiful pins she let me borrow for the night. They made sure that we ate and attended to everything running smoothly. We had our ceremony on site as well and they made sure everyone was very clear on what to do. All of our guests were in complete awe. The food was amazing (they even offered our guests seconds!!!!) The grounds are perfect. I could not be happier with our choice!!!

My husband and I had our wedding at Giorgio’s this August and could not have been happier with how everything turned out. The venue is beautiful inside and out, has the most amazing food, and everyone that works there is a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to take care of you and your guests. We did the early arrival package on a Friday, so me and my bridesmaids were there bright and early at 7am getting ready in their lovely bridal suite. Bri was my bridal attendant, and she was with me from the moment I showed up in the morning to the end of the night when the after party started. I cannot say enough good things about Bri and how amazing it was to have her helping me out every step of the day - she’s incredible! Joe was our maître d', and again he was absolutely amazing. He was with my husband and I in the early part of the day and throughout the reception making sure we were having a great time. We also heard from multiple guests after the wedding about kind things Joe had done for them as guests at various points throughout the night. Overall, Giorgio’s made our wedding day better than we could have imagined and we cannot recommend them enough to other couples in search of a wedding venue.

My husband and I had our wedding here last weekend and words cannot express enough how amazing Giorgio’s was and has been to us. I honestly never knew I could feel this way about a catering hall. Besides the breathtaking views (the grounds, the beach, the windmill) the staff (from waiters-shoutout to Jason- and bartenders, to bridal attendant-shoutout to Ariana to matre D-MAJOR shoutout to Joe he is unbelievable -to Ashley in the office who is also unbelievable to owners-George and Nick who we met with personally on multiple occasions) to food, everything is absolutely phenomenal at Giorgio’s. The entire day was just perfect and our two big Italian (and critical) families were raving about everything from service to food to elegance. They absolutely won over our guests and we are all from western Nassau. Our guests never had to go to the bar to get a drink as every glass was refilled by every waiter or waitress all day long. The service and energy of the staff is truly immeasurable. You can feel how passionate each and every staff member is about their jobs and you can see how well-trained they are. After working in catering for five years, the difference really is in their details. They are unbeatable.On another big note, due to the pandemic, we had three dates booked with Giorgio’s by the time we had our big day. I heard horror stories from friends and families about other catering halls, but Giorgio’s was absolutely amazing to us through the whole process. Their kindness, compassion, understanding, and willingness to work and meet with us through the confusion and wild process of changing dates made me love them even more than I thought I could. They were completely transparent, and not only responsive, but reassured us every step of the way. And they did this all while they were receiving mixed messages from the government about the latest guidelines and regulations. I will go back to Giorgio’s every chance I get. You NEED to book your wedding here no matter how far you live.

Ashley, the banquet director, was very understanding and easy to deal with during this whole covid craziness of having to postpone our wedding twice…she was always there with quick replies to our questions and concerns. On the day of our wedding, Joe, the maitre’d, brought laughs and life to the party and made everything run so smoothly. The best decision we made for our May 15, 2021 wedding was easily having it at Giorgio's. Everyone at Giorgio's was super helpful and accommodating when it came to the numerous phone calls and questions in regard to COVID restrictions. Ashley was super helpful with providing information regarding rules, regulations, and of course, answering every brides last minute stressful questions. Giorgio's truly made us feel like a family when we walked in day one to tour the place. Both Nick and George made us feel so welcomed every time we visited for an expo, food tasting, drop by, etc. The venue is absolutely stunning, and the food is beyond amazing. As we went around to guests that evening, everyone kept telling us how great the food was. Huge shout out to the maitre'd Joe and Bridal attendant Brianna on helping everything run completely smooth the day of. They both took all the stress I had, and went above and beyond my expectations. Joe and Brianna made sure we had food, drinks, even changed my shoes when my feet hurt!

5/5, honestly 10/5. Giorgio’s never ceases to amaze us. Planning a wedding during COVID was a nightmare to say the least however the team at Giorgio’s worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our decision to move forward with our big day. Even before COVID when we were simply looking at venues we went to Giorgio’s and we were blown away by the venue as well as the staff. Each of the staff members were genuinely happy to be working there. Each one saying hello to us and making us feel welcome (unlike other venues we saw and the staff didn’t even acknowledge us) We made it to the parking lot after our appointment and marched right back in five minutes later and secured our date. The day of our wedding ran so smoothly, between the flow of the day and the bridal attendants being there the second I looked like I might need something. Every detail was carefully thought out. Our bridal attendants made sure we actually ate, we had drinks, and they even helped me change my shoes when my feet were sore! Everything was beyond beautiful and the food of course was to die for. The staff made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the night. We also did an after party and utilized their shuttles for transportation. Each of our guests has said they have never been to a more beautiful wedding! We cannot thank Giorgio’s enough for making sure our day was beautiful especially after the chaotic few months that lead up to it. They made us feel like we were family! We truly cannot thank Nick, George, and the rest of the Giorgio’s family for the most amazing day of our lives, honestly tearing up writing this! I highly recommend Giorgio’s to every couple that is looking to have a memorable, breathtaking special day where the staff truly cater to you and your loved ones. My husband and I got married here a week and a half ago and where do I even begin.. from the moment I met with Ashley, the banquet manager, I knew this venue was perfect for us- they went above and beyond every expectation. The staff was phenomenal (HUGE shout out to Joe (maitre d), Brianna (my bridal attendant), and Ashley), the food was delicious, and the venue is gorgeous. Ashley was always attentive and quickly responded to any question I had. She was also upfront and honest with us, which is appreciated in a business like this. It seems like Nick and George truly want their couples to still have the wedding of their dreams, as much as they can given the circumstances. I opted for the early arrival in the bridal suite and from the second we stepped foot into Giorgios, my bridal party and I were taken great care of by Brianna. She had everything we would’ve needed to avoid a disaster- she even helped me make fake straps for my strapless dress that kept falling down! Joe made sure everything went smoothly and just as we had envisioned it. Besides simple details, neither my husband nor I had anything to worry about because Joe took care of everything behind the scenes. Our vendors love coming to Giorgios because everyone works so well together. And THE FOOD- absolutely delicious. From cocktail hour, to dinner and dessert, I felt so stuffed by the end of the night because I couldn’t help but eat a little bit (or a lot) of everything. I was so worried that because of covid, our wedding was going to be lackluster at best. But despite everything going on, I can truly say that my wedding day was THE BEST day of my life- it really was beautiful and I felt like I was on cloud nine. That was only made possible because of Giorgios and the incredible staff. If I could do my wedding over, I would do it at Giorgios a thousand times over (and probably still only do 50 people... it was perfect!) 100% recommend and it was totally worth the money.

Hi, I would like to start off by saying I have walked in over 20 weddings and been to at lease 60 weddings so far including being a child. I have been to weddings all over from Oheka, fox holow,crest hollow,jericho terrace, pier 60 in NYC, Larkfeild manor, flower fields,swan club, etc.... high budget to city hall. We went to Giorgios for a wedding in 2011 and than another in 2014 and both time we had the best time at that venue. When I got engaged in 2019 we both chose Giogios because they had everything you could ever want!! We called to make an appointment and we booked what date they had left because they were filled!! The owners Nick and George are beyond amazing they are family for life!! Nick and George made sure our day was what we wanted and more!! Ashley is one amazing women! she always answered my calls ,emails, text so fast and was there all the way to the end!! Brianna my bridal attendant was fantastic!!! being a bridal attendant is not easy. you meet the bride the day of her wedding with an army of people. Bridal attendant making sure she pleases all of them is no easy task!! Brianna was up and down, fixing , fluffing, cleaning and reminding me when it was time to do things and made sure I had everything i need right next to me!! from venue to beach and than ceremony, reception she was great!!! I also have to thank the CHEF!!!!!!our wedding would be nothing without him!! and the team back there making all the delicious food every guest raved about and now mad at me because they ate too much!!hahahah we also had a seafood hour. JI wan to thank John our mixologist/bartender he was so sweet and knew how to make the best drinks for us all!! the staff was on point the whole night and Nick made sure everything ran smooth!! I can not thank them all enough!! George and Nick went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful!! I hope any bride who reads this visit your venue and book with you!! After months of heartache, due to covid and another horrible venue, my sister and her now husband were finally able to have there wedding at Giorgio’s! It was the perfect intimate “micro” wedding! Every single part of the day was amazing! The staff there was amazing! From the owner to the bridal attendant and the waiters! The bartender was the best!!! I felt safe seeing them constantly walking around cleaning all frequently touched surfaces! Hand sanitizer was readily available! It was an all around beautiful day! We were so discouraged from how our family was treated in the past but Giorgios was fantastic! If you are looking for a wedding venue or any venue to host a party I would HIGHLY recommend Giorgios! The most gorgeous venue on Long Island!!!

Yesterday was my wedding at Giorgios Baiting Hollow. We had our wedding postponed 4 times since our original date in April due to COVID. Our venue canceled our last date for 7/31 and we were about to give up with having a wedding all together because we refused to reschedule for the 5th time. I reached out to Giorgios and they told us to come in and see the venue. I immediately fell in love not only with the venue but words can not express how amazing Ashley, George, and Nick are. All three welcomed us in as if we were family. They made our dream wedding happen - even though it seemed impossible. Due to gathering requirements of max 50 people, we were torn about cutting guests off that we really wanted to celebrate with. They came up with this idea to do 2 weddings in one day. We had a day time wedding of just family with 50 people - and then a wedding later in the night with just friends. It was truly the best day of our lives. The food was absolutely incredible. The owners George and Nick were there throughout our whole wedding and helped us every step of the way to make sure we were having the time of our lives. Where else can you go that the owners there all night? We cant even describe the gratitude we have for them for making this happen for us. Im writing this to give hope to all the brides going through this right now. We felt absolutely hopeless about getting married. And then we found Giorgios and they changed our whole attitude. Instead of our previous venue giving us bare minimum information and impersonal emails .. Nick and George's attitude was \"Lets make this happen!! whatever we have to do, let's do it!!\" They were just as excited as we were. They literally texted and called me and my husband personally multiple times a day. Everything was beyond perfect. Nick, George, and Ashley - Peter and I love you guys so much and will never forget what you did for us. This will be the best story to tell for the rest of our lives. I cannot possibly say enough amazing things about this venue. From start to finish they were over the top excellent. I could not ask for a better group of people who truly care about you and your day. George, Nick, & Ashley were so helpful with every request and question I had. We requested special beers and drinks and they went above and beyond to make sure every need we had was met. My dad even wanted a podium to deliver his speech (lol) which they happily obliged.Day of, our maitre d Joe was AMAZING. Like, WOW this guy is great. He knew what we needed before we even asked for it. So attentive and nice and on point with everything. So many guests, especially my bridesmaids, told me after how great he was with every person at the wedding! I can’t understand how he was so attentive to literally ALL 200 GUESTS(!!!) and my husband and I. It was like there was a dozen Joe’s running around making sure everything was perfect. The entire staff was truly amazing but Joe deserves a special shoutout for how hard he worked and how great he made our day.If you booked with Giorgio’s, you will absolutely have the best day of your life. If you’re thinking about booking with them, THIS IS YOUR SIGN. DO IT. Best decision I made (besides marrying my husband lol).I had the early arrival package with Giorgio’s, which was great. The bridal suite is GORGEOUS and they served us breakfast and mimosas. We had a BLAST.I also used transportation through Giorgio’s. I used the small shuttle for my bridal party, my girls and I had a big sleepover at the hotel the night before the wedding with pizza and drinks and snacks. The guys all met at the hotel the afternoon of the wedding. I had the small shuttle pick the girls and I up early AM and the guys got picked up early afternoon. I used the big shuttle (60 people, or something like that?) for my hotel guests. The shuttles were prompt, clean and efficient. Couldn’t ask for more, really. Oh, and we got married at Giorgio’s too. Inside ceremony area. It was perfect! Several people told me how smoothly everything flowed. From ceremony -> cocktail hour -> reception, it was all so seamless.

I just attended my niece's wedding at Giorgio's and now I am really looking forward to the future for my (currently teenage) daughter to get married one day. I have never been to a more amazing event. To start with, the venue itself is gorgeous. Then add the incredible and abundant food to that. (I had a cappuccino that was enormous and delicious!) The owner came around with a platter for seconds after dinner to see if anyone wanted to try something other than what they ordered. We had a cocktail hour and a half, followed by a 4 hour dance extravaganza AND THEN a 2 hour after party with music and \"pub food\" in a \"lodge\"-type room with gaming tables, large screen tv and music- not to mention the still open bar. Our server Brianna was an incredible professional who fielded lots of questions from our table with some unique dietary needs. Arianna, Tatianna and Lexi were very helpful as well. Words have not yet been invented to describe what Giorgio's can do for you on your special day. From the very first appointment with George himself we felt, as they say, like family. George took us around every corner of Giorgio's, gave us the history of his beautiful catering hall and did not push for us to book. My fiancé, now husband, wanted to book right away and George told us not to make any split second decision that we could always think about it and come back and take another look. We did not take his advice and booked right on the spot. BEST DECISION OF OUR LIVES. Every bride I have ever met is always stressed, crazed and sometimes even confused when planning their wedding. NOT ME. You can ask all my bridesmaids my family and even my husband, I may have been the most laid back bride ever but it was only because of the staff at Giorgio's. Besides the amazing service and all the wonderful staff the food was ridiculously good not only the quality but also the quantity, it truly is extravagant. Lastly the grounds, you will have people talking about the absolute gorgeous location, the sunset, the golf course, the vineyard the impeccable cleanliness for many many years to come. Giorgio's is by far the absolute best in everything, really straight out of a story book. Book with Giorgio's and really see all your dreams come true.

I could not say enough things about how perfect Giorgios is. This was the first venue we looked at and we knew it was the perfect choice. We were confident throughout the entire wedding planning process that we had made the right decision with Giorgios. When I tell you people raved about Giorgios, that would be an understatement. Giorgios is TRUE PERFECTION and they go above and beyond for their customers. Ashley was amazing throughout the whole process and was there any time of the day or night to answer questions and guide us. Joe was our maitre d and he was amazing. Even all of my guests loved him! Gabby was our bridal attendant and she was absolutely perfect! She is amazing at what she does and it is apparent. Of course Nick went above and beyond for us and guided us throughout the whole process. He always made us feel so special and we knew that he would make sure everything was perfect, which he did! I miss all of Giorgios team! The venue was perfect even though we did not have great weather, it didnt matter. People also raved about the food and said it was the best food they have ever had which is definitely true. People also said that a wedding at giorgios is the best wedding they have ever been to. Every single thing about Giorgios was perfect. They truly are the best and we could not be more thankful!!

The North Fork of Long Island is a special place to my husband and I. We got engaged there, and when we heard such amazing things about Giorgio's, we knew we had to see it! We were blown away by how gorgeous the outdoor space was, and after seeing a few more venues we knew that nothing was going to beat it. Over the next year and a half it was so easy to communicate with the staff for our various questions. Emails were always answered within a few hours. Everyone was always a pleasure to work with during the planning process.June 8, 2019 was our big day and Giorgio's exceeded every single expectation. So many of our guests say it was the best wedding they had ever attended, the best food, the most extensive cocktail hour, the best service, the most beautiful ceremony space and ballroom. We had heard that the staff goes above and beyond, but you don't really understand what that means until you see the things that Nick and Joe do for your guests--Things that you don't even know that they did until your guests rave about afterwards. During cocktail hour, my family member who uses crutches to walk thanked my husband and I for reserving a table for her. In reality, I wish I had thought of doing that. It was the staff who saw her at the ceremony and knew that she would need a seat. My family couldn't believe how attentive and observant they were. Joe and Nick knew all of our parents' and grandparents' names. They always checked in with them to see if they needed anything. Nick kept things running smoothly and effectively from the time we arrived at 4:30pm, through our ceremony at 6:30pm, all the way until our after party ended at 2:30am! He is incredible and his efforts did not go unnoticed by any of our 185 guests. When we were booking our wedding, the most important thing to us was the food and the space. We picked Giorgio's because we knew they checked those boxes. What we realized, however, is that the most important part of our wedding was how the staff treated us, our bridal party, our families, and our guests. It's what we're all going to remember forever, and it's what I'm going to talk about when people ask me about Giorgio's. They truly are the best of the best. We're so thrilled that we had our wedding here.

There’s really no better way to put it than to say that George, Nick and the entire Giorgio’s staff are absolutely second to none. My wife and I went and toured a number of venues, and foolishly didn’t look to Giorgio’s at first because we were afraid to make our guests travel out east.From the moment we walked in for our tour we were both completely sold. George showed us around and was so laid back and conversational. He wasn’t trying to sell us (he lets the beautiful location, grounds, and ballroom do that). Instead, he showed us around, answered all our questions and just further made us feel even more confident that this was the perfect place for our wedding. When he showed us around, the wait and kitchen staff were on hand preparing for an event. Each and every person we passed greeted us with a warm hello and a smile, and this remained consistent each time we visited the venue during our two year engagement, right up through the day of our wedding.In the lead up to our wedding, any time either of us had a question we didn’t hesitate to reach out to George or his partner Nick directly. When the day of the wedding arrived, our bridal attendant Gillian and maitre’d Josh were never far away. They were in the background ready to take care of our every need, and kept us completely on track to make sure we enjoyed cocktail hour with our guests, while still making sure we seized the perfect moments for photos, and yes, even get to sit down to eat and enjoy the amazing food. As if that wasn’t enough, George and Nick were both on hand to greet us and our wedding parties. In fact Nick donned a chef’s hat and manned one of the cocktail hour stations, and George himself drove us and our photographer in the Giorgio’s shuttle down to the beach so we could capture some photos we’ll treasure forever.I could go on forever because I haven’t even truly scratched the surface of what makes Giorgio’s so amazing. But everything I said above can’t be overstated. It comes down to the people and the service. You will not find better people and service in the wedding business on Long Island than George, Nick, Gillian, Josh, Ashley the office manager, every single bartender, server, and everyone else under the employment of the Giorgio’s. And finally, last but not least, the food. Remember when I started this review talking about how we were concerned about making our guests drive out east? First, the drive really isn’t bad at all. Second, the area and grounds are so incredibly worth it. And third, there is no drive too long when at the end of it you’re going to be eating food like this. We’ve been married nearly a year now and people are STILL talking about the incredible spread Giorgio’s put out for us last July. Every single item at cocktail hour, every single entree, every dessert at the Viennese table was of the highest quality and best tasting food you could have anywhere! Not great “wedding” food. Great FOOD period. When you get married, you want it to be memorable, you don’t want regrets, and you want the people who love and support you to have the best time possible. We saw a lot of places as we sought out the perfect place for us. We’ve been bless to go to a lot of amazing weddings at some amazing places. The family-style service, incredible atmosphere and food at Giorgio’s absolutely cannot be beat.Joe and Stephanie

My husband and I got married on July 13th and it was truly the best day of our lives. Giorgio's is by far one of the best wedding venues on Long Island. From the day we signed till the day of our wedding, Giorgio's made sure to keep us in the loop. They would email or call us to let us know where we were at and what still needed to be taken care of. Nick, co-owner and maitre d, is so amazing at his job. Every time my husband and I would go to Giorgio's, Nick made us feel like we were home. He was so active in helping us plan the wedding and being a part of or wedding day. The day of our wedding, Nick was seen helping our guests, managing our vendors, and taking great care of us. Our family and friends are still raving about the wonderful service and food that Giorgio's had. They were blown away by all the amazing food served at the cocktail hour and a half, our guests were almost too full to eat dinner. However, the dinner was spectacular in its own way. If you want your taste buds to fall in love, order the duck! Overall, the precision to every little detail that Giorgio's does really made our wedding run so smoothly and perfectly. If I could do it all over again, I'd pick Giorgio's every single time!<3

My husband and I can't express enough how AMAZING Giorgio's Caterers are. Our wedding was spectacular! The day couldn't have been more perfect and having Giorgio's Caterers as our venue, was our best decision. Aside from terrific service, we loved that Giorgio's hosts one wedding at a time, it helped make our day feel more intimate and romantic. From start to finish, I can truly say the service was OUTSTANDING!! Giorgio’s truly blew away every venue we looked at. When I first contacted Giorgio's, I spoke to Nick, he's without a doubt phenomenal. His response time to phone calls and emails is the quickest of all the venues I have seen. When he took us around for a tour, we were so impressed with everything they had to offer. The outside grounds are elegant and beautiful and above all, the view is breathtaking. This was the first venue I was able to envision myself walking down the aisle to my husband. We loved how the venue overlooked an attractive golf course, had a stunning vineyard patch and stylish fountain, they were absolutely perfect spots for our photos. We got married on site and the whole ceremony area was perfectly set up for our guests. There are not enough words to describe how absolutely amazing Ashley is!! She is the WONDER WOMAN of Giorgio's!! She is organized, efficient, competent and above all, so sweet. She's on top of everything and was fantastic at getting back to me every time I had a question, no matter how small or big. She has a remarkable set of patience and her cheerful personality and smile are infectious. Ashley truly made my planning so much easier. The day of our wedding, we had Nick and Josh as our maître d's. Nick and Josh are two truly talented and exceptional people. Thanks to them, we stayed on time and there were no hitches that day. Anything and everything we needed, they did!! They were like two ROCKSTARS flawlessly running the show and definitely made sure everything went perfectly. Even though we missed most of the cocktail hour, my husband and I were escorted to our own private cocktail hour. Josh made sure we sat down and had something to eat! Everything happened so fast, so it was wonderful to finally take a moment to reflect on our day and relax as husband and wife before our reception started. The food at Giorgio is amazing. The guests raved about the cocktail hour and said it was absolutely off the hook. I have food allergies, and they were on top of that and made sure they triple checked with me what I was able to have and made it stress-free. I never order salmon, and I loved it, it was cooked to perfection and I had seconds. They give more than the usual amount of choices of entrees, which was remarkable for those who were picky. All our guests kept coming up to us during our reception and telling us how fantastic the service was and how it was the best wedding they have ever been too. Gabby was my Bridal attendant. She was excellent!! She was on top of everything that day for me. Every time I turned around she knew what I was thinking and anticipated my every need. The staff is truly talented at what they do, the hard work and dedication each staff member puts into making each wedding a fairytale is like none other. Words can't describe how appreciative we are to have had such a wonderful team helping us and to have gotten married at such an incredible and beautiful venue. Giorgios exceeded my expectations beyond belief. From the food to the decorations and the staff I couldn’t have asked for a better fairytale wedding. Everything was magical. Nick and Joe were the most incredible maitre d’s as well as Victoria who went above and beyond as our bridal attendant. Our guests said it was a wedding they didn’t want to end because of the best time they were having. There was not one complaint, as the night went on it got better and better. Let’s start from the beginning. My husband and I looked at so many different wedding venues on Long Island. Giorgios was by far the best. It is centered right off of rolling hills of golf fields with beautiful scenery. When we first arrived to Giorgios we were taken back by the beauty of this venue. The piano, the staircase, the over all place was AMAZING. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and welcomed to look around the enormous cocktail room and wedding hall. Then we met Nick and the rest of the employees and that was it. Nick and his staff were so kind and blew away the other venues’ customer service. He’s funny, great personality and best yet— a “get things done” mentality. Everything you want in a maitre d'. We trusted him from day one that he would make our wedding one to remember. When we were leaving, Nick gave both our mothers a bottle of wine and thanked them for being a part of choosing a venue with my husband and me....and that was it-Giorgio’s took the cake. Everyone there was amazing. Ashley and Susie helped us so much along the way making sure to always answer our questions no matter how many we threw at them and Nick stayed in the picture till the very end (even though he became part owner halfway through my engagement). We appreciated that so much. We really did. And then our wedding. Oh my beautiful wedding!! We had booked their newly renovated bridal suit to get ready in. Victoria was our bridal attendant. She was there from 8 am until we left at 11pm. Victoria was amazing, on top of our needs before we even asked. She made the day so easy for me and I cannot thank her enough. Then there was Joe, our maitre d'. Joe, just as Nick and Victoria, is AMAZING. He went above and beyond for us for everything. If you are looking for a venue that has impeccable service, you need to book here. I promise you it is worth the money. During our engagement we were given a lot of advice and things to watch out for. Everyone told us we would never be able to eat because we would be too busy. That was not the case at Giorgios. When we got to cocktail hour, my husband and I were escorted to a private room for our own cocktail hour. They served us cold and hot appetizers, water and drinks! Giorgios made sure to give us that time to relax with each other and soak in the moment. We were so greatful for that. Everyone kept coming up to us during our wedding telling us how amazing their service was- how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I attribute a lot of that to the service at Giorgios. I cannot express how thankful I am for choosing this venue. Thank you Giorgios for helping to give me an unforgettable day to remember and the dream wedding I have always dreamed about since I was a little girl. If you’re still looking, do not second guess. WOW... just wow! We really can't say enough great things about Giorgio's! From the moment we arrived at the venue while visiting, we knew it was different. As we toured the venue and grounds, every single staff member greeted us with a friendly smile. After we left that day, we were set on having our wedding here. From then on, the entire process was smooth sailing and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful the whole time. Nick (upper management), not only greeted us every time we went there, but knew us by name, and Ashley (event manager) was super nice and helpful, and answered all of my many emails with questions/concerns right away. The day of the wedding was absolutely magnificent. Every was set up perfectly, the staff was on point, and our Maitre'd and Bridal Attendant were amazing - always making sure the groom and I were okay and that we had food and drinks. The amount of guests that told us how outstanding everything was - the food, drinks, service, ambiance, etc. - made us even happier we chose Giorgio's for our wedding. Praying someone we know gets married here so we can relive the magic as guests!!!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! Did I say amazing??? From start to finish, Giorgios was everything we dreamed of and more. We just got married on 9/9/18, and it was the most FLAWLESS day ever. The staff is extremely accommodating, attentive, and caring. George made booking so easy, Ashley was a doll with all the payments and endless questions, Gillian was the best bridal attended EVER & our maitre D Josh, was an absolute doll. He made the entire night run so smoothly, and on time. My ceremony and reception was beyond beautiful. Every single person at the venue made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and more. Food is impeccable as well as the service. My guests are still raving about how good it was and how quick the staff is. Countless people said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. George, Nick, and Ashley were great throughout the entire planning process, answering all of my emails and calls promptly! So accommodating and so professional! The grounds are absolutely amazing and we have the most amazing photos from there! And the food!!! So delicious!!! My guests are still talking about how delicious all of the food was!! From start to finish, everything about Giorgio’s was amazing. The staff there is incredible, and we were so blown away with the exceptional service and food, that we were so sad when the night was over. The banquet managers, Nick and Ashley, were continuously helpful in answering all of my questions and were always polite and timely in responding to emails leading up to the wedding. On the day of, the maitre’d Josh and bridal attendant Gillian were so attentive to us; everything ran so smoothly and we had absolutely no issues at all throughout the night. I cannot even express into words how much I loved having my wedding here. If you are thinking about Giorgio’s at all, I would recommend it in a heartbeat. Everything was absolutely perfect.

We had our wedding at Giorgio’s last weekend and could not be happier with everything from start to finish. Nick and Ashley were great with helping us with the numerous questions we had leading up to the day. They were also very flexible with everything which was helpful due to us planning this from out of state. The venue is immaculate, the staff was friendly and efficient. Everyone got their dinner in a timely manner and everybody was raving about all of the food. We also had our ceremony at Giorgio’s which was beautiful as well. Most importantly we really wanted to recognize Josh (maitre D) and Danielle (bridal assistant) in their superb service. They were with us every step of the way on our wedding day. Josh kept everything running smooth and even made sure we had time to eat. Every time we sat down we always had a fresh drink, this was the same for our parents. Danielle was very helpful and really seemed determined to make sure the day went perfect and we had the best time. These two should definitely be recognized for their outstanding work. We are very happy we decided to have our wedding at Giorgio’s and would recommend them to all.

My now husband and I got married at Giorgio's this past Saturday. When I say it was perfect I mean it. When we were looking for a venue we probably saw about 25 in a month, Giorgio’s (for whatever reason) was the last venue we went to see. When we went outside I literally cried, the view was beautiful and felt like you were upstate, not on Long Island. Throughout the year of planning they were nothing but accommodating and amazing to us. When I had a nervous breakdown about my vegan option and my shuttles Ashley, George and Chef Mike acted like it was no problem at all\tand came up with solutions that were amazing. The day of the wedding was absolutely amazing. Our Maitre D Josh was a superstar, he kept us on track and made the whole day run like a well oiled machine. He reached out to our vendors when they were running late (due to a breakdown), kept us in the loop of everything that was going on, and made sure that he was never too far from us, so if we needed anything, he could get it for us. Our bridal attendant Gillian was FANTASTIC, she made us feel like celebrities. There was never a moment my husband and I were without a drink or something to eat. During photos she would pop in between us with a glass of water to make sure we stayed hydrated and checked in with us to make sure our signature drinks were made to our standards. She made sure we were as happy as could be and we couldn’t have asked for a better attendant. The entire staff at Giorgio’s made us feel like family and we are almost sad that the wedding has ended and they’re not working with us any longer. When we first picked our venue and told people where it would be we heard nothing but absolute positivity and also “Oh, the food is amazing!” Now that we have had our wedding, I can say without a doubt that what you hear is completely true. Also, the vegan dish that Chef Mike came up for our wedding was such an incredible hit. I asked for butternut squash ravioli, and gave him complete creative liberty with it. We were expecting about 10 vegans to order it, but it turns out many of our guests (who are not vegan) gave it a try and absolutely loved it! EVERYONE at Giorgio’s was amazing to us, our parents, our bridal party and our guests. We can't thank them enough.

We were married on February 17th & Giorgio's was amazing!! From the day we went to tour the venue to the day of our wedding, all of the staff was nothing but wonderful! George, Nicholas & Ashley were helpful with all of the small & large details, even if we had questions about other vendors. Brian was with us from the moment we arrived, offering drinks, food & privacy any time we needed. There was a small issue with our cake & Brian offered right away to fix it for us. We couldn't have been happier with the results! My bridal attendant, Susie was fabulous!! She was kind, caring & willing to do anything to make our day special! She took care of anything & everything we needed...she even cleaned my shoes to perfection after I sunk in the grass while taking pictures! We have received nothing but compliments about the food, drinks & service from our wedding. We cannot recommend Giorgio's enough, they truly make one of your most special days even better than you imagined!

I have to say my daughters wedding was beautiful . Food delicious, service impeccable. However..... beware of leaving anything overnight. My daughters Friday night reception ended at 1:00 am. We returned the next morning at 10:30 to pick up centerpieces, vases, etc. We sadly discovered 15 tables of mercury glass rose filled centerpieces and pillared candle holders were misplaced and never found. We were offered $200 in brunch vouchers. What a joke. That wouldn’t cover the cost of one table. So what started out as a magical day has left a sour taste in our mouth.

If you are getting married at Giorgio’s you are in the most incredible hands! Susie, Brian, Nick, Ashley and George are the most incredible team of professionals I’ve ever met. Ashley George and Nick were there to answer every phone call and email over the past two and a half years and made everything run so smoothly. They were accommodating and did everything they could for me and my husband while we were planning our wedding! The day of was nothing short of perfect thanks to Susie and Brian. Susie made my vision come to life 1000 times better than I could have ever imagined. She not only was my bridal attendant but my friend the entire night! Her and Brian were there with a drink or a taste from the cocktail hour even before I knew I needed something. Brian was such a great help, making sure everyone was where they needed to be and had what they needed. He even went out and bought me a bottle of prosecco when I told him it was my drink of choice. They were part of my family that night, and I could not thank them more for their help, support and love!!!!! People are still raving about the incredible food, location and service of every single member of the Giorgio’s staff. If you have the opportunity to have your event here, you will not be sorry! They’re amazing!!! The venue itself is so beautiful, but they went above and beyond in service and food!! As the bride and groom, you don’t eat. (You think you will but you don’t have time). They put together plates of everything and let us sit for 10 minutes to eat. It was some of my favorite time, just us, and a great opportunity to eat!!! They also give you everything for dinner! You sit for a few minutes and have a little of everything. My drinks were always available (including them stirring out the champagne bubbles so it wasn’t too gassy) and they took care of our every need, even those I didn’t know I needed!! (Ran upstairs to get my flats, bathroom help, making the air the temp I wanted, etc). The food was outstanding! My brother in law Chef have it a 10 out of 10, and he is a tough critic! They kept all of our belongings together for us to pick up the next day and gave us food to take home, along with offering a free 1 year anniversary brunch! They are so lovely to work with and will accommodate you non stop. They impressed us the first day with a complementary bottle of wine (before we booked with them) and haven’t stopped impressing us yet!! I highly recommend this venue!!!!

As soon as we walked through Giorgio’s we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. Everything was absolutely breathtaking-both inside and out. The main room really elegant, I loved all the windows looking out to the remarkable views. The grounds are spectacular-overlooking the golf course and having the vineyards right there. Sometimes it didn’t feel like we were on Long Island! I couldn’t imagine finding a more beautiful place to get married. Another really big plus was we would be the only wedding going on. My husband enjoyed the fact that he got his own groomsman suite. Nick and Ashley were really helpful during the planning of it all. Suzie was our bridal attendant. She did an absolutely phenomenal job. Brian, our matrie’d ,went above and beyond making us feel so special the entire time. All of our guests raved about the staff’s professionalism and outstanding service. Now let’s talk about how good the food was and how much there was of it! The cocktail hour is unbelievable, some of our guests thought it was dinner! They have plenty of options on the dinner menu. Then to top it if off the wait staff walks around offering everyone seconds! We decided to make use of the really cool after party room they have. That was one of my husband’s favorite things about Giorgio’s. Our families are still talking about what an amazing wedding it was, saying it was one of the best weddings they have been to.

The minute I walked into Giorgio's I knew this was going to be my venue. I got married there this past October and couldn't have picked a better place. It was absolutely gorgeous, there was more food than I have ever seen in my life and my guests are still talking about how incredible the food & service were! The place is breathtaking and everyone there was genuinely nice & helpful. Ashley was my go to person and got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. My matrie d's were Brandon & Alaina and my family fell in love with them! They not only helped myself and my husband but our families too. Brandon was hilarious, professional and thanks to him, my husband didn't get a hangover the next day! Alaina was absolutely wonderful and I wanted to take her home with me! Jill was my bridal attendant and she was incredible. Words can't describe how thankful & grateful I am to have had them helping me and to have gotten married at such a great venue. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

Your search is over- this place is amazing. I not only had my Friday night wedding here, but I was also a wedding guest for a Saturday morning wedding. Biggest word of advice- you want to have a venue that looks good night or day, rain or shine. This is that place. It poured on my wedding day, but it put no hamper on the experience. Everything was perfect! The staff was very attentive from every appointment meeting to the day of our wedding and even after! The grounds and the views are amazing! The food was amazing; our guests cannot stop raving about how awesome the food was, and the fact that they served SECONDS! You really get your money's worth here, and it's one of the relatively more affordable venues/vineyards on the east end of Long Island.

The service was top notch, the food impeccably good, and the staff professional and efficient.Nick, Brian, Suzie, Gabby, and George Jr. Were awesome from start to finish. This venue not only has great food, great staff and great scenery, they know what their customers want and how to deliver it. The family treated my guests like royalty, and left a lasting impression. The amount of compliments we received after the wedding were endless. Suzie the Bridal Attendant was 5 star and delivers a level of service you don't get anywhere. Nick and Brian were a part of my family that night and I can't thank everyone at Giorgios enough. You set the bar for what every perfect wedding should be. BRAVO.

I don't even think I can put into words how amazing Giorgios was for our wedding last weekend!!! Every single staff member is amazing and can't do enough to help you make your day a real dream come true!!! Nick C. Is just incredible! He was attentive to what we wanted from the day we met him until the second we walked out. Susie is the best bridal attendant and was right by our side giving us whatever we needed the entire day! The food was outstanding, the place is just stunning and the grounds are breath taking! I wish I could do it over and over again! Our wedding was 7/22/17 and we can not say enough about how amazing it was. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for top notch service, incredible food and an elegant atmosphere. Throughout the planning process George, Gabby and Brittany were beyond helpful in securing every detail for our big day. When the day arrived, Nick and Brian were attentive, helpful and thoughtful. The night was seamless because of them. Elaina, our bridal attendant was on point with everything we needed throughout the day. She was so great and I am eternally grateful that I had her by my side throughout the day and night. Every guest is still raving over the flawless service, amazing food and the attention to detail. We were thrilled that we were lucky enough to have had our wedding at this beautiful venue and walked away with a lifetime of memories from the amazing night. Giorgio's knocked it out of the park for my wedding! The venue is absolutely breathtaking! The inside, as well as the outside, is just stunning and gorgeous. People said they felt like they were in Europe! The second I walked into the venue I couldn't contain my excitement because I knew it was the venue for me! My fiancé had to tell me to relax and play it cool lolol. Throughout our entire engagement, the staff at Giorgio's was super acommodating, responsive, and professional. The day of the wedding exceeded my wildest dreams. The service was impeccable. Each table had their own server and kept people's drinks coming all night! The cocktail hour WAS INSANE! my fiancé and I chose to not do any extra stations and guess what, we didn't NEED to at all. My family and friends said the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD and that they've never seen anything like it. The dinners were a homerun also and the servers actually walked around again and asked people if they wanted seconds!!!!! So people that ordered the steak got to then eat the salmon after! This venue can't be matched. Whenever I told people where our wedding was , their eyes lit up and they said \"wow, that place is so amazing!\" Nick, Lexi, Brian, and Gabby, you guys rock and are amazing! A special thanks to you all! You all treated us like KINGS and QUEENS and I am so grateful for your hospitality and service! So many people that night and since my wedding said that that was the BEST wedding they've ever been to!!! I am so sad that it is over and I would love to relive my wedding again and again! Words Cannot express how grateful and amazing giorgios were on my wedding. My bridal attendant Lexi rocked! My priest was an hour late but instead of me missing my cocktail hour and being upset just waiting the staff there went above and beyond and made my cocktail hour first while we waited for the priest and that way i could enjoy. Everyone loved this as they were well feed and fueled for ceremony time. It will forever be a day i remember for the rest of my life and I am grateful that i had chosen this place as my wedding day site. Thank you Giorgios for a day my husband and I will forever remember.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From the first time we walked into Giorgio's everything was amazing! they made everything leading up to our wedding so easy and a pleasure to deal with. The venue is beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff is beyond wonderful! We had guests calling us weeks after the wedding telling us how amazing everything was and it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Nick, Brian and my bridal attendant were amazing as well, anything myself of my husband needed they were there and same for my guests, if our guests needed anything the staff was right there to help! We even had a mishap with our limo that night and Nick was kind enough to have his driver take us back to the hotel. I can't say enough amazing things about Giorgio's, they are a top notch Class A establishment!

Giorgio’s was amazing through the entire wedding planning process. They were always there to answer any questions I had no matter how easy or little. They never made me feel like I was a bother. Because of all my food allergies, they were able to redo the menu for me. They didn’t simply take things off that I couldn’t be around, they replaced the items with other food. This really made me feel like I was still getting the same amount of food as everyone else who books there, even if it was a little different. Nick as our maitre'd and to put it simply, he was the BEST! He caught some mistakes I made with wording and names on my program. One of our groomsmen got sick and Nick was so quick to adjust everything when we had another family member step in. He was always there making sure things were running smoothly. When I got sick during the reception, he made sure everything was perfect for the guests and most of them didn’t even realize I wasn’t there for about an hour of the reception. Brian was also a big help getting everything to run smoothly especially when I got sick. He was ready with a chair for me to sit and water to drink. My guests couldn’t stop raving about him! Jessie was my bridal attendant and to say she went above and beyond was an understatement. She was so on top of her game that night I was never without a drink or shoes or anything. My mother-in-law also said Jessie was helping her put her shoes on before the mother-son dance. It was so great to have Jessie there knowing what needed to be done and guiding me along. I was so overwhelmed the whole day with people and being sick, the whole team at Giorgio’s really made all the difference. The rest of the staff were SUPER friendly also, they would always stand and chat if I looked like I needed a breather from the guests coming up to me and they always had a smile for us. Aside from the staff, the venue itself is truly beautiful and the food is AMAZING! All of our guests came up to us saying they had never had such amazing food at a wedding! I recommend everyone get married at Giorgio’s and if you’re not getting married then I recommend having your next event there!

My Husband and I can't thank Giorgio's enough for the amazing experience they provided for our wedding and throughout the planning process. Giorgio's was the fourth location we visited prior to selecting a venue. As soon as we walked into Giorgio's we knew it was the right choice for us. From the very beginning we were treated like a priority. The staff was always knowledgable, friendly, professional, responsive and genuinely cared about hosting our day. They were very accommodating to any requests made and a pleasure to work with. The venue itself was reasonably priced, clean and beautiful. As Giorgio's only hosts one event at a time, we spent the entire day at the location. We utilized the bridal and groom's suite for getting ready during which sandwiches and salads were provided, we used the grounds for pictures, held our ceremony against the windows, had an hour and half cocktail hour followed by a 5 hour reception including a full Viennese table. The bridal attendant, Jen, and the maitred's, Brian and Nick, were extremely attentive and made sure all was organized. The ceremony and reception was set up exactly as instructed and everything was beautiful. They coordinated with the DJ, photographer and officiant to make sure all went smoothly. They always were checking in to ensure we didn't need anything and truly provided an exceptional experience (down to surprising us with hot chocolate after taking photos outside)! Throughout the night they made sure we were able to try all the food (which was outstanding) and always had a full glass. Our guests were also treated like family. Second helping were offered and the wait staff was attentive without being overly pushy to clear plates/fold napkins. We cannot express how greatful we are that we went with Giorgio's for our wedding or express how truly thankful we are to them for making our day truly special and exceptional.

As we are heading home from our honeymoon we are reflecting on how absolutely PERFECT our wedding at Giorgio's was. I had been to weddings at Giorgio's before so I knew their reputation preceeded them. We took our parents and met with Nick and instantly fell in love with the whole concept and signed contract on the spot. Gabby was wonderful as she answered all of my questions and my phone calls/emails throughout the whole process. The day of the wedding went absolutely perfect. Brian, Nick, Victoria and all the staff made sure our day went without a hitch. Our guests kept commenting on the food and how pleasant all the waiters /bartenders were ! Lenny was the talk of the night ! Everyone noticed his outgoing, friendly personality. We can't thank Nick and Brian enough!! Victoria was the sweetest and best bridal attendant I could of ever asked for! Giorgio's was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was truly the best day of our lives and we are so happy we chose Giorgio's. Giorgio's made us feel like family and it was the best way to ring in the new year !!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

What can I say about Giorgio's? I don't think one little review can truly capture the essence of what Giorgio's is. I never wanted a traditional style venue. I never wanted a wedding hall...but the moment I wanted into Giorgio's, I literally caught my breath. It was anything but a \"traditional style venue.\" The staff worked with me about everything from planning to budgeting to simple little random questions I had throughout the year. Everything was absolutely and completely amazing the day of. Giorgio's not only set up beautiful rooms for the bridal suite and the groomsmen's room, but their amazing staff was on point with their creative juices flowing from the moment we walked in the door. I went up to get ready with my hair and makeup and dress....and Jen took on all of my dozen of DIY projects from centerpieces to signs to guest book to memorial table... everything. She set up everything up beautifully. I was stressed thinking that I would have to tell her what everything was, but I gave her a short breakdown and she went to town. She even made a suggestion about my centerpieces and it was a beautiful idea! She helped me with my dress more than once throughout the night and between her and the Maitre'D, Brian, they constantly asked my husband and I \"do you need anything?\" Even at the end of the night, when I was walking out and crying my thank yous at the most wonderfully amazing reception I could have asked for, he still went and got me some water. I would recommend Giorgio's to any couple looking for an elegant and beautiful venue to dance the night away. Thank you Giorgio's, thank you George, thank you Brian, thank you Jen and, of course, thank you Giorgio. You made my special day absolutely unforgettable.

Giorgio's Caterers provides some of the best service I have ever experienced. I was a wedding guest here on the Sunday of labor day weekend-and was absolutely blown away. I am a sales manager at a wedding venue in NJ and have had plenty of experience dealing with other wedding venues--they seriously rise to the top. The Maitre D took care of the bridal party in a way I have never experienced before and not to mention the bride and groom. Our Bridal Attendant Brittany was fantastic and all of the bartenders, servers and staff were outstanding! This place is a must look if you are planning a wedding on Long Island---lots of great space outside for pictures and the grounds were gorgeous!!

I got married at Giorgio's on July 17th. It was spectacular. Everything, the food, the service, all impeccable. Brian was on top of everything. He made sure the night went smooth and was there anytime we needed anything. Kelly was my bridal assistant. She was so great. She even helped to sew on a button when it fell off my husband's tuxedo. They made sure I had everything I needed. All my guests are still raving about the food and the service and how much they loved Giorgio's. We really customized our cocktail menu to exactly what we wanted. We also have family members with allergies and everything was made sure to accommodate them as well. The place itself was beautiful. We had the ceremony outside in the garden. It was so intimate and romantic. I will always look back on that day with the warmest of thoughts. Giorgio's made my wedding day perfect.

From beginning to end, our experience was magical. We were planning from out of state and they took care of everything. Brian, Nick and Gabrielle (really the entire staff!)were amazing! They made sure that during our reveal and pictures, the bridal party & parents had plenty to eat and drink. During our reception, they were there whenever we needed something. One of our groomsmen broke his shoe before the reception, and they screwed the sole back on so he could continue partying! My guests raved about their attentiveness (as well as the delicious food!). My now-husband and I are both vegetarians, so in addition to the fish that was served at dinner, we were brought a vegetarian choice. They even made us a to-go box with left-overs for the next day! I can't possibly say enough about the amazing time we had! It was our perfect wedding :).

Outstanding in every way. Our guests had never experienced service at this level. Charming and gracious staff members could not do enough to please every single person and even anticipated extra touches big and small. The staff is so joyful - each member really seems to love working at Giorgio's and each staff member is so proud to be working your party. You are treated like royalty and like family - quite a combo! The food is the stuff of dreams - impossible to describe how delicious everything is and overwhelming in both quality and quantity. Everything is top shelf fabulous from the liquor and wine selections to the cuts of meat to the beautiful ingredients used in each dish. The cocktail hour and a half is absolutely necessary to sample everything they prepare. We chose the full Viennese add-on and it was so well worth it.The price was really quite a value but the whole Giorgio's experience was priceless. I would strongly recommend going to one of their Bridal Showcases. They are a good representation of what to expect.

We had the most perfect day of our lives at Giorgio's at FoxHill. They took care of us from the moment we booked to the very last minute of our wedding. All of our guests had the BEST time ever and are still raving about the food, location and service. From the moment I got to Giorgio's Melissa our bridal attendant took care of everything, she seemed to know what I needed before i did. Brian our other host not only helped my husband all day but also all of our guests. The waiters and bartenders were perfect and never made our guests wait or want for anything. The location was beyond beautiful and they set up all of our day of items throughout the venue so perfectly. Nick and George accomadated our every wish in regards to budget and being able to afford our dream wedding. Our signature drinks were amazing and the cocktail hour was incredible. Melissa made sure we ate, drank and had the best night of our lives. She packed up all our things so nicely and sent us home with food and our cake. I am so glad we chose Giorgio's for our wedding. I can't wait to go back and experience it as a guest, although I would love to get married every year there because it was that amazing. Thank you Giorgio's from the bottom of my heart. You gave me my dream wedding.

We booked our perfect fall wedding at Giorgio's for Monday Columbus Day, October 12th, 2015. With the hesitation for the day of the week, have no fear, i don't think one guest, including ourselves thought at any point in time that we were not all there on a Saturday. \r\rI cannot begin to explain. I'm trying to muster up the words to really get across how perfect everything was. \r\rThe grounds of this venue are straight out of a magazine. From the golf course, to the vineyard on site, the beautiful deck giving you a perfect view of sunset. It was all just to picturesque and at times i found myself wondering, how did i get so lucky?\r\rMELISSA. YOU ARE A GIFT FROM ABOVE. Once my feet hurt, she had my sky blue converse in one hand ready to go with a fresh pumpkin beer perfectly cinnamon sugared in the other. I had always heard wonderful things about her, but what really took the cake for me was moments before our ceremony ( which was held on site and i couldn't recommend more) She took Tyler and I aside and gave us some calming words to remember to be in the moment. \"Envision yourselves the last time you drove together in the car, or the last time you we laughing laying in bed together, these are the things you can think about if you're nervous when walking down the aisle.\" Two weeks later and I still remember how tight my now husband held my hand while she said those words to us. She helped to enforce us to really take in the room, and really see everything going on around us while still letting loose and having fun. Its something like that that will forever set a lasting impression and really set one bridal attendant apart from the other. By the end of the night Melissa no longer felt like a bridal attendant, but more like a friend and we could never thank her enough.\r\rBRIAN. The perfect Maitre D. Between Us, both of our parents, and grandparents, not one person even had the chance to finish their drink before a fresh one was put in hand. The attention to detail and constant surveillance of the room to ensure utmost happiness was priceless. He managed to make us feel like family, to feel comfortable and to feel at home. His warm nature and trust within made us so thankful to be exactly where we were. Between overseeing the after party, which we had in Giorgio's bar room, which i also highly reccomend, and waiting until the very last guest left, THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DID.\r\rAll of the staff at Giorgio's, from the wait staff, to the bartenders, you are impeccable & perfect in every way. THANK YOU.\r\r2 Weeks later and I am now back to reality in my break room at work... and surprise surprise, a co-worker on mine just walked in to RAVE about the food. The cocktail hour by far surpasses any cocktail hour ive ever seen and since 10/12/15 I have had COUNTLESS texts, phone calls, emails stating that this was the BEST WEDDING they had ever been to. I attended a wedding at Giorgios about a year before we booked ours, we left the wedding and we both knew it was where we wanted to get married. The food, service, views were all amazing. The owners/managers are all there ready to do anything to make your day special. Melissa, the bridal attendant is amazing. Anytime leading up to the wedding we went there she always remembered us, and was truly the sweetest person. The day of she ran around and made sure everything was perfect for us. There is nothing I would change about our wedding day. Giorgio's was by far the best decision we made during the entire process. Our guest are still talking about the food and service.

I attended a wedding for Jill and Cuyler on June 27 and the reception was at Giorgios at Foxhill. The setting and ascetic is unmatched and comparable to very few receptions. The true joy was the service and hospitality by the staff, especially one bartender who goes by Marilyn Mojito. A pure joyful person who inheritently cares about the people she served by going above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied and enjoying their time at Giorgios. I've been to many weddings and after the experience here, this wedding will be at the top of highlights and I think a lot of that is owed to Marilyn and her hospitality. Highly recommended.... and try Marilyn's mojitos or you will be missing out.

For future brides and grooms, I am sure you keep hearing advice and complaints to look out for for your big day. The biggest being that your day will go by in the blink of an eye and you won't even be able to enjoy your wedding.\r\rThis is not true when you work with the staff at Giorgio's. They are so experiences and professional, that everyone will remember every detail, and the whole day feels longer than most. You will be coached through every moment, and the advice your given will help you build your memories.\r\rThe biggest thing I keep hearing about my wedding....that it was the best wedding anyone has gone to in a while! If you want that, book with them.

We chose this venue mostly because they cater to one party at a time and wanted something more private for ourselves and our guests.\r\rWe received way more than what we imagined.\r\rThe food was amazing, the venue is beautiful, and the service is exceptional! Like no other!\r\rAll of our guests loved all of the food at cocktail hour (there was certainly an abundance). Dinner was delicious. The bride and groom receive one of each meal and since it's so much they send you home with what ever you cannot finish. They even serve seconds to the guests of whatever they like, doesn't matter if they did not order that dish originally. \r\rNow the service was the best part. Our bridal attendant, Melissa was always by our side making sure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed; drinks, food, etc. She is so knowledgeable and you can tell she truly cares about her brides and grooms. She even took the lead in bustling my dress (which there were two different ones but she knew exactly what to do). The head-waiter and maitre d' were great as well and all made sure our guests had all they wanted and that they were having a great time. \r\rWe will certainly be recommending this venue to all we know who are getting married and would love to go back for a Sunday brunch.\r\rThank you for making our wedding so memorable!

It's been 10 weeks since our wedding and I am finally getting the chance to review the best venue ever. The amount of attention both my husband and I received from the day we walked in to just go over pricing, to the day of our wedding, is unheard of. Nick, went above and beyond to make sure my guests had a hotel room to stay near Giorgios, and Melissa, my bridal attendant, was super sweet and helpful all night long. The food is out of this world, the service is unbelievable, and the venue itself is outstanding. Just wanted to say THANKS GIORGIOS for the best Wedding of the Year, hats off to you guys : )
