Located in West Glacier, MT, Glacier Raft Company Weddings & Events is an elegant outdoor venue for celebrating special occasions. Couples who have envisioned a wedding in the fresh air are invited to commemorate their ceremony and reception here. The team here is ready to work closely with you to help you have the intimate, romantic celebration of your dreams. Glacier Raft Company Weddings & Events sits just outside the entrance to Glacier National Park. Meadows and ponds surround the venue, with mountains adding a dramatic backdrop. Glacier Raft Company Weddings & Events has various packages that you can choose from, depending on what you need from your venue. The pavilion offers a wooden deck that overlooks the national park. After exchanging your vows here, you can lead your guests to the open-air log pavilion. The pavilion has enough space for 160 guests, and can be adorned with romantic bistro lighting and fresh flowers. You are invited to use the venue for more than one day, with special packages available for weekend-long celebrations. These plans include tables, chairs, decorative lights, and heaters. Overnight accommodation are available in the Ridgetop Retreat for a select number of guests.

Working with Amy for our intimate wedding was great! She was super easy to work with and answered all the questions we had. The venue was beautiful and the stay at the loaded were perfect! We also held our welcome party/ rehearsal the night before there and that was a perfect addition to the weekend. Would recommend them to anyone!

A destination wedding can be daunting to plan but Amy was quick and more than willing to answer every question we had. The Parkview Pavillion at Glacier Raft Company far exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend hiring Amy as a wedding coordinator. She made the day so much less stressful and did a tremendous job at making our vision a reality. The view is also stunning and makes for amazing pictures!

My husband and I had our wedding on October 30th, 2022. We chose this venue a little over a year before our wedding day I believe! I saw how many wonderful comments from other couples and the pictures itself took my breath away! We love the affordable price for this venue and the views is AMAZING! Amy and other staff members involved has been so so accommodating and gave me a great discount for the off-season. Though there was some few adjustments along the way, Amy has been patient and understanding and has helped me out so much via emails since we are out of state in NY. EVERY GUESTS who came to our wedding LOVED the views and the whole set up at the venue. It was all of their first time in Montana and they had nothing but great things to say about the venue - especially the views with the Fall colors! Everyone kept complimenting about the bartender that we got though this venue and said nothing but great things about her! :D She was so friendly and lovely - especially standing out there in the cold. Her drinks tasted great! The Glacier Sunrise was suggested by this venue's bar menu and I loved it! It couldn't have came out better and we are so happy that we chose this venue for our special day even with the cold weather - it still came together beautifully!

We held our wedding at the Glacier Raft Co.’s Park View Pavilion. As soon as we saw the venue online, we knew it was the perfect fit for us and it did not disappoint. The venue is stunning and it was the absolute perfect place for our day. Amy is incredible and was so calm, cool, and collected during the entire process. She made everything go seamlessly. We also took advantage of the rafting package and had such a great time. Overall, we had the best time at our wedding and the team at Glacier Raft Co. was such a huge part of making that happen. I highly recommend Glacier Raft Co.!

This venue is incredible. The backdrop with the mountains, the beautiful lawn space for the ceremony, and the open air pavilion are all so stunning. We were able to use the lawn space for corn hole and ladder ball after the ceremony was over and my family and friends continue to tell me how much they enjoyed having the space available to play games and hang out. Also, working with Amy was awesome. She handled everything so beautifully, she was an amazing resource, answered my millions of questions like the true professional that she is, and had such a low stress personality while helped keep stress across the board down! Also, having the Ridgetop Retreat available to use for the Friday and Saturday night was perfect! To have lodging so close to the venue, and as a space that friends and family could hangout with us in after the wedding was over was just the best. This venue truly checks all the boxes and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get married in this corner of the world!

My husband and I always knew we wanted to get married in Montana and when we found this venue nestled up next to glacier national park it checked all the boxes. Most of our guests were able to stay onsite in the cabins, and the wedding party / families stayed from Wednesday - Monday, with the wedding being Saturday. We had a rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and the wedding. It’s a great venue if you want to make it a multi night event! The cool thing about this venue is you can really tailor the event to fit in your budget. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough.., I’m just sad it’s all over! Thank you glacier raft Co and team!

I cannot recommend this venue more! It was such a hit with our guests. Also, make sure to get Amy as a day of planner, she is the best! Everything from the stay to the views - even the bartenders - were phenomenal!!!!

After finding the perfect rooftop restaurant for our destination wedding reception, I really wanted to find a spot with beautiful views of the mountains. I looked into getting married inside the park but the logistics was too much work for me! I was referred to the Glacier raft co and it was the perfect match! We had our ceremony only at the Parkview pavilion, it is as close to the park as you can get without being inside. Amy was extremely helpful to me, I had never been to MT and was not planning on until until a couple days before the wedding. She helped me find all the pictures of the place and explained everything to me, She is super friendly and responsive to emails. She made sure I was able to see the site when I arrived to MT and its even better in person. The site alone is breathtaking and needs no decorations as it is beautiful on its own. When it was time to head to Whitefish for our reception I had a hard time leaving as it was so perfect there! This place will always be special to my heart <3

Y'all this place has. it. all. Beautiful mountain views, prime location, guest lodging, affordable wedding packages, and adventures. Our wedding weekend was seriously a dream and Glacier Raft Co played a major part in that dream.We found this venue online and booked it without ever stepping foot on the property. Their Pavillion venue satisfied all our wedding event needs and provided gorgeous views that everyone enjoyed (they are still raving about it). The adorable guest cabins on the property were perfect for families or smaller parties, we're talking full kitchens & washing machines here people. Our family and friends were able to walk \"home\" after our boozy events, with the help of some rented golf carts (shout out to Bissell's Golf Carts).Huge Bonus: This venue is just 2 minutes from Glacier National Park's West entrance. Many guests took advantage of the convenient location and went white-water rafting, fly fishing, horseback riding, and hiking. We LOVE that our guests had their own Montana adventure and are still hearing some great stories. GRC is primarily a rafting outfitter so they make it easy to book rafting and fishing excursions.On that note, GRC staff are polite, hard-working, and all around awesome humans. The bartenders and office staff were so cool, I wanted to be friends with them, just sayin. Amy Deering offers her services as a day-of-coordinator and trust me, you want Amy on your wedding team. Planning an out-of-state wedding during the pandemic was not easy, but Amy worked through every issue, idea, and wedding need that I had with the patience of a saint. She's got an eye for detail and is a go-getter, like I said you will want to hire her to make your big day go smoothly. In short, if we had to do it all over again, we gladly would and wouldn't change a single thing. AMAZING 10/10 venue.

This was our perfect place for a wedding. The pavilion is spacious enough for all your eating and dancing while the balcony overlooks the mountains making a gorgeous place for a ceremony. The lodge that comes with the venue was a amazing as well. It was big enough for the bridal party to do hair/makeup and get ready. The basement was perfect for after party celebrations. The fact that guests can stay nearby at amazing cabins also took alot of stress off, just knowing no one was driving or would be late.

I’m so grateful for the two days we were able to spend with our wedding party and family because of the on-site lodging. The gorgeous scenery, cozy cabins, beautiful pavilion, and close proximity to Glacier National Park made it a weekend to remember and our guests had a wonderful time. The event team at the venue was awesome to work with and very helpful. Many of our vendors had worked at Glacier Outdoor Center before so that made it very easy to organize everything, especially from a distance! We can't wait to visit again!

Cassie Baldelli (Owner) My family has owned this business for 40 years. We started doing weddings 3 years ago and it has been a huge success. Our family really enjoys making each couples day just the way they had always planned. I am also the president of our local wedding association, My Montana Wedding.
