Their talented team is dedicated to turning your wedding vision into a reality. Boasting a capacity of 50-420 guests, Glen Erin Golf Club’s banquet hall, the Celtic House, is a stunning location for weddings large and small. The club also offers outdoor spaces, particularly a 1,200 square foot deck looking out over the rolling grass and the 18th green. This lovely ceremony spot can be included for an additional fee. Katy, their wedding coordinator, will be on-site to ensure that your special day unfolds flawlessly. With just one wedding per day and access from 10:30 am-12:30 am, you’ll be well taken care of by Glen Erin Golf Club. Everything from your engagement party and rehearsal dinner to the ceremony and reception can be held on its grounds. A suite is available for you and yours to get ready before the big event. An in-house caterer provides food and beverage, and your wedding package includes all the flatware, glassware, china, and linens that you’ll need. Chairs and tables are included, with staff available for setup and cleanup so you can focus on enjoying the day. The meal itself can be plated, a buffet, stations, or a cocktail reception, with tastings available beforehand to select your favorites. Bartenders can serve various delectable drinks, including house wine and liquor, specialty beer, signature cocktails, and champagne toast. The bar experience can be open or cash, depending on your budget and preferences. I honestly don't even know where to start with my review for Glen Erin. My husband and I booked with them prior to them even breaking ground on their new banquet facility, but not once did I ever feel nervous about the outcome. They kept in great communication regarding the status of the building, when we could come do our Tasting, we were welcome to come tour at any point during the week or weekend, as many times as I wanted. When the facility was finished, I was literally breathless. The views are AMAZING! Everything is so beautiful and the details that have been put in have made decorating effortless. Now, let me tell you about Katy. I work in Human Resources, so I have a lot of party planning duties defaulted to me for work functions. I have NEVER worked with someone so dedicated and wonderful in my entire life. She was willing to do anything I asked, at any time (even decorate and put up all my centerpieces!!) She even fluffed my dress as I was walking down the aisle! Anything custom that I was debating, she made it happen. I cannot say enough great things about her, seriously. I wish she could have planned my whole wedding for me, and stood as a bridesmaid. (is that too much?! :) )Glen Erin honestly made what was already going to be a great day, truly incredible. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and pleasant and they were all willing to go above and beyond for me, which is the best thing a bride could ask for. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our wedding so wonderful!

Katy is the best wedding coordinator you could ask for! She responded quickly to all emails/texts and gave great advice. My wedding was at the Celtic House at Glen Erin Golf Club on June 17, 2023. This venue was used for our ceremony and reception as well as providing the food and drinks from their kitchen and bar. Every detail was as perfect as it could be! The staff were all helpful, friendly, and amazing at their jobs! One half of the room was used for our ceremony and needed to be flipped during cocktail hour for the dinner. Even while we were taking family pictures at the ceremony arch, they were able to flip the room quickly. The bridal suite on site was also a great plus of this venue. The food was absolutely incredible and several guests told me about it throughout the night. The drinks were also wonderful and they worked well with us to find a drink package that worked best for us. In my opinion, one of the best parts of working with Glen Erin was the help provided by their event manager, Katy Cook. Katy was very responsive to our questions, provided suggestions when asked, and even helped us decorate the morning of the wedding. She worked with us to set up a payment plan from the date we booked the venue until the date of the wedding. She helped us pick out table clothes, napkins, and draping based on rental companies she works with regularly. I didn't even need to contact these companies because Katy helped coordinate it all! Glen Erin's Celtic House was the perfect venue for us and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married in the area!

This was the perfect place to have our wedding. The space is beautiful and the staff is incredible. We hardly had to lift a finger! They were efficient. friendly, patient and helpful. We had our wedding at Glen Erin at the end of September and everything ran so smoothly! Katy was so great to work with. She took away a lot of the stress of planning, timelines, and kept a great line of communication the entire time. The staff were great for both our rehearsal dinner and the wedding day -- friendly and completed every task promptly. The venue is beautiful, and The Celtic House is a great canvas for whatever aesthetic you're going for. We got SO many compliments on the food, especially the beer cheese soup. We're so happy we chose them as our venue for our special day.

I can’t say enough good things about this venue! I wish I could give it 10/5 stars. It was seriously incredible. Everything from the building itself to its location to the staff blew my mind. When my husband and I were looking for venues in the Janesville area, we were very disappointed with the lack of prompt responses and lack of professionalism from the other venues. We toured Glen Erin, and we were stunned with its beauty. Katy was the most helpful and patient coordinator. She took the time to go through every detail with us and actually cared to listen to our questions. She said she would do everything in her power to make our wedding dreams come true, and she delivered on her promise. Throughout our wedding planning, Katy was available whenever to answer any question, no matter how small. The venue was amazingly flexible to make sure all of our needs were met. For example, when we first toured, I told her it was a dream of mine to have a crepe station at my wedding. She told us she would do anything to make that dream a reality, and it happened! The staff was absolutely amazing and made wedding planning a piece of cake! They took care of everything for us and were so nice! We could tell they truly cared about our wedding. The building itself was gorgeous. We got tons and tons of compliments about how beautiful it was. It had a perfect layout, and was by far the most stunning venue I have ever been to. The sunset pictures were also very worth it! The food and beverages were amazing! If you are considering Glen Erin for your wedding, do it! It was worth every penny!

We absolutely LOVED this venue, we are so thrilled that we decided to have our wedding at Glen Erin! It was gorgeous, Katy was so easy to work with and so very flexible with all the planning details. We changed our minds about a dozen times and she was patient and got it all taken care of for us! The wedding day went SEAMLESSLY! They helped us decorate and get everything set up in the morning, had everything looking perfectly when we got there for the reception and kept us on track with our timeline and even brought hors d'oeuvres out to us while we were taking photos on the golf course! The food was amazing, the bartenders and staff were professional, courteous and so helpful! We had two golf carts waiting in the front for us to go out and take photos on the golf course to get sunset shots! They cleaned up everything afterwards and had it all packed up and ready to pick up the next day. They just made everything so easy and we couldn't have been happier with our selection for our wedding venue! Thank you Katy and the Glen Erin staff!!!!!!!

Katy and the Celtic House staff are phenomenal. I was married at this gorgeous venue on October 16th. Every detail was absolutely perfect! I didn't have to worry about anything. The day of my wedding, my cake almost didn't make it. Katy said to my Mom-guess I'll be going to the store and buying some sheet cakes. The day of my wedding, Katy was there until shortly after the first dance. Then, Bryce took over. These two took such incredible care of me and my bridal party. Since my wedding, many of my guests have reached out to me. They were all very impressed with the food, venue, and staff. Everyone said they were so professional and attentive. To me, this is very impressive because the wait staff are pretty young. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. The venue was also at a great price point. Trust me, you want to get married here. It's the best venue in South Central Wisconsin. You will not be disappointed!

After talking with several other couples who are getting married this year and attending several weddings in the last few years, I hands down believe we picked THE BEST VENUE with Glen Erin's Celtic Room. Where do I even begin?! Our wedding was originally scheduled for June, later to be postponed to July 24. During the whole process Katy (the coordinator at Glen Erin) was right there to answer our questions and help us with our concerns. The entire staff was great to work with! What other venue offers to help you set up and take down your decorations?! The night of the wedding we didn't take down any decorations, in fact they packed up all of our decorations after the wedding for us! Even better, they told us we could take the rest of the weekend to enjoy and we picked up our decorations on Monday! When we arrived they were all perfectly packed up and ready to go, it made the take down process SO EASY! Besides being super accommodating, this venue provided a great view, awesome patio for guests to hang out on, excellent food and a completely stress free day!

My husband and I got married during the pandemic - a very hectic and crazy time for sure. Our original venue fell through with all of the uncertainty. We were sooo close to moving our wedding to next year, but Glen Erin came to the rescue. They laid out all of the guidelines we would need to follow (which our original venue could NOT), communication seemed to be instant with them, and they were able to find a solution to any problem or request we had. Katy was amazing and such a wonderful coordinator. The venue is absolutely beautiful. Our guests loved being able to watch golfers come in on the 18th hole, loved having the THREE outdoor patios during cocktail hour and the reception, and the food was great, with so many options to choose from. I am so happy we had our wedding at Glen Erin and would recommend this venue to ANYONE in the Southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois region.

I recently attended a wedding reception in the new Celtic House at Glen Erin Golf Club. It was a fantastic experience. The food was great, the drinks we accurately priced and the service was beyond what I expected. The decor the bride and groom chose really complimented the large space. Great job to everyone involved. I can’t wait to go back for another one.

My daughter just got married there. Everything was really good, the food, the service, and the staff. One thing that I really loved was that everybody there was happy to help my daughter with every detail, moving tables, chairs and everything that she wanted to move at the last minute. I just loved and enjoyed that day. Thank you.

I went here for their grand opening and I was very pleased. Very excellent and beautiful new venue! The service was great! A lot of space to fit at least 500 people. Nice bar, and nice open deck patio with the overview of the golf course. The bathrooms are very clean and I was very surprised at how nice this new venue turned out. Looking forward to booking many events at this place!

Just got married here last weekend and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! Katy was so helpful throughout the whole planning process. Everything was exceptional especially the food! None of our guests had any complaints and everyone had a blast!

We have always loved Glen Erin and reached out in hopes that their new Celtic House would be available - sure enough it was!The service (from Katy and all staff) was fantastic! She was always quick to respond, provided details, and had follow-through a bride hopes for. Oh and the food was delicious! We would 100% recommend this venue for a rehearsal dinner or ANY other event you're planning.

They take most of the grunt work out of setting up so basically all we had to do was place centerpieces! Loved having my wedding reception here and would recommend to anyone wanting to get married in any state!

We just booked Glen Erin for our summer of 2020 wedding reception and we have had such a positive experience so far! From the first day we met with Katy I knew Glen Erin was going to be a tough venue to beat! The new banquet facility is going to be spacious and beautiful with outdoor space and amazing views (what more could you ask for?!)! Katy is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I’m looking forward to working with her to plan our special day!

Katy Cook (Coordinator) Attending parties for a living is no small task, but I love every part of it. I am ultra-passionate about making each event spectacular. I love helping to assemble the puzzling party pieces for each client all while making memories that last a lifetime! I have over 12 years experience in event planning and I have planned events from International conferences to upscale weddings. One of my favorite quotes: \"Celebrate life every day as if it was a celebration.\"-David Tutera. I also love movies, country music, and a good cup of joe.
