My brother got married at Glen Island Harbour Club nearly 10 years ago and when it was my turn to get married, I knew exactly what vendor I wanted to visit first. Glen Island was the only vendor we visited and my decision was made before we left the first meeting. Rocco was the best manager anyone could ask for -- attentive, personable, reliable, gracious, and generous. He took care of our every needs and made sure the planning for the big day went seamlessly. My biggest concern was ensuring our guests did not leave our wedding looking for the nearest diner - with Glen Island, that concern was immediately quelled. Not only do they offer more food than anyone could imagine, but the food is top quality and delicious. Our guests were raving about the food -- including the lamb chops and eggplant rollatini at cocktail hour, and all of the entrees at dinner. The staff at Glen Island truly goes above and beyond. Joseph was our maitr'e'd and was cordial, accommodating, and attentive to details. He answered all of our questions and made sure our guests were comfortable and happy. I have to give a warm shoutout to Evelyn, our bridal attendant. Not only did she make sure the bridal sweet was fully stocked with food from the cocktail hour and drinks, but she saved my dress when the bustle broke right before I went out to meet our guests during cocktail hour. I truly cannot say enough about Glen Island. If you want to have a wedding where all your needs are met, your guests are happy, AND the food is actually delicious, you'll get all of that here. Glen Island made our wedding a wonderful night to remember and I'd recommend the venue and their team to anyone in an instant.

From the moment we toured the venue with Jack, I knew this is where my daughters wedding should be, thankfully once they toured the venue, they agreed. Jack gave us all the information we needed, but if we did have questions they were answered the same day! They make the process so easy. We were given a sheet to log everything we were dropping off for decor, etc. where we wanted it and they took care of it all! After the wedding it was all boxed up for our pick up. The day of the wedding we arrived for photos and Ashlee was our bridal attendant! She was amazing! Both suites are fully stocked with food and drink. If something runs out, they bring more. Ashlee anticipated everything we needed. When the rain cleared we went outside for photos. Ashlee was crouched on the ground behind my daughter holding her dress out of the puddles for photos, while asking my daughter if she was okay! She can also throw that dress into a bustle so fast, which she did multiple times through the night because of photos. Maria was our maitre d and we called them the dream team! They were on top of everything. They made the day stress free because they took care of everything! Several people told me that they couldn’t enjoy their child’s wedding bc they spent the night getting pulled by staff asking them questions - this is not the case here! They know what they are doing and they do it well! Every single thing is planned. We had the ceremony on site and the room was gorgeous! Jack along with Maria and Ashlee organized the bridal party and made sure we all knew what we were doing. Signature cocktails were offered as the guests made their way to the cocktail hour. Our guests have never seen so much food and said it was all delicious, the same was said for the reception food! Glen island was so easy to work with for our vendors. They didn’t require paperwork from them. We just provided a list as to who would be working the wedding! It truly was magical! The wedding was NYE and prior to midnight they handed out champagne for all! They skimp on nothing! I cannot recommend Glen Island enough! All of the staff was incredible, the venue gorgeous and on the water, tons of areas for photos inside and out. The food was amazing and top shelf liquor served. I would 1000% go back and have the wedding here. The price for all you receive is reasonable! I cannot recommend Glen Island enough.

We cannot even begin to explain how beautiful this venue is. My now-husband and I just got married there last Saturday, October 14th. Rocco was absolutely AMAZING answering all of our questions and helping us stay relaxed during the most stressful parts of wedding planning. He treated us like family and we are truly so grateful for him. We were so excited for our wedding, and even though it rained on our wedding day, it was still the most beautiful wedding. Our pictures were breathtaking and our family and friends keep calling us telling us just how amazing not only the wedding was, but the FOOD. The banquet managers are amazing, the food, desserts, bridal attendant! We are so happy with how our wedding went there. Truly unforgettable.

We cannot even begin to explain how beautiful this venue is. My now-husband and I just got married there last Saturday, October 14th. Rocco was absolutely AMAZING answering all of our questions and helping us stay relaxed during the most stressful parts of wedding planning. I would give Glen Island more than 5 stars if it were possible! It was the most incredible and seamless experience working with Sandro and the entire Glen Island team! From the moment we toured the venue, it was clear they were professional, organized, and most importantly cared about US as a couple not just the event itself. From touring, to planning, to the tasting (which was absolutely incredible), it was just such an amazing experience. Every single one of our guests RAVED about Glen Island after the fact and they just absolutely made our entire day! Do yourself a favor and please, please tour (and book!) Glen Island!

We got married July 1st at Glen Island and it was the absolute BEST day of our lives. Glen Island was the very first venue we ever toured back in 2021 and we knew after leaving that appointment it was the best and only option for us. Nothing else compared! The professional staff, amazing views on the water, incredible food and awesome connections to top notch vendors- it was a no brainer for us. We worked with Rodney and his knowledgeable / calm demeanor made planning such a breeze. The day of was nothing short of perfect. Our attendant for the day, Eve, was so amazing and helped the day flow. One of our favorite memories from the day was when we finished our ceremony in the paradise room upstairs and walked down the aisle, we were taken immediately to our bridal suite for a few minutes of alone time, as well as plates of all the cocktail hour food for us to try before the hour started!! It was SO AMAZING because we got some quality time together to just process that we got MARRIED and got to eat all the amazing food we were so excited about!!! After that, we were so busy chatting and talking to guests we barely got any time to eat- so this moment was so special for us. Do not hesitate to book Glen Island... It was the wedding of our dreams.

We got married in July and are still not over how great this venue was! The staff were all attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The setting was gorgeous (even though there was a big storm -- the indoor photos came out great!). The food was delicious (they even saved a bunch for me and my husband so that we could try a bit of what we hadn't had time for!). Multiple guests remarked on how well the staff had taken care of them during dinner, and both the ceremony and the reception flowed amazingly without any stress on my husband's or my part. This place is fabulous!

We found Glen Island Harbor Club via google, and from first glance at the photos of the location my now wife and I fell in love. People always say don’t fall in love with the first venue you look at, but it was hard not to when it is a place like GIHC. We reached out and conducted our first tour with Rocco. He is awesome, he answered a ton of questions, put zero pressure on us, and even encouraged us to shop around before committing. We looked at a few other venues but none of them could match what GIHC offered in price, amenities, and quality of food. The terrace club has a beautiful view and welcoming layout. We came in to do the tasting in December of 2022, and that is when we knew we were in for a treat. They prepared every entree and multiple appetizers they make for us to try. They provided drinks from the bar, and made it a fun experience that we were able to invite 4 guests to. The food was delicious, prepared with such care and precision that it made it hard to narrow it down. As the big day got closer, Rocco would periodically check in with us and ensure we were prepared. What we love the most about GIHC is what we experienced the day of the wedding. When we arrived, we were met at the bus by George (maitre d’) and Mia (bridal attendant). Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and kindness made us feel right at home. George took our drink orders and made sure I had a drink in my hand at all times. Mia ensured my wife had assistance with whatever she needed, to include quick fixes to her wedding dress throughout the night. They made sure we had warm food waiting at our place settings and a plate full of desserts at the end of the night. Our friends and family raved about the food and the venue. Many could not get over how good each of the cocktail hour stations were, and were blown away with the how well the entrees were prepared. Start to finish the entire experience was outstanding and made for an unforgettable wedding experience.

Glen Island Harbour Club was the most magical place to have my wedding reception! I worked with Jack who helped plan my small reception (100 guests) that took place on 12/30/2022. The whole process was extremely professional and Jack was very flexible with our meeting times and punctual on getting back to me with any questions I had through email. The night of the reception, the place looked right out of a fairytale. The staff that night kept our party going seamlessly. They were very professional, experienced, and personable. The food was exceptional! All of my guests talked about their meals for days after the event. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a venue! I would recommend this place over and over to anybody who wants a quality event!

Glen Island Harbour Club was the most magical place to have my wedding reception! I worked with Jack who helped plan my small reception (100 guests) that took place on 12/30/2022. The whole process was extremely professional and Jack was very flexible with our meeting times and punctual on getting back to me with any questions I had through email. The night of the reception, the place looked right out of a fairytale. The staff that night kept our party going seamlessly. They were very professional, experienced, and personable. The food was exceptional! All of my guests talked about their meals for days after the event. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a venue! I would recommend this place over and over to anybody who wants a quality event!

Not only did my husband and I love it when we toured it, but we received SOOO MANY COMPLIMENTS from our guests. Even my make up artist and photographer commented on how beautiful the venue is throughout the day. Our family also commented multiple times on how great the food was because believe me when I tell you the food is wonderful!!It was so convenient to have the wedding ceremony there as well as the reception. Our manager Jack was wonderful and they are so organized. They tell you exactly what you need to bring they break everything down for you it’s very easy to understand. Oh my goodness gracious we wish we could get married here all over again! The staff and service at Glen Island are extraordinarily impeccable. The ceremony room was exquisite and breathtaking, and I knew that this was the place we were going to get married from the first day that we tour the venue. We had our reception in the paradise room. Jack was outstanding and gracious working with us over the past year. Joseph was our maître d' and he made sure that everyone of our needs were met. Our bridal attendant was Evelyn and she was so sweet and helpful throughout the day. Anything that we needed they made sure it happened. We didn't have a care in the world on our wedding day because everything was taken care of. We were treated like royalty! They are truly professionals at what they do, and the fact that they can make a couple feel so confident that their dreams will become a reality is a comfort that is so valued while wedding planning. Not to mention the food was outstanding! Many of our guests told us that that was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. And some said it was the best meal of their life! Glen Island is incomparable at what they do. Visit them today and you will be so glad you did!

Rocco and his team at Glen Island completely out did themselves! They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and how I envisioned it. Our guests had the BEST time and we got so many compliments about how great and fun our wedding was. The food was AMAZING- everything from cocktail hour to the dinner to the viennese hour and the pretzels/hot chocolate for guests to enjoy on their way home were delicious. I 100% recommend Glen Island. They really do an outstanding job and are a top venue!

Rocco and his team at Glen Island completely out did themselves! They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and how I envisioned it. Our guests had the BEST time and we got so many compliments about how great and fun our wedding was. Best decision we ever made was to have our wedding here!! My husband and I got married here a few weeks ago. The second we saw this venue in summer 2020-- its setting right on the water, indoor ceremony space with floor to ceiling windows for the outside feel (plus the reasonable pricing for the setting!)--- we knew immediately this was the one. Jack L. was our coordinator. He went above and beyond to answer any questions we have and help make our day perfect. For example, When we ended up under our guest minimum he counted our vendors towards the minimum number AND threw in an extra cocktail hour station for us. In fact this goes for all of the staff. Mia, my bridal attendant, was phenomenal. She was always there to help me hold up the train on my dress, help with the bustle, get water, etc. and was super nice. All of the servers and George the matire'd were on top of their game and you could tell were very organized all day. Everyone knew exactly what they should be doing, Service here is top-notch.Speaking of top-notch... the food is top-tier. We saw the good food reviews on the knot and were blown away by how accurate they were when we went for our food tasting. Our guests have been raving about the food since the wedding. Not only were the entrees delicious, but the cocktail hour is on another level. I still have guests talking to us about how much they loved many of the appetizers.Everything went perfectly, the food was great, the venue is absolutely gorgeous, the service is the best you'll ever find... literally no complaints whatsover. Above and beyond!! We had the best wedding at Glen Island Harbour Club. Where do I start? Our original wedding date was in June 2021, and due to us not wanting to do our wedding during the pandemic, Glen Island let us move our wedding date to June 2022 at no extra cost with our original contract. First of all, when you drive up to Glen Island, you will be wowed- every time! Each time I drove there seemed to be better than the last, and our guests felt the same wow factor upon arrival. Also upon entering, our guests were greeted with champagne- but actually not just champagne- but kir royales, which was our signature drink and very sentimental to my family, which was above and beyond that Glen island recognized that a personalized the celebration for us. We also had champagne in our bridal suite, and our guests also were greeted with champagne at the reception for our champagne toast, so there was lots of flowing champagne throughout the day, which we loved. Next, our bridal attendant, Louisa was amazing- she was there by our side to help us every minute. I thought I had a complicated bustle on my dress I was nervous about doing, and Louisa did it no problem, didn’t even need the video that I had to go with it- she was a pro. Joseph, our maitre d’ was also incredible- he stayed by our side and asked regularly if we liked everything or if we wanted to change anything or wanted anything else. All of our guests told us the service was incredible! For example, Kevin, one of the bartenders, memorized my friends’ drinks and made it for them when he saw them approaching the bar- and even once for the friend who didn’t approach the bar but he knew she was missing from the group. They loved him and that was the best service I’ve had or seen out of any wedding we’ve been to. The food was delicious- we especially got a lot of compliments on the lamb from the passed hors d’oeuvres, and the chocolate – apple- ice cream dessert. We didn’t have time to visit the cocktail stations during cocktail hour- which they recognized, and brought us one of everything from the cocktail stations to our suite so that we could try them and eat. Along the same line, they sent us home with one of each entrée so we got to taste all of them, which we ate the next day and they were all amazing! (The short ribs, branzino and chicken). Also, the wedding cake was delicious! Our guests said they normally do not like wedding cake, but they loved Glen Island’s! The rooms were beautiful – the indoor chapel for our ceremony was especially stunning and took everyone’s breath away when they entered. Further, for the preparation up to the wedding, our coordinator was Jack, and he was so responsive throughout the process- I would send an email at night, and he would respond was within few minutes. They really know what they are doing! They made the day run so smoothly and were so wonderful! We are still on cloud 9. Thank you, Glen Island Harbour Club for making our wedding a dream!

Me and my now husband booked Glen Island for our wedding and we are SO glad we did. We checked out 6 venues for our big day and Glen Island blew them all out of the water. From our first appointment with Rocco, who was our coordinator, the whole experience went by effortlessly. Rocco made sure every question I had was answered immediately he was so kind and helpful and me and my fiancé were so appreciative. George, our Maitre'd was so organized and professional and Mia, our bridal attendant was the best attendant I have ever seen and I have been in A LOT of weddings and she was by far the best. The food was amazing and the views spectacular. Everyone I spoke to since said that it was a perfect wedding even my skeptical MiL. I even had one friend text me saying that it was one of the best venues she's ever been to she said maybe even the best. We just had our 4/2/22 wedding at Glen Island and 5 stars truly is not enough. We unfortunately postponed twice (original 6/6/2020) so we were working with the venue since 2018!! Our coordinator was Rocco Agostino who was truly such a trooper with our postponements. I am sure it was beyond frustrating to deal with so many postponements but he was always extremely understanding of how we wanted our special day to be normal. He was always extremely responsive to my many, many emails and the answer was literally always YES. We dropped off all of our items we needed set up with instructions of how we wanted everything set up and they did it even better than I had ever imagined. I actually wish I could go back in time and stress a little bit less since Glen Island literally takes care of every last detail. We finally had our wedding 4/2/22 and when it was truly everything I dreamed it would be. The service is impeccable. My bridal attendant, Stephanie, truly did not leave my side once the entire day. She was climbing on rocks with me for our photographer, bustling my dress, she even washed my shoes at one point after they got dirty. It was so nice to have someone be so attentive to me all night. The venue does a run through of your ceremony prior to your guests arriving. For a control freak like me, this is a bit terrifying. Rocco assured me it was going to go perfectly. I won't lie - I was paranoid about it literally until it was my turn to walk down the aisle. Again, I wish I hadn't been because he was not lying - they will make sure your ceremony goes perfectly. They are there with you right until the end and there is truly nothing to ever worry about once you arrive for your wedding day. The food is out of this world. All of my guests were truly blown away by the selection at the cocktail hour and the sit down dinner was also delicious. Delicious signature cocktails, premium open bar, champagne filled to the top of the glass - they treat your guests like royalty! The venue speaks for itself. We got married at the venue as well in the chapel and it truly makes for a gorgeous ceremony backdrop. The venue is a well oiled machine - our guests were promptly escorted just down the stairs where the cocktail hour was open and ready and the party got started. I HIGHLY recommend Glen Island particularly if you want to have your ceremony and reception in the same location. It is completely seamless and stress free. After having to cancel twice, this wedding had a lot of pressure to live up to the hype. I knew it would be beautiful but I was absolutely blown away. I wish I could do it all over again. Highly recommend this venue and Rocco in particular!!

Everyone at the venue was great to work with and nothing but professional throughout the entire experience. We worked closely with Rodney throughout the planning process. He was very helpful and ready to answer any question that we had. He was always very responsive when we had questions and he helped keep us organized throughout the planning process. The venue is absolutely beautiful and we would highly recommend it to other couples in the area. Not only is the venue beautiful, the view is gorgeous, and the food was incredible. We were able to have an extensive cocktail hour, full sit down meal, and large viennese dessert table. The guests are still raving about how amazing the food was! The staff were very attentive and wonderful throughout the day. They made sure we always had a drink in hand and were able to eat food from the cocktail hour and viennese tables. We worked with Jack on booking our Oct 2021 wedding (originally Oct 2020). He was very responsive and professional. The only big complaint I had was the changing of our date. We had to wait 5 months to change it (6 weeks before our date). We knew we couldn't do the wedding because of US travel ban. Waiting months gave us fewer dates to choose from and we nearly had to cancel because of budget and availability. The chef was fantastic at making small customizations and seasonal items for us. The food was really good. I wish we had more cocktail hour food brought to the bridal suite because we didn’t really get a chance to sample.. my family who came to hang out in there ended up eating it. We bought our own wines because their house wines weren’t good at all. The team dressed up the rooms beautifully. The one thing I was incredibly adamant about was not having a podium at our ceremony. Turns out our officiant bossed around the staff and they added a highboy table. Nobody cleared it with me. I walked down the aisle and nearly choked when I saw it. A few little bloopers like not switching out the easels to the ones we purchased or forgetting to include the custom bathroom signage that was supplied. Anytime I looked for coffee or something, no staff to be found or I had to wait a few minutes. Usually someone is always at the couples table.. that wasn't the case. Overall it was a nice night and we largely got what we wanted.

Anytime I looked for coffee or something, no staff to be found or I had to wait a few minutes. Usually someone is always at the couples table.. that wasn't the case. Overall it was a nice night and we largely got what we wanted.

The most well-oiled wedding machine! All the way up to the wedding day, you are assigned a point of contact who is responsive and knowledgeable. We had Jack LePostollec and he was fantastic! He would respond at all hours of the day and night and always had an answer for all our questions. The staff and bridal assistants exceeded our expectations! They were so attentive and on top of the schedule and timing of everything. You don't have to worry about a thing when you have your wedding at Glen Island Harbour Club!

Rocco is easy to work with, honest, caring, and genuinely wants to see you have the wedding you envision. In a word, Rocco is a true gentleman! The staff at Glen Island make you and your guests genuinely feel welcome and like royalty! As our guests exited the venue, they were treated to hot chocolate and warm pretzels! that's service! We could not picture our wedding at any other venue. We got married in the Terrace room, which has floor to ceiling glass around the room, which makes for amazing views and a romantic ambiance. The menu is extremely diverse and amazing! not your typical wedding food by any means. We pray that we get to attend a wedding here one day so we can enjoy it as a guest! it's that amazing!If you're venue shopping, you owe to yourself to at least visit Glen Island and see if it's right for you. You certainly won't regret it!

We were married at Glen Island Harbour Club on October 16, 2021 and it could not have gone better. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the staff are incredible as well. Our event planner, Rodney, was prompt to respond, thought of all the details, and was so well organized, that we didn’t need to worry about anything. On our wedding day we met Natalie, our bridal attendant, and George, our maitre’d. They both attended to every need of both us and our “VIPs.” They made sure that we were always happy with how the afternoon and evening were going, and ensured we were well plied with food, water, and alcohol. Natalie was experienced with everything bridal, and masterfully assisted with managing the train during pictures and quickly bustling it after the ceremony. Once the reception began, George was constantly communicating and coordinating the band, staff, photographer, etc. making sure the whole event went off as planned. I’m not sure how he was able to be in so many places at once, but it was truly extraordinary. We have received feedback from many of our guests saying how delicious the food was, and commenting on the elegance of the venue. We would certainly recommend Glen Island Harbour Club to anyone looking for an amazing wedding venue with beautiful views, great event spaces, and even more amazing staff.

We had our wedding at Glen Island Harbour Club on 9/5/21, and it was the best night of our lives! From start to finish, everything was so smooth and professional. We worked with Rodney throughout the whole planning process. He was so professional and always easy to communicate with and accommodated us and our busy schedules. The staff at Glen Island was amazing! Everything looked so beautiful the night of the wedding, we were completely blown away! Everything was executed so perfectly from the beautiful way everything was set up, the incredible waterfront views make for the most beautiful pictures! We received compliment after compliment from guests that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The cocktail hour and food was DELICIOUS and so much of it! It was by far the best food we have ever had at a wedding. The desserts that are passed around are so plentiful and the cake was delicious! They even opened up the cocktail hour early for us when guests arrived almost 25 minutes before the start and greeted everyone with champagne. The maitre' D and bridal attendant were so attentive to my husband and I and our family the whole night. They even packed one of the grandma's home with some desserts when she had to leave early. Glen Island went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly incredible, and we cannot recommend them enough!!!

We had our wedding at Glen Island Harbour Club on 9/5/21, and it was the best night of our lives! From start to finish, everything was so smooth and professional. We absolutely LOVED our wedding at Glen Island. Between the stunning venue, scenic location, expansive menu, and 5 star service we are over the moon! The second we did our first tour, we knew it was THE one. The gorgeous indoor ceremony space is unmatched, with its full view of the Long Island Sound as your backdrop. Our banquet manager Erica is the absolute best. She has a great eye for detail and totally understood our vision and vibe as a couple. She was such a dream to work with, and was there for us every single step of the way. Glen Island has made our dream wedding come true. We couldn’t have picked a better venue. They truly treated us like family, and no detail was spared. When you visit Glen Island, everyone typically falls in love. The venue is stunning, the views are breathtaking. However, most couples such as ourselves can’t even begin to imagine how truly beautiful it is when all dressed up with flowers. I am generally very picky, and WOW, the day of my wedding our ceremony room and reception (paradise) room was stunning, out of a bridal magazine. Rodney was our banquet manager, a true professional. We worked with us at all moments. He answers emails/phone calls within a timely fashion. He was my person, any little question I had I would go straight to him. By the end of our wedding weekend, I felt like Rodney was part of our family. It was hard to say goodbye. Our Maitre de’ and all of the Glen Island staff was truly on point. Our maitre de’, Maria was on top of everything. You can absolutely tell she loves her job, and is really good at it. We really cannot thank Rodney, Maria, and the whole staff. Thank you for making our wedding perfect, you guys are the best! Food, one of the most important aspects of a wedding. Have no fear, Glen Island goes above and beyond with food. I have not heard a single complaint. Cocktail hour had an abundance of food. The three options at dinner were fabulous. And, lastly the Viennese hour was crazy!! They put on a show, there is more dessert at this Viennese hour than any bakery you have ever visited. During the Viennese hour, many guests are full, or simply can’t eat all the desserts. Glen Island provides packaging for guests to take some desserts home (I loved that). So, to sum up, would I recommend Glen Island harbour Club, YES! One million times YES!!! Again, thank you for everything!

Beautiful venue, amazing food, but most importantly, over the top customer service!!! I cannot express to you the stressful year and a half my husband and I went through with planning and replanning our wedding due to government COVID restrictions (original date 12/4) -- but Rocco, our banquet manager, made our experience with the venue extremely seamless. He truly cares about people and puts them first. After the horror stories I've heard from other brides this year, I am truly impressed with how much of a class act he is! Fast forward to the actual wedding day, Natalie and Maria, our Maitre D & bridal attendant were spot on the whole day! Everything came out PERFECT from execution of decor (I had a few different vendors and provided some decor myself and they followed our floor plan seamlessly) to the food (they had two 200 person weddings going on and you NEVER would've known, everything was on time, hot or chilled and cooked to perfection) and even down to the way they packed the items I brought over at the end of the night (they kept all the wrapping and handled with such care!!) The staff was genuinely so happy to be there and Rocco even came out to help walk my 100 year old grandmother to the elevator! I can't say enough how thankful I am to have chosen Glen Island as my venue -- my guests were completely blown away and many reached out to let us know it was the best wedding they'd ever attended!! We didn’t have to worry about a single thing during the planning stages of our wedding and most especially on the day of.The comments we received from our guests regarding the sense of elegance and class at The Glen Island Harbour Club were abundant and remarkable. One of our guests even called our wedding the Wedding of the Century. The professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy of the staff were beyond belief. Our personal attendants, Louisa (Bridal Attendant) and Jorge (Maitre D) were extremely helpful and super professional. I really can't find the words to describe how great they were. They went above and beyond for us in every aspect. Even as the night went on, they attended on the smallest details and were mindful of every task.Along with the professionalism was the beauty of this venue. The cocktail room had an elegant design and included an outdoor seating area, which our guests loved. We had our reception in the Terrace room and all I can say is Wow. I’m in awe at how much detail was put into making the room look so STUNNING.The food at the venue was spectacular. Every bite of food was amazing and impressive. We had to postpone our wedding due to covid and naturally had a lot of questions and hesitations throughout the year but Rocco continued to inform and guide us, keeping things moving and positive. Special shout out to our bridal attendant Louisa for always keeping me hydrated, fed, on time and locating specific guests!! Incredible venue with an attentive staff and a Cocktail Hour that our friends are still talking about. General Manager Rocco Agostino was a steady, calming planner throughout theis past year and half as my daughter had to deal with two wedding date changes due e to COVID. Incredible venue with an attentive staff and a Cocktail Hour that our friends are still talking about. General Manager Rocco Agostino was a steady, calming planner throughout theis past year and half as my daughter had to deal with two wedding date changes due e to COVID. The end result was well worth the wait. Glen Island Harbor Club is where you want to have your family's big day, trust me!!!!

When my husband and I were browsing wedding venues, this was one of our last choices on the list. After visiting, we made our final decision and we’re so glad we picked this place. Jack, one of the banquet managers, was very nice and answered all of our questions without us even asking. Although the wrench of a pandemic pushed our original wedding date back, we were safely able to have the party that we dreamed of! The staff, especially the Maria (the maitre d) and Luisa (the bridal attendant), were super helpful and ON POINT! Everything went super well! Highly recommend this venue!

On the day of our wedding, the entire staff was beyond exceptional! They were all so kind to our family and friends! Jack was there on our day and continued to be helpful making sure all our needs were met throughout the day. Bob was our Maitre D. Both he and his team were wonderful! Our entire day went super smoothly thanks to them. Everything went according to schedule and Bob checked on us throughout the day and night to see if we needed anything and to run next plans for the night by us. Natalie was our bridal and Carina assisted her throughout the day and night. I can't express how helpful they were! They helped with any little thing we needed. We had our ceremony on site in the chapel room and it was gorgeous! The full water views right after sunset made for such a beautiful backdrop. With our cocktail hour plus our reception in the terrace room, we had full water views for our guests the whole night and it was stunning! I come from a very large Italian American family and my husband's family also has many Italian American influences as well so the food was very important to us. We heard great things going into our wedding about the food for cocktail hour and at our tasting we knew the entrees would be outstanding. After our wedding, our friends and family have raved to us about the spread at cocktail hour, how it was never ending, always full and everything tasted fantastic! Everyone has also said how great the entrees were and overall the food - cocktail hour, entrees, desserts, beyond exceptional! If you're considering Glen Island Harbour Club for your wedding, don't hesitate. You will be extremely happy and everyone will be telling you how amazing the night was! Our day was truly perfect. My husband and I had our wedding reception at Glen Island on 9/27/19. We cannot recommend this venue and this team highly enough. Everyone we worked with helped deliver our perfect wedding day. Our banquet manager Rocco was professional, responsive, accommodating and kind. Our Matre d’ the night of was Maria & she kept the party flowing seamlessly, made sure we stayed hydrated and were were we needed to be when we needed to be there (i.e. reception room sneak-peak, cake cutting, Venetian hour sneak-peak). My bridal attendant was Marjorie and she was SO SWEET and helpful throughout the day, holding my gown, bringing us food in the bridal suite, and checking to make sure if we needed anything. Glen Island is THE BEST wedding venue. We got married in September & 5 months later we still have guests telling us how delicious and abundant the food was, that they've never seen cocktail and Venetian hours like that, and that the venue was beautiful. My husband and I opted to take photos at Glen Island park with our bridal party between the ceremony & reception; the day was beautiful & the grounds did not disappoint. We had a gorgeous sunset and guests we able to walk between inside and outside throughout the night, especially the cocktail & Venetian hours. This was the perfect venue for our elegant wedding and I cannot recommend it enough. Stop your search and just book Glen Island; you won't regret it!

Everyone at Glen Island was extremely helpful and professional during the planning process. Jack, Rodney and Rocco were all wonderful to work with. I have received and continue to receive compliments on the venue and how delicious the food was. It is actually difficult for me to explain just how much I adore Glen Island and everyone who works there. My now husband and I booked Glen Island 2 years from our wedding date, and worked with Rocco. He is my absolute favorite! Working with him was not only fun but he made us (especially me) feel so relaxed and taken care of. Any question I had, he answered quickly and full and was there for us for anything we needed throughout the 2 years planning. Glen Island itself was perfect in every aspect- the food was amazing and they worked with us on what we wanted. Our maitre d Maria was phenomenal and was at our side throughout our wedding for anything and everything, including a quick fix for my ripped bustle! Our bridal attendant Marjerie was super helpful and was here for us all night. At the end of the evening they packed everything for us so that we didn't have to worry, and throughout the wedding itself all we had to do was enjoy the night, they took care of everything. When I say nothing went wrong, I mean it- it was perfect just went by so quickly as it always does. I would throw a party with Glen Island again in a heartbeat and request Rocco specifically, he is absolutely amazing.

Wedding planning in itself can be quite the science project (particularly when you don’t have a wedding planner) and choosing the right venue is the first, and most important step in the process! As I work as a manager in luxury service and fashion it was crucial for me to choose not only a beautiful wedding venue, but also one that would provide an outstanding experience for my guests. Also, my father worked at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in the banquet department for close to 50 years - needless to say it was imperative that we chose a venue meeting his high quality standards for food, beverage and service. I cannot even begin to express the exceptional experience my husband and I received with Glen Island on our wedding day! We were completely blown away, and so were our guests. The team went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and delivered a seamless evening. The majority of our guests were highly impressed with the venue, even saying that our wedding was the best they have ever seen!!Glen Island simply excelled across the board. The venue was stunning, the service was impeccable and the food was absolutely delicious! Even my dad was thoroughly impressed (no easy task) :) Not even the rain could challenge the wonder of our evening!! Rocco our event manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, friendly, and a man of his word. On that note, the same can be said for the entire staff @ Glen Island. Coming from an unusually large family, we visited the venue several times before the big day and were so graciously welcomed and accommodated each time. Our wedding had a total of 320 guests - Not easy to please such a large group, many of whom work in the restaurant/service industry! We will certainly recommend and refer, as well as keep Glen Island top of mind for future events. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. We started our wedding process with Rocco who was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and always responded to my emails in a timely fashion. The entire staff was perfect, they went above and beyond for us and our guests. All of our guests raved about the food in all areas (choices, quantity, quality). Luisa was our bridal attendant the day of the wedding and there should be a parade in her honor. She was an absolute doll and a lifesaver. I want to have another wedding just so I can go back there.

We got married 7 years ago at the Glen Island Harbour Club. It was the only spot that my wife and I could mutually agree on as the best location for our wedding. First, the food. It was amazing. Our guests still talk about the food to this day. They talk about the food more than the vows! Second, the customer service is EXCELLENT. There are not enough words to express how awesome Rodney, the banquet manager, was to my wife and I. He even supported us years after we got married by staying in touch. Our wedding day was flawless and the overall professionalism helped to make it a day we will never forget. Lastly, the venue is picturesque. The chapel has exquisite views, the grounds are nice and not too far from the site is a castle for even more shots. We cannot thank Glen Island enough for sealing our big day with everything that we needed. Please, please consider this place for your ceremony!

5 stars is not enough for this venue. Coming here to write a review for our June 23rd wedding venue, and my eyes are welling up! Jack LePostellac, Maria our Maitre D', Arianna my bridal attendant, and the rest of the GIHC staff made our wedding day truly magical. We had a wedding of 330 people on a Sunday twilight, and GIHC did not miss one step in any part of the wedding process. From our first visit to the venue, to the final pickup of our wedding items the day after, they made us (the entire wedding party) feel so special and taken care of. Upon visiting Glen Island after seeing roughly 10 other venues, I thought great, here we go, another run-of-the-mill wedding factory like many we visited in the NY/LI areas. This place is NOT that. It has such an air of old-world character, simply the VIEWS while driving up to it make you feel how unique a place it is, the views inside the space, and above all the level of customer service changed everything about venue hunting. We were married in the large chapel upstairs, but since were the only wedding that day, were able to spread our cocktail hour to the downstairs ballroom (with the EXQUISITE patios/balconies), and the reception in the very classic large ballroom. My guests RAVED about the cocktail hour (beer flights and schnitzel, vodka tastings and caviar, sushi, spanish tapas, etc), the huge lineup of waiters with champagne & signature cocktails ready to go for everyone pre- AND post-ceremony, the passed desserts going around the dance floor (get the mini ice cream cones, they were perfect!), the hot (literally!) pretzels & Italian ices sent home with the guests as they left, the CAKE (Cannoli filling) was one of the best we've ever tried... the filet mignon was SO tender, even at 2am as leftovers :-). As the bride, I never had an empty glass of champagne in front of me, Maria & Arianna did not stop attending to my groom and I through the very last minute of the reception (cooling us with ice towels after dancing, reminding us to eat, managing our bridal party). Glen Island truly contributed to making our wedding day the best day of our lives thusfar. I cannot thank them enough, and I hope to attend a wedding there as a guest someday. This is the most amazing venue. You will never regret choosing it for your wedding. It was the first place we saw and we fell so I love with the location that we booked it immediately. Glen island Park is by the water, very scenic. It has an old castle and a marina that are perfect for pictures. Many guests commented on how beautiful the grounds were and they said they felt they were at an away destination. Not far from midtown Manhattan, near New Rochelle it provides a perfect venue.The staff is amazing. We worked with Rocco who was always helpful. Always willing to meet us and discuss any issues. He never said no to anything and welcomed us with a smile even when we arrived with a uhaul full of our personal decorations. He had very useful suggestions and his priority was to make us happy. Our Maitre d Bob and the bride attendant-Nathalie- were there to help us on the day. They were so supportive that they reduced our stress level to half. The food was absolutely extraordinary. We had stations with different themes for instance Mediterranean, seafood, salumeria. Everyone loved these. The cocktail hour was impeccable and everyone enjoyed being able to be at the balcony outdoors. The sit down dinner was so delicious and people are still raving about the food. We had the room with the floor to ceiling windows and a view of the water. In summary, this is a magnificent place with extraordinary staff and Rocco ( general manager) is unbelievable. If you want a perfect wedding, this is the perfect venue. We can’t wait to have another event to host there.

Jack, our Account Manager was such a delight to work with over the past year. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and kind. He made the venue process a breeze leading up to the wedding. During this time everyone I told about the Venue had glowing reviews of Glen Island from corporate events, weddings, even baby christenings. I heard the food was incredible and the service was top notch. On the day of our wedding we worked with Maria our Banquet Manager and everything we heard was true and more. I cried the moment they opened up the reception doors simply at how beautiful every detail was executed. My family and friends haven't stopped talking about the wedding - from the cocktail hour, to dinner, the Venetian tables, coat check, valet, wait staff, our Banquet Manager, Maria and the beauty and convenience of the venue. There isn't one thing I would change about having my Wedding at Glen Island Harbour Club, they are magnificent to work with and I hope to attend another event there!

They even made sure there were enough bars for the amount of people we had, ensuring the line for drinks was never long. Prior to choosing Glen Island we had heard reviews of how good the food was, but when we finally went for the tasting we were BLOWN AWAY! After the wedding everyone mentioned how good the food was and how well everything was cooked and that the steak was prepared as requested. Everything was very organized before during and after the wedding. Our Maître D’ Maria was PHENOMENAL! Took care of us all night and brought us whatever we needed even before we knew we needed it. All our guest got warm pretzels and hot cocao as they left for the evening, a wonderful touch on achily fall night. Jack, Rodney, Maria and Guadalupe…THANK YOU ALL! SO MUCH!

Glen Island Harbour Club was the only venue my Husband and I took a tour of. We were sold as soon as we drove up to the venue with it's gorgeous views of the water and knew it was our venue as we stepped foot into the ceremony room with huge atrium windows. Not only was it the perfect venue inside and out but we were pleasantly surprised by the price. The price was right and the venue was beautiful but above all, this venue values client service and support. They make you feel important even though they host tons of events every month. As a bride, I was freaking out about small details and what goes where. When we met with the venue a month or two before the wedding day, our Banquet Manager, Jack, made all of my worries go away. They had a complete checklist for our ceremony (it was held there) and reception. Down to every last detail, Jack went over everything. Knowing that we had Jack who was so well versed in leading weddings, made me feel so much better and at ease during the entire process. Thank you to Jack!! For being by our side every step of the way and being so accommodating with anything we needed or asked for. We had a ton of moving parts throughout our wedding (first look, special seating for my MIL, favors being delivered etc) the venue was easy going about it all! The girls + me all got ready at the venue the morning of the wedding and it was beyond PERFECT. I had my own bridal coordinator who was SO amazing, her name was Luisa. She made sure we were all well fed and had enough drinks the entire time we got ready. She was with me every step of the way and made sure we were on track and my welcome sign etc were placed in the right spots. She was so sweet and if you get her as your BC you are in good hands!! P.S. we also had my husband and his groomsmen come before the first look and they had a separate groom suite with a ton of drinks and food setup! They loved it. We also had a Maitre' D during the wedding day throughout the entire night. His name was George and I'm not just saying this, he was also the BEST. He made sure my fiance and I never had an empty drink. (I didn't even know he was there and he would come out of nowhere with a brand new drink!! It was awesome) We could not have had better people working our wedding day and I appreciate every minute of it. This helped my Husband and I focus on having fun rather than worrying about what was happening. They were truly amazing and great at what they do.Lastly, the FOOD. My guests were absolutely raving and had never been to a wedding with 1. so much food at cocktail hour and 2. such amazing food at both the cocktail hour and reception. My guests were blown away by the level of service at Glen Island. When our guests came in they were greeted with champagne and berries (this was before the ceremony!!) The venue also had their own 2 signature drinks that were ready for guests as they left the ceremony and head into cocktail hour. At the end of the night, the venue had a zeppole station setup + italian ice + pretzels being made outside. I had no idea that they would have those desserts for guests and boy was it a pleasant surprise! Like I said my guests were raving about the food and the entire night!!I just hope I get to go to a wedding at Glen Island now! I highly recommend you check out this venue, you will not be disappointed.

We can not express how happy we were with the attention, service and excellent food we experienced at our son's wedding on 11/3/18. From our 1st meeting to the last Rocco was always there to guide us through the process and make recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure all guests were taken care of.From the bridal suite attendants to the wait staff & bar tenders everyone was on point. This exceptionally good review is going to seem too good to be true. But the reality is that it is true! Glen Island made my day absolutely, literally perfect. All my guests were simply raving about the food, the beautiful landscape, and the exceptional, warm service. My guests each said that it was the best wedding they have ever been to!From day one of my wedding planning process, Glen Island has been professional, communicative, and supportive. We worked with Rocco from the tour to the contract signing to the tasting and last preparations. He was professionalism personified, with a calm and measured temperament and clear, direct answers to our questions. He had a sense of humor and made my husband (then fiancee) and I feel at ease. Glen Island is itself an absolutely magical place; it feels like a totally different world. My husband and I love to hike, and so being on the water surrounded by trees (with a castle on the grounds of the park!) was simply amazing and perfect for us. The venue itself is historic, and the interior is well-kept and very elegant. I also love how the venue can host two weddings at once, but you will literally never see the other wedding party because the ballrooms are at separate ends of the venue with completely separate entrances. The only place you might see other party guests is in the parking lot. During our planning, Glen Island invited us to a private tasting, where we were able to fully realize how delicious the food was going to be! There are so many choices to pick from, and Rocco and the executive chef even tailored some cocktail hour stations for our particular needs (we specifically wanted a Polish station, which they were able to accommodate without a problem!). Rocco gave us his insights and suggestions but was never pushy, either. He was totally on board with what we desired. Later on in the process, we were able to choose cake flavors (we chose red velvet) and a design (for which Rocco was also open to our ideas--we had a blueberry and raspberry cascade down the middle). What I loved was that in the week before the wedding, my husband and I were able to drive up all our supplies (party favors, card box, escort cards, etc.). We had A LOT of boxes, and Glen Island was able to safely secure them all. Rocco asked that I write up a specific inventory list with sets of directions for how to display things, and the staff followed all of my instructions exactly. Being able to bring everything so ahead of time was such a relief for me.Fast forwarding to the day of the wedding: I was unable to attend cocktail hour because my husband and I were taking photos at that time, but my family and guests were completely blown away by the delicious quality of food. Everything was so thoughtfully prepared and served. As I mentioned before, we had four stations that we planned out with Rocco ahead of time as well as circulating hors-d’oeuvres. Luckily, near the cocktail space, Glen Island has a private bridal suite room (with private bathroom!). Natalie, the very attentive and caring bridal attendant, made sure to package lots of food for my husband and I to take home and enjoy. (Natalie had also pranced around Glen Island Park holding my train and flowers during pictures! She really cared to my every need, even when I needed some thread to fix one button of the bustle. She went above and beyond to help out, and she was constantly attentive to our every need. Such a pleasant, warm, and professional young lady to work with!). The dinner itself was incredible, from the appetizers and entree to the Viennese hour….so many desserts, so little time! George, the maitre d’, was welcoming, warm, and also supremely professional (see the pattern here? Glen Island really is spectacular!). He made sure everything was just right. He welcomed my guests and ran a tight ship that made the evening flawless. He also made sure to check in with me and my parents to see if there was anything else he could provide. I didn’t even have to ask the servers for water--when they saw my glass getting low, they immediately filled it back up without me even noticing.On the way out, guests were able to take home warm pretzels and hot chocolate. Really, Glen Island totally surpassed all my expectations for their service, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail. I’ve been to many weddings and events, and their care and precision made them truly outstanding.As I said before, my guests were raving about the place, the food, the wedding--they said it was the best one they’ve ever been to! I’ve been getting phone calls from guests even now a month after the wedding with them telling me that they still remember the day so fondly. That’s in no small part due to the incredible service at Glen Island. If I could give it a whole sky of stars, I would! They made my wedding of my dreams absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything better! As a bride, you always worry about things not going your way leading up to the day. But believe me--at Glen Island, you can put all your anxieties to rest! This exceptionally good review is going to seem too good to be true. But the reality is that it is true! Glen Island made my day absolutely, literally perfect. All my guests were simply raving about the food, the beautiful landscape, and the exceptional, warm service. My guests each said that it was the best wedding they have ever been to!From day one of my wedding planning process, Glen Island has been professional, communicative, and supportive. We worked with Rocco from the tour to the contract signing to the tasting and last preparations. He was professionalism personified, with a calm and measured temperament and clear, direct answers to our questions. He had a sense of humor and made my husband (then fiancee) and I feel at ease. I had high expectations for the Glen Island Harbour Club and my expectations were blown out of the water! We worked with Rocco, who was just so wonderful. He clearly laid out the entire process and just made everything we wanted happen. After every meeting with Rocco, as the bride, I felt like a bunch of stress was removed from my life. The location is incredible. You have your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception inside but it feels like you're outside because the chapel, cocktail area, and the larger ballroom have floor to ceiling windows all around! At the same time, you're able to protect your hair, makeup, and dress from the elements! Definitely schedule a visit! The venue is stunning (it was a dream to get married over the water) and there's so much food (all of which was delicious!) and all premium drinks at the bar. The bridal attendant was SO helpful, as was the maitr'd and staff. I'm trying not to ramble endlessly, but Glen Island simply put together a perfect wedding day for me and my husband and we'll be forever grateful!Here's a tip for those intimidated by the cost here. It's definitely expensive to have a night time wedding at Glen Island (it comes out to at least 210 per person after fees and taxes). Thus, we opted for a day time wedding (11 - 5), which is a much more reasonable price for all the same services. Plus you get to actually see the views and take all of your photos during the day. Just something to consider if you're flexible..

Above Expectation!!!Getting married is an extraordinary experience that can exhaust anyone. When you make that choice to have a wedding, so much is involved; far as researching for the right venue, photographer, DJ, decorations, invitations, setting a date, wedding party, and other hidden areas that you learn about as you start to mature throughout the task. It can overwhelm a pro, long-less two inexperienced people going at it alone. Well, God has a way of putting you in the right place and among the right people that turn a tedious task into a delightful experience, and Glen Island Harbour Club rose above expectation. The day we meet Paul Deluca, the Caterer Manager at The Fountainhead in New Rochelle, NY, he assisted us with any and all questions we had concerning all the formalities leading to setting the date of our wedding with that establishment. Regrettably, unforeseen proceedings took place that caused us to relocate our place for the wedding at The Fountainhead to their other location in New Rochelle, NY called Glen Island Harbour Club 299 Weyman Avenue. Paul Deluca met with us at Glen Island Harbour Club, where he introduced us to Rocco Agostino the site Manager at Glen Island, who made switching venues a smooth transition. The day of our wedding was a stress-free event that was made remarkable by the total explicit professionalism of Glen Island Harbour Club Staff that went above the call of duty with catering to our every need. They turned July 1, 2018, into a dream wedding, from the setup of the centerpieces, stands, flower arrangements, etc, we handed them days before and the ambiance that fulfilled every imaginative vision of perfection. Paul controlled the esteem, and the Maitre d' Geoffrey surrendered the most courteous service that devoted an attention to all of our guests unequivocally. My wife was pampered with the servitude due to a queen by her Bridal Attendant Luisa, who demonstrated nothing less than to please my wife every wish. Rocco, the maestro of it all, orchestrated a flawless command of attention and professionalism throughout the entire day that undoubtedly exceeded and was above expectation. The food was so delicious that all of our guests wanted to kidnap the Chef, from the beautiful presentation of the cocktail hour to the main course at the gorgeous setting of the dining and dance hall, every belly was full and satisfied. The open bar carried the top brand of liquor and the bartenders’ abilities to conjure up any requested drinks was far from amazing, right to the stunning four tier square red velvet cake with vanilla whipped cream icing that made everyone a lover of red velvet cake. The main course, salad, and dessert presentation were flawless!I cannot find the words that can detail or suggest the degree of satisfactory Glen Island Harbour Club staff and beautiful surroundings of ocean view, the garden of flowers, and the outside tented chapel enriched the circumstances for our guests that were so impressionable in the minds and hearts of everyone who attended our wedding. Thanks to Rocco, Paul, Jeff, Luisa, and the great Staff of Glen Island Harbour Club for going above expectation, you’re definitely a ten plus. You made it a fairy-tale wedding…! As an event planner myself, I was very particular about the venue where I was getting married, and I immediately fell in love with Glen Island. So much so that I cried on our walk through. This venue was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked on the property we knew it was what we wanted and did not regret our choice. The staff is extremely professional and accommodating. They met all of our needs and made the process effortless. On the day of we did not need to worry about a thing. My husband and I had three staff members to us for whatever came up or we needed. They absolutely exceeded expectations. The food was awesome, the night went smoothly and everyone had a blast. Our guests are still raving about what an awesome time they had. The only thing I would suggest is going with your own photographer and DJ as their suggested one seemed to be a little pricey. We used Robert from Sharp Shooters for our photography and video; he did an awesome job and it was extremely affordable. Otherwise the cake, food, and alcohol was all taken care of by the venue and it was phenomenal. If we could do it all over again we would not change a thing.

Let me start with it is impossible to please Russian Jews from Brooklyn because many of us have such high expectations for everything...well let me tell you, out of the 230 people who attended our wedding (85% of them Russian Jews), we had EVERY SINGLE ONE of them tell us this wedding was the best. Let's start with the staff. Rod - he is a gem. He made our wedding perfect and I already am looking forward to hosting our future events at this venue because I loved working with him. He calmed my nerves, made us laugh and made sure the details were executed flawlessly. Rod is actually the reason I booked our wedding so quickly & with a timeline of less than six months, the time crunch was real. Food: Catering halls aren't known for their good food. This place blew EVERY SINGLE ONE out of the water. Not only was it amazing that I had the cocktail hour food served to me in the bridal suite since our ceremony was after, but every one was asking for more food! The dinner was beyond amazing and that salmon I'm still dreaming about!! Liquor: As mentioned, it's difficult pleasing Russian Jews and thus, we brought extra alcohol for the tables because we were sure that the alcohol from the bars would be watered down or house liquor. It wasn't. In fact, we had 85 year olds coming to the numerous bars (there were SO many that there was no line ever, plus the waiters made sure to be on top of the drinks), that we took home all the liquor we brought in on our own! The alcohol was all top shelf, plentiful and the bartenders were on their game. Ceremony Room: We booked the venue particularly due to the ceremony room and it was beautiful. The backdrop was stunning and the windows really made it!Dessert: HOLY MOLY! The cake was tasty AND beautiful! I loved that plus the entire venetian table! I didn't get a chance to enjoy it during the wedding, but the staff was so nice and packed us two trays that we definitely devoured for breakfast! I also loved the fact that they packaged the cake for us to freeze for our one year anniversary...except we ate it by our one week anniversary (whoops!)ANYWAY...this was very long but I will say that the staff, the food, the dessert, the vibe, the beauty, everything together made my wedding perfect. None of my guests have ever been to this venue and I was so excited to have had the venue recently renovated that it was amazing. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ROD & THE ENTIRE GIHC TEAM!

We just had our wedding at Glen Island on Saturday and there are just no words to describe how blown away we were! We had 350 guest, all who were well taken care of. The cocktail hour was beyond our expectations and everyone raved about how good the food and drinks were. They gave us the entire venue for our wedding so we used the downstairs ballroom for our cocktail hour, which was beautiful because of the windows that overlooked the water at sunset. We had our reception upstairs in the double room which was decorated perfectly! There bar tenders were efficient and quick and the table service was on point. The dinner food was cooked to perfection and not one of the 350 people got serve a cold meal. Everything I brought and laid out for the venue was done perfectly and as expected. The bridal and groom attendants were so on point it was unbelievable! I never had an empty drink in my hand and there was always food saved for me when I wasn't at my table, which I wasn't for most of the time. The dessert hour was a complete dream, in the hall way off the reception room upstairs with the large windows over looking the water and the bridge. Everything was unbelievable, I cannot rave about this place more. I am so beyond happy that I chose this venue for my wedding! Rocco was amazing to work with and went above and beyond for us from day one! Truly an amazing experience!

The staff could not have been more incredible to work with. Rocco was amazing in helping us plan (including letting us store countless items at the venue the week of the wedding) and James was awesome running the day of. Our guests have not stopped raving about the views and the food! We hope to be back for a future occasion!

From our first visit to GIHC, Rodney made us feel at home. He listened to our questions and concerns and made our DREAM wedding come true. The staff was incredible and made our day run smoothly. Our guests RAVED about the cocktail hour and the food!! Everything was given such thought and the smalls details added to our day. The staff was professional and respectful. They were always willing to lend a hand and made sure everything was taken care of. I am gluten free and Rodney ensured I was able to eat before my ceremony! He is AMAZING!!! He listened to our vision and was able to execute it! They were willing to work with us and always encouraged our ideas. The peace of mind I had going into my wedding day was priceless. Aside from its beauty, Glen Island Harbour Club is unmatched in almost every category. Rocco was an absolute pleasure to work with. As soon as I met him, I was sold! He truly cares about the flow of your day, and really listens to you when you tell him about your vision. He was so accommodating. We had multiple meetings, and he always made himself available to meet with us and any vendors that we brought with us. His recommendations were AWESOME. I knew I didn't want a classic dessert venetian hour - I wanted something more modern, and the night of my wedding I could not believe how well he listened and executed my dessert table.My maitre d' and bridal attendant were also so attentive! If I even showed an inkling that there was something that I needed, one of them would be there seconds later. Glen Island clearly trains their staff very well, and obviously treats them with respect and courtesy. OMG - the food! We had short rib, chicken and salmon; all of my guests raved! The cocktail hour was enormous and had so many options. From the craft beer station, to the Asian inspired station, to the classic antipasto station everything was simply the best!!!Thank you for making our day as amazing as it was!!!!

Above and beyond our expectations!! Jack, Rocco, James, and the rest of the Glen Island Harbour Club crew were simply outstanding. From the very beginning of our wedding planning, they were always there to assist and answered all of our questions, whether it was a phone call or email. Upon our arrival the day of our wedding (11/3/2017) James and Guadalupe greeted the bride and groom at the limo and escorted us to our bridal suite. The room was stocked with all sorts of drinks and sandwiches to tide us over until cocktail hour. Our cocktail hour had 5 stations - many of our guests told us they gained several pounds from eating at our wedding - the food was so tasty, warm, flavorful, and delicious! When James escorted myself and my husband into the Terrace room to get a sneak peak at our reception room - walking into that room took my breath away - besides the center pieces and candles on the tables, we had candles along the windowsills that the GI staff set up for us - they did just a beautiful job. Any bride and groom would be lucky to have their wedding at Glen Island Harbour Club. GIHC's reputation is impeccable and you can clearly see why after attending a wedding here. Our wedding was by far the best we have ever been too - it was all because of the crew and management at the Glen Island Harbour Club. Thank you for giving us the best day ever!! The place is beautiful, the food is fantastic, and the service is extremely professional.The bride and groom could not have been more thrilled along with both sets of parents who just couldn't stop smiling as we received compliment after compliment...and they are still coming!I have no hesitation in recommending this vendor. They will exceed your expectations!

Such a fantastic venue and staff for our July wedding! Rocco helped make the planning process as easy as possible - he was super flexible, responsive, and helpful along the way! The venue itself was beautiful and well-kept! And of course, the food was delicious! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing and extensive cocktail hour was and how delicious their meals were! We couldn't be happier with our choice to celebrate our marriage at GIHC! I recommend it without hesitation!!!

I just recently got married (September 8th, 2017) and I had my reception at the Glen Island Harbour Club. We absolutely loved it! It was everything we hoped it would be! The food was delicious, the scenery is stunning and the staff is professional and friendly. We worked with Rodney; he's awesome! He's friendly, welcoming, patient and helpful. He is very professional and organized. The maitre d at my wedding, Maria, was also fabulous! She kept the entire night on schedule without being pushy or annoying. Maria, along with my bridal attendant, Jarena, helped me sit (which can be difficult with a wedding dress!) and they continuously checked on me to see if I needed anything. In my opinion, the Glen Island Harbour Club is the perfect place to hold special events! I would highly recommend it!
