Very professional, they exceed your requests, wants, and needs. Very understanding and great communication. Professional, responsible, courteous, and attentive. Staff are friendly, and the venue is breathtaking and so beautiful. Check their pictures out their scenery will pull you right in it's so gorgeous. Everything has gone very smoothly. I'm very pleased with service so far, our wedding is August 28th 2021 and it's a same sex wedding for 2 brides (:

We absolutely loved having our reception at Grand Ely Lodge. It is a great venue, the staff are all super easy to work with, and you can't beat the sunset views over Shagawa Lake! Kristi was really easy to work with, letting us know exactly what she needed and by what date, and making it a very stress-less planning process (despite us planning our wedding from afar). We would highly recommend them to anyone!
