Absolutely Amazing Venue!!! If you are planning on having a large wedding or a wedding with a lot of family and kids this is the perfect place! It is a one stop shop! We had the Ceremony and Reception in the ballroom. The food was delicious, and the staff was awesome! The kids loved the waterpark/pool, and the parents loved watching them have fun (and burn off some energy) Many of our guests commented on how nice it was to have everything in one place. Add the fact that Rudys Red Eye Grill is attached to the venue, if you didn't want to leave you didn't have to. If you are looking for a family friendly, convenient, affordable but most of all FUN place to have a wedding that no-one will forget, this is the place!!!

Our Wedding we had on Saturday was a fairytale wedding of my dreams that came true ❤️ The music , the food , the guests, our families and ones who couldn't be there but are here spiritually it was an amazing wedding to have here. The servers and security we had were very helpful and did a great job taking care of us and the guests all night 😊 I give this a 5 star and if anyone is getting married soon and is looking for an affordable and an awesome vendor. Choose holiday Inn. There's a pool , hot tub and nice rooms to relax at the end of the night !

Overall it was a beautiful reception. The service and food were amazing. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 starts is we couldn’t take any of the food home. That is a lot of money down the drain. I would of been happy to sign a form.

I highly recommend working with Kelsi(Director of weddings and events) at Lakeville Holiday Inn. As a photographer of weddings, I have photographed at many venues and this one is an absolute gem in Lakeville with how well Kelsi keeps the day flowing and well organized for wedding couples. This venue was PERFECT!!!! We opted for the Italian Buffet and it was so dang delicious. I kick myself for not asking for a bowl of the fettuccine for after the reception. The catering staff was incredible and super helpful and attentive. Kelsi was our coordinator and she was a dream to work with. Very to the point but super accommodating at the same time. 10/10 would do my wedding again with them! thank you for the beautiful day

Kelsi was so amazing to work with, I never felt anxious or overwhelmed about anything which says a lot when planing a wedding. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests loved it! Our wedding was gorgeous, however I wasn’t thrilled with the mount of double work that was caused by mistakes with the staff. Less than thrilled to seriously be planning the wedding with them and finalizing things ONLY week before the wedding. I had so many other things were going on, I thought the meeting we had together 3 weeks prior was the final one, but nope. The staff could only meet at 4pm the latest, that was impossible to fit into our schedules living 40+ minutes away during rush hour & working full time up until the wedding. We received this email a week prior to our event that we must meet.The charges & just not having accounting in the right places on how much we had put down & charging us for cash bar prices vs. host bar prices (prices they said updated but we never received notice they did) are really the only annoying parts. This may be kinda petty review, but the last thing I want to do a month after my wedding (first we heard anything from them) is doing pencil math on the back of a napkin ensuring they charged us the correct amount.Again reception was amazing, the administrative staff processes ultimately had something to be desired.

The Holiday Inn Grand Facile Ballroom was a perfect venue for our wedding reception. The staff ensured every table has place settings and the napkins were folded perfectly. We held our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and wedding @ the Grand Facile Ballroom. The food for all of our events was fabulous. We had so many compliments on the food and one of my regrets was not eating enough at dinner! The wedding coordinators Jessica and Lexie always made me feel like things were taken care of. They always responded to questions or concerns we had. Not only were the coordinators great but the catering staff that helped during dinner and bartenders went above and beyond our expectations. We loved every part of the wedding and it was worth every penny.

My husband and I had a great experience working with the Holiday Inn in Lakeville. Jessica was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. When I arrived at the reception with the wedding party everything looked better than I imagined. We received so many compliments from our guests on how amazing the food was. We had the buffet and late night pretzels and cheese and everything was delicious. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn for wedding receptions. Our experience with the Holiday Inn ballroom in Lakeville was a great one! Our contacts were timely and went out of their way to answer specific questions I had. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were in between hiring a new wedding person so 2 people were trying to do that job and their own jobs. We ended up having to meet with both individuals who were so friendly, but we found that at times they contradicted one another about what would be available and other details. However, both individuals were professional and had answers for us , or took the time to find out the answer. The Holiday Inn was in the middle of a transition and they handled it superbly. On the day of, they took it upon themselves to make sure the flowers were added to our wedding cake and that all the details were set up and looked great for our guests. I’ve received so many compliments on how the ballroom looked when guests entered.

My Wife and I looked at a couple places in the area and ultimately choose the Holiday Inn and Suites in Lakeville. The service we got from their staff was great. Always friendly to deal with and made the process very easy. The day of the wedding everything was fantastic. We received so many complements on the food. Our menu was delicious. The atmosphere was euphoric that evening. The evening of music, dancing, and drinks was excellent. Couldn't of been happier we went with Holiday Inn and Suites in Lakeville.

I was the father of the groom and hosted the rehearsal dinner. Being I live 4 hours away, I contacted the sales staff at the Lakeville Holiday Inn. All I can say is, they handled everything... beautifully! The waitstaff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The meal was delicious. If I lived closer and had any type of event to host, they would be my first call. Special thanks to Lexie, Jessica and Amanda for always promptly getting back to me when I would have a question or problem. Everyone had a good time!

Our wedding at the HI Lakeville was so great! The highlights were: the staff on the day of- I seriously felt like a Queen! The head banquet server was personally waiting on us and doing any little thing we asked of him, including helping moms and kids get their plates of dinner (dad was sitting at the head table with us.) Another highlight was the set up and take down, all completed by HI staff and included in the price. I loved not having to worry about taking everything down at the end of the night. They set it up beautiful and everyone loved it. Also, the food was AMAZING and we still hear compliments about the flank steak and the mac n cheese. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we had some communication issues within the months leading up to the wedding, with it taking a while to respond to emails or me repeating myself. I think this may have been due to the first event coordinator leaving her role after we signed up. I would still recommend the place and would absolutely personally use them again. Oh! And lastly- ceremony and reception all in one place THE BEST.

I was quite disappointed with the communication at the Holiday Inn. Throughout the planning process I talked to at least 4 different people. I had set up meetings that were canceled day-off twice after I had traveled a long distance. On my wedding day, the reception space was set up in a rush with family having to help out. The menu items we chose were incorrect and to top it all off they placed my in-laws table in the wrong spot (not up front but back by the DJ...nightmare!). On a positive note, the space was nice and the rooms were newly renovated. Amanda was great getting more rooms added to our block of rooms.

When we first started searching for a reception venue we stumbled upon the Holiday Inn. It checked all of our boxes so we decided to go ahead and book, little did we know they would go above and beyond to make our day perfect. They helped with everything we could think of. They answered 10 emails a day with questions leading up, to helping with set up and clean up the day of. When we first started searching for a reception venue we stumbled upon the Holiday Inn. It checked all of our boxes so we decided to go ahead and book, little did we know they would go above and beyond to make our day perfect. They helped with everything we could think of. They answered 10 emails a day with questions leading up, to helping with set up and clean up the day of. We received so many compliments saying how fantastic the food was and how the staff was even better! We cannot thank everyone from the holiday inn enough for making our day truly a perfect day. We originally began working with the Holiday Inn Lakeville with their venue coordinator Heidi K., but sadly, she moved onto another venue a few months before the wedding. The transition to Jamie was seamless, and they made sure all of our notes/discussions were passed along so we did not lose any groundwork laid out earlier in the planning process. They catered to our every request and even provided some great insight and recommendations regarding timing and nuances of the venue (i.e. whether to have brunch in the ballroom or conference room). In regards to booking rooms and checking the room block, our hats go off to Mitch and Amanda. Mitch took care of everything for us from showing us what the rooms looked like in our early visits, to asking if we needed anything every time he passed us in the hallways that weekend. Amanda updated us regularly on how the room block was doing and if we needed to add any additional accommodations, which was extremely helpful in keeping us aware of who booked a room and making sure we had the right number of guests who RSVP’d. The catering from Rudy’s truly does not need any description besides all of guests complimented their meals saying all of the food was delicious. If anyone wants to try their food before thinking of having a wedding there, make Rudy’s a date night and try some of their different food – you will not be disappointed! We opted for chicken breasts in a campaign sauce, pork with a cranberry sauce, pasta for a vegetarian option, and chicken fingers as a kids option. Our sides were mashed potatoes and Asian-style green beans. All of the staff at the Holiday Inn Lakeville genuinely seemed excited for our special day, which made our day even more perfect knowing they were as happy for us as our friends and family.

Heidi and her staff were the dream team from day one. They were our first and only venue tour we did (even though we had others set up) because after our initial meeting and seeing what was offered, included and how dedicated Heidi was, we knew this was our venue! Heidi was always attentive - paying attention to each detail and willing to answer any and all questions I had. She made it super easy to plan everything from living afar for not always being able to be there and the rest of her team was very helpful as well. The food there is awesome and the green beans..are to die for! We chose the diamond buffet so we got a little bit of everything and were able to please all of our guests likes. Let me tell you, they raved about the food; we’re still getting compliments about it! We ourselves go there to the restaurant quite often. Our bartender and security guard were also great, willing to help where they could and make sure everyone got back to their rooms safe. The security guard even came to check on us the next morning to make sure everything was okay! It was nice to have the option of the cash bar in the ballroom but to also be able to go into Rudy’s and order drinks there to bring back. Heidi made our reception a dream, the decorating skills were exactly as I imagined. We opted to do our gift opening there as well the morning after with some bagels, coffee and juice for the guests that wanted to attend. It was super easy and convienent to have everything done in one place since we had a lot of out of town guests. Heidi, we want to thank you again for all your hard work and dedication to our wedding - everything went off without a hitch and the night was beyond perfect! We will continue to reccomend Holiday Inn Lakeville where and when we can. We can’t wait to hopefully come back one day and celebrate in there again!

We used Rudy's Red Eye Catering from Holiday Inn Lakeville for our wedding and the food was AMAZING! They have an expansive menu with lots of options and price package varieties. We did a buffet and all of our guests raved about how delicious the food was! We also had desserts and appetizers from Rudy's that were were presented so nicely and so good! The service was fantastic - on the day of they brought all the food equipment, linens, dishware, etc and even helped us out by bringing extra trays. They were professional and efficient and did all the coordination with our venue. We had multiple calls and meetings with them prior to the big day and they were great at asking questions and making sure we had all we needed! Would highly recommend!

I don't even know where to begin. Our day was BEYOND PERFECT! We decided to do our ceremony and reception at the Holiday Inn. The staff were INCREDIBLE!!! I'm still hearing compliments on the food and the way the staff treated everyone. If you are a bride that worries about having the PERFECT day, I would highly suggest Holiday Inn. Heidi is the wedding coordinator there and she was AMAZING! Every little detail was taken care of and I just had to show up on our Wedding day! My husband and I cannot express in words how incredible our experience was with the Holiday Inn and Suites Lakeville. From the moment that we began looking into this venue for our wedding reception until our big day, we received overwhelming support and guidance from the wedding coordinator, Heidi, and the rest of the staff. Heidi was an absolute pleasure to work with, and helped us tremendously throughout our wedding planning. Not only was Heidi organized and helpful in sorting out the details of our reception, but it was also evident how much she genuinely cared about her job and our wedding reception. In addition, the group rooms coordinator, Amanda, was extremely helpful with ensuring that the accommodations were perfect for all of our guests. We had a large number of guests traveling from other states, and Amanda was very responsive and helpful with updating our room block and ensuring our guests had the accommodations that they needed. Overall, our wedding reception was an absolute dream come true, and we continue to receive compliments about how amazing everything was. The Holiday Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the start, the planner, Heidi, was perfectly helpful and organized. She answered all of our questions promptly and completely, made sure that the hotel could accommodate all of our requests, and worked with us to make our day exactly what we wanted.All of our guests were from out of town, and they appreciated the hotel amenities (especially the pool.) The hotel allowed us to adjust our room block multiple times due to the number of out of town guests, and even left some thoughtful treats in our suite. The event space was perfect for our party, and was able to accommodate around 230 attendees for the ceremony. We had both the reception and ceremony on site, with the main hall split into 2 rooms. After the ceremony the guests moved to the second room/bar area and hallway, which was a little congested due to the number of people. However, the event staff flipped the ceremony space into reception space on schedule so it was only a minor inconvenience for the guests. The staff was on point after dinner as well with removing tables and converting a dance floor.Many of our guests complimented the food, and we were very satisfied with both the price and quality of the buffet. Overall, the planning was exceptional, the hotel did a great job accommodating our requests, the staff were courteous and professional, and we were completely satisfied with our decision to host our wedding at the Holiday Inn.

All of our guests raved about the food, and the ease of getting thru the line of the buffet. We did serve each guest with their choice of dessert, and that went very smooth. I dropped off all of our décor on Wednesday for our Saturday wedding, and by the time our first guest arrived, everything was set up and ready for them. Sunday Morning, we woke up and went back to the banquet hall to find most of our décor was already boxed up in the same boxes that I delivered it and ready for us to load back up into our car. Holiday Inn was great to work with, they were very accommodating to our requests, and prompt when I had emailed a question if something was possible or not possible. This was 1 of 3 locations that we toured, and the others had package pricing, and if you didn't want something included in that package, you either had to still pay for it, or you could lower the package and the add others items in, which made it to be much more expensive. The team gave us one flat price for everything, and there was no hidden prices or fees later on. They were very flexible on what we wanted our day to look like.

The team gave us one flat price for everything, and there was no hidden prices or fees later on. They were very flexible on what we wanted our day to look like.

All the staff we came into contact with during the planning and during the wedding day were polite, kind, and so helpful. Food was also wonderful!Many of our guests have told us that they had a great time and that we had chosen a beautiful venue. I was able to relax in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day as I knew that everything would be taken care of by Heidi and staff! Everyone complimented us on how amazing the food was. Heidi helped everything go as smooth as possible. It was perfect that we were connected to the Hotel and they handled the Hotel block for us so we didn't have to worry about a thing. I definitely would recommend using thr Holiday Inn for your venue. We had our wedding on August 6, 2016 and could not have chosen a better hotel venue. Heidi was absolutely amazing to work with I was not worried any step of the way. Its beyond helpful that her and her team set everything up for you as it takes a lot of stress away the day of the wedding because you know things are in good hands. I would definitely recommend working with Heidi! The wait staff was prompt and kind we did not experience any delays in serving dinner or handing out cake. The bartenders were also amazing our guests loved their personality and how they were not just bartenders but also engaging with the guest and showing they are also having a great time doing their job! The venue itself was great as well. Not all of our guests wanted to dance or be in the ballroom the whole time, at this venue they were able to use all the space (hallways, Rudy's, and outside). Finally, the food was absolutely amazing even better at our wedding than our taste testing. No one was disappointed in the food we served.

I will say first that we did not get married at the hotel. We stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding and for the wedding night. The hotel room was nice and there was a lot of room for me and my bridesmaids to get ready for the ceremony. The bed was comfortable and very nice. My 10 yr old stepdaughter loved the pool/waterpark . I have to say that I was very disappointed that, for how much we paid for our room ($140/night), that there was no free breakfast (not even a continental one) for us at the hotel. I've stayed at other hotels, paid less for the room and gotten at least a little something for breakfast. While that might sound nitpicky, we are very tight on money and paid for the wedding (and the rooms) ourselves. I made the decision to pay for a room for both nights so my groom and I would not see each other the night before and for my bridesmaids and I to get ready before the ceremony. So, all that being said, I'm very disappointed by the fact there was no breakfast available. I will not stay there in the future and I would not recommend it to anyone either. Sorry, Holiday Inn and Suites, but if you really were \"full-service\" then you really would be full-service and offer breakfast.

Josh and I were married on September 10th, 2016 and our venue was the Holiday Inn and Suites. It was everything we hoped for and the evening was more than perfect. We had amazing reviews from our guests about the food and service throughout the evening and are still hearing about it today, two weeks later! More than 75% of our guests traveled from many different states to come to our wedding, choosing the Holiday Inn and Suites gave us just what our guests needed. The hotel rooms which were directly connected to the ballroom and wonderful service from all the staff members was something we really appreciated. The restaurant attached was also wonderful for our guests. Danielle, who worked with our room block gave us exactly what we needed for our guest rooms. Danielle was awesome to work with and was very organized with our room blocks. Victor and his staff were beyond amazing to work with! The service was amazing for our wedding party at the head table and for our guests. The bartenders were so much fun! The bartender came to our head table and introduced himself at the beginning of the evening and was so genuine. Everyone enjoyed their drinks throughout the night and there was never an issue with bar service throughout the entire night. Heidi was more than wonderful to work with. We cannot express enough how much time we felt she put into working with us whether it was through emails, telephone calls, meeting with us to discuss plans and not to mention the individual food tasting she let us do, as we live in Minot, ND and could not make it to the scheduled food tasting the Holiday Inn had planned. From the day I booked with Holiday Inn and Suites, until the wedding day itself and after the wedding Heidi was always so helpful and easy to work with!I cannot express how amazing the staff at Holiday Inn and Suites are, and how beautiful our wedding dream turned out. We are so thankful we choose Holiday Inn and Suites for our wedding reception and will recommend for years to come!

Our reception was exactly what we had hoped for and we couldn't have done it without the help of this amazing staff. She is the sweetest person and made me feel calm throughout the stress of planning a wedding. Every single person in the building greeted us with a smile and were quick to help with anything we needed! Can I also mention that she also went on maternity leave and became a new mom and didn't skip a beat the entire time? She was phenomenal, professional, very detail-oriented and a pleasure to work with. She is also very personable: no matter when I happened to drop by the hotel because I just happened to be in the area, she always knew who I was, which is incredible considering the volume of weddings that this venue hosts each year. The ballroom is spacious and beautiful and the venue is flexible with the DJ services, cake bakery, etc. The food was awesome, Rudy's does a great job and is economical, especially considering the quality of the food. Our guests loved visiting Rudy's for meals before and after our event. It is a unique great bar/grill with fun staff and delicious, quality food choices for all palettes. We got tons of compliments from our guests on our wine selection. The hotel is spacious and comfortable and I really enjoyed having our guests not having to worry about drinking and driving, since there were plenty of rooms for our guests to stay the night. The water park is great for little kids and a number of our guests utilized this both the day of and the day after our wedding. Again, I can't emphasize enough as to how fantastically perfect our day was, which was all possible thanks to Heidi. I would highly encourage anyone even considering this venue to meet with her, because you will be blown away.

I don't think words will ever be able to begin to explain how hard working, thoughtful, organized, and amazing the people are that are a part of Holiday Inn in Lakeville. Our day was PERFECT. We got married in 2 sections of the ballroom, the a cocktail hour was put on in the third section while the staff flipped the room for the reception in UNDER an hour. It turned out MAGICAL. Heidi kurkowski, the event coordinator, is a dream to work with. I didn't worry once about a thing, she is calm, cool, collected, professional, genuine, and kind. My husband lost his ring at one point in the night and Antoine, the manager at Rudy's DUG through a GARBAGE and found it. You cannot beat the people at this venue. For a hotel ballroom they create your vision and treat you like gold.... Reasonably priced and perfect. The Meyers will be frequent flyers for years to come...xo!

I don't think words will ever be able to begin to explain how hard working, thoughtful, organized, and amazing the people are that are a part of Holiday Inn in Lakeville. Our day was PERFECT. We got married in 2 sections of the ballroom, the a cocktail hour was put on in the third section while the staff flipped the room for the reception in UNDER an hour. It turned out MAGICAL. Heidi kurkowski, the event coordinator, is a dream to work with. I didn't worry once about a thing, she is calm, cool, collected, professional, genuine, and kind. My husband lost his ring at one point in the night and Antoine, the manager at Rudy's DUG through a GARBAGE and found it. You cannot beat the people at this venue. For a hotel ballroom they create your vision and treat you like gold.... Reasonably priced and perfect. The Meyers will be frequent flyers for years to come...xo!

Seriously, from the hotel front desk staff to the wedding night reception staff to the catering team. From the minute I walked in to tour the venue and met Heidi's smiling face I knew I didn't want to look anymore. I was late to start planning, less than 4 months away, but you would never know by their planning and organizational talent! We have received so many compliments about our wedding. We held both our ceremony and reception there. Guests loved they could stay at hotel, which offers great water park area for families. The night of our wedding, Jamie the coordinator for the night made sure everything was exactly as I wanted. She paid attention to details that I was so very grateful for. Honestly, I just cannot say enough good things about this venue..thanks to all the staff that helped to make a wonderful memorable night for us!

I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Lakeville for any reception. Heidi Kurkowski is one of the wedding coordinators there and she takes all of your stress away. Every detail was taken care of for me and I didn't have to worry about setting up or doing anything the day of my wedding. The staff were all polite and the bartenders really got my guests in the party mood. The dinner food was pretty average, we went with wild rice stuffed chicken but their appitizers are to die for. \rThey walk you through every step of the planning and are very flexible with meeting dates and seeing the venue. I had to set up three different appointments so my mom, MOH, and mother-in-law could all see it and they had no problem with scheduling that.

They worked with us from the beginning to ensure we had enough room for our guests. We also utilized their shuttle service to take guests to and from our reception. It was easy to create a schedule and they accommodated any changes we had made (which were a lot!). I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Holiday Inn Lakeville was the perfect place for our event. We had a lot of out of town guests so we wanted a hotel venue where everyone could just stay there. We had a lot of guests that would not have been comfortable driving downtown or further into the city so this was the PERFECT location for us. The rooms were VERY clean and comfortable and the poolside suites made great gathering areas. Heidi was a treat to work with and she made the process so very easy. She is very knowledgeable and willing to work with you to have things exactly the way you want it but she also offers some very helpful suggestions.\rWe used one of their suggested vendors for draping and decorating and she made the ballroom look absolutely stunning. When we arrived at the ballroom after the ceremony everything was set up exactly as we wanted it and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. The food was phenomenal and people who I did not even know came up and commented on the food and the beauty of the ballroom. The bartenders and wait staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had everything the needed. The bartenders were REALLY fun!!! At the end of the night they cleaned everything up and gathered anything that was left behind for us. \rAlso at the end of the night our group was not ready to call it a night so the security people let us go out into the lobby area to hang out for a bit longer. They were so nice. I'm sure that there are fancier places such as downtown but the value and ease of this place makes it a 5+++ star for me.

We had problems with our ceremony venue and she always made it seem like no big deal and we would be just fine. She was right! Our night went without a problem. At our reception she was very present with both of our parents making sure everything was going all right. I hardly even noticed, as she was very respectful to leave my groom and I alone to have a good time. This venue was definitely worth the money (which was cheaper than most) and I'd recommend it to anyone! We couldn't be happier that we chose this venue!

We had our wedding reception at this hotel and it was amazing!!! Heidi helped us through everything. She has a wonderful, calming presence. They worked with all of our vendors and it went flawlessly. The room was so beautiful! Rudy's Redeye Grill that is attached to the hotel caters the events. The food was really good and had big portions. The wait staff was awesome. We had about 170 guests. It wasn't crowded at all, we had plenty of room. The hotel is nice and secluded and you are the only wedding that can happen in a night since there is only one ballroom so you know that you are the focus and are really being taken care of. Having our reception in a hotel worked out great because our guests could drink and not worry about having to drive home if they had a room. I personally don't like going to out of town weddings where I will have to drive to the hotel after the reception late at night when we've all had a few. \rI would definitely recommend this hotel to all brides who are looking for a venue!!!

We dropped our decor off the night before and were able to hang out with our family and friends all evening. I don't know any other venue that will do that. It wasn't something we were looking for really but ended up being a huge selling point. Rain on our wedding day turned out to be an exceptionally funny story we like to tell and retell. We chose to have both our ceremony and reception at holiday inn lakeville, primarily for location and convenience. From the beginning, working with Heidi and everyone at Holiday Inn was great. It was very care free for us. Throughout the evening we had many people coming up to us and saying how great the food was and how nice the room looked. Not only were they very attentive (I always had a lot of questions!), detail oriented (Example: gave them pictures and a detailed description of my centerpieces) and kind (always greeted me with a genuine smile and asked how planning was going) - they were all so organized and knew every detail about my wedding even when they have many more weddings going on within the same month as mine. \r\rYou will be rest assured that they will take care of every last detail so it looks exactly how you imagined it (or in my case even better!!) \r\rThe space was perfect for our wedding (250 guests) and the accommodations were wonderful. All of our guests raved about the cleanliness of the hotel and its rooms, the fun pool area for families, the service, AMAZING food (catered in from Rudy's Redeye Grill) and great atmosphere the Holiday Inn provided for our event! \r\rThis was the best choice we could have made for our wedding, and you will not be disappointed if you choose the Holiday Inn & suites for you venue!!! I cannot say enough great things about Heidi, Danielle and the rest of the staff at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Lakeville. I can not say enough good things about the Holiday Inn and Suites in Lakeville. Heidi and her team were so helpful and amazing to work with. There wasn't a flaw or worry about my day! I had complete faith they would take care of us and they exceeded my expectations. Tony the bartender made sure we were all taken care of and he was so much fun! He even sang a song at the end of the night that my guests loved! They went above and beyond to make us feel special on our big day and I can't thank them enough! I would recommend any bride to have their wedding there. You will not be disappointed!

Our wedding at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Lakeville, MN was absolutely amazing! We had our ceremony & reception there. The staff was wonderful all day and very accommodating! Food was fantastic, and delicious. We worked with Heidi & Jessica and both did an exceptional job keeping us updated and on track, they made our wedding planning experience very stress free and enjoyable and gave great realistic advice when we had trouble making a decision. The hotel staff was very accommodating to our large group as well. We were due to take our pictures outside and it ended up raining. They had no problem letting us proceed with pictures in the hotel lobby and other locations in the hotel. Such a relief & so refreshing to find such great customer service!!! I reccomend anyone to choose this as their venue!!

I got married this past weekend and had both my ceremony and reception at the Holiday Inn Lakeville. We seriously could not have chosen a better venue! Heidi and her awesome team were not only easy to work with, but helped make it so our day went by with ZERO stress. Whenever we had questions, Heidi emailed us back promptly and helped us work within our budget. The ceremony was set up in 2/3 of the ballroom and a social hour was set up in the other 1/3. After the ceremony, guests were able to go straight to the social hour and the ceremony room was turned into the reception within the hour! The food (catered onsite through Rudy's Red Eye Grill) was AMAZING and all of the staff we worked with from our initial booking through the actual wedding day were just awesome! There are also two beautiful parks within 2 miles of the hotel that worked great for photos and the hotel even let us use their shuttle to taxi our wedding party to and from photos. My wedding day could not have been more perfect and that is in large part due to all of the work Heidi and the team at the Holiday Inn and Suites in Lakeville put in to our special day! We even came back to chocolate covered strawberries in our room! On top of all that, this venue didn't break the bank either! Thanks again Heidi and the rest of the HI Lakeville team!

I used these guys for my wedding reception and I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am with them. The woman who helped me was there every step of the process and made sure I was involved and knew what was going on. The ballroom itself was phenomenal and the service staff was great! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking because it is worth every penny.

They take care of everything you just need to give them your stuff and ideas. I didnt have to worry about anything the day of. Also the preparation was really easy, the girls were very helpful with telling me what they needed and giving me pointers. I just had my wedding reception at the Holiday Inn - Lakeville, and it was absolutely perfect! The staff were great and they took care of everything. My husband I are so happy we picked the Holiday Inn and Suites of Lakeville to have our wedding reception! Our expectations were far exceeded. It couldn't have been more perfect...everything was wonderful. We are still hearing many compliments on how beautiful the room was and how the food was incredible. \r\rJessica and Kara were so helpful from start to finish. They are so organized and detail oriented. They were great at answering all our many questions. The entire process went so smoothly and Jessica was great at giving us ideas and tips that made the day even more wonderful. They did all the work in setting up the room. It was so beautiful!! Jessica came to my rescue with my table numbers. I had the numbers made which were suppose to tent, but did not. She scrambled to find number holders for us...and they looked amazing. This is just one of many examples of how hard they work to make the day perfect. I can't say enough enough about this team and how it very much decreased my stress level knowing they were on top of everything. \r\rThe food was incredible. We had a sit down meal and gave our guests three choices; Pasta primavera, herb encrusted chicken, and the prime rib. All choices were amazing! They were served with cheesy mash potatoes and green beans...also amazing! The portions were large and came out in a timely manner. Everything was hot and very tasty. Many of my guests stated this was best food they've ever had at a wedding reception. The wait staff was also wonderful, they were attentive to any need or question we had that evening. \r\rMany of my guests did stay 1 to 2 nights at the Holiday Inn. They all enjoyed there stay and the kids loved the water park. My eight year old nephew stated he'd like to live at the Holiday Inn. My guests commented on how comfortable the rooms were and the staff being very helpful. \r\rWe'd like like to thank the entire staff for making our wedding reception so special and memorable! We would highly recommend the Holiday Inn in Lakeville for any event!!\r
