The best venue ever. We absolutely loved our experience at Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead. Tia Young was so easy to work with and made my experience very special. The hotel is world class, absolutely stunning property with a waterfall, city view and the best customer service. The wedding tasting experience there is incredible, we had a private room with an amazing view and the chefs come out and you can give them feedback about the dishes. (I without a doubt recommend Chef's ravioli and garlic cream sauce as the vegetarian option by the way). The walk-through was amazing. Tia was on top of it and so professional. I felt so calm on my wedding day because she and her team were so on top of everything. Many times when I would visit the property during my journey, the director of operations, food and beverage manager and banquet captains would just stop by and check on us and ask if we needed anything (Special thanks to Mehdi, Marko, Emelio and Joe). We had our ceremony on the east terrace which is so beautiful. We took wedding photos in their Zen garden. We enjoyed our reception in their huge ballroom. We hired a pianist to play on their grand piano for our cocktail hour. Their team executed my wedding perfectly. We were so proud to spend the greatest weekend of our lives there.

If you are considering this hotel for your wedding venue, look no further than Daniel Henson here. From literally the second we stepped into the hotel for a potential venue, we were treated impeccably and were waiting for this end...except it never did. Leading up to our wedding and hundreds of emails back and forth, not one reply took longer than a few hours and was more descriptive than my question even called for. Our guests have still not stopped complimenting us on the hotel, staff and treatment they received and how well coordinated the event was which was perfect for our black tie affair. I would do any other event in a heartbeat with this hotel staff in large part due to Daniel Henson. The grounds are beyond beautiful, they treat you and your guests with the utmost respect and importantly they are in the best and most central location for a Buckhead wedding you can ask for. A straight 10 out of 10 for Grand Hyatt Atlanta - thank you for hosting our most amazing night to celebrate us!

I cannot say enough great things about my entire experience at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead. From our first meeting i felt confident in their abilities. We worked closely with Devon from the beginning and she made sure everything was perfect. She was flexible and always available. She responded to emails and phone calls quickly and if she didn't know the answer immediately she did her research and got back to me ASAP. I can say that throughout the entire wedding process I never felt frustrated! Our tasting was great and we were able to discuss the food with the chef taht would be running the kitchen the night of our wedding. From the minute our guests began arriving at the hotel, everyone said how nice it was and how friendly the staff was. I felt like absolutely everything was perfect on our wedding day. I would absolutely use the Grand Hyatt again without hesitation.

Jaclyn Showalter, the Social and Catering Manager at the Grand Hyatt, went above and beyond on every aspect of our wedding. She was with us from day one, and always made us feel like a priority, even after our wedding was over! The entire staff at the Grand Hyatt was very considerate, helpful, and prompt to respond.
