Renee Olsen(parent)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-09-2019 Our son and now daughter-in-law were just married at the Grand Hyatt Denver and it was absolutely beautiful. The Hyatt's Wedding Planner, Celia Smith, and staff did an outstanding job. We worked with Celia for over a year on the wedding plans. After each meeting Celia made us feel more and more comfortable and excited for the big day. Celia coordinated everything; the rooms, the rehearsal, ceremony, cocktails and dinner reception. Celia is truly amazing. Our guests had a wonderful time. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the Pinnacle room with its stunning panoramic views of the city and mountains. They especially enjoyed the Chef's fabulous dinner and Pastry Chef's delicious beautiful wedding cake. Thank you so much to Celia and the professional and hard working Hyatt staff for making a magical day for our kids. Reviewed on 11-10-2019
Lisa Campbell(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-08-2019 Having our reception at the Grand Hyatt Pinnacle Club was the best decision. The coordinating process with Celia and her team was completely flawless and seamless. Every detail was taken care of for us. Truly felt like VIPs every time we were at the hotel to meet, do tastings, etc. They were so responsive to my loads of questions and brought a lot of detail to my attention I hadn't thought of yet. Initially the price might seem like a lot, but when you look at what's included in the pricing, it becomes equal or less than piecing different vendors together one by one to create a reception. They were awesome with working with our DJ and Florist, too. Delivery was easy. The staff was professional and kind and not overbearing. All our guests, in state and out of state, were wowed by the views from the Pinnacle Club. If you're in between here and another downtown hotel, I'd go here any day. After looking at the packages offered and service level we got with them, it's an easy decision. Reviewed on 06-09-2019
Karen Latre(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-08-2018 From the moment we saw the pinnacle club and the breathtaking panoramic views of downtown Denver and the mountains, we knew we would look no further for venues. And everything from that moment on just continued to reassure us we had made the right decision - from the stellar all-inclusive perks (free specially designed wedding cake, tons of rewards points for free nights on our honeymoon, amazing suites for the bride and groom during the wedding and so much more), to the smiles and top of the line service we received from everyone in their staff and the fact that they treated us as a top priority. Celia was an amazing coordinator, was so patient with all my questions and emails (and I sent her a LOT of them), always got back to me within a day or two and worked her magic to accommodate all of our special requests. The food was stellar, both at the tasting and at the wedding, and they are awesome about accommodating everyone's dietary restrictions. Sadly I had a bit of stomach flu on my wedding day and couldn't eat much, but guests couldn't stop raving about how great the food tasted, and my husband really enjoyed eating all my leftovers! Plus everyone on the catering team was so nice and always right there asking if we needed anything. The cake was beautiful, even better than we pictured it would be. They brought us so many snacks and nice cards to keep us in a good mood during our stay, and just went above and beyond to make our wedding day the best day of our lives and give us the most incredible memories. They are worth every penny and we are SO glad we chose them for our wedding. Reviewed on 11-09-2018
Nassim Moshiree(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-10-2017 We could not have had a better experience. We live on the East Coast and leading up to the ceremony the Hyatt's wedding coordination staff was attentive, proactive, and detail oriented. When we arrived at the hotel the staff was courteous and vigilant, and throughout the weekend people checked up on us, acted swiftly when we had a request, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time. The bridal suite was amazing and the groom “ready room” had an awesome view and was stylish, comfortable, and clean. Our one regret from the weekend was that we couldn’t stay at the Grand Hyatt longer. The day of the wedding (and throughout the entire process) our wedding coordinator, Celia, was on top of everything and the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception went off without a hitch. For couples looking to get married in downtown Denver we highly recommend the Pinnacle Club and can't speak highly enough about Celia. The venue was beautiful, the food was tasty, and service was impeccable. We would highly recommend the Grand Hyatt for anyone who is visiting Denver (it’s very close to the pedestrian mall, sports stadiums, and Union Station) and would definitely recommend for groups who are looking for a venue for their event. Most of our guests were from out of town so having a \"mountain\" wedding wasn't something that would have been easy to pull off considering eveyone would have to somehow get themselves out there.
