Grand Tradition was the perfect venue for our big day! First of all, Arbor Terrace was a dream place! It was gorgeous for our early December wedding! Danielle, out of wedding coordinator at GT was incredible! She made this process so easy and stress free! We was easy to communicate with, which was important to us since we were planning from out of state and was right there with me day of! She handled everything amazing! Couldn’t have asked for better! My bridal assistant Faith was the sweetest. She was right there when I needed my dress fluffed or needed anything adjusted. For being in the industry myself, I couldn’t recommend GT enough!!

The Grand Tradition is a perfect place to have your wedding. They provide so much - a coordinator, food, drinks, and the grounds are GORGEOUS!! Grand Tradition beyond met our expectations. The attention to detail and care taken by staff and coordinators was truly impeccable. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and the food was delicious. Our guests commented for weeks after our wedding about the service, attention to detail, and beautiful venue and scenery. We are beyond grateful.

Not only is this Estate STUNNING, but their service/staff are also IMPECCABLE!! Our wedding day went so smoothly. Grand Tradition has been doing weddings for over 50 years and is primarily an event location, so they know what they are doing!! We had nothing go wrong, all thanks to our wedding coordinator, Lisa, and the Grand Tradition staff. VENUE: We got married at the lake, with our reception at the Beverly Mansion. The grounds are so well-kept! Beautiful green lawns surrounded by flowers... it was like Disneyland! FOOD: Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was. We did ours buffet-style, having prime rib, chicken Wellington, shrimp pasta, mashed potatoes, veggies, and two different salads. NOT ONE COMPLAINT!! Everything was delicious!!! We also opted to do the smores bar, which was a crowd favorite and so cool!DRINKS: The bartenders that we had were OUTSTANDING! So quick and accommodating. We chose the Well Cocktail package, which included all sorts of well-drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. For our signature drinks, we chose the Spicy Bride and Cherry'd Away. Both were delicious and crowd-pleasers! I love that the Grand Tradition offers a full bar!SERVICE: The Staff at Grand Tradition has things DOWN TO A T!! They did not miss one step. They truly made our evening flawless. Grand Tradition provides all of their couples with a wedding coordinator, a 'day of' bridal assistant (my girl was so sweet and always made sure I looked good and had everything I needed!), and a well-trained, nicely-dressed staff that took such great care of our guests. I would recommend Grand Tradition to anyone getting married in Southern California. It is a hidden gem. If you want a fairytale wedding, this is the place to go!!!

We got married at Arbor Terrace in May 2023. I can’t thank the Grand Tradition enough for helping execute the wedding of our dreams! It was flawless and went off without a hitch. Our coordinator Lisa was patient and kind in every interaction over the last year+ of planning; she responded to my dozens of emails with such detail and speed; she was warm and encouraging amid my stress. The food was amazing; the venue is breath-taking. You get a bridal assistant who follows you around all day to keep you fed and happy. The coordinator manages all the timing of the day. It was perfection.

Our coordinator Nicole was amazing. She was so helpful every step of the way even though she was assigned as my coordinator a little last minute since my original coordinator left the company. At first, I was very nervous, but Nicole stepped in and knew exactly what she was doing. She was exceptional the day of the wedding. My bridal assistant, Adriana, was amazing as well. Helping me with my dress the entire time as well as getting our dinner for my husband and me. My guests had nothing but amazing things to say about everything, especially the food. Not one person had anything bad to say about it. My husband and I are so happy with how everything turned out. It was honestly a dream come true. If I could do it all over again, I would still choose Grand Tradition. I'm so happy I found this venue.

Our wedding coordinator Molly and staff were so nice and professional with my family and friends. Everything was so organized and was scheduled accordingly. Grand Tradition gave us our dream wedding and I wish I can relive that day again and again.

Grand Traditions is a hidden gem and I’m so happy I found it! We got married in October at the Arbor Terrace and it was truly a dream! It’s so tropical you feel like you’re on an island. There are so many beautiful trees, waterfalls, and flowers all through that venue. The ambiance is everything! I really loved that the wedding package was so inclusive. They provided us with an on staff wedding coordinator which really alleviated much of our stress! Molly was amazing and ensured there was no stress the day of our special day! Thank you to all of the Grand Traditions staff for making our wedding perfect and magical! It was such a pleasant experience plus the food was amazing! I highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!

Very overdue review. When we ventured out to pick a location for our wedding, we knew immediately that Grand Tradition (Arbor Terrace) was going to be the perfect fit for us. We had toured many locations throughout Temecula and neighboring cities, but none compared to how we felt when we toured Arbor Terrace. The location was so beautifully kept with blooming flowers and all of the wonderful fountains that it was easy to picture our big day at this beautiful location. My husband and I returned to our car and both knew this was the place (the best feeling during stressful wedding planning). We were assigned Sarah Fox as our Wedding Event Coordinator and could not have landed better support for our big event. She was incredibly organized and supportive from start to finish. The planning phase was made very easy and we enjoyed being able to meet with her and easily decide all the planning details. The food selection was also made very easy after attending the trial dinner and being able to connect with other couples on how they were planning their special day. The actual wedding day was truly magical. Sarah and our Wedding Assistant Danielle were like a well-oiled machine, taking us through each step seamlessly and attending to truly all of our needs (like making sure my husband actually ate). Our guests continue to tell us that it was one of the most beautiful locations they have ever attended for a wedding some saying it was the best they have ever attended. We can credit this to the beautiful setting and the truly great service. I highly recommend this venue for your special day. If you are looking for a worry-free day with a stunning setting and amazing food, this place is for you. Other notable mentions on the team were Dominic, Nkosi, Giselle, Marc, Nicole, Payton, Faith, Amelia, Claudia, Noelle and Ryan but a very very special thank you to Sarah Fox and Danielle for making this the best day in our lives thus far. We are truly grateful for this amazing day and all of the support we were given.

We were very impressed with this venue (which has multiple ceremony and reception sites). We were concerned about cost at first, but ultimately found them to be well worth the price. The ceremony site (compass garden) was verdant with flowers and greenery in the heart of winter, the grounds were beautifully kept and emerald green, and the reception site, Beverly Mansion, was decked out tastefully for the holidays. the staff were very attentive on the day of the wedding, professional and friendly. our coordinator handled our every need before and during the wedding. the town is quaint so make sure family plans early where to stay. get married here!

The terrace is absolutely beautiful and my guests raved about the staff and the food. We absolutely loved our coordinate Nicole, who was super helpful through the process and especially the day of! This is the most amazing venue!! It’s beautiful and had everything we needed in one place. Our coordinator Sarah led us through every step of the process, and she made sure that our wedding went exactly as we imagined. The whole staff is very well organized and friendly, and our guests felt taken care of the whole time. Also, our bridal assistant Adriana was fantastic, helping with anything I could need and always being right there ready to help holding my dress or flowers, and she was always nearby to answer any questions we had or get anything we needed! The food and drinks were also amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help make our wedding perfect!

We got married at the Arbor Terrace on 10.5.22 and had the most amazing time! Fallbrook is a small town, and you would never know this venue is here if you weren't actively looking for it. We are so lucky to have found it! We can't imagine our special day, anywhere else 👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️Venue✅ GORGEOUS! It truly is like you've entered another world. Everyone could not stop talking about the views. They compared it to Hawaii, Animal Kingdom in WDW, and even Jurassic Park 😅 Most of our guests were from out of town, so we really wanted them to feel like they were on vacation.Food✅ Honestly, I was nervous about this, because what is the point of a beautiful wedding if the food isn't good. Food was delicious! A popular favorite was the Prime Rib 🤤 Guests also loved the Halibut, Berry Salad, and Potato Gratin 👌Drinks ✅ Usually when there is a bar package, there is very small selection you can pick from, especially if it's a beer and wine package. Our guests were SO happy with the large selection. We also were able to have 2 of the venue's signature cocktails for guests to purchase: Love Struck (similar to an amaretto sour) and Radiant Orchid (has my favorite Malibu Rum and it's purple!). Those were a hit with guests 🎉 Service✅ Excellent staff! So helpful, friendly, and professional. We felt that they all genuinely wanted to be there to help us ❤️Coordination and Planning ✅ Molly is incredible! I actually am a Wedding Coordinator as well, and it's hard to let go of control but it was so easy to trust Molly with everything. I didn't need to check the timeline or even just the time, because I knew she had it. During planning, I never felt pressured or nervous about anything. Thank you for so much, Molly! Also, big shout out to my 2 bridal assistants! I enjoyed our chats in between events. It really made me feel at ease. Also, y'all were really on it with holding my bouquet, fixing my dress, and holding my veil. Really made a difference in the photos 👌We are so grateful to everyone who helped us create such a beautiful day for us and our loved ones 🥰

My husband and I just had our wedding at Grand Tradition and it was absolutely perfect!! When we first toured the venue, we were blown away by Arbor Terrace’s waterfalls and ceremony site. The reception was the cherry on top. There was a moment when we looked at each other and just knew this was our venue- we booked it that same day. Over the past 9 months, we’ve been working with our day-of coordinator, Molly, and she has been so accommodating and helpful to our questions and requests. She took note of all requests and details, large and small, and was on top of the many emails I sent to her. Fast forward to the day of our event, she handled so much and was great at communicating with our vendors, even when the reception schedule changed last minute. Molly even acted as bouncer to our guests who wanted to approach us while we were eating dinner. I can’t sing her praises enough - we were in such good hands that I was not stressed on our wedding day. We received SO many compliments from our guests about how much they loved the venue or how good the food was. We even heard our guests say this was the best wedding they’ve been to. I believe this is all a testament to how amazing the Grand Tradition staff are and how much effort they put into making your dream wedding come true. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of venue with the Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens. We instantly fell in love with the venue when we toured it and knew we wanted our wedding there. They provided very easy-to-understand packages that are inclusive of many services that most places charge separately. The Grand Tradition itself is separated into two venues, Arbor Terrace & Beverly Mansion, and we selected the Arbor Terrace as we loved the waterfall backdrop for our ceremony location. The reception was held underneath a tented pavilion ventilated with AC units which really helped with the hot weather.Aside from how gorgeous and beautiful the venue is, we did want to have a special shout out for the staff that managed and handled our wedding. Our wedding coordinator, Lisa, went above and beyond during the whole planning process to make sure we were on top of things. On the day of, she and the rest of the staff truly carried out our wedding vision and made our ceremony and reception areas look amazing. Every issue that came up during the day of was handled by the staff before we were aware there were any issues. All our guests complimented the food and service as well (shrimp fusilli & prime rib were a huge hit)!We highly recommend the Grand Tradition as the venue is incredible, affordable, and staff and service are unbeatable.

I cannot sing The Grand Tradition's praises enough. Truly. We had our dream wedding that went off without a hitch. Besides the venue being stunning, absolutely all of the staff were amazing-- they were kind, competent, attentive, and friendly. Our coordinator, Lisa, is an angel on earth. She was on top of everything, she was prompt, attentive, and understanding. She has the patience of a saint and was so kind, funny, and fun. The Arbor Terrace was the perfect venue for our perfect wedding. I can't thank you all enough!

Ignore any negative reviews on staff service food or venue in general.This place was absolutely amazing and magical from start to finish, the venue is gorgeous and many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to. They loved the food, we paid extra for the beef tenderloin and it was so worth it- delicious. Guests loved the chicken wellington as well. Dessert bar was a big hit, our DJ announced it so many guests were aware of it as it is in a bit of a hidden location.We had Amanda and Molly for our coordinators and they were both amazing, Amanda helped us at the start of planning and Molly took over. Our bridal assistant Daniele was an absolute superstar- so friendly and helpful. The day-of was stress free and went through perfect!Only negatives I have are that there are no hotels in Fallbrook so guests will have a bit of a drive from Temecula/Oceanside. They also provided umbrellas at the Gazebo ceremony which I was never told, and literally became aware of as I was walking down the aisle which I did not like. Took away from what would have been beautiful ceremony photos.Either way, 100% totally recommend this venue! An absolute fairytale dream worth every dollar. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

We got married at Grand Tradition Estate and Garden's Arbor Terrace site on July 14th, 2022. Our guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful this location was. Not only did they find it beautiful, but they have also expressed how professional the staff was to ensure everyone was comfortable and had what they needed. It is like having a wedding in Hawaii without having to travel to Hawaii! The grounds are kept beautiful year round. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the service they provide is excellent. We were provided with a wedding coordinator who took so much stress away from the wedding planning process! Thank you so much, Sarah! They also provide food and the food is delicious! We are so glad to have found this hidden gem in Fallbrook. You would never know it was there! If you are looking for a venue I absolutely recommend Grand Tradition. They made our wedding run so smoothly and kept us informed throughout the planning process as well as on the day of the wedding. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped bring together the most magical day we could ever imagine! We wouldn't change a thing.

I knew from the start of my venue shopping that I wanted lots of greenery and a waterfall.... Came across Arbor Terrace at the Grand Tradition and bookmarked it. When it was time to go venue shopping I promised myself to only visit my top choices so I’m not wasting my time or get overwhelmed with too many choices. My VERY FIRST VISIT I wanted it to be my top 1.. and I chose to visit Grand Tradition first. It’s true, WHEN YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW! That first visit was absolutely spectacular, the videos and pictures do not do it justice. It’s breathtaking in person and the little details the staff does to maintain this beautiful property shows throughout the entire venue. Elle was point of my contact when arriving and she was so friendly. Mikayla ended up being my assigned coordinator and let me just say, the fact the venue comes with a coordinator was the cherry on top of my YES when I booked this venue. BRIDES GET A COORDINATOR! Mikayla was the most positive, friendly, approachable coordinator to have during a stressful time for us brides. The staff on the wedding day made everything run so smoothly. Their vendor recommendations I went with almost all of them and they were perfect! Menu tasting event was so fun meeting other couples and being at the venue. The food and drinks were so tasty. My family and friends would not stop raving about the entire venue and the professional staff!! We were blown away how much it exceeded our expectations. Cannot recommend this place enough for future brides. Pricing is definitely affordable and on top of that the venue speaks for itself! Thought I booked too fast when I decided to submit my hold the day after my venue visit.. but nope I knew 1000% this was it! And absolutely no regrets! Only thing i wish I could change is the venue curfew of 10pm would’ve loved to stay until midnight. And wish the city provided better hotels nearby but our families decided to stay at Pechanga since it was 25mins away. But those are just little things that I still would not have switched my venue for anywhere else!

We held our wedding at the Arbor Terrace and everything went perfectly. The staff was very attentive to all of our needs and made sure the day went exactly as we had hoped. One of the things that stood out most was the day of assistant to the bride. She made sure we were fed, had water and drinks, and that everything was taken care of immediately. We really couldn't recommend this place enough.

We loved every bit of our experience! We got married at Grand Tradition on a Thursday. Our coordinator Mikayla was organized, thoughtful, a great communicator, and diligent. She made our hectic and important day run seamlessly. The rest of the staff at GT were incredibly helpful and nice as well. We were married at Arbor Terrace, which is naturally beautiful and fit our vibe. Since we got married in June, it was a bit sunny and warm during the outside ceremony, so the staff provided parasols for our guests. Our reception was held in Beverly Mansion, the uplights (which we were able to choose ourselves), and the ambiance was beautiful. Mikayla set up our party favors and personal touches perfectly leaving one less thing for my husband and me to worry about. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this venue to anyone.

The Grand Tradition is a special little gem hidden away in Fallbrook. When we first showed up to take a tour of the venue, we had no clue what was waiting for us behind the long driveway.A beautiful tropical paradise, with lush green plants filling your view. It was like being transported to a whole new world. The marriage site was placed in front of a the waterfall and we truly felt like we were in a magical place.The Grand Tradition is more than just a wedding site, the food was cooked perfectly, the drinks were served right, and the staff was beyond friendly. They were very attentive and made sure to take care of all of our needs.The standout feature of all of this was the bridal assistant who went above and beyond to make sure that everything my wife could've asked for was taken care of without hesitation. The attentive care made her feel like a queen and elevated our special day to the next level. If I ever had to get married again, I would come back here in a heartbeat.

We got married at the Arbor Terrace venue on May 30th, 2022 and had the most spectacular wedding ever. The staff there took care of our every need, made sure that we ate and had a great time, and allowed us to make the venue our own. We were given a wedding coordinator (Lisa) through the venue, and she helped guide us through the wedding planning process and ensure our day of went smoothly. The food was great as well. All of our guests told us this was the nicest wedding they had been to, and its all because of the beautiful Arbor Terrace venue and the amazing staff who took care our of friends and family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding venue, and they are very reasonably priced for all that is included.

Getting married at Grand Tradition was one of the first, and easiest, decisions we made about our wedding, and we couldn't be more glad we did. From our first meeting to our grand exit at the end of the night, Grand Tradition couldn't have made it easier to plan and execute our big day, and we truly can't say enough good things about our experience.The staff was friendly, helpful, experienced and courteous, the location was (and is) absolutely stunning (and private- no noise pollution), and the food was delicious. (One DJ we talked to said it was \"the best wedding food\" he's had working weddings.)Everyone told us to expect that things would go wrong on our wedding day- but that didn't happen at Grand Tradition. Everything happened effortlessly, seamlessly. Even small adjustments that the two of us asked to make the day of were done quickly and without hesitation. Truly, there is no better place to get married. It's the perfect place for your wedding. We loved every minute of ours and wish we could do it all over again.

This venue is to die for! First of all the place is absolutely gorgeous! Second of all the staff and the coordinators are so extremely accommodating and helpful. My coordinator Mikayla went above and beyond in helping us plan our wedding and helping us for rehearsal and the day of. They have staff that handle literally everything and really make your dream come to life. My wedding was everything I ever dreamed of because of Grand Tradition and their staff!

I have just recently had my wedding at Grand Tradition Estate and Garden this past January. There are so many great things to say about this venue, I’m not sure where to start. I’ll start off by saying, as an engaged couple, it can be very stressful during the wedding planning process and a lot of money. One of the best decisions I made was choosing this as my venue for multiple reason. First of all, I fell in love with the beauty of this place. From the moment I watched their virtual tour we fell in love - absolutely gorgeous! There are two locations to choose from. I did the Arbor Terrace because I liked the outdoor tropical garden/waterfall vibe for the ceremony as well as the tented reception as an idea. Like I said above I got married in January (in the middle of winter) and still had our outdoor ceremony. It was clear skies and moderately warm weather. The tent was huge and very elegant with heat lamps if ever too cold, but we didn’t even need them, the weather was great! Now more about the planning process. The staff is very friendly and goes over and beyond to help you plan your perfect wedding! They ease your stress and help you along the way planning everything from table set up and colors, to decor, to ceremony order, to timeline, to helping decide your dinner that they cater! That’s one less vendor you’ll need! With your price, you get a hands-on wedding coordinator to help plan along the way, a dinner they provide to try the food, catered food on your wedding day, bridal suites for three hours to get ready, Champagne greeting to all your guest upon arrival, champagne during the toast, and of course the team to help on wedding day. All in one package. Speaking of price, another huge reason I loved this venue, you get a lot for your buck. Another reason, unlike most venues where you have to pay 50% now and 50% later, they’re budget friendly process has you pay smaller portions 4 times a year. All in all, the staff is amazing and keeps you stress free, both venues are gorgeous, in my opinion the price is affordable and easy to maintain over the time to plan your big day! I recommend to all new engaged couples!

My husband and I got a pretty good price booking this venue since we had to get married in 90 days (K1 visa reasons) and it was in winter. It was so worth it. We had ours at the arbor terrace venue. The venue made our wedding day incredibly stress free! It’s beautiful, they treat you like royalty. From the food tasting to the day of, everything was so impressive!They come with basically a full service including a day of wedding coordinator, a bridal assistant, waiters, cake cutting and serving, bartenders.They serve their own food and their food is AMAZING. I feel like no matter what you choose from their menu, you can’t go wrong. Our guests were raving about the food. I dream about it almost every week! Just doing the food tasting - it was like a royal banquet! So much fun.Dogs are allowed to join the ceremony, big plus to have my baby there but he couldn’t stay with us for the receptionThey have very nice bride/groom suites, champagne is served throughout the day

Couldn’t have asked for a better venue and staff to help make sure the day went smooth . Sarah fox was our coordinator and she was awesome ! Answered all our questions in a timely manner and again made sure the wedding day ran smoothly . We were on time with everything. The food is absolutely AMAZING ! And we had no airplanes fly over us during our ceremony (some people said they had this problem , we however didn’t ) . I would highly recommend having your wedding here if you’re going for a tropical vibe !

We cannot praise Grand Tradition enough for making our wedding absolutely perfect, especially considering we had so many things stacked against us. From the beginning, we fell in love with the gorgeous gardens and the indoor tented reception space. It was the first venue we explored, and we knew right away that it was meant to be (but as good wedding shoppers we still went around and looked at other ones just to be sure). There were several reasons Grand Tradition stood out for us: 1) it is a genuinely beautiful venue, meaning that you really don't need to have too many decorations/floral pieces, which means huge savings. 2) they come with their own coordinator, which means you don't have to worry about your coordinator not understanding the flow or intricacies of the venue and you know it will run smoothly. 3) they have over 30 years in business, which especially since COVID, was extremely important for us as several vendors have closed/are unstable and we wanted to ensure we had reputable and strong vendors working with us. And this 3rd point came into play multiple times as our original coordinator assigned by Grand Tradition (who was amazing) moved out of state a month before our wedding. However you never would have known it because Grand Tradition was very quick to notify us and assigned another coordinator who immediately communicated with us to ensure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. And despite our best efforts, we had several last minute guest drop-outs due to Omnicron and then several more guests (including children even though this was an adult-only event) showed up at the wedding unannounced. What is normally a nightmare situation for any wedding turned out so smooth-- Molly, our amazing stand-in coordinator handled the last minute guest changes with grace and extreme efficiency. I kept bracing myself for multiple questions from our coordinator as to where we would want these last-minute guests placed but nope, she just took care of business! We received so many compliments from our guests for how beautiful the venue was, how efficient the entire wedding was, how delicious the food was (which was very important to us), and how well the staff took care of us. We were extremely pleased with Grand Tradition and would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for a beautiful, smoothly run wedding. They are truly passionate about what they do and it shows in every aspect of their work. And because I was looking for this information when I was looking at venues-- our wedding was in January and there were high wind advisories (75mph) in SD county the day of, but we did not get any wind at all. The weather was a very beautiful, sunny 68 degrees in the daytime, which dropped to about 55 degrees at nighttime. Arbor Terrace had several heaters and I felt totally comfortable running around in a very skimpy dress even though I normally get cold very easily. (Also protip: GET THE ICE CREAM BAR ADD-ON. Literally everyone was in love with it, it didn't matter that it was in January, people were going back for third and fourth servings!)

This venue is absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they go above and beyond to bring your dreams to reality. Great at communicating, great coordinators to keep you on track, and throughout the entire night, they make sure you have the absolute best time. Don’t get me started on the food… it was to die for! We traveled from out of town, booked the venue sight unseen, and we were a little worried but soon realized we had no reason to be! Seriously brides, BOOK THIS VENUE!!! We so enjoyed our wedding at Grand Tradition. Despite continuous changes due to COVID the team at Grand Traditions was great to work with. We had a couple of coordinators due to our date change and they were all wonderful to work with. The level of staff at this venue is unmatched, our guests complimented how well taken care of they were. This venue is in a kind of unusual location but it is definitely a little oasis worth visiting.

Grand Tradition is such a beautiful venue. The staff at GT was phenomenal. I highly recommend our planner, Amanda, she was so on top of everything. We were really impressed with her as well as all of the day of staff. I'm sure all weddings have hiccups, but anything and everything was so swiftly handled we did not have to worry at all. All of our guests (and us!) also really enjoyed GT's menu. From the logistics and planning, to the location, to the food (which, let's be honest, is what most guests really care about - ha) GT really made our wedding special.

We toured many venues in San Diego, but Grand Tradition was our number one choice from the start! The venue is beautiful and tropical which was exactly what I wanted. We were also able to take advantage of their \"short-term book\" discount which was great. Lindsey Rea was the one who showed us around and really sold us on the place! They have a large brochure with options for every budget. After we booked, they got us set up for the tasting night which is like a mock wedding reception! It was super fun and we got to try a large portion of the menu including the cocktail drinks they offer. Our coordinator, Amanda Cox, was amazing and took care of us that whole night making sure she was there if we had any questions. We had several meetings with Amanda where she went through every detail of our wedding. She was very thorough and made sure to give advice on our suggestions based on her experience. She was super helpful every step of the way! They have a worksheet with all the details and it made it super easy to plan.When the pandemic hit, The Grand Tradition and Amanda were so accommodating and helpful through the whole ordeal of having to rebook and replan the wedding. They were so supportive and understanding through everything.Amanda made sure both the rehearsal and day of the wedding went smoothly. She's very organized and on top of everything you need. She was always there in an instant if there were any issues or questions anyone had. She made it easy for the people I had brought to help me set up, she already knew everything and was able to coordinate with them to get things done. She was by our side basically the entire night making sure my husband and I had everything we needed. I very highly recommend Amanda as your day of coordinator! One of my favorite things they had were the bridal assistants! The bridal assistants were so helpful to have and were very nice! They took so much stress off to have them there anytime I needed help with little things.I wouldn't have wanted my wedding to be anywhere else! I highly recommend having your wedding here, I had great experiences every step of the way.

Grand Tradition was the absolute best wedding venue! The very first time I stepped on the property I fell in love! All of the staff is very nice and accommodating! They were patient with all of my questions and answered thoroughly. There are two sides to pick from, Arbor Terrace or the Mansion. Originally I wanted a beach venue, but the Arbor Terrace is a tropical dream! I felt like I was in Hawaii! The venue provides a coordinator to help navigate the crazy and make your vision come to life! I was assigned to Lisa. While I am sure they are all great and maybe I have some bias, but she gets 5/5 stars in every category! She is prompt in replying with emails, walks you through timelines/vendors/song choices/etc., she made my crazy living champagne wall become a reality and she just did everything! Unfortunately my cake was not delivered on my wedding day. She came up with quick solutions and because she had caught they had the wrong date and emailed the bakery, we can now get a full refund! Thank you!!! They have so many staff on the wedding day. We did a lot of DIY projects. On the day of the rehearsal, we dropped off all of our decor and the staff set everything up to perfection! They have a bridal assistant that literally follow the bride and groom making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day! She knew how to bustle my dress and helped my photographer with pictures. She was also so calm and pleasant! At the end of the night, the staff packed up and loaded all of our decor in our truck. My family just got to enjoy the day! I am so grateful I got such an amazing venue! This venue is top notch and will be everything you have ever dreamed of having for your wedding!

We found Grand Traditions on our wedding venue search at the end of 2019 and immediately fell in love with Arbor Terrace. Then like so many couples who had 2020 set as their wedding date- things changed and we decided to postpone a year. Grand Tradition made the transition so easy (especially after hearing many others horror stories.) Through our journey with the venue we worked with Amanda, Charnel and then Mikayla for our big day. Everyone was wonderful and Mikayla creating a day that felt so seamless and stress free for us. A few of favorite things about the venue: -The seclusion- you step into a tropical garden that feels like a destination wedding outside of San Diego area- our guests were in awe! -The ease of planning- Grand Tradition has weddings down to a science but leaves room for customization. Planning a wedding by myself was daunting but made so much easier when so many of the details were already included in the wedding packages including the delicious food! -The people- From our initial tour to the planning to the day of- our experience was top notch and our guests would say the same. Every one was so kind and Mikayla was especially patient with all of my emails and random changes! The worst part of our wedding is that we couldn’t make the day last forever!

Grand Tradition has been my dream venue for many years and I finally got to have my dream wedding here Labor Day Weekend. Food was great, Wedding Coordinator, Mikayla, was AMAZING. A lot of times during the wedding process I felt defeated with the stresses of planning a wedding, much less, planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic. Mikayla was that person to keep me calm and reassure me that things would be ok, and they were. I truly appreciated having someone so calm and collected in my corner. She’s the best. I look back at my day and just feel a lot of happiness with how well things went. Having a coordinator and a day of assistant was extremely helpful as well as having the staff there to pack up your stuff at the end of the night was such a HUGE help. I can’t say enough positive things about Grand Tradition. I love it here and I’m glad I got married here. My guests loved the ambiance and food as well.

The Grand Tradition Estate is a stunning venue. It is a piece of heaven on earth. The spectacularity of the ground is coupled by the professionalism of the staff. Everyone there is so wonderful and friendly. A special note to Lisa V. one of the wedding coordinator. She is absolutely FANTASTIC!! She coordinated and handled my daughter Lucrezia's wedding with extreme professionalism and friendliness. She always had a smile on her face and so courteous at every step of the ceremony and the reception not to mention during the days and months prior the special day...she was always ready to answer any questions we had. 5 STARS. To Grand Tradition and our incredible coordinator, Mikayla: Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU. This venue and its incredible A team of sales staff, coordinators, chefs, servers, and more captured our wedding reception celebration to perfection. They were not only incredibly professional, responsive, and creative - they felt like part of our wedding party! We had perfect weather for our wedding reception and even a little rain, which the staff was so kind to provide us and our guests umbrellas and golf cart transportation.My husband and I wanted a unique venue and when we toured Grand Tradition in 2019, we knew this estate was the one for us. We chose the Beverly Mansion and Orchid Bar, all of which were beautiful and unique. The guests could not stop raving about how unique the venue was!Please book Grand Tradition - they worked with us, they were flexible, they were understanding, and they KNOW what they are doing.We cannot wait to visit Grand Tradition again, whether it’s for brunch, to walk the grounds on our anniversary, or another event :)

We got married at Arbor Terrace last week-- and it truly was the best day ever. From the second we went to go look at Grand Traditions-- to the day of the wedding, everything was so EASY. Between Elle showing us the grounds, sending videos so that we could share with family that did not live locally, and treating us to lunch, our decision was EASILY made. Once planning began, our coordinator Sarah was a godsend. Everyone kept skeptically asking us how planning was going, with the typical assumption that planning a wedding is stressful... but truthfully-- every time we were asked how it was going, our response was always \"Great!\". The actual wedding however, was by far better than anything we could have imagined. Our guests all felt that they were in Hawaii-- and the recommended shuttle service made attendance easy. Sarah and staff worked so hard to make sure that the day was perfect. I was told before the wedding that no one has a perfect wedding day-- but we feel that we did. If something went wrong, we didn't know about it-- and it was handled. Sarah made us feel comfortable and truly lived by her word that there was nothing we could ask that would be too extreme. We wish we could relive this day every weekend, but instead we will just make frequent trips to GT to have brunch and remember our special day!

Grand Traditions is the most organized and put-together venue I have ever seen! Every piece of wedding planning was absolutely easy with this venue by your side. They have planning meetings and constant communication between the couple and all hired vendors. We had been planning our wedding during the pandemic and Amanda, our wedding coordinator, made everything so easy even when we were stressed with the outside world. My husband and I had so many compliments on the attentiveness of the staff and our wedding coordinator. I can't say enough great things about this venue. They are absolutely amazing! Highly recommend it to all future brides.

My wife and I got engaged in April 2020 (pandemic era). We did not physically visit any venues, but we did 'virtual' tours, browsed photos, read reviews, and did our homework. We originally wanted a tropical destination wedding, but traveling was limited during this time. The Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens was the perfect venue for my wife and me. We had the tropical feeling, peaceful atmosphere, and the luxurious look we wanted. We met with our Wedding Coordinator, Sarah Fox, who was excited for our big day as much as we were. Sarah was professional, easy to communicate with, timely, respectful, and accommodating. Sarah took a load of stress of my wife & my backs which made our wedding day even more relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend researching EVERY detail before you throw your high-priced dollar bills at something you may regret on your wedding date. I highly recommend Grand Tradition and their wonderful team, especially Sarah Fox. Thank you!

They are phenomenal. My wedding day was so seamless!! It makes me feel silly that I even stressed at all about the wedding leading up to it. My coordinator, Lisa Vorenkamp, was so professional and knew exactly what she was doing. The staff was friendly. The food was amazing. I absolutely love that when you book this venue, it’s a package deal with everything included! With covid, if I had separate food vendors, coordinator, decorators, and too many moving parts, this wedding would have been a nightmare to plan. With the grand tradition, I simply told my coordinator my concerns and everything was taken care of. That simplicity alone is worth the money!! I HIGHLY recommend booking this venue. Many of my guests said this was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. I felt like such a princess!

This wedding venue is every bride’s dream come true. This gorgeous family owned property is perfectly landscaped from deep lush garden greens to the stunning florals planted throughout the property. The heart shaped lake and several waterfalls throughout the property are breathtaking. When you enter those rod iron gates you are transported to a magical fairy tale land fit for royalty. The Beverly Mansion is stunning from the grand staircase to the Swarovski crystal chandeliers. The horse drawn carriage which is unique to this venue, elevates the entire experience.I am in complete awe and amazement of the Grand Tradition. My wedding coordinator Lisa was a dream to work with from the planning phase to the actual wedding day, this woman is so attentive, detail oriented and absolutely fantastic at her job. The entire staff from the manager Kevin to the day of event staff including my fabulous bridal assistant Danielle made us feel like family while making all our wedding dreams come to life. The food and cocktails were exquisite, my guests could not stop raving about how perfect the food was and how spot on the cocktails were. Thank you Grand Tradition for making all our wedding dreams come true. We are truly blessed to have worked with such incredible people from start to finish.

My husband and I were married at Arbor Terrace at the Grand Tradition in November 2019 and had the wedding of our dreams! When you enter Arbor Terrace, it's as though you have been transported to a magical, lush, tropical island. The grounds are impeccably kept and incredibly beautiful. I love how there are separate areas on the property for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Our coordinator was Lisa and she was AMAZING! So helpful, sweet and patient with us during the entire planning process. She was also instrumental on the day of our wedding along with my Bridal Assistant, Adriana. They both ensured that everything ran smoothly so that we didn't have to worry about any of the details. They were on top of everything so that my husband and I could focus on celebrating our wedding day with our family and friends.The food was delicious too! We still get compliments from guests who tell us it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. I normally would not have chosen to serve chicken, but their Chicken Wellington is incredible and definitely changed my mind. We toured other venues who were either comparable in price or more expensive, however Grand Tradition was the superior choice by far considering the top notch service, beauty of the property, quality of the food and all the perks they offer. I am so happy that we booked our wedding at Grand Tradition. I highly recommend them.

We are so grateful we could hold our wedding at the Grand Tradition- their Arbor Terrace was the most beautiful wedding venue we have ever seen, the staff was incredibly attentive and professional, and the food was amazing. Sarah Fox was the most incredible wedding coordinator we could ever ask for. Our pre-wedding meetings with her instilled a sense of calm in us knowing that she would ensure the wedding ran smoothly and that we had nothing to worry about. The venue itself was the most beautiful wedding venue I’ve ever been to. We were not expecting this beautiful lush tropical forest to be set in the middle of the town of Fallbrook. It’s breathtaking. They have everything you need!

Top-notch experience in a Covid world! Even with many obstacles, including one postponement, a pandemic, and 113 degree weather on the wedding day, the staff at The Grand Tradition went above and beyond to help pull it off in the best way possible. The grounds are spectacularly beautiful, the food was amazing, and the staff just couldn’t have been more professional and dedicated. If they can make us so happy with the many obstacles we faced, imagine what they will do in a normal scenario! Book the Grand Tradition for your special day! They won’t disappoint!

I’ve been dreaming about getting married at Grand Tradition Estate since I was 16. Ten years later, I met my dream man and got married at my dream venue. Everything was absolutely perfect from the start. We signed our contract with Elle, she was patient and answered every question we had in a timely and professional manner. We were then introduced to Amanda. She was an absolute rockstar. She helped us through each step of the planning process and made sure no detail was forgotten. On the day of, my husband and I were able to sit back and relax. The scenery is beautiful and the food was great! Our guests had an incredible time. When we got engaged, everyone told us the wedding planning process would be very stressful. We toured about 15 venues around LA and Temecula areas, and we ended up choosing Grand Tradition. The things that we didn't love probably come with every venue though? Overall, we loved that you have options since they have two different venue options, another additional bar option, different options for ceremony, etc. We had our wedding at the Beverly Mansion and loved the gazebo for our ceremony. If you're booking during the rainy season, do beware that they move ceremony inside to where the reception is, and do not move the tables so it'll be super tight if you have over 100 people. We were really scared of it raining for this reason, so just be conscious of that. We were assigned Alyssa as our coordinator and a few months into it, we were assigned a new coordinator, Lisa. She proved to be really exceptional and answered all of my crazy, control-freak questions without seeming annoyed at all :) We had a few special requests, some were granted, some weren't and that's all fine and we appreciated the efforts. What was so important was that our dogs were allowed as well. The day of, the whole staff was amazing. Lisa had everything set up perfectly and it all went off very smoothly. It's very well oiled machine.

We got married at Grand Tradition (Arbor Terrace) on 12/7/2019. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Sarah was our onsite coordinator and she truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day the most special day of our lives. The GT team provides incredible service on the wedding day, and they make sure that the day is as stress-free as possible. We had rain on our wedding day and Sarah and her team made adjustments seamlessly. Our guests and families have not stopped raving about the venue, food, and service. I am so grateful that we chose Grand Tradition because they make their couples' experiences a priority and exemplify excellent service.

I am so glad we decided on this venue! All my guest kept telling me it was the best wedding they have been to and I’d like to think it was Amanda Cox our wedding coordinator who made that happen! The photos are flawless because of the beautiful tropical greenery. We went with Arbor Terrace over the Beverly mansion because it felt more private. The food was fantastic and service was even better. The only downside is that there are no resorts near by.

Sarah was an amazing coordinator throughout the whole process. I am so lucky to have gotten her! She was very experienced and gave us suggestions if we weren't sure about something but always thought about our needs first. She didn't try to control what we wanted to do and was just overall amazing. She took care of all the aspects on the day of the wedding and it was a huge relief for me that I didn't have to do take care of that on my wedding day. Everyone was super attentive and even if we were behind on schedule and even if there was some hiccups I never felt it. When we arrived in the suites, we had champagne, water and tray of cheese and crackers. We were brought our meal and we got to quickly eat before we had to greet and meet everyone who came to our wedding. The whole team was awesome from all the servers as well. This was the perfect venue and I got so many compliments that this was the best wedding my guests have attended. Also, the food was excellent and everyone raved about it. When I went to the tasting myself I was worried the quality might go down for the real event but it didn't!! I highly recommend Grand Tradition and Sarah especially.

The hospitality started way before the actually wedding, our coordinator Charnel held our hand the whole way, making sure we needed for nothing, always reassuring us that she had it taken care of, sending us reminders and keeping us on schedule. She was fantastic. The venue...breathtaking, the staff...courteous, helpful, professional. The food...best I’ve ever had. They paid attention to every detail. Grand tradition was such a beautiful place to get married. We got married at the arbor terrace venue and it reminded me of Hawaii because of the tropical decor. Amanda was our coordinator and I couldn’t have asked for more. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and went without any hiccups. She made sure that every thing I needed from the planning portion to the wedding day was met. They even provide a bridal assistant who made sure we were fed and had appetizers and drinks while we took our photos during cocktail hour as well as during the reception. NotTo mention the food was absolutely delicious. I am extremely happy that we chose to have our wedding at grand tradition!

We had our wedding at Arbor Terrace and it could not have been a more perfect day. The venue was so amazing and everyone who came said that they were amazed with how beautiful everything was. Lisa was our coordinator and we could not have had a more perfect person to help us make our day so wonderful. We also had Danielle who we meet at the food tasting and requested her to help with out wedding as well. Both of these ladies did an outstanding job and we could not have asked for anyone else that could meet their standard of dedication. I will always recommend Grand Tradition's to anyone who wants to find the perfect place to get married or renew their vows.

I just had my wedding at the Arbor Terrace at Grand Tradition this past weekend, and it was amazing! Charnel and the rest of her staff were not only super helpful leading up to the wedding but also the day of. They made sure we were fed, followed up with us to see if we needed anything, and were generally overall so attentive of both my husband and myself as well as our guests. The venue itself is gorgeous! I had so many guests tell me it was the most beautiful wedding venue that they have been to. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wedding site :)

There was a lot more workers then expected. They are highly trained. Trust me choosing a pure wedding venue is the best. You have professionals that know everything about a wedding. You will not find another venue like this one... or a coordinator (that comes with the venue) as amazing as Amanda Cox as well as the entire Arbor Terrace staff. I was essentially the anti-Bride... being a premed student taking classes and planning a wedding at the same time was a hell of a ride. But Amanda, ever patient with me, kept me on track and ensuring every vendor and decision I made would come through the day of. Grand Traditions works like a well-oiled machine... and as many weddings as they have I felt they made my day particularly special and I’m sure they do that for every bride. Not only is the scenery breath-taking... but the staff makes you feel taken care of and supported every step of the way. I couldn’t have envisioned what Grand Traditions made my day into. They are simply the best there is... my sister & maid of honor loved it so much that she’s getting married there next year! If you want a seamless and stressless wedding pick Grand Traditions, you will be so happy you did.

Made my wedding unforgettable. My wedding day ran so smoothly due to my coordinator (Sarah) and bridal assistant. I planned the wedding with my coordinator Sarah, she had great ideas and even called all my vendors 10 days before the wedding to ensure things went smoothly. We meet about 3-4 times. I planned my wedding from Florida and Sarah helped a lot since I was far away. During the event the service and food was raved about by the guest. They especially loved the meat and chocolate fountain. The best thing about grand tradition is that you don't need signs to direct people because there is butler's who assist with every transition. The Bridal assistant is awesome, she delivered food to my sweetheart table and cleaned my dress when I spilled red sauce on it. I would chose Grand Tradition 100 times over for a wedding. You will not be disappointed.

We got married at the Grand Tradition on June 6th, 2019. Ever since I first walked the grounds I have been completely in love with this venue! They take such good care of the property and it provides a truly unique scene for your big day. Everything was amazing from the food, to the staff, to the scenery! We were truly blessed to have our wedding here. Amanda Cox was our coordinator and she was PHENOMENAL! Amanda really helped us bring our vision to life. She was so patient throughout the wedding planning process and made sure all our needs were met. About a year into the planning process, we found out I was pregnant and Amanda was more than willing to help us have our gender reveal during our wedding day. She even gave us some brilliant ideas for the gender reveal. Amanda always greeted us with a smile and treated our little pup like family too :-) To say I was impressed with Amanda the day of our wedding is an understatement. She truly went above and beyond to create a once in a lifetime experience for us! She made sure we stayed on track with our time in order to do all the things we wanted to the day of. She also made sure the bride and groom got to eat (thank you so much for that!) and ensured that I had plenty of apple cider throughout the day since I couldn't drink :-) Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we do not regret booking at the Grand Traditions one bit!!

I am so glad we chose Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens as our wedding venue! We got married at Arbor Terrace on 3/30/19 and it was absolutely stunning! Alyssa was our wedding planner and I cannot say enough great things about her! I kept saying throughout the whole wedding planning process that I didn't know what I would do without Alyssa! Grand Tradition was 100% worth the money. They structure everything throughout the wedding planning process to make it as painless and seamless and possible for the bride and groom. They took care of everything and I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day! My guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was! Shout out to Kevin as well! He was the one who gave us our tour before booking and he was amazing! My dad can be a difficulty person and he handled him with humor and ease - my dad was skeptical before the tour and then completely on board after the tour! Grand Tradition is truly a hidden gem. From start to finish... our experience here was great - meetings with our coordinator, menu tasting, and just visiting the venue to prepare for our big day. My husband and I got married in the Arbor Terrace in March and it was absolutely perfect! So many of our guests complimented how beautiful the venue was and were pleasantly surprised by all the scenery and waterfalls. It felt like a destination wedding in our own city :) Our wedding day went so smoothly and stress-free thanks to all the work the staff and our coordinators did. I recommend Grand Tradition 100%! Our dream wedding became a reality here!

We were married at Grand Tradition Arbor Terrace on 2/15/2019 and we could not be happier with our venue selection!!! We toured several beautiful venues in northern San Diego county but once we toured GT I was totally sold. The venue is a total hidden gem, driving to the venue you would never imagine there would be such a beautiful tropical style garden in the area. Elle gave us our tour and she was so sweet and helpful, she answered all of my questions not only the day of the tour but the weeks following. Once we booked with GT we were introduced to our day of coordinator, Charnel. I am sure all of the coordinators are great, but Charnel was simply the best! She is sweet, ORGANIZED, helpful and so very patient with us! I asked about a million questions leading up to the wedding and I know I asked the same questions repeatedly, she was quick to respond and always happy to answer my questions. Our rehearsal was on Valentines day, which just so happened to be one of the worst storms in the San Diego area in quite some time. Roads were flooding, the wind was knocking trees over....stressful to say the least. Charnel was so on top of it, we had to of course re-arrange the rehearsal set-up and move it under the reception tent. Even though we rehearsed in a different area, Charnel walked us through exactly how it would be the next day (assuming we had clear weather which we did) So there was no confusion the day of the wedding. Charnel kept everyone & everything running smoothly the day of the wedding, I am truly grateful to have had her as our coordinator, my husband and I just adore her. As for the wedding experience for us and our guests....it was incredible. Everyone has been gushing about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was! Everything about our day was perfect and we cannot recommend Grand Traditions enough. They will make the wedding planning process smooth and remove a ton of stress as well as provide a gorgeous venue that your friends and family will love!

Choosing Grand Tradition Estate was one of the best decisions we made. We were not only blown away by the beautifully landscaped grounds, but the staff and coordinators are true professionals. There are a thousand things to worry about when planning a wedding, but having a venue that's transparent with pricing, and having an incredible staff to support you throughout the process and on the big day, is worth every penny. They've got weddings down from easy to understand planning forms to providing final touches such as the cake stand, table numbers, ring bearer pillow, etc at no extra charge. The venue is a little remote with the area not having much and we were warned about the potential lack of Uber/Lyft drivers, however, our guests were so impressed, it didn't sound like they had any problems driving with many coming 1.5-2 hrs away. There are many great Airbnb's in the area as well. Grand Tradition gave us a beautiful wedding and our guests thought we had spent something in the 6-digits, which was totally not the case, but we are so happy they even had that impression. Our wedding was held at the Beverly Mansion with the ceremony at their newer Compass Garden site. It was awesome that we got the best of both worlds with the beautiful lake grounds, and then the intimate, lush tropical scenery and waterfall for the ceremony. We had 18 tables (150 guests) at the Crystal Ballroom, but everyone was comfortable, and not to mention the large dance floor too. The buffet option was great as our guests were able to go for seconds or thirds. The FOOD was a huge highlight to the experience as well. The salmon was moist and not fishy, and their prime rib was perfectly cooked as well. We got compliments on everything down to the salad and ravioli.Alyssa, our coordinator, was a true MVP. She was beyond helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process and was our go-to on any wedding cultures or common traditions or trends we didn't know about. She totally had my back when I got too drunk too and made sure I was hydrated and had food in my stomach. What a sweetheart!!! She was a perfect communicator throughout the day and verified the details that were in our plan as they came up in case we were feeling any changes or if guests said otherwise. Lisa was another coordinator that helped us in times when Alyssa wasn't available and we were lucky to have her as additional support. We were in a panic and didn’t have bobby pins or hair spray and Lisa got us some super quickly. Lastly, Camarin our bridal assistant was so sweet and helpful and even thought to give me napkins to hide in my bouquet in case I started to ugly cry during the ceremony. Sad it's all over, but so glad Grand Tradition's garden and restaurant are open to the public for us to come visit for years to come.

This was everything I imagined and more. Words will not describe how happy I am with this venue and how happy our guests were. Everyone loved it. The scenery, the fresh flowers, the food; people are still raving about the food! Thinking about the day gives me chills. The team was totally organized and anything we needed we received. Kalani is the best coordinator and I truly believe she was assigned to our wedding for a purpose. She really understood our needs, she made us feel comfortable and we left feeling like we made a new friend. She was courteous, professional, loving and this day wouldn't have been the same if she was not our coordinator. This venue is AMAZING, I highly recommend checking it out, I promise you will not regret it.

Man oh Man... I don’t even know where to begin! We just got married on May 26th at Grand Tradition and I can not express the JOY and EXCITEMENT I had throughout this whole experience. My 1st venue choice fell thru due the owner not being able to accommodate my needs, and THANK GOD for that situation falling thru. I was able to have the wedding of my DREAMS at Grand Tradition Estate and Gardens! From the moment we stepped foot in the venue, I was in LOVE! I initially was going to have my wedding in the mansion, however after seeing Arbor Terrace, I was sold! The staff was more than accommodating and understanding with all my visions. The way they communicate with you throughout the planning process is so personal. From the bridal faire, to the food tasting, Every little detail made everything so memorable!! 😁The day of my wedding was so organized and on point! If there was ANY issues, I knew nothing about it! I was truly impressed! I wasn’t rushed at all! The fact that everything is done in a timeline form, lets you know exactly what should be happening and when. I wish I could do it allllll over again. Alyssa stayed in close contact with all my vendors making sure no balls were dropped! Matter of fact, if it wasn’t for her, I probably wouldn’t have had a wedding cake that day. Lol. My baker called me saying that she just received a call from Alyssa confirming my cake delivery and she had my date on the 27th, rather than the 26th (although we definitely confirmed my date during each meeting). Everything was confirmed and my cake was delivered right on time....thank you Alyssa 😘! With me designing and planning my WHOLE wedding myself, from the decor, to the music, to the guest dress code, Alyssa, my coordinator went over and beyond to make sure my wedding day was exactly how I envisioned it being! My wedding will be the stepping stone to begin my business and Alyssa made sure all my decor was placed in the correct spots! She made sure all the guests were comfortable, and she made me feel like a princess making sure I was ok throughout the night. Alyssa is AMAZING!!!!! I am very much a perfectionist, and this was no challenge for her. I wouldn’t have traded her for the world!!! She kept in very close contact with my Maid of Honor throughout the night to ensure everything was PERFECT! Would I recommend Grand Tradition?? Well, if you are looking for a GORGEOUS, accommodating, fairy tail, PROFESSIONAL, flexible, welcoming, stress free venue with AMAZING food... then YES!!!!!!! They made my Wedding Day Unforgettable!!!! Thank you Grand Tradition!!!

Our wedding at Grand Tradition definitely made memories for us and our guests. We used the Beverly Mansion which was the right venue, in my opinion, for a combination of outdoor(ceremony) and indoor(reception) setting for a fall wedding. All our guests were in awe of how beautiful it was and how good the food was! Considering that we are from Laws Vegas, from the first day we viewed the place to the planning, the food tasting and the wedding day itself, everything turned out the way were hoping it would be. The owners are also very involved which makes them so different from other wedding venues. Staff were all great and courteous. The weather was also perfect for our November wedding. This venue is a gem in a small town(Fallbrook) which we would never have known if we had a different venue. My husband and I are very happy and we highly recommend Grand Tradition Estates and Gardens. We are very thankful for them and we wish we could just do it over and over again!

From the moment we toured Grand Tradition Estate, we were in love! We were scheduled for a tour but unfortunately lost our pet sitter for the day so our little dog had to travel with us. Don was super accommodating and allowed our fur baby to ride along with us. We were sold and couldn't be happier with our choice. We booked Arbor Terrace and it was amazing. All of our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue and how it took you away from the world and into a lush, tropical paradise. In addition to the beauty of the venue, the staff is amazing. Alyssa, our coordinator, made sure that our day ran smoothly from beginning to end; she was awesome! We can't say enough good things about this venue; we had such a positive experience. If you want a beautiful venue with wonderful staff (and who doesn't), book Grand Tradition!

Coming from someone who works in the event industry, this venue is truly spectacular. Although located in the middle of no where, the grounds of the place is beautiful, lush, and serene. From the hidden rock speakers to bushes being situated specifically so your guests don't see you until you walk down the aisle to the peak outs by the water fall for your photographer to capture that amazing picture - everything has truly been thought out and well planned for to host a wedding. I thought their prices were very competitive to other venues when you list out all of the perks to get included with the venue cost, Chivari chairs are typically an upgrade at most venues, bridal assistants and ushers are not usually provided, having an on-site coordinator who helps you plan every detail is again something that you out source at any other venue. I would almost consider this an all-inclusive venue with how much great necessities are provided! From cake stands to easels to gift boxes, all of those little things add up when you have to purchase them yourselves, and a lot of times you don't have a use for them afterwards, so it is great that GT gives you the option to use their equipment and décor! Charnel was our day of assistant and she was fantastic, I would HIGHLY recommend requesting for her as she was phenonmal. But every staff member has done a million weddings so they are all so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to executing your wedding day. Overall amazing facility and would definitely recommend anyone to tour this place as you have to see it in person to truly grasps its beauty!

The location is truly beautiful, both ceremony locations are wonderful, though we are very glad we went for the gazebo by the lake since we could do the horse and carriage grand entrance, which was stunning and unforgettable. The only thing better than the location with the gorgeous gardens and mansion was the friendly and professional staff. Lindsey was so helpful every step of the way, from our first meeting to some last-minute changes. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they made our special day absolutely fantastic!

The Grand Tradition did an amazing job at our wedding in April. They are very organized and thorough in all of the details on the wedding day. Our wedding coordinator, Kalani, helped us have such a harmonious wedding. She really listened to all of our conversations during the planning process and helped us create a wedding customized just for us. The food was delicious and the people working at The Grand Tradition were all so nice and joyful. It was great to work with a venue that takes care of the set-up/take down, food, and much more. The mansion and gazebo on the lake made for beautiful photos. If we had to do our wedding all over again, it is without a doubt we would choose the Grand Tradition—it will seriously make your dreams come true.

We first toured it and enjoyed a great brunch on the veranda and knew we had to set up a meeting.The meeting went great, we were scared we wouldnt be able to afford it but after modifying our dates we were able to save a ton of money (highly recommend sunday wedding, turn out was still huge with lots of fun!). At the meeting they provided us with champagne and beer free of charge. so thoughtful and professional.After booking, we were assigned to a wedding coordinator. Alyssa Dela Rosa is an angel and a girls best friend. She is so very professional, approachable, and reachable. She responded to all emails and calls so fast!! THE BIG DAY:No complaints!*Alyssa organized everyone just perfectly*time line was perfect and made it stress free for everyone*vendors were assisted*the sound tech guy was great! slideshow and ceremony music turned out perfect*drinks and snacks provided (so beautiful!!!) on serving trays to bride and groom room*food was outstanding, still receiving compliments!!!*my desserts were delivered by bakery, Alyssa set them up free of charge, made the entire reception are look perfect*After the wedding, the entire staff gathered together to help my family package up all of our bins (home made decor). They were so efficient and helpful*couldnt have been happier with the day. this venue is very professional and have hosted numerous weddings and it shows. The organized packet of info should be your first indicator that they know what they are doing. Do not take is as controlling or limiting, appreciate it because it makes your day run smoothly and perfectlastly, the food tasting event they put on is not like any others ive ever been too! such a fun night. made new friends, felt like we were at a real wedding

I honestly don't know where to begin. I have so many nice things to say about the estate and the staff! I had my eye on this venue for my wedding for over 5 years. I've watched it change slightly, improve with each renovation, and the prices increase (LOL). When it was time to finally book the venue, I promised my parents that I would look at other places because of the cost of GT. Granted, I have expensive taste and there were only 2 other venues that SLIGHTLY compared to GT's beauty, and they weren't that much cheaper. I figured GT is worth every extra penny than the other venues and, after my parent's acceptance, booked GT 14 months in advance! My first coordinator was Amanda who was very friendly and energetic. She learned about my wedding quickly although it's not typical to meet them so soon. About half-way in they changed my coordinator from Amanda to Alyssa. I was very skeptical since I had built a friendship with Amanda and requested to have a manager on the sidelines while I transitioned to Alyssa (which they accommodated) SHE. WAS. AMAZING! (Carrie - you're amazing too!) I felt as if I was her only bride - she remembered not only wedding details but personal details about myself that I had mentioned. She knew my wedding details as if they were her own and always greeted me with a smile. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very enthusiastic! Every meeting with her was like meeting with a friend- she made me feel welcome and at home. She helped me fight for a few very unique requests that, without her persistence, I'm sure would have been declined by management. I've worked with a few coordinators at friend's weddings at other venues and I can honestly say she's the best I've met and I'm extremely thankful for her. The rest of the staff was always very welcoming, complimentary, and treated me like a Queen. I had a couple hiccups along the way for things that were out of my control (remodeling 3 months before my wedding? EEEK) but every issue they resolved with flying colors, quickly, and with a smile (even though I was definitely a bridezilla). If booking this venue for it's looks isn't enough, then book them based on the staff. You're in EXCELLENT hands and they will make sure that no matter what, no matter how crazy the request, they will make your dream wedding a reality. The upkeep of the venue is outstanding. You'll never see a dead flower or a dry spot in the grass (and I've visited GT for every season). Grand Tradition is by far the most beautiful venue for a wedding and what I like to call \"the happiest place on earth\".

My husband and I got married on January 20th 2017 at Grand Tradition - Arbor Terrace. Grand Tradition Estate was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and speak for themselves as soon as you walk onto the estate, but honestly its the staff we were in contact with that truly made our year of planning nothing short of amazing! Grand Tradition’s staff were a vital piece to our wedding day being stress free so we could just focus on the important things of the day, like getting married to your best friend! :) The professionalism and attention to detail is what sets Grand Tradition apart from all the other venues in the area and we consider ourselves lucky to have had them! From the first interaction we had with Carrie for our venue tour, to our last planning meeting with our incredible coordinator Kelsey, all the way to the wedding day itself where every single staff member was willing and ready to lend a helping hand, our wedding day turned out perfect! Kelsey was our wedding coordinator, and we could not feel more blessed for everything she did for us every step of the way! We couldn’t possibly put into words how much we appreciate her doing everything in her control to make our wedding day a dream, and a dream it was. She was always so kind, warm, and welcoming. Her professionalism exceeded all expectations and she is so organized and detail oriented that we didn’t have to be! :) We constantly said throughout the process “Kelsey we have no idea what we would do without you.” She was a key piece in making our fairytale wedding come true and we can’t thank her enough. Grand Tradition is not just a venue to us, it is now a piece of our lives and hearts forever. THANK YOU Grand Tradition for the best memories! We will see you again for our 10 year! :)

My husband and I just got married at the Arbor Terrace in December. Our venue was our favorite vendor selection out of our entire wedding! In fact, GT was the first venue we toured - and we followed up by touring twenty others (to do our due diligence). We were thrilled to come back and book this venue after our search - it was truly unmatched in beauty, value and service! Throughout the entire process, Katie and Kelsey were a dream team. I was \"that bride\" - with a million questions, and a million \"what ifs\". They always answered me promptly, thoroughly and were happy to accommodate everything I threw at them! From creating my signature cocktail to setting up extra appointments just so we could practice our first dance on-site - everyone was so flexible, and paid so much attention to detail, I couldn't have asked for a better wedding team! Their banquet staff, receptionists, parking attendants - and awesome sound technician - everyone deserves a shout out!! (just as one example of their dedicated service, our coordinator Kelsey spent 30+ minutes picking out the exact shades we could turn the LED at different parts of the reception - and that's just the tip of the iceberg) We had provided GT with 20+ boxes of various decorations; everything was set up perfectly. I honestly couldn't imagine anyone else having this level of perfection without hiring a professional decorator! On our actual wedding day, we never had to worry about a thing! Our party got there a tad late (it happens), and Kesley & team were able to adjust the schedule, and juggled all the moving pieces - so that we didn't even have to think about it. And on top of all her coordinator duties, Kelsey came up to us every 10 minutes to check in (and bring us a drink)!!! And, of course, the grounds are just gorgeous - all of our guests were blown away by how scenic all of the sites looked - and everyone was raving about the food. We just couldn't recommend GT enough!!

We are so happy that we chose the grand tradition for our wedding reception. It is a beautiful venue on its own even before flowers and decor. All of the staff was wonderful and the day went off without a hitch. Everything flowed and we were able to enjoy our night without any worries of logistics.

We had our wedding at Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens on October 29, 2016 and we could not be happier with how everything turned out! The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and gorgeous! The service is excellent! Also, everyone at our wedding raved about how delicious the food was! It really is an excellent venue, because you can have both the ceremony and the reception all at one place. The customer service at the venue is excellent! Carrie and Kelsey really excel at their jobs! They were both so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. Last, but not least, Grand Tradition has a program called the Ring Corps where you can go visit on your anniversary month every year and get a free meal on them! We are really looking forward to making that our routine every year to celebrate our anniversaries! Overall, it is a phenomenal venue and I knew it before I even went to see it!

The moment I stepped into Grand Tradition Estate, I knew this was going to be the place I got married. Everything was pristine. There wasn't a blade of grass out of place. My guests had the exact same reaction I did: jaws to the floor with amazement. Now, two years later, I still get comments about how beautiful my wedding was. Sure, you may be paying quite a bit of money, but the nice thing is that it's so beautiful, you might save on decorations and flowers! Ashley, my coordinator, was amazing, although I do wish I had a full-time planner on top of her because she wasn't the detail oriented planner I needed. But, in the end, it was all beautiful, my day went flawlessly, and I would suggest to anyone who had the money to get married here. It's a true oasis.

We had an October wedding here in hopes of finding a green, garden type venue in southern California. Our ceremony was at the lake gazebo and the reception at the Beverly Mansion. the staff exceeded expectations and made everything go perfectly. it was the perfect day and we wold recommend Alyssa for any wedding needs at grand tradition.

Beautiful venue, but what is considered \"Affordable\" these days? I looked into this venue and it would be almost $40,000 for the venue, food, tables, staff, and a $3,000 consumption bar. That's not including the DJ, Photographer, Invitations, Florist etc... The Knot, PLEASE update, this is not an affordable venue for many people

Grand Tradition popped up on my search through wedding websites. The website opening page is exactly what you get when you see this beautiful venue.\r\rThere are two venues to select from on the property, both wonderful. \r\rUnfortunately, the ceremony site I fell in love with on the website wasn't available due to roofing work. They upgraded me to the another ceremony site that happened to be the best of both venues!\r\rThe sales staff, including the director all greeted us and we're so welcoming and friendly. \r\rMy coordinator, Ashley was absolutely wonderful. She supported me and gave me suggestions when and where I needed them. She made sure that the wedding stayed on track and had no problems.\r\rI was and still am missing visiting the venue and the staff at Grand Tradition and cannot wait to go back for future anniversary celebrations!

December 5th, 2015 was the BEST DAY of my Life. I will never forget this day. Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens is truly the most Beautiful and Gorgeous Venue ever! We got Married at Arbor Terrace. They have such a professional team too. We booked the Venue February 2014 for our wedding and we were in constant contact with Our Wedding Coordinator Amanda throughout the whole process. She had an answer for everything and was never more then a phone call or email away. We had a lot of special requests and unique things we wanted to incorporate with the wedding and Grand Tradition and Amanda and the whole staff accommodated without hesitation. Our guests are still talking about \"Our Wedding Day\" They have gone on and on about how good the food was and the service from the wait staff, and bartenders. The venue has Waterfalls, and Gardens that made our wedding photos Beautiful. This is the place to get Married if you want your Dream Wedding! Very Professional and wonderful staff. If my Husband and i could do it again we would! \rWe can't say enough good things about the ceremony & reception. The whole wedding planning process, worth every penny we spent. It was truly a fairy tale come true.

We had our wedding in March 2015 in Beverly Mansion and we immediately fell in love with this venue after Carrie provided a wonderful tour of the property. Overall we were pleased with our wedding experience. Katie was our venue coordinator and overall we had a reasonable experience with her. This is an absolute beautiful venue but has some room for improvements.\t\r\rPro’s\rThe two Venues available, Arbor Terrace and Beverly Mansion are amazing and are picture perfect all around the grounds. \rThe overall business procedures, tour introduction and coordination with vendors completed by the venue was well structured. \r\rCons\rThe venue coordinators do not have work cell phones and can be difficult to get a hold of at times.\rWe had to continuously review the statement/invoice to ensure the changes we requested were applied correctly and discounts offered were included and reflected on the statement. If we didn’t look carefully it could have been rather costly. \rWe had over 50 more seats put out during the ceremony than we requested and discussed with our coordinator. This triggered everyone to gather on one side and made it rather uneven which wasn’t great for pictures and video. \rThe staff hired for the wedding are generally very young. In our opinion the work could have easily been done with 50% less workers if they hired a more mature/adult staff. \rAnother wedding was being held at Arbor Terrance and several of our guests told us after the wedding they were directed to the wrong venue. \rWe paid the venue for an extra hour but toward the end the staff wasn’t around nearly as much to help and we found ourselves looking for staff.\rThere is no online payment system, so you have to call in your credit card every time or send a check for payment.\r\rAgain, overall we loved the venue and would not have selected another location. We made several add-ons (horse and carriage, compass garden ceremony, cocktail hour, additional hour, chocolate fountain, etc.) at a high price so I think it’s important to point out the areas which could have been improved and that you may want to be cautious of after selecting this venue. \r

The Grand Tradition is AMAZING!!! It is beautiful and has the most wonderful staff that made everything at our wedding perfect. When my mom and I first toured The Grand Tradition, it was so impressive that we thought it would for sure be out of our price range. But surprisingly, it was very reasonable for everything that is included. The staff at The Grand Tradition knows exactly what they are doing and makes sure to have the entire day run smoothly. A coordinator is included and I can't say enough great things about Katie - she was awesome! I didn't have to worry about anything on my special day because I know Katie had it taken care of. The Grand Tradition is so accommodating and went out of their way to meet my needs. The bridal suite is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, and it was the PERFECT place to get married. I highly recommend The Grand Tradition Estate!
