Grand View was the venue of our dreams for so many reasons. We started our planning process with them in December of 2022 and with each step along the way our questions were answered and we had everything we needed to make an informed decision. This venue really goes above and beyond to ensure that the couple has what they want and need for a perfect wedding day. Working with Tatiana was a pleasure and she stepped in and made our every wish come true.LOCATIONGrand View is STUNNING. It is surrounded by Lake Nipmuc and will be stunning on a summer or winter day (we got married in late December). There is ample parking and there really is not much surrounding the venue so you really get a private, intimate experience without the movement of anyone else in the area.FOOD/DRINKThe food is really, really good. Point blank. I’d say 50% of the reason my husband and I chose the venue was for the FOOD! They can customize options to meet the needs of any and all dietary needs and preferences and they even go so far as making specific recipes that may be special to you and your family. So many of our guests could not stop commenting on how yummy everything was, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main courses and late night snacks. Their bar options were endless and our guests were all satisfied to say the least.SERVICE/COORDINATIONHalf way through the planning process, our original wedding coordinator suddenly left Grand View and Tatiana stepped right in, seamlessly transitioning to the new role and communicating with us consistently along the way. The month of, we did a thorough review of everything and when I say Tatiana was ON IT, she was on it! The day of, her and the bridal attendance, Sophia, were so patient, helpful, flexible and kind and helped me and my bridal party feel comfortable and have everything we needed for a seamless day.Most venues piece meal different components of the wedding, but Grand View’s packages are mostly all inclusive, making it less stressful on you to figure things out. I could go on and on about Grand View but I highly recommend you check it out for yourself as you consider your planning.

FLAWLESS execution with our 200-person wedding on NYE!!! We could not be HAPPIER with our experience hosting our wedding at Grand View! We had a tall order and high expectations since we had over 200 people on New Year’s Eve and let us tell you… Grand View delivered with FLAWLESS execution. One of the major reasons we booked this venue was that they host weddings all the time, so they know what they are doing, and our wedding was no exception. Their expertise was evident throughout the planning process, and truly shined on wedding day. The staff worked in tandem with our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly and on time. We were able to put our full trust in them to carry out our vision for our wedding, which really allowed us to soak in every precious moment. The venue itself is gorgeous and the food from Chef Linda was excellent. We were so well taken care of by the entire staff, but a special shoutout to Kelly and Tatiana!! Kelly was our coordinator and a true master of her craft. She is very detail-oriented and brought us + the wedding party through the entire process from start to finish, answering every question we had. When I dropped off my decor, I realized I had completely forgotten to design the decor for our sweetheart table and Kelly was able to use our extra centerpiece items to make it look beautiful for us. Tatiana was my bridal attendant and took such good care of me through the whole night. She made sure my dress stayed together and didn’t snag on the cement outside, kept a water handy for me to take sips during pictures, and just in general brought a positive, calming energy that put me, my bridal party, and the moms at such ease. We would HIGHLY recommend Grand View to anyone in the area looking for a venue that will take care of them on the biggest day of their lives!!! THANK YOU!!!

My husband and I just had our dream wedding reception at the Grand View on 12/16/23. From start to finish, the staff at the Grand View worked tirelessly to make sure we had a great wedding day. When it came time for planning the wedding, we got paired up with Grand View coordinator - Erin. I cannot say enough about how INCREDIBLE Erin is. Erin sat down with me for over 2 hours to confirm all of our wedding details, guest meals, special accommodations, and linens (just to name a few things). She helped to ease any stress I had and answered all of it throughly. If she didn’t have the answer right then, she wrote it down and made sure to get back to me that next morning with the answer. When it came time for the wedding weekend, Erin and her team were all hands on deck to make sure this weekend was epic. Erin did a great job taking an inventory of many items & lended a helpful hand the entire time. She was beyond flexible with the changes we wanted to make to existing decor. The week leading into my wedding, I had multiple questions & guests cancel due to illness. I emailed Erin each time with replacement guests or questions & she was quick to reply and to update the guest count. The day of the wedding, everything went perfectly. As a bride, people always said I needed to be prepared for things to go wrong. I never felt like I needed to this because everything truly felt perfect. Most of this was thanks to the Grand View. Upon arriving at the Grand View for our reception, we were greeted by Kelly, Erin & Tatiana. Tatiana was our bridal attendant for the night and she was AMAZING! She took care of us the entire night with a smile on her face. When we got to the GV, we headed right outside for photography. Erin and Tatiana came with us & fixed my dress and veil throughout the 2 hours of photos. While doing this, Tatiana brought us drinks and appetizers. During the reception, the team made sure we stayed on timeline & was efficient with service. The Grand View accommodated my request of espresso martinis & everyone was raving about them. They passed many trays of appetizers. When it came time to move into the ballroom, it was decorated perfectly & well staffed. Guests enjoyed not only their salad, bread, & second course, but also their huge portion size of their dinner choices. After dinner, GV put out our coffee/tea and dessert quickly to ensure we had the maximum time dancing. Dancing started & it didn’t stop until the night ended! Every guest who attend spoke so highly of the venue, the staff, & the food. Guests raved about the service - they said staff from the Grand View continuously checked in with them throughout the night asking how their experience was going. The facility is beautiful, the staff is professional, the food is amazing, & the planning process is easy. If you are looking for a high class wedding venue staffed with kind people who care about you and your wedding day, look no further! I highly recommend The Grand View for your wedding day. We had tons of people tell us this was the best wedding they ever attended. This was thanks to the Grand View. Choosing to celebrate our wedding at Grand View was the best decision we made for our wedding.Special shout out to Erin and Tatiana- you ladies are rockstars! You made our day so fun, easy, and memorable. Thank you for sticking right by my side all night to make sure we were taken care of. You are both amazing at what you do! Grand View is a top-notch wedding venue with a very inclusive package that made planning so much easier. Kelly was always SUPER responsive, accommodating, and amazing to work with despite our many, many questions. The venue's cocktail lounge and ballroom with fireplace are beautiful, even the bridal suite and bathrooms are beautifully decorated, and of course the outdoor space on the lake with the terrazza are the show-stoppers and there are so many areas around the property for photos. They accommodated our signature cocktails and their food was really good with many creative and seasonal options to pick from - in fact, their food tasting event was our favorite part of planning and they gifted each couple artwork! Their package included our cake, a full dining set-up, linens with many fabric and color options, printed name cards, votive candles, table numbers, sign stands, and more, and they were completely flexible to arrange the spaces and decorate how we wanted. They hosted a great rehearsal, and our coordinator even came to our dinner when I forgot something at the venue! They decorated everything perfectly and were very attentive to us during the wedding - they even made sure to come up to our sweetheart table to wish us a wonderful first dinner as newlyweds! The only slight con was that they've had some recent turnover, so our day-of coordinator changed 4 times. For us, it was early in our planning so it didn't have much of an impact when it really mattered towards the end. But does make me wonder what's going on and whether the timing was more impactful for other couples.

Grand View was a perfect wedding venue for us. Not only was it a beautiful location, but the staff made it so easy for us. Gina and Tatiana were wonderful to work with. My GIRL Meredith was the sweetest human to have by my side the whole day, making sure I drank water and actually had some of the amazing food we picked out! Everyone was so professional, and the space was unforgettable. It was truly a dream venue, and I cannot recommend it enough.

My husband and I had the most magical day of our lives, thanks to Tatiana and the rest of the incredible staff at Grand View! We are still blown away with how fantastic and gorgeous everything was. Tatiana was our coordinator, she was incredible! She was helpful with anything and everything we needed, and when we could not decide on something, she offered professional suggestions to any questions or advice we were looking for. She was quick to respond to any emails I sent and made me feel so comfortable leading up to the big day. Tatiana handled all things schedule/timeline, setup and breakdown of all our decor, favors, etc, and reached out to our vendors to coordinate load in time, setup, and to accommodate dietary restrictions for each of them. The timeline Tatiana provided was extremely detailed, and was helpful for us to get an idea of what to expect for the day. Tatiana was there to answer any questions I had or offer help throughout the evening. My mom was working on my bustle and Tatiana came over and helped her to make the process faster. We wanted our outdoor flower urns repurposed inside, and she grabbed them and carried them inside. She was incredible!The tasting was extremely helpful to narrow down meal choices from the large selection that is offered. I was so happy with everything I ate on the night of the wedding. The food really was incredible and there was a ton of it. During cocktail hour, Tatiana made sure we got drinks that we wanted and had the team bring us a tray of passed apps. If we wanted more, they would have gotten us more. Grand View also covers the cake if desired. We did a tasting with Gerardos, picked our flavors and the design we wanted, and told them our wedding date and guest count, and that it was at Grand View. I really have no idea what happened from then on, but somehow the cake was there, looking perfect. A week or two before the wedding, I emailed Tatiana in a panic asking if I was supposed to buy a cake stand and she told me not to worry, they have some we could use. On the day of the rehearsal, we dropped off all the decor and “extras” (blankets, favors, etc). On the day of the wedding, it was all perfectly set up. The Grand View team even makes place cards for each guest. We also opted to use the table numbers and votives that Grand View provides to accompany our decor. Throughout the night, the Grand View team was quietly collecting things that were no longer needed and by the time my husband and I were ready to leave, our cars were packed and we just had to grab our personal belongings and hop in. Not once did I notice something missing or feel like they were picking up too soon/rushing us out which I was worried about. We really didn't have to do anything.One constructive note for future brides, I wish they allowed us to arrive a bit earlier for our first look. We were allowed to arrive at 2pm for a 3:30pm ceremony, with guests arriving at 3pm. This means that we had from 2-3pm for the first look but I needed time to get my dress on and to get ourselves organized once we arrived. We definitely could have used an extra 30/45 minutes, and I would suggest future brides push for this. This was the only part of the day that I felt rushed. The venue is stunning, the staff is incredible, the food is fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough and can't wait to hold a milestone anniversary party here in the future :)

The Grand View was absolutely incredible and made our wedding perfect! I could write a book about how great the venue and staff are. We had several changes to our coordinator in the months leading up to our wedding, but each person was amazing and they all took such good notes that each transition was seamless. Our final coordinator Erin was incredible. She was flexible and responsive to all our questions and she also offered us great advice when we weren’t sure about table placement or what order speeches/dances should go. She is fantastic!The venue is just as beautiful in person as it is in photos. In addition to our own centerpieces and decorations, they also go the extra mile by offering some decor of their own - they hang string lights outside and have their own table numbers if you don’t want to provide your own. It is so helpful and can let you save a bit on decor.The food here is amazing! We also couldn’t believe how much food we were able to provide our guests and it was all so delicious! The staff also makes sure you as the couple are getting enough to eat and drink throughout the night which was so thoughtful!I cannot say enough good things about this place. The fact that so much is included made planning so easy and it was such a beautiful day! We love the Grand View!!

Where do I even start!? I can’t put into words how grateful my husband and I are to have gotten married at the Grand View. To summarize our experience I would use one word- exceptional. The entire staff is top notch- highly professional and enthusiastic. They are truly a well oiled machine. The food is absolutely delicious and service is extremely prompt. The grounds are beautiful, as is the bar and ballroom. The venue is meticulously clean and even the bathrooms are stunning! Our guests raved saying this was the best wedding and venue that they have ever been to!!! Can’t recommend the Grand View enough for giving us the day of our dreams! And a huge thank you to our saving grace, Tatiana. Tatiana was our wedding coordinator, but she is so much more than that. She is so caring, helpful and genuinely lovely. She started working with us about a month out from our wedding due to a personnel change at the Grand View, and we could not have been more lucky to cross paths with Tatiana. She is so organized and was integral to the success of the day. She took care of setting up all of our decor (which turned out stunning) and even packed and labeled the decor at the end of the night in boxes. She followed us around with water during our first look and was always ensuring we were well fed and watered! My bustle came undone shortly after the ceremony and Tatiana came to the rescue to fix it. She is a star and we are so utterly grateful for her!!

We had the most amazing experience with Grand View for our wedding in November. From the first tour, the staff was all welcoming and supportive through every question and planning step. Our coordinator, Tatiana, met with us whenever we had neurotic questions or panic moments. She responded to every email and eased every possible stress. As the bride, I felt perfectly calm on wedding day because of the preparation and organization of the Grand View. I would recommend them to anyone! And I am going to because I want to go back as a guest! We couldn't be more grateful.

I do not know how I can even begin to describe how amazing Grand View was for our wedding. But let me start with this; we chose the venue for a variety of reasons, but one of the key selling factors was the absolutely breathtaking views over the water for the ceremony. Well we had the unfortunate circumstance that nobody wants to be in....it rained on our wedding day. The ceremony had to be moved inside; and let me tell you, it didn't even matter. The indoor ceremony was just as beautiful. The staff from the planners to the servers were polite, professional, and enthusiastic. We could not have asked for better service from the day we booked the venue to the end of our wedding night. Not only were they incredibly attentive, they somehow managed to do this so discretely the guests and us hardly knew they were there! That is until we needed something; then without even needing to ask, they were attending to our every need. We truly cannot think of a single issue or drawback with Grand View, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book Grand View for your big day; you absolutely will not regret it.

If you’re on the hunt for a venue with amazing food, a stunning view, and fantastic staff, then Grand View is the BEST. Kelly was so attentive and responsive in her emails/phone calls and answered any and all of my questions. She made sure all of our details were perfect and exactly as I wanted. She crafted the perfect timeline to keep everything running smoothly to make sure everyone was having fun and was well-fed. Tatianna was our bridal attendant on the day of and she was amazing as well. She was there to fluff my dress, bring me anything I needed, and make sure that my husband and I actually ate/drank! You can tell that Kelly and Tatianna truly care about each one of their couples and want your experience to be absolutely perfect. The food was AMAZING. I have severe food allergies and the chef was easily able to accommodate any of my needs. We had guests raving about how good their food was and how much there was to choose from. We are still hearing from guests that this was one of the BEST weddings they had ever been to and we have to agree!

Kelly, Meredith and team made this day possible. They were so incredible that I had 0 worries in the world that whole weekend! Kelly ran the show- she was superwoman! And Meredith- she never left our side and always made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Grand View was seriously a dream venue- the views, the staff, the FOOD, and everything in between exceeded all my expectations. If you are looking to have a stress free, beautiful wedding then this is the place. I never wanted to leave and can't wait to come back to visit to bring back all the amazing memories all over again. I think my husband and I were the happiest bride and groom in the world all because of Grand View!!!!

A huge thank you to Kelly and all the staff at Grand View for helping to create our magical wedding day. It was a true fairytale wedding. The staff did an excellent job of making sure that the ceremony and reception were well coordinated. Kelly made sure all of the details leading up to the wedding were taken care of. Tatiana, Caroline, and Sophia were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive and they made us feel like royalty. They are excellent in their roles and it was so fun to work with them. All of the members of the Grand View staff were always kind, professional, and responsive. Thank you to Kelly for answering a million questions throughout the wedding planning process and thank you for bearing with us through last-minute, unexpected changes. Our guests were extremely impressed by the stunning scenery at the venue and we received outstanding feedback about the food and drinks. One of our guests (who is 90 years-old and has been to many weddings) told us it was the best wedding he has ever attended. We agree with him and we would highly recommend Grand View to any couple that is getting married!

If you are even considering the Grandview as a venue I could HIGHLY suggest it. They are absolutely amazing and beyond professional and organized. They helped create an absolutely perfect day for us from top to bottom. Kelly Sullivan is absolutely amazing, she is extremely responsive and helpful. She answered any and all questions we had and truly was a built in coordinator. As for the day of staff she was there along with so many amazing others that truly catered to us every second of the day. Meredith was our bridal attendant who couldn’t have been more amazing. At every turn she was fluffing my dress skirt, bringing us drinks and hor devours, helped bustle my dress, and even had a damp towel to get some makeup from me off my husbands tux. They are the highest quality venue and I can’t recommend them enough. The food was amazing, ambiance and setting is top notch. Absolutely outstanding.

Absolutely blown away by the incredible experience provided by everyone at Grand View . First off the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The Hors D’Oeuvres seemed to never stop. Everything worked seamlessly and I never wanted it to end. The compliments on how beautiful everything was a constant theme all night. While the staff was amazing, I must commend Kelly and Tatianna. Kelly, you are the most professional, incredible person to work with and I can’t thank you enough for all of your help. You are a shining example of what all people in this profession should aspire to. Tatianna, you are an absolute rock star !You were two steps ahead of us with knowing exactly what we needed at any given time. You made this mother of the bride stress free and beyond happy we chose Grand View.

Grand View has the most beautiful venue paired with the most amazing staff. I started my process with Gina and she was great at answering my many questions and assisting us through the whole process down to even making a timeline for us. Then on the day of I was assisted by Tatiana who was just as amazing. She knew it was important to me to get married outside and she made sure it happened. She tracked the weather for me came to me with suggestions to ensure we had the day we dreamed of. WHICH WE DID! The other staff was just as amazing and they focused on ensuring the guests had a great time as well as assigned us a personal attendant who made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. On top of the excellent service we had the most amazing food that would guests LOVED. Grand View is the best venue and I would highly recommend it to anyone they truly made our day come to life and the process was smooth and easy.

We had a beautiful, seamless wedding at Grand View on July 9, 2023. We saw a dozen venues before Grand View but none felt quite like us. The day we met Kelly at Grand View, we knew we had found the one! Kelly is a fantastic manager and is always calm, cool, and collected. She goes above and beyond to ensure your day is the wedding of your dreams. The venue is gorgeous and the staff are a well oiled machine. We were informed that if the weather was not cooperative, we could make a game time decision and move the ceremony inside/outside just minutes before, if needed. We are still hearing from friends and family how much they enjoyed our wedding, especially the food!

Grand View was the very first venue we toured when we started looking at venues – we toured others after, but found ourselves comparing each one to what we first saw at Grand View, and finally had an “ah-ha” moment knowing we obviously had already found the perfect place to have our dream wedding! What truly made everything so easy for us is the unbelievable package they offer, which includes so many big components such as food, premium open bar throughout the entire night, custom wedding cake, event coordinator, bridal attendant, and SO MUCH MORE. This was a HUGE deciding factor, because it meant one less outside vendor we had to try and search for. Our guests could not stop raving about the food, which there was so much of. They provided 6 different passed apps during cocktail hour, a fruit & cheese display, salad course, second course, main course, dessert, and a coffee / tea station (YES, all of that is included in the package!). This is a one-event only venue which honestly makes all the difference in the world. Every part of the venue whether it be outdoors, indoors, our private bridal suite, and even the bathroom, had the perfect photo-opt. The pictures truly do not even do justice on how absolutely stunning the venue looks in person. My attendants were so good about checking in on me basically every minute to make sure I was okay, had what I needed, or for literally ANYTHING. Things can naturally get hectic when you’re being pulled in different directions and sticking to a timeline on the day of, but that’s why it’s so crucial to have people such as Kelly, Tatiana, and Meredith from the Grand View to make sure it all goes smoothly!

Grand View and their staff exceeded my expectations for our wedding! Upon our first visit, Gina was honest, thorough, and accommodating. Their package included everything we dreamed of, and more! Throughout the entire wedding planning process Gina was available to guide us, answer our questions, and take on some of the wedding planning tasks. Grand View has an amazing in house chef, who had many delicious food options and accommodated any and all dietary restrictions. The venue was thorough in understanding our vision, timeline, and everything else included in our big day. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate on our special day, and Grand View changed our ceremony to be indoors without a sweat. Last minute guest substitutions? No problem for Grand View. There was an attendant checking in with me the entire day to ensure I had food, drinks, and to help with anything else that arose. I could not have asked for better accommodations than I received on my wedding day. Grand View and their staff are professionals, and amazing at what they do!

Grand View is everything we could have dreamed of and more!!! The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Kelly and her team and we knew this was our wedding venue!!! They are beyond efficient and work as a fantastic unit. The view is absolutely stunning, no one even cared that it rained!! And the food...guests are still talking about the delicious food!! Chef Linda is a magician!!! The ballroom is spacious and gives off a very warm glow with gold wall sconces and shimmering crystal chandeliers. And the fireplace is the most unique and gorgeous centerpiece to pull the entire room together!! You will not regret having your wedding here. The staff here is incredible. Truly the most genuine and helpful group of people. This was our top choice from the moment we saw it. We worked with Gina at first, she walked us through all the options. Their packages pretty much include everything you will ever need, much less stress and planning this way. Once we were contracted, we started working with Alysha. I can’t say enough great things about her, you are truly truly in the best hands. She cares so much, is super responsive and has this all down to a science. I asked so many questions and she was never bothered and always had the answers. Our wedding day was flawless, they executed my vision perfectly. The event spaces and exteriors are stunning for photos and extremely well taken care of. Our guests were raving about everything, especially the food. I have to also give a shout out to my bridal attendant, Tatiana. She eased all my worries before the wedding, was prepared for everything and by the end of the night, we were best friends. Just the sweetest person. They make me want to do it all again!!

I cannot possibly recommend the Grand View enough. We booked our wedding at the Grand View in 2019. We had to switch the date of our wedding multiple times due to COVID-19 and military obligations, and the Grand View was so flexible, accommodating, and encouraging every step of the way. (We had such a great experience planning with them, that I also ended up having my bridal shower at the Grand View in 2020. It was stunning, and the food was delicious.) After almost 3 years of planning and delays, we finally got to have our ceremony and celebration! Even down to the last minute, Gina was flexible and quick-thinking to enable us to have our ceremony outside. The venue is absolutely breathtaking from the grounds to the building itself. The food was so delicious and every person with an allergy or dietary preference was accommodated and well-fed! Our friends and family are still talking about the food and views! Wedding planning can be challenging, and life doesn’t stop when you get engaged. It is very important to find a venue and staff you can trust to make your vision happen and lessen your stress. The Grand View is that and so much more! I am so thankful we booked our wedding at the Grand View and so thankful to Gina and the staff there for giving us such a beautiful night!

We had the best wedding at Grand View this past July!Alysha, our coordinator, was amazing! She was so organized and helpful. She was quick to answer any of our last-minute emails or questions leading up to our wedding day. She helped to make our wedding run smoothly without any issues. She kept us on track while allowing us to enjoy every second of our day. My husband and I were able to fully relax and take in the moment because she had all the details covered. She was fantastic!The weekend of our wedding it was nearly 100 degrees. The staff at Grand View did a great job keeping all of our guests hydrated and cool. We were able to enjoy our outdoor ceremony and then dance the night away inside. After our wedding, our guests continued to rave about the food and Grand View’s beautiful location. She was so knowledgeable and mindful of everything, I’m genuinely unsure when she sleeps because she’s putting 110% in to helping the brides.When I gave her some attitude the morning of the wedding, she was still so nice and helpful, knowing that I was projecting - she gave me a get well soon card for my dog and the gesture really meant a lot to me.She went out of her way to make my day move flawlessly after we had to switch up the ceremony site due to the weather (and my hope for it to change lol)The venue was so gorgeous that I barely needed any decorations and my wedding looks phenomenal, I got raving reviews of the views, the food, the venue from every. single. guest. If I could do it over, I would!Shout out to the bar staff who were being tested by a patron of mine and handled it so professionally and calmly I was just beyond impressed 😅 and special shout out to Tatianna for being my bridal attendant and listening/answering my questions the day of and making sure I was never hungry or thirsty.Beautiful floors, windows, outdoors and indoors, my biggest hang up with other venues with ugly rug and grand view just knocked it out of the park with aesthetics - if you’re going for a minimalist wedding this is your place, it’s so beautiful you don’t need any decorations. My husband and I had our wedding at Grand View almost a year ago and our friends and family still rave to us about the beauty of the venue and the attentiveness of the staff to this day. When we were looking at venues, nothing compared to the feeling we got after visiting Grand View. From beginning to the end, Gina was on the ball with planning and helped make the process as stress free as possible. She always answered my questions in a timely manner and was so organized. Grand View is an absolutely beautiful location, but the service on top of that is what made it stand out to us. We have a lot of allergies in our families, but they were accommodated with meals that were safe for them to eat. The day of the wedding is typically stressful for most brides, but that was not the case for us because the team makes sure everything happens seamlessly and you are left to enjoy your day without worrying about anything else. My husband and I were busy walking around saying hello to guests when the meal was brought out, but the team was so attentive to our needs. They were constantly making sure we had enough water and made sure our meal was brought out fresh to us once we were done greeting our guests. They also kept everything on track time wise so we didn’t have to worry at all. Another thing that really stood out to us is that they cared for our wedding party as well. Appetizers were available to us throughout our pictures and the staff even made sure that our ring bearer, who was getting tired and hungry, was immediately given a snack upon his arrival. The “little things” like that along with the obvious perks such as the stunning location really made Grand View the best venue and a clear choice for us. I cannot recommend it enough!

I fell in love with Grand View the first time I pulled in to the venue. The large parking area, private lake side location and elegant scenery really holds true to its name. Gina, the event coordinator, is a saint for answering my numerous emails leading up to our wedding day. Both Gina and Kelly were coordinators for our rehearsal and wedding day. Their experience and professionalism are evident after helping us work through some last minute hiccups. I’d also like to acknowledge the chef and servers who were fantastic. I don't even know where to start here because there are too many amazing things to say!! My husband and I started looking at venues right after getting engaged, and Grand View was actually the first one we saw. I fell in love literally on the spot, but we wanted to do our due diligence so we kept looking at a few other venues. NONE of them could hold a candle to Grand View. The space is truly GORGEOUS - with the option for 2 different outdoor ceremony spaces, an outdoor or indoor cocktail hour, and a great indoor ballroom space for the dinner/reception. Danielle was wonderful when we met with her initially - giving us a tour & helping us eventually sign the contract. At that point we were introduced to Gina, who was our main point of contact for the rest of our time working with Grand View. Gina was truly amazing - I am very \"Type-A,\" but I've also never been in a wedding before until my own (!!), so I had a million questions along the way. She answered every single email in such a timely manner and was so, so helpful throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding can be STRESSFUL, but having the most organized and helpful team behind you at your venue can alleviate so much of that stress. We actually did not hire a wedding planner, and I don't regret that decision at all because of how \"on it\" Gina & the team at Grand View were. The day of the wedding was truly a dream - I did not feel an ounce of stress because I knew Gina & her team were handling everything behind the scenes. I even had a personal Bridal Attendant, Tatiana, who was WONDERFUL - she was on top of my every need, but was also just so funny and kind and the best presence to have by my side that night! I know this is a million words - but I hope this helps any future brides looking for a venue to know that they will be in the best possible hands at Grand View! My wedding was truly out of a movie and I could not be more grateful to Gina & team for everything they did to make my dream come true!

This venue made every vision I had for my wedding day come to life. Gina Incardone was amazing to work with, super kind, super responsive, and honest in her opinions which was super helpful when decisions got overwhelming! The chef Linda was phenomenal, everything that came out of the kitchen was delicious. She even made homemade mini pierogi to serve with a slice of kielbasa for an appetizer as a nod to my husband and his family and their Polish heritage. I literally stood at the top of the stairs looking out at our ceremony space while waiting to walk down aisle and said to my uncle “It is everything I dreamed it would be.” Thanks to the amazing staff and beautiful location, our day was perfect and magical in every way!

I cannot possibly say enough great things about Grand View and the entire team there! We fell in love with this venue as soon as we saw it and knew it was the perfect place for our dream wedding. We met with Danielle to discuss a contract and make sure that everything we wanted included on our day was accounted for. She was so helpful in describing all of the options, and we were very impressed with how much was included in the cost, especially compared to other venues that we had seen...and the location is gorgeous! From there, we worked with Gina, who went beyond expectations in regards to helpfulness and overall communication, helping us navigate postponing our wedding due to the pandemic, and even handling a last minute decoration mix-up that I only realized the day of the rehearsal. She was so responsive to all of my emails and questions, no matter how trivial, and on the day of the wedding she had everything set up exactly as I imagined and made sure the day progressed flawlessly. She even kept me updated on the weather forecast for the wedding day after a very rainy rehearsal to make sure I did not stress about our outdoor ceremony! I can honestly say I was not worried about a thing on my wedding day, and this was all thanks to Gina (and her team of course!) All of our guests had such a great time, especially finally being able to let loose and celebrate after not being able to see each other in person for so long...and we received SO many compliments that night about how delicious the food was as well! Everything was beautiful, and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day or wedding planning experience thanks to the Grand View team!

The Grand View is a hidden gem. Located in a small, quiet town on a private lake, the venue itself is quaint and picturesque. For many reasons, my husband and I chose this venue: flexibility with event coordination, great food/hospitality, and perfect outdoor setting. There happened to be a hurricane the day of our wedding, but it did not stop us for taking GORGEOUS wedding portraits by the lake or stop the amazing GV staff from accommodating our situation. They were extremely gracious by hosting our guests' cocktails inside at the last possible minute (food was amazing!). Thank you so much to the Grand View staff for making our day unforgettable!

Living in a small state like RI, We have seen every venue in the area. We wanted a place we have never been to before. When We found this venue, It was love at first sight. Danielle was awesome and worked with us to find a day and time that would work best for our budget. She even took into consideration the time sunset would take place on the day we decided on (which I never would have thought of). After our first visit we booked immediately. From there Gina took over and she was absolutely amazing!! I can’t commend her enough. You don’t have to say much for her to understand what you are envisioning for your special day. I had so many questions and concerns during the whole process, she always responded in a timely manner and never made me feel as if I was bothering her. ( if they don’t respond on the weekend it’s because they are giving all their attention to other bride/grooms on their big day). The food by chef Linda was amazing! The food was hot and fresh which is hard to do with 125 guests. I am not a high maintenance person what so ever but it was incredible to feel so special for a day. This place goes above and beyond to ensure your day goes exactly how you want it to go. Our wedding was over a month ago and we are still getting compliments on how beautiful everything was. I can’t wait to be back as a guest because I am recommending to everyone :)

We had the absolute best wedding night at the Grand View in Mendon, MA. The staff goes above and beyond for their clients. From our first meeting with Danielle, we were sold on the Grand View from the amazing views to the packages and the amazing service in-between. Gina was an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire planning process, which included a COVID postponement. She could not have been more helpful, kind and understanding throughout the process, holding a 2020 and 2021 date for us until we made our final decision. She responded in a timely manner to every question, request, and everything in between and always provided help and assurance. On the wedding night, we had the most amazing staff with Gina and Myrna available to help along with a bridal attendant that helped my husband and I throughout the night. When my MOH spilled her drink minutes before bridal party pictures, Gina was there with a shout wipe before we could even react. They are absolutely amazing! Our guests are still talking about the amazing food months later, big shout out to Exec Chef Linda for making our food dreams a reality. I highly recommend the Grand View and wish we could relive our wedding date all over again! Thank you to everyone who helped make the night so special!

We can’t say enough great things about Grand View! It was the only venue we needed to visit because we immediately fell in love. The updates to the ballroom, cocktail hour room, and bridal suite that were made before our wedding were amazing. Having the backdrop of Lake Nipmuc was beautiful, and a little bit of rain during the day made for extra special sunset photos. Gina was a fantastic wedding coordinator and always responsive to our endless number of questions and concerns as we waited to see if Governor Baker would ease the COVID-19 restrictions in time for our big day. Luckily we were able to have the wedding of our dreams and our guests are STILL talking about much fun it was almost 4 months later. Thank you Gina and the rest of the Grand View staff!

We got engaged August of 2019 Grandview was our 2nd venue we saw we knew right away the search was over. We had the great pleasure of working with Gina alot longer than most due to the pandemic her and the venue was fabulous throughout the whole ordeal from postponements to a million anxiety filled emails. The big day finally arrived the day was perfection everybody from Gina to the wait staff were so attentive and friendly between my parents and my in-laws everybody has been giving them and us such raving comments from the food to their location everything was incredible. Even people that didn’t attend the wedding just seeing the pictures alone and they were blown away with how beautiful everything was. After touring just one venue before the Grandview we noticed how most of these places are à la cart and things can add up very quickly with a Grandview you get so much more for your money I cannot recommend this venue highly enough if I could I would marry my husband every single year here it was just so fabulous and unfortunately went by so quickly.

We had a wonderful experience using them as our wedding venue. It started out with how attentive our event coordinator Gina was. We had our tour in December 2018 and didn't get married until August 2021 due to COVID and Gina handled it all seamlessly! On the day of Meredith was our bridal attendant and she couldn't have been more attentive, helpful even going out of her way to sneak in food and appetizers in between pictures! Myran was Gina's assistant of the night and she was fantastic as well! Couldn't have been sweeter and no ask was too big. We are still getting compliments on how good the food was especially the appetizers as well as comments on how beautiful the venue was. We couldnt' have picked a better place to get married!

We held our dream wedding at the Grand View last weekend. We first booked the venue in early 2020, even though we weren't able to view the inside due to current restrictions. The lakeside ceremony view sold us immediately. We also loved how much was baked into the standard package; e.g. the full open bar, linens, seating cards, etc. We really didn't want to worry about add ons and potential additional costs, so the all-inclusive pricing made it super easy. Over the course of the next year of planning, Gina was awesome. She kept us up to date with changing restrictions and made the entire process feel stress-free. Through pre-wedding planning meetings and the wedding weekend itself, Gina was professional, highly responsive, and accommodating. Anything and everything we asked about seemed to be a 'yes'.Our family & friends are still raving about how beautiful our venue was. The wedding day & night went so smoothly, and we're confident its because of how competent Gina and the Grand View team are. Highly recommended!

Grand View was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. Gina and her team go above and beyond to make your special day absolutely perfect in every way. Gina was extremely professional, organized, understanding, and patient. Being a Covid bride who had to postpone her wedding, Gina was able to answer my millions of questions in a very timely manner. She always responded to my emails within 24 hours and always offered to have a phone conversation, when we were unable to meet in person. She made herself available throughout the entire planning process and always kept me updated every time there was a change in restrictions due to Covid. When I finally made the decision to postpone my wedding a full year, she took the time to have a phone call to go over all of my options for future dates. From the very beginning, every time we had an in-person meeting, Gina was very organized, took notes, and provided me with checklists to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything I would want to remember on my big day. I really can't say enough great things about Gina and her team at Grand View. The food was delicious and many of my guests made it a point to tell me that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Chef Linda is truly amazing. The menu options for food stations, appetizers, and entrees are not limited by any means. In fact, my husband and I had trouble narrowing down which ones we wanted to have at our wedding, because we loved so many of the food choices. The ballroom at Grand View is absolutely breathtaking. Besides the fact that the venue sits right on a beautiful lake, you have the venue to yourself for the entire day for only you and your guests to enjoy. It has acres of gorgeous grounds, perfect for so many different photo opportunities. My photographer and I had a great time exploring the grounds for all the perfect spots to take pictures. The grand ballroom has beautiful wood floors, gorgeous sparkling chandeliers and a huge dance floor. The bar area is very spacious and perfect for cocktail hour. Cocktail hour can also be expanded outside to the upper deck which overlooks the entire lake. After all of the stress and changes with Covid, Grand View's team of professionals made my wedding day happen seamlessly. The entire staff was extremely organized and attentive on the day of my wedding. The room was decorated beautifully with all of the details Gina and I worked on together at our final meeting. I would recommend Grand View to anyone who is looking for the perfect wedding venue.

From the second we pulled into the Grand View we knew it was the place for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained, and cocktail room, ballroom and bridal suite have all been updated. The team at the Grand View is INCREDIBLE! At our initial meeting, Danielle gave us a detailed tour before we sat down to discuss our options. We never felt pressured to make a decision. We truly feel like they want the couples to make the best decision for them. Once we put down our deposit, we began to work with our wedding coordinator, Gina. Gina is FANTASTIC! As we planned a wedding in Covid, Gina was always there to answer questions, offer advise, or put our minds at ease. Gina and the team helped to seamlessly move our outdoor wedding to an indoor ceremony by the fireplace. Even though Memorial Day Weekend 2021 was unseasonably cold and rainy, the team made the room so warm and inviting. The other team members at the Grand View were also amazing. The ceremony went smoothly and was so well organized. The food was delicious and we had so my passes appetizers and a four course meal. Our guests are still raving over the food! Executive Chef Linda and her team made sure that everyone’s dietary needs were met. We were so impressed that they took such care to make sure any allergies or concerns were taken care of. The servers were excellent and kept the courses flowing through the night in order for us to get on the dance floor as quickly as possible. The bartenders were also excellent helped to make sure our guests had all the drinks they could need. If we could give any advise to couples looking for a place to get married, stop looking and work with the Grand View!! They will be sure to make your day so special and more importantly as stress-free as possible!

We had our wedding at Grandview this past May 2021 and it was absolutely beautiful!! The whole team there was amazing, specifically Gina who was so supportive over the last 1.5 years! She kept us up to date with everything going on in terms of guidelines and restrictions, helped us adjust our wedding date from March to May, and helped us alter our plans from inside to outside, in the end we couldn't have imagined it any other way! We were so happy that we did our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all outside even though we were hesitant at first especially knowing how beautiful inside the ballroom is. Outside ended up being amazing, the property is so beautiful and all or guests are still raving about the outdoor set up, the amazing food, and the great staff who helped throughout the event!

Head over heals in love with the Grand View! My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams and owe it all to the amazing team we worked with. Our tour with Danielle was so informative. We got a complete walk through of the grounds and before we even sat down to discuss specifics, I knew this was the venue for us. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and assured us we would have the wedding we always wanted. Fast forward a few months and the world shut down due to Covid. We ended up moving out our date and Gina our event coordinator helped us navigate through the craziness and unforeseen future of what was to come. As the pandemic improved and our countdown was getting closer, Gina was sure to keep us up to date with the MA state restrictions so we could make sure our day was as closed to what we had envisioned. Our food tasting was to die for and we were so excited that our friends and family were going to be able to have the yummy appetizers and delicious deals on our big day. Chef Linda went above and beyond to make sure the food was exactly what we wanted. Let me tell you, the day of she did not disappoint, friends and family are still raving about the pulled pork tacos, burger sliders and bourbon glazed chicken, just to name a few favorites! I know people always say, something will come up at your wedding that you weren’t planning for. Well I can say, that we must be the exception to the rule, or maybe it was the fabulous staff but it was a smooth, stress free, fun, amazing day for all! We got married on site and also had a first look as well. Gina and Kelly absolutely blew us away with decor setup! The venue looked like an absolute fairytale. From the champagne wall, to the flow of decor in the cocktail room, to the beautiful bridal suite we could not have asked for more. The waitstaff and bar team were absolutely top notch! They made sure the drinks were flowing for our rowdy crowd and were on top of everything. Our bridal attendant Chris was AMAZING! She truly thought of everything and before we would even ask for something, she was there with whatever it was in hand, I swear she is incredible. She made sure we tried all of the food and that our drinks were taken care of at all times, she is a sweetheart! We truly cannot thank the Grand View enough! The team they have works together like family and it definitely came through. They 100% without a doubt always put the client first! Your special day is just as special to them as it is to you and they will do whatever it takes to create that for you. If you are wedding venue shopping and want to have the most beautiful day, as stress free as possible, stop your search here. The Grand View is the place to be. We truly cannot thank the team enough!

Grand View was the perfect place for our wedding! It was the first place we visited and nothing else compared to the beautiful patios, lake view, and gorgeous chandeliers in the ballroom. We chose Grand View for the breath-taking outside, but it snowed the day of our wedding. Our guests commented on how beautiful the inside was, they had no idea it was the backup plan! The food was spectacular. The staff were friendly, outgoing, and shared awesome stories of their own wedding days.Gina, the wedding coordinator, went above and beyond! Officiant and groomsman catching COVID 4 days before the wedding? Gina answered the call at 730 am. Snow and 40 mph winds in April? No problem. We battled constantly changing covid rules but Gina made sure that I never felt like a ‘COVID bride’. Gina always answered my frantic text, calls, and emails the same day (typically within 2 hours!!). I 100% recommend Grand View!

We fell in love with GV at our first visit, and it only got better from there! Grand View itself is a gorgeous venue. The views of the lake would be hard to find any where else in central Massachusetts, and the amazing grounds and architecture of the venue itself, are incredible. I don't think we can put into words how amazing Gina at Grand View is. She not only helped us navigate postponing our wedding, but she did so with our best interests in mind. She cares about every couple that walks through GV's doors and it shows in every detail that she ensures is executed perfectly! Chef Linda's food is incredible and she was so accommodating with my pickiness (on top of food allergies!). While our wedding was smaller than we had originally planned for, the day was executed flawlessly and all of our guests felt safe with GV's COVID protocols in place. We cannot wait to plan our 5-year anniversary 'rager' at Grand View so that we can be back in the incredible space. GV is a hidden gem in Massachusetts and I will be singing Gina and the staff's praises to anyone who listens! THANK YOU GV for making our day perfect, even in the midst of all that is the 2020 craziness!

Grand View is perfection. We were planning a big reception this year in their beautiful ballroom overlooking the lake, but with the pandemic, we had to rethink our plans. Gina was flexible, sympathetic, and wonderful to work with; she helped us postpone our party while still safely celebrating this year with just our immediate family. We left every conversation with her feeling comforted and optimistic, which was so appreciated during this extraordinarily stressful time. Our mini-wedding was unbelievably, indescribably beautiful; the location is magnificent, the staff was amazing, and we have incredible pictures and memories that will last a lifetime. We're so excited to celebrate again next year and get the full Grand View experience!

Ryan and I were very pleased with our experience with the Grand View. During our planning process, management and ownership both changed, but the venue honored everything we had planned prior to the changes. Ashley and Gina were extremely attentive throughout the process answering text messages, phone calls, and emails promptly. Ashley was extremely patient in the payment process as we had help from multiple different people making the payments pretty choppy. The day itself was perfect. They placed all the decor nicely for me making the day itself so easy. It was 110 degrees on our wedding day and the staff was accommodating to make us feel as comfortable as possible. We can’t thank them enough! The food was absolutely delicious and the guests seemed satisfied as well. The only complaint I have is that the bar is in the lobby area so at times the dance floor was a little empty. I wish there was a smaller bar area inside the reception area. The open bar didn’t help!!!

My husband and I got married at the Grand View on October 12, 2019... the entire experience was amazing. When we were looking for venues, Grand View was the 2nd venue we looked at, we had 4 other venues to look at that weekend. As soon as we got to the venue, it spoke for itself... it was exactly what we were looking for and we cancelled our remaining tours. The venue is located on a beautiful lake, secluded (they only do one wedding a day), have a beautiful house you can rent for your friends/family, 2 stunning ceremony options (we chose the Bella Vista) and stunning reception ballroom. The entire Grand View team is amazing... they all talk to each other so it's seamless to talk multiple people. Some of the amazing people we worked with were Laura, Ashley, Gina, Linda (chef) and Felix. We did our food tasting with Linda who was amazing. She is beyond talented and her presentations are beautiful. She makes amazing dishes and she even made sushi for us! People have been raving about our food from the delicious entrees, sushi, chowder, late night snacks and salads. She also makes amazing chocolate covered strawberries with peppermint flakes... for someone that loves food... Linda makes the best! She accommodated the allergies, made great portions and food was cooked perfectly. Gina... she was our day of coordinator... she is a saint and is the absolute best at her job. She communicates quickly, explains everything, thinks of everything, and makes the couples feel like they're talking to friends. She is casual yet professional, her patience and attention to detail is amazing. She was organized, dotted every I and crossed every T, my wedding ran so smoothly. Everybody was amazed with how smoothly the wedding went, how she coordinated everything and how friendly she was with all the guests. As soon as I spoke to Gina, I knew my wedding would go flawlessly and I wouldn't have to worry about a thing... and she didn't disappoint! The rest of the staff was amazing, Felix coordinated the chalet as well things inside the ceremony... everything was perfect. We also had a lady who took care of just my husband and I during the wedding and she was so sweet. She made sure we had food in our suite, plenty of drinks and anything else we needed. I can not say enough good things about Grand View staff, venue appearance and food... I highly recommend the Grand View for a wedding.

We had our wedding this summer at the Grand View and it was an absolute dream come true! When we toured the venue I knew right away that it was the perfect setting for our perfect day. The planning process was seamless, even though the venue was sold to new owners during the year between when we booked and when we had our event. The transition didn’t affect us at all and everything went off exactly as described. Ashley has such a handle on everything, she’s absolutely incredible. I am not the best at describing what I was envisioning so I honestly felt bad for Gina, who was tasked with executing it all. When I walked into the ballroom for the first time I was brought to tears. It’s the most magical, indescribable feeling when you see it all come together and Gina did it better than I could have ever imagined. She truly is the absolute best at what she does. We’ve received so many compliments on the beautiful setting, the delicious food, and the impeccable service. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who served dinner to my husband and I, she was so kind and so sweet! We were concerned about there being a wait at the bar due to the number of guests but the bartenders were so quick and so efficient. Our only complaint is that we can’t have a wedding at the Grand View every year!

Our wedding at Grand View on August 16, 2019 was everything and more we’d ever dreamt of. Grand View was the 6th and final venue we had toured, and we fell in love with it right away and knew immediately this was the place we wanted to get married. We are incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Gina and Danielle, and the rest of the Grand View staff. They were very professional and accommodating leading up to the big day, especially since we live out of state. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of food, location, and the scenery. The wedding day was perfect, everything went smoothly. We had our ceremony outside on the Bella Vista which overlooks the beautiful waterfront. Our reception took place in the elegant ballroom. On the night before the wedding, my maids and I stayed at The Chalet which is conveniently located on the premise. It was gorgeous and spacious. Our guests had a blast and we received many compliments. A huge thank you to Grand View and the entire staff for making that day the best day of our lives!

Where to even begin! Having our wedding at the Grand View was truly the best decision we could have made. We booked our venue just over a year from our date, and from the very first meeting we had with Danielle she went above and beyond to always be in touch, make us feel comfortable and ensure us that every single thing was taken care of. All of our questions were always answered, she was our sounding board for ideas, and made the entire process go so very smoothly. Leading up to the few weeks before our wedding, Danielle and Gina were the dynamic duo- the best team we could have asked for. So personal, so helpful, and so easy! The day of our wedding was truly a dream. Our bridal suite was gorgeous- topped with cheese, crackers and champagne. My husband and his groomsmen and our fathers got ready at the Chalet (what an amazing option to have!), and it was the perfect set up prior to our ceremony. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful fall day where we could do our ceremony outside. The day was a bit chilly but being outside trumped all else because of the stunning grounds. None of our guests said one thing about the weather- only how our venue looked truly like it was something out of a movie. The staff were unbelievably helpful and didn’t stop all night long. We even had our very own personal server for the whole evening- didn’t have to worry about a thing! And the best part was each and every staff member had a huge smile on their face the whole night and were more than happy to assist in anything we needed, all with the utmost professionalism. ALL of our guests raved about the food. Could not believe how delicious it was and that it all came out together and still hot- and we had 215 guests! Topped off with a stellar band, our family and friends and of course cake- the day/evening could not have been more perfect and I absolutely have the Grand View along with their amazing staff and coordinators to thank for every step! We wish we could do it all again!

Grandview in Mendon, Ma was and is BY FAR the most professional, caring and beyond any expectations that anyone could consider. Personal attention, attention to EVERY detail, welcoming to all attendees and an important factor: assistance to the physically impaired. The only complaint: that we as a family are out of children to have another wedding at Grandview. But make no mistake, the attendees were in awe of EVERYTHING and Grandview is the first recommendation when asked for a referral. This place is the BEST!!!

We did our ceremony at a church, but our cocktail hour and reception were at the grand view and we are continuing to get compliments at how wonderful everything was! The servers were all amazing- so accommodating, kind and timely! The appetizers and meals were delicious! Gina, our coordinator, at the Grand View was incredible, she put my exact vision as the lay out and was always right there to help (even with my dress bustle!) We could not recommend The Grand View more, it is the best and everything about it is amazing!

Perfect. That’s all you really need to know. My wife and I had our dream wedding at the Grand View this past weekend. Danielle is nothing short of a miracle worker and took such good care of us and our families from the moment we first toured the venue over a year ago until the second we left the wedding. Chef Linda’s food was all amazing and everyone commented on how great the food was and how this was the best wedding they had ever attended. We met Gina later on in the process but she was also great and made sure the wedding day ran smoothly. In short, we can’t say enough about the Grand View and their staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of getting married here.

We had our wedding at the Grand View on September 14, 2019. We had a great experience working with Danielle leading up to the big day and then Gina on the wedding weekend. Both were always so accommodating, especially since we live on the West Coast and that sometimes made it hard to schedule things. We fell in love with the venue when we first saw it over a year ago and knew it was the place we wanted to get married. The ambiance, food, and all the staff were wonderful and many of our guests raved about it. Danielle always made herself so easy to get in contact with and she made us feel like she had everything taken care of from the very beginning. Even when some last minute things came up that were worrying us the week before the wedding, Danielle helped us come up with a plan and she assured us everything would go smoothly. She was absolutely right. Many guests told our families that was the most beautiful wedding they had been to, and that's in large part to the beautiful venue and the staff making everything go so seamlessly. Huge thanks to Grand View, and Danielle and Gina in particular!

Grand view was a DREAM. From the minute we saw it, we knew that it was the perfect venue - it just looks like somewhere that a perfect wedding would happen... and thats exactly what did happen! We worked with Danielle from day one and she was so amazing. She responded to all of my silly and crazy questions throughout the year that we were wedding planning. Danielle worked with us from the beginning to make our day exactly what we wanted. We had a late November wedding but didn't want to pass up the outdoor ceremony space at Grand View. Danielle and the rest of the staff supported our crazy decision to have an outdoor ceremony on a 40 degree day... They set up a hot cider station and space heaters. Gina was our day-of coordinator. She, Danielle, Ashley, and everyone else made the space so beautiful. They set everything up absolutely perfectly... it truly was a dream. I literally can't think of one thing that went wrong. People are still commenting on how beautiful of a day it was... mostly thanks to the staff at Grand View :)

My husband and I were recently married at the Grand View. The Grand View was the first and only place we took a tour of, we knew right away that this gorgeous venue was the place for us! The grounds, ballroom, fireplace and even bathrooms were downright beautiful. We worked with Danielle to help coordinate the wedding and it was easier than I could ever imagine. Danielle helped us every step of the way and made sure that our wedding would go off without a hitch. During the day of the wedding Gina and Ashley were so wonderful and made sure that everything went as planned. The food was absolutely delicious, in fact we're still receiving compliments on how good the food was. I can not recommend this venue enough, if you want all your wedding dreams to come true get married at the Grand View!

Getting married at Grand View was a dream come true. The grounds are just as glorious as they appear online and the staff is accommodating and flexible. We married under the chapel which matched my vision exactly of white lawn chairs & space for a beautiful flower arbor. Our guests could not stop saying how beautiful the venue was and how much they loved it all. The icing on the cake was the food!! It was delicious from the salad to the entree and the chef even made a specific Dominican & Haitian delicacy as a surprise to our guests. We even held our Hora Loca right before the reception ended which engulfed our guests in a celebration to remember. We could not be happier with th crew at GrandView, this hidden gem in the town of Mendon.

Our wedding at Grand View on September 29th was absolutely beautiful, exquisite down to the last detail and truly unforgettable!! Our guests still cannot stop raving about the delicious food, the beauty and elegance of the venue, the seamless flow of the night. Laura Peters was a joy to work with, and she ensured that everything was exactly what we wanted. Our day-of coordinator Gina did a phenomenal job of making sure everything ran smoothly - and it did, down to the minute. In fact everyone on staff (Felix, Ashley, Christine, chef Linda) was kind, professional, helpful and went out of their way to contribute to an amazing day. Renting the Chalet for the girls to get ready before the wedding and for the afterparty was the perfect finish - the s’mores and cigars at the fire pit were a hit! Thank you all SO much, we had the wedding of our dreams!!!

Laura Peters from Grand View was truly amazing. She was so unbelievably reliable and quick to respond to every single one of my needs. You can tell that this is not just a job for her- she LOVES what she does and deeply cares about giving her clients the best wedding possible! Every single one of my details were accounted for on my wedding day, and my guests were raving about how perfect and elegant everything was. Where do I begin with the Grand View. We had the most amazing Wedding on 9.15.18. From the beginnings planning process to the day we said I do, it was all perfect. We had the pleasure to work with Danielle as our wedding coordinator and she was on top of her game. Always answering my questions, accommodating to any requests and just overall great to work with. The weather was beautiful on our day and we had the perfect ceremony outside in front of the lake. The food was amazing and al guest raved about each dish. We also had the pleasure of staying at the chalet for the weekend and had our rehearsal dinner onsite. Looking back now relaxing on our honeymoon we both wouldn’t have pictured our special day anyway else. Thank you Grand View and all of the team for help making our wedding magical. I highly recommend this venue.

This review is about a month over due, but oh man is Grand View absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning of the planning process the staff have been nothing short of amazing. Our original venue didn’t work out- I saw the pictures of Grand View online and in a Hail Mary attempt they had our original wedding date available me and we booked it.Laura & Gina as well as the rest of our staff made our day run so smoothly as possible. They were always available to answer any questions we had and made whatever we needed to happen, happen. The rain held out and my photographer got some truly amazing photos. The food was amazing, that service was amazing, everything was perfect. I would strongly recommend Grand View for anyone who is looking for an amazing venue. Thank you so much!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Grand View. My husband and I got married 8/18/18 and had an amazing experience throughout the planning process, all the way up to our perfect day. Our wedding coordinator Danielle always went above and beyond for us in making our visions come alive as much as to run out on her own time the night before the wedding to get clear umbrellas incase of rain and craft supplies to fix our welcome sign. We also can not thank Ashley and Gina enough for being so accommodating and truly focused on making sure we did not have a stress in the world. Our guests have raved about the food and how gorgeous the venue was. We also rented the Chalet ( a beautiful on site house just steps from the venue) for the night before the wedding as well as the night of for an after party, both nights us and our guests will never forget. Thank you Grand View for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

5.0 We had our wedding on April 7th, 2018 at Grand View and it was the most amazing day. Even though my guests were a bit taken back by us having an outdoor morning ceremony in about 40 degree weather, they agreed it was worth it when they saw the ceremony site and the views of the lake on the side of us. Danielle was our wedding coordinator and she made the whole process so unbelievable smooth from beginning to end! She was super responsive to all my questions and (irrational) concerns, and was fantastically proactive with keeping me on schedule during planning, even giving me tips and tricks to make my day the best day ever. The venue it’s self is so breathtaking, with multiple ceremony sites on the water which both options are so amazing. The food was UNBELIEVABLE! My guests and especially my husband could not stop raving about it! We had a brunch wedding so the chef came up with a unique menu specifically for our day and it did NOT disappoint! We even used the chalet on site for our after party. What a fantastic perk to the venue! Everything about our day was absolutely wonderful! If we could do it again tomorrow and every day after that we would!! Thank you Danielle and Grand View!!

We had our wedding in April 2018 and it was the most wonderful day. Even though we had to bring our ceremony inside due to the weather, it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Danielle was our wedding planner and she made the whole day as seamless as possible! She was worth a million! We don’t know what we would have done without her that day. The food was amazing and all of the guests are still talking about it. There is nothing we would change and we cannot say enough about our incredible experience at the Grand View! It was so beautiful, had the best atmosphere, and provided everything we could have possibly needed. Thank you for giving us the most perfect wedding day :)

I can’t say enough good things about Grand View and our Event Planner Laura Peters. My wife and I got married at the venue on 4/21/18 and have had nothing but great feedback from all of our guests. Honestly, I was fearing the whole wedding planning process as many before me have said it would be the most stressful thing in the world. Well, not so when working with the folks as Grandview. Laura made planning the event the easiest thing in the world. She has lots of great ideas and definitely put extra effort into keeping things before, during, and after the event flawless. The venue itself is beautiful and welcoming with awesome outdoor spaces for relaxation and photographs. The food was amazing and the choices were plentiful, this was key because we had every dietary situation you could image…vegetarian, vegan, allergies….you name it. Our every need was accommodated without question. Another huge plus, our package included a cake from Gerado’s bakery, which is my favorite bakery, and it was fantastic. Also, the entire wedding party had the pleasure of staying on the property at The Chalet the night of our wedding. The home is beautiful and convenient after a long night on the dance floor. Felix welcomed us into the house before the wedding and was very accommodating showing us everything we should know. Honestly, I could go on forever about how pleased we were with Grand View, so I’ll just say that if you are “venue shopping” for an event…don’t waste your time anywhere else, just call Laura at Grand View and start planning your unforgettable event!

Laura was the event coordinator for our wedding located at the Grand View in Mendon, MA and she was more than amazing and beyond accommodating. My husband and I had a hiccup in our wedding plans - long story short, Hurricane Irma destroyed our U.S.V.I wedding venue 6 weeks before our wedding, leaving us little time to re-plan. Finding Laura and booking the Grand View on such short notice was truly a blessing. Laura’s professional, punctual, organized, easy to work with and as mentioned above, extremely accommodating. She understood our vision and worked her a** off to make it happen – she even coordinated so we could keep our original menu from our U.S.V.I wedding, I know, amazing! And the venue speaks for itself, the lake makes for a perfect backdrop, especially with the fall foliage and interior of the Grand View makes for incredible pictures; make sure you check out the Bridal Suite and Women’s restroom (yes, the restrooms are picturesque as well). The overall size of the venue was perfect, it allowed our guest to spread out and enjoy the evening, the food was mouthwatering – people are still talking about the beef tenderloin, and the staff were great to our wedding guest. If you’re on the fence about what venue to pick and what a venue/staff that is professional, accommodating and wiling to bring your wedding vision to life, Grand View is your spot!

I cannot thank Leah, Laura & Ashley enough for making my wedding truly amazing! Laura was instrumental and went above and beyond our expectations while paying attention to every single detail. The venue was gorgeous and the food was fabulous! The Chalet was the perfect place to get ready with my bridesmaids the morning of the wedding and the best spot for an awesome after party. The waitstaff and bartenders were all wonderful as well. We had a beautiful day and I would highly recommend this venue!

Grand View was an absolutely perfect place for our Wedding reception! It was the first venue we looked at and we knew it was where we were going to have our reception right when we looked at it. We worked with both Sharon and Ashley and they made sure every detail and moment was perfect! They answered every question I had without hesitation and took care of everything the day of. Leah was also our day coordinator and she stuck with us the entire night to make sure we had a perfect time, which we did!! The venue is gorgeous and the grounds were perfect for our First Look and Formal pictures. The only thing that we were disappointed about was that they forgot to put out our Wedding favors until the very end of the wedding when majority of our guests left, so not many quests received favors. But, other than that the reception and working with Sharon and Ashley up to the reception was perfect and flawless! They certainly made it a day we will never ever forget and provided us with an amazing experience!

6/21/2017We held our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception at Grand View on June 18, 2017. It's a beautiful venue both inside and out, and the setting on Nipmuc Lake will make the wedding photos very special. We worked with Ashley, who was not only very responsive in the planning process, but handled any of our concerns extremely well and professionally. We received many compliments from our guests on the food (which was wonderful!), and would definitely recommend Grand View.

This venue is a must see! This is a historical building that has just gone through a major transformation. The gorgeous view of the water, the beautiful interior, and an attentive staff that didn't miss a detail. There is a wonderful chalet on the grounds that can be rented as well~A unique idea for the bridal party and family for an overnight or a place to take photos too.We had our wedding reception here 33 years ago and it was so wonderful to see our son and new daughter-in-law have their special day here too.Made the trip to see what this place has to offer!

My husband and I got married at the Grand View on 9/23/16 and it was more amazing than I could have imagined! When looking at potential venues during our engagement this one stood out to me not only because my new in-laws were married there many moons ago (when the venue looked drastically different!), but also because of it's beautiful view looking out over the water, and how gorgeous the entire place is, inside and out. We worked with Sharon as our wedding coordinator who helped us tailor our wedding package to ensure we were getting the most \"bang for our buck.\" One thing I did like about having our wedding here was the fact that there are different wedding packages the choose from that took the hassle out of pulling in vendors from all over. Sharon allowed us to tailor the package to suit our own needs and wants- for example, the package we chose (which was the most basic package and still included more than we needed) included a canoli station from Gerados. We decided we did not want to have this, and were able to cross it off and allocate whatever dollar amount that would have cost towards something else. In our case, we nixed many items and put the funds towards beautiful flowers from Katydid, which helped to keep overall cost down and really bring my vision to life.The inside of the venue really is so grand and has a 1920's Great Gatsby feel to it. It's so beautiful that there is little need to bring in additional decor, it truly speaks for itself.I have received so many compliments about how beautiful the wedding was. Sharon was on point and was super helpful along the way, especially day of. We rented the chalet the night before the wedding for myself and my ladies to stay at and get ready at the next day. The chalet itself is gorgeous, tucked behind autumn trees with awesome views of the lake. One recommendation I do have would be for the chalet to come a little more equipped with certain things. Given that most people stay there for just a night or two, it would be helpful to have some pots and pans, dish soap, wash clothes, and more towels (things you wouldn't necessarily think to bring). Also wifi would be a helpful, great addition. Overall, I'm giving Grand View 5 stars because I don't think there is any reason not to when they surpassed my expectations! :)

Kevin and I got married at Grand View on September 10, 2016. The day was nothing short of amazing! We cannot say enough good things about Sharon- the main wedding coordinator. She was so on top of her game and made the day run so smoothly. Besides our normal nervous jitters, she made us feel at ease and kept the night running without a hitch! The grounds at Grand View are impeccable. We would stop by every once in a while to see how the renovations were coming along. They did a beautiful job updating everything. We received numerous compliments from our guests saying that this was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Thank you to Grand View, Sharon, her wonderful staff and the owner for allowing us to host our wedding at your beautiful venue. We will highly recommend you to anyone looking for a place to get married.

I attended a wedding here at the Grand View 2 weeks ago., The place is beautiful i'll give it that but on the other hand the food was less than desirable.The pale slab of chicken breast with some sort of sauce was tasteless cardboard.The rest of the fare was no better. chicken i would say should be cooked and....not to leave this out, the chicken entree was chosen to be roasted!If you carefully plan out your wedding and pay big $$$$ details should be correct.I wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone and i wont be planning mine here.The view might be Grand but the food was not.Things people always remember arebeautiful bride, place and food.Thats why i gave it a 2 star or else it would be a 1 star

We loved everything about Grand View! Beautiful view, delicious food and wonderful staff! Sharon was absolutely wonderful to work with! I'm a bit of a control freak, but Sharon put me at ease by answering all my many questions. On our wedding day everything went smooth. When my busel came undone Sharon was right there with safety pins. Majority of our guest had previously been to a function at Grand View and couldn't believe it was the same place after the renovations. Two months later and everyone is still talking about how beautiful it was! All the women ended up doing a photo shoot in the bathroom and loved they could still watch everything happening on the dance floor.
