We had the best experience at GrayHawk! After our original venue canceled on us, we were left with a couple of months to find a new venue. Emily and the GrayHawk staff turned this terrible situation into an amazing one. Emily seriously was a life saver. She is so organized, professional but also kind, helpful, and responds to emails quickly. The wedding day itself went so smoothly. The staff was incredible. We got many compliments from the guests on the food, service, and the friendliness of the staff! All you could ask for! Highly, highly recommend GrayHawk for your wedding!!

Lauren and the team at Grayhawk helped us create the wedding we dreamed of! The venue was beautiful inside and out and the dinner was something our guests are still talking about. As food lovers, we were intent on making sure the dinner was spectacular for our guests and they delivered with 5 Stars. When we arrived at the venue on the day of, we were greeted by the team and made to feel comfortable and they, accessible. We had designated team members to check in with us throughout the night to make sure we had drinks in hand and everything we needed. Lauren also provided us with a list of excellent vendor recommendations, which we used to choose our photographer, videographer, rentals, and DJ. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we cannot recommend Grayhawk enough!

Our wedding at Grayhawk was absolutely perfect. We could not have been more pleased with the venue, the staff, the views, the food, and the entire planning process. I am not a planner and wanted my wedding day to be as carefree as possible. Lauren, the catering manager, made that happen for me. I did not have to worry about a thing and was able to truly enjoy the day. She did not skip a beat and helped me with every little detail. She was there to answer and help me anytime I reached out. Grayhawk not only makes you and your spouse feel special, but your guests feel taken care of and special as well. Our guests could not say enough good things about our wedding at Grayhawk, especially how attentive the staff were. It truly was the best day ever!

BUYER BEWARE!! Something has changed at this venue in 2022!PLEASE, choose another venue! After reading the many positive reviews, visiting Grayhawk Golf Club in person and feeling extremely comfortable with our contact, Lauren Watson, my daughter and her fiance decided to have their wedding there.We were told many things before the contract was signed that Lauren ended up reneging on. Once we had the tasting, Lauren started getting very sassy. Here are a few 'highlights' to give you the idea.* Lauren told us that the golfers would be stopped during the ceremony. In reality, we have a golfer yelling \"fore\" for all to hear and golfers in the background throughout the entire ceremony! * Lauren told us that they had the ability to have two weddings a day but that they would be at different times. In reality, there were three weddings and the music from one of the weddings drowned out our harpist and most importantly, the vows. * The poor florist... one of the venue's staff members directed the florist to the wrong WEDDING. ALL of the floral arrangements were set up only to have to be taken down and re-set up in the proper location. This caused delays with the picture taking, where guests ended up seeing the bride before walking down the aisle. *Oh, picture taking; we were told that we could take pictures anywhere on the golf course and that they would work with the photographer. . Lauren even showed us 'ideal' locations. In reality, the golf pro and his staff ran us off the course and yelled at us multiple times. Therefore, NO sunset pictures and many missed family pictures.*We were told by Lauren that she would be there until the dinner was served. This did not happen. We were also told that she would handle day of items. We reconfirmed this when we signed the contract or I would have hired a day of coordinator. She assured us that it was not necessary. * The one item that they did not fail on, was the food. It was absolutely delicious!!It is understood that there are always hiccups when planning and executing events. Typically, no one notices these hiccups. Unfortunately, in this case, everyone noticed. This very special day has been ruined and cannot be done over.So very sad to have the bride cry as the result of these mishaps. All we wanted was what we were told would happen, nothing more, nothing less.

Did not have to worry about a thing the day of the event - they were superb, managing all the behind the scenes - florist, party vendor, baker - and it felt seamless to us. The best experience we could have hoped for! Such wonderful memories and it's special to have attendees tell is it was the best wedding they had EVER been to! The best experience we could have hoped for! Such wonderful memories and it's special to have attendees tell is it was the best wedding they had EVER been to! We had our wedding here on 11/15/20 and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We worked with Pat from the venue and she was nothing but perfect. She went out of her way to make us happy and she kept us all on time and helped so much along the way. The venue is gorgeous and the weather was perfect on our special day. The twinkle lights on the trees made the venue light up once the sun went down! We got so many compliments on the food because it was just delicious. We had our wedding here on 11/15/20 and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We worked with Pat from the venue and she was nothing but perfect. She went out of her way to make us happy and she kept us all on time and helped so much along the way. The venue is gorgeous and the weather was perfect on our special day. We had our wedding at Grayhawk Golf Club on 03/01/2020. We had the ceremony on the lawn and the reception in the fairway house. It is such a gorgeous venue, it was like a fairytale. We chose a Sunday because it had a lower food and drink minimum (10k). The food was AMAZING!! Overall the day was everything I dreamed it would be, it was perfect.

It was a destination wedding and our families and friends visiting from over thirteen states raved about the setting, service and evening, which made it easier for our daughter and new son in-law to maximize their enjoyment and minimize their stress. The wait staff were very pleasant, helpful and professional to us and our guests. The chefs did a great job with the appetizers and food selections we made. The bar staff provided quick, efficient service. The venue was very clean and the location was beautiful, scenic and serene. Our coordinator Lauren, was excellent to work with throughout the entire process from the first meeting all the way through the ceremony and reception. Overall, I felt their pricing was very competitive and given the wonderful location made it a better value. You can't go wrong with an event at Grayhawk!

We had the pleasure of working with Lauren and her Grayhawk team on a wedding earlier this year. It actually turned out to be one of our favorite weddings of 2019. Lauren was full of knowledge, answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and always did so with a smile on her face. On the day-of the event, everything ran smoothly and on time and we know that's not possible w/o a great vendor team behind the scenes. We would absolutely love to work at Grayhawk Golf Club again on future weddings!!!

Lauren and the whole staff at Grayhawk Golf Club were so great! On the day of, they were extremely helpful to me and my staff, willing to help with whatever was needed, and even assisted heavily during set up. We had our wedding at Isabella's Kitchen at Grayhawk and it was absolutely amazing! Our wedding ended up being somewhat last minute due to changes in our initial destination plans due to the Zika outbreak. Lauren is so professional and pays attention to all of the details. Lauren is very talented and I can't imagine our day without her. I had a mishap with one of my table numbers and she was able to fix it on the spot. All of our guests raved about the food from Isabella's. What I appreciate most about working with Grayhawk through this process compared to our initial plans was that I didn't feel as though I was being nickled and dimed for every little thing.The venue was just amazing. The ceremony setting looked over the course and the mountains which provided a breathtaking backdrop for our pictures. The private patio at Isabella's is fully equipped for a large party and we didn't even notice that we were connected to a restaurant. The twinkle lights and patio furniture along with the set tables gave such a classy, yet comfortable vibe. We are so glad that we went with Grayhawk for our wedding and would highly recommend them!

We were beyond happy with Lauren Anderson and her staff! Our wedding was even more beautiful than I imagined it would be - the venue was lovely and the food and service were outstanding. Our wedding at Grayhawk was simply magical. Our guests continue to rave about how beautiful the setting was. Several of them say it was the most gorgeous wedding they've attended. Without a doubt, the setting and staff of Grayhawk played an enormous part in our wedding's success. My wife and I visited a LOT of possible venues but fell in love with Grayhawk as soon as we set foot there - it was the most idyllic and picturesque backdrop for our special day and we knew right away that would be the place. During the planning stages of our wedding, Pat was amazing. She had every detail covered. We had questions, she had answers. She was a pleasure to work with, always prompt and professional, and always demonstrating a sincere love of her work. Her experience in the industry helped the event go off without a single hitch. You know how couples are told that \"something\" will go wrong on their wedding day? Not a single thing went wrong on ours - it was flawless.\r\rWe had Grayhawk cater our wedding as well and OH-MY-GOD that food was insane! We just about died when we went in for the tasting, which was amazing in itself. We were presented with full plates of every choice there was, and every bite of every dish was absolutely delicious. We made our selections, including a custom request for a particular appetizer that originally wasn't on the menu (she had the chef whip something up special for us) and Pat led us through our dining and bar package options to help us select the right one for our wedding size and budget. \r\rThe day of our wedding was perfect - everything went on schedule, my bride and I were never interrupted with questions or issues - everything was simply taken care of. Vendors arrived and set up, guests arrived and were ushered in, the setting was beautiful, the timing at each step was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better day. Huge thanks to Pat and the staff at Grayhawk for making our special day so wonderful!

This venue is beautiful!! Trust me we had our doubts when we went in December and saw all the grass and flowers were dead. But don't worry, by our wedding (in November) the grass was the vividest green and all the flowers were blooming! It.was.stunning. All our guests commented on how beautiful it was at the Fairway House. \rWe really enjoyed the Fairway House. It was isolated from all the golfers and members and was much prettier than the Clubhouse. \rThe food was AMAZING! We were able to do an elaborate tasting about two months before the wedding. It was very difficult to schedule the tasting(this will be elaborated on below) and the chef had limits on how much we could try, which was frustrating. But we ended up finding awesome food. For the cocktail hour the butler passed appetizers were amazing (so we heard from our guests, we didn't get to eat many). The dinner was three courses. The first course was a baked brie with mango relish. The second course was a caesar salad. Finally, we had the filet in whiskey shallot sauce cooked to a perfect medium rare and/or the mushroom stuffed chicken with a variety of veggies. \rMy only complaint was with the wedding coordinator Lauren. Do NOT expect to be guided through the planning process and have your hand-held; Lauren does NOT do that!!! She is extremely hard to get a hold of, she doesn't answer emails or calls Friday-Sunday due to events and she is off on Mondays. On the few days you can get a hold of her she only answers calls/emails from 10-3 and never answers on the first call. We played phone tag all the time leading up to the day before the wedding. She was not very informative or accommodating. We had to constantly be proactive and ask her questions about prices, when to have things scheduled, and set-up. Although she was difficult to get ahold of leading up to the wedding, she did a great job the day of. She made sure all the wait staff, vendors, and wedding party were in the right place at the right time. She was very nice to all the guests and wedding party throughout the day. \rIf you are on a budget beware of Grayhawk. Alot of unexpected fees came up as we got close to the wedding and after the wedding. They charged for every little thing (ridiculous prices). The bar was very limited. We had to get the premium bar and still request special liquors and beers. Thankfully they were all there, and the bartender was amazing! Drinks were made so quickly and tasted great! We loved our bartender. \rOverall, a beautiful venue, delicious food, and great wait staff. Just be cautious of the price, as it starts to build up quickly. And don't expect guidance from Lauren, as you won't get it!

I had a beautiful wedding at Grawhawk. Outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, indoor dinner/ reception. Everything flowed very easily and the amazing staff there took care of my every concern. The day of they were very attentive and made sure I always had what I needed. The site was gorgeous even with the minimal decorations that we did ourselves.
