I cannot recommend Graystone enough! It has been my dream wedding venue for years and it was nothing short of amazing! The Graystone team is a well oiled machine. We worked with their amazing vendors and other great vendors they recommended. The entire day was perfect and not a single thing went wrong. Our planners Brooke and Chelsea did a beautiful job bringing my Pinterest board to life. It was well organized and my trust in them and the team kept me calm and in the moment all day long. I could not have asked for a better day and the Graystone team deserves all the credit. If you book here, you will have the most perfect wedding experience.

We had our wedding there on 07/15/23. The whole evening was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The natural beauty the venue provides on its own is breath taking now add in your own creative ideas and preferences on top of it and somehow they manage to make it even better. Everyone we encountered was professional, warm, and courteous. The staff really wants you to have the best experience possible start to finish and it shows in the detail in their work helping you plan your special day. Our guests can’t stop talking about the scenery, the food, and the versatility the venue offered. For anyone looking to get married in Williamson County TN I would say look no further than Graystone Quarry. They will make your big day one you will never forget!

Want to give your daughter an epic wedding that guests will be talking about for years?? Two words…Graystone Quarry! Every detail perfectly planned and executed. Food was incredible. Venue is gorgeous. Each staff member, wedding planner Brooke, the owner, the waiters, the bartenders, everyone totally professional and focused on the perfect experience. All you have to do on the day of the event is relax and enjoy. There is no other venue in Williamson County you should consider. Graystone Quarry is it!!

Want to give your daughter an epic wedding that guests will be talking about for years?? Two words…Graystone Quarry! Every detail perfectly planned and executed. Food was incredible. We would 100% repeat my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding exactly as it was at GQ! It was perfect! Our wedding planner Chelsea and girls have the process down precisely from beginning to end and didn’t miss a beat on the details! We are so appreciative of their organization, thoughtfulness in their approach and their way of making the bride and groom feel like theirs is the only wedding on their mind. (As the planner of many weddings at GQ we knew that was a feat by Chelsea ) Cannot say enough positive things about the whole crew there. Caterer, Baker, florals and DJ were top notch ! Highly, highly recommend this venue and group!

Our wedding at Graystone was more than we could have ever dreamed! We got married on 5/27 and still cannot stop reliving this perfect day. Our planner Brooke was incredible and truly the best around. My partner and I found the idea of wedding planning extremely intimidating and Brooke took our ideas from the start and turned it into a reality--and made it feel easy! The attention to detail and special touches by the team were unmatched and exceeded any expectation we could have had for our day. Our guests still tell us it was the best, smoothest, and most beautiful wedding venue they have ever seen. Would choose Graystone 1000x over again.

Graystone is everything you could want and more in a wedding venue! My wife and I had our wedding here in October of 2022 and the day was magical. It was truly everything we could have hoped for. Our planner was Brooke and she was nothing short of amazing! We could not be more thankful for how much effort she and the rest of the Graystone team put into making sure they knew all of our preferences, and making sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. My wife and I were in love with the photos online and were immediately sold on the tour. The bride and groom suites are designed so perfectly with lots of space and beautiful details. I had zero worries the day of the wedding I knew Brooke had everything under control. Even will multiple last minute changes to seating arrangements / guest count the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was adjusted and it turned out perfect! The details of the wedding were incredible, and they truly think of everything in the planning process. My wife and I knew the decor and florals were going to be amazing from looking at photos, but everything exceeded our expectations. Do not hesitate to book your wedding here!

This was the very first venue that we visited when we decided to get married. After seeing something like this, it is very hard to find anything around Nashville that can beat it. We put a deposit and selected a date 6 months after we saw the venue and started the planning journey. We worked with Chelsea and Brooke as our planners. From day one, we had a Pinterest board with inspiration and new exactly what we wanted our day to be like. This entire group of people made all of it come to life on 4/22/23. Throughout the entire planning process, I never felt overwhelmed. When they tell you that they run weddings like a well oiled machine, they are not lying. The entire day was absolutely perfect and we wouldn't have changed one thing. Josh the DJ was extremely accommodating and had every single song choice nailed down to the second. We followed Graystone's recommendations for photography (SheHeWe). THEY WERE AMAZING. We did the same for makeup and violin. Everyone was just so professional. Every single one of our guest raved about the venue itself and how breathtaking it was. This place is a gem and the staff are dedicated to making your day as special as it can possibly be. Thank you Nancy, Rick, Cindy, Suzette, Josh, Chelsea, and Brooke. BEST DAY EVER!

If you want your wedding to be something out of a Hallmark movie and absolutely perfect - pick the Graystone Quarry.Brooke, Chelsea, the entire staff and the in house and preferred vendors are amazing. Brooke is not only one of the nicest people I've ever met but she is great at her job. They are extremely organized, responsive and accommodating. They offer advice and guidance but will make sure you are getting exactly what you want for your special day AND they make it easy. They even added in special moment and surprise touches on the day of that just made it that much more special.Their in house vendors for catering, décor, flowers, cake, bar staff - all AMAZING. The food and cake was so good, the flowers and décor were beautiful. No one was left without a drink and the signature drinks were delish.Let's just take a moment for the venue itself too... It's BEYOND STUNNING (the views, pond, waterfall for cocktail hour, fire pits, stair case, chapel view, dock, the list goes on and on). We received countless compliments on how breathe taking and stunning the whole wedding was especially how amazing the venue, food and staff was.If we had to do it all again, we wouldn't change a thing. I couldn't be more happy with how our wedding turned out and would recommend it to anyone would asked me about it.

Where do I begin?? The first moment I toured Graystone I immediately fell in love. The views are beautiful everywhere you look. They put so much hard work in the small details, which was so important to me as a bride. The bridal and grooms suites cannot be matched! There is SO much space in both!! The guys also have several things to do to keep them having fun while waiting around before the ceremony. The whole venue has a beautiful and luxurious feeling. The staff is also unmatched. They made our wedding day go so perfectly. We did not have to lift a finger which was the best part. My parents got to enjoy the WHOLE reception without having to gather all of our personal items. We also stayed in the loft and the cottage and they had our luggage waiting for us after the reception. Everything was in every car for us before leaving the venue. Have you ever heard of something like that before?? No hiccups at all. I cannot thank Graystone Quarry and their staff, especially my planner Brooke Powers, enough for making our wedding day the most magical and perfect day of our lives!!!!! Brooke answered any questions I had and was there for me all day long to help me with anything. She was my saving grace through the whole wedding planning process. I cannot give her enough credit!!

Our wedding was October 15, 2022 at Graystone Quarry and we could not have asked for a more beautiful/smooth day. During the planning process our planner, Brooke and the entire team at Graystone, was able to take our vision and Pinterest board and made it a reality. They understood every detail I wanted, promptly answered questions or concerns we had, and always guided us in the right direction. On the day of our wedding, the team took care of every little detail and we were able to be present and enjoy the day/night to the fullest. We look at pictures from our wedding daily and are constantly hearing how gorgeous and unique the venue was. You will not be disappointed.

During the planning process our planner, Brooke and the entire team at Graystone, was able to take our vision and Pinterest board and made it a reality. They understood every detail I wanted, promptly answered questions or concerns we had, and always guided us in the right direction. On the day of our wedding, the team took care of every little detail and we were able to be present and enjoy the day/night to the fullest. We look at pictures from our wedding daily and are constantly hearing how gorgeous and unique the venue was. You will not be disappointed.

This is the best venue EVER! If you want to have a stress free wedding day then this is the venue for you. My wedding day coordinator took care of all the little details so that I could enjoy every moment. She was there whenever I needed her throughout the day. The venue was gorgeous, the flowers were stunning, the food was delicious and the DJ was so good that every single guest was out of their seat dancing the entire night. I cannot thank the staff at Graystone enough for giving us the best day of our lives! It was truly magical.

WOW! Graystone was such an amazing venue! They made the planning process super smooth. We didn't get married on-site at Graystone, but they helped make sure the transition from our church and back was well coordinated. From getting ready on-site to our cocktail hour and reception, everything was so so great! All of our guests raved about the food, especially the biscuit bar at cocktail hour! The decorations and flowers transformed Graystone into our dream wedding reception! It was everything we wanted and more! We've received so many compliments about the venue and how beautiful everything was. They put together the most magical of days and we would do it all over again if we could!

I truly can’t say enough great things about Graystone. They made the entire wedding planning process seamless and stress free, and I’ve never heard anyone else say that about planning a wedding! Brooke and the entire Graystone team worked so hard to bring our winter wedding vision to life and it was above and beyond anything we could’ve ever imagined; every inch of the venue was carefully decorated and arranged with so much thought. Every last detail on the entire wedding day was planned out entirely and every question I had was already fully thought out by them beforehand. After cocktail hour pictures my husband and I got to relax by ourselves away from the chaos, and Brooke not only brought me my reception shoes to change into but also brought us cocktail hour appetizers and one of each signature drink to try! At the end of the night some of my extended family had multiple Ubers cancel on them, and one of the owners drove them to their hotel personally. They truly treated us like family and it was clear that they cared about each detail of our wedding just as much as we did. You won’t find a better venue!!

While venue-searching, our key \"wants\" were: (i) venue with natural beauty and/or plenty of photo spots, (ii) getting-ready suites for both bride and groom; (iii) separated spaces for ceremony (on-site), cocktail hour, and reception; and (iv) proximity to bars/hotels (for afterparty and accommodations) plus airport (since this was a destination wedding). We knew we might have to compromise, but hoped for the best - then we found Graystone Quarry.Starting with looks - we had no idea what a \"rock quarry\" was, much less the fact that it could be one of the most gorgeous places to say our vows. When driving in, we were struck by the beautiful estate with all the greenery and water. I'm from the rural California coast so I really hoped to be married near water as well as greenery/forestry; this has all of that and more. Many of our guests said (through family and friends, not just to our faces) that it was the most unique venue they had been to all year, and we got married in 2022 (a crazy wedding year where we were also invited to 10 other weddings apart from our own). Then amenities. Most of the venues we saw had something missing - either there were no on-site \"getting ready\" suites (or they were pretty dingy with most resources going toward the venue upkeep) or it's just one beautiful building with no separated spaces for ceremony/cocktail/reception. At GQ, the rustic yet luxurious charm of the \"chapel\" where ceremony is held overlooks a beautiful field and has all sliding doors to take advantage of any weather. Then move on down to the double-tiered cocktail patio next to an actual limestone waterfall and then inside for a grand double-story reception. Plus, the \"bridal\" suite is picture-perfect with mirrored stations and contemporary furniture while the \"groom's\" suite has everything a groom or partner could want - pool table, video games, televisions, cornhole, etc. If I hadn't realistically known that the bridal party would spend most of its day getting ready, I might have fought my husband over who gets what.Side story which owner Nancy might remember: on our first visit, we discussed our wedding being during college football season, trying to figure out a TV set-up in a separate room for our football fanatic friends. When we saw monograms projected on the reception walls, Nancy heard our conversation and said, \"We can project almost anything you want like photos, videos, logos...or football...\". My husband's face whipped to check my reaction, and his heart was forevermore set on GQ (unfortunately not on me since I am not as important as Michigan football). So we had football projected on the walls behind our live band and it was a blast.GQ also comes with so much included - catering, florals, table settings, day-of planner, etc. (things normally procured separately). The only downsides are (i) on the pricier side; (ii) a bit far from Nashville downtown (where we stayed); and (iii) we needed to provide our own alcohol (as well as supply suites). However, it’s an easy drive and GQ recommended shuttles and an alcohol vendor, who were both great and even bought back some unused alcohol. We got married at Graystone Quarry in September 2022 and we are still blown away by how amazing this venue was. (Shout out to Brooke, our primary GQ planner! Chelsea, you too!) My husband and I got married at Graystone Quarry in August and are still on cloud nine from the amazing job they did to create the disco wedding of my dreams! From the planning to the execution to the day of logistics, everything was so seamless. I had some out of the ordinary ideas on what I envisioned for my day and they went above and beyond to make my vision come to life! We worked with Brooke as our planner and she was incredible!!! She made everything so easy. She was so communicative and provided so many options when I wasn't sure what I wanted or couldn't envision things. She even helped fix some last minute details that went awry (of no fault of the venue) without worrying me and keeping it behind the scenes. On the actual day, everything was seamless. The day ran so smoothly and I was never worried about logistics or what was going on. Since our day, multiple people have gone out of their way to say what an amazing wedding it was and said it was the best they've ever been to (and being one of the last of my friends to get married, we've been to quite a few). I cannot recommend Graystone Quarry enough and wish we could redo our day all over again.

My husband and I got married at Graystone Quarry on 11/11/22 and it was truly a dream! The venue itself is so perfect and beautiful and breathtaking. We received so many compliments from all of our guests, some of which are still talking about it! The food/cake was amazing! The DJ was fantastic and so fun. Chelsea was our assigned wedding planner and she was seriously THE best! From the very first meeting to our wedding day, she made it so easy and non-stressful for us that it actually made the wedding planning fun! She took every detail we asked/wanted into consideration in order to make our day perfectly tailored to us! We have told all of our friends that all inclusive is truly the way to go. Graystone takes all of the stress and pressure off of you and handles everything! Even though Chelsea was our point of contact, truly every staff member we met or encountered was so friendly! The owner Nancy is super sweet as well and attends all weddings and tastings, which really goes to show you how much they care and put into their venue. We look back and truly wouldn't have changed a single thing. When we were pulling away on our wedding night to leave we were so sad that it was all over (we still are!). The Graystone Quarry did an absolutely wonderful job at making our dream wedding come to life! First off, we wanted a brunch wedding because my husband and I both love brunch. They hadn't done one prior to ours but you would never know because they executed on it so flawlessly and accommodated our requests so that our wedding was exactly like we desired (honestly - way BETTER than we even imagined!). Not to mention, they modified the typical timeline to fit our needs because we always knew we wanted a short engagement. Having said all of that, everything literally went off without a hitch, which is not something you hear of with weddings pretty much ever! The staff is so sweet and kind and meticulous with their attention to detail. It was such a relief for me that they had amazing ideas and great relationships with incredible vendors because it was one less thing I had to worry about and manage. So many guests told my parents and us that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Overall, I couldn't recommend this venue enough. Their service was truly fabulous and again - brought me so much peace as the bride (and my husband as well) to not have to balance a million things. Thank you again to the Graystone Quarry staff, for such an unforgettably great experience.

Nancy, Alyssa and their team were a dream! Even after having to cancel an April wedding due to Covid, they walked us through the whole rescheduling process. Wedding planning with Graystone was an enriching encounter with talented and skilled staff who responded promptly to any communication, demonstrated impeccable follow-through, and provided a wedding day experience full of cherished memories. Our daughter married a military officer, and it was only befitting that the occasion befit the dignity of his station and be a meaningful and spiritual day. Graystone delivered above and beyond, for adults and children alike. Funding a wedding is no small undertaking. The contract we signed was very clear, as were the additional expenses to undertake such as hairstyling and photography. They provide the highest quality vendor list, you select, and great service is delivered. Also, payments to Graystone are well itemized and clearly stated, so that you are able to accurately track the practical aspects of the wedding plan. Any extras were very fairly priced, and Graystone staff were always available to help maintain balance. The grounds are the best Tennessee has to offer. The beauty is spectacular. The food: We went for a tasting to decide the menu — a wonderful experience, where we also met many of our vendors including Transportation, and beverages including alcohol and specialty coffees. The food served at the wedding was beautifully prepared and tasty, and the service staff were always attentive and resourceful. Lastly, about us as parents doing something meaningful for our children. My daughter and I did this together. She is 24 years old. Graystone enabled her to be empowered to own her wedding experience, to make thoughtful choices that were meaningful to her and her future husband. As mom, I was the synergist in the background. There really are not adequate words to describe how INCREDIBLE our experience was at Graystone. I can honestly say without any hesitation they are the best place to get married in Nashville. Their team is warm, responsive, extremely hard working and so much fun. We are out of state and they made the wedding planning process SO easy and fun. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was stunning from the venue itself, to the floral, to the cake and food- our guests can not stop talking about how incredible their time was! This team truly went over and above as I know they do with all their couples- I had accidentally forgotten some decor that I told them I was going to bring to tie in on our big day and I was really bummed about it and figured it was my fault and the show must go on- once entering the reception space I noticed that the decor I had forgotten their team went and BOUGHT just to make sure we had everything we needed. I mean come on- not a lot of people let alone venues would do that!!!!!!! I really can’t stress enough how happy we are with the whole thing, and if you are getting married in Nashville or want an incredible destination wedding there- do yourself a favor and book Graystone- it was the second best decision I have ever made( aside from marrying the groom 😘)

We planned our whole wedding in a month and this sounds so stressful but Nancy and her team made the planning process a BREEZE and everything turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Every single detail was stunning, the flowers were to die for, the whole team took care of everything happening behind the scenes making the day flow so smoothly leaving me without a concern in the world - it was completely stress-free and SO much fun! My husband and I got married in September of 2018 and we could not have asked for a better experience. They made sure the evening was flawless and I didnt have to worry about any issue. They constantly checked in on me . We waited 18 months to get married so we could have Graystone! It was worth the wait to be married here! I would choose it over and over again! Our daughter got married at Graystone in March. It was absolutely amazing. We are still getting compliments that their wedding was “a fairy tale wedding”, “a magazine wedding”, and “the best wedding I’ve ever been too”! I cannot imagine a better wedding planning and wedding day experience. The Graystone team handled everything, and every detail was perfectly executed. Every vendor they work with and recommend was also amazing. I was able to enjoy the entire day with my daughter as she got ready in the most amazing bridal suite ever, and didn’t have a single worry about the preparations. I highly recommend Graystone.

They took care of all of the details and made our Disney wedding come to life. We wanted our families to enjoy the process and not have to worry about the details and Graystone did a fabulous job taking the stress of planning a wedding off of us. We couldn't have been happier with the details. The food, flowers, cake, reception - all of it was amazing. They even had surprise projection show on the rock wall. We would recommend them to anyone. Graystone Quarry is the ultimate in wedding venues in Tennessee. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the staff are so easy to work with, and their vendors are top notch. As a bride, I (naturally) wondered if what I was telling them I wanted could be translated and replicated into what I was seeing in my mind (even the last minute changes). Everything was above and beyond! I'm pretty sure they must have mind reading powers or something. Guests of the wedding are still telling me that ours was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to, and it was like something out of a storybook. I never had to worry about anything on the day of. Everything ran so smoothly, and if there were any behind the scenes issues they must have been taken care of without putting the stress on me. The entire staff is extremely professional, have thought of everything, and are SO kind. They are quick to respond and answer questions, and will make sure all of your needs are met. I cannot recommend them enough. The planning experience and the day-of were so peaceful and relaxing for me and my family, which is the greatest gift on such a big day.

We could not have been happier with our experience at Graystone Quarry! As Nashville natives, we wanted our wedding to feel like our version of home - no barn, no boots, just relaxed and simple elegance. (No offense sweet country brides!) Graystone’s staff was so supportive through the insanity of wedding planning. They respond quickly to emails and will get the job done no matter what crazy thing comes their way. This is the perfect venue for anyone who wants a truly beautiful wedding without it feeling stuffy. During the reception and months after our wedding, guests have come up and raved about how beautiful everything was. Graystone’s caterer Chef Penelope even made a tiny gourmet version of a ridiculous hotdog that my husband and his college buddies made up after going to the bars one night. (Hotdog with hushpuppy, popcorn chicken, chili, cheese...etc.) That being said, Graystone can class up anything haha. Love this place!

They are so helpful and the inclusive experience makes the process go so smoothly. I love that it is an inclusive venue that still allows each wedding to be unique. Our wedding day was everything we've ever dreamed of and more and every detail was perfect. We had over 300 guests and so many people have told us it was the best wedding they've ever attended. Highly recommend Graystone Quarry to any and every one!

Graystone Quarry is a beautiful venue run by an amazing team!! It's hard to even put into words (just look at those pictures- that waterfall! So many places for beautiful pictures!) I told them the night of that this was even better than making my dreams come true because I couldn't have dreamed anything that beautiful! I was an out of state bride and Nancy and her team and vendors were so gracious to help us plan from afar. They have such vision for a beautiful wedding are are extremely thoughtful and detailed. From the toothbrushes in the day of suites for getting ready to the flowers to the photo booth to the signage at the entry, they think of it all. They work with incredible vendors too that have a high expectation and deliver! Everything about the day was perfect for us and our guests commented that it was the best they had been to. Everyone had fun and because it's such an open, gorgeous place, all our guests have memorable pictures too. It was so organized and easy and truly the best night of our lives. We were one of the first couples to book at Graystone before it was completed. But, after only 5 minutes with Nancy and Rick, it is easy to understand their vision and that you, the couple, is at the center of everything they do. You just know you can place full trust in what Nancy and her team will bring to the table. The Graystone Quarry team has a unique way of taking those images you have in the back-most corners of your mind that are hard to explicate and brining them to life in ways even your wildest dreams could not contemplate.In addition to the visual allure of the venue, the Graystone Quarry team has focused on an all-inclusive philosophy to take the tedium out of planning a wedding. They have found some of the best vendors in Nashville and put them together in one package. When people rave about how great something as simple as mashed potatoes taste, you know the caterer is top shelf. The floral arrangements were both delicate and radiant in color. We will forever feel blessed to have been one of Graystone Quarry's earlier couples. This venue is absolutely stunning but not at all fussy - striking the perfect balance for our tastes. I knew I had found the spot when my groom joined me to see it. He was accommodating throughout our search of 15+ venues, but the way his whole body smiled when he walked into the buildings at Graystone and saw the craftsmanship... if I wasn't already, I was definitely SOLD then. And I loved how when meeting with the wonderful staff, Nancy made a point to ask him first what he envisioned for the day. Her wisdom in doing so really helped craft an event that we both loved - not one where the busy bride with all of her Pinterest ideas took over right out of the gate. Additionally, the Quarry team's all-inclusive approach obliterated much of our planning stress, but it in no way felt pre-packaged, as if we were one of many. They really sought to bring our vision to life and went above and beyond creating special details just for our day, which made the whole wedding very \"us\". Guests have said the same. We've heard several \"best wedding ever\" comments as well as several about how it really reflected us well.

Not only is Graystone visually beautiful so are the people that work there. We were their 5th wedding so we were a bit scared going in. They couldn't have made the experience of planning the wedding more enjoyable and stress free. Nancy brought every single one of my visions to life beyond what I could have ever imagined. We are still being told from friends that it's the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. I highly recommend Graystone.
