Grbic Private Event Space is a wedding venue located in Saint Louis, Missouri. We are so excited for couples to see our space! Our venue has a modern/transitional look while keeping that intimate feel and original charm intact! Beautiful white walls, exposed brick, and gorgeous archways, truly allow you to create whatever vision you have for your dream day. Our all season patio is perfect for your ceremony or cocktail hour!

Amazing venue, beautiful, easy to work with. Their centerpiece/decoration closet was a huge bonus to be able to use. We got tons of compliments on the food (and huge shout out to the chef who helped us design a specific vegetarian/vegan menu that everyone loved). Would recommend to anyone.

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding and reception at GRBIC. Lejla and the entire staff were wonderful to work with and truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect. We got so many compliments about the venue, staff, and the FOOD – I still have friends and family talking about how amazing the food was months later. Hands down the best food we’ve had at a wedding.The GRBIC team thought of everything and were so wonderful to work with. They even helped save the day when my flowers arrived brown and wilted on wedding day – Lejla and her team hustled to redesign the centerpieces and florals so I could still have a perfect day without added stress. My mom was so grateful they took charge and still made sure things went smoothly. The space is gorgeous and getting to use the décor closet was such a game changer and made our lives so much easier. We had just under 250 guests plus a live band and there was plenty of space host our Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, and Reception. The outdoor patio is my favorite part of the venue – we used it for our ceremony and after dinner we turned into a lounge area with a late night snack.I can’t say enough great things about GRBIC - I would recommend this venue a million times over. Thank you for making our day perfect!

We absolutely LOVED working with Grbic Events. Lejla (the wedding coordinator) was so fabulous and helped the day run as smoothly as possible. She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding vision came fruition. The night of the event she was out of the floor and her team was constantly checking in and making sure everyone had what they needed. The team was so great to work with and I would 10/10 recommend this event space for any event. The event space is gorgeous and the outdoor area really helps accommodate for large weddings. We had about 300 people and it never felt too full or crowded. We got so many compliments on the food. The food was delicious and everyone loved that it was a little different than typical wedding food. This event space is spectacular and I would highly recommend it to any bride!

We absolutely loved our reception at Grbic in June 2023! The venue was absolutely stunning! It was the perfect amount of space for our 200 guests with a great dance floor, 6 person band, and a head table. We had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue and delicious the food was. The Grbic family goes above and beyond for their brides and grooms. We had 6 people at the tasting event where we were able to try all the options for our reception buffet (and we got to try as much as we wanted!). They have a closet of decor items that you can use and they were very accommodating during the planning phase on coming to see their options and brainstorm your wedding day. Their newly redone patio was great during cocktail hour and after dinner for guests to spread out. We cannot say enough about this venue and its staff. It's an absolute GEM!!

It was the perfect amount of space for our 200 guests with a great dance floor, 6 person band, and a head table. We had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue and delicious the food was. The Grbic family goes above and beyond for their brides and grooms. We had 6 people at the tasting event where we were able to try all the options for our reception buffet (and we got to try as much as we wanted!). We looked for venues tirelessly, and booked Grbic when it was under renovation, so we just had the renderings to go off of. We are so pleased that we took the risk!! Everything was so lovely. We received SO many compliments from our friends and family about the space. Everyone wanted to know how we found it! Lejla and her staff were so kind and communicative. The bartenders were amazing. Being able to use their decor closet was a huge plus! Grbic made the space feel big yet romantic at the same time, even with our almost 300 person guest list! They made us feel very special and we would recommend a million times :)

We had our reception at Grbic in March and they exceeded every expectation I could have ever had. I would consider myself a veteran bridesmaid having been in 7 weddings before my own so I thought I had seen it all but this venue was amazing. We had a gorgeous fire going on the new outdoor patio, people danced all night and the food was a dream. Definitely check out Grbic, it’s the gem of St. Louis! I also got a great discount on my florist (floral play) by using this venue and they have a design closet with tons of additional decor so we saved so much money as well!

We recently had our wedding at GRBIC and we cannot say enough about the venue and the staff. Lejla is absolutely fantastic to work with and all of the GRBIC family and staff made us so comfortable and assisted and guided us during the planning process in so many ways. We would most definitely use the GRBIC venue for future events as they host not just weddings but parties and gatherings of all sizes. The food, desserts and quality of drinks was fantastic. Family and friends from across the United States and Europe attended the wedding and they are still raving about the wonderful time we all had.

Everybody and everything at Grbic was STUNNING and perfect for our wedding day! We originally booked a barn venue, but it burned down shortly before our wedding. We reached out to Grbic to see if they had any availability and somehow they had our exact date available because another couple pulled out. Mind you this was ONE month before our wedding, so we were panicking. We met with the team on a Sunday morning and everything from the table layout, food menu, table decorations (which they have anything you could want and it’s not cheugy), and signature drinks picked out. They did in one day that people do in 1 year and we were truly blown away. Our guests raved about the food because it was the best non-wedding wedding food we’ve ever had. Truly they were amazing and I am so glad things worked out the way they did. We worked closely with Arnes and Amy, but everyone had the best ideas and the highest amount of professionalism. I could not recommend Grbic enough!!

We were thrilled with our wedding day at Grbic! Lejla and the whole team made sure that our special day went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. The event staff took special care to make sure my husband and I had what we needed (we even got to eat!) and the bartenders…whew. They were phenomenal. They even brought shots out to the dance floor. Everyone had a great time and they played a big role in that. The food was absolutely incredible. We were able to use the main event space for the ceremony and then moved to the restaurant space for the cocktail hour while the team flipped the main space for the reception. Everything was executed flawlessly. They even let us stay for two extra songs at the end of the night. Our guests had a fantastic time, and so did we. Thank you Grbic!!

With 4 months to plan a wedding and by some miracle managing to snag a date at this venue, I was stressed to say the least.....but all the wonderful staff was there every step of the way. They went above and beyond from the moment I booked the date up until the last person left the night of the wedding. The Grbic family pours their heart out into every single detail and you're bound to have an event that's talked about for years to come. My father said it was like a scene from a movie..and I couldn't agree more. The expertise in customizing packages, venue lay out, the amazing FOOD and service are just some of the highlights that you will get. Book them. It will be the best decision you make.

GRBIC is absolutely fantastic !The venue, food and the staff. They are so very easy to work with and assist you in so many ways. We definitely would have future events at GRBIC. They can host not just weddings but events of all types in their various event rooms. I cannot say enough about Leijla! She is absolutely wonderful and easy going and makes you feel like part of the family. Family from Indiana,Missouri, Texas, Pennsylvania, Chicago, the St. Louis Metro Area and Turkey could not rave enough about GRBIC. It’s been three days now and our wedding event is still being talked about!

I had an amazing experience with Grbic for my wedding! In the months leading up to the event, their staff were super responsive via email to all of my many questions and made themselves available to meet on many occasions. I especially appreciated their decor room, which had tons of options. The day before the wedding, one of the staff members helped immensely with setting up our decorations- I cannot say enough about how lovely he made the room look. We heard compliments from our guests on the drinks (and generous pours!), the food, and the venue itself. Throughout the evening, staff would check in with me to make sure everything was being executed according to plan. It was wonderful working with Grbic!

What a wonderful venue! We booked Grbic as our reception venue and it was honestly the best decision we could have made. From the beginning, Jessica was extremely helpful and there for any questions we had. The allure from the get-go was the style/vibe, the food, and supporting a local business in our community, but it turned out to be so much more than that and more affordable than other venues we looked at that didn't even check all of our boxes. About halfway to the wedding we experienced a snag in our plans and ended up using the restaurant space as our venue instead of the main event space - which coming soon the restaurant space is going to be an event space of its own! The space was beautiful and perfect for the old-world European charm we were looking for. They were accommodating the entire planning time and on the day of the wedding. During the reception, we ran a little behind on time and Lejla was completely on top of it; so much so that we barely even realized unless she came up to run something by us! Having the decor closet to help us with centerpieces and other decor was amazing - we just had to order candles and greenery and the rest we pulled from the closet and it was just what we wanted. The best thing about the night was being able to celebrate with our friends and family, but the second best thing was definitely the food. THE BEST WEDDING FOOD YOU WILL EAT IN YOUR LIFE! Everything about the night was absolutely perfect and none of it would have been possible without the amazing team at Grbic. I will forever recommend them to others as a venue to use for any sort of gathering they need as they can accommodate all different kinds!

We had our wedding reception here a few weeks ago and it was the most magical event of my life! The food was delicious (people are still texting us about how great it was). It's not typical wedding food, it's top notch sophisticated dinner. The decor closet is filled with everything you need to make your vision come to life, but the real visionaries are Jessica and Lejla. Not only are they absolutely FANTASTIC to work with and communicate with, but they take your ideas and turn them into something far greater than you could ever imagine on your own. I've been dreaming of my wedding day since I was a little girl, and Grbics made all my wedding dreams come true. They are kind, quality, class, and fun all wrapped into one. I would recommend them for any event you are having. Even the restuarant portion is outstanding. Grbics aims to please and delivers in every way possible. My husband and I will be enjoying many great dinners there for years to come :)

It's not typical wedding food, it's top notch sophisticated dinner. The decor closet is filled with everything you need to make your vision come to life, but the real visionaries are Jessica and Lejla. Not only are they absolutely FANTASTIC to work with and communicate with, but they take your ideas and turn them into something far greater than you could ever imagine on your own. I've been dreaming of my wedding day since I was a little girl, and Grbics made all my wedding dreams come true. They are kind, quality, class, and fun all wrapped into one. I would recommend them for any event you are having. Even the restuarant portion is outstanding. Grbics aims to please and delivers in every way possible. My husband and I will be enjoying many great dinners there for years to come :)

We had our wedding reception at Grbic, and it was such a dream. Lejla and Jessica were so helpful in the 9-month process of planning our wedding. The food was delicious (better than any other wedding food), the bar never had a long line even though everyone was getting drinks, and Jessica and Lejla made sure that our timeline went off without a hitch. Arnes worked the bar and was so so helpful when we were setting up the decor a few days before, and he sent me out a drink during the reception that was delicious! The expertise and skill in the Grbic staff are super evident from the people who help you plan to the people in the kitchen to everyone else we didn't see behind the scenes. Everyone there is so kind. We found Grbic because my now father-in-law took us to dinner there a few years ago. The food was delicious and we saw that a wedding was happening and peeked inside the event space. We had no idea that in a few years we'd be one of those weddings, but Grbic was one of the first places we looked because the food was so good! We simply could not be happier with our wedding reception went at Grbic. Your reception venue is one of your biggest decisions and it was definitely one of our best.

Erna is 100% the best ever! When I started looking for vendors, I was still new to the St. Louis area and relied heavily on The Knot for searching for vendors. I stumbled across Grbic, scheduled a meeting with Erna and the rest is history. Overall, every experience with Erna was positive and the day of execution of everything was flawless. We had MANY of our guests come up to to tell us how beautiful the banquet hall is and how delicious all of the food was.We were concerned about the acoustics of the music in the banquet hall since it's brick and tile (all absolutely BEAUTIFUL), but everything sounded perfect. Plus, having the tile floor means drinks are allowed on the dance floor, which was a must for our guests. Erna was very responsive to emails and willing to offer as much or as little guidance as was needed. She exuded flexibility and professionalism the entire time, offering insights without being pushy. One of the highlight meetings was our food tasting. Everything served was incredible, the chuck roast steak and potatoes being some of the best we've ever had. Additionally, I appreciated how inclusive the wedding packages are that Grbic provides; there were absolutely no hidden fees for anything. All the packages are very reasonably priced; my husband and I were able to spring for their premium bar and we actually ended up being under budget! 10/10, would recommend to everyone.

Grbic's was amazing! We had our reception at their Hall. The food was fantastic! The service was wonderful and they did everything I asked, above and beyond! I highly recommend them to any bride in St. Louis!

Grbic was the perfect place for my wedding. The people there were amazing and everyone at the wedding talked about how beautiful the venue was and how GREAT the food was. They made the process easy and fun. We loved everything!!!

I really couldn't have asked for a better banquet hall. Its an off the beaten path place but so unique and intimate. The food is all home cooked by the family that owns the business. They really worked with us and did anything we needed/wanted to make our reception perfect. The food was to die for! The inside of the hall has beautiful brick walls inside and a gorgeous granite bar in the back, just perfect.
