Simply ElegantWe threw our daughters wedding at the Greentree back in January 23rd, 2022. Bradford was amazing to work with. With over 500 guests it truly flowed seamlessly. Bradford knows every detail of how to throw a Kosher wedding. The entire facility sparkles clean with very friendly staff. The views of the ballrooms make it feel like a destination wedding. Thanks for making our daughters wedding a very special memory.

I recently had the pleasure of helping my sister plan her daughters wedding at Greentree Country Club, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The facility has undergone a remarkable transformation, making it an exceptional choice for weddings. It is located in New Rochelle along the Long Island shoreline, the setting provides a stunning backdrop for an outdoor ceremony that made our wedding photos truly breathtaking.Inside the venue, we found a multitude of rooms perfectly suited for a large wedding party. There are plenty of additional rooms available for the bride and groom to get ready in. I also want to highlight the wonderful staff at Greentree Country Club. Throughout our wedding planning and on the big day itself, the entire team was incredibly nice and accommodating. However, what truly sets Greentree Country Club apart is their incredible coordinator, Bradford. He is nothing short of amazing. Bradford had every aspect of our wedding meticulously organized and was always on top of every detail. His expertise and dedication made their special day run seamlessly.Greentree Country Club is more than just a venue; it's a place where dreams come true. The picturesque outdoor ceremony, spacious indoor accommodations, and Bradford's exceptional coordination make it the perfect choice for a wedding. I have only positives to say about this venue and the amazing staff that works here. I had my wedding and reception here and the staff was so helpful throughout the day. Starting with Kristina and Bradford who were amazing throughout the entire planning process. Special shoutout to Gonzolo, our Maitre’d who was roped in last minute but knew the entire plan and made everything run flawlessly. He was so kind and helpful to all our vendors regardless of the challenges thrown. The bridal attendant throughout the day were so sweet and by my side helping me with anything needed. I cannot say enough great things about the staff at this venue and the location is absolutely breathtaking. All our family and vendors only had good things to say about the staff at this venue. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone for their wedding and other events.

We had our wedding here in Jan 2023 and everything was perfect! Booking with them was easy and it didn't feel like we were being \"sold\" anything or pressured at all. What really sold us on Greentree that other venues (even on the same strip) couldn't offer us is the clean and modern white walls and tile floors with the grand wall of windows directly looking over Long Island Sound without feeling too gaudy. The office staff were available to answer our many questions over the almost year between booking and our wedding. I was a DIY bride and they were able to accommodate our needs to set up the night before and clean up the day after and helped out in any and every way we needed! They even had staff open the venue early in the AM so my bridal party could get ready there. Bradford was easily accessible via email leading up to the wedding which was very helpful at keeping my nerves and anxiety at bay. Bradford and his entire staff made sure mine and my husband's need were met throughout the night. Anytime our drink was even halfway empty they were bringing us another drink and Bradford was on top of my husband reminding him when he needed to throw his jacket back on for pictures/dances. They also made sure to take our dinner choices early in the day so we were the first ones served (yes we did actually eat on our wedding day!). The food was delicious for both cocktail hour and dinner and people still bring this up when I see them! I was extremely satisfied with the cake taste and how it looked. I don't typically like cakes from bakeries as they are too dense or too sweet but this cake was neither! It was fluffy, moist, and the strawberry filling and frosting were the perfect amount of sweet without being overpowering. We did have one issue with a bartender (who may have overserved herself) but she was promptly removed about 15 minutes into cocktail hour and we, along with our guests, had a good laugh at her behaviors and feel the situation was handled appropriately. Overall, Greentree is a beautiful venue any season out of the year to host your special day. We are SO happy with our decision to book Greentree especially with all the other options for venues nearby and are SO thankful to the team at Greentree for all they did for us to make our day amazing and know this venue will always hold a special place in our hearts! Thank you a million times to the entire Greentree Country Club team!

A HUGE thank you for making our wedding day just the most perfect day.  From the moment I contacted you in 2021 we knew that Greentree would be the place we wanted to get married. Never in our wildest dreams could we have imagined just how wonderful it was.  I don’t know where to start with our thanks really as we are completely blown away. Our guests cannot stop saying how perfect the venue was. The organization and communication was fantastic from day one, I knew after the first date change and how easily and swiftly that was sorted that we were in really safe hands with you.  The kindness you showed when we had to make last minute changes was so appreciated and rather than add to the stress of 11 people not being able to come you just made that less stressful too.  The ballroom and cocktail hour were incredible and every detail was covered. The ballroom was just beautiful and our whole vision came to life, The day itself just went so smoothly and we were just so so happy with everything, no fuss, just relaxed and chilled and super super special.  I could write pages and pages about how absolutely brilliant you all are there but we will be eternally grateful to you for making our day perfect, we will be talking about it for a many years to come.  Thank you from the hasanai family!

This is an amazing place for a Wedding. Kristina was great and very quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The price is very affordable, but the location, service and view seems like it should be worth a lot more. The photo opportunities are plentiful to get amazing shots with a lot of different backgrounds in the gorgeous ballrooms, spacious patio, or the beautiful beach. The bartenders were fantastic, friendly and quick, and so were the waiters. Our family and friends are big foodies and they are still raving about the food! All and all, my wife and I were very happy with this venue and we recommend it to all of our engaged friends.

We had our wedding there on May 7th. We both have very big families with a lot of requests! We booked with Larry who was very accommodating with everything we wanted for our 350 guests. Somehow everything felt so easy and seamless during all our appointments and our wedding day! From the food, amazing views, and warm staff the Greentree does not disappoint! We took all of our wedding photos on sight at the beach and beautiful gardens and I must say they came out truly breathtaking! We can not wait to hold our future family events at the Greentree!

We live in Manhattan and it was a real struggle to find something that really felt unique and private. After dozens of sight visits we were feeling like nothing was working! One day I was speaking wedding planning with a friend and she told me her company had just done a corporate event at the Greentree and that’s it only 20 min from Manhattan. I quickly called to make an appointment and spoke to Debra who was able to get me a tour right away. As soon as we walked in and met Debra I knew I had found the right place! Debra is so nice and experienced and made me feel calm about planning our wedding right away! We had our ceremony right on the water with 200 of our closest friends and family. Afterwards we enjoyed cocktail hour on the patio overlooking the Long Island Sound. Our guests still speak about the the cocktail hour and the variety of stations we had! Greentree is a hidden gem with the nicest staff! We have friends getting married there this year and we can not wait to go back! Thanks again Greentree!

Amazing outdoor cocktail hour during sunset!We had our wedding there on June 5th of last year. We celebrated with 450 guests. We had everything on site from getting ready, our ceremony, cocktails and reception. Bradford is truly amazing! With so many guests and ceremony and reception details I was feeling very overwhelmed. As soon as he greeted us at the door I instantly felt calm as he assured me he had everything under control. At that very moment I was able to let go of the months of planning and put it all into Bradfords hands. And he truly did not disappoint! We were able to truly enjoy our wedding and just have fun! As our one year anniversary is coming up in a few months guests still talk about the amazing waterfront location, the amazing food and friendly service. Not to mention the amazing sunset we had during our cocktail hour! Thanks again to Bradford and the Greentree team to making our dream wedding come true!

Our wedding night was truly a dream come true. I knew I wanted a beach ceremony with a really luxurious ballroom. The Greentree just exceeding all and every expectation. Our wedding was truly romantic with the most magical views and the prettiest beach in the area. The staff is so warm and welcoming and the food and drinks just flowed the entire evening! Greentree Country Club the most amazing waterfront wedding location. We had our wedding July 22 2022. We originally wanted a destination wedding but knew it would be difficult to celebrate with all our friends and family. We saw dozens of venues in Westchester and Manhattan. As soon as we walked into the Greentree I knew I was going to have my wedding there. We met with Larry who showed us the beautiful outdoors and Grandballroom. Fast forward a year later, we had the most romantic wedding reception of our dreams. Our wedding photos are just a dream come true. The Greentree is just the most perfect frame for wedding photos. Our guests couldn't believe the stunning outdoor cocktail hour we had which is literally 2 feet away from the beach. Our guests were served the most amazing hor d'ouvres. It was a must for us to have a seafood bar and it was extraordinary! From the display to the freshness and quality of the food! As soon as we went into the Grandballroom it was breathtaking. Everything was perfect from our wedding décor, to the views to the attentive staff. The staff there is really welcoming and make it a point for guests to have a great time.Our cake was so beautifully designed and the tastiest cake we ever had and our guests are still talking about it! We danced the night away in the most beautiful ballroom with all of our amazing friends and family. Thank you to the Greentree for the most perfect wedding of our dreams!

I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars. From start to finish, Greentree made our wedding dreams come true. We tied the knot back on Oct 8th, 2022. We were in the best of hands with Debra. Debra is amazing at what she does. She is prompt, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. We got married on the patio and had our reception in the Big ballroom last fall. The venue is breathtaking and did I mention? BEAUTIFUL! The service was speculator, my guests still mention that our wedding food was the best they have ever hard. The bartenders made amazing drinks for our guests and we were blown away with our special cocktail. The night started and ended perfectly, if you are looking for a wedding venue in the Westchester County area, this is it. No need to look further, you won’t regret it.

I can not thank Greentree enough for the beautiful day I had! The grounds are breathtaking! The ballroom was stunning. I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect! Not only was the venue perfect but the staff is absolutely amazing. I had to of called them 100 times a week and they were always there to answer my questions and help me stay relaxed. I recommend every single person there! If I could do it all again I would chose them every time!

We were blessed to have our wedding reception on 6/11/22 at Greentree! From our initial meeting with Kristina in September of 2020, we were well pleased with the attention to detail and service of all the staff. Kristina took the time to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Our reception had about 400 people and the entire team did a wonderful job to ensure every single person was taken care of. Additionally, Bradford, the maître d', is extremely experienced. He immediately understood our vision and helped with setting up the venue with our photos, dinner menus, seating chart, gift box, etc, before guests arrived. Also, the food was phenomenal and many guests complimented the dinner options! We highly recommend Greentree!

I have hosted 2 weddings at the Greentree Country Club (2021 and 2022) and both have been AMAZING! Bradford worked with me from the day we booked each wedding to make sure that everything went perfectly. He responds to messages quickly and has so much experience (and a great attitude). Daisy, the bridal attendant, is also a pleasure to work with. The venue is beautiful. Both of my daughters have amazing wedding photos on the beach on the property.

I would NOT have another event here. I was very unhappy as they did not deliver on what was promised. We were promised all staff would wear masks given there were several immunocompromised individuals present in the wedding party- not even a third of staff did. We were told we would be able to have the ceremony outside and be able to decide as a couple the morning of- day of we were told we couldn’t. Since we paid for 100 people and had only about 90 we were told we would be able to take the rest of the meals home- they didn’t do this. We made very clear that cocktail hour was very important to us and we were promised a specific menu- only about half of it was actually put out. The cocktail hour food wasn’t even out and ready for bride and groom until there was just five minutes left, leaving no time for them to eat. The bride was pregnant and the venue knew this but still served her alcohol and red meat despite requesting otherwise. They even served her alcohol in front of everyone before the pregnancy was announced, making for an awkward exchange. The matre d didn’t even remember to roll out the cloth for the bride to walk down when it was her turn to enter and he got in the way of all of the cake cutting shots. The matre d also started the ceremony before he was supposed to. This is something we paid $700 extra for to make sure “everything would go smoothly” just for him to mess things up. The bridal attendant attended to the bride for maybe 5% of the day. It was requested to have paw prints on our cake and we were told they couldn’t do that which is ridiculous because it’s literally just black circles. They jipped us a half hour of our paid time. They told us we couldn’t arrive before 9am because no one would be there to open the door but day of my makeup artist was able to get in at 8:30- that extra half hour would’ve made a huge difference. The person we communicated with all through the planning process was rude and difficult- more concerned with our guests happiness than the happiness of those paying for the event. We were completed ripped off, lied to, and were overall unhappy with this venue. We would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I had my wedding here June 2021. When it came to this venue, it was the only thing about my wedding day that went absolutely according to plan, which I’m so thankful for after dealing with so much other stress! We were originally supposed to have our wedding at the Bronx Botanical Gardens. Dealing with them was a nightmare and another story, but I was put in contact with this venue through a family member who highly recommended. They were great! They were understanding, kind and accommodating. Bradford was a joy to work with and made everything easy, and I appreciate him dealing with my crazy family the day of haha. Also, Dede, my bridal assistant was AMAZING! She definitely made me feel special and was a sweetheart! I’d highly recommend them. I got the best bang for my buck and truly had an amazing wedding day here.

When we started our wedding venue search we had difficulty finding a venue that wasn’t a restaurant and would allow us to have only 50 guests due to our COVID concerns. We got lucky to stumble upon Greentree! Since we were getting married in the winter it was important to have a venue with beautiful photo opportunities inside and Greentree has that and more. Working with Kristina was amazing from start to finish. She was always quick to respond, genuinely had our best interests at heart, and did everything possible to make our day special. Currently living out of state we thought it would be hard to schedule a viewing but Kristina assured us it was no problem. Letting our parents go in and record every room and letting us drop in whenever we were in NY. The transition from Kristina to Bradford the maître de was incredibly smooth. He throughly reviewed our day of plans, offering input and asking extensive questions to ensure his team had all the information they need to make our day perfect. Throughout the night Bradford’s team moved seamlessly and we couldn’t have asked for any more. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how the food was! If you want a smooth planning experience with a beautiful venue look no further.

The venue is beautiful. Planning our wedding with the staff went smoothly. The staff was friendly and worked with us to plan the day we wanted to have. Our day was amazing; everything went perfectly the day of. We thought we were going to have to have our ceremony under a tent because it was likely going to rain. When it didn’t they moved our ceremony back to the uncovered area. The food was excellent and our cake tasted amazing. However, several things went wrong that lead me to not recommend the venue. I’ll start with the worst part: 1) THEY THREW OUT MY BOUQUET with my late grandmother’s handkerchief tied around it as my “something borrowed.” Just before walking into the reception my bridal attendant took my bouquet because it was so heavy. In the midst of everything I forgot about it. I figured someone would make sure to get it for me. Our wedding was Friday and we came back on Sunday to retrieve the rest of our stuff. My bouquet wasn’t with everything so I assumed my mom or someone else definitely had it. I asked everyone, and no one did. I called the venue and was told by our maitre d it “probably got thrown out” and “this has HAPPENED BEFORE” so they would “probably find it.” Why is this a common occurrence for them?! They said the garbage is picked up on thursday so on Thursday they will follow the truck to the dump, have the compactor container emptied into a larger one so they could search through the trash for it. I was not allowed to go in with them because they said the dump wouldn’t allow me to. That’s fine. I’m not sure they truly did search for it. I like to think they did, but they never found my rather large bouquet. Maybe a staff member took it home. My husband complained and was told that they had it in the fridge, but didn’t think we were coming back for it, even though all our stuff was still there. We were told we could come back anytime that weekend. They also NEVER EVEN CALLED to ask if we were coming before throwing it out and didn’t have a response when my husband said that to them. The owner/owner’s daughter, Magda was not apologetic and gave me the impression that she didn’t think the situation was a big deal at all. Everyone around me was taking care of everything so I could relax which definitely led me to assuming that everything really would be taken care of. I was so, so sick over losing the handkerchief. 2) we had a seafood station for cocktail hour but none of that food was brought up to our bridal suite. 3) we didn’t get the top layer of our cake or any leftover slices. 4) we showed them a picture of the cake we wanted as they have an in house pastry chef. We were told they could make anything we wanted. Our cake looked nothing like we asked for hand wasn’t very pretty. 5) they “lost track of” our cake toppers, which I’m sure means they threw them out along with my bouquet. So due to these pitfalls, I would not recommend Greentree, unless you specifically ask them not to throw out your personal items.

Bradford and Larry were there for my (now) wife and I from the very beginning. Brad went above and beyond, even coming in on days he was off, to make sure we had all our questions answered. Larry's serious demeanor is a cover for his light jester, and ultimately, we had a wonderful wedding as the location. Scenery was amazing in Late September last year, and the whole procession went seamlessly. Be aware, the Greentree team were understandably very busy juggling so many wedding so communication did take a little extra pushing (extra phone calls and emails) but the wait is worth it.

Had a wedding done here on Nov.7th 2021 ( and have attended other weddings here for other people before my own ) and each time, it has gone pretty smooth.From the beginning, dealing with Deborah to Larry then finally with Bradford (Banquet Manager) and Didi ( Bridal Attendant )... everything was on point, always in touch with a call or e-mail when I needed to know something, all the way through to the end of the wedding.The Bridal attendant was not only by my bride's side but also running around attending to other things.Bradford made it clear numerous times, anything that I needed, to let him know. Anything I did need or ask about, he addressed immediately.They went above and beyond my expectations, and anything that was a bit off, was met with something better.I truly appreciate the work and effort they all put into the wedding. I did not hear a single complaint from anyone about anything, from the food to the service, everything went smoothly.Since I am the groom who is typing this, I can speak mostly for Bradford at the wedding as he was the one for me, running around, making sure everything was in order, any question I had was answered, any minor issue I had was dealt with and done with.Just a great crowd of people to deal with.

We just had our wedding on Sept 24, 2021, which we had pushed back from November of 2020. Well, it was well worth the wait. What a beautiful venue with a great staff! The day of, our maitre d, Gonzalo, was the best coordinating person we could have ever asked for. He was so organized and so on top of everything and extremely nice. The food was absolutely delicious, our guests were raving about everything from the cocktail hour to the dessert. Not only did they make sure that my husband and I had food in the bridal suite after the ceremony so that we could be able to get a chance to eat (and a ton of it), they brought us every single dish available for dinner. We only had 1 guest who was unhappy with his food and they quickly brought him a plate of something else. My bridal assistant, Wendy, was extremely attentive, nice and helpful. Leading up to the day of, we worked with Larry and then Bradford who were both great communicators and super patient with my endless questions. I really cannot recommend this place anymore. We were so happy with how everything turned out!

Greentree is an absolutely beautiful venue. We chose to have our wedding here because of the stunning indoor rooms and - even more importantly - the outdoor patios overlooking the water. We booked back in January with a massive question mark about what the world would look like COVID-wise come August, but we liked the fact that we had both the indoor and outdoor options. Having the ceremony outside overlooking the water worked out exactly how we wanted and our pictures are stunning, so in terms of just pure beauty, you really can't beat the Greentree.Outside of that, the biggest draw of Greentree is - hands down - Bradford. From our initial meeting to the actual wedding, he was nothing but professional, helpful, friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We had a traditional modern-Orthodox wedding, and I kid you not that Bradford knew more about the Jewish traditions than either of us! He made the entire process so great for us, and delivered above what we could even have expected on the actual wedding day. If I could give Bradford 10 stars, I would. He even gave us the option of spreading out tables (for the party inside) much farther apart than normal so that people would feel more comfortable with extra social distancing, and that made a huge difference to many guests who were nervous about COVID. The rest of the staff we felt was just OK. The bridal attendant wasn't so helpful, and the wait staff and other support staff weren't anything special. We were told that we'd be able to lock our valuables in a closet during the actual wedding, but nobody seemed to know the codes or how to actually help do that. We brought in a Kosher caterer (Bradford was of course super knowledgable and helpful in that process) so I can't really comment on the Greentree's food...but the open bar was plentiful and delicious!In the end of the day though, we had a beautiful outdoor ceremony and an awesome party inside. Bradford is the best and coordinated whatever he needed to with all of the other external vendors that we brought in, ensuring that the wedding ran about as smoothly as possible.Definitely would recommend the Greentree. And Bradford deserves a raise.

My rating is actually more of a solid 2.5. But I decided to be generous in posting a 3 star rating. I’ll tell you the good and the bad in parts. Pros: it’s a beautiful and affordable venue, they’re flexible and willing to work with you. Someone always answers the phone and Larry was great at answering emails. Cons: I would only get married here if you hired an independent wedding planner. In terms of actually helping you organize details, they were horrible. They wouldn’t even let us do a tasting and said it was because of COVID even though I heard of many other venues doing it. They were messy and disorganized when it came to planning. My whole day felt like a mess which was in part because I didn’t have a wedding planner but I thought because I was getting married at a venue experienced in handling hundreds of weddings a years I would be okay. The mess essentially started two months before my wedding when things were handed over to Bradford- the banquet manager. I admit I was a bit of a nervous bride and would send emails with ten questions in it. But sometimes my emails would get ignored and sometimes he wanted to just call me and answer them even though it would’ve been easier to have it written down so I could remember. I didn’t feel at ease or supported by the venue as the day approached. A couple of days before the wedding my mom and I went to the venue with all the decorations and everything and said exactly where everything should go and went over the final details. At the rehearsal dinner no one was actually there to assist or help they were just kind of like “sure- go out back” which I thought was a little callous, but it was how the actual wedding day went that was the problem. Apparently Bradford’s role ended when I dropped off the decorations because I never saw him again. When I got to the venue the maitre d greeted me and he was essentially running things from there. He was extremely nice but he immediately told me pretty much no guests had arrived yet and that sent me into panic. My bridesmaids, husband, and parents definitely felt like he shouldn’t have been giving me updates on the guests because it sent me into a crying whirlwind but how was he to know? So I forgive him for that. Once I was walking down the aisle though I did see that they did not decorate the wedding arch with the decorations I had purchased which was extremely unacceptable and then it offset me into noticing all the other things they didn’t do. A wedding sign I spent a lot of money on never went out despite me saying something to the staff about it several times- a well wishes for the couple jar was supposed to be put out front but was stuck in a corner where no one really saw it. They made a lot of faux pas and essentially wasted a lot of money I spent on decorations and that’s not okay. I felt it was pretty horribly disorganized and unless you have an extremely organized wedding planner- it is not worth the saved money or the beautiful venue as all the venues on that street are beautiful. A big shout out to my bridal attendant Didi though- she was so sweet and wonderful and did everything she could to help me and keep me calm. But overall I was extremely disappointed in the service I received from Greentree.

Wow, I cannot begin to tell you how amazing our wedding was at Greentree Country Club. The day was perfect, and everything was seamless. The venue is absolutely gorgeous - very scenic with the water right behind where we got married at the outdoor ceremony. The food was DELICIOUS!!!!!!! And so much of it! All of our guests were raving about everything they ate. The staff was also so helpful and kind - Giovanni and Didi really made us feel special the day of and they were so helpful with my dress! The venue also was so accommodating helping us during all of our date changes during the pandemic. They were great!!!

Greentree refused to refund deposits to people whose events were canceled due to COVID. My daughter’s wedding needed to be canceled and for 16 months they refused to refund our $26,000 and did not respond to calls or emails. Finally the NY Attorney General legally ordered Greentree to refund $427,000 in deposits. Greentree did not provide refunda until they were LEGALLY obligated to do so. Person I signed contract with was no longer employed. No one took over his affairs. Was never contacted about it. Wedding requirements changed frequently, no one contacted me about it. Difficult to keep guests updated.Venue only reaches out to collect payments.Told venue do to COVID, Guest count went from 150 to 100. Manager of GCC tells me if the number was under a certain point, “it wouldn’t be worth” it for them to continue with the wedding.Requested I send emails about guest count updates weekly, Manager never responded at all. Multiple people reached out asking the same details on different days.Reached out to event coordinator for questions regarding wedding prep and he mentions then that I need to make a day to coordinate with him and drop off my stuff.Event coordinator persistently checked off a check list then ended appointment. No interest to hear what else I had planned, needed, or brought for the wedding. There was more on the list but I thought maybe this was the typical process and that at some point we get into more detail maybe at a closer date to the wedding. Just in case, I explained a few things that I wanted for my fiance’s and my wedding. (1) The ceremony processional is perfectly timed to the song i chose and it was important to me (2) I wanted the seats to be at a slight angle facing the aisle, I drew a picture to make this point (3) and I just explained the other services briefly. It felt that Bradford was brushing us off. We were presented with the final check and that was it. Two people separately ask for seating arrangements sent to them the day of, when the bride is getting ready for photos. No cross staff communication. Ceremony space was a disaster from a previous event. Dirty dishes, paper on ground, tons of leaves on ground. (1) Upon processional bridesmaids were pushed to walk back to back, with a 3 minute gap between them and bride - against brides wishes. (2) Aisles were fixed but blindly, not enough room for guests to get in chairs. Event coordinator rudely told bride she will “have to wait for chairs” to be fixed. Took extra time from bride. (3) None of the decorations were on the cake. (4) None of the candles were on in reception area.Lots of guests did not finish their meals. Steak was burned. Danielle C. I got engaged October 2, 2020 and my fiance and I made an appointment to visit the venue this past Sunday 10/25 at 4:00pm. After driving for 45 minutes there, the gates were locked, voicemail to one number was filled and I left a voicemail and we drove away. I received a call back today explaining they were sorry but he wasn't sure who took my appointment, that they are closed Sundays at 4pm. Did not offer another visit or anything else for wasting our time for our first venue visit! Just wanted to tell all other brides do not go- this was a sign, not organized, do not want business, and quality of service!

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this wedding venue. We chose them because of the positive reviews we got from others who had prior weddings/events there. Unfortunately due to COVID19, our wedding celebration was cancelled. We were heartbroken. We reached out to GreenTree, they were not responsive with our complaints or concerns. As mentioned by others they have no intention of refunding or even a pro-rated refund if we cannot host the amount of guests we initially paid for. They plan to keep about $15,000 of our hard earned money that we put towards our deposit. They haven’t reached out to us, or have tried to assist us in any way. They’re very kind when they want you to sign a contract, but not as friendly after. I can’t put into words the immense regret I feel knowing I selected this venue. They’ve been completely callous towards us. Please take my experience as a lesson and do not book with them. Stay away!

There wasn’t a question where I was going to get married I knew GreenTree was going to be it. See I had my sweet 16 there and had the time of my life. When I met with Larry I knew I was in amazing hands yet again. The day of the wedding went beyond smooth. Yessenia was my bridal attendant and was just amazing. She took care of everything didn’t matter what it was. Her and John made sure myself and my husband sat and ate that our food was hot and prefect. The people at GreenTree take so much time to make sure every detail is perfect.! Bradford, Larry, Magda, yessenia, Larry, John and George ( the pastry chef), chef , and all the wait staff I cant thank you enough for making my wedding perfect..!!!

We looked at over 25 venues before coming to see Greentree. Five minutes into the tour, I knew this was the place I wanted to get married. Once we sat down to discuss pricing, I was blown away by how much they wanted to work with us to stay within our budget. The biggest thing that stuck out to me was that Anthony treated us like we were old friends, and was genuinely interested in all of our hopes for the wedding day. The waterfront grounds are absolutely stunning, the ballroom is gorgeous and spacious. Leading up to our wedding day, I felt zero stress about the venue arrangements- Greentree knows what they are doing! We had Arianna as our bridal attendant, and she was absolutely phenomenal all day. Definitely request her if you are looking for an attentive attendant! Our family continues to rave about the venue, and we wold not change a single thing about our wedding day. Thank you to Anthony and his team for making our wedding unforgettable!

I truly do not even know where to start.I run A Moment of Magic Foundation, a nonprofit that provides programming for children with cancer. After last year's gala, I was feeling really overwhelmed and unsure about how to actually make a second one happen. Last year was expensive, crowded, and exhausting and we saw a less than ideal return on our investment. After calling almost a dozen places on our list, I was starting to feel like there was no way we would be able to afford it. Connecting with Kristina Bucaj at the Greentree was truly serendipitous and gave me the hope I needed to continue putting one foot in front of the other in making this happen.The staff was so beyond kind to us the entire duration of the planning experience and the event. Allowing us to come in early and set up gave me respite and allowed this experience to be organized and not the least bit stressful. Seriously, I even got to get my own hair and makeup done which NEVER happens! Their flexibility ensured that we felt prepared and comfortable and as this was our first time organizing an event for that many people, it was truly appreciated.Walking into the venue on Friday night was nothing short of pure magic. They helped my dream come true and seeing it before my eyes was a very emotional experience. Trying to operate on a shoestring budget is exhausting and overwhelming because every dollar we spend is a choice of investing in a fundraiser or making an immediate impact in a child's life and no matter how many times we hold a fundraiser, that decision is difficult. Not only did they help with the venue, but they helped connect us to partners who also donated their time and services, literally saving us tens of thousands of dollars. They made sure that decision is one I felt comfortable with and supported me every step of the way. I could literally never thank them enough for that.I am so thrilled to share that we raised over $60,000 for the kids with their help. That is nearly triple what we made last year. They elevated our experience to being some kids in a dorm room trying to make a difference to adults making a real, direct, and sustainable impact. Now that we found our footing, we have the confidence in continuing to raise the experience into being better and better. I could never thank them enough for that.I think it's a safe bet that we would love to work with The Greentree again. I have been dreaming about this gala for so long, and The Greentree truly felt like this event's home.Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for believing in our mission and helping children battling cancer. I don't think I will ever be able to put into words just how much they made a difference, but I certainly will do everything I can to try.I am so grateful for the day that phone call happened as it was true serendipity. While planning our wedding my wife and I looked at many different catering halls throughout New York. The end result was the greentree country club. The main room is modern and spacious with a backdrop of the beach puts the cherry on top. Perfect grounds for taking beautifulPictures as well. Kristina Bucaj who was our point to person made our wedding planning seamless. From start to finish, Kristina was very accommodating and helped us tremendously including flower recommendations which were done by Columbia florist and our backdrop done by bdazzled events. Our wedding took place on July 7th 2019 and was fantastic from food, outdoor cocktail hour, and great service by staff including John the major dee. We highly recommend the Greentree country club if your looking for a beautiful catering hall in an ideal location.

Greentree is an amazing venue. My wedding ceremony was outside and they had it set up on the water for the most beautiful view. My bridal attendant Erica was also so helpful . She was making sure I drank water and remained calm. Overall 6.23.19 was an amazing day because of Greentree amazing staff.

My husband and I got married this May and truly the venue staff and especially Bradford our banquet manager did exceptional work so that we were never stressed about the day. We have over 550 guests which GTCC accommodated well. We would thousand times over pick the greentree country club to get married.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Greentree Club in November 2018 with about 300 guests and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out! Our experience with the staff from the very first meeting with Larry until the night of the wedding was amazing. The staff at the Greentree Club are very accommodating, responsive, and professional. I need to give a special shout out to Bradford who worked with us to plan all the details of the events. He is full of great ideas, very patient and a lot of fun to work with. He was responsive to the many phone calls and emails we sent him and made himself available when we wanted to meet with him in person. He has helped to plan so many weddings that he is able to provide insider knowledge as to what works and does not work when planning a wedding. He really made us all feel at ease with the planning as it can be very stressful. Both Bradford and the bridal attendant were very attentive the night of the wedding making sure my husband and I were taken care of.We received so many compliments from our guests on the venue itself, the food and the dessert. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The ballroom has floor to ceiling windows in the back that overlook the water which makes for such a beautiful reception space. My husband and I were able to take all of our pictures at the venue because it offered a variety of backdrops for the pictures. I would highly recommend this wedding venue to anyone looking to get married in Westchester County!

Greentree is hands down the best venue to have a wedding at, and if I were to do it all over again I would still do it at the Greentree. In my Polish culture, long wedding and ton of food is a must and surely they provided both. Their price beats competitors, all staff is very professional and the amount of food severed during the cocktail hour and reception beats all other venues. Their venue was recently renovated, and it gives big, luxurious and very clean vibe since no carpet flooring and guests danced everywhere which was amazing. At first we worked with Larry and then Bradford, which both were very kind, super helpful and amazing to work with. Bradford was honestly a grace that came from heaven as we happened to be getting married, renovating our place and moving all at the same time. As stressful as it all was, Bradford made sure all my visions came to life, being in constant contact and support. His advises and experience was super helpful and if there was something I wanted to add or suggest, he has already done it and incorporated it. When I walked into the venue right before the wedding, I cried because how beautifully it all came out. Bradford is an angel and I truly recommend him!

My husband keeps saying, “Gjon knew what I needed before I knew I needed it!”, when talking about our day. From Bradford and the wait staff to the attendants, to the venue itself and the food, there is not one thing we would change about our experience with Greentree. Recommend 1000x. My husband and I had both been to events there before (both wedding and not) and knew it was a contender for our big day - so glad we went with our gut!!

We got married at the Greentree on Aug 11th, 2018. I fell in love with the space the moment I saw pictures of it. When I first called for availability they were booked on the date we wanted. As I was shopping around for venues, I always compared all the venues to Greentree and I just couldn't let go of it. Two months after my first call, I felt like I should give them a call again. To my surprise, the event on the date we wanted got cancelled the day before, so right away I booked an appointment to see the venue in person. It was everything and more than what I hoped it would be. The one word I would use to describe Greentree is simple, but so so elegant. The view of the Long Island Sound as the backdrop is just so beautiful! We first met with Larry. He was accommodating of all our needs, as a matter of fact, he already knew what we needed as he has worked with many couples from the Malayalee Pentecostal community before. Our banquet manager was Bradford and let me tell you he is excellent at what he does. His team made our wedding day go as smooth as possible.They go above and beyond to make sure your vision translates into reality. We had both our ceremony and reception in the Grand Ballroom and they were so efficient in managing our 515 guests. Even though my husband and I didn't really get to eat the food because of the nonstop flow of guests talking to us, our guests raved about how amazing the food was! Also, we just got our pictures back and they are amazing! Thanks to the beautiful venue! If you're looking for a venue to execute your event with precision, efficiency and excellence, you've come to the right place. You will not be disappointed!

Our wedding at the Greentree Country Club was an experience to remember! From the moment we stepped into this venue, we immediately knew it was where we wanted to get married. We did visit other venues on the strip but honestly nothing compared to GCC. From that day up until the morning of the wedding, the staff at this venue were warm, accommodating, attentive, and in general a pleasure to work with. Larry, Magda, and Bradford are truly great - they worked tirelessly to ensure my vision came to life. Nothing beats the classy look of the beautiful ballroom overlooking the water - our guests are still raving about it. A huge and sincere thank you to Bradford - I had no worries on my wedding day because I knew I was in good hands! If you are looking for a classy and elegant venue with exceptional service that won't also break the bank - it's here!

I got married at Greentree on September 2, 2018, and I had been planning for more than a year in advance. From Start to finish everything with Greentree was awesome. Planning was done with Anthony, who was very responsive to all my inquiries which were mostly emails. Anytime I met him in person I was always greeted with the most pleasant smile. He made sure to customize everything just the way we wanted. The final touches were organized by Bradford who is great at what he does. I didn't hire a wedding planner, and with Bradford I didn't need one! He made sure everything was running smoothly and kept us on track from start to finish. Even my bridal assistant Desiree was very pleasant and she kept everyone comfortable and was very accommodating. I had an Outdoor ceremony, the ambiance was beautiful and just hearing the water wash up on the beach gave us all a peaceful feeling. I am so happy that we used Greentree. I wouldn't change not one second of my ceremony nor reception. My friends and family have been raving about my wedding ever since that day.

The best team you could ever work with on your most special day. Anthony, Bradford, Magda and everyone else we worked with at Greentree made everything so easy for us and they are nothing short of professionals and a very kind and fun people that made the whole experience for us so much more enjoyable! Anthony is super responsive and worked with us thru all our requests, and we had plenty! And he did it all with a smile. Bradford who oversaw the event itself did a marvelous job! Now this guy is probably the best in his field, he even knows what a bride wants before you a bride even asks for it. He was an extreme joy to be around with. THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping make our dream wedding become a reality. The best reception, the best day ever, and all our guests agree!

Everyone on the Greentree team was responsive, professional, helpful, and fun. They executed our vision to a T and the big day ran INCREDIBLY smoothly...we couldn't believe how easy it was for us to relax and to enjoy the experience. Our guests loved the physical spaces, the flow, and ESPECIALLY the food! We cannot recommend Greentree more highly - you will have the time of your life!!!!

Bradford and his staff were truly phenomenal in making our day special. Bradford has a bubbly personality with a joyous laughter. He calmed all my fears and concerns and he was there for everything. He understood my concerns right away and knew what I was looking for. He was there when I needed him. During our reception, he made sure we had a plate of food and that both suites were adequately stocked with snacks and drinks. He is great at directing and leading and doing it all with a smile. Our families loved him.

My husband and I were married at the Greentree Country Club on July 15, 2018. This was the most amazing experience of my life, and people are still talking to me about how gorgeous the venue was. The staff at the Greentree was wonderful, from moment we first toured the venue. They were accommodating as scheduling conflicts came up, and allowed us to open the venue an hour earlier than our contract stated in order to have all the hair and makeup done in time for the 3:00 ceremony. The weather was questionable the day of, and Bradford was patient as my husband and I were torn between an indoor and outdoor ceremony. We chose outdoor, even though there was a possibility of rain, but were assured that no matter what happened, we would be fine. It didn't rain, but it was about 95 degrees and humid; that being said, even the sweatiest of guests told us that it was worth it, because the backdrop behind the chuppah was absolutely stunning. In addition, the staff at the Greentree made sure there was ice water available for the guests as they sat in the sun. In the summer, a natural green vine grows on the pergola, saving money on flowers, and creating a gorgeous scene for a marriage ceremony. Bradford was the most amazing help throughout the entire day. That man has the most infectious laugh, and a way of making you understand that no matter what happens, he and his staff will take care of any situation and make sure you feel comfortable on your wedding day. I feel like I do have to note, that it is a summer country club, and there were children swimming in the pool during my ceremony. I was getting upset because they were being loud, and Bradford made his best efforts to quiet them down. Once I entered the ceremony space, I no longer heard the children, and my guests assured me they didn't hear them at all. The Greentree is not only a gorgeous venue, but it is staffed by outstanding employees, all willing to go the extra mile and make sure you have the best experience on the happiest day of your life.

My wedding was held at Greentree one month ago and it was the venue of my dreams. From the day we initially checked out the venue last year, we were awed by the elegance of the place, indoors and outdoors. Needless to say, we booked the venue the very same day. On the day of the wedding, Bradford and team went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I were comfortable the entire time, catering to all of our needs. The photos came out beautifully and our guests were also taken away by the venue. Thanks to Greentree, our wedding was one to remember!

There's a reason why this venue is Wedding Wire's 2018 Couple's Choice. Their whole team are all stars. Anthony was the one who coordinated everything for our wedding. This guy is amazing and is always responsive to our questions. He has a great personality and always listens to what you want to get across. He was a pleasure to work with and definitely pulled some strings to help us our with our needs. Bradford was our Banquet manager and has an infectiously happy personality it was super refreshing. We loved how he walked us through everything for the day of logistics and laid out the pieces we instructed him and his staff to setup. He didn't leave anything left to question and him and his team executed everything according to what we had planned together. It was amazing and definitely took a lot of stress off our shoulders. They know what they're doing over there. You're in good hands if you choose them as your venue.

I’m not even sure where to begin since everything I mean everything was perfect from day one. I will never forget the day my husband and I accidentally found the Greentree, we were going through the process of searching up venues and we happened to pass by the Greentree and we just decided to go in. As we walked in we were greeted by one of their staff that’s normally by the entrance at the venue and she took us upstairs where we then met with Larry. Before asking any questions Larry immediately gave us a tour of the venue, not only did his kindness and his warm welcome help us decide whether or not we wanted to have our wedding at Greentree but the venue alone speaks for itself. Once we walked into the grand ballroom at Greentree I (Bride) knew this was the place I always had envisioned us having our wedding. The lighting, the windows, the floor space, and the view of their private beach is amazing!! Not only did we work with Larry but we also had the help from Magda, Bradford, John, Yesseny, and my Bridal attended whom I apologize greatly because I did not get her name but one thing we can say if we would do all over again we would not have it any different the entire Greentree staff made our journey beyond amazing. Norberto and I will never be able to thank them enough!!

I love the location because it is right on the water in New Rochelle and the most beautiful pictures can be taken right in the back.

Let me just start by saying if I could give Greentree 10 stars I would!Being from Westchester, many couples choose the Venues on the strip Greentree is on. I always heard of The Surf Club, and VIP...but when we went into Greentree and saw the absolutely beautiful main ball room overlooking the water it had our heart. Honestly, my husband and I could not be happier with the process of planning a wedding with them and especially how helpful and patient the staff was. Greentree was better than what we had expected! We had a large Italian wedding, and as we all know the food is the most important part. I was a little worried that it would be the average venue food, same tasting chicken, plain meat with vegetables, but let me tell you!...every one of our guests are still raving about the food. The salmon with risotto, filet mignon, pork, shrimp..everything was delicious! Cocktail hour was a hit, and so was the desserts! The Nutella Panini station was the talk of the night! Drinks were flowing, staff was on point, the night ran perfectly. We had planned to have our cocktail hour outside, but unfortunately due to the weather we had to move it inside, and still it was amazing! Anthony, Bradford, Christina and Magda was the main staff we dealt with but everyone was incredible. Please listen to my honest words, Greentree will not disappoint!I will definitely be having future parties here! Thank you for making our wedding a dream come true <3

The venue is one of the biggest decisions for your wedding and I made the best decision when I decided to go with the Greentree for my wedding on June 3rd. My husband and I looked at maybe 15 other venues before we came here and all it took was one visit for us to fall in love with this place. Everyone we worked with here was very nice, helpful, and professional. When you get married, you really rely on the experts to guide you through the process and that’s exactly what they did. Bradford is AMAZING. I literally don’t know how he does every event back to back flawlessly, but he gets it done!! I felt like we were friends for the day, he knew exactly what I needed and wanted at each moment of the day. Even though it was a random windy and chilly day in June, we still had the ceremony outside and it was gorgeous. The food was great, my guests kept me telling me about how big the portions were compared to other venues. The classic room is where I had my reception and it felt nice and intimate and like it was the evening even though it was the middle of the day. Thank you to the Greentree for making my day very special!

I was married at the Greentree last weekend and it was the most amazing venue. Eveything leading up to the wedding and the wedding itself was perfect because of the staff at the Greentree. Leading up to the wedding we worked with Larry, and he was available via phone and email all the time. As we got closer we worked with Magda who was so sweet and helped us make sure everything on the menu was set for everyone! Finally we worked with Bradford and he was so helpful in making sure everything was ready for the wedding! He had every detail worked out and had a back up plan in case of any issue. The day of the wedding and for days afterwards people were coming up to us and saying how beautiful the room was, how delicious the food was and how incredible the staff was. It is truly the perfect venue.

We love Greentree Country Club!! Bradford and Anthony were awesome!!Our kids got married on June 17, 2018. Their dream was to have an outdoor wedding. We very much wanted this for them, but also recognized the necessity for a good back up plan in case the weather did not cooperate.Bradford and Anthony walked us through the venue; explained both scenarios professionally, while empathizing with our concerns. They made our kids (and both sets of parents) feel as though this was the mostimportant wedding. I dropped off the majority of the paraphernalia the week of the wedding. Anthony was waiting for me and brought everything in carefully - understanding the importance of each item. On the actual dayof the wedding Bradford welcomed us - with his sleeves rolled up ready to assist in every manner, while simultaneously overseeing the vendors. The day was beautiful, which added a lot of extra work since the ceremony was heldoutdoors. Bradford ran back and forth, never indicating anything except his eagerness to make this day special. Shortly before the wedding began he changed into his formal clothing and greeted our guests enthusiastically, as if hetoo had just come. The venue is beyond beautiful; the ballroom spacious; the outside area creates a memorable setting. Without any hesitation all of us - the bride and groom and both sets of parents (and our guests) love Greentree!!!

My husband and I got married on June 17th (2018) at Greentree Country Club. To say it was amazing would be a tremendous understatement. From the moment we had our first visit, we had an unbelievable experience. Both Anthony and Bradford were extremely helpful. They thoroughly answered all of our questions and made sure to meet all of our requests. In looking for our wedding venue we really wanted a place that would allow for a beautiful outdoor ceremony but that would also have a great backup indoor option if needed. Greentree is perfect for that. We got so lucky with the weather and had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony, but we always had peace of mind knowing that if the weather didn't hold up it would still be great inside with plenty of room. Another thing that was extremely important to us was to make sure there was a big enough dance floor. Though other venues were beautiful, we were worried that people would feel cramped. At Greentree the dance floor more than accommodated our 300 guests. I have seen there set up for a more intimate crowd and that is beautiful as well - but even with our large party, people had so much room. The space is bright and airy with gorgeous lighting and floors. Since Bradford was overseeing our wedding day, we did a final walk through with him the week before June 17th. He was so on top of everything and made sure we were fully comfortable with the flow. Overall, we give Greentree 5 stars and feel extremely grateful. Highly, highly recommend.

He was kind, super receptive, answered all our calls and emails within a very short amount of time, and was just the absolute best to work with on our wedding day itself. We could not have asked for a better place to have our wedding or a better person to work with.

The moment we saw the outdoor ceremony patio of Greentree overlooking the water, we knew this was it for us. We also asked ourselves, “if we cannot get married outdoors which venue will be nice for an indoor ceremony?” We loved Greentree’s natural lighting with the big windows throughout the ballroom. Thankfully, God gave us the ONE beautiful day in April to get married outdoors by the water. Throughout the whole process, Greentree was so helpful and accommodating. We began working with Alan (who is retired now) and thereafter Kristina. The transition was smooth as Kristina made sure everything that was initially discussed was given to us. We also loved working with Magda because she was so kind and sweet. Our matre d, Bradford was wonderful. He was always full of life and so happy to do anything for us. If we needed extra tables, he would find us extra tables. It was easy working alongside him and the team at Greentree. On our wedding day, all of our guests enjoyed the food for both cocktail hour and the entrée (which rarely happens anywhere)! However, the one con we had was that we did not enjoy the food in our bridal suite. Greentree is a great choice for weddings of all kinds! The staff will do everything they can to meet the needs of any couple. Thank you Greentree for being part of our special day.

We recently had our engagement party at Greentree Country Club (April 2018) and our guests (all 300 of them) are still raving about it! Everything was absolutely perfect thanks to Kristina and her amazing team. Kristina was an absolute pleasure to work with! She helped us every step of the way - going above and beyond, from recommending different vendors to actually coordinating with them to ensure a smooth, easy and stress-free experience for me. I can’t thank her enough for all of her help! I started off extremely overwhelmed and stressed but thanks to Kristina and her team, it turned into an exciting process and the end result was even better than I could’ve imagined. The venue, ambiance, and food were perfect! Highly recommend this venue!!!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Greentree in April 2018. Outstanding is not enough to describe the incredible service that Greentree provides. We worked with several staff members as we planned our wedding, and it was evident that all of the staff communicated with each other. Our meetings ran smoothly and they accommodated all of our needs. Anthony, whom we primarily worked with in the planning stages, always answered e-mails in a timely fashion and was always willing to answer the hundreds of questions that I had. Magda and Edyta were also amazing throughout this whole experience. The day of our wedding was beautiful. Bradford, our Matre d', and Tammy, our bridal attendant, helped us every step of the way. Bradford created an itinerary of events, so that our photographer and DJ knew exactly what was happening. He communicated with them, so that we did not have to worry about a thing. Our guests loved the food and they had so many options to choose from. Our cake was beyond beautiful. We truly couldn't have asked for a better venue! Thank you, Greentree!

The Greentree was an absolute dream come true for my husband and I, who got married at the Greentree on November 10, 2017. From our first visit, the Greentree went above and beyond to make sure every detail was executed exactly as we wanted. When we first booked our wedding, Alan helped us, who was an absolute doll to work with. Before our wedding Alan retired, and I was a little nervous that my plans would not get carried out as planned. Any nervousness subsided the moment I spoke with John, Kristina and Bradford, who helped to make sure our wedding was everything we envisioned. The three of them were so incredible and just an absolute pleasure to work with. Planning a wedding can be one of the most stressful times in your life, especially as the date get even closer. Every time I spoke to Kristina I felt more at ease and less stressed. And the day before Bradford helped with so many last minute details, and then checked in the evening of to make sure all was going to plan. My mother was nervous about all 300 guests fitting in the room for cocktail hour, as we had the main ballroom and we only used the first half of it until the main reception began. She has told me numerous times she cannot get over how much room we had and how spacious the cocktail hour was. Even with 300 guests, and another wedding going on in the other room all of our food came out on time, and everything went exactly as we asked, and they made the whole process so stress free for me. The professionalism and the attitudes of the staff at the greentree are truly sensational, because they really do go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your special event. In addition to the staff, the food, service, and view are equally amazing. Whenever anyone has spoken to my husband and I about our wedding they have raved about how fantastic the food tasted and how beautiful the wedding was. Have no doubt that the greentree is by far the best choice you can make when deciding where to have your wedding venue.

I am an individual who base my decisions off of vibes. From the moment I walked in, I knew the Greentree Country Club would be my wedding venue. I was a nervous bride-to-be, but I was immediately put at ease by staff. Throughout the process, staff continued to show me much patience as I bombarded them with questions/concerns. My wedding way was absolutely magical! staff worked really hard to execute all of the intricate details/directions that I had given. I was very impressed with the food! my guests are STILL talking about it. we could not have asked for a better day. I am thankful to the Greentree Country Club staff, for making this our best day yet!-The McKains!

Planning a wedding is a FT job and when you live in MD and your wedding is in NY you put in a lot of overtime and miles on your vehicle. I had some doubts and planned for the unexpected, as I knew things would not always go as smoothly as I wanted. Greentree was the last venue I saw and the only one that screamed to me “this is the one”. I can’t say enough about Greentree and our special day and all the work that went into from those in the front line (Brad and Yesenia) to all behind the scenes at Greetree (e.g. Larry, Magda). Do I recommend Greentree (Heck Yes)!!! Now was every single moment perfect… No, sometimes it took a little while to get a response back to emails, that I’m sure quickly turned me into Bridezilla. Book your appointments in advance (e.g. tasting -make sure you include the cake tasting or you’ll have to come back). Keep asking questions because it’s your day and your first time at this rodeo.So, where do I begin? My wedding day couldn’t have been more spectacular. When I have a “what if” moment, I quickly think about the ceremony on sight to the reception and there is nothing I would change. Along with our guests, we loved the venue (outdoor ceremony/grand ballroom), the food/cake was delish and the service remarkable. 1.\tLarry was very helpful, and I was able to visit the venue as many time as I wanted (time permitting). I was able to reach out to them via phone and email which made it convenient for me living in another state to ask questions about the day, limitations and restrictions as I worked with setting up my vendors. 2.\tGreentree management was very understanding with Hurricane Maria’s impact to my guests and they worked with me on my final counts as the days got closer to the wedding as I thought I was going to have to reschedule our day.3.\tI met Bradford (Brad) a few months before the event and from our first meeting I knew he would do a spectacular job. He was attentive to my day’s wants and needs. Brad and I discussed the itinerary for the day, helped me to break down each activity, talked about what to do including what Greentree would do vs. what I needed to provide. During our final appointment we ran down the list without failing in any area or service. On the day of, he gave me what I envisioned and everything was perfect (Thank you... Thank you… Thankyou).4.\tYesenia, I met during the tasting and she was helpful then as well as on my day as she was assigned as my bridal attendant. OMG... Yesenia, you were perfect. What can I say she was there to set up our room, bring us champagne, helping me with my dress, during our first look, making sure we had drinks and our food and that everything went perfect (and it did and it was).This will be my one and only wedding, but if I had to do it again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you Greentree, Brad and Yesenia.

Absolutely loved having my wedding at Greentree. The venue is beautiful and the food is delicious - which are the two most important factors in having a memorable party. We had 350 people, and nobody even realized because it did not seem crowded at all. They know how to set up the room, and the marble floors and high ceilings make such a difference compared to the other venues I looked at. Highly recommend!

I was really happy with my decision to go with Greentree! Our ceremony and reception were beautiful and a lot of it had to do with the space and staff at Greentree. Pros:1. Bradford, the Maitre D, is really supportive and responsive throughout the process. Our day would not have gone as smoothly without him. He stepped in as wedding coordinator for a lot of it. Super organized, attentive, and in charge. He also had a lot of patience with us as we tried to figure out tent set up and other key decisions, even though it was 100 degrees outside at our pre-wedding preparation meeting. 2. There was a ton of food! We used Greentree for the cocktail hour and cake, and I think the servings and options felt very flush and varied. I had an Indian caterer for dinner, and they were very flexible in working with them. They are very used to Indian weddings, which was a plus. 3. The lighting Greentree installed above the dance floor is awesome! Definitely recommend adding that on to your package. Cons:1. One thing I didn't love was that because this is a country club, members of the club are technically allowed to be in the pool and on the beach until 5pm. This means that they could be around during your ceremony, if it's held outside. In the end, I barely noticed them, but it is something to keep your eye on. I think the staff are good at asking them to stay out of the way, but I wish I had known this about the club when I originally signed (which was in the fall so I didn't realize this aspect of its summer operations and I wasn't told). 2. My husband also got ready at the venue, and the room in which he got ready was not great. There's no bathroom and it's not very well air conditioned. My guess is that most men don't get ready there or use that room, but it's good to know that it won't be lavish if you do.

We had our son's wedding here in September 2017. We had a wonderful experience. We were able to thoroughly enjoy the entire day. The setting is beautiful and tranquil. In any season, the club sparkles.The staff is first-rate. Brad, Edyta, Magda - and everyone else - were top-notch to work with.We brought in a Kosher caterer and the Greentree staff worked well with the caterer's staff.We recommend Greentree Country Club to anyone who wants a lovely country club venue that is warm and a pleasure with which to work!

There is nothing negative to say about Greentree. We had an INCREDIBLE wedding and the whole planning experience was fun and painless thanks to Larry, Magda, Bradford, and Yesenia. Bradford and Yesenia coordinated everything on our wedding day to make the experience relaxing and stress free and enjoyable. We had our ceremony outside under in front of a gorgeous sunset backdrop, and our reception in the beautiful large ballroom with floor to ceiling windows. All of our guests said the food was amazing! From the moment we met Larry and saw the gorgeous ballroom and outdoor space where we had our ceremony and cocktail hour we knew this was the place. Bradford is AMAZING!! He makes the entire process stress free, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. During the reception if there was anything we wanted he literally ran to get it done. My bridal attendant Yessenia went above and beyond to ensure that I always had a drink, my husband and I had food and that we were happy. During the reception a guest stepped on my bustle and it ripped before I could react Yessenia was there ready to fix it for me. As for the food, our guests are still raving about how much food there was and how good it was. The fact that for dinner guests have so many options was wonderful. If you are looking for a venue with a huge ballroom so everyone can dance, has amazing views, wonderful food and a staff that will go above and beyond for you Greentree is the place! I wish we could do it all over again!

Spectacular! From the start of planning our daughter's wedding with Edyta - nothing was too much trouble. Every step of the way, she was so accommodating, very responsive whenever we had a question or request, and a pleasure to work with.Edyta epitomized excellent customer service. At the wedding, Bradford was right on top of things and anticipated every need. Many of our guests commented on how great the service and food were. The venue was beautiful, particularly with the gorgeous weather..a perfect setting for an outdoor wedding!

Choosing the Greentree as our venue was honestly one of the best choices we made during our wedding planning process. We went with the classical ballroom, had 177 guests and an 8-piece band and we had plenty of space! We didn’t have to worry about the details at all, like the linens, or the catering, the plates or the silverware. And so we were able to focus on other aspects of our wedding, the fun stuff! I was a bit nervous about it feeling like a wedding factory experience, but it was the complete opposite! It was so personalized from our first meeting with Alan, to our logistical meetings with Bradford to the whole team at the Greentree. Every time I had a question there was an answer no matter who I spoke with. Our bridal attendant Yesenia was beyond amazing, she was just so on it in so many ways and seriously one step ahead of us at all times. I was over the moon with how attentive every single staff member was on the day of. I always had a drink in my hand and was never worried that something was going wrong. The day went so smoothly and I never had to keep track of time, of what was supposed to happen next, instead they would come up to us and give us a heads up that the next thing was about to happen (entrance, speeches, parent dances, cake cutting etc). The Greentree team did a perfect job setting everything up as well. It was so reassuring that all our personal décor items (picture frames, favors, guestbook etc) were where we had agreed on and they even packed everything up for us at the end of the night, without losing anything and so pack up was so simple. And the food!! I couldn’t sing them more praises. Everyone is still raving about the endless cocktail hour. Many of our guests thought it was our dinner! Overall our experience with the Greentree was exceptional. We are so happy with how it all turned out, people we show pictures to ask where we had it because of how beautiful it all came out. I’m still walking on cloud 9 with our Greentree wedding.

We held our daughter's wedding at the Greentree Country Club last week. We couldn't have been happier with the way everything turned out. The wedding was magnificent. We had the ceremony outside, overlooking the water, and the dinner in the grand ballroom. We received so many compliments about what a beautiful wedding it was. Our maitre 'd, Bradford, was the best! Everything was absolutely perfect, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. The most amazing part was how smoothly it ran. Because of Bradford, we were able to keep to our schedule, while still doing everything we wanted. Bradford took all the stress out of the day, so that we were able to actually enjoy ourselves.

I do not even know where to begin. I am so very happy that I decided to have my wedding at Greentree. I first attended my friend Christie’s wedding and loved everything around it. I remember walking into the room, with all of the white marble and open space with floor to ceiling windows and just being in awe. When I finally got engaged I knew I had to have my wedding there. During my first meeting with Larry I knew I had chosen the right location. Larry worked with us to figure everything out, answer any questions I had and was flexible to make any changes that I wanted to make! I was able to contact him through calls and email- he always responded promptly to me. I then did dealings with Magda who was super sweet and also so very accommodating. Toward the end I got to work with Bradford- I can not even express to you how much I loved this experience. Bradford listened to my vision and worked with me to make it become a reality. Bradford met with me to set everything up the week of the wedding to make sure that it looked just as I had envisioned. He is one of the nicest and most friendly people that I have ever met. Bradford is amazing at his job. Fast forward to the wedding day- Larry was outside to greet me going in with hugs and smiles. Then I was able to meet John our Maitre D and Yesseny, my bridal attendant. They had everything down to a science. Everything went as planned. I am a super organized person and didn’t expect anything less for my wedding day- I had lists and plans for everything and they executed it perfectly. I truly had the best day ever and I’m not sure that any other place could’ve done the job as perfectly. They are the nicest and most competent group of people!It felt like I was part of the Greentree family. Everyone there is super sweet and accommodating. I would give it 10 stars if I could

We were married yesterday at Greentree Country Club and I could not have asked for a better venue. From the first time my husband and I got there, we were blown away. Larry was so amazing throughout the whole planning process. He made sure that we had everything we wanted. He was so accommodating to everything we asked for and it was perfect. As the day got closer, Bradford helped us out and ran our event. He is just amazing! I was so anxious about how everything was going to go. He was so reassuring and friendly and super helpful and everything came out perfect! The whole night, we had guests coming up to us complimenting on the amazing food, the gorgeous venue and beautiful views. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!!!

We were married in November 2016 at the Greentree! What an amazing experience! Not only was the night amazing, the team took such great care of us leading up to the wedding as well. My husband and I were so please with the entire event! The food was incredible, grand ballroom and bathrooms with recent updates were beautiful, lighting was great, service top notch! Bradford is AWESOME! He made hosting a party for almost 400 guests seem effortless! He was there for us before we even knew we needed him. He is such a sweet, caring man and made our night spectacular. People always say prepare that something will not go right the day of- I have to admit I was prepared but nothing came up. The team at the Greentree did a stellar job and I would host another party there in a heartbeat!

My daughter and son-in-law got married at Greentree Country Club in January 2017. The venue was spectacular and accommodated all of our 300+ guests well. The professionalism and attentiveness of the staff was exemplary. All of the staff were easy to work with but we must single out Bradford who went way above and beyond and kept us laughing throughout the process. He is a true star! We were thrilled with Greentree and our only regret is that our children chose to get married in the winter and we could not enjoy the spectacular views that Greentree offers.

Bradfort and Alan were the best you can ask for as far as helping out with making sure we have everything we need for the event at the GreenTree Country Club. They were very much accommodating to the needs of our families (we had over 500 people at the wedding, so we need A LOT of accommodating!). Alan was such a pleasure to work with during our planning months as he made sure the bride felt comfortable and stress-free, but also making sure we cover every little details prior. This was so helpful because the day of our wedding went literally PERFECT. Bradfort is incredibly. He made us feel at ease the day of and was very attentive with not only me and my husband, but also our family members. I highly recommend you plan your wedding as not only is this venue just STUNNING (more ideally for the summer/spring time when you can have the beautiful water backdrop during your ceremony/reception), but the management was on-point at all times.
