Greysolon Ballroom and its staff are absolutely amazing. We were exploring Duluth as a wedding ceremony and venue option and came across Greysolon. Korah was absolutely fabulous at answering any and all questions, working on adjusting her schedule to allow us to tour on a Saturday, supported our efforts in customizing their GREAT wedding package to meet our needs, and more. The ballroom itself is stunning and is such a unique place to hold an event, and the food from the Blackwoods group is absolutely delicious. THANK YOU!

We just recently got married here at the Greysolon and had the best experience we could've asked for! Every staff member truly enjoys wanting to be there to ensure every guest was accomodated. Also the team was so helpful in remaining flexible for all changes to make sure we have the dream wedding that we always wanted. Lastly, the venue itself is so stunning and ornate and we couldn't have asked for a better looking venue! So grateful for this entire experience!

Thank you for making our wedding day so perfect! We originally worked with Jax to officially book our wedding, then Kalysta helped us plan every detail to make sure it was perfect. She asked so many great questions and was accommodating! Our day-of day manager was David. He was available all day for any questions and I often saw him walking around making sure everything was running smoothly. He checked in often to see how we were doing. Our night manager was Casey. He was there from dinner through the end of the night. Just like David, he always checked in and was so helpful! We even met with him the next day to grab stuff we left there. Overall a wonderful experience! Anyone looking for a Duluth wedding venue, this is THE ONE to choose!

This venue is drop dead gorgeous and the staff are absolutely amazing! We had a masquerade ball reception and the venue has a perfect vintage 30s feel to it! It is SO incredibly beautiful! All the staff from the managers, especially Casey and David, to the coordinators, Jax and Kalysta, to the amazing kitchen staff who made the best food we’ve ever tasted! They were all very friendly, kind, they worked with us to make our day perfect and understood our needs perfectly! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make our day perfect! Thank you all so very very much!! ♥️

We are so, so grateful for their support during that crazy time. I always felt extremely well taken care of by Korah, Kalysta, Jax, and our night-of manager Casey. These folks truly could not be more kind, patient, detail-oriented, attentive, reliable, and fun to work with! They know SO much about the wedding industry, and they were always willing to provide recommendations and wedding planning tips. I did not feel the need to have a wedding planner or a day-of wedding coordinator because the staff at Greysolon took such great care of us -- the whole day went seamlessly! Thank you, Greysolon crew!!!

Greysolon is the most beautiful place in Duluth to have your wedding reception. They have incredible staff that want nothing more than for you to have the best day of your life, and they go the extra mile to achieve it. My bride and I just had our reception with Greysolon and the food was exquisite, the attendants were the nicest possible people, and everything was set up wonderfully from the cocktail lounge to the reception hall in such a classy way but at a reasonable price. It was the night of our lives - seriously, give them a call.

My fiancé and I took the trip to Duluth to view Greysolon as a possible venue option for our wedding and immediately fell in love with the ballroom. We worked with Jax who really understood our love for the ballroom and helped us to make that space work with our wedding size of 80 guests. Then we worked with Korah who helped us actually plan our wedding. If you don’t know where to start when it comes to planning your wedding, Greysolon staff helps you every step of the way! On our wedding day, we had Casey as our day of coordinator and he was absolutely amazing. He worked with my attendant to set decore up and make our wedding day a dream. Greysolon is an amazing venue and I enjoyed working with them!

We had our daughters wedding at Greysolon on 5/21/21 and it was an absolutely amazing day! My daughter and her fiance made the difficult decision to postpone their wedding due to COVID-19 from 6/26/20 to 5/21/21 and we can tell you that it was worth the wait! Our guests were all so completely happy for Mikayla and Jake and were completely in awe of The Ballroom at Greysolon! The food was amazing and it was served quickly! It was a hot day and they kept the space at a comfortable temp, which everyone appreciated. The bartenders were awesome and cordial. We were so happy that they set up a second bar upstairs to get everyone their drinks quickly and efficiently. We were also very impressed with the table centerpieces and how beautiful everything looked. They transformed the ballroom from the ceremony space to the dining space to dance floor very quickly too!Jax and Korah helped us navigate through all of the difficult regulation changes for weddings starting last May when we decided to postpone. Even though the decision was painful, it was definitely the right decision for us. We were so happy we could have a larger wedding and have many of our family and friends present. What an amazing and awesome day! It still brings tears to my eyes when I think what a magical day our daughter and son-in-law had at Greysolon. Many guests said it was the best wedding that they had ever been to and we agree! Jax and Korah are very kind and humble and they made the experience wonderful for all of us! We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a wedding in Duluth!

I can’t say enough praise about Jax and the Greysolon team. We ended up finding Greysolon after our initial venue was no longer able to accommodate our wedding due to Covid, and I truly believe we ended up right where we were supposed to be from the start. Jax was there every step of the way for us helping us to navigate the ever changing Covid guidelines along with the regular endless details of wedding planning. Jax made me feel constantly supported and despite the added Covid complications, still made planning our day and the execution of our day feel so special. The Greysolon team cares so deeply for each couple they work with and work tirelessly to make their vision come to life. After working so closely with Jax, I will honestly miss our planning phone calls! The service you get at Greysolon is not just a venue, it is a team of people who are there for you and more than willing to help with each step along the way. There was never a missed phone call or email. They had plan A-Z ready to go. They worked with all our vendors, making day of coordination one less thing I needed to worry about. They are eager to accommodate or adjust as needed (including multiple changes, just to end up back at the original plan). These are your people! The venue itself is stunning and provides an elegant, charming, and bright space full of architectural detail as a canvas. You hardly need any decor as the ballroom is a vision in itself. The bridal suite and men’s lounge area are both comfortable and ambient spaces for your wedding parties to get ready before showtime. This beautiful and historic building has many opportunities (inside and out!) for a multitude of photo backdrops for all your portrait, ceremony, and first look needs. Oh and the food was DELICIOUS! I can’t say enough positive things about this venue. I hope every bride and groom get the service, beauty, and intimacy that is a standard at Greysolon.

Greysolon had always been my venue even before I knew I was getting married I just knew that I wanted it to be in that space. We started planning our wedding quite a while ago and life happened, we changed our date multiple times we even changed the space a few different times as well but the one thing I can say is that the entire team and greysolon was there by our side every single step of the way! Every change every decision was ours and it didn’t feel forced at all Jax and korah supported us with every decision we made! The ceremony and reception were everything we had imagined and more. The food was amazing we did the champagne chicken buffet and I highly recommend that option ! We also went with the decor package and that was the best decision we made the pieces were made for the space, it also helped us with not having to worry about decorating and just enjoy our day and we most definitely did! I can’t say enough about the amazing people who work at greysolon but they are definitely more like family than someone who we completed a transaction with. We can’t wait to renew our vows here in the future!

We got married on November 9th and we can not say enough great things about the Greysolon. We planned our entire wedding out of Canada and Korah made the process seamless!! She was accommodating, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We had a plaza wedding with the ceremony/reception being in the ballroom with a cocktail hour downstairs in the Moorish room. Not only is the venue breathtakingly gorgeous but, the event staff was phenomenal. Everything was on time, the drinks were tasty, & the food was delicious. 110% would recommend this venue to anyone planning an event.

We got married in the ballroom at Greysolon on 9/14/19 and couldn't be happier about our venue decision. First of all, the space is breathtakingly beautiful. There's character around every corner and made decorating simple. The Greysolon staff has to be the best out there. Korah was our point of contact from the get go and made things easy and enjoyable for us. She's responsive, cheery and extremely helpful. Korah made the planning easy. Food at the venue is just fabulous - we got all kinds of compliments on it. I am convinced this is the best wedding location in Minnesota. You have our love and thanks, Greysolon!

The staff at Greysolon were absolutely wonderful! We are currently living in Australia and planned the whole wedding from there. The coordinators were excellent at responding to emails immediately, which made planning so much easier. They made everything happen that we requested and were always friendly and great to work with. I can't say enough positive things about this venue. We went with the décor package that was well worth the money in my opinion. No one had to set up or take down anything, and the venue is so pretty that you really don't need to go all out with décor anyways. They know how to make everything look cohesive. We got lots of complements on the food and the atmosphere.

Whenever we had questions, the team made sure to answer them right away. We were able to customize our wedding experience exactly the way we both dreamed. All of our guests loved the food (we had a taco buffet)!! The nacho bar was also a huge hit. We would recommend Greysolon to everyone looking for a special place to celebrate their marriage. The venue itself was gorgeous with crown molding decorating the entire ballroom. Honestly, you need such minimal decor because the venue itself already comes picture perfect. My husband and I especially loved the history behind this venue as we are huge history buffs. We could not be happier with the venue and how much our guests loved the night. Greysolon even supported us all the way to the end. As we were cleaning up that night, Aubrey helped us roll our decorations to our hotel room and made sure we got in safe. Greysolon was worth every bit. We loved our wedding experience and cannot wait to return in the future for other events.

It is a gorgeous building and the staff at Greysolon are just incredible to work with. They will literally bend over backwards for you with whatever you need. The timeline and switching over the ballroom from ceremony to reception went so smooth and flawless. These guys know what they are doing. So nice to have everything in one spot. We were married in the Moorish Room in July 2018, and the experience was wonderful. I am from out of town, and incredibly busy and traveling often for work. The folks at Greysolon handled everything from the ceremony to the reception, from decorating to catering with a late night snack, and even ensured that our presents were brought to our hotel room. Incredible. My only downside is that we ended up working with 4 different people; the people we did the majority of the planning with were not there the day of the wedding, and the person there for the rehearsal in the morning was not the same person who was there for the ceremony and reception. However, every staff member we worked with was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Their suggestions for food, decorations, and vendors were right on. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

From our first meeting with Jax and planning with Kalysta everything went smoothly. Kalysta responded quickly to all emails and phone calls. She made the planning process so much fun and easy. On the day of the wedding our first meeting with Rachel was the start of a wonderful day. Having the ceremony and reception in the same place was so convenient. We had a great lunch served for the wedding party during the day. Everyone loved the suite and quarters for getting ready for the wedding.The Ballroom was set up beautifully for the ceremony and the reception. The staff handled every thing fantastically. At the end of the evening Aubrey was so great at helping everything go smoothly. The room is beautiful, the staff is great, and the food was excellent.

Being in the wedding industry myself, I have seen about every venue in Minnesota. We chose to have our wedding hours away from the cities because we were so in love with this venue. The staff is the friendly and incredibly helpful. We had so many compliments on how amazing the venue was and as a bride, it is amazing to have a space that doesn't require so much money for decor to make it beautiful. Our wedding couldn't have been more beautiful thanks to Greysolon Ballroom and their staff!

We had a New Year's Eve wedding in Greysolon's Moorish Room, and it was absolutely perfect! The wedding coordinator was so helpful with all aspects of planning, even going so far as to give us extra tips from her own wedding planning experience! The staff paid attention to every detail of our day, and the room exceeded my expectations when I saw it. On the day of our wedding, the management checked in with us frequently to make sure our needs were being met. We are so grateful to the Greysolon crew and would recommend them to anyone looking for an event venue!

If I could give this venue 10 stars, I would. We worked with them on both our ceremony and reception. We went non-traditional with a Sunday afternoon ceremony and no room turnover (meaning: our guests sat at rounds of 8 for the ceremony and reception), which was SUPER successful. Jax and her team at Greysolon went above and beyond to make even our most unusual requests a tasteful, beautiful reality. Additionally, we opted for a Saturday night welcome event at the Blackwater Lounge, which is located in the same building and is operated by the same company. They made our whole weekend have an all-inclusive feel, which was a great asset for our many out-of-town and out-of-country guests. Kudos to the whole Greysolon/Blackwater establishment!

Greysolon is magical. I don’t have any other words to describe it. If I had to do this all over again I would choose it over and over. All the staff was wonderful from start to finish. Our wedding felt perfect because of the Greysolon team. I can’t thank them all enough for being the most incredible people out there. They made our wedding not only perfect but helped my dreams come true. I know this sounds cheesy but I have looked forward to this moment my entire life. I don’t think my imagination could top our day. I recommend this venue to anyone looking for a classy and romantic place in Duluth. It will take your breath away I promise.

Greysolon was the perfect location for our wedding celebration! We chose to have our ceremony + reception in the ballroom. The planning and coordination was completed with ease. These folks are absolute PROS! Aside from the space being beautiful, the staff kept the whole day running smoothly. The food was delicious & they accommodated our beverage requests. The downtown historic location is ideal- with an attached parking ramp, hotel & just a short walk from the lake. A perfect choice for our beautiful, large wedding!

The food was amazing, and we received so many compliments from guests! We worked with mostly Korah, and she was great. I would highly recommend working with Greysolon for your wedding and/or reception. They are an all in one venue and the guests loved not having to travel.

She gave us great insight on how to host a wedding in Duluth and worked well with our budget to make sure that we had our dream wedding. Jax is one of those people that she does what she loves and every day she puts her heart into her clients. Although we had to switch our venue to the Twin Cities, I know Jax would have accommodated our every wish.

Absolutely stunning venue and amazing people! My husband and I were so fortunate to stumble upon an ad for this location and inquire upon it. Jax, an absolutely wonderful lady, helped us navigate a date and gave us the extra push we needed to commit (our engagement had been a long one with two kids involved in that period so our wedding was constantly put on hold) and we are so thankful for that! We had a small intimate wedding in the moorish room and it was stunning! From the decor package to the ambiance the room gave off it was exactly the feel we envisioned! Kalysta, one of the coordinators, was absolutely a pleasure working with. I'm pretty indecisive and her ideas and suggestions made everything flow perfectly for our day! The process of planning two hours away was eased by the professionalism this team brought! I highly suggest this wedding venue. The price, professionalism from the staff and food were above and beyond our expectations. Even look into grooms dinner at this location- it was so beautiful and easy having it at the same location!

We planned our wedding at Greysolon from the Twin Cities as a \"mini destination wedding.\" Although we weren't always proximal to Duluth, the planning process went very smoothly. From the start, Jax was just excellent, and Kalysta, Korah, and Aubrey as well. All of our correspondence and communications were clear and timely. It was easy to get ahold of staff and costs were transparent. Most importantly, the day of our wedding was incredibly smooth and FUN, even though we did ceremony and reception in the ballroom with a 45 minute room flip (NSE helped out) Mary and Aubrey were on site all day and extremely responsive and helpful, and the ballroom was truly STUNNING. I highly recommend attending the Greysolon vendor fair as well, which is where we found all of our vendors in one easy day and they were all excellent and surprisingly affordable. Our guests are still talking about what a fun day it was, how great the food and service was, and how stunning the venue was. We highly recommend this venue for your special day.

Planning a wedding was such a scary thought to me. It seemed impossible. Jax and all the nice ladies that work their made this process so much less stressful and a breeze. I am from out of state and never even got to see the venue before the big day. I was completely blown away by the beauty of the Moorish room. The venue staff was so helpful setting up and the food and cake were amazing! I have not one bad thing to say about this venue. It's easy to plan and the room with duluth uplighting looks breath taking. Our wedding day was perfect and I'm so glad I had such helpful nice people to walk me though how to even begin planning.

Where does one even start. When you are looking at spending over $20,000 you do expect top notch care. I fear that others are reviewing this vendor strictly on the atmosphere. Let me tell you all that was right, the atmosphere, what was wrong:Coat check girl was folding napkins the entire time. When I questioned her reply was \"we have 8 weddings this weekend\" needless to say no coats were checked nor were any gifts collected or cards correctly placed. The groom and men had to ask another to go and purchase them water, the food was lukewarm at best and one should NEVER put baked chicken strips into a warming over. It harkens to rubber and does not sit well with children, not to mention you should not feed children food that looks like the lunch lady scooped it. ie take the time and flatten your mashed potatoes- and is it really sanitary to carry uncovered food to over 200 people? Is it that much more expensive to have the silver tray covers? Do not set our your place settings prior to the tables being moved to say chaos ensured would be an understatement. Again, we were so disappointed and believe that in the twin cities this would NEVER be accepted. I feel the bride/groom should be reimbursed for the many failings on their special day....and I was just a guest!!!

Jax and her staff were the only venue to return my calls when I was looking for a venue in Duluth. They WANTED me as a customer! And what an UNBELIEVEABLE experience! Impeccable venue, food, service. Although they had weddings throughout the Greysolon, I was treated like the only customer. The whole team was on point- they knew my needs, my individual contract, I had NOTHING to worry about! They were also ALWAYS there for questions, concerns. They reached out to me when it was time to address certain aspects of my wedding. Oh yeah, you couldn't beat the price! Wonderful!

I'm towards the end of my planning and I cannot imagine doing any of it without Greysolon and their team. I have had some special requests such as having my own vegetarian meal item created and every stop of the eat they have told me that they are here to make my day the best. They have worked with every single request to find something that works for both of us. I highly highly recommend anyone in the Duluth area at least look into Greysolon for your venue. Working with the Greysolon Ballroom team has been truly amazing! The sales team have been above and beyond on every level--suggestions about how to structure our wedding day beyond just the wedding details, tips and tricks about phones, and our family and friends to make it enjoyable for them as well... Things that I never even considered as a detail to planning a wedding. Woah! The sales team have been above and beyond on every level--suggestions about how to structure our wedding day beyond just the wedding details, tips and tricks about phones, and our family and friends to make it enjoyable for them as well... Things that I never even considered as a detail to planning a wedding. Woah! From the first meeting, to the final moments of our night, Greysolon Ballroom's staff exceeded our expectations. We always knew our experience was a top priority. It difficult to put a price tag on the amount of stress this venue alleviates, but not having to worry about the behind-the-scenes operations certainly provides incredible value.In the planning of our wedding, we worked primarily with Kalysta. She was OUTSTANDING!! It was such a relief to be able to email/call her with any concerns or questions and hear back in a timely manner. She certainly reduced and minimized the stress through the whole process.Greysolon Ballroom's unique venue was ideal. The space is so elegant, we did not have to invest a ton of time and energy into decorations. They even offer a reasonable center piece option in the contract (we opted out) to further reduce the time and energy required for set-up/tear down. In the weeks following the wedding, we have received many compliments pertaining to how beautiful our wedding was.I understand that dinner can always be a gamble at a wedding. Prior to booking at Greysolon, we had heard the food was good, but had never experienced it so we weren't sure what to expect. So far, I have yet to hear one negative bit of feedback on dinner. We went with the Champagne Chicken (house specialty) and the Roasted Pork Tenderloin. Both options were phenomenal. From the first table to receive their dinner to the last, the food was hot! This is even more impressive since our wedding party was lallygagging leading up to the grand march. I have years of service industry experience and I must say, the presentation and quality of dinner left nothing to be desired.

We want to thank Jax, Kalysta, Melissa, Rachel, Korah, and the entire Greysolon staff for the wonderful work that they do! They are so helpful and provide support and suggestions without ever being pushy. They were attentive to every request and exceptionally quick to respond to emails and phone calls. About a week before our wedding I asked if they could get a wheelchair for my 86 year old grandpa as I knew it would be a long and exciting day. Korah and the staff responded quickly and not only found one, but had it waiting for my grandpa when my family checked in to the Sheraton. He was able to save energy to disco on the dance floor with all his grandchildren. I'm so grateful for both the beautiful, historic venue and the wonderful staff! We cannot say enough amazing things about the Greysolon Ballroom venue and staff! Kalysta was so thoughtful and incredible through out the entire wedding planning process, she felt like family by the end of our experience. I cannot tell you the amount of compliments we have received about our wedding. We had our ceremony and reception in the ballroom. The day went so smoothly from start to finish. The space was absolutely gorgeous! The food was amazing, people are still talking about it! We had the Italian buffet with manicotti, lasagna, spaghetti, Alfredo, ceaser salad and added the champagne chicken... It was truly delicious! We also did the late night pizzas which were my husbands favorite! We got ready in the bridal suite and the new grooms quarters and had mimosas and pales of ale. We also had the chicken salad sandwhiches, ham sandwhiches and pasta salad which our bridal party loved! Right after the ceremony the bridal party all went straight down stairs to the martini lounge while the guest started cocktail hour. It was such a nice way to take a quick breather right after the ceremony before greeting all the guests-I highly recommend doing this! To make it even better the Greysolon team give you 50 $5 off drink tickets for the black water lounge and $100 gift card so this covered everyone's martinis or two and beverages during this time so that we could just leave the bartenders a nice tip! Everything was so well planned and easy going my husband and I really were able to just sit back and take in all of the love around us. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married! It was beautiful, elegant and priced very reasonably for all that is included!!

Our daughter's wedding was held at Greysolon Ballroom. We opted to have the ceremony and reception both there due to it being a winter wedding. \rFrom the time we had our first look at the venue to the last minute of the dance we had a perfect experience. It was our 4th child to be married in 8 years so we had high expectations. We could not have been more pleased with the expert advice, kindness of staff, willingness to work with our ideas and budget, promptness and overall professional service that we encountered from everyone on staff there. \rThe venue is extremely beautiful which made decorating simple and easy. Their décor package option was incredible - both in value and in how beautiful it turned out. The Bridal Suite and Fire Side rooms were perfect for getting ready for the wedding. They are very comfortable and elegant. The turn over of tables from ceremony to reception was done with such grace and quickness that in no way did it interfere with visiting with guests in between. The service from all of the staff for bar, appetizers and meal was incredible. The food was delicious and plentiful. We could not say enough about the event planners. We dealt mostly with Jax and Kalysta. They were professional but caring about every question or change we brought to them. They did listened to what we wanted from the day and found a way to make that happen rather than trying to change our ideas into something that would make it easier for them. They promptly returned emails/phone calls and kept our contract updated with any changes made along the way. The staff helping the day of were aware of everything we had talked about to make the day what we wanted it to be. We would HIGHLY recommend this venue for a wedding or large event. \rIt has been great to hear ALL the positive feed back we have received from guests attending, I have not heard one negative. But the best was when my daughter and her new husband came to us at the end of the evening and said that this was a perfect day. We received several compliments from our guests about the fast service, tasty food, and great drinks. Thismis the best place for a wedding in Duluth! They took care of everything from the food, to the centerpieces, to finding a new DJ for us when the original called to cancel 2 hours before our ceremony!! They took care of everything from the food, to the centerpieces, to finding a new DJ for us when the original called to cancel 2 hours before our ceremony!! The staff there is so experienced and well trained & did I mention that the ballroom is the most beautiful place in Duluth!! We couldn't be happier with our choice! We hosted signature martinis and did butler-served apps during the cocktail hour...our guests are still talking about it. Every aspect of service was perfect - greeters, bartenders, butlers, servers, gift/coat-check attendant, etc. Guests all raved at how nice everyone was and the great service they received all night.\rWe had ~150 people and were worried the room would feel empty but they brought in some extra furniture and setup conversation nooks, it worked great and felt very cozy. \r\rDuluth was a perfect mini-destination from the Cities and guests were thrilled that they made a weekend out of it. \r\rWe would HIGHLY recommend the Greysolon for any event, but especially for a wedding. Our daughter & son-in-law were married at the Greysolon Ballroom this past weekend. I cannot begin to express our feelings on how well this special day in our lives went, but I will try! From our side of the event, everything was perfect and then when you ask the bride and groom, perfection was the word they used as well. The venue is absolutely stunning and is amazing as how it flows from the bridal suit, west wing etc into and around the ballroom. It made everything so convenient. Even though it is a large space and an entire floor it still felt warm and intimate. It was spotless and everything we needed was right there. The staff was amazing, so organized and efficient. They made everything so easy and they were so pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious, everyone said so!! The service was impeccable. Dishes were served and removed without even knowing that it had happened! Everyone received the meal they had requested and special requests were honored. One guest required a gluten free meal and the staff made sure her meal was correct and delivered to her without issue. My daughter and son-in-law started planning their wedding last year and from the minute they sat down with the wedding planners, they felt a connection, like sitting down with friends who really care about you and what your vision is for this day!!! They listened, they stayed in touch, they kept them updated on what when and where and eased their fears about the unknown. From a parent's standpoint....Thank you Thank you Thank you!! It made it so easy on us!! Jax, Kalista and Kora (sorry if I misspelled the names) are so wonderful and were not only there for the bride and groom, but for me as the mother of the bride!! I always felt that if I needed anything or had a questions or a concern, all I had to do was pick up the phone call and I would be helped. I always felt respected and made to feel important too. All of our guests from out of town loved Duluth and enjoyed an entire weekend of activities, everything was so convenient. It's classic and elegant, but what impressed us the most was their staff. Kalysta and Jax are amazing. They helped us with all the details and made the planning so easy. They are true professionals. The room was so beautiful on the day of the wedding that some guests came up to us and told us that they felt like they walked into a fairytale. If you are planning and event and need a classic, romantic venue, with top notch service, you can't do any better than Greysolon's Moorish Room or their Ballroom. These rooms are simply stunning and they will make your event a success. I have not only attended many beautiful, elegant and fun weddings at The Greysalon Ballroom, but hosted a bridal shower there as well. When my sister got engaged I knew the \"Princess\" would need an extra special place for her bridal shower. We held it in the lounge and it was spectacular! The setting was so beautiful and the food was delicious. The best part was I picked a food and drink menu and then my duties where finished, the wonderful staff took care of the rest. Everything detail was perfect, I would highly recommend this venue for all your special occasions!

Very beautiful and elegant reception hall. We used the Moorish room and it was the perfect size for around 150 to 200 guests. There is very beautiful wooden bar and martini bar in the building. There wasn't a need to add a lot of decor because the room had it's own beauty. The staff was great and helped us every step of the way! The food was fantastic (Blackwoods Bar and Grill)! Overall a great experience.

Our wedding at the Greysolon Ballroom was elegant sophistication at its best! We were most thrilled about how adaptable the space was to accommodate our ceremony and reception. The staff was eager to help. Our guests are still raving about the food.
