Margaret was our wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond our expectations. She was friendly, inviting, and punctual. She was always there to answer my questions without a problem! Wonderful person. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Thanks Margaret! Our wedding was perfection! Kitchen staff, servers, bartenders everyone was amazing!

So far so great! Set up an appointment, easiest walk through ever, so stress free, beautiful views, super accommodating staff. Affordable and beautiful. Can't wait to get married there in April.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this venue for your wedding or any other event! While the place is a gorgeous venue to have a wedding and take beautiful sunset pictures, it is a very poorly managed establishment. Nine minutes into our ceremony the fire alarm was activated and the general manager did not know how to turn it off, it continued through the remainder of our ceremony and about 10 minutes into the reception, until a few of our guests, with the help of Del Lago staff who provided a ladder and screwdriver, silenced the alarm by disconnecting the speakers and covered the strobe lights. Then to make matters even worse the general manager, Steve Gummere, worked his way around our wedding telling guests that our children pulled the alarm. He then added injury to insult by trying to give us one bottle of Korbel (a $10 bottle of champagne) and offering a very insincere apology. But that is not all, the next day Mr. Gummere took it upon himself to file criminal vandalism charges against our guests for disconnecting the speaker. Once we got the police report we realized it was filled with lies! In the police report he stated that my daughter, I repeat \"the brides daughter,\" pushed the alarm button to activate it. Just a quick note, my daughter arrived at the venue with me at 6:00 PM, never left my side, was my flower girl AND stood with me during the ceremony which started at 6:10 PM. The alarm went off at least two times before we even arrived at the place. The owner finally got word of the catastrophe and has since offered us $1000 and a round of golf to make up for a $10,500 wedding with over 250 guests. BEWARE of this place!!!

When we decide to look for venues, we went over all over Tucson looking for a beautiful, not too expensive and that help us to make our dream come true, after all Tucson area we went to Hacienda del Lago and at the first minute we decided that will be the perfect one.\rWe did not worry about anything, Leslie took care of all...I meant everything!! We just need to say how many people and how we want it and she made everything for us, she was very patient even at the last minute. You do not have to pay extra money for a wedding planner; she is the planner that is including at the venue. Our guests were so impressed and happy for the beautiful greens and awesome service. \rI f you are looking for your best wedding I definitely will recommend Hacienda del Lago in Vail, AZ.\r\rMilitza & Alan\rNovemeber 2012.

Dreams do come true. We had our wedding and reception at Hacienda Del Lago Golf Club in early summer 2012. We were extremely pleased with all phases of the ceremony plus the entire evening. Our guests were commenting for days how smooth and effortless the entire event was conducted. Leslie Hannegan and her staff created a very beautiful ceremony setting. The appetizers and the wine were very much enjoyed by our guests and ourselves as we took many pictures of the wedding party and guests. The scenery we had there was simply breathtaking not to mention the incredible sunsets. We also were very happy with not only Leslie, but her wonderful staff as well. One of the waiters, Efisio is an incredible singer who offered to sing at our wedding and was accompanied by Vince with āA Wedding Music Serviceā who played the organ. He learned our song in less than two weeks and sang it beautifully at the ceremony, his wonderful rendition of the song touched our hearts deeply. We were extremely pleased with the presentation of the dining tables and dining area in general and the reception dinner was simply exquisite. The entire afternoon and evening was just truly magnificent from start to finish. Leslie, her staff and the awesome location and ambiance helped make our dream wedding come true.

I could not be more happy with my location for the wedding at Rancho del Lago. The service was excellent, Leslie and her team were very professional and helpful. The location is beautiful. My wedding pictures came out great!!!

After letting our engagement excitement settle, my then fiance and I made a list of prospective venues and set out to look at them. You know that feeling you get in you gut when you're doing something right? We both felt that immediately after setting foot at Hacienda Del Lago Golf Club and meeting Leslie Hannegan, the wedding coordinator. \rIt's important to note my fiance and I were viewing things from different perspectives- he in terms of cost and bar and myself in terms of the backdrop and food. \rEvery step of the way, Leslie helped us achieve our goal of having an amazing wedding. She was so unbelievably delightful and professional and her staff was phenomenal! Rachel, her lovely assistant and Cody, the amazing on-site chef supported Leslie and they too made sure our wedding was tops. My foodie mom and picky eaters devoured the food, setup of the chairs in a semi-circle for the cermony was excuted correctly and everyone had an amazing time. \rIf you are looking for a beautiful venue, are on a relatively fair budget and need/want to feel like more than another wedding and be seen as an individual couple, this is your place!

The value for cost at Del Lago was amazing! We held our ceremony and reception at this venue. They closed down their clubhouse for our reception, and catered and staffed the event. All of these was for one cost, instead of a bunch of fees, which made budgeting so much easier. \rWhen the big day came, their waitstaff helped to set up chairs outside for the ceremony (something I was not expecting from them!), the food was amazing, and the event went smoothly, even though we asked them to delay dinner by 30 minutes about an hour before it was to be served. I am very impressed with Del Lago!
