Steeped in 25 years of rich history, Hackberry Creek Country Club is the ultimate venue for the couple seeking a classic, romantic setting for their wedding ceremony and reception. Located in Dallas Fort-Worth’s Irving / Las Colinas community, the traditional clubhouse's elegant ballroom is an idyllic venue accommodating up to 220 guests, with a dance floor. Guests immediately receive a warm welcome when they pull into the portico, where the friendly staff is waiting to escort them to your beautiful celebration. Outdoor ceremony options are available and offer pristine golf course views, which become even better when complemented by a Texas sunset. Jillian, the wedding coordinator, is AMAZING. As you can imagine, it’s somewhat complicated to have a wedding during a pandemic. Jillian helped us jump every hurdle with ease, was always available, and so kind! Highly recommend!!

It was such a pleasure working with Jillian and Sherri! They made me feel comfortable, taken care of, and made all my worries go away. I was an anxious bride leading up to the wedding with questions every other day, but on the actually wedding day I could relax and have fun with my guests the whole night, because they are so good at their jobs. Thank you so much, and I highly recommend your team and venue!

We celebrated our wedding and reception at Hackberry Creek Country Club with 100 of our friends and family. I am thrilled that we did! Great interior lighting, a high quality staff and customer service, the value added with chairs and tables, and a fantastic menu choices for the reception. The little extras like beautful outdoor wedding and seating, table decor, centerpieces, adding our photobooth, cleanup, open bar, and professionalism was so much more than we expected. Weddings are stressful enough and I always expect there might be something that would be missed. But not here! Our guests let us know it was the best wedding they attended. The food was superb and people continued to rave about it all weekend. My new sister-in-law says she gained ten pounds just from the event but said it was worth it. Dancing the night away and having a wonderful bartender certainly made our night extra special. We had nothing to worry about during the planning and execution phase. The Special Events Planner, Jessica Anderson, was top notch. She was calm and thorough. I think Hackberry Creek Country Club is an ideal place for a wedding venue and is one of the best kept secrets in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Thank you HCCC for making our special days that much extra special!

My husband and I recently had our wedding reception at Hackberry Creek and I can't imagine a more smoothly-run event. Other than dropping off the items for decoration the day before, we had no responsibilities and were able to just enjoy our special day. Jessica, the coordinator provided by Hackberry, met with us several times to go over all the necessary details and was flexible up until the day of the wedding to accommodate any changes. Besides setting up the tables and lobby area with the items we brought, they also added a few beautiful touches to make it look like an elegant event. The food was delicious, we opted for cheese/cracker/fruit hors d'oeuvres and a beef and chicken option on the buffet. The Hackberry staff was very professional and attentive in guiding guests to food and clearing the tables. All of Jessica's vendor recommendations for florist, cake bakery and DJ were easy to work with and a great value. All of our guests were impressed that we had grabbed a quick bite to eat as a newly-married couple before joining our guests in the reception area, one of Jessica's great suggestions. She was easily available throughout the evening and made sure that everything flowed nicely. We were initially overwhelmed by the prices of a country club reception within the metroplex and found Hackberry to be a perfect fit with our budget.

Excellent review, great price. The food was delicious. The beef was a little dry, but that was easily ignored when everything else was so delicious. \r\rKelly and Cathy were both great to work with, organized, helpful, and available.

This place is very scenic and spacious for the price. I liked that there were multiple rooms and it was spread out to where we had a room for the cake, ballroom/reception area and food and entrance. I would say that I had a moderate amount of guest and it worked really nice to fit everyone comfortably.

Hackberry creek is a beautiful place to have your wedding and reception. We had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony with reception to follow in doors. Overall great price and very happy. We did have a few issues though with wedding coordinators. First, we booked with one set and were not informed 6 months later that they were no longer working there. Then began to work very closely on details with one coordinator a month before the wedding. When I received an email from the head coordinator saying she was now taking over my wedding and I would need to deal with her directly ( a woman I had never met before). She also went on to tell me that my wedding was no longer the sites only event for the day even though my contract stated the place was mine for the day but assurred me she would handle it. As the day of my wedding arrived, my bridal area was not set up for the bridal party to get ready in as discussed, she also stated the golf event would be out by 3 pm for my 7pm wedding, which they were not all out until 430 pm. Which caused my parents, vendors and groom a great deal of stress. The groom was trying to get ready in the club house which had tons of people everywhere and they did not supply them with any drinks not even water. Overall, everything did get set up and completed in time for my wedding and was beautiful, the food was excellent and everyone had a great time. However, the stress prior to it was dissappointing. We did love our wedding and all the hard work that went into it. The staff did a wonderful job and no one but the bridal party, family and vendors knew of any issues. Great place to have a wedding and reception and very reasonable pricing for the DFW area.

I got married here in March 2012 and I absolutely loved it! The ballroom for the reception is beautiful and they have a nice area outside for the ceremony(or inside if you want). The prices are the best I found anywhere in Dallas and the quality is still great. The food was delicious and the staff was always on top of things and very helpful. I would recommend this vendor to anyone getting married especially if you are on a budget.

I loved the windows along 3 out of the 4 walls of the room in which my reception was held. Also, I loved the mirrored wall and beautiful ceiling, which both added to the beautiful reception pictures.;I was looking for a place that wasn't your typical ballroom and my efforts paid off! I would just tell those who have the same wishes to not give up, that large room with windows is out there.

We loved the fact that all our guests were in one large room and not having to be separated. Our service staff were very attentive;We bought the premium package and specifically asked that they have plenty of Miller Lite on hand since our group are heavy Miller Lite drinkers. They ran out.
