I highly recommend using Hammock Beach for your wedding. Everyone there was extremely helpful and amazing. They made the process less stressful & helped us work out all of the little details. The food & service was AMAZING. They paid attention to all the small details and made us feel so special throughout the night.We also used the Ocean Bar lawn for our rehearsal dinner and it was beautiful! Everyone was just so amazing.

Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa was more than we could have asked for. Their professionalism from the day we arrived for the tour, to the day of our wedding was incredible. All of their staff did an excellent job in fulfilling any wish, request, or issue we had. They had several options to choose from when it came to ceremony & reception locations which was nice to have considering couples want their wedding days to be perfect and to compliment their ideas & visions. They helped Cassidy and I have our dream wedding and we both can't recommend this spot enough. All of our guests can't stop telling us how perfect this place was. Thanks Hammock!!

Hammock Beach was an absolutely beautiful place to hold my our daughterâs wedding! Fortunately, the weather cooperated and we were able to hold the ceremony and reception outdoors, but we were at ease knowing that there were terrific backup indoor locations if needed. Sandra Oliveira, Catering Sales Manager, was exceptional - responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, etc. - and other staff were terrific. We canât name them all but kudos to Cody Tucker, Vanessa Manske, Crystal Wilkerson, Ilde, Haley, Phyllis, and William.

Just wow. We had such an amazing stay and time at the Hammock Beach Resort. My wedding could not have been more perfect - the location, staff, drinks, food, and the waiters/bar tenders were just so kind and thoughtful to everyone! Especially Christina and Frank, they really did an amazing job. I recommend this venue to everyone! And Sandra, our coordinator from the Hammock, even left us a nice little charcuterie board and expensive bottle of wine in our honeymoon suite for us to enjoy after the wedding. I am so sad it is over, but just beyond happy that it was at the Hammock. Truly a great time, even if a little pricey :)

Hammock was perfect for our destination wedding. From the beginning, working with Emiliana (catering coordinator) was so easy. She FaceTimed us and showed us basically the entire property. We fell in love with the resort from just that! After we signed the contract, they were quick in responding and planning. Figuring out room blocks, menu, drinks, locations and backup plans were fun and easy to plan with them. The staff were so helpful, SO kind, and so accommodating. Every single part of the resort was amazing for our out-of-town guests. The pools (obviously), golf (plan tee times ahead), and restaurants were perfect. All of the resort staff (concierge, servers, bartenders, housekeeping, bell staff) were attentive and efficient. Bell services gave us (bride and groom) complimentary valet. Barista at the coffee shop gave me some free coffees throughout the weekend. I felt very looked after as the bride. We had a semi-planned âwelcome drinksâ at Loggerheads. The atmosphere there was perfect for what we wanted. Food and drinks were great. We were also able to go here for our wedding after party as they were open until 12!The next night, we hung out at the lobby bar after our off-site rehearsal dinner. There was live music and a great bar!We had lots of rain our wedding night. Emiliana made our decision to move everything indoors/covered so easy. I had basically no doubt, with her expertise and vision, everything would still be perfect. And it was! Everyone had an amazing time-especially my husband and me!

Let me share that Hammock Beach Resort is the perfect venue for your beach wedding. We worked specifically, with Sandra Oliveira from the resort. She provided us with excellent service. Any bumps along the way she worked to smooth them away, which she accomplished. Planning a wedding takes time and thoughtful execution by the entire resort staff. We had three events at the resort from the welcome reception on Thursday and rehearsal and wedding on grounds in front of the beach, to wedding reception in ballroom and farewell breakfast on Sunday. All were executed amazingly. As parents of the bride, we felt we received, value for the dollars, money well spent. All our guests complimented the resort, the food, and the staff. We had 110 guests most stayed at the resort. Looking for a beach resort for your wedding this is the place!

Emiliana was absolutely amazing to work with, and made our day so special. Everything from a couple signature drinks, to the room blocks, to the ceremony details and back up videos, she went above and beyond. I definitely recommend having your wedding here, everyone had an amazing time. We had our wedding at Hammock Beach Resort on 6.4.21 and it was absolutely perfect. To start the week, we had a sâmores welcome event and our guests loved it. It was the perfect way to start the week and pass out our welcome bags. The resort itself is beautiful and has plenty for everyone to do. Our guests made a week vacation out of it and all had a great time. I would highly suggest everyone stays on resort because it makes it super easy to communicate with your guests and get everyone together. We spent a lot of time running from room to room just hanging out with everyone. Now the wedding itself... our original plan was to have our wedding on the champions lawn; however, it rained almost all day so that changed hours before our reception. Our point of contact, Emiliana, as well as our coordinator Katy made sure keep me in the loop and make decisions that made the most sense. I never felt stressed or disappointed. Thereâs seriously no wrong area to have your wedding at. The venue is gorgeous and honestly requires very little decorations & extras. Emiliana was so helpful throughout the whole process and was quick to answer any questions we had. She also took care of any concerns we had in a timely manner. The food is incredible.. all of our guests were raving over the salmon (definitely recommend) and the mini beef tacos (during cocktail hour). The serving staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure myself and my husband were taken care of all night long. I mean whatever we asked for, they made it happen. They were wonderful. The bar was great! I donât think there was a time were there wasnât a line at the bar. The bartender was super helpful in making drinks to fit the persons wants / wishes. Everyone seemed to love the âblue drinkâ. Overall, hammock beach resort is an incredible place for your wedding. The entire process is easy and seamless. The employees take great care of you and make sure all of your wants / needs are met. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone who is considering a Florida wedding. We had the most perfect day.

We had our wedding at Hammock Beach Resort May 7th 2021 and it really was the wedding of our dreams. Flash forward one month later, and we still have guests reaching out to us saying it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to. We had our wedding ceremony in lodge lawn, cocktail hour lodge tent & reception in Atlantic Ballroom. Sandra Oliviera was our coordinator at Hammock Beach and was super sweet & prompt with all questions & concerns we had throughout the whole wedding process. The food, drinks, beautiful backdrop, & service was by far worth 5 plus stars. The entire banquet team was very kind and they always made sure my husband and I were served from cocktail hour & throughout the entire reception. We also had a breakfast farewell brunch the day after our wedding at Hammock Beach which I highly recommend! All of the guests loved it and it was such a nice way to end an incredible weekend. Aside from being an amazing wedding venue, Hammock Beach is a beautiful and fun place for everyone. It has a destination wedding feel to it & all of our guests made a weekend out of it. From golf, restaurants, bars, spa, kids pool, it was the PERFECT place for our wedding & our guests just keep saying how great of a time they had which is always nice to hear. We will cherish these memories for a lifetime & it is all thanks to Hammock Beach Resort and their amazing team!

My daughter chose Hammock Beach for their ceremony and reception venue and Iâm glad she did! Emiliana worked patiently with us through the planning stages, the menu tasting and final day. The prices are reasonable - one price for everything- and a lot is included! The food for both the cocktail hour and the buffet reception dinner was delicious! Our guests loved it and some commented they went back for seconds. The wait staff during the reception was attentive and efficient and even delivered leftover desserts to our room late that night! Everyone was very pleased and happy!

We got married at HBR September 29th - and I will say that I couldn't have been more pleased with the venue, the hotel staff and the all over experience. All of our guests couldn't stop raving over how beautiful it was at Hammock and everyone had an amazing weekend - calling it more of an 'experience' than just a wedding. We had a few issues with the booking site - but all were solved promptly by HBR. They also switched our coordinator a few months out from the wedding which was something we ideally would've seen not happening - but in general this wasn't a big issue. We also wish there would've been more of a 'wedding suite' for the bride & groom - we stayed in the same 1BR/1BA as 'everyone else' and I personally would've loved an upgraded room. We had our rehearsal dinner at HBR as well which worked out great. The prices to rent equipment etc was ridiculous for a few items (projector etc) so we rented these from our DJ instead for 1/3 of the price. I can recommend HBR for anyone looking for a venue with ocean view and who has family and friends travelling in to meet for more than just one day. The Breakfast at Atlantic Grille while watching the dolphins play in the ocean was a big hit for our friends. The free put put golf course everyone loved. Adult Pool Area and a volleyball tournament will not be forgotten easy. We hope to come back one day - and suggest HBR to include a 'anniversary rate' for married couples to return to HBR a year or so after their marriage here.

We got married at HBR September 29th - and I will say that I couldn't have been more pleased with the venue, the hotel staff and the all over experience. All of our guests couldn't stop raving over how beautiful it was at Hammock and everyone had an amazing weekend - calling it more of an 'experience' than just a wedding. We had a few issues with the booking site - but all were solved promptly by HBR. They also switched our coordinator a few months out from the wedding which was something we ideally would've seen not happening - but in general this wasn't a big issue. We also wish there would've been more of a 'wedding suite' for the bride & groom - we stayed in the same 1BR/1BA as 'everyone else' and I personally would've loved an upgraded room. We had our rehearsal dinner at HBR as well which worked out great. We held our destination wedding (we live in London, UK) for 35 people at Hammock Beach Resort on August 23, 2019. From the beginning Sandra Oliviera was fantastic to work with and was so communicative. We were upfront about our austere budget and we managed to stay within it without feeling like we compromised on quality.As a setting and venue in this part of Florida, you cannot find a more beautiful spot. Our ceremony was held on the Ocean Event Lawn and our reception was in the Ocean View Room. Originally we had hoped to have both the ceremony and reception outside, but when we got to Palm Coast in August we realised it would be way too hot for anyone to be comfortable. Luckily Sandra had held the Ocean View Room as a backup location so we were able to switch to this without any issue. The room itself for an event was perfect, especially with the large terrace that overlooks the ocean. Sandra even arranged for the beautiful string lighting we'd ordered for the lawn to be hung over the Ocean View Terrace instead and it looked so beautiful and romantic. Cocktail hour on the Ocean View Terrace was incredible. The passed canapés were delicious and we got so many compliments. The open bar was amazing to have and our bartender Sammy was incredible, not only did she mix up the two \"signature cocktails\" we'd requested but she was making other drinks to order all night without there ever being a line at the bar! Dinner was flawless. We chose a plated dinner option and we were served like royalty. The food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I have been to so many events and weddings where the food is simply, 'ok' - this was not the case at Hammock, it was all superb in both taste and presentation. The chef even came to introduce himself to us personally before dinner - very classy.The reception was overseen by Heather, who ensured that the progression of the evening was flawless. Heather liaised with the vendors we had hired as well as with the Hammock Beach staff to make sure everything progressed efficiently but without feeling forced or stressed. She was amazing in that she was close by all evening but we never felt like she was overbearing and we were grateful that we didn't have to worry about a thing.The servers were impeccable. My husband and I were asked so many times during our reception if there was anything that we needed, we thought this was just because we were the bride and groom but as it turned out, every single guest commented that they had the same experience as us.Our wedding was everything that we hoped it would be and more. The photos are beautiful thanks to the golf course and the beach. We could hear the waves crashing in the background as we said our vows to each other during the ceremony. We were able to enjoy the perfect juxtaposition of sitting outside on the terrace drinking cocktails with our friends on a balmy summer evening whilst dancing all night in air-conditioned heaven. And, even though we were at a huge resort, the entire day felt so intimate and personalised.I would not hesitate to recommend Hammock Beach as the perfect wedding venue that you will remember fondly for years to come (I know we will). Nearly a month later and we are still getting texts from our friends saying that they have never been to a better party; in our minds, that speaks for itself. The fact that we were able to do it all within a sensible budget at an amazing location is the cherry on top.

We had the best time from our welcome party s'mores pit all the way through the reception. The venue is beautiful and offers so many options. We used the grand lawn, courtyard, and ocean terrace for ours. While our day was perfect, there were definitely some bumps along the way. Hammock seems to have trouble keeping banquet/catering managers who effectively act as the wedding planner. We had ended up having two when the one quit 5 months before our wedding. We were also under the impression we would be the only wedding that day, but there were 3. We had some people sit at our ceremony, so Hammock certainly could've done a better job directing people or including signage to make sure all guests got where they needed to be. There was also a mix up with the \"staging area.\" The wedding party was told to go into Loggerheads to get some AC and stay out of view of guests as they took their seats. Another wedding party showed up to the same place. For a resort the size of Hammock, I find it totally unreasonable they couldn't have put us in different spaces. At one point I made small talk with a service person while waiting to be queued to start walking down the aisle. That person seemed astonished they had 3 weddings that day and implied it was not the norm. We also didn't see the resort catering/banquet manager/planner until about 30 minutes before the ceremony. We had gotten custom cocktail napkins to be used during cocktail hour and given out with drinks, but the resort didn't really use them. The planner was aware, so not sure what happened there. Considering the amount we spent, I was hoping for better day of service and coordination. That being said, none of the guests were privvy to these issues. My last issue with Hammock is their billing system. The invoices were super confusing. It would say something like grand lawn rental, when really it was the fee for the s'mores pit. Call the expense what it is, that's all we asked, but that was exceptionally complicated for them. We also thought we paid up before the wedding, then got hit with some things they \"forgot\" to bill us for. Get it together Hammock! A few weeks before the big day, they asked for pre-event survey. I was honest with my frustrations with their billing/invoices. They called me to sort of complain that I had the gall to rate them that way. If you want my feedback, don't get mad at me when I give it. With all that said, it may seem weird that I gave 4 stars. My husband and I had an amazing time and everything ended up being great. I think we were a bit on the more laid back side and well within the budget we had, so their miscues were annoying for a place that does this all the time, but not devastating.

The Hammock Beach Resort is an amazing venue. Once we saw it, we knew it was the one we wanted for our wedding. The resort is beautiful with plenty of amenities for guests. The staff from the beginning to the end of our stay was excellent. Our events were located on the grand event lawn, ocean bar, and Atlantic ballroom. I felt comfortable having part of our wedding events outside because they had a back up option for rainy weather that was equally as beautiful. Our wedding coordinator Colleen was awesome! Hammock Beach is absolutely gorgeous and I am so happy I chose this location for my wedding. I got married on the Lodge Event Lawn and it was absolutely stunning, you get the best of both worlds being on the grass but overlooking the beach in the background. Colleen was absolutely wonderful! She was always so quick to respond to any questions I had and reached out to me close to my event to see if there was anything else I may need. I also used their salon for my hair and makeup and have to give a huge shout-out to those girls!! Brittany(coordinator), Lisa and Tina were amazing!! They were all so sweet; Lisa and Tina did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and makeup. Words cannot express how happy I am I used their salon and had those girls for my wedding day. Brittany was always so quick to respond each time I reached out to her and all of the girls went out of their way to accommodate me on their day off and outside of salon hours. My husband and I couldn't have picked a better venue. It was the first (and only) venue we looked at and checked everything off of our \"wanted\" list. We were so excited and giddy after leaving our initial appointment in May 2016. Everything about Hammock Beach Resort was absolutely perfect... the view, the atmosphere, the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our day (wedding weekend really!) run smoothly and effortlessly. Colleen, our Event Coordinator, was always one step ahead of the game and made sure we were always taken care of and everything was how we wanted it. The catering staff never skipped a beat and was always offering my husband and I water or cocktails, making sure we never went without. I am so grateful we chose The Conservatory at Hammock Beach Resort for our wedding. Lyndsey Bowden is incredible to work with- she is very good at her job! I highly recommend The Conservatory location. It's the least used venue space of those Hammock Beach offers and I have not a clue why. It's beautiful and unique- the perfect fit for our Victorian inspired wedding. Thank you Lyndsey and The Hammock Beach crew for making our day perfect!

I am so grateful we chose The Conservatory at Hammock Beach Resort for our wedding. Lyndsey Bowden is incredible to work with- she is very good at her job! I highly recommend The Conservatory location. It's the least used venue space of those Hammock Beach offers and I have not a clue why. It's beautiful and unique- the perfect fit for our Victorian inspired wedding. Thank you Lyndsey and The Hammock Beach crew for making our day perfect!

This resort is absolutely stunning for having a wedding! The locations are gorgeous, and the food is beyond incredible. We had so much amazing food during the cocktail hour we were barely able to even eat any of our dinner! The staff was not only very helpful and courteous, but went out of their way to provide help above and beyond what was required of them. Since I was a bit of a diy bride, especially when it came to the decorations, this was an amazing help! Also, the event planners that work with you to organize everything are outstanding and able to accommodate anything you ask of them! I would have wanted to be married there for the views alone, gorgeous lawns overlooking the beach and right down the street from a dolphin habitat, but the incredible service and outstanding food made it the best choice we could have made! The only down side is the location. It is definitely a destination wedding for non-Florida residents since the nearest airports are an hour or more away. However, there are three different airports within about an hour to two hours distance so the location is still great!

This place was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!It was beautiful & you never have to leave the resort! Right on the beach!The spa was incredible!I'll be taking my husband there for a romantic getaway!

Everyone was great and so helpful! With so many back up plans and staff, nothing can go wrong. Worry and stress free. Friendly people who will do anything to make your wedding perfect! They take care of everything! And the location is breathtakingly beautiful.

I had my wedding at Hammock Beach in the Lodge Tent in October and I cannot say enough good stuff about this place! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was so pleased with the whole experience. My guests raved about their accomodations, too. I actually wished we would have stayed there for our honeymoon.

The price was great, the venue and backdrop were amazing and the staff were so helpful with anything and everything! The rooms are magnificent and they gave us a free one bedroom for my husband and I the night of the wedding. It had a bottle of champagne and the fridge was FULL of food that was served at our wedding! We were so busy with the wedding that we didn't get to enjoy much food, but we did after! They were very accomoding. I would recommend this hidden gem of a resort to anyone and everyone!

We had our ceremony and reception at Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, FL and it was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. I have had many guests tell me it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have been too! \rWe were married outside on the Grand Event Lawn overlooking the ocean and our reception was outside as well but under the tent near the Lodge. \rWhen we were doing site visits during the initial planning stages, we knew we were looking at more expensive options because we wanted beach front in May in Florida, but Hammock Beach was by far the most beautiful property we looked at and ended up being the most reasonable! Our wedding coordinator Keith gave us a per person price which included everything. This was so nice because we didn't have to worry about fees and added costs piling up throughout the planning and when we made our final payment the Monday before our wedding the total was exactly what he had said and what we had budgeted for, no additional costs and nothing showing up after either! \rWe had a beautiful day which definitely helped, but also the resort is just amazing and Keith was wonderful through the whole process. The day of I stopped by the reception site (BIG MISTAKE by the way) and started freaking out because our florist had left a bunch of things undone. Keith said not to worry and told me to go back to our room and get ready and that he would make sure his staff took care of everything. And they did! They finished setting everything up and by the time I came back after the ceremony it looked perfect and beautiful. They really went above and beyond.\rThe food was also amazing. I was a bit nervous when Keith suggested we go with the buffet option, I am not a huge fan of buffets, but everything was delicious! And there was plenty! We have received several compliments about how amazing the food was and I know that no one left hungry! \rIt was also really nice because we had a lot of guests from out of town that stayed over the weekend and they said it was a great vacation for them too spending a couple extra days at such a fabulous resort! It was also nice having the rest of the weekend (we were married on a Friday and stayed until Sunday) to spend time with family we don't get to see very often. The resort is very large which can be a bit intimidating, and a little pricey but definitely worth it and overall a great experience. Picture Perfect!

The Hammock Beach Resort is the perfect place to have a wedding. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and well-kept with so many different back drops and places to have the perfect wedding. We had our wedding reception in the tent which was wonderful at night to be right there next to the ocean. We also loved this resort for our wedding because unlike most of the resorts on the east coast, we felt secluded and not intermixed with the other resort guests during the ceremony and reception. My husband and I will most likely spend our one year anniversary at the resort for the weekend because we absolutely loved being there. During the wedding planning process we worked with Keith Keiser. Keith was diligent in all our e-mail correspondence, usually getting back to me within minutes. Keith helped all the way through our wedding, accommodating anything we needed. He was very professional and truly cared that the wedding went exactly how I imagined. Thank you Hammock Beach Resort and Keith Keiser for making our wedding everything we could have wanted it to be!

We had an AMAZING Wedding weekend! It started with a yacht cruise on Thursday, trivia in Loggerheads, Luau Welcome event on Friday and an Amazing wedding ceremony on the Grand Lawn. The original plan was to have the reception outdoors but, due to weather we ended up moving inside - which turned out to be PERFECT! The food at the event was Incredible - Everyone raved about the event! My only reason for not giving 5 stars was challenges with responses from the hotel & wedding planner prior to our event. It was quite frustrating at times. I will say that when it came to our event weekend they definitely gave us Outstanding service though & went above & beyond to make everything perfect! If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose this resort to get married at.
