Located in Wenatchee, WA, Hampton Hideaway is a rustic, romantic wedding venue. This elegant setting is available to host your milestone celebrations from mid-May through to mid-October. This 600-acre property is just a short drive away from the city of Wenatchee while still maintaining a sense of tranquility and escape. Owners Tim and Katie Libby love helping couples bring their dream day to life at Hampton Hideaway. They understand how important this day is, and go the extra mile to help their clients in whatever way that they can. This ranch dates back to the early 20th century when it was first settled by William and Mary Hampton in 1901. The property has been handed down through their descendants, with Katie's parents taking over in1987. Husband-and-wife team Tim and Katie began renovating the barn in 2012 and decided to use this venue as an events space. At Hampton Hideaway, you can choose between the picturesque barn or the lush, landscaped grounds. An audio system, which you can connect to an iPod, is available for no extra charge. Tim and Katie have a selection of packages you can choose from, depending on if you want to rent the space for one or two days. These two-day packages give you plenty of time to set up your venue, as well as hold your rehearsal dinner. Tables and chairs can be provided for up to 150 guests. The barn dates back to 1946 and has stunning views of the surrounding mountains and forests. It offers 1,500 square feet of space that you can transform and make your own. In the barn, you'll also find two private changing rooms where you can finish preparing for the day. Beside the barn, you'll find an outdoor space that you can use for a romantic ceremony in the sun.

Katie was such a wonderful and easy person to work with, she answered all my questions in a timely matter and even helped out with part of the ceremony! Not only was this venue the most beautiful and private venue, but the host made the wedding process so easy.

We not only work as caterers for this venue but have also had the privilege of celebrating our Sons wedding there. The venue is magnificent and Katie is amazing at making sure things run smoothly. I would highly recommend you book quickly!

Hard to believe it's been just over a year since we hosted our wedding at the beautiful Hampton Hideaway venue. The cherry trees were coming out of bloom, the weather was perfect, and the sunset was gorgeous. Katie is extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. She had solutions to problems I didn't even know we're problems yet and ideas for food and seating placement that worked better that what I had in mind. If youre looking for a lovely place to host an event, wedding or otherwise, Hampton Hideaway will provide that and more.

Hampton Hideaway was the perfect location for our wedding! Katie was fantastic to work with throughout the process. She was very sweet, well organized, and helped things run smoothly day-off. The venue was absolutely gorgeous! We chose it partially for its natural beauty, we didn’t have to do much decorating to make everything look wedding-ready. There are numerous backdrops to choose from for the ceremony and all of the different photos. Every inch of the venue was very well taken care of, including the entirety of barn! Absolutely perfect venue in every way!!

Hampton Hideaway is absolutely stunning. From its simply elegant barn and interior, to the possibilities for outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception activities - this venue looks good doing it all. Not to mention the gorgeous backdrop for any of your wedding photos. The night before and the night of the wedding, my bridesmaids and I stayed in the house on the venue. It was a perfect space for us to get ready. Katie, the owner, was a wonderful help from start to finish. While pulling strings from the behind the scenes, she helped move things along from the days leading up to the wedding, the day of, and even the morning after. She is a kind human hosting a most excellent space which will make your wedding the best day ever.

The Hampton Hideaway was perfect. I loved that the venue owner was present day of to help with coordinating. I also loved that there were bathrooms, tables, chairs, some decorations, and that it was indoor and outdoor. I texted with the owners quite a bit and she was always there to answer my questions. I also highly recommend the vacation cabin! My bridesmaids and I stayed there the night before. I had six bridesmaids and there was more than enough room for us! My husband and I stayed there the night of the wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Clean up and set up was also very easy, the owners set up all of the tables and chairs, which made our day easier. Highly recommend!

Katie was a dream to work with - she had clear and responsive communication and was reassuring in her flexibility given the unknowns of COVID restrictions and precautions. She answered all questions quickly and was helpful throughout the entire planning and execution of our wedding celebration. This venue is gorgeous and special - the barn is beautiful and has huge potential for those with a vision who are willing to put in a little extra work to make the day extra special and custom to you. There is a huge outdoor space that is well manicured and the porch around the barn is great for buffets and mingling. We loved our time there and couldn't recommend it enough!

My husband and I were thrilled when we selected that Hampton Hideaway as our venue in February of 2020. The next year was full of surprises, as we and many other couples were faced with making many difficult decisions. We knew that we wanted to get married in summer of 2021 as planned, but were not sure if our wedding would be allowed. Ultimately, not wanting to deal with guidelines and restrictions, we decided to change our large wedding to a very small wedding, surrounded by just our immediate family and friends. Throughout all of the changes, Katie and the Hampton Hideaway were there to support us and provide us with whatever experience we wanted. Our new small wedding was not even a package that the venue originally had to offer, but Katie was willing to work with us to create a day that we would never forget. Every time I needed to talk with her, she called back that same day. She was flexible and made sure that our day was everything that we wanted it to be. She provided us with lists of vendors and even keep us in the loop with things like when the Wedding Expo was going on. She was there the day before and day of to support. It was the little things that she did that really made the difference. When she saw that my niece was staying at the house by the venue, we had a slide dropped off just for her to play on. When the sun and heat became a problem, she set up pop up tents to shade the food and bar. She made us feel special and showed genuine care. You can tell that this is more than a business for her, but truly a passion. The venue itself was gorgeous! The landscape provided beautiful photos! We are so grateful for finding such an amazing venue and would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
