Harbor Links is an elegant country club wedding venue located in Port Washington, NY. Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for stopping by Harbor Links storefront for your upcoming wedding! Harbor Links hosts one event at a time and we can accommodate up to 250 guests We have options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. It overlooks our Golf Course and provides stunning views and perfect back drop for photos. Cocktail hour is hosted in our Hampton Tent (tent has sides, fans and forced air heaters if needed) Reception is held in our ballroom with windows facing west to get views of the course and sunsets! We could not have picked a more perfect venue than Harbor Links. Working with Jeanine was truly a match made in heaven! She was always calm, cool, and positive with every question/request/concern. Her staff was unbelievable to our entire party and everything ran so smoothly. Harbor Links was our first and only venue we toured and booked on the spot. We are beyond grateful to have booked this venue and even more thankful that Jeanine is the one who makes this place run!

We just had our wedding here on November 6 and it was the perfect day thanks to Harbor Links and their unbelievable staff. We held our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all on site, as well as took all of our pictures on their grounds. There is not a single complaint I have, it was such a great experience from start to finish.From our first visit and sit down with Jeanine we knew this was the wedding venue for us. We were also COVID postponement from our original date in 2020 and Jeanine made everything so easy for us and was incredibly responsive not only during that insanely stressful time but throughout the entire planning process. Jeanine also went above and beyond to make sure any special requests we had were made. Shirley was our maitre'd and she executed the entire wedding flawlessly. Emily our bridal attendant was also excellent. Both seemed to anticipate every need or want my husband or I could ask for, often before we ever had to ask. They made us feel so special on our wedding. We have received so many calls and texts from family and friends who were guests at the wedding about how amazing everything was. Multiple guests have even said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We may be biased, but I have to agree. From the views of the course from the large windows in the reception hall, the cocktail hour tent was also spacious and had great views of the course. The food was excellent and the bartenders were on top of everything and kept the drinks flowing. The staff are all top notch, the space is beautiful and the food/drinks are better then any other venue I've attended weddings at on Long Island. I only wish that one day I can come back as a guest to be able to experience the hospitality, food and venue again.

Harbor Links was the perfect choice for our wedding! We had picked this venue after searching all across Long Island for a venue that felt refined but also had a great outdoor space. Once COVID hit, Jeanine worked tirelessly with us to ensure all of our questions were answered and we had all of the confidence we needed to continue with our wedding as-is, despite COVID wreaking havoc on our day. Ultimately, we made the best decision to keep our wedding date and Harbor Links delivered! We worked closely together to ensure guests and staff were safe and had the best night ever. Dominick was incredible and kept the show running that evening! The food was great and many of our guests told us it was \"the best wedding they've ever been to.\" If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Harbor Links in a heartbeat!

Harbor Links was a fantastic venue to work with start to finish. We knew the first time we met with Jeanine and a Dominic that they would be a pleasure to work with and they did not disappoint! It was a challenge planning our LI wedding from out of state and they were extremely helpful and flexible throughout the planning process. Our big day went off without a hitch. Dominic made sure everything ran smoothly and Mary the bridal attendant made sure we were treated so well. The details that were important to us were incorporated. We are so glad we made this choice and have no regrets! The venue was beautiful and food and drink were awesome.

Event space was lovely and food was good. The reason for my low rating is due to the fact that my party was RUSHED. Guests were herded into the main room, from cocktail hours 10 minutes before the end of the period. Appetizer, pasta, and dinner QUICKLY followed. This caused guests to want to leave early. Very disappointing!!!

We visited Harbor Links and it was love at first sight, we didn't need to go elsewhere. We had been to other weddings at Golf Courses but this one was spectacular. Jeanine was wonderful and answered all our questions and guided us to the end. Dominick , the maitre 'D was amazing, professional and friendly and Mary my bridal attendant was very sweet and helpful. They have a wonderful staff, the venue is lovely and prices are great. Definitely recommend it 100%.

Harbor Links was a wonderful choice for our wedding venue. The location is extraordinary and we loved having both an outdoor and indoor component to our wedding. Dominick and Jeanine were really helpful every step of the way and we enjoyed working with them to bring our special day to fruition. Everything was perfect day of and Dominick and his team were present, attentive, and organized throughout the event. All our guest raved about the venue. My husband and I got married at the end of September and I still can’t get over what a beautiful day it was. From day 1, Jeanine was so helpful. She got back to all of my questions and was a huge help along the way. My husband is from ireland so we wanted to have the reception a little different than a standard NY wedding. Jeanine and Dominick were so accommodating with all of our requests. Everything from the ceremony, to the food and the whole setup was outstanding. Harbor links had everything I wanted in a venue. The outdoor ceremony space was beautiful. The dinner under the tent was outstanding. The reception in the ballroom was incredible. Our wedding day was truly beautiful and Jeanine, Dominick and the whole staff truly went out of their way to make sure everything went Smoothly. My husband and I fell in love with the venue the first time we visited but when I showed up on our wedding day with all of our decorations in place, the venue was transformed. We were so please with everything. Our guests are still telling us what a great wedding it was. I can’t say enough good things about harbor links and the staff!

We had the most amazing wedding day at Harbor Links. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. The venue itself is beautiful, and the views are outstanding. The food was great and overall, the reception was so smooth from start to finish. Jeanine is amazing! She has to be the kindest, most wonderful event coordinator in the wedding business. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. If I sent her an email, she replied with an answer right away. My husband and I were engaged back in May 2015 and took more than 6 months to find a perfect venue for our wedding. We knew we wanted an outdoor element with the wedding. We visited many venues and Harbor Links won our hearts. Jeanine was so pleasant and kind at our first visit. She gave us a lasting first impression. The landscape of the venue was beautiful and loved the view from the ceremony and cocktail hour locations. My husband and I had a million questions during the whole planning process and Jeanine was so patient with us and answered every question. We also met with Dominick a couple of times before the wedding and he reassured us not to worry about a thing on the wedding day. Dominick gave us a lot of great advice on the ceremony line up, first dances, cake cutting ceremony, etc. The two days before the wedding, we dropped off a lot of personal touches. The day before the wedding, we dropped off more stuff and asked if we can borrow the dance floor to practice our first dance. Dominick and Jeanine were so accommodating and supportive. My husband and I practiced for almost an hour and no one disturbed us. We were so happy with the practice because we completed the first dance on the day of the wedding with no mistakes! Woohoo! We got married on Sept 24, 2016 and everything was amazing and beautiful. The weather was perfect. From the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception, it was like a dream. Mary was my bridal attendant and she was so sweet the entire time. She made sure I was doing okay esp. my stress cough, she had honey lemon water ready for me all night. Dominick is truly a professional and master of his work. I didn't need to worry about anything the entire day. He made sure everything was executed on time and perfectly. Our families and friends are still talking about the wedding day. They raved about the food from the cocktail hour, dinner and dessert hour. They all said it was one of the best weddings they attended. My husband and I were so busy during the wedding that we didn't get to enjoy the food at the moment, but Mary was a sweetheart to set up food for us in the bridal suite and packed the leftovers too. The food was delicious. Can't wait to attend a wedding at Harbor Links as guests so we can enjoy the food again! Harbor Links was amazing and memorable. Thank you Jeanine, Dominick and Mary for making our wedding day special!!!!

Had my wedding here July 2015. I loved every moment of that day. Everyone was super nice, everything was done nicely. They were attentive and friendly. The location is beautiful, my guest raved about the food, we even substituted some dishes for our traditonal food during cocktail hour. The cake was fantastic, simple, soft and flavorful. \r\rBridal Attendant was awesome, my shoe broke and she went back for slippers, she catered to our needs.\rMatrie D had everything on point. I included my traditional nigerian money dance and every piece of my wedding went off without any issues. \rJanine was a great contact, always answered questions and kept us informed. \rI can't speak highly enough of the staff and the venue. I'll recommend this venue to anyone. \r

Harbor Links was a great venue to have our wedding. Jeanine is so nice. She would answer all my questions and was always quick to respond to my calls or emails. I planned my wedding from out of state, so it was so nice to work with a venue that was organized and paid attention to all the details. Dominic is fantastic!! He made the wedding run smoothly and paid attention to all the details of the wedding. He not only kept track of items we had brought to the Harbor Links and dealt with any issues that came up. He kept a good timeline for the wedding, without it feeling rushed. He even made sure my mom was taken care of with drinks and food. Mary, the bridal attendant was also fantastic and made sure my husband and I ate and could just have a good time at our wedding. The food and atmosphere was great. The day our wedding was little cold compared to the rest of the month and Dominic made sure the temperature in the tent for the cocktail hour was good for our guests. The backdrop of the golf course just makes for a beautiful setting for the wedding. My guests have raved about how nice and how much fun they had at our wedding I can't say enough about how wonderful the Harbor Links was for our wedding. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

Overall, Harbor Links was fantastic. They took every request leading up to our wedding day with professionalism and courtesy. Jeanine is phenomenal and a true rockstar. She was relatable and willing to be as flexible as she could to help us may our wedding day work within the space at Harbor Links. We were very comfortable at 175 people and a large band in the reception location. The waitstaff and bartenders were also amazing and several of our guests shared how impressed they were with the service, food, and overall venue.

She was relatable and willing to be as flexible as she could to help us may our wedding day work within the space at Harbor Links. We were very comfortable at 175 people and a large band in the reception location. The waitstaff and bartenders were also amazing and several of our guests shared how impressed they were with the service, food, and overall venue.

We are so happy to have chosen Harbor Links. The staff and service are excellent. It was so nice not to have to compete with another event. Grounds are great for pictures, food was very good and the space is amply for large gatherings or smaller groups. We had about 90 guests and it was affordable. Would definitely recommend.

We had our July 12, 2014 wedding reception at the Harbor Links Golf Course in Port Washington, NY and it was absolutely beautiful and perfect!\r\rWe visited several wedding venues all over Long Island shortly after getting engaged in Jan. 2013. Once we visited the Harbor Links, we immediately knew it would be the reception venue for us! We met with Jeanine in Feb. 2013 and despite the cold winter weather, Jeanine gave us vision of what the grounds would look like for our summer wedding. Since the Harbor Links is part of the town of North Hempstead, the town landscapes the property. Jeanine was right, the grounds were absolutely beautiful for our July wedding. \r\rSeveral factors prompted us to book the Harbor Links: \r1. PRICE. Harbor Links offers brides and groom GREAT value for their money compared to other venues on Long Island. Our reception included five hours of TOP-SHELF open bar, one-hour cocktail hour under the outdoor tent (I'll get to that later), your typical New York/Long Island style cocktail hour with all the food you could possibly want (and more!), three course dinner, cake AND another dessert (we chose Banana Fosters...I'll get to that later too!), AND favors! What really makes the Harbor Links stand out, in my opinion, is including the top-shelf bar, cake (through Baked to Perfection in Port Washington) and the wedding favors. The wedding favors were two chocolate covered strawberries that come packaged in a box, as well as, a mini-bottle of champagne. All I had to do was order custom labels (from Evermine) for the boxes and champagne bottles and place them on. Overall, the cost per guest was $100. With tax and service charges it came out to $125 per guest. For a summer wedding on Long Island, with everything the package included, my husband and I felt this price was unbeatable. \r\r2. COCKTAIL HOUR TENT. I always envisioned our wedding having some outdoor element, and the tent was absolutely gorgeous. First, we were nervous about having our guests outdoors for cocktail hour in the middle of July. The tent does not have air conditioning, but Jeanine assured us that the fans and patio stones do keep the inside of the tent cool. We even visited the Harbor Links exactly one-year prior to our wedding date to be sure, and she was right! On our wedding day we were blessed with beautiful, sunny, 72 degree weather. The tent's sides were rolled up giving a great cross breeze, and allowed guests to come and go out of the tent onto the green. Tables were set up both under the tent and on the green surrounding the tent. Our guests had a blast walking the property and taking pictures.\r\r3. BALLROOM. The Harbor Links ballroom is simple yet stunning. The ballroom was the perfect size for our 160 guests. The floor plan was spacious with room to move between the 18 tables. Our guests had plenty of seating space at their tables with 6-12 people per table. As far as I know, no one felt crammed. The dance floor was also the perfect size for our guests. Music was very important to us, so we hired the incredible Dane Wright Band, which is part of Hank Lane. Our family and friends are all dancers, so we were nervous the dance floor may be crowded and that people may be dancing on or off the edge, but that was never the case. The ballroom also had two bars, one in each corner, which was perfect for our amount of guests. There were never any lines for the bars. \r\r4. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I recently had my wedding ceremony & reception at Harbor Links. For the year and half leading up to our wedding day the entire staff was incredibly accommodating and always willing to answers questions, help, etc. Jeanine is fabulous and really made my wedding planning so easy and fun! They were always welcoming and allowed myself and my family to come see the venue whenever we wanted (as long as there wasn't an event happening, of course!). Dominic was a HUGE help the days leading up to the wedding. I had a million decor items and he was able to keep track of them all and put them out where I asked. With scattered thunderstorms throughout the day of our wedding, we weren't sure if our ceremony would be able to be outside on the golf course. Dominic knew how badly we wanted an outdoor ceremony, so he tracked the weather, had two ceremony sites set up just in case (both indoor & outdoor), and pushed for us to have the wedding outside. The weather held up, and I am so thankful that he worked so hard to give us the ceremony we really wanted. He definitely made our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend Harbor Links to everyone!

I fell in love with Harbor Links from my first meeting with Jeanine. The golf course is incredible and Jeanine was so kind, thorough and helpful I knew right away it was at the top of my list. We had our tasting shortly after and that sealed the deal. I was so excited I started to cry at the table. I had been looking all over for a venue that was different, affordable, and had great food. I got all three with Harbor Links. I didn't want a standard catering hall. I felt like every wedding I had been to on Long Island were at the same three places. I wanted something beautiful, elegant and affordable and that is exactly what I got with Harbor Links. The staff was incredible. Jeanine is a doll and so great to work with. Dominick and Gio were incredible, they made sure that everything was perfect. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing that day, they had it all moving perfectly. All my guests mentioned how on top of everything Dominick was and how attentive to my needs Gio was. Every staff member told me how beautiful everything looked, it really felt like they were excited and happy for me. It wasn’t just doing their job, every single person went above and beyond to make it a perfect day. The food was outstanding the service impeccable. They made my day perfect!

My husband and I fell in love with Harbor Links after visiting it and meeting with Jeanine, the wedding planner there- the grounds are sweeping and stunning. We loved the combination of the outdoor cocktail hour tent and beautiful ballroom. Jeanine was a pleasure to work with, made sure we covered everything/got all we needed, and the package for our wedding turned our fantastic! The staff could not do anything more to make sure that we had a great day. Dominic, our Maitre'd, was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. At our planning meeting the week before our wedding, when going over the day-of-details, I realized that I forgot my seating plan. Dominic offered to drive almost 40 minutes to my house later that day to pick it up to save me the trip!! On the day of, I didn't have a moment of stress or worry thanks to Dominic and his staff - our bridal attendants were superb and we never had to even ask for a thing, they were so on top of our needs. All our guests commented on how attentive and professional the staff was at our wedding. Every detail we asked for was delivered by the staff and Dominic to the exact specification! It was perfect. The Venetian Hour was something out of Willy Wonka's factory - every sweet you could imagine was there. The staff meticulously and carefully catered to wishes and made our wedding a magical night! We cannot recommend the Habor Links facility and staff enough! They are absolutely perfect and exactly what every Bride/Groom needs!!!
