The Hard Rock of Tulsa is the best place to hold your reception. It was SO EASY and just incredible. We had so much family in town and we were able to enjoy family time and pool time the day before and the day of knowing that all preparations were being handled Jessie Brandt, with the Hard Rock is second to none. And our wait staff and bartender were AMAZING. Worth every penny. Can't wait for photos.

The Hard Rock of Tulsa is the best place to hold your reception. It was SO EASY and just incredible. We just had our company Christmas party at the Hard Rock and it was amazing! The food was so delicious and portions were more than we expected! Staff was great and made sure our experience was a good one! We loved it so much, we have already rebooked for next year!! Thank you Hard Rock!!

Jessie and her team were wonderful to work with! We had to make some last minute changes to the total expected guests and had a little mixup on our end on paying the bill. Anything we needed Jessie was quick to respond and was wonderful. And the food was amazing!

The process of booking our event at the Hard Rock in Tulsa could not have been easier. The entire night was perfect from the contract, to the decor, to the food, to the service--A++++. For the table decor they use a mirror with candles and then you can have any color combo you want for the tablecloths, runners and napkins. The room rental was very reasonable as was the minimum required for catering. The contract and payments were all handled electronically--very easy. I feel that you get a lot for the money. You can also block rooms at a group rate making it easy for guests to stay and there were plenty of bars for pre or post event gatherings. I definitely recommend using the Hard Rock.

I enjoyed have my wedding experience at the hard rock. Everything I've did, they're felt it ran smoothly. Only thing I wish I was aware of was that when we picked buffet, We would've been told it ran like an actual buffet. We thought we could only get one plate. When the whole time, the service team was refilling up the food all night so I just wished next time. Whom ever had the buffet option that they aware that their family members can get more.

We used the Skyroom for my daughter's wedding reception and the service was excellent from start to finish. Jessie Brandt was the Manager we scheduled and planned everything through and she was nothing but professional and helpful with all our questions, ideas and concerns. The room was set up perfect, the service of the employees was friendly and very helpful, the food we selected was on point and was tasted so good. Jessie even helped us select a DJ for our reception and he was great keeping everyone involved and played all kinds of music that kept the party going.

We used the Hard Rock for an 80th Bday Party. We were able to get everything planned in under a month and working with Jessie made it a breeze. We have had numerous company christmas parties here and it was an easy decision for our owners bday party. We had 150 guests in the Sky Room Suite with a great photo booth area. (Jessie has a great recommendation on who to use for that) The entire staff and food were great! We will definitely be using Hard Rock again for our next party.

Our coordinator was Jessie and she was amazing! She was only a phone call away throughout the entire planning process and was super helpful. Jessie knew the layout of the Sky Room very well and was able to give details about where my decorations should go so everything could flow easily. They had to take the chairs from the ceremony and place them at the reception table after the ceremony was over and her staff did it so fast my guest hardly noticed. Towards the end of the evening Jessie left me in great hands with the Buffet Team Lead and she was amazing as well. The next day I went to pick up all of my decor and nothing was broken or missing and the staff packed it all onto carts so I can easily take it down to the lobby. I highly recommend having a wedding or any event at the Hard Rock because everyone is so helpful and friendly and was willing to do anything to help me bring my wedding dream to a reality and stress free!

We loved this venue! It was super affordable compared to other venues. Jesse made sure my questions were answered throughout the process. The only issues I had was that the payment system is honestly horrible, but can be worked around. Then you also need to purchase a room for the night before and the night of your event (for weddings) to make sure there is a place for the bridal party to get ready.

We used the Hardrock for my husbands 40th class reunion and it was amazing. Jessie worked magic for us. The entire staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with any request that we had. Would totally recommend it for any event. The MP room was easy to set up and the outdoor patio was rally great for those needing a breath of fresh air. We stayed at the HR for the event and loved every minute of it.

Most brides have to stress from engagement to the wedding, I only stressed until the day of my wedding. Jessie held my hand through the whole journey. It would not have been successful if she was not there. If you need any event or wedding that wont break the bank or cause too much stress this is the place! I wish I could do my wedding again!

The first time I met Jessie and saw the SkyRoom at the Hard Rock I fell in love with both. Jessie made the planning and coordination of our reception flawless and fun!! She is upbeat, funny, creative, flexible & you can tell she loves her work. She made our reception tables the best , she kept finding rock n roll decorations & other memorbialia that made it pop & Rock!! The Hard Rock staff was helpful & friendly. The rooms where we and our family stayed were beautiful and perfect for us. Having the ability to go straight from the room to the SkyRoom was awesome. Our night was everything we wanted it to be, perfect and magical !! Jessie was so prepared sheeven saved me when I was dancing with my zumba girls & my earring fell off. We fell in love with our venue during the fall of 2020 and finally had our wedding Jan 15, 2022! Booking with the Hard Rock made our big day so much easier. They covered everything, I mean everything! Jessie was so amazing to work with and she was such a kind woman. She met with us a few times and was always responsive to our emails. We had the most perfect wedding in The Sky Room. She accommodated to so much. We also primarily had out of town guests, and the Hard Rock was able to accommodate a large number of those guests!

We were very excited to have our August wedding reception at the Hard Rock until COVID had other plans and forced us to relocate just about a month prior to our wedding day. Fortunately, Jessie, Stacy, and the rest of the Hard Rock team came through as superheroes and assisted us in every step with finding a new venue, including calling and visiting alternative venues with us, securing a price-match, and ensuring that our day was every bit as special as it would have been with them. Becca, their phenomenal baker, went above and beyond to still provide us a BEAUTIFUL wedding cake which she delivered to our new venue (something the Hard Rock does not normally do) because of the circumstances. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the customer service and friendliness from this establishment. Thank you for everything!! ❤️

From the moment we initially met with Jessie and the event staff to discuss venue options to picking up decor after the reception, it was seamless. The Sky Room was an absolute dream, looking out over the skyline of the greater Tulsa area. I have received many compliments on how great the food was. Speaking of food, using their chef for our wedding cake was amazing! Chef Becca and her staff created the most beautiful and tasty cake I’ve ever had. And to top all of this off, the event was incredibly affordable for the high number of guests included on our special day. We are so thrilled with the entire experience and hope others choose the Hard Rock for their wedding!

We just got married at the Hard Rock and it was the best night ever! Jessie did a phenomenal job helping and answering any and all questions we had. The Hard Rock staff was awesome, the only complaint we received was about the bartending staff. All our guests raved about how delicious the food and cake was, and I have to agree. We did the panhandle buffet and it had a great variety of options. Pros: having both ceremony and reception in same building. Customer service. Food and cake was delicious. If I'm being 100% honest my husband and I where very disappointed with our over all wedding. We played for extra purple lights,the biggest dance floor and black curtains to give the room a better look. What we got was mismatched curtains,pink lights on the wall the regular lights where suppose to be dimmed so the purple would shine through so you couldn't see the dirty looking walls that didn't happen and the curtains where suppose to flow into the dance floor so you couldn't see the red carpet that didn't happen. Now all my pictures have that ugly wall in them and red carpet. I felt super rushed my wedding was at 530 and there was another at 6pm upstairs unbenounced to me. Im guessing that's why my stuff wasnt set up right and being the bride I didn't know till I walked down the aisle. We also paid the deposit with our credit card but paid the rest in cash and they sent us back a credit to the card when I had asked them to send us a check. Simply put they didn't put my need first.

Everything was perfect! The staff is so wonderful and courteous! They kept everything running smooth and stress free and have a ton of options!

The Hard Rock is a great venue! I had my wedding ceremony and reception in the Sky Room. Jessie was our coordinator and was very easy to communicate with. They did everything for us including catering, cakes, bar, setup, and take down. They even give you a wide range of table linen and decor to chose from without any extra fees. The buffet I chose was the panhandle buffet and my guest and I think the food was the absolute best! I’ve never had any banquet or wedding food that taste that amazing! Our cakes they made exceeded our expectations by far! The chefs are all truly skilled. We were assigned a banquet manager and waiter for that night and they handled all of our needs quickly and were very pleasant to work with. They also give you this amazing honeymoon suite for free that night and we were so very excited and thankful for that after a very long day and night of dancing. Overall great place and we couldn’t have of chosen a better place to use for our special day. I’d recommend this venue to anyone who would like a all in one venue that takes care of all your needs.

Jessie was amazingly wonderful!! we were on a tight budget and she was about to keep up within and below our budget. she was able to keep me updated with everything so i didnt know have to stress out about the reception. i had so many people complementing asking about our venues. i will definitely recommend everyone here!!!

My husband and I selected Hardrock, for our ceremony and reception, and it was the best decision we made, heres why.The venue spaces are all unique, different sizes, beautiful views overlooking the city skylines, or beautiful green landscaping at the golf course. We chose a intimate space in the sequoah room, that had a romantic rustic feel, and while i chose the decorations, the staff went above and beyond to capture the essence and mood of my day. Lets talk about food, the selections, the variety is amazing. We chose the Taste of New Orleans buffet, everyone loved the food. You could tell the chef put a lot of thought, time, and love in making sure the food was superb. Chef Rebeeca was responsible for creating our beautiful cakes. We told her what we wanted, the details, the color, and she delivered. This wasnt just a cake, it was art. Jessie Brandt, is the reason we chose the venue. From day one, she made her self available, she had great suggestions and ideas. The time and consideration and importance she privided is great customer service. You have people who plan and market because its the job, and you have Jessie whom is passionate, knowledgable, and she delivers. Absolutely wonderful!!!!!! I could not have asked for a better vendor for my reception. I could of had my wedding here as well but chose a small chapel instead. The price, expensive. However, they are willing to negotiate. I also put all the numbers on a spreadsheet to compare prices of other places. After everything is added together they come out the same as if you were to rent everything from an outdoor vendor and catering then pay for set up and tear down. The wonderful thing about the Hard Rock is they do everything for you. They take care of set up and tear down, catering, tasting, service staff, they have a bar and bar staff available. I Had my reception in the Sky Room. I highly recommend this room. The room is gorgeous, their other conference rooms are pretty but I prefer the sky room. Jessie Brandt was the wedding coordinator. She was fantastic to work with. She answers emails, texts, and phone calls within a 24 hour period or 72 hour period on the weekends. She may answer right away. She always has an answer or she knows who to ask to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They work with you and have great customer service. Seriously the BEST. You won't regret your decision. Oh, and they give you a room on your wedding night. A few things I had done that they worked around. I live in a different state and they were willing to work around my schedule so I could meet with them when I was in town. They provided transportation to and from the wedding for a reasonable fee. They were always professional. I also held the wedding shower at the Hard Rock and they were great then too. Some of the food I had special requests and they were willing to accommodate, no problem or up-charge. We also catered at the Hard Rock, Wedding Cake, Dinner, and Grooms cake. Everything was fantastic, the cake was beautiful, the food was hot and delicious, and the chef and baker are professional with a great work ethic, and amazing product.

This is a beautiful venue and the food was delicious! The room, however, was pretty warm. We had SO much fun. Family and friends, even the wait staff were talking about how unique and fun our wedding was, and the Hard Rock was a perfect setting for me and the hubs to express our personal style. We keep hearing how having the wedding at a casino was off-putting initially by family, but once they got here it all made sense. The Sky Room is beautiful, open, and fairly neutral to work with and make the space your own. Cash bar on the floor was perfect and convenient. Bored or can't stand the in-laws? Hit the slots for a bit and come back up for cake! The food was fabulous (Green Country something or other, cheapest choice, TONS of food). Morgan helped us out with the arrangements, and was highly professional, easy to contact, and easy to work with. She also met with my photographer a couple of weeks beforehand to show her around the hotel/casino to see where she could shoot. We had a band play until midnight for us, while most of the other venues I looked at were picky about times or type of music. Our banquets coordinator and wait staff were also very approachable and accommodating. We had 8am on to have plenty of time to set up the flowers/decor; the tables and chairs are set up the evening prior. My only regret is that we didn't have someone actually videotaping during the evening because it was so much to take in and the time went by way too fast because we were having a blast. Tons of friends also got a room, and we had sort of an after-party after we had to be out of Sky Room at midnight (don't worry, that's PLENTY of time, and you can get booze and continue to party downstairs). We played blackjack and roamed around until 4am. Can't do that anywhere else without having to leave the space.

Such a beautiful place with amazing staff. They cleaned it all up and had everything waiting for me in the sky room the next morning. A guy by the name of Junior Alvarado who I hadn't met was up there helping with anything and everything. We had an amazing time at Hard Rock! Our wedding & reception was in the Sequoyah ballroom. I loved the lighting in the ballroom, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was awesome. Morgan and junior even used their phones for music when my dj flaked out during the ceremony.

I choose the Hard Rock for my sons rehearsal dinner for the close proximity to the wedding venue and I am so glad I did. The Staff was extremely helpful from the time of booking to the night of the dinner. They were very accommodating to me and my family and the out of town guest that stayed in their hotel. The food was outstanding and had many compliments on it. They even helped us pack up what was left so the bride and groom could have a late night snack after the party was over. Would not hesitate to recommend this venue for the rehearsal dinner or the wedding reception!!

My husband and I got married on August 8, 2015 at Vesica Piscis chapel in Catoosa. We used the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino for our rehearsal dinner as well as guest's hotel rooms. It was SO perfect. Morgan did an excellent job helping us get our menu set up and deciding on décor. When we arrived for the dinner, it was perfect and just as we had discussed. The food was also really good. We got so many compliments on our food selections (and we were really picky about what we wanted served- food allergies, etc.). The staff at the dinner were great, too. We needed a microphone and AV assistance, which were all provided. Our guests really enjoyed their rooms and the Casino provided additional entertainment. I highly recommend the Hard Rock!

I personally believe the cost of food and some of the extras could be significantly cheaper. However they do take care of alot (tables, chairs, linens, setup, centerpieces, etc) so for me it was worth the extra costs. It was so easy and convenient to only have 1 person to communicate and coordinate with rather than multiple people had we used a different venue. Overall I would recommend to a friend.

I personally believe the cost of food and some of the extras could be significantly cheaper. However they do take care of alot (tables, chairs, linens, setup, centerpieces, etc) so for me it was worth the extra costs. It was so easy and convenient to only have 1 person to communicate and coordinate with rather than multiple people had we used a different venue. Overall I would recommend to a friend.

The staff took care of the tables changes and were even available to help dismantle everything after the reception. Wonderful people and wonderful atmosphere. The Hard Rock staff was very good, Morgan was awesome, they came up big when our seat covers we ordered from party pro ended up being the wrong style, so Morgan gave us their seat covers no charge. Everything they did was a big help and the room they gave us was amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We used a banquet room at the Hard Rock for our wedding reception. It was last minute, literally planned the DAY before bc our previous plans hit a huge bump. The coordinator at the Hard Rock was so helpful and nice, and made everything so easy! The food was AMAZING! Everyone was happy. I would recommend using this venue to anyone... especially if they invite ME! Lol.. (Seriously.. THE FOOOOOD!) Oh- and it was very affordable.

Me and my husband had are wedding reception there last Oct. Even at the least it was spectacular. The service was great and the food was amazing. Andrea was are coordinator. She was awesome,anything I needed or any question I had she always promptly called me back.I never had to worry. \"Which was a huge relief\" So thank you. The ballroom was gorgeous. We danced all night until the beer,the cake, and the food was gone.It was truly a night to remember!

My husband and I were married in the Skyroom at the Hardrock Hotel and Casino. I didn't have a wedding coordinator or any help planning my wedding so I was worried how it would turn out when you see it and it's just a big empty room. The day of it was beautiful! The setup was wonderful and the break down time from ceremony to reception was less than 15 minutes. Andrea Harner is who I dealt with and she was amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure my needs we're met for my day. It was fabulous and so convenient having a gorgeous place for the wedding and reception without people driving all over town! I would highly recommend this venue for other brides and not to mention the food was perfect and so delicious! I was so impressed with the staff and venue that I'm wanting to do another event there! Highly recommended from this bride! :)

It was a great place for us. We knew us and all of our friends wanted to have a big celebration! The food was great! The setting was fantastic. We all had a really great time. It was particularly fun because we were able to leave the 18th floor and go to the casino to continue celebrating! We loved it.

Andrea is the wedding coordinator there and she is awesome! She helped us so much ironing out every detail. The sky room is incredibly beautiful and a very classy venue for a wedding reception. The food was delicious! Many of my guests commented on how much they liked the food. We had the Italian buffet dinner for our catering and I am a vegetarian and there were options for me, which I appreciated! The only thing that was off was the keg that we ordered for the bridal party was supposed to be coors light and it ended up being bud light. But the groomsmen weren't too disappointed because it was free beer for them haha. It was the perfect end to the perfect day!

The event planner,Andrea Harner was outstanding. The price of the whole event was very reasonable. Grand Hall of Cherokees was the banquet hall used. It flowed out to the balcony and was beautiful. I highly recommend this venue.

I got married on the 18th floor ballroom in November. This venue is awesome! The place is gorgeous and the service was great. The only thing you have to worry about is the 27% Indian tax on everything since its a casino! But other than that loved it!
