Fall in love all over, again, when you visit Harper Hill Ranch. Nestled in the trees of our 128-acre ranch, you'll find our beautifully renovated Event Barn (over 7000 square feet) that features gorgeous stained glass, glimmering chandeliers and all the amenities you need to make your wedding day extra special. With a historic house that sleeps 27 people, you and your special guests can stay the entire weekend. Enjoy our outdoor amenities, too, including a pool with swim-up bar, hot tub, outdoor covered kitchen, basketball court, volleyball, a pond and more. Our "ranch babies" are sure to delight you and your guests, as well - Longhorns, Miniature Donkeys and a Scottish Highland Cow!

If you're looking for an absolutely beautiful Texas Hill Country Venue this is the place! My husband and I were recommended to go see this venue when a couple of our new friends found out that we were engaged (they also got married here). We instantly fell in love with wedding venue due to the Texas Hill Country scenery, the weekend house that can be used as part of the wedding package, all of the beautiful animals, and let’s not forget the wedding barn with stained glass windows that are to die for. My husband and I decided to do the package where we were able to be on the property the whole weekend which made this easier on us. We threw a crawfish boil for our rehearsal dinner right there at the wedding venue which worked out perfectly. We were also able to have our groomsmen and bridesmaids on site for the whole weekend due to their beautiful house that they have on site. This allowed everyone to be together the day of and during some of the most exciting parts of the day like getting ready, bridal photos, and relaxing with friends before that big bridal moment. One of the things that Nathan and I keep hearing, even weeks after our wedding, is how BEAUTIFUL this wedding venue is and how kind the owners/venders are that help piece everything together. Amy, Her Husband, and the rest of their crew are simply AMAZING. They are always willing to answer questions and lend a hand where ever it is needed to make sure that your special day goes as planned. We will recommend this location to any new bride or married couple that we meet. You simply cannot get any better than HHR.

We absolutely loved having Harper Hill as our venue. The stained glass is beautiful and made the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. The package we picked included nearly everything you needed, including things I hadn't even thought about! The Ranch House made providing accommodations for our wedding party SO easy, and we even used it to host our Rehearsal Dinner. And the owner, Amy, and manager, Marine, were wonderful and helpful every step of the way.

I cannot recommend Harper Hill Ranch enough. From the first day we met Amy, Steve, and Marine they were so welcoming and made us feel like family. I cannot recommend Harper Hill Ranch enough. From the first day we met Amy, Steve, and Marine they were so welcoming and made us feel like family. They were helpful and accommodating every step of the way. We first discovered this venue through The Knot, and could not have been more pleased at our experience at working with Amy, Steve, and Marine. We planned our wedding while in another state and Amy was more than willing to do everything via Zoom, schedule a last-minute tour while we were in town, and help us find other vendors they had previously worked with so that everything could run seamlessly. In our package, Harper Hill also contracted with Couture Events where we had access to a month-of coordinator, Lauryn, who was fabulous as well. Everything was clearly written out, contracts were easy to keep track of through HH and the venue itself is stunning. We cannot recommend this venue enough and were so fortunate to work with the amazing team there.

We got married at Harper Hill Ranch 10-7-23 and it was the most magical day for so many reason. We planned our wedding over a year and nine months and let’s just say Amy and Steve were so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Marine the manager is the sweetest and worked so hard to ensure our day was everything we dreamed of, and we appreciated all of her efforts so much, all of our guest spoke so highly of her and how kind and helpful she was. Harper Hill is awesome - The venue is gorgeous, practically laid out, and flexible for more specific requests. During the ceremony, they even put out food for the donkeys and longhorns up against the fence so our guests (especially from out of town) could be wowed. The house that comes with the venue was fantastic for the wedding party and their families to walk back home after the reception, and was perfect for basketball, pooling, and having a great time. It was wonderful to be able to host our wedding party for a great time and saving them the expense of a hotel.Amy, Marine, and Steve (and Riley) are awesome. Their recommended vendors that we used were all great, we used several. My wife and I looked at almost a dozen other venues in the central Texas I-10 area from Harper Hill in Seguin to Schulenberg, Cuero, Katy, and many places in between, and Harper Hill was our clear favorite. My husband and I got married at Harper Hill Ranch June 2023 and it was everything and more. HHR was the first and only place we toured, we were sold immediately! Amy and Steve were absolutely amazing through the entire process!!! I have nothing but great things to say about the HHR family and the venue. We stayed Thursday-Sunday, our wedding party and family was able to stay the whole weekend. We enjoyed the pool, patio, basketball court, and beautiful home. Our wedding party, family, and guests also had nothing but great things to say about their time spent on the Ranch. If we needed help with anything, the staff was ready to assist in anyway they could! As a bride getting married in the heat of the summer, I was concerned with the comfortability of our wedding party and guests. Steve made sure to remind everyone that our day was about us!!! He also had a glass of ice water on deck for us, as we were waiting to go take pictures he literally fanned me for 10 minutes straight. In which I was VERY grateful for. If you are searching for a venue, look no more. I promise you won’t regret saying yes to HHR!!! We are so thankful for it all.

Steve was so fun during the wedding and the engagement shoot. Constantly checking in with my husband and me to see if there was anything needed.Amy is personable, knowledgable, and professional. She is organized and does not overwhelm you as a bride. She assists with every question you have in a quick manner. She hires and collaborates with incredible staff members and vendors. I HIGHLY SUGGEST booking a large package! We did the QUEEN BEE which included Suebee Vintage Rental Services and our coordinator Jill with Couture Events. ALL MAGNIFICENT!The onsite staff (Marine in particular) is so sweet! When the power in seguin cut out she literally offered her own personal home to let the makeup artists meet us as to ensure we could be ready on time. When I say they go above and beyond, it is no hyperbole! Beautiful venue, great pricing packages, and EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

We got married at Harper Hill Ranch in April of 2021. We had a truly amazing experience. We purchased the Diamond Package which allowed us to stay on site the day before and the night of the wedding. The main house was FANTASTIC, spacious, and had so many amenities (plus a hidden room!). The Groom's suite had a pool table, shuffle board table, and plenty of room for the guys to get ready. We were able to have our rehearsal dinner on site the night before and were able to set up early so we didn't feel rushed on our wedding day.Everything went pretty seamlessly and when we did have issues they were quickly resolved by the staff and Amy.Our guests were able to enjoy beautiful views, cute animals, games, and an overall comfortable experience.We couldn't have asked for a better venue, accommodations, or a price for our event. My only complaint was there weren't any bluebonnets in the field as we had hoped, lol but that has nothing to do with this incredible venue.

This place will always have a special place in our hearts, not because it is where we got married but because of the owners Amy, her husband Steve and the entire team at Harper Hill. I couldn't tell you how I came across HHR but I am glad I did. A week after our engagement Amy was able to squeeze us in for a tour on Jan. 1, 2021. We were sold. We didn't need to look anywhere else. We loved the house to sleep all our friends, the barn was stunning, but more importantly it was run by two very wonderful human beings. We booked HHR 22 months out from out wedding date and in that time we'd come to open houses or any events they were having. Every time Amy always remembered us. Asking us how school and sports were going (we're teachers) and asking how planning was going and if we need anything even though we were so far out still. That may not mean a lot of some, but for us it was a big deal. They see so many faces and interact with so many people and she always remembered us. Fast forward to right before our wedding, we had a walk through with Amy, the venue manager Marine and our coordinator. We left that meeting feeling excited and also relieved. We felt we were in good hands and we would be. I cannot thank Amy and her team enough for how smoothly everything at the ranch went. If issues did arise, they never made their way to me (the bride), they were just taken care of. The ranch is a beautiful and fun place. Our bridal party loved staying there and used the pool even in December. We got so man compliments from our guests about how cool the ranch was and they enjoyed the animals. I hope someone I know gets married there soon just so we can go back!

I have nothing but good things to say about Harper Hill Ranch. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous. Being able to book for the weekend gave me such peace of mind. I was able to drop off all personal decorations on Friday and my family and friends loved being able to hang out and have rehearsal dinner on site. I didn't have to worry about my wedding party and family getting where they needed to go safety on the wedding night because there was more than enough room for them to stay in the house. They were also able to continue the party after all the other guests left for the night which they LOVED. Sue with Sue Bee Rentals had the indoor reception area set up and looking fabulous by the time we arrived Friday. She executed my vision PERFECTLY. Lauryn with Couture Events and Amy's husband, Steve, were THE BEST. I did not have to stress over a single thing and they made sure my husband and I were always put first and happy. I can not stress to you enough how effortless they made the weekend for us. Lauryn even helped get my guests on the dance floor with her fun and carefree spirit. Amy was always very quick to respond to my many questions along they way and so sweet. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful thanks to Sue Speed. I initially was worried that we would not be able to fit the 150 guests in the building but there was MORE than enough room. I should also say that my guests loved being able to feed and interact with the animals on the property. It was a great way to keep them busy while the wedding party took photos. Amy and Steve have really gone above and beyond to make sure they provide couples with everything they could possibly need in one gorgeous location. They made us feel so at home and thanks to them our wedding day was all we ever hoped it would be and more. Because we booked with them our family didn't have to sweat a single thing and that alone was worth every penny. I wish I could relive that day over and over again, 10/10 recommend this place!

Harper Hill is not only a beautiful ranch and place to have your wedding, the owners and staff are truly amazing!! We did the weekend package, truly the way to go so you can hang out with whoever is staying with you both nights. You can also bring your dogs to stay!There’s a honeymoon suite on the ranch that is separated from the house so you can have your privacy with you new husband/wife! The whole process was so easy with them and our wedding day was a breeze. The Stanfield’s (owners) are the kindest souls and Steve is the best bartender (he makes sure you have a full drink in your hands at allllll times)!! Sunset pictures are GORGEOUS and Steve gives you a beautiful tour to take a break from the craziness so you can enjoy time with your spouse 🥰 Amy is so fast in responding and making sure everything is done right. You will not regret having your wedding here!!

Everything on wedding weekend was PERFECT! I had stressed and had nightmares about things going wrong or forgetting things or not having enough space for my guests all for naught! HHR was so easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to my emails and questions. A month before the wedding they meet with you to discuss wedding weekend details and they are so professional and organized!! On the weekend, they were available every step of the way but not over bearing. Not one thing went wrong on wedding day thanks to their amazing team. My bridal party and guests even said this was the first wedding they went to where absolutely nothing went wrong, not even anything small. Their team catered to the guests and my husband and I the whole night, even wiping longhorn drool from our hands! I had been nervous that the barn would feel tight with 180 people, but it was perfect. They were not crowded at their tables and there was PLENTY of dancing room even without taking out the head table. I love seeing all of my guests post pictures about the fun they were having with the animals and taking photo opportunities around the beautiful grounds. It was a magical day at the most magical venue! I wish I could redo it 100 times over again!

We stayed in the ranch house on-site all weekend which was amazing and the ceremony and reception barn were more beautiful that I could've imagined on our wedding day. Plus they have lots of animals like llamas, donkeys, and longhorns that are just the cutest and guests love to hangout with them during cocktail hour! The best part about this venue is the team that is working so hard to make your wedding dreams come true, including the owners, venue manager, and other staff. We love Harper Hill Ranch and it will always have a piece of our hearts!

I can't say enough positive things about Harper Hill, the owners and staff! We live out of state and booked HHR over a year out from our date and to this day I am so glad we did. Not only were we able to contact Venue manager Sue with any questions we had but also we had early on communication with Owners Steve and Amy and were able to reach out any time to all for questions about the venue and our big dayWe booked the package that included a full weekend stay at the house on the venue property and also added on an extra night so we could check in on Thursday and check out on Sunday. The house on the property not only was beautiful (and every girls farm house of their dreams) but was also spacious enough to house us, our bridal party of 14, parents plus some friends. We were able to host the rehearsal dinner at the house and use the amazing outdoor kitchen and have everyone enjoy a pool party afterwards in the large in ground pool and hot tub. The house comes with plenty of amenities and is perfect for those with large families and or bridal parties like we had. The barn on the property is gorgeous, from the chandeliers to the stained glass doors. It truly was the perfect location to have our wedding. I loved that the HHR staff was there for us from early afternoon on the day of the wedding to late that night to help with clean up. Maria and Cody were such big helps that day and helped relieve any stresses about set up and tear down that you may have. I also really appreciated that Amy and Steve were there as well helping make sure the day ran smoothly. Steve made sure that my husband and I always had a drink and checked in on us to see if we needed anything during our reception, he also drove us and our photographer down to the fields to take sunset photos with the longhorns. He was very attentive. Amy checked in with vendors and made sure every one was enjoying themselves. I loved that she mingled with guests and made everyone feel at home. She also was able to capture the sweetest video of my husband surprising me with a puppy as a wedding gift.The package we got also included a day of coordinator and I am so glad she was there! We were able to have one on one meetings with Jill early on in the planning stages in which I was able to tell her what I wanted the wedding day to look like and what my main priorities were for the day. She not only contacted all of our vendors 30 days prior to the wedding but she also was there to help us get through rehearsal quickly and efficiently and also made sure that everyone stayed on task and on time during the day of. She even signed our guest book with the sweetest message! I can honestly say we had zeros stresses the day of the wedding because each and every one of the people mentioned above worked their tails off to make sure of it. I don't think I could of asked for a more perfect day. Our wedding was exactly how I had envisioned it would be and I know that would not of been possible without HHR. It is more than just a wedding venue it truly is where wedding dreams come true. If you are in search of somewhere to have one of the most special day's of you life look no further, Harper Hill Ranch is it!!Thank you thank you thank you to everyone at HHR for making our day as amazing as it was! It is a day that we will never forget! (and who knows we may be back in a few years for a vow renewal...there is already talk of it because we loved it there so much lol)

It’s always stressful planning a wedding but they were amazing at communication and were able to help guide and respond quickly which is reassuring as a bride. It was an absolute privilege to be able to stay at the Harper Hill Ranch for our rehearsal dinner and Wedding Day. Our wedding party was small enough to stay at the house, and everyone spoke so highly of the accommodations and convenience of being able to stay nearby the venue. The staff is extremely supportive, attentive, and helpful. Amy was fantastic throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, the staff was there to ensure things went smoothly, including taking us and our photographers on the golf cart to get to the field for sunset pics. The venue comes with the backdrop of such a beautiful barn and ranch. Our photos were incredible thanks to the scenery which their property has to offer as a backdrop. You will not regret booking with them!

We absolutely loved this venue. There is so much space for bridesmaids to get ready either in the house or at the bridal suite. The groom has a suite as well with plenty of space. We opted for the wedding weekend package and would 100% choose the same package again. We did bbq at the house grill for our rehearsal, had the entire Friday noon to late evening to decorate, and had space for our bridal party to stay throughout the weekend. Overall, an awesome deal if you consider how much each couple would spend on a hotel and uber. Amy is the most responsive…I never waited more than a day for a response and usually less than an hour. Our guests loved the indoor/outdoor setup and enjoyed being able to play games and chat on the patio without the loud music inside. Dr. Stanfield even drove us to a place on site for sunset photos and got us drinks to start the evening since we were to busy chatting with our guests. Plenty of space, beautiful venue, the photos turned out phenomenal. If you want a barn wedding with elegance, this is the venue for you!

Not only is the ranch perfect, but I’m pretty sure Amy and Steve (& the whole crew at Harper Hill!) are angels sent down from God to make sure everyone has the most perfect day. Amy (venue owner) was incredibly responsive with our planning questions and such a pleasure to work with. Onsite team members, Amy and Corey were so helpful day-of and friendly. This place is amazing! It was the first venue we looked at and loved it but of coarse as a first time bride I though I needed to see others but I was so wrong, nothing compared to Harper Hill Ranch. Our wedding was perfect and Amy and her team were so great. We rented the place for the weekend which made it so easy for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner plus we were able to have our bridal party and friends stay at the house with us. So much fun, highly recommend!!

Harper Hill Ranch sets on a beautiful128 acres, will take your breath away. At first sight of the venue the magnificent wall of Stainglass windows is stunning. Entering the venue hangs the most gorgeous gigantic chandeliers. Looking at my daughters face I knew this was the wedding venue of her dreams. Meeting Amy and Steve the owners was like talking with good friends. Steve took my husband around the ranch teaching him how to pick grapefruit from their trees, showing him the pond and introducing us all to the Longhorns llamas and donkeys. Throughout the year of our daughters engagement Amy made her self quickly available to answer all our questions, making us feel as if we were her only priority. The beautiful ranch home accommodates up to 28 guest . Best of all this allowed my family to all stay together and continue privately celebrating our daughters Wedding. Harper Hill Ranch sets on a beautiful128 acres, will take your breath away. At first sight of the venue the magnificent wall of Stainglass windows is stunning. Entering the venue hangs the most gorgeous gigantic chandeliers. Looking at my daughters face I knew this was the wedding venue of her dreams. Meeting Amy and Steve the owners was like talking with good friends. Steve took my husband around the ranch teaching him how to pick grapefruit from their trees, showing him the pond and introducing us all to the Longhorns llamas and donkeys. Throughout the year of our daughters engagement Amy made her self quickly available to answer all our questions, making us feel as if we were her only priority. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous inside and out, we also got to book the house on the property for the entire weekend which made the day of my wedding a breeze. We came on Friday morning and started setting up, decorating, and deciding where things would go for the next day. Got to shower up and get ready for the rehearsal dinner, which we also had onsite, and be able to wake up the day of the wedding and simply just have to worry about getting married. The house is more than big enough for hair and makeup to come to you while you sit back and relax before your big day. Usually, guests of your wedding talk about how great the food was or how yummy your cake tasted. But I can’t tell you how many compliments I got about HHR. Guests FELL IN LOVE with the stained glass, the gorgeous picturesque sunset views, the Longhorns, outdoor ceremony space, and of course the house. I will recommend HHR to every new bride I meet from here on out. Now my biggest brag about HHR has to be about Amy and her team. Amy and her husband own and operate the venue and do a phenomenal job, from booking your date to the wedding day making sure you are taken care of. She is always available to call or text with questions, comments, or concerns during your planning process and her heart is truly in it for accommodating all of her couples and families of the couple. I cannot give enough praise for Harper Hill Ranch. My husband and I were pleased with every aspect of this venue. It is not easy to find a place where you can have everything you want and need for your big day, but Harper Hill has it all. It has a house that can fit your entire bridal party or family so you can spend extra time with those you love, an abundance of picturesque locations great for photos or relaxation, and a beautiful wedding barn that can be as rustic or as elegant as you would like. The animals on the property are just a bonus and will sure wow your guest. The bridal suite and groomsman suite made it so simple to have fun while getting ready. It really let me focus on the memories instead of stressing of where to be and how to get there. The package we chose allowed for a Day of Wedding Coordinator who was beyond a blessing and extremely helpful, before, during, and after the wedding. We also had our rehearsal dinner by the pool where there were plenty of tables and chairs to provide every guest with a great experience. Amy and Steve, the owners, are amazing people who go above and beyond for their guests. Any question I had they were eager to answer and help out with. It is worth every penny to choose the Friday-Sunday wedding weekend package so your wedding party or family can stay onsite in the HUGE updated ranch house. The house even includes a pool with grotto and hot tub, basketball court, volleyball court, and an outdoor area for possible rehearsal dinners. Lastly, Harper Hill Ranch has llamas, donkeys, and longhorns which can be incorporated into your bridal, engagement, or wedding day photos!!

My wedding at Harper Hill Ranch was absolutely everything I could have asked for and more! We rented the Ranch House for us and our wedding party to all stay at the night before the wedding and that was one of the best decisions I made in planning. It was so nice to be able to be on-site and set up the reception space the day before, then grill and hang out by the pool as a rehearsal dinner, and then to be able to wake up and not have to travel anywhere the morning of the wedding. The owner, Amy, and her assistant (also named Amy!) were there for us during set-up the day before as well as all day for the duration of the wedding/reception. Amy was extremely accommodating and really seemed to care about making sure that we were able to have a perfect wedding.After looking at many other venues, I can say with confidence that Harper Hill Ranch was 100% the absolute best value for the money. There was no nickel & diming at all and no absurd fees. To me, this was a huge differentiator that separated HHR from other venues we toured. I know that it is a business, but I really feel that Amy’s heart is in it for facilitating beautiful weddings, not for the transactions.HHR is truly a stunning venue and it was the perfect size for our wedding. And I mean…llamas, mini donkeys, & longhorns…what more needs to be said?!? :) My guests loved them! I can’t recommend HHR enough!! Everything about the whole experience with this venue was absolutely perfect!!

My husband surprised me and had our wedding song performed live on Zoom by the artist as I walked down the aisle under the lighted trees. We had family who flew and drove in from outside Texas and they were able to stay at the ranch house and enjoy the weekend with us. The venue is all inclusive. We had the wedding outside and the reception in a beautiful vintage shabby chic barn all on the same property. The package we bought was amazing Friday at noon until Sunday at noon all for one amazing price. They have tables and chairs and linens also included. There is a beautiful house on the property that sleeps over 20 people, also included. The wonderful owners, Amy and Steve are genuinely salt of the earth people. Kind and helpful in every way. I’m sure I could continue but please check out this venue. There is something so beautiful, peaceful and everlasting about Harper Hill Ranch.

Despite the rain and a worldwide pandemic, our wedding experience at Harper Hill was far beyond our expectations. Amy and Steve have poured their heart and souls into making the Ranch a beautiful and inviting venue and every single detail is perfection. All of the consultations leading up to our wedding were fun and built excitement. And then on the day of, Amy and Steve went even FURTHER and made for an amazing experience. Both sides of our family were blown away and the kiddos loved the animals and outdoor fun (after the rain). If we could do it all again, we would change nothing and I highly recommend future brides grab their husband to be and head out to the Ranch. You will love it. This was absolutely the most perfect place to have our wedding! The property is beautiful and having the house for family guests was perfect. Harper Hill is EXTRAORDINARY. We had viewed several venues prior to visiting Harper Hill, but as soon as we toured it, there was no other option! This place is absolutely beautiful. It is in hill country, and you drive up a hill to see a gorgeous space complete with a great view, animals(!), and a magical ceremony spot with a dreamy barn and stained glass window prettier than you've ever seen. As if that isn't more than enough, there is a gorgeous house on the property that can be added to your package to use. It sleeps 20ish people, and it was so much fun to have our bridal party all staying in the same place and not needing to leave all weekend. The owner of the venue, Amy, is the sweetest person and will go above and beyond! She provided me a list of trusted vendors, and she has a lot of cute extras (decorations, tablecloths, etc.) around the property that she let me use for the wedding. This place has everything you could ever want and need. You will absolutely not regret choosing Harper Hill for your wedding! It was the wedding of my dreams and I know it will be yours too!!

Harper Hill Ranch is a unique and gorgeous property right in the heart of the Hill Country. My now husband and I were struggling to find a venue that was contemporary AND rustic, allowed us some freedom in the rules and was affordable. Most other venues in the area charge if you don't use their preferred this or that or you have to purchase liquor from them etc. Harper Hill allowed us to have the wedding we envisioned. I met Amy and Steve (owners of HHR) at a bridal show and knew from looking at the brochure and the sweet convo I had with the two of them that this would likely be our wedding venue. When we went for an official visit we fell and love and were ready to sign the contract before we left. We got the ranch and the house that sleeps 22 for an ENTIRE weekend for cheaper then some venues nearby charge for a Thursday night. The venue is stunning with all the views, rustic elements, livestock and picturesque spots. The reception barn is GORGEOUS! It is the definition of rustic meets modern/contemporary which is basically me in a nutshell. Our entire process working with Amy was such a breeze! She is helpful, quick to respond, friendly and really cares that you have a beautiful event. We are so grateful to Amy for all of her help along the way and during our wedding weekend. Her team was wonderful to work with and got things done without a hitch or without anyone noticing for that matter. Things were taken care of without being asked. I know that they made our weekend that much more seamless and we are so grateful. We would recommend absolutely everyone that needs an event venue to head to Harper Hill. You will always have a winner with caring owners that understand that people are looking for a beautiful venue without a \"break the bank\" price tag. My fiancé and I toured this place. Driving up it can seem a little sketch but this is a very cute venue and Amy is the nicest. The main house where your party can stay is absolutely gorgeous with really cool history. They have a really nice grooms area and a pretty decent bridal area to get ready in. If you choose to get married outdoors in the grassy area your photographer would have to take the perfect angles if not you would get a lot going on in the background with the pool and bbq pit area right next to it. The stained glass in the indoor area is stunning but there are about 6 metal poles from floor to ceiling that are throughout the room with no sort of covering on them. If they had vines in them or were maybe painted white I think it would have made the place look a little better. Overall a gorgeous place.
