The Black Barn at Harvest Moon

Harvest Moon is a rustic and elegant wedding venue located in Smithville Flats, NY. This barn venue is situated on 40 acres of land covered in towering pine, hemlock, majestic oak, beech, and birch trees. With a calming and relaxing atmosphere, this property is ideal for couples who love being close to nature and appreciating its beauty.  The Black Barn at Harvest Moon can host weddings of up to 125 guests, so you can invite all your nearest and dearest for an unforgettable celebration. Boasting a rustic farmhouse glamour with cathedral loft ceilings, a crystal chandelier, and a large barn sliding door, this space will make a beautiful backdrop for your once-in-a-lifetime event. Ceremonies can take place outside near the barn underneath a wooden arbor surrounded by lush greenery and a pond. Once your heartfelt vows have been said, guests can make their way inside The Black Barn for an evening of fun. If you would like a larger wedding, the venue has space for tents of all sizes on its grounds. The Black Barn features a 10 foot custom built Harvest table with cane back chairs, 8 acacia wood tables/benches/chairs and 4 custom built cocktail tables with chairs. At Harvest Moon, a few packages are available that you can select from, depending on your specific needs. The Full Moon Package includes exclusive rental of the whole property from Thursday to Sunday. So you and your guests can avail of all the property's high-quality amenities, such as the Cedar Sauna, three glamping sites, and 34-foot RV with a bathroom and kitchen. After your festivities have come to a close, guests can stay on-site overnight in one of their cozy glamping tents. In addition to weddings, Harvest Moon is happy to host an array of other celebratory events, including graduations, family reunions, birthdays, and more.
