Hassayampa Inn is a landmark wedding venue in downtown Prescott, AZ. Completed in 1927 and listed in the National Register of Historic Places, this enchanting red brick hotel has welcomed celebrities, including D.H. Lawrence, Clark Gable, Greta Garbo, and Georgia O’Keeffe; it is also part of the fabric of the community. Hundreds of local citizens contributed their hard-earned money to its construction. Joanie was great! She coordinated everything. The location was perfect. We did an outside wedding and reception in the evening. The food was excellent. We had a taco bar and Mexican food. Joanie went out of her way to find a blender for my frozen margaritas!

We had a last minute venue cancellation in the Phoenix area due to Covid. We contacted Joanie at the Hassayampa Inn. She could not have been more helpful and efficient to work with. Our wedding was spectacular in the amazing setting.

Let me start by saying that the Hassayampa Inn is beautiful inside and out. We had the pleasure of working with Joanie who is a Godsend I might add. We were going to do a rooftop ceremony but had to change to the lobby due to the weather but I didn't mind one bit. It was beautiful. Many many thanks for all that your staff did to make our day memorable. The historic view of the hotel makes for amazing photos as well.

Wedding is amazing beautiful ceremony in the lobby ..the reception hall very beautiful decorated. The food is super yummy all the quests are happy satisfied.overall we are happy we did my son wedding in this place.thank you Joanie for helping us you did great job .

Cannot expresses how perfect our day was! We had a larger wedding, about 135 guests, and they handled ever obstacle perfectly. Whenever something red flagged the preparation day before, they took care of it quickly and were in communication with me the whole time. Of course, it poured the day of the wedding. Rather than rooftop the backup plan for a larger wedding is in the lobby, which I was very iffy on due to check ins/check outs. But they place an employee at all doors so you don’t even notice the distraction! And the elevator effect was amazing. Joanie, the new wedding coordinator, is so so sweet and so hands on, I would recommend her to anyone! Would definitely increase your room upgrade to the king suite as it’s much larger and all of our groomsmen got ready in here. The food was amazing, we did the Italian buffet. Heard nothing but good feed back from all of our family and friends. Can’t wait for our first anniversary to stay at the Hassayampa again!

PERFECT! PERFECT! PERFECT!!!We held our intimate celebration here and took advantage of the package. We had 25 people (including us) and spent less than a new home entertainment set. We made friends. We stayed there for our honeymoon. We were treated with exceptional service the entire time. Our minds were blown and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Stephanie, Amore, and the hotel staff!

The reception turned out lovely and everything was correct. However the communication leading up to the event was poor on their part. I often didn't get responces or confirmations. So I set an appointment 2 weeks before the event to make sure everyone was on the same page. It did however turn out beautifully! :-)

The staff of the Hassayampa were very nice and helpful. Had many issues with the wedding consultant. Made appointments that got cancelled at the last second. Had to do most of the work to get the wedding I wanted. The service at the front desk and the food staff were great. If it wan't for them, I would have given only 1 star. I had purchased favors for the exact number of my guests and found out that someone on staff had eaten one, so I was very upset. Overall things turned out well.

Let's just say the rehearsal had me worried. We didn't have anyone at the hotel to help get us started or to guarantee the wedding day was going to be flawless. It was a \"do-it-yourself\" evening, but luckily, my bridal party was small and we made it work.\rThe day of went amazingly. The hotel assigns a captain for the day and she put ALL of my worries at ease. Anything we needed, Jessica got it! The hotel looked beautiful (you don't have to do much with such a historic location) and the wedding ceremony was perfect in the lobby. The cocktail hour and reception had plenty of staff and we were very catered to. I would definitely recommend the location to others.

Our wedding venue did not provide accommodations to our guests from out of town, The Hassayampa Inn was 10 minutes away from the venue and accommodated 33 rooms out of the 65 they have. They gave us a good group rate and was overall a great hotel. The only thing I was upset about was that I made special folders for each guest, wrote their names on the folders so that when they checked in they received a folder. My mom(who was handling the hotel accommodations)spoke to the manager and they told us that they would have no problem passing them out to guest as long as it was only a folder;half of our guests who I made a folder for, didn't receive one.
