Aniah, our day of coordinator was great. She was helpful and kept us on track the day of. The biggest issue with this venue is communication. It seems that we have to communicate via the guest portal which is cumbersome and often takes longer than a phone call or an email. We loved the venue itself and that alone was the main reason we chose to be married here. The food was okay, about what you would expect from a catered meal and the open bar was wonderful. We also had a great time with the DJ and the system he used to submit song choices.

Tens across the board. I recently photographed a wedding on December 14, 2023 with the venue and staff being the most welcoming and helpful. A huge shoutout to Onyi in particular, who was by far the best coordinator I've worked with in the last 13 years of business. The bride, family, guests and other vendors along with myself had nothing but amazing comments about Onyi's professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and overall personality. We fell in love with her and this venue!

Aniah, my event coordinator was fabulous! She kept things on track all day & all night & definitely eased the stress that involved with getting married. She was the sweetest. Even helped me put my veil in before walking down the aisle which is more stressful than it sounds (: we loved having her around throughout the day helping out all the wedding party & family. It was a perfect day!

Hayes Hollow is a stunning venue. All our guests were in awe. Our coordinator, Onyi, was patient and accommodating. It is helpful to have all the items available at the venue and having to find minimal vendors. The DJ and Caterer were wonderful. And bartenders very efficient. Our dreams came true at this venue!

My daughter's wedding was 10/27/23. Our end of night encounter with the General Manager, Lisa Hardwick ruined the evening and upset both groom/bride not to mention us and the entire wedding party!!!!!! We paid a lot of money for our daughter's wedding and to be treated this way was completely uncalled for and appalling! Ms. Hardwick accused the groomsmen of doing something they didn't do. She informed me because of it I wouldn't get my deposit back! She said there were \"cameras\" in the grooms suite and they have proof. We asked to see \"proof\" to back up the accusations and she said that's the property of corporate and she would have to ask them. First of all it's illegal to have cameras anywhere someone is changing! Second, she lied to us as there are no cameras. Ms. Hardwick was condescending, rude, snippy and embarrassed me in front of family members. We had everything cleaned up except a big game table that was used for the wedding party entrance. My in laws were told they could pick up in the AM. Again, Ms. Hardwick was rude and ignorant to us even when we informed her our day of wedding coordinator told us we could pick up in the AM. She said it would be disposed of (this was made for my daughter by her husbands brother) and I would lose my deposit! Secondly, she tried to blame our day of coordinator, Kayci and another one, Onyi who wasn't even in charge of our wedding, regarding a mishap with Smirnoff that was an important part of pictures with the groomsman. Ms. Hadwick said she spoke to my daughter and she was fine with how they tried to rectify the situation. Actually, my daughter was not \"fine\" but tried to make the most of it. First of all, don't lie to me or threaten me that is not how you communicate and conduct business. What should have been the end of a spectacular evening, ended with this. Be very careful booking with this venue as there are a lot of complaints with management, miscommunication and not following through. While I don't expect things to be perfect I did expect some details that were important to my daughter to be adhered to especially with how much money we paid for everything. Before we signed a contract, we addressed concerns with reviews we had read on line. We were reassured they had addressed the issues. We also expressed our biggest fear was lack of communication and not having our wedding planner follow us through the whole event. Again, we were reassured that wouldn't happen. Our wedding planner was terminated a month before our wedding. We had to start all over having a meeting with a new one whom knew nothing about the details and my daughter's vision (not her fault). Turn over with staff or lack of is a huge issue. My daughter clearly stated in her plan she wanted no black, her colors were ivory and dusty blue. Black ended up on cocktail tables and even on the one at the altar. This was not her vision which she spent months planning. The tables were not set up right upon arrival. We lost a mirror that was borrowed and vases. The security person took an easel he said was the venues that we had ready to load. Clean up was a disaster because their cleaning crew just started moving everything while I was doing the send off! There were some compensations they tried doing as a result of everything but it didn't make up for the major mistakes involving the important details of the wedding and the way we were appallingly treated in the end. Think twice about booking if you are concerned about details, your vision or clean up.

Hidden Falls was a hidden gem! My husband and I couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out! Hidden Falls was the perfect location for our perfect day. And the staff? Oh my gosh! They were so amazing! Start to finish. Hands down. Everyone was so great at helping make our day as wonderful and stress free as possible. They were on top of everything, from planning to set up to take down. 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend!

Great service especially our day of Coordinator, Erin. She was amazing and really worked hard throughout the day to make sure everything was perfect. The venue was so beautiful. The staff were all helpful and nice. The food was good. Leading up to the wedding they kept in contact, met with us periodically and answered any questions we had. Overall, I was very happy with venue.

The scenery and esthetics of this venue are amazing. Unfortunately, some of the staff tainted this experience for us. Specifically, Dustin, the Manager. He was NOT helpful, often rude to us and eventually unresponsive to our needs. Onyi, our day of Coordinator was truly an Angel. She saved the evening. My daughters wedding was on Saturday evening. Friday evening they had another event in the space. The next day, when we arrived for our scheduled time, the venue was FILTHY. I only wish it could have been as clean as it was when we came to see the place and agree to pay $50k to rent the space and all the homes, casitas, etc. The Lookout house had no water pressure so we were unable to shower for two days there. Not acceptable. The service for our seated meal was so slow that that people started eating the cookies we had at a cookie table. The food was not that great, but I guess for the amount of people we should have expected as such. The filet was not a filet, maybe a cut of roast? Either way, we did have a lovely time and in the end, the bride and groom were happy.

The entire day was flawless!!! The venue itself is just stunning. The grooms suite is the perfect size and the groomsmen definitely enjoyed their included preservice. The bridal suite is spacious and adorable! But, the best part, was our coordinators. Kayci and Aniah, truly went above and beyond for us on our wedding day! When we arrived in the bridal suite after several post-ceremony photos, they already had some appetizers and cocktails waiting for us. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food, drinks, and the DJ from CoHost Entertainment. It was truly the most perfect day and we wish we could re-live the day over and over again!!!

Kayci and Aniah were amazing!!!! My daughter had her wedding reception on June 16th. From the moment we stepped onto the venue these two ladies were amazing!!!! They were polite, responsive and handled every situation with promptness and professionalism!!!We even forgot some items at the venue that were needed at the church for the wedding and Kayci drove and met us half way so the items could be used in the wedding!!!! Above and beyond!This is the type of service we received during the entire event!!The venue itself is very beautiful ! Even in 105 degree weather!We canât thank Kayci and Aniah enough for making this such an amazing reception!!!

I will preface this review by stating that the property and the facilities are beautiful. Aesthetically, this venue is perfect. The staff and management however are so terrible, that I would advise any bride that does not want to stress on her big day to stay away.We had our wedding in March 2023, things seemingly went smoothly other than the venue and our planning coordinator were very difficult to get a hold of.This then turned into us never once hearing from our day-of coordinator. We arrive to the casitas that we had rented through management there on property for our rehearsal thinking this would be remediedânot the case. No one showed up for our rehearsal. Our family and friends wandered around until we finally organized our own rehearsal to at least not waste our time. We called management numerous times until after 45min we were able to get someone on the phone. Mind you, an employee was conducting a tour at this time and offered no assistance. Iâm so glad strangers were able to tour while we were supposed to have our rehearsal.After speaking to our planning coordinator, it turns out that our day-of coordinator was a no call no show. They then sent someone else out to support us, she arrived 20minutes later (we are now about 15min outside of our hour rehearsal time), and decided it was appropriate to come giggling. While I can appreciate the situation was tense, we repeatedly asked her to stop laughing. She did not.Our officiant as it turns out was caught in traffic and late as well, however, we asked to move forward with the rehearsal so we could get to our rehearsal dinner on time. He was able to arrive about 15min later, after which we had a quick run though with him. Our rehearsal all in all was a rushed 30minutes, very very late. We voiced our disappointment and asked to have a name of who would be our new day-of coordinator for our wedding dayâwe received that information later that evening. Then we then discovered that management and our day-of coordinator had not responded to vendors when they had reached out regarding logistical details, so we were left to field those calls ourselves after dinner and the morning of our wedding.Our wedding day arrives and starts with our new coordinator (she was very kind and as helpful as she could be) and she does not have our planning document, as management had not shared that with her. We had to email our copy to her and then field her questions so that she could have what she needed. It should be mentioned as well, that if you have a bridal party over I would say 2âgood luck getting ready. You do not get access to the bridal suite until noon, no exceptions. We ended up renting a large casita for the girls to get ready in time.All this aside, the day went alright. The chargers (gold) were chipped, some napkins were not the cleanest, and timing remained an issue throughout the day. However, we were married.We had a call with the manager the day after to discuss what happened on rehearsal, day-of, and in the planning. She was seemingly receptive.Her email response during our honeymoon was to express how happy she was that the venue could extend our rehearsal time and no remedyâwe were blamed instead.Again, we had a wedding and it did look beautiful. The price however is entirely too much for the level of service you will receive and stress you will have, in my opinion.I donât typically write reviews, however, I would have liked to know before we booked.

Then we then discovered that management and our day-of coordinator had not responded to vendors when they had reached out regarding logistical details, so we were left to field those calls ourselves after dinner and the morning of our wedding.Our wedding day arrives and starts with our new coordinator (she was very kind and as helpful as she could be) and she does not have our planning document, as management had not shared that with her. We had to email our copy to her and then field her questions so that she could have what she needed. It should be mentioned as well, that if you have a bridal party over I would say 2âgood luck getting ready. You do not get access to the bridal suite until noon, no exceptions. We ended up renting a large casita for the girls to get ready in time.All this aside, the day went alright. The chargers (gold) were chipped, some napkins were not the cleanest, and timing remained an issue throughout the day. However, we were married.We had a call with the manager the day after to discuss what happened on rehearsal, day-of, and in the planning. She was seemingly receptive.Her email response during our honeymoon was to express how happy she was that the venue could extend our rehearsal time and no remedyâwe were blamed instead.Again, we had a wedding and it did look beautiful. The price however is entirely too much for the level of service you will receive and stress you will have, in my opinion.I donât typically write reviews, however, I would have liked to know before we booked.

Itâs been over a week since my wedding at Hayes Hollow at Hidden Falls and Iâm still in awe of how PERFECT it was! It was the first and ONLY place I toured and I immediately knew it was the one. As soon as you get out of your car you hear the waterfalls! Donât even get me started on the hundred year old oak trees throughout the property, absolutely stunning!The planning process was extremely easy and smooth. Any questions I had Tawny, Samantha and the rest of the team answered very quickly! I pretty much used all of their recommended vendors and they were amazing. We rented the Treehouse for rehearsal dinner and the night of the wedding! Iâm SO happy we rented it because our guests RAVED about it! We had a killer after party there too! đ„ł We also rented all of the casitas which were so convenient for everyone. Brides, the bridal suite was to die for! You will feel like a Princess Iâm telling you! Lots of room to spread out for hair and makeup. Champagne for cute photos and to get your nerves out! In-house catering?! The food was SO GOOD!! My husband and I were very excited to have our wedding here as it is beautiful in so many ways. However, a few days before our wedding, I got COVID and we had to cancel/reschedule. The venue would not refund us any money, which I think is sad and very disappointing as we spent so much money to have our special day and that situation was out of our control.I understand that it is not the ladies' fault who works for the venue so Iâm not upset at them. Iâm disappointed that this is a company that cares more about money than trying to find a way to work with people in situations like this cause I know Iâm not the only one. I understand that this is a business and they need to make money but this just seems completely wrong in my opinion.We wanted to somehow give our day to someone in need or still get the food we paid for and take it to a shelter. But they wouldnât do that which makes me extremely sad as itâs already paid for, and we wanted someone else to be able to enjoy it & not go to waste.I would say if you plan to have your wedding here to get wedding insurance as they (owners/ managers) will not work with you or refund you. You might be able to reschedule but thatâs it.

Hayes hollow at hidden falls was the venue of my dreams. Although overpriced, I was willing to spend the $30k for bar, food and venue. Customer service was great up until the day of. It was like once they had the total amount of our money, we were nobodies to them. The day of our wedding no one was there to greet us, I was stressed and had to send my mother to find someone to serve our pre service mimosas and beer. When my mom finally found someone on property she was extremely rude and lied to our faces and tried saying she was so busy serving the groomsmen when in fact they hadnât gotten their pre service either. Although we paid for open bar, within an hour they ran out of coke, sprite and limes. We were forced to send a groomsmen to fetch more and they finally found more soft drinks after they acted like it was an inconvenience to them. We also paid for a âlate night snackâ street tacos for 125 people. It cost over $1k. Fine. We added it. Come to find out they served 125 TACOS. Meaning each mini Taco was about $10. And they served multiple to people. So only about 40 people got to eat. Not even the bride and groom, nor the bridal party got any because they ran out in MINUETS. When I emailed them about all of this, they acted like it was all our fault??? Who does that? There was no resolution after I asked for our money back on that. $1k out of $30k couldnât even be refunded. I at least wanted an apology or to recognize they were wrong but no. Not to mention, the âday of coordinatorâ never showed her face to me or said a word. Only until I had to seek her out about them running out of soft drinks. I am so furious with them even after a few months. Please DO NOT book with hidden falls if you donât want to be bothered by things that should have been taken care of on your wedding day by someone you paid an excessive amount of money to. Stay away!

A beautiful, TERRIBLY disappointing venue. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I would not wish our sad wedding planning/execution experience on anyone.We celebrated our day on 10/17/20 and we had a magical day thanks to our PRIVATELY hired vendors who actually care about their customers. The venue was just merely the shell attached alongside their unhelpful, unresponsive employees.- Our day of contact, the \"day of coordinator\" they BS you into thinking you're hiring, Yanitza, was terrible. When we arrived to the venue she WALKED OUT OF the other door instead of coming to introduce herself and didn't do so until I said \"who are you?\" 45 minutes later. She was no where to be found the rest of the day. She never even met my husband to say hello. The tables were set up for the wrong number of guests and my bridesmaids had to force her out of the room she had closed herself in to correct it and then ended up doing it all ourselves. I don't have much else to say besides the fact that they sell you on thinking they are providing a very exclusive, rare service when they're not - the \"coordinator\" will just sit back, work for the venue's interest only and will not even care what your name is that day. If, after reading this, you are still gutsy enough to book this venue - HIRE A PRIVATE COORDINATOR THAT CARES ABOUT YOU! - You're paying a significant amount of money for a venue that's essentially a wedding factory. They could care less about you or your love story. When you tour, look closely at the details. The scuffs on the walls that won't be repaired/repainted, the stained tables and red wine stained linens (that they will put at your sweetheart table - and you don't drink red wine so clearly they aren't cleaned). The breaking ceremony chairs. The filthy carpets in the suites. The overused, never replaced chargers. The sticky, unwiped from the previous wedding bar top. Her follow up response, not to me but through our coordinator - \"they were complaining about the water pressure but it can't be fixed unless we shut off the water to the whole venue so tell them that's it\". Nope, no other response or attempt at repair. She never even came into the suite to look at it herself, nor did she send anyone else.- One bartender. 140 guests. I repeat, one TABC bartender, 140 guests.- You will STRUGGLE to find literally anyone to communicate with. Not only was covid wedding planning tough enough, paired alongside a venue that you have to call multiple times, send multiple emails and beg for responses.- Once you get a response, it will never be from the same person. Our planning was over a year long and we RARELY spoke to the same person twice.If you think these are simple issues, you're wrong. Walters Wedding Estates has been dragged in reviews all over their Texas venues for similar issues, especially this year. Google the lawsuits. Look at the comments/complaints on any local Facebook bridal group. Save your time, save your sanity. Book with a venue that asks you how you are. Book with a venue that cares about you. Book a venue you can call and receive an answer. Book with a venue that's clean. Do not, do not, book here.

A beautiful, TERRIBLY disappointing venue. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I would not wish our sad wedding planning/execution experience on anyone.We celebrated our day on 10/17/20 and we had a magical day thanks to our PRIVATELY hired vendors who actually care about their customers. The venue was just merely the shell attached alongside their unhelpful, unresponsive employees.- Our day of contact, the \"day of coordinator\" they BS you into thinking you're hiring, Yanitza, was terrible. When we arrived to the venue she WALKED OUT OF the other door instead of coming to introduce herself and didn't do so until I said \"who are you?\" 45 minutes later. She was no where to be found the rest of the day. She never even met my husband to say hello. The tables were set up for the wrong number of guests and my bridesmaids had to force her out of the room she had closed herself in to correct it and then ended up doing it all ourselves. I don't have much else to say besides the fact that they sell you on thinking they are providing a very exclusive, rare service when they're not - the \"coordinator\" will just sit back, work for the venue's interest only and will not even care what your name is that day. If, after reading this, you are still gutsy enough to book this venue - HIRE A PRIVATE COORDINATOR THAT CARES ABOUT YOU! - You're paying a significant amount of money for a venue that's essentially a wedding factory. They could care less about you or your love story. When you tour, look closely at the details. The scuffs on the walls that won't be repaired/repainted, the stained tables and red wine stained linens (that they will put at your sweetheart table - and you don't drink red wine so clearly they aren't cleaned). The breaking ceremony chairs. The filthy carpets in the suites. The overused, never replaced chargers. The sticky, unwiped from the previous wedding bar top. This venue has the best of both worlds. A great outside ceremony view and a spacious reception. The staircase and chandelier are the most stunning parts. There is lodging all around the venue that makes it so convenient. I would say make sure you know their policy and what your venue includes and fees. They were really good at keeping communication especially with my late communication because of school. The day of the wedding Meagan did everything to keep me calm, make sure everything went smoothly, and do any little extra touches to make it perfect!

The moment we stepped foot onto the Hayes Hollow property we knew this was where were meant to get married. All of the feelings came rushing in and we fell in love instantaneously. If the venue isn't enough to make you sign on the dotted line, the incredible customer service will. They make you feel like family and they want to make sure you are aware of everything that goes into this commitment but they also want to make sure you are happy. Meagan was our day of coordinator, she was absolutely amazing and so patient. I admit, I called with a dozen new questions often and she was there to answer each and every one. She was on top of absolutely everything, I don't think the day would have run so smoothly without her. It was the most incredible day and we are so happy to have chosen Hidden Falls.

I felt so taken care of when she was there. The venue is a little on the expensive side if you want certain things because they add up but the beauty of this venue was worth it for me. The venue itself is breathtaking! Other than that, I was pretty disappointed. The coordinator that was assigned to my wedding, I donât remember seeing her whatsoever on the day of. There was also a ton of confusion in paperwork details because the coordinator we were previously working with stopped working at that venue, so when our details got relayed to the new coordinator there was a lot of information missing. I would one million percent recommend the venue just because itâs absolutely beautiful and youâll fall in love! But for $15,000 I definitely expected sooooooo much more.

This venue is BEAUTIFUL but had the worst possible staff! They NEVER answer the phone! Are horrible at responding to emails! When I would ask a question and a team member answered I would later find out that theyâre wrong and the answer is completely different. The venue at Hidden Falls Hayes Hollow is beautiful and I fell in love with it at first sight! The only reason I wouldn't give my experience five stars is because our wedding day coordinator and the difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone there, even on weekdays. When we initially signed our contract, we were so excited and Abigail really did a great job answering all of our questions. However, if you book here make sure you don't get assigned Morgan as your wedding day coordinator. I really feel she should not be in the wedding business. She was rude and unpleasant to be around and just generally seemed like being there was the last thing she wanted to be doing. Also, I did not appreciate her giving my mother attitude when she asked if the tables be slightly moved a part when they were very visibly too close together. Morgan's response was, \"I'm not worried about it\" and only when my mom became upset did she change her attitude and actually help. I recommend the venu, however just ask for someone else to be your coordinator other than Morgan.

The team on site worked with us so seamless while we waited to see if it was going to rain and were so open to waiting until the last possible second to make a decision, and we were able to get married in front of the falls. They reached out to me multiple times to make sure I had what I needed and we were ready for the big day! The venue is seriously incredible and all in 1 dream! My whole wedding party was able to stay on site with the house rentals they have available, and that made the weekend so easy! Their bridal suite is probably the most beautiful thing I have ever seen, with the light colors and multiple areas to do hair and makeup, I'm secretly trying to get my husband to make me a closet like it! The reception hall is incredible and the perfect balance between barn-feel/modern! They were able to create the best set up for what I had pictured in my mind! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend having your wedding here, because it won't disappoint.

My son had this wedding at Hidden Falls on January 5, 2019. The coordinator was helpful and tried to keep the wedding on schedule. Venue was beautiful and the wedding had a flare of elegance. The bride and groom had their gifts on a table at the entrance of the venue and the ceremony was outside. What the bride and groom didnât realize was that some of their gift was stolen and some of guest personal identity was stolen. There was no way that any of the guest who were personally invited would be that malicious or deceitful to steal. Hundreds of dollars were stolen and I believe the venue should be accountable. The venue has surveillance however what a surprise that they donât work. The venue has failed to share these uneventful incidents with their potential customers. I find the venue suspicious and would be surprised if itâs an inside job. It is depressing to see all newlyweds experience this type of loss and disappointment at this venue. Theses theft incident has happened many times. Protect your belongings if you have a wedding at this venue. If your gift were stolen at this venue, please contact the Spring Branch Sherriff department and file a police Report. Donât let this happen to the next person.

She was so helpful and kind through the whole process and I canât thank her enough! This venue has so much natural beauty and the reception hall is stunning. Milestone catering that is partnered with this venue was fabulous as well. So many delicious options. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was. You canât go wrong with this one of a kind venue. So much was included in our package which was incredible not to have to worry about catering, bar, set up, rentals, etc. I cannot speak enough to the ease of everything which is so important for a bride. Our day of coordinator, Morgan, was incredible and helped with anything and everything the day of, making sure all plans were in place. We have had the best compliments after the wedding about how beautiful the venue was and how great the staff was. Cannot recommend Hayes Hollow enough!

Hayes Hollow was gorgeous and the staff was pleasant to work with. Our guests raved about the venue too! One caveat I feel compelled to make...we had a handful of cards stolen from the gift pile at some point during the wedding. (How we know this is a long story.) Hayes Hollow staff were not accommodating as they did not do much to look into the issue and they DO NOT have security cameras in their front foyer, which is surprising given that it is a heavily trafficked area and the venue is so nice. There are not enough words to express how glad my husband and I were that we chose to get married at Hayes Hollow! From our very first visit we fell in love with the beautiful venue and Kalyn - she made our decision very easy, even though we initially had out hearts set on a different venue. The waterfalls are STUNNING - seriously regardless which venue you choose they're perfect! Hayes Hollow's reception hall had us sold - it was everything we were looking for and more. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was kind and made us feel like we were the only wedding on their minds. As an event coordinator, I appreciated that more than they'll ever know. I asked what seemed to be a million questions and they were always on top of their emails and I received responses promptly. They let you visit the venue as many times as you what which was huge for my planner brain. I was nervous about getting married 4 hours from where I live now, but have always dreamed of getting married in the hill country where I grew up and these girls made it a breeze! When we were assigned Kalyn for the day of our wedding and we could not have been more ecstatic - she helped make our day an absolute dream! The entire staff was fabulous and accommodating the day of the wedding. The venue was absolutely breathtaking - inside and outside! I seriously could go on and on about how great their team was to work with and how beautiful the venue was. One thing I know for sure is that if i could do it all over again I would choose Hayes Hollow EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The one thing I remember vividly is getting to the sweetheart table at the reception, after having taken pictures, then getting ready to enter, then having the first dance... and just wanting a drink! And there one was, my exact signature drink, waiting at my seat. They're like wedding ninjas! I was so grateful!

We chose Hayes Hollow at Hidden Falls as our wedding venue. It was absolutely perfect! The staff there is amazing. We had Tawny as our wedding coordinator. She did a fantastic job of keeping the timeline of the night on track so we didnât run out of time or forget anything. On a day when time goes by so quickly and youâre just enjoying the day, itâs wonderful to have a coordinator there to keep things running smoothly. It was perfect that a day-of coordinator was included in the venue rental price. Their catering company, Milestone, had some great food and it was nice to be able to plan that all out through the venue. The venue is gorgeous and all the pictures from the wedding turned out beautiful!

They make NO accommodations, NO exceptions of any kind no matter how reasonable you might think that request is. When you are choosing to give a company upwards of $15,000 of your hard earned money to have your wedding, on a Thursday mind you, one would think they would at least try to make it seem like they cared at all about your vision. Not this place. Again, don't get married here. Don't let the beauty of the waterfalls trick you. Dont let the niceness of the staff fool you either. They will use that politeness in the future to let you down easy as they deny all of your requests.

There is not enough time to express every reason of why we loved this venue! For starters the venue is beautiful! Secondly they worked with us when times were financially tough. Third but definitely a major reason was our venue coordinator, Jessica. She was simply amazing! Iâm not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical about a venue coordinatorâs duties and responsibilities and thought about hiring a day of coordinator, UNTIL we met her for our detailed meeting. She walked us through so much, was supportive and genuine, remained at our wedding from beginning to end, and made sure things ran smoothly as possible ( since our ceremony was rained out and had to be moved indoors)! The venue is beautiful and though it rained, the way the team assembled the indoor ceremony in such short notice was absolutely beautiful!Wouldnât change our venue location even with the rain.

We operated a little differently than most weddings in the space due to the fact that we had our own wedding cordinator and we kinda destroyed any normalcy they have with weddings. My now husband and I are very weird and with a background in theatre we saw the venue in different unique ways we could use the space. So of course we wanted to do things very differently than their usual clients. For example: we used the stage as the spot for a sweetheart tablen which ws had professionally draped as a Tahitian tent and our 16 count head table in front of us. We had our DJ (my matron of honor) under the stairs in stead of their usual spot. It caused a little weirdness for them but they pused past it and it was perfect. I would not have had our wedding done any other way. The space was so beautiful. Every time we had a concern about anything, Lindsey always helped us and made sure we were on track. <3

We just got married here a little over two weeks ago. I love the beauty of this place, it is absolutely gorgeous and we got TONS of compliments all night long (and days afterward) about how beautiful everything was! The whole staff is super sweet. I just wish communication was maybe a little bit better. Every single time I called the venue I was always speaking with someone different than I had the last time, and a lot of the time some of them didn't even know who I was when I was calling or just didn't have any idea what I was calling them about. That got a little frustrating sometimes. However, as I said, all the ladies there are very sweet and everything always got handled regardless of communication issues. Also, I guess one of the vases we were borrowing from them cracked or broke slightly at the top and so we were charged for a new vase, which is fine, but my mother took care of it and told me the price of that vase was totally ridiculous and didn't even want to tell me how much they charged her for it because she didn't want to stress me out...oh well. All in all, we loved it here and it is a fabulous venue. They are just under new management so they have some minor issues to work out, but nothing major. I would still recommend this venue to everyone. Our day was perfect!

2 stars because the venue is pretty. Similar sentiments to the review below mine. Dealing with this venue was the most stressful part of the wedding planning experience. Constant misinformation was given throughout the entire year leading up to my wedding, resulting in me having to pay for their mistakes. I would ask multiple people there the same question and literally every person would give me a different answer. It was a huge headache and when my now husband and I brought to their attention how we were unhappy about how things were going, they never once took responsibility. Unsure if it really was the change in management that made everyone clueless to what was going on there, but I can only assume that has something to do with it. Either way, mistakes happen and sometime people misspeak, but they should have honored what they told us originally to make things right. Also, mistakes should not happen as often as they did with this business.Finally, the wedding day came and they started my cocktail hour bar time late. It was in my contract to start at 5:30. My mother and mother in law asked different workers why they werenât opening. One worker told my mom it wasnât opening until 5:45. Another told my mother in law it wasnât starting until 6. Once again...nobody knew what the heck they were doing. When my mom called the venue after the wedding to ask what happened, they completely denied that they started it late, once again neglecting to take responsibility. However, I know if we had gone even 5 minutes in our time they would have been ready to charge us for those 5 minutes.If you choose to look past these issues because of the way the venue looks, then all I can recommend is to get everything they tell you in writing, no matter how small it may be. Because unless you can physically show them their own words, then you will be dealing with the same stresses I did...and even then who knows if they would care.

Hidden Falls is beautiful! I will 100% stand by that exclamation, but that is where my positive review of this venue will end. Please read all of this before you consider booking with them.I booked the venue a year and a half before our date, when Hidden Falls was under different management and was The Lodge at Bridal Veil Falls. Much like Jessica G's review, I was relieved when the venue said they would honor our existing contract. I agree that management prior to the new owners was wonderful! Everyone was organized and so helpful. After the lodge got bought out, I was communicating with almost a different person every time I would call or email. Still, I was excited to be getting married and planning my wedding. I didn't want to let the little things effect me.Things got increasingly worse. Some of my previous payments weren't being reflected in my balance. I had to send receipts and wait for an extended period of time before receiving the answer that I already had.A couple months before the wedding, I was contacted by a coordinator about how security fees had increased. This was something from my contract that I believed would be honored. They did agree to \"meet me in the middle\" and gave me one of the 8 hours for free. I paid what I needed to and moved on. Five days before my wedding, I was contacted by a coordinator about my bartender. According to them, the bartender hadn't renewed their insurance and I was told if they didn't renew, they couldn't serve at our wedding. I immediately called the bartender and left an ugly voicemail for them; my first bridezilla moment throughout my entire wedding planning process. According to bartender, the venue was asking them to add the venue as an added insurer to their policy. The details behind this are irrelevant. The bartender did what they needed to do to take care of me. What I do know is that I never should have been contacted about this. I was sick to my stomach about having to find a bartender at the last minute. A bartender that we selected because they were on the venue's preferred list! If the venue had been contacting them for months and it was urgent, why was I notified 5 days before my wedding and not sooner? The final straw with this terrible management was when SEVENTY FIVE centerpiece vases were taken without my consent the day of our wedding. We had arranged, in our contract with our florist, to breakdown and return ourselves. Trust me, I now realize and recommend to any brides-to-be, pay for the florist to do this themselves! At some point, toward the end of our reception, someone came and picked up all of our centerpiece vases. It was not our florist. After multiple attempts, meetings and hours of calling various florists in the area, I exhausted every possible option at finding these vases, and the venue was no help at all. Although they did offer to help me, every single thing I asked them for, they were unable to help me with. I can speak for days about how much potential this venue had and how much the management let me and my husband down. It's unfortunate that I will forever associate such bad memories with the best day of my life. This place has a management problem and is in need of a fix. Hopefully my situation has helped them learn from their mistakes.

Hidden Falls is beautiful! I will 100% stand by that exclamation, but that is where my positive review of this venue will end. Please read all of this before you consider booking with them.I booked the venue a year and a half before our date, when Hidden Falls was under different management and was The Lodge at Bridal Veil Falls. Much like Jessica G's review, I was relieved when the venue said they would honor our existing contract. I agree that management prior to the new owners was wonderful! Everyone was organized and so helpful. After the lodge got bought out, I was communicating with almost a different person every time I would call or email. Still, I was excited to be getting married and planning my wedding. I didn't want to let the little things effect me.Things got increasingly worse. Some of my previous payments weren't being reflected in my balance. I had to send receipts and wait for an extended period of time before receiving the answer that I already had.A couple months before the wedding, I was contacted by a coordinator about how security fees had increased. This was something from my contract that I believed would be honored. They did agree to \"meet me in the middle\" and gave me one of the 8 hours for free. I paid what I needed to and moved on. Five days before my wedding, I was contacted by a coordinator about my bartender. According to them, the bartender hadn't renewed their insurance and I was told if they didn't renew, they couldn't serve at our wedding. I immediately called the bartender and left an ugly voicemail for them; my first bridezilla moment throughout my entire wedding planning process. According to bartender, the venue was asking them to add the venue as an added insurer to their policy. The details behind this are irrelevant. The bartender did what they needed to do to take care of me. What I do know is that I never should have been contacted about this. I was sick to my stomach about having to find a bartender at the last minute. A bartender that we selected because they were on the venue's preferred list! If the venue had been contacting them for months and it was urgent, why was I notified 5 days before my wedding and not sooner? The final straw with this terrible management was when SEVENTY FIVE centerpiece vases were taken without my consent the day of our wedding. We had arranged, in our contract with our florist, to breakdown and return ourselves. Trust me, I now realize and recommend to any brides-to-be, pay for the florist to do this themselves! At some point, toward the end of our reception, someone came and picked up all of our centerpiece vases. It was not our florist. After multiple attempts, meetings and hours of calling various florists in the area, I exhausted every possible option at finding these vases, and the venue was no help at all. Although they did offer to help me, every single thing I asked them for, they were unable to help me with. I cannot express my gratitude enough to our day of coordinator Kortney. Having a wedding can be stressful, but Kortney made all of that stress go right away. She was phenomenal. She went out of her way to make everything so special for us. From our drink order, helping bridesmaids with stains, helping me tie my shoes, getting everyone in the right spot.. you name it! She made a detailed timeline for me as well. So many of our guests raved about how Kortney was so polite and the best coordinator they had ever seen. We are just so blown away by her kindness and thoughtfulness.

Amazing venue inside and out! Regardless of the weather and season, this venue is always beautiful. I ended up getting married on a rather gloomy day, but it was still amazingly beautiful. Every single one of the staff members that I interacted with were extremely helpful and extremely kind. Since day one all of my questions were answered and believe me, I had a lot of questions. Krista was our day of coordinator. She was very helpful. There were so many things that had slipped my mind, but she made sure to go over them during our meeting. I do not know what I would have done without her. She took care of everything and I was able to just enjoy the day. I do not have any complaints and would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone.

We had Krista Lee and she was AMAZING. At one point we realized we didn't have cake plates and she sent someone out to get them immediately. I had NO idea any of this was going on at the time and my mother gave me a run down of everything the next day. Apparently many crisis situations were averted with Krista on our side. All in all, we still get tons of compliments from our guests about how they have never seen a more beautiful venue.

I loved having my wedding at the Lodge. The staff was super friendly (including Kali, our planner/coordinator the day of), the venue was gorgeous. I got so many compliments on everything there.
