Alisha and her team are INCREDIBLE. We got married last month, and it was the most perfect day with zero stress, in large part to Alisha’s organization and can-do spirit. The venue itself is gorgeous. It has its own charm, but is still enough of a canvas to bring your vision to life. We had our ceremony and cocktail hour outside, and reception inside. So so happy that we chose this space, and huge thank you to Alisha and Mike for making our wedding day everything we imagined!

The venue itself is gorgeous. It has its own charm, but is still enough of a canvas to bring your vision to life. We had our ceremony and cocktail hour outside, and reception inside. It is hard to put into words how happy we are that we picked Hayloft for our ceremony and reception. Alisha went above and beyond to meet our needs, answer our questions, and always responded quickly to our emails. The venue is breath taking and dynamic with so much on the property outside while also offering an extremely rustic and chic feel inside. Some owners say they are “day of coordinators” and Alisha REALLY is that. She made the day as stress free as it could be and helped me stay on my timeline. She also offered the entire property (woods and stream included) for use and would escort us around on their ATV. I will forever be recommending this venue to others for their special day as it (and Alisha) made our day unforgettable.

The location is beautiful and extremely convenient, being less than 15 minutes from the Turning Stone Casino/Hotel and all the amenities close to that property, there was no shortage of accommodations and attractions for our guests. And the proximity to exit 33 of the route 90 thruway made travel into the area easy as well.Alisha was wonderful to meet with and talk through our plans. Her list of recommended vendors was helpful early on, and she was always happy to provide her expertise when we were unsure in our decision-making.The coordination that happened on site the day of our wedding felt seamless. Alisha did an amazing job of taking the decorations and information we gave her about our vision for the venue inside and out and made it real with ease. When it was all over, most of the clean-up was handled for us and pick-up of our decor was a breeze the next day.

Rolling grass, adorable cows and the most perfect barn I truly had the wedding of my dreams.

It’s family-owned and operated by the Mathalia family, and they provide exceptional service and atmosphere for your special event. Our wedding at Hayloft on the Arch was magical. My husband and I picked Hayloft on the Arch as our wedding venue partly because it's a gorgeous property surrounded by beautiful green fields and partly because Alisha is the greatest. She is incredibly organized and thoughtful. As a couple that postponed their wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we really appreciated that Alisha was so on top of the ever-changing guidelines. As soon as any new guidelines were released, we knew we'd hear from her as quickly as she could type them up. The barn and surrounding property is beautiful and Alisha continually looks for ways to improve her space. We have received so many compliments about what a perfect place Hayloft is. Out of the many, many barn venues we viewed in Central and Upstate New York, none came close to Hayloft on the Arch in beauty and style. It was also, surprisingly, the cheapest venue we viewed! Alisha and her husband have created a venue that is finished to perfection. The reception area is as breathtaking as it looks in pictures; the arbor is the perfect centrepiece for a ceremony; and the newly installed silo bar and fire pit offers an equally impressive outdoor space for your guests to enjoy. On top of this, Alisha brings the greatest value to this venue. She is incredibly professional: responds to your emails promptly, provides a clear overview of the day, and is incredibly flexible in making your vision come into fruition. She styled our venue beautifully and I completely trusted that she would make the right decision if any of the decor needed to be changed last minute (for example, the lanterns I bought were too big for the tables and she placed them around the venue instead). I can’t recommend this venue enough!

Because of this, we needed a venue and wedding planner that had strong connections with vendors and could help us plan remotely. Alisha and her preferred vendors went above and beyond to ensure that our day went off perfectly and that we would not have to stress planning! The day of was perfect; The barn was beautiful and fit our 150 guests comfortably. We had our ceremony outside and cocktail hour on their grounds, and we and everyone loved the vibes and service. I cannot recommend Hayloft enough!

Not only is the venue beautiful to begin with, we were surprised by two new additions before our wedding day with the beautiful new arch for our ceremony and the grain bin bar on the patio. There are no words to describe how grateful I am for Alisha and her establishment, hayloft o the arch. My husband and I so desperately wanted a beautiful barn wedding and we just couldn’t find the right barn in the NYC area where we live. finally I came across hayloft, which is four hours away from where we live. As soon as we went we fell in LOVE! I was a little worried about planning a wedding so far away, but Alisha made it so easy. She recommended the best vendors and truly helped my husband and I through our whole journey. We planned with her for 2 1/2 years and she just made our day PERFECT. The weather sucked and should have put such a damper on my day, but Alisha accommodated is throughout the whole day, I barely noticed the weather. I would do this all over again if I could. I love this barn so much and all the people who made our wedding day so special !!!

There are no words to describe how grateful I am for Alisha and her establishment, hayloft o the arch. My husband and I so desperately wanted a beautiful barn wedding and we just couldn’t find the right barn in the NYC area where we live. finally I came across hayloft, which is four hours away from where we live. As soon as we went we fell in LOVE! I was a little worried about planning a wedding so far away, but Alisha made it so easy. She recommended the best vendors and truly helped my husband and I through our whole journey. We planned with her for 2 1/2 years and she just made our day PERFECT. The weather sucked and should have put such a damper on my day, but Alisha accommodated is throughout the whole day, I barely noticed the weather. I would do this all over again if I could. I love this barn so much and all the people who made our wedding day so special !!!

Hayloft is a gorgeous venue and that was a big part of what I liked about it. On the other hand, I wish at times that some details were not overlooked by Alisha. Minor details such as placing decorations in the correct spot or just also making sure that plates and silverware were put on our cake table were overlooked. My husband and I had to hold the piece of cake in our hand after it was cut and we had to feed each other with our hands because there was no silverware. It is hard for brides to make sure that every detail is the way that they planned on their wedding day. I just wish that some of those small details would have been acknowledged or for questions to be asked if there were any. Also, we would have hoped to be treated a little bit nicer after providing suggestions or constructive criticism.

Hayloft is a gorgeous venue and that was a big part of what I liked about it. On the other hand, I wish at times that some details were not overlooked by Alisha. Hayloft was a beautiful wedding venue, the backdrop is incredible and the barn is gorgeous inside. Alisha is so organized and helpful, making the day of go smoothly. I cant say enough good things about Hayloft and definitely recommend it for those looking for an upscale rustic wedding!

We absolutely loved our wedding at Hayloft on the Arch! The owner Alisha is attentive and quick to respond. On the day of the wedding, she acted as a day of wedding planner, helping to organize and execute the ceremony, communicate with vendors and deal with any issues before we even knew they happened. The decor is amazing and needs little decorating. It’s a beautiful facility with beautifully manicured grounds that are stunning for pictures. We highly recommend Hayloft on the Arch!

We cannot say enough good things about this venue and its amazing staff! We had the most perfect day. Everything was run so smoothly. Hats off to Alisha, who is amazing and made us feel so special and at ease during the whole process. She was onsite early in the morning for setup, and stayed through the whole event. She is so responsive to emails/questions, and was very helpful! This venue is so beautiful, and all our guests remarked on how great it was. I would highly recommend Hayloft!

We cannot say enough good things about this venue and its amazing staff! We had the most perfect day. Everything was run so smoothly. Hats off to Alisha, who is amazing and made us feel so special and at ease during the whole process. She was onsite early in the morning for setup, and stayed through the whole event. Most every bride you talk to will state that their wedding day is the most amazing day of their life. Mine really did go off without a hitch with much thanks to Alisha and her wonderful staff! She took care of all of the set up & decor and made sure that it was both absolutely stunning and true to my vision. She made sure that the ceremony also was without a hitch!The barn and property are just absolutely beautiful and you can tell that her heart and soul goes into this place! We received so many compliments on our wedding and how stunning the venue was!

This venue is fantastic and cannot get much better in terms of the property, the buildings and all of the little details throughout. From the hanging mason jar lights to the rustic decorations throughout the venue, the place is the whole package. The ability to bring in any vendors and fill the space the way that we want to was invaluable to making our special day just that much better. Little problems were quickly taken care of and the owner is very good at assisting with the planning process, she was available whenever asked all the way up to the wedding. At times during the day of the wedding she seemed very busy, the unfortunate thing is that it was not always focused on our wedding and at times she was even touring another couple while we were getting ready. Really though this was a minor detail. Our wedding went beautifully with all of our friends and family helping to setup when the owner could not and we could not ask for more out of this venue. It was a beautiful day, beautiful place, and the Hayloft lived up to expectations.

My fiance and I were looking all over NY State for our wedding venue. We weren't into random banquet halls and we found Hayloft through word of mouth. It wasn't much when we viewed it, but over the course of planning a year and a half, the outcome was spectacular. They worked very hard transform it into a gorgeous space. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's sort of a blank canvas that can be made into whatever theme you are going for. The grounds are incredible. I highly recommend getting married by the stream. The pathways are currently gravel, so it's a bit of a walk, but hopefully they will be paved eventually. The whole wedding was a dream and I would definitely recommend. There is no kitchen so you will need to get a caterer who can do an awesome job without ovens. That will need to be rented. All and all we had the perfect day.

Alisha Mathalia (Owner) After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Resort & Recreation Management, and planning events for years, my husband and I took a leap of a faith and renovated a property in Vernon Center, NY in 2012 which is now known as Hayloft on the Arch. Selling and planning events is a passion of mine, and I am so blessed to have the opportunity to work with all the brides and grooms, along with their friends & families.
