Headwaters Arts and Conference Center is a wedding venue in Dubois, WY. Located beside the majestic Wind River and only a little over an hour away from Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park, Headwaters Arts and Conference Center is an idyllic setting, offering sweeping views of the Wind River Range and possibilities as endless as the sky above. Headwaters Arts and Conference Center hosts ceremonies and receptions of up to 250 guests. Outdoor ceremonies take place on the bank of Wind River, in front of a lovely wooden arch flanked by trees that seem to whisper whenever the wind blows. The venue also has several indoor function spaces, including the Wind River Room, Dinwoody Room, and Wiggins Fork Room. The Wind River Room features a state-of-the-art acoustic ceiling and high-end audiovisual equipment, while the Dinwoody Room and Wiggins Fork Room afford spectacular views of Wind River and the Wind River mountains. The cozy Horse Creek Room is furnished with a full-length mirror, garment rack, chairs, and a couch seating area so that you and your wedding party can get ready in comfort and style. The venue also has a commercial kitchen equipped with everything your caterer needs to create your perfect wedding menu. Headwaters Arts and Conference Center offers affordable, all-in-one wedding packages. Packages include a choice of round or rectangular tables, chairs, linens, silverware, dinnerware, and more. The venue is available for exclusive use, and outside vendors are welcome. The venue’s staff would be happy to provide you with a list of local vendors. My husband and I were married at the Headwaters Arts and Conference Center in June 2021. After our first venue fell through, I was in a bit of a panic wondering where we were going to have the wedding. The people at Headwaters went above and beyond to not only help calm my anxieties but to make our wedding wonderful! Julie and Paul were exceptionally helpful and easy to work with. The cost is super affordable and the venue is perfect as it can be both indoors or outside. We were married by the river and held the reception inside in the main floor ballroom. They turned one of the rooms into a special \"bride room\" complete with a full length mirror for me and my bridesmaid to get ready in.. Oh, and they also have a full size industrial kitchen that can be utilized if needed. They have the chairs and tables. They have the table clothes. They have pitchers. They were without a doubt the best decision we could have made for a venue. Thank you so much, Headwaters! You made our special day spectacular!

We got married in 2016 at the Headwaters in Dubois and it was truly perfect. We rented the venue for the entire weekend and it was extremely affordable. We prepared our own food so the spacious kitchen made storing food, preparing, and clean up so easy! The venue has plenty of room for everyone to get ready and be comfortable. The river is right behind the venue which is where our ceremony took place and it made for beautiful pictures! We were also able to have our ceremony and reception in the same location which made things even less stressful. This location is truly one a kind!
