Ani Alexanian(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-05-2017 If I had to back everything up and start over, I would still pick the Heathers Club as our wedding venue. The venue is so elegantly decorated, you might find that you don’t need to do much to get the room to look like a million bucks. We had a simple brunch wedding, about 130 people. That room was made for brunch weddings. You have the perfect amount of natural sunlight coming from one side of the room. We had the ceremony in the same room. Right in front of the fireplace. I know I keep using the word ‘perfect’, but that seems to be the only word I can think of to describe the Heaters Club. Everything was absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Heathers Club. Kat – The Heathers Club event planner, made herself available whenever we needed her. She was so quick responding to my emails full of questions. She had a lot of great advice, she knew what was needed for how many people. Kat and her staff made the process so incredibly easy. The Heathers Club has some of the most incredible food. Our friends and family left the wedding very well fed. The wait staff made every effort to make sure all of our guests had plenty to eat and drink. One spectacular moment was when someone from the Heaters Club staff asked if my husband and I wanted to eat! We were busy making our way to every table. When we finally got back to our table, there were two full plates of the best breakfast food ever made— and to top it off, they added warming covers! We actually got to sit for a bit and eat!I highly recommend the Heathers Club be on your list of possible venues. I have no doubt you’ll fall in love with this place. http://bit.ly/AniDustin Reviewed on 22-05-2017
H Dixon(other)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-10-2021 It’s been two years since a review on this venue and I suspect I know why. I made an appointment to see the space. Completely agree it’s really lovely. Mindi forgot the appointment and it appeared as we were disturbing her by asking her to see the room. I had some questions and sent an email. Never got a response. Phone calls were not returned. Wabeek, pine lake country club and Iroquois club are as nice if not nicer and more accommodating. If they won’t work with you when you’re trying to book I’d certainly hesitate to book my event with them. Reviewed on 02-10-2021
Melinda Mooney(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 05-06-2021 Working with the Heather’s Club was a great experience. Like many couples, we had to reschedule our 2020 wedding, and had to navigate the COVID related regulations in 2021. However, our coordinator (Mindy) was very prompt with answering any questions or concerns that we had. If she didn’t have the answer, she was honest about it, and made sure to follow up within a days. Our guests also raved about how nice the space was (we were in the main dining room), as well as the food! One of the biggest things that guests remember about their experience is the food/dinner, and we had a few comments that the filet mignon was the best they’ve ever had! We had our ceremony offsite, but would highly recommend the Heather’s Club for a wedding reception. Reviewed on 07-06-2021
Lindsay Regala(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-06-2019 I am still in awe that we found this hidden gem. We worked with Mindy and she was absolutely amazing to work with. She got back to any questions in a timely manner and always made me feel at ease because she handled everything. Everything was AMAZING - the food, drinks, ambiance, location. The views from the room of the golf course so beautiful. Everyone complimented us on how intimate everything felt. The staff on our wedding day were SO GREAT! My husband was nervous that there is not a bar to \"belly up\" to and that the open bar was served by the servers, but they did a phenomenal job. No one's drinks went back 1/2 empty and they were constantly refilling them. My husband quickly took back his words because it was nice that there wasn't a bar to line up at and that let everyone enjoy their time with friends/family and dancing instead of spending their time waiting for a drink. RUN, not walk, to book this venue. I cannot express how perfect they made our wedding. Reviewed on 15-06-2019

Sara Pritchard(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-06-2019 I had my bridal shower here this past April and it turned out wonderful! Mindy was amazing to work with and was very timely with her responses - my bridesmaids had some decorations they wanted to set up and she sent out the layout and pictures of the room so they would know what to expect and had everything ready for their arrival. We did the brunch buffet and house bar and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were all catered to and enjoying ourselves. The food was amazing too; everyone loved it! I would highly recommend the Heathers club! Reviewed on 10-05-2019
Susan Alexander(other)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-01-2019 I gave my niece a bridal shower in January 2019 at the Heather's Club. It turned out to be a success and alot of credit goes to the staff. From the beginnng, they were easy to work with, accommodating our needs and wants. The venue itself is beautiful and the food was exceptional. They were able to even accommodate a few of our gluten free guests, who loved their selection. My sister in law would have had wedding there if her wedding wasnt so large. I highly recommend this venue and staff for any event you have in mind. Reviewed on 09-05-2019

I cohosted my daughter’s wedding shower at the Heathers in February. The administrative side was a little concerning but the event itself was fine. The service was excellent and the food was very good although for the price I would’ve liked a little larger portion for my guests. The day was and the room were lovely but it was just after Valentine’s Day and they had tables marked where my guests could not sit which was a bit confusing. All in all it was a delightful event and I would definitely host an event here again. We heed my daughter’s high school graduation party here and have been members for over 10 years. I would recommend The Heathers Club. Reviewed on 07-05-2019
Madison Goodspeed(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-06-2017 We had our August 2016 wedding reception here, and I was so glad that we chose the Heathers as our venue. Right from the beginning, we could tell that they were here for us, and that their goal was for us to have our perfect reception. Kat was so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process! The food was amazing- that was some of the best salmon that I’ve ever had! The booze package was unreal, we had so many beer and liquor options to choose from! We also loved that our guests ordered all of their drinks from the wait staff throughout the night, instead of having to stand in a line at the bar. People spent their time hanging out at the reception instead of standing in line. The outdoor patio was great for the guys to smoke cigars later in the night. The venue was beautiful, we hardly needed any decorations, and we were able to take some beautiful shots on the golf course. I would recommend the Heathers to any of my friends for an upcoming wedding or bridal shower. Reviewed on 24-09-2016
Noelle T(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-02-2016 I recently had my wedding there and overall it was a beautiful setting and turned out great. The staff does a great job of getting everything together and also set up everything for us. It was great not worrying about that on my wedding day. It's also an intimate setting, with nice lighting, large windows for natural lighting and a fire place. There were some downfalls working with the event coordinator and staff there, though. \r1. The coordinator, Jennifer was not the friendliest person to work with. When asking questions or emailing back and forth, she was short, seemed irritated and rarely addressed me by name. She was somewhat unpredictable, at times she was nice and other times, she seemed to not want to work with me. \r2. We got the best package you could get and paid a lot of money - that being said, we didn't receive everything we paid for, and there was not compensation or apology when we addressed that with the coordinator. We were supposed to receive a champagne toast for the head table, that did not happen. We paid for passed appetizers during cocktail hour, we had to ask when they were coming out and then they came out a half hour late and only a few trays were being passed. We did not feel we got the whole benefit there. \r3. When we had our tasting, the chef that was going to prepare our meal at the wedding, did not at the tasting, so we didn't really get a feel for what the food was going to be like. Though, the food was excellent at the wedding.\r4. We were told we could take home food if some guests did not show up the at the reception. We had three people not show up and and when we asked about boxing up the food at the end of the night, we were told we could not because of code. It would have been nice if they let us know this since we were originally told we could. \r5. The coordinator, Jennifer was not there the night of the wedding, so we felt since I was working with her throughout the whole process, things could have been avoided. Her assistant Jerry was great to work with, but seemed out of the loop on items Jennifer and I discussed. \r6. We paid for a full, premium bar. They were out of several beers when I ordered. We were told there would be thirty different beers available - I had to ask for three different beers because they did not have most available. Again, I did not feel we got the full benefit here and this would not have been an issue if we were not promised this or if we did not pay for it.\r7. Instead of having an actual bar, they had servers get drinks for guest. David, the waiter for the head table was phenomenal! I can't speak for the other tables, but he was really helpful and always brought us extra drinks so we had a drink at all times.\rOther pros:\r1. Food was great\r2. Service night - of was excellent\r3. The venue is beautiful\r4. They set-up and tore down almost everything\r5. We asked for the ceiling to be dusted (There were clumps of dust when we viewed the venue) and they took care of it, not without asking a few times though. \rOverall, it was a beautiful night and went off without problems for our guests, which is the important thing, but I do have to say for the amount of money that was paid, things could have been tightened up and a bit. We were very accommodating to the venue and followed their rules, but felt we were a bother at times, when we were a paying customer. I am glad though this did not reflect on the night of and this was more of a behind the scenes problem. Reviewed on 07-03-2016

Alex Jakstys(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-09-2014 We had our wedding on Sept. 20, 2014 and couldn't have been happier with this venue for our reception. They are very accommodating and helpful, especially the coordinator Jennifer! The room looked beautiful, the food was great, and everything went off without an issue. The servers were all terrific, making sure you always had a drink in your hand and doing everything in a very professional manner. We were able to take photos out on the golf course prior to the reception and they turned out perfect. We had 150 guests and despite our worries about the size there was plenty of space for everyone. We had 15 10-person tables (everyone had enough elbow space) plus a snack table in the corner. The DJ fit nicely into the alcove and the dance floor was small in an intimate way that made it seem full all night long (which is what you want). I would highly recommend this venue and would say if you're even considering it call Jennifer and she'll ease any worries you might have. Reviewed on 08-10-2014

Rachel (bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-08-2013 We had our rehearsal dinner here and loved that we had our own separate room. We didn't want to be at a restaurant where we had to compete with noise and such. It was really nice to be in our own small room so that our family and bridal party could enjoy the night. Everyone was really easy to work with and communication was great. We were able to pick 2 entrees for our guests to choose from. Plus there was salad and bread. We even got small desserts which were so yummy. Everyone we worked with were extremely professional and the venue was gorgeous! Reviewed on 15-08-2013

Michele Shock(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-12-2008 From setting up the menu to the actual day, the Heather's Club was wonderful. Met with Rachel and set up the menu. They were very accommodating with what we needed. The day of the room looked great! Of course, I got married around Christmas, so they had the beautiful Christmas decorations up. The food was awesome, I got a lot of wonderful feedback from my guests. I did a buffet style lunch, they will do sit downs also. The service was very good, I didn't ever have to wait long for another drink. It went over so well with some of my guests that a professional society I am in held their banquet there, which was also well done. Reviewed on 28-06-2010

I started at the Heathers Club as a server and bartender. In the spring of 2017 I was promoted to the position of Banquet Coordinator. It is my goal to make sure that your special day is one you will always remember with great fondness and joy.
