Angie Vo(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-10-2012 I recently got married on 10/20/12 at Heritage Museum of OC. I ABSOUTELY LOVED every aspect of this venue. It's a diamond in the rough of Santa Ana as it sits in a gated area in the middle of an industrial center, but once you enter the gates you will be lost in its natural beauty and elegance. The reason why I chose this venue is because I didn't have to go elsewhere for pictures. There are plenty of photo ops here that couldn't compare to anything else you will find in OC. I cannot stress enough how PERFECT this place is for pictures.\rWedding coordinator Tracy was the sweetest and most patient person. She answered all my questions, accomodated everything I needed and most of all ran my rehearsal and wedding ceremony flawlessly. She is a genuine person who went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. After everything is said and done, I can honestly say there was nowhere else I would have rather had my wedding. It was beautiful. Reviewed on 05-11-2012
Marcus Lam(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-06-2022 We used the heritage museum as our venue and it was perfect in almost every way. From an aesthetic perspective, it was just what we were looking for. Having everything outdoors was great in the current environment and we really appreciated the shade at the ceremony location. We were even able to fit a photo booth in the pavilion for the reception and there was plenty of space for our guests. The dance floor was fantastic and we had guests dancing all night. Overall, fantastic venue to support a medium - large wedding.I would say the only critique is being locked to the caterer. We didn't love not being able to shop around and feel like it definitely drove up the overall cost. If you can use your own vendors, then this venue is perfect. Reviewed on 28-06-2022

Let me start with the staff... Jamie is the absolute sweetest soul and helped answer literally all of our questions related to the wedding, no matter how small or detailed the question. She always put our needs first and made us feel so incredibly loved. We were so relaxed the day of the wedding because of her organized schedule and gentle spirit. We definitely enjoyed developing a relationship with her! Naomi was also very helpful as well and so so kind! In terms of looks, the venue is absolutely beautiful. My husband is a bit of a history buff, so he especially loved the history behind the land as well as the Kellogg House. I absolutely loved getting ready in the Kellogg house, and the rest of the venue made our pictures look beautiful, from the gazebo, to the Kellogg House, to the orange trees, and so much more!I would strongly suggest Heritage House Museum to anyone getting married. Anonymous (bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-04-2015 I absolutely LOVE Heritage Museum! My husband and I recently got married here this spring. I was a bride on a budget, but I didn't want to sacrifice quality. You can have a relaxed, rustic wedding or you can very easily dress the place up and go for classy elegance. Everything about the process of booking it as our venue was easy and so fun mainly because of their super sweet staff and GORGEOUS grounds. This is probably one of my favorite places to visit, there is something so enchanting about this place. \r\rOnce you walk through the gates, you are transported to a magical, vintage wonderland. I took lots of pictures just to help myself remember what it looked like and literally every picture I snapped looked like a postcard. It's very peaceful here and all the staff are very knowledgeable and clearly LOVE Heritage Museum. They work hard to care for this place and I love that about Heritage.\r \rHere are the things I liked about my wedding experience here:\r\r1) Jamie Hiber (venue coordinator): This is most likely who you will interact with if you want to tour the museum and book the venue. She is literally full of sunshine, cheer, and happiness. You can tell she loves her job. She is genuinely excited for every couple that is getting married and does everything she can to make magic happen. She emailed me back promptly with any questions I had and went above and beyond to help lighten my load pre-wedding. On the day of the rehearsal, she was super peppy and helpful, my bridal party kept saying how cute she was. I could not have done it without her. THANK YOU, JAMIE!!! (from your lobster bride).\r\r2) Flowers- I booked the venue around August and it was beautiful, but the venue didn't have that many flowers blooming at the time since it was summer. They said when I had my wedding in the spring, it would be gorgeous because all the flowers would bloom. It was hard for me to imagine and I just took their word for it, but when the wedding day came, my breath was literally taken away! WOW! It was so colorful and had that fresh garden feel. They have a little rose garden and every rose was in full bloom. The roses were super vibrant in pictures and all the guests were taking pictures in that rose garden. \r\r3) Kellogg House- This is the white house they have on their property. This is where the bride gets ready. It's filled with amazing vintage decor and props. It's fun to just visit this museum even if you don't book it for your wedding. \r\rSee my review on Yelp for the rest! I ran out of space on here. Reviewed on 27-04-2015

Caryn Serna(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-05-2011 As including family was super important to us, my fiance and I decided to book with the Heritage Museum because as a historic home, it carries with it the love and care of many generations. The lovely cream-colored Kellog House, a Victorian which has been restored and is simply immaculate, was the perfect backdrop to our large family photos. The grounds are large and well-manicured, boasting a field of wildflowers during spring/summer, a rustic barn area (if you dont want that, like we didnt, you can simply ignore it because it's far out of the way), a rose garden, a small orange grove, and breathtaking trellises and greenery. It was BEAUTIFUL and we got so many compliments on our venue. Another bonus: because the venue is so lush and gorgeous, we were able to save a lot of money on flowers. There is space for both ceremony and reception, which we did. \r\rTheir required caterer, Country Gardens Caterers, was SUPERB. (And I will admit, we almost didn't book the Heritage because I didn't want to be tied to a required vendor.) However, after our first free tasting with CGC (before we even booked with Heritage), we were hooked. Everything was hot, delicious, and delivered as promised. And we were able to hire the catering manager, Diana Perkins, as our day of coordinator. She and her staff were a God-sent blessing! \r\rI fancied myself a sort of kitschy, DIY bride, as I sourced and set up all of our centerpieces, candy bar, guest book table, and the like. With that said, the staff at the Heritage was very hands off. They called only to collect our payments and to schedule our rehearsal. This worked for me, as I didn't need the help of the venue, but if you are looking for a more involved venue you should be aware of this. \r\rWith that said, everything went beautifully, and our wedding photos are STUNNING because we booked with HMOC. I hope you love it as much as we did. Reviewed on 09-06-2011
