We have a few 2023 dates still available!!! Heritage Museums & Gardens is located on magnificent grounds and trails on the banks of Shawme Pond in Historic Sandwich MA. Heritage Museums & Gardens is one of Cape Cod's most iconic wedding venues. The gardens feature internationally important collections of rhododendrons and hydrangeas, a collection of over 1,000 varieties of daylilies, hostas, herb, heather gardens, and more than a thousand varieties of trees, shrubs and flowers. Each season is marked with incredible blooms. From the pinks and fuchsias of rhododendrons, to the blue and purples of hydrangeas, and the rainbow array of lilies, Mother Nature is on hand to provide some her most stunning displays for your big day. With annually rotating exhibits, a hand-carved working carousel plus a world-class American automobile collection, Heritage proves to be a destination that everyone can enjoy. Our Heald Center is ready to host your reception and can accommodate up to 90 guests, with a dance floor. A wonderful option is to expand your reception onto the outdoor terrace, and this will increase your guest count to 130, with a dance floor. The very popular JK Lilly III Auto Gallery makes for a truly epic backdrop for your cocktail reception. This unique setting will make for a most memorable day for you - and your guests. Looking for a tented affair? Let us take you on a walk around the grounds and see what backdrop works best for you. We have beautiful outdoor spaces that can accommodate tented receptions of any size. Heritage is ready to give you options. From large scale to more intimate events, whether your preference is black tie or casual, we have the space that will be the perfect setting for your event. We are pleased to host -Weddings, Ceremonies, Rehearsal Dinners and Bridal Showers.
