Hermann Hill Weddings is a wedding venue located in Hermann, MO. For over 10 years, the charming property has been the site of countless unique ceremonies and receptions. With more than 50 weddings and elopements held at the venue annually, the staff has ample experience that they are happy to share with couples. At Hermann Hill Weddings there are three event spaces that you can choose from. The chapel provides a bright interior where you and your partner can exchange vows in front of 250 guests. It features pews and chairs for flexible seating options as well as stained glass windows, resulting in a classic style for all events. If youâve been dreaming of a ceremony under the open sky, the Riverbluff Ceremony site gives you the opportunity to do just that. Here, up to 300 loved ones can watch you and your partner say âI doâ in front of scenic river views. For a more intimate gathering, the Gazebo is ideal for celebrations of 100 people. Situated on elevated ground, it offers an expansive overlook of the property below as well as a unique spot for photos. After the ceremony, you can dine and dance in the spacious Indoor Pavilion with 300 guests. For weddings of 40 loved ones, you are invited to utilize the cozy River Room. Before the festivities, you and your partner can prepare and relax in separate get-ready rooms. To support you on and leading up to your special day, Hermann Hill Weddings offers a variety of packages for large celebrations, micro weddings, and elopements alike. These options include services and amenities such as custom pavilion uplighting, a traditional beverage bar, a signature champagne toast, and more. For a personalized plan, you are welcome to add extras from the Ă la carte menu. Their in-house wedding coordinators are happy to assist to turn your dream into a reality. The culinary team will also work with you to create a unique reception menu that appeals to your palate.

EXCELLENT, FANTASTIC, TOP TIER Wedding Venue and Staff!Coordinators Becki and Donna ensured our daughter's wedding was perfect! Becki worked with us for months asking the right questions, accomodating vendors, answering endless emails and texts from us, running zoom and in person meetings with us and with our vendors, so much more. On Wedding Day, Becki was everywhere, handling everything, for everyone, with the support of the staff, including bartenders Shelly and Tiffany, and servers and dishwashers Alivia, Breanna, Samantha, Iteara, and Shelby, and providing unsurpassed, speedy service and still sweetly keeping us all on our precise timeline. WOW!Particularly of note, our coordinator smoothed the way for all of our vendors, and put out fires behind the scenes all along the way, during the wedding, and quite literally during the reception, when one candle flipped and caught a table afire!Chef Craig Nunnally wowed us all year long during planning and wedding trial visits, and then impressed us even further at our reception, plating special meals for guests with food allergies or mobility issues- so delicious and so much food! He and his staff provided lunch and mimosas in the bridal suite and grooms' party rooms, and later treats like lobster rangoons, brisket... mashed potatoes from heaven, YUM!Hermann Hills Weddings- excellent, worth the investment!

We had our wedding here on 12.23.23, and ever since, I have been told by almost everyone in attendance that it was the best wedding that they have ever been to. We knew that having a December wedding could be difficult with chances of bad weather, so it was easy for us to pick Hermann Hill who had everything all at the same place! We fell in love with the venue so much, we booked our date our 2 years in advance, just because we knew spots would fill up fast. When I say they have everything, I mean everything. As a photographer, I fell in love with Hermann Hill weddings. The Bluffs are so stunning and it's a picture perfect venue!!! I was lucky to have worked with Becki as the coordinator for my couples wedding. It is so important to have a good coordinator for your day! Becki was on top of everything not only on the day but before as well. She is the honestly one of the best!!! It was so lovely to work as a team and I can't recommend her enough!! I know my couple also loved her and this stunning venue!!! Thank you!!!

As a photographer, I fell in love with Hermann Hill weddings. The Bluffs are so stunning and it's a picture perfect venue!!! I was lucky to have worked with Becki as the coordinator for my couples wedding. It is so important to have a good coordinator for your day! Becki was on top of everything not only on the day but before as well. She is the honestly one of the best!!! It was so lovely to work as a team and I can't recommend her enough!! I know my couple also loved her and this stunning venue!!! Thank you!!!

Hermann Hills is a truly special place unlike any other. We worked with Jennifer, and she was amazing every step of the way. Everything went so smoothly and we were able to have a stress-free wedding without needing to worry about all the little things. Being able to have our dog with us was just the cherry on top!

From the very first time we stepped foot inside Hermann Hill, we knew it was going to be special. Becki gave us a tour and all we could think about was how beautiful it was. When we walked outside and the groom saw the river bluff, it was a done deal and he said we had to get married there. Roxanne became our wedding coordinator and to say she was truly amazing is an understatement. She kept us in the loop, kept our heads above water when it felt like there was so much to do, and continued to keep us excited throughout the entire planning process. The day of the wedding, Roxanne was so upbeat and fun and did amazing with the set up. She truly was a treasure. We will never be able to thank the amazing work everyone did, from Roxanne, to the amazing chef, and to all the staff that we didnât get to meet. All of you made our wedding day PERFECT. From the bride and groom, we thank everyone at Hermann Hill from the bottom of our hearts.

We wanted our wedding to be intimate and quiet. Choosing an elopement package fit us perfectly. Immediate family only made it less stress as I didnât feel the need to impress a crowd and was able to let things go with the flow. Perfectly imperfect is how I would call it. Becki was great and so patient! She guided us through everything. Ryan,our officiant was so gentle and sweet and moved immediately when he said we can share our first married kiss, which I forgot thatâs a common problem but he understood the assignment lol.

EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THEIR WEDDING AT HERMANN HILL!!! We had the pleasure of discovering this wedding wonderland and had our wedding (Micro 3 package) on August 18. Just over 2 weeks ago and I'm still spinning from how awesome it was! From the start, the staff (Jennifer, Kristen, Teckla, Chef Craig, and so on) is so warm, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. But not only that, they are GENUINE about their love for their work, which makes planning your wedding easy peasy. I was not at all worried about the planning process or even the timeline of events for the day. Not only the staff, but the location is BEAUTIFUL! The cottages on location, the River Bluff, the gazebo, the reception rooms....literally everything was perfect. And thats not just my opinion, every one of my guests have gushed about it being the best wedding they've ever attended. Thank you to EVERYONE at Hermann Hill, I will cherish these memories forever and can't wait to go back to visit!

I remember the start of wedding planning. I was overwhelmed with venue options, and my sister sent me about 20 venues on the Knot. I instantly fell in love with the first one, Hermann Hill Weddings. I loved the River Bluff, the âbackup planâ Chapel just in case of rain, and the beautiful inside reception space. It was absolutely stunning. Close second was a winery, but it honestly didnât have near the amenities Herman Hill has. Before I made any decisions, I did want to go visit both of them. We happened to run into Hermann Hill at a bridal show and it immediately was a match made in heaven. They were unbelievably nice, they invited us to their wedding trail the following weekend and they welcomed my dad to âhang outâ with them since his leg was bothering him and we were ready to keep walking (who does that?!đ) Fast forward - we get to the wedding trail, we toured, and I started envisioning our wedding day at Hermann Hill. As silly as it sounds, I actually started crying happy tears. Hermann Hill and their staff welcomed us like family and their venue is BEYOND GORGEOUS. We didnât even need to look at any other venues!!! With the level of service Hermann Hill provided, the decor and amenities that they include with your wedding, plus the stunning views, no other venue I researched could match Hermann Hill. Plus with our plan, we had full day access to the venue on our wedding day plus a free night in the condo cottages which you quite literally canât find. I was able to find the venue of my dreams while also getting the most bang for my buck.Anyone who says wedding planning was âstressfulâ or âhardâ didnât have their wedding at Hermann Hill!!! It was a complete breeze! Becki and Teckla plus all the wedding coordinators take care of all the stressful parts for you! As the wedding couple, you get to make all the FUN decisions!! The food, the drink, the decor, lighting, Photo Booth - you get to pick it all! One of our favorite parts of wedding planning was driving up to Hermann Hill and hanging with Becki to pick out and plan our wedding to doâs.Now for the best part - WEDDING DAY!!!! Becki and our day of coordinators, Roxanne and Lela, worked tirelessly to ensure our wedding was perfect. Even Chef Craig and Shelly The Best Bartender Ever (IFYKYK) made major special impacts on our day. Terry the owner even came too!!!! Again, what owner of a wedding venue takes time out of their weekend to attend your big day to ensure itâs everything you dreamed of?!?! And honestly, there was NEVER even the slightest inconvenience to occur because Hermann Hill handled and dealt with everything before it ever happened. I was just able to bask in wedding day bliss.Our wedding day was seriously the MOST PERFECT because of Becki, Teckla, Roxanne, Lela, Chef Craig, Shelly The Best Bartender Ever, and all of the staff because they genuinely care about YOU and what your perfect day looks like. Hermann Hill was the absolute best place we could of gotten married at! We fell in love the second we walked into the chapel and the rest was history! They make you feel like you're family from the moment you start the tour. Let me tell you, without having my wedding coordinator Lela, I don't know what I would of done. And all the other coordinators were amazing as well! The things that are included in your package far outweigh using another venue! This place is absolutely amazing!

Hermann Hill was the best decision we made for our wedding. Not only did we fall in love with the venue when touring, we fell in love with the kind people there. Kristen was the best coordinator a bride could ask for- she thought of every little detail before I did! All night long our guests were asking us how we came across such an amazing venue, all we could say was how lucky we were! Cannot thank the rest of the staff enough for their hard work with putting such an amazing wedding together.

My husband and I got married in the chapel, and Teckla helped us coordinate our wedding in about two months! We really appreciated how well Hermann Hill communicated. They were available basically around the clock for us to text with any planning questions. They were so helpful in accommodating our requests and truly cared that our day was exactly what we envisioned. Kristin worked with Teckla as our second day-of coordinator, and she was so kind and helpful! We ordered the bourbon brisket as the main course for dinner, and it was incredible. Our wedding day at Hermann Hill was beautiful. I have already recommended Hermann Hill to friends planning their weddings and will continue to do so!

We just had a wedding at Herman Hill venue last night and I was so impressed with them. Donna the coordinator and the whole staff were excellent! Very accommodating and helpful. The y place was beautiful, food was delicious and again the staff over the top! I would defiantly recommend this place! I was not of the wedding party but a very close friend to groom family. When we arrived for our initial tour, we almost immediately knew that this would be the place. Roxanne and her staff were amazing and helped us to pull off the perfect wedding. It could not possibly have turned out any better, everyone was very accommodating and worked hard to make sure we were very pleased. The communication was fantastic and Roxanne was very accessible at all hours of the day and night as we approached the big day. Can't recommend this venue enough, it was an unforgettable experience.

Kristen and her team at Hermann Hill Weddings did a phenomenal job from day one of planning! They surpassed all of my expectations and made our wedding day flawless and EASY for everyone involved! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was taken care from the food and desserts to the flowers and decorations with very little need for my involvement overall. After I communicated my choices with Kristen, I was able to just show up the day of, and have the most fun and stress-free wedding day! By the end of the night, they had already moved everything back to our (complimentary) cottage suite - so all we had to do was say our goodbyes and walk a few feet to our gorgeous, honeymoon suite stocked with everything we needed for that night. They even made sure to pack up some goodies that we didn't get time to enjoy from our reception! We had a gourmet breakfast delivered to our room the next morning as we reminisced on just how perfect the whole experience was. Hermann Hill Weddings was exactly what my partner and I were looking for in a wedding venue! The beautiful location, multiple event space options, nearly all-inclusive offerings, and the incredible staff! Everything was so refreshing and made our wedding planning process so seamless. We had such great feedback from our guests about our friendly and incredible bartender, Shelley! Our guests also loved the professionalism of the wait staff and were so pleased with Chef Rhondaâs delicious food throughout the nightâespecially the Mexican corn!Our coordinator Freyja and her assistant Jennifer truly went above and beyond for us and we cannot recommend them enough! They even checked on our sweet pup in the cottage for us! They were there to figure out any last minute details and finishing touches, which really made everything come together so perfectly for us. Freyja was also able to roll with line-up changes and last-minute nervous pee for one of the littles in our wedding party with such impressive ease! She was with us every step of the way: dress-carrying, taking candids, and driving the HH shuttle! On top of everything, she also did a great job of keeping an open line of communication the day-of with all of the other vendors and catering staff, so we did not have to carry timeline stress!We had a great experience with Hermann Hill Weddings and we recommend them without hesitation!

We decided to get married at Hermann Hill after staying in the Riverbluff Cottages in 2012. We love Hermann and felt it would be the perfect venue for our big day. We were expecting it to be amazing, but it was absolutely PERFECT! We went to the Wedding Trails before our wedding and that made it super easy to find a photographer, florist, DJ and makeup artist as well. The entire planning process was easy and fun. We loved that everything is on site and we did not have to worry about finding a separate reception venue and caterer, etc. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and courteous and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We have received several comments from friends and family that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had been to, and they all enjoyed Hermann Hill and Hermann in general. My husband and I married at Hermann Hill back in December! It was a very chilly day but that didnât stop Becki from making it absolutely perfect! We met in September 2021 to book and begin the process of a December 2021 wedding. Becki had about 100 days to make it perfect and it was everything and more! We spoke 4-5 times on the phone going over the details. I sent her pictures for the cake and bouquet, which was absolutely gorgeous. She turned those pictures into the perfect wedding pieces! The entire process and day was made so easy, all I needed was attire, my husbandâs attire and the marriage licenses. Who knew a wedding could take such little effort?! Iâll forever be great full. It was the most perfect elopement!

We spoke 4-5 times on the phone going over the details. I sent her pictures for the cake and bouquet, which was absolutely gorgeous. She turned those pictures into the perfect wedding pieces! The entire process and day was made so easy, all I needed was attire, my husbandâs attire and the marriage licenses. Who knew a wedding could take such little effort?! Iâll forever be great full. It was the most perfect elopement!

Hermann Hill was absolutely perfect for my wedding! I am currently in pharmacy school and had very little time for planning. Lela went above and beyond to make sure I had everything done and didnât get overwhelmed. We were not sure if the weather was going cooperate or not so Lela set up both the chapel and the river bluff so we could decide day of where to have the ceremony. We ended up getting the river bluff ceremony we dreamed of and It was the most perfect day with the best people and staff I have ever worked with. If I had the chance to do it all over again I would choose Hermann Hill every time.

We cannot say enough good things about our entire wedding experience with Hermann Hill Weddings! Our coordinators (especially Donna) were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole planning process and were quick to make sure everything on our big day was just the way we wanted. Their experience and expertise was clear, which took so much pressure off us both so that we could focus on each other, our friends, our family, and enjoy our special day stress free. The venue is one-of-a-kind with gorgeous views overlooking the Missouri River. The property is great for numerous different photo opportunities, and Hermann Hill Weddings is one of the few places that has beautiful ceremony sites both indoors and out. The outdoor patio was perfect for cocktail hour and even better for stunning sunset photos. Chef Rhonda and her food were incredible - our guests loved the food, and so did we! Chef Rhonda took extra care with our dietary restrictions, offering separate dishes and ensuring that our guests could enjoy the same experience. The bartenders were friendly and quick, memorizing guests' orders. Plus, the frozen drinks were absolutely delicious! Overall, our experience at Hermann Hill was quite perfect, and we would most certainly recommend it to any couple looking for a place that will make their wedding day truly special and hassle-free!

The entire property is gorgeous and our suite was awesome. Only issue we had was the fireplace and hot tub in our suite not working but they made up for it with a wine and cheese package they included :) Definitely recommend and would absolutely do it there again!

How do I put into words how amazing our experience with Hermann Hill was? From the very beginning, they were so gracious and helpful. We booked with them after our very first tour. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, and there are several ceremony sites to choose from. We got married on the river bluff, and it was beautiful. Becki was our coordinator, and she made everything so easy. Weeks after our wedding, we were still hearing how wonderful she was from our guests. The food from Chef Rhonda was incredible, and we got so many compliments on it. They recommend Terraflora as a florist and include a discount for using them- they were great as well. I even got to go downstairs where all the florals were being put together and get a sneak peek before the photos! Hermann Hill worked with us when we had to change our wedding date TWICE and did everything they could to enable a smooth transition. The bride's room is so roomy and can fit the whole wedding party. Becki of course continuously checked on us throughout the day and brought us mimosas. She also drove us around in their shuttle van for wedding party pictures! The coordinators wear many hats! My 92 year old grandma especially loved that she provided the grandparents a golf cart to the river bluff for the ceremony as it was a very hot day. They were able to take an elevator down to the golf cart as well, so the venue is very accessible. Becki and I had several meetings and phone calls before the big day, and she really focused on every little detail- right down to having my husband's favorite beer available behind the bar. One of their cabins was included with our package, and it was so nice on our wedding night to just walk up the hill (even a fridge stocked with leftovers from the reception!). I could go on forever about how perfect our day was, and we are so thankful we chose Hermann Hill to make it happen. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Set up one tour with them, and you will be hooked!

It is hard to describe how thankful we are that we choose Hermann Hills for our wedding and were lucky enough to have Teckla as our wedding coordinator. The wedding is way more than just a day, it is months of back and forth planning and working with an entire team to make the special day perfect. I do not think we could have dreamed of anyone better than Teckla to be on this journey with us. She was unbelievable from the beginning and helped us every step of the way. She was open to doing whatever she could to make sure we were happy with our wedding. While we definitely worked with her the closest, you could tell the entire staff of Hermann Hills was behind us and unbelievably amazing. Our wedding day was rainy but there was no stress and everyone worked to make sure we still had the best wedding ever. We even had the owner at our wedding; just making sure everyone was having a good time. We talk now about how we would not change a single thing (even the weather) on our wedding day because it was perfect. Even though the wedding is a once in a lifetime thing, we feel like we have made friends for life and really look forward to coming back to Hermann and staying at Hermann Hills just so we can remember the beautiful day that Teckla and Hermann Hills helped us create.

We were basically clueless about planning a wedding so having Becky and then Anastasia to help us with the planning process and making sure everything went smoothly was really wonderful and essential to getting everything to work. They were also able to work with us via texting and email a lot since my husband and I live out of town. We had a lot of compliments on the food and the ceremony, a few people even said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I would highly recommend Hermann Hill Weddings.

A huge thank you to all of the staff at Hermann Hills! Wow, they truly know exactly how to put on absolutely beautiful weddings and make the entire process as STRESS FREE as possible. Our wedding coordinator Danah was INCREDIBLE!!! We were so grateful to have such a dedicated and professional coordinator. She made sure to find out exactly what our vision for the day was and made it 100% reality. Our entire wedding weekend was absolutely perfect and I honestly believe a huge reason it went so well was because of Danah, Anastasia and the incredibly helpful Hermann Hills staff. Perfect does not even begin to give our wedding day justice, it was everything I could have ever imagined and so much more! Chef Rhonda and her team did an amazing job with the food and drink, and we were so impressed that they accommodated our guests with special dietary restrictions. The bar staff knew my dadâs drink order before the night even began, and they delivered drinks to both me and my husband on the dance floor all night long. Teckla and the rest of the Hermann Hill staff made our wedding 100% PERFECT. During the planning stages, they were excellent about communication and detail, as well as being so hospitable. They work with you in every aspect, and literally think of everything when it comes to the big day. Our wedding went perfect thanks to Hermann Hill, we received so many compliments on it's beauty, the food, and the staff there from the hilarious bartender Bobby, to the awesome dancing waiter, someone grabbing headache medication for a bridesmaid, and of course the coordinator team making sure that EVERYTHING went perfect, without flaw! The house we stayed in the night of was amazing and the fridge came stocked! We could not have dreamed of a better wedding.

Get yourself a Teckla. Before you ask, she will not unfortunately run the rest of your life as efficiently as she ran the wedding. I've asked. When people ask if you are stressed about the wedding for months and months, you can honestly say \"no, I have Teckla\". She was AMAZING. The bridal party was in awe of how she handled everything and the extra little details she thought of throughout the day.The venue was beautiful and there was not a single detail they did not cover. The staff is geniunely concerned with making your day spectacular. Terry, the owner, went around to every single table to make sure things were running smoothly. Bobby the bartender was top notch. There was never a wait time at the bar, even immediately following the ceremony. He will take care of whatever the guests can throw at him.Chef Rhonda knocked it out of the park. It was not the bland chicken and soggy green beans you see at weddings, people were actively asking for the recipes for the briscuit and chicken.It's an incredibly special day for everyone and I can honestly say it was such a pleasure planning it as well. They took care of so much and you can't put a price on a peace of mind. You will not find a better venue. Thank you to everyone at HH for going above and beyond.

AMAZING. WONDERFUL. FANTASTIC. SUPERB. There are truly not enough adjectives to describe how great our experience was with Hermann Hill Weddings. We got married March 24, 2018 and it was the perfect day. If you're debating about whether or not to book your wedding here just do it! Between planning sessions, rehearsal, and the big day they made it easy, stress free, and enjoyable. Our initial planning session with Becki and Teckla was fun and so organized. They matched us with our officiant, Steve, who was perfect for us. Then Donna took over and was phenomenal! She helped us plan the final details and was in constant contact with us making sure we were prepared. She did an additional planning session and walk through with us a month before the wedding just to help us calm the nerves and envision it. Donna and Danah were there on wedding day coordinating with all our vendors and making sure the day ran smoothly. We were able to just relax and live in the moment on our wedding day because of them. Danah snapped some great pictures throughout the night and sent them to us. Donna knew I loved the toasted guacomole so she even made sure I had some set aside for me during the reception! At Hermann Hill they really think of every little detail to make your wedding amazing. Every staff member we met was very accommodating. I can't thank them enough for how wonderful everything was.Not to mention the venue is gorgeous, the food is delicious (shout-out Chef Rhonda), and the honeymoon cottage is amazing. I could continue to ramble on and on but I think you get the point. Hermann Hill is pretty great. Worth every penny spent! (Which price actually wasn't bad considering how all inclusive it is.)

I stumbled across Hermann Hill while at Oktoberfest with my then boyfriend a few years ago. Once I visited, I just knew that was where I wanted to get married even though that wasn't even a thought in our relationship at the time. A few years later, I still had my heart set on it, and I was not disappointed. The staff at Hermann Hill are fantastic. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have the perfect wedding day. They are so accommodating and helpful. Jennifer was my wedding coordinator. She was very laid back and chill, which helped keep me that way as the date approached (since I'm a highly organized and sometime anxious person). She was great. It rained the day of our wedding, but the staff did everything they could to try to make my wish of having the ceremony at the gazebo happen. Unfortunately, mother nature wasn't on board, but the staff were on standby until about 30 minutes out, ready to set up chairs outside if the rain stopped. Jennifer and all the staff helped with all the setup in the reception, so I could just sit back and relax while getting my hair and makeup done. The food was fantastic, and all our guests had a great time and kept telling us how beautiful the venue was. So happy with our choice. We're hoping to go back to stay in the cottages on our 5th anniversary because they're absolutely amazing (but not exactly easy on the wallet).

We still get compliments on our special day - from the decorations to the views (the sunset is so worth it), right down to the food and service. I highly recommend getting married here. It's the perfect backdrop for your wedding day memories! Wish I could relive the day all over again. :)

Hermann Hill Weddings should be the first and last stop in deciding where to have your wedding and reception! We had my daughter's wedding there and Becki could not have been more supportive. She was efficient, professional and kind but she also made it a lot of fun to plan!! We planned the wedding in 3 months and there was never any hesitation with the short time-frame. Becki had it covered and kept everyone on track. Jennifer was amazing the day of the wedding. There were some back stairs that were slippery and I let her know. Next thing I see her with a shovel and ice pellets headed out into the cold to take care of it! One last kudos to the bartender... I forgot his name but he was the bald guy (sorry I forgot your name dude!). He was FANTASTIC! He kept everyone happy and glasses filled. His jolly spirit just added to the joy of the reception! Again, Becki deserves a standing ovation for representing Hermann Hill to the highest of standards. My expectations were not just met, but exceeded!

My wife and I had the perfect wedding at Hermann Hill. We got married on November 18, 2017. It was a rainy day, but she had her heart set on the bluff. The rain passed by about an hour before our ceremony started and we decided to go with Plan A at the bluff. I was amazed at how the team was able to marshall everyone to get the seats dry and the area set up. It was the right call, as the sun came out as we finished our vows and a bald eagle flew overhead during our champagne toast. I can't imagine things going better given the weather we had. The team there is a well-oiled machine. They were professional, courteous, and they think of everything you will inevitably forget while you're having the time of your life. From the moment we decided on Hermann, the staff there were attending to everything we wanted or needed, even if we didn't know we wanted or needed it. Our interactions with Becky, Teckla, and owners Peggy and Terry were all wonderful. Terry in particular was always looking for feedback, always looking to improve the experience. Then of course, there was our fantastic coordinator Lela and her terrific assistant Jennifer who pulled all the strings to get the table layouts right, the ceremony set up at the bluff, and keeping everyone warm with blankets during the ceremony. Hermann Hill offers a great package covering food, drinks, ceremony musicians (which we didn't use, but is a great option), an officiant, a photo booth, and a room in one of the property's cottages. Their wedding trail events also helped us pick out the perfect menu for our wedding as well as local vendors for the florist and baker. Just having those decisions already made or recommended was a weight off of our indecisive shoulders. Chef Rhonda's food was incredible. We especially loved the potsticker and bang bang shrimp appetizers, the Hermann salad, and the toasted ravioli late night snack (a St. Louis staple). We also stayed on the property the night of our wedding, which was a great experience in and of itself. It was nice not having to drive somewhere after the event. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay another night in that fabulous room. A delicious breakfast was delivered the next morning and all of the decorations going home with us were packed away and ready to be wheeled to the car. From beginning to end, our experience at Hermann Hill was one that we will never forget. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Hermann Hill could not have been more wonderful to work with! We had both our wedding and our reception there, and it was absolutely magical! No matter what we wanted to do, the answer was always yes. I cannot speak more highly of our wedding coordinator, Freyja, who made the planning very easy. Even when we had random questions at 9:00 on a Sunday night, I'd email her, and we'd have an answer in about 5 minutes. And on the day of the wedding, I really didn't have to worry about a thing, other than getting married. The Hermann Hill staff took care of everything from setting up all the decorations I'd brought, to the food, to cutting and boxing the cake and serving ice cream. They even had a golf cart ready to transport my grandfather, who doesn't get around so well. All of my guests commented on how beautiful the venue was! And the food! Talk about an amazing meal! We had a Harry Potter themed wedding, and Chef Rhonda was kind enough to come up with the most amazing frozen butterbeer drink (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic for the kids)! Overall, our wedding was absolutely perfect, and we certainly could not have done it without the folks at Hermann Hill.

I am an anxious person to begin with, so naturally my wedding was going to be a very stressful event for me. Hermann Hill did a wonderful job working with me and checking in often leading up to our wedding, and helped me create a very detailed timeline and vision for the day. When our day came, I didn't worry about a single thing (which is unheard of for me!). Any time I needed anything at all, my coordinators seemed to magically appear and take care of everything. Becki is wonderful to work with! Afterwards, I had multiple people tell me it was the best/most beautiful wedding they had ever been to!

My husband and I absolutely loved Hermann Hill! When we were trying to find a venue for an October wedding it came down to two locations. When we compared the two venues side by side Hermann Hill Weddings outshined the other with all the âextrasâ that came along when booking. After we booked, we had our planning session with Teckla and Becki. The planning sessions are very helpful because you go through so man details of what you envision your wedding to be. We also went to 2 of Hermann Hillâs Wedding Trails. The Wedding Trails are perfect because you get to taste their food, meet vendors and check out how the reception hall can be decorated. Our coordinator for our wedding was Becki and she was WONDERFUL! She was so organized and helpful when we were having a hard time making certain decisions. Becki could tell when I was nervous or anxious about certain aspects of our wedding day and stepped in with solutions right away! Every time we spoke before the wedding she helped me feel less anxious about all the logistics of that day. Our actual wedding was perfect!! We received so many compliments from our guests that it was the best wedding they have attended. One of our family members even said, âHow did you find this place?!â. We received tons of compliments that the staff was so friendly and attentive, that the food was delicious and the atmosphere lovely. If we had to plan our wedding all over again we would choose Hermann Hill Weddings, hands down! I would recommend Hermann Hill to all brides as they make sure that your day is absolutely perfect! Hermann Hill Weddings is AMAZING! This was the first place and only placed I toured when I searched around for the perfect place to have my wedding! From the moment our car pulled up, we were sold on the beautiful property, history of the town and the breathtaking taking views inside and outside the chapel. We instantly booked our wedding day! We were in love. We just knew it was perfect and just what we were looking for! From there things got even better. We then attended two of their wedding trails, which I highly recommend. It really helped with planning and helped give us ideas of a vision for our big day! The Planning Session was a blast! I loved how you were able to meet with all your vendors in one day, and then go over your vision with your coordinators to execute your perfect wedding day. We were assigned Teckla as our wedding coordinator and Becki as an assistant. Teckla made our wedding planning flawless and so easy! So easy to contact and always there if you needed her for questions anytime.When the wedding day arrived it was bittersweet. We couldnât wait to get married and share our wedding day at Hermann Hill with our family and friends. But we also knew this was going to mean goodbye to our wonderful wedding coordinators and the whole Hermann Hill staff that had become more like family to us this past year during planning. Our wedding was perfect and the best day of our lives!! Teckla is absolutely the sweetest, caring, down to earth, hardworking and most detail oriented person. She made sure everything was to our expectations and our vision was executed just like we wanted down to every little detail. Teckla always continued to go the extra mile for us, no matter what popped up. Becki helped so much with the little ones (they were 2, and both parents also) in our wedding party and when they wouldnât go down the aisle or were causing some little mishaps. She did everything to entertain them and make it fun to get them to do what we needed them to do! She stepped right in, which I appreciated so incredibly much! Teckla & Becki have the best personalities, and we are so beyond lucky we got to have them both be such a big part of our wedding day! Patrick Dell officiated for us and he did an awesome job too. Made us feel very comfortable and we highly recommend him! We loved how involved the owner was too! He stayed the whole wedding and even went around and visited with all our guests. How cool is that! We continue to have family and friends who just rave about our Wedding day saying it was the best wedding they have ever attended!! The hospitality was highly noticed by all my guests and they just go on and on about how AMAZING everyone and everything was that day! They most commented on and loved: the breathtaking views, how beautiful everything turned out, the delicious wedding food prepared by Rhonda and the incredible hospitality by everyone that was involved that day. If I could I would go back and relive that day over and over again!! We canât thank the whole Hermann Hill team enough for always going beyond the extra miles for us by making sure everything was perfect!Before we left town we had already booked our 1st anniversary trip to come back to stay at the cottages! We had only toured 1 other venue before visiting Hermann Hill and after our tour with Becki at Hermann Hill we didn't want to look anywhere else. The level of service they provide throughout the whole planning process is outstanding. Teckla was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing! We continue to receive compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was, the food and service they received at Hermann Hill. Many have said it was the best reception they have ever been to. I would 110% recommend this place to any bride.

Hermann Hill is a venue that every bride should look at. Me and my husband have gotten engaged at their B&B and then had to get married there in June 2017 after seeing its beauty and great hospitality. Hermann Hill has been apart of our lives ever since we stepped foot there in 2015 when my husband proposed. Then we couldn't stay away. The staff treated you like royalty the entire time on your stay. Once we found out about their wedding trail they host we had to take a look. I am so thankful we did! They had everything at their wedding trail! They had vendors for everything you needed, tours of the venue, wedding coordinators to talk to, food made by the chef which was amazing, and much more. After we saw everything we booked that same day. We fell in love with the atmosphere and the devotion that the staff had for the engaged couples. We waited 2 years to get married. Our wedding coordinator was there touching base every week or month on to do lists and suggestions for vendors. We used all the vendors from the wedding trail. We love our coordinator and she made every moment memorable and even when we booked our date she was there to celebrate with us! They asked us what are two words we want to describe our wedding day and we said romantic and relaxing. They stuck to that no matter what was thrown their way. The staff made sure to take care of EVERYTHING which helped me because I worry too much. The day of our wedding was perfect. The staff handled everything and it all went smoothly. I kept waiting for something to go wrong and my coordinator made sure it didn't. The entire day felt like a dream because it was perfect. It was everything we wanted to be and more. Everything looked exactly how we envisioned it and it was like a fairytale. Our guests continually told us throughout our day how amazing everything was. We got married on the bluff outside and it was perfect! Pictures turned out beautiful. They even had a back up plan for me already set up inside because of the heat. They made everything so easy and relaxing. It was super romantic too. Just like we wanted. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Hermann Hill at our wedding reception. He personally came up and asked if everything was what we wanted. The staff at Hermann Hill treat you like a princess on your wedding day and any other time before that too. Thats what I loved about this place is how amazing the staff was to everyone. Me and my husband also got to stay at one of their beautiful cottages on the night of our wedding too as a gift and it was perfect. Hermann Hill is definitley a fairytale destination. Everything there is magical and very memorable. I will always remember this venue and highly recommend it to any bride in a heart beat.

The staff made sure to take care of EVERYTHING which helped me because I worry too much. The day of our wedding was perfect. The staff handled everything and it all went smoothly. I kept waiting for something to go wrong and my coordinator made sure it didn't. The entire day felt like a dream because it was perfect. It was everything we wanted to be and more. Everything looked exactly how we envisioned it and it was like a fairytale. Our guests continually told us throughout our day how amazing everything was. We got married on the bluff outside and it was perfect! Pictures turned out beautiful. They even had a back up plan for me already set up inside because of the heat. They made everything so easy and relaxing. It was super romantic too. Just like we wanted. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Hermann Hill at our wedding reception. He personally came up and asked if everything was what we wanted. The staff at Hermann Hill treat you like a princess on your wedding day and any other time before that too. Thats what I loved about this place is how amazing the staff was to everyone. Me and my husband also got to stay at one of their beautiful cottages on the night of our wedding too as a gift and it was perfect. Hermann Hill is definitley a fairytale destination. Everything there is magical and very memorable. I will always remember this venue and highly recommend it to any bride in a heart beat.

She was also so so great at finding us an officiant that was able to perform a mixed cultural Sri Lankan and American wedding ceremony. Our ceremony was absolutely amazing!!! Wedding officiant Patrick Dell, you exceeded our expectations! Hermann Hill staff were all so helpful on our wedding day. Even our families coming in was amazed by how helpful everyone were with any questions or tasks that needed to be done. Everything we planned was done right and on schedule. We could not have imagined a better place for our wedding ceremony & reception. The complimentary honeymoon cottage was absolutely breathtaking. We were so glad to find meals already prepared for us in the fridge for next days breakfast and also wrapped left overs from the wedding reception as well. To our surprise Becki and her assistant coordinator Teckla did not stop there. We even found a packed lunch for our ride back home the next day with a note from them! There aren't enough words to say how thankful we are for Becki and Teckla at Hermann Hill. Everyone that attended kept telling us how beautiful everything turned out. I don't even know where to begin with this review. We had the most amazing wedding and planners. Our planner Becki krupp took care of all of my stress, set our tables up perfectly and managed the entire event to what looked effortless (although we know she worked her butt off!). I would get married here time and time again if I could! I just loved it and we have had compliments on this venue nonstop, months after our wedding. I highly recommend this venue for the beautiful wow factor venue, amazing photos and the great staff! I also need to extend this to the amazing Ronda who prepared all of our food. :)

I don't even know where to begin, Hermann Hill was beyond perfect!!! We only toured 2 venues, and after meeting with Becki and seeing the property, I knew that was where I wanted to do our reception. Our process was was about a year and a half and every step of the way was flawless. Less than a year before our wedding, I had some health problems, and they worked with me, to make sure we were able to keep our wedding going. Everything is just perfect. The coordinators are amazing, the property is beautiful!!! We only held our reception there, but the guests were blown away by the beautiful outdoor area overlooking the river. The reception room is stunning with all the chandeliers and all the little extras they do. The reception went smooth, working with Jennifer and everyone was very impressed. The food was GREAT! Everything I tasted was awesome! Considering everything included, the price is not bad at all, and to top it all off, we had a nice stay in the cottage and got to relax in the hot tub after a hectic day. You will NOT regret using Hermann Hill. Such a great choice.

Our daughter and son-in-law were married at Hermann Hill February 11. They had some unique ideas about the wedding, starting with getting married at 9 a.m. We planned the entire wedding in under 2 months. It was simply beautiful. The venue is gorgeous, the food and drinks are great, and the setting is nothing short of spectacular. All that would be enough, but what really puts this place over the top is the personalized care and attention from the staff. Freyja, our wedding coordinator, was simply amazing. She got excited about the little things we were excited about. She listened to every idea, every vision, every little desire for the day, and she came alongside us and helped make it all happen, and happen beautifully! It is evident she loves her job, and I felt like she was an adopted member of the family, only harder working. She seemed to be everywhere, keeping folks happy and making things happen. My husband mentioned to her that his parents got married in Hermann on an unseasonably warm winter day and drove around in a convertible afterwards. She went on a quest with him to find the owners of a convertible in the parking lot to get some photos. We love you, Freyja, and we love Hermann Hill!

WE LOVE LOVE LOVE HERMANN HILL!!!! We were married at Hermann Hill on 10/22/16. Saying that our wedding day was a dream come true would absolutely be an understatement!! From the moment we booked our wedding, we were blown away by everything this venue has to offer. Everyone on their staff was extremely amazing. Our wedding coordinator Becki was there for me anytime I had even the silliest of questions. I felt as if I was working with a best friend. She was always checking up on me, was there for me anytime I needed her - no matter how little the detail, she was always on top of anything that we needed- no questions asked. The wedding day went off without a hitch and we definitely have her to thank for that! The service that our family and friends received by everyone on the staff was something that we could never have imagined. All of our guests keep telling us that it was BY FAR, the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. We were married outside on the RiverBluff. The scenery and views are gorgeous!!! The only thing negative I have to say is that the day went by too fast. I would have loved another day of celebration at this venue. If you are thinking about booking here- you absolutely should! I don't have much experience with weddings. I had to do my research. We were also paying for everything without help from either of our families and I was finishing up my nursing degree so I really had my work cut out for me. 1.) I needed a place we could afford that was beautiful.2.) I needed a place that would be as \"stress\" free as possible3.) I needed a place with good connections to vendors-photography, cake, etc. I choose Hermann Hill for these reasons and because they had flexible packages that I could afford. I put a deposit down to hold our date.I was not sure how I was going to do things at this point but I met Becki. Becki would end up being my wedding coordinator(planner) and I have got to say she was the reason my big day was a success, which was really important to me as this would be the first big event in my family! She suggested we go to a Hermann Hill wedding trail to get an idea of what we wanted. We went to TWO! My husband loved them. I was honest with Becki in where I was at financially, my expectations, barriers I had etc. We found a way to make everything happen. Hermann Hill had a flexible payment option, we chose to get married on a Friday to save money, and the Ultimate 2 wedding package had everything we needed. She introduced me to vendors who were flexible and worked with me in all aspects. She calmed my future husband down and that's not easy to do ;). Rob changed his mind about our colors 4 months away from the wedding! That was handled beautifully although I would NOT recommend you do that! I wish I could upload pictures so you could see how beautiful everything ended up being Check out the Hermann Hill website to look at photos-this helped me immensely. http://hermannmoweddings.com/photo-gallery/ There were some things that were not perfect but as soon as I talked to Becki about them they were fixed and my family is still talking to me about how beautiful Rob and I were, how great the food was, the top shelf drinks etc. The chapel is onsite, my family(especially my family from out of state) had the option to lodge there, vendors were familiar with the site and all of this helped to make my day as stress free as possible. Hermann Hill turned out to be a wonderful wedding venue and looked amazing the day of our wedding! We got married this past October and with the color changes on the leaves and with the Missouri river in the background everything was absolutely beautiful! The staff was so easy to work with from the start as well. Teckla was amazing helping us arrange everything at the beginning and our wedding coordinator Freyja was so responsive and on top of all the details. They truly made this day stress free! The day of the wedding the reception was already set up when we arrived and I was in awe in how everything had come together. Rhonda the chef did an amazing job with the beef brisket we had with dinner and we are still getting compliments about how delicious dinner was. As most people already know you tend to eat very little on your wedding day and our coordinator was sweet enough to put a dinner plate for each of us in our complimentary cottage we stayed in the evening of our wedding. Everything about our wedding day was perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you so much to everyone at Hermann Hill and I would recommend this venue to any bride!

Planning sessions were a blast with Becki and Teckla when we came to pick out things from food to colors for the reception. We went out to a wedding trail one weekend and got to taste food to help us pick for the reception, and also ended up finding everyone there from flowers and cake to photo and DJ! The day before and day of the wedding Becki and Teckla were making sure we had everything we needed and helped us as we were getting extra things I brought set up for the wedding day. The day of the wedding they got my gifts for my husband set up in the groom's room for him and helped us get music going in the girls room, and help get people ready. It was a very hot day and they were passing out water and keeping people cool until the ceremony started and made sure everyone was always where they were suppose to be. For the rest of the night the ladies always made sure my husband and I had fresh drinks in our hands and let us know when things were getting close so we knew when to be over for cake and dances and such. The whole night was just perfect and we are so happy we picked Hermann Hill and got to meet such wonderful, amazing people.

The whole night was just perfect and we are so happy we picked Hermann Hill and got to meet such wonderful, amazing people.

I cannot give Hermann Hill enough praise for everything they did for us in our special day. Our coordinator Teckla was amazing!!! She was there every step of the way to make sure every detail was perfect. She was always on her toes and I could not have had this special of a day without her. Our food was incredible and guest told me this was the best wedding food and wedding they've ever been to. The staff treat you like family and have thought of every thing. The view and Ceremony site are the prettiest in Missouri. I wish I could live that day all over again. We got ready in the brides room, danced and drank mimosas. The waterfall and Little Rock chapel are amazing for pictures. We spent Our honeymoon in the villas on site. They were so clean and had everything, even a hot tub on the deck. We just sat in there that night and reflected on how wonderful and perfect every moment was. I would recommend Hermann Hill over and over again!! Can't wait to go back for our anniversary!!!

Hermann Hill staff became a part of our family as we worked on making our big day perfect. My husband and I got married on Labor Day weekend. Our guests absolutely loved the venue, staff, service, food and drinks! Each and every detail was covered- without a hitch- thanks to our wonderful Wedding Coordinators, Donna and Becky! We would recommend Hermann Hill to ANYONE wanting to get married at a stunning venue, have effortless/easy planning, be budget friendly, and create lasting memories! We LOVED every second of our special day- and it's all thanks to Hermann Hill! (PS- when can we do this again?!) :)
