Situated in Charlotte, TN, Hickory Meadow is a modern farmhouse-style wedding venue ideal for soon-to-be newlyweds who desire a tranquil setting for their big day. Surrounded by 25 acres of scenic beauty, this rural getaway features a spacious barn that can set the scene for ceremonies and receptions. Its combination of classic and contemporary styles will surely charm you and your loved ones. Dedicated to realizing your marital vision, owners Max and Haley Gerber invite you to say âI doâ at this adorable country gem.
Though nestled in a bucolic and peaceful location, Hickory Meadow is within driving distance of Nashville International Airport and Downtown Nashville. The Gerbers established this wedding venue to pay tribute to Maxâs grandfather, a World War II veteran who bought the land during the conflict. They set out to make the barn as distinctive as possible, lending modern touches to its vintage aesthetic. Featuring 6,160 square feet of available space, this barn can provide the perfect backdrop for wining and dining with your guests. Max and Haley encourage their clients to get creative by adorning the interior with their choice of decorations. In addition to weddings, the duo welcomes engagement parties, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners.
Hickory Meadow offers several packages, all of which include access to private suites, furniture, and complimentary parking. The Two Day bundle is their most comprehensive package, boasting 14-hour use of the property, rehearsal time, and access to the venue for engagement photos. The private suites feature a range of eye-catching amenities, such as a bar, a TV, full-length mirrors, and a get-ready counter. As an added touch, your caterer is free to use the prep kitchen, a state-of-the-art facility that has an ice maker, an industrial fridge, and a large counter.

The dream to open a venue began with the desire to honor Max's grandfather, Cleborne Worke. Cleborne bought this land piece-by-piece during World War II. Every time he would receive his wages while overseas, he would send the money home to his wife, Sue, so she could purchase the land.
