We absolutely fell in love with the scenery and vibe that this venue had to offer. We had our wedding there in January and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything went smoothly and everyone loved the food! Our day of venue coordinator Briana was so freaking amazing. She took care of my husband and I all night and made sure we had a great time. I would recommend getting a wedding planner in addition to help set up and break down the event and work with the venue team, and with our wedding planner and Briana's help, the night was perfect.

My wife and I were searching for a venue that had everything we wanted and Hidden Acres had EVERYTHING that we could have imagined. Every other venue we looked at didn't have what we wanted for except here.Even from the beginning, we fell in love with the secluded property that has a stunning backdrop of the San Bernardino Forest. We received nothing but compliments from all of our guests and how beautiful everything was. Sofia was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the whole process and was in constant contact with my wife and I. Everything was perfect from the DJ to the food to the flower person. Sofia gave us a list of vendors to contact for additional things we needed (DJ, flowers, Cigar Roller, Cake) and all of them knew exactly what we were looking for. Just having Hidden Acres and Sofia made planning a wedding in 6 months SO MUCH BETTER. I recommend Hidden Acres to anyone that is looking for a venue that you don't need to hire a wedding planner for. Sofia was an amazing wedding coordinator and helped with EVERYTHING and on the day of, she had it down to a science. My wife and I were nervous about \"wedding food\" but Hidden Acres had an amazing chef and the food was SOOOOOOO GOOD. We had bruschetta, wedge salad with bacon bits, Italian chicken marsala, scallop potatoes and julienne mixed greens. Honestly it's hard to write down how perfect Hidden Acres and Sofia were, but I recommend them to all of my friends who are looking for a venue.

We just got married here last weekend and could not be any happier with our choice. our family would not stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how much they loved the food. The day of coordinator handled everything we needed. My husband and I are both really busy and we work in the non-profit/public education sector, so trust me when I say this place delivers the most bang for your buck while still feeling almost-all-inclusive.

Hidden Acres is the most beautiful venue! The mountains and scenery were perfect. Everything went so smoothly the day of and everything was beautiful. My wedding was everything I wanted and more! The food was delicious! It was just perfect, on every level. Sofia made everything so easy, we felt no stress planning or on our big day! Everything flowed so perfectly. They have everything there to help you plan your perfect day! We're so happy that we were able to celebrate our special day with all of our family and friends at this beautiful place.

Hidden Acres is a stunning place surrounded by mountains and nature. A naturally beautiful place with rustic elements to create a one-of-a-kind wedding with a touch of elegance. A perfect place for ceremony and reception. The staff is very professional and well organized. It was a joy working with Sofia. She helped with the planning from start to end. All of our guest were raving about the venue and how beautiful it was. The view was stunning and everywhere you went it was a perfect opportunity for a photo. Hidden Acres was my dream venue where our fairytale wedding came to life. I strongly recommend Hidden Acres.On a different note, I do want to mention an issue that we experienced with a vendor and the flower wall. Hidden Acres offered an all-exclusive package that included a Photo Booth. The name is Insight Photo Booth. We paid $300.00 to Hidden Acres for a \"white flower wall\" because we wanted our guest to take a picture and we would be able to keep a copy for our \"photo book\" of our wedding. However, it was a disappointment when we saw the flower wall - it was damaged!! Problem one: Flowers were missing at the top of the wall and an entire row of flowers was missing at the bottom of the flower wall. A total disappointment!! Problem two: The Photo Booth was not working for half an hour. As a result, we lost half an hour of service. Problem three: Quality - The filter that was used for the photos was awful. All of the photos looked distorted and the roses on the flower wall came out looking yellow & brown instead of white. Problem four: Wedding Props - The props they brought were for Cinco de Mayo. We got sombreros, clown wigs, and black/red curly wigs. There were only a few props that we were able to use but they were not nice. We were really excited about the Photo Booth and the flower wall to take cute pictures, but we were disappointed to see what we got. As the saying goes, \"if life gives you lemons, make lemonade\" so that is exactly what we did. We got a bad photo booth and a flower with missing roses but we made the best of it. We enjoyed ourselves and took lots of photos.In regards to Insight Photo Booth, I will never recommend their business. They provided us with poor service and they are not a reliable business. We emailed Alan, the owner of Insight Photo Booth, about the issues with the photo booth and he never responded. We also emailed Sofia, the manager at Hidden Acres and she responded saying \" I will pass the feedback along to my boss.\" I truly hope Hidden Acres re-evaluates their vendors closely because it is important to select good vendors that will provide excellent service to your clients.

Part 2 to my husband (Don Greene’s) reviewLast MAJOR issue, coming back to the topic of security, which is now bringing me to sadly write this review as my wife and I will never forget what happened cause it completely took over the entire wedding. We discovered our card box (full of memories we will never get to look back on and money) was gone. My wife and I both got on the phone to call all 100 guest that attended (also the security miss counted our guest and said we had an 85 count found out he didn’t check in everyone) and notify each person what had happened and that we were waiting for video footage. We were told twice that there was security camera footage( the venues camera system, and a separate system which only the owner had access to) to which they back tracked and told us oh we’re sorry they’re not working or they were never turned on. There was never any footage due to power outage so heads up if you book that they are negligent in making sure it’s operating again after the outage which seems to happen very often.The security provided by the venue was promised to keep us safe and he did not. He allowed a young man to come on the property, not a worker or a part of our guest list, during the time the box went missing. We questioned his vehicle and why he was there and it was just brushed off and he wasn’t even a concern to the manager cause he was the boyfriend to her daughter, and when we questioned why he was on the property, the security staff stated, “he comes all the time, he’s no worry.” As if breaking our contract meant nothing to them. My wife never once pointed the finger at the venue staff following the disappearance of our card box with money but they seemed to be okay with pointing theirs during every conversation saying “we can vouch for our staff. Are you sure it wasn’t someone who was apart of your wedding?” Every opportunity they had when we tried gathering information about the box missing was a chance for them to blame our family and friends. It’s very sad how they conducted business handling this as they broke contract by also allowing another group of unwelcome guest to stay on the property during our event and didn’t disclose it to us. I think letting people besides our guest was very distasteful of security and the owners they broke their promise and put my guest in danger. We don’t care who did it but the venue did not hold their promise and were not of help to provide us information like our family was able to. The security was able to remember guest by name and who drove what car but they couldn’t even provide us with any detail of a guest leaving with a rather decent sized white box

Part 1:When we booked with hidden acres, we felt very good in our choice and were very happy with the venue we chose. Pretty much all inclusive, beautiful area my wife and I really loved and felt as though it was a good price point making it a good deal. A big seller we found very appealing about this venue is their security they offer. From meeting at a wedding convention, they described their security to be very professional and tell potential clients that they check in every person who pulls up to the venue on a guest list provided by the bride and groom and if persons are not on the list, they get turned away at the gate. No questions asked they will not be allowed on the property. Biggest Lie as a company which I will get in to later. Looking back on our big day, we wish we would’ve cancelled and saved our money due to many issues with management and the ways things are done at this venue. We unfortunately had to change the date of our wedding due to Covid. We felt it would’ve impacted our big day negatively if we stayed with our original date in 2021 so we postponed it to 2022. When we signed our contract, we were told we have one free change of date. When we decided to change the date of our wedding, we were told that we had to pay an additional 2500$ on top of our original cost. We had our wedding completely paid off by this point so we tried to negotiate a lower price or if there was any way to forgo the changes we had to implement due to this pandemic, but we were told that we had to pay because it was an out of calendar year date of change. Whatever. We paid made sure we got the additional services(photo booth) and just went on with the process. Paid in full the extra on top of what we already paid no questions asked. Next comes final detail. Everything was gone over and all details for our wedding day where documented in further writing for reference. Come our wedding day, it seems as though everything we had gone over on final detail day was completely disregarded and ignored. We were asked when we would like the bar open on our wedding day for our guests to start enjoying drinks. We asked for drinks to start being served at 4pm, an hour before our ceremony start time. Come day of, no drinks were served to any guest before ceremony, including myself, until our day of coordinator, Cortney(who was amazing to my wife and I), got on top of things after my best man and I were denied a drink and I asked her what’s going on? Next issue is going through your contract, you’ll be told that the first round of drinks will be on the venues tab for both bridal parties. As I ordered my drink I asked if my groomsman can now have their beers as it should be on the house and I got told I don’t know let me ask. Therefore I had to run back to cortney to get another issue handled. This was the first of many things that I had to ask Courtney for help with during our wedding instead of just enjoying my time and the company of our loved ones

Hidden Acres is a wonderful and peaceful venue. This is a great place if you’re looking more for an outdoor, forest, rustic look. For over a year, we looked at many different venues but kept coming back to Hidden Acres. We ended up having a small day wedding at the end of May so the weather couldn’t have been better. Our office contact really helped us get all things planned out and was generous enough to give us little more time at the end. We are very happy we chose Hidden Acres for our wedding venue.

We booked this to be what we thought was our dream wedding venue pre-pandemic. Fast forward to June 2020 when we made the tough decision to postpone our December 2020 wedding a year due to the pandemic. A majority of our guest list, including both families, all lived out of state and we were looking at the likelihood that our parents and grandparents wouldn’t be able to safely travel for our wedding. Hidden Acres was the only vendor we had booked that wasn’t willing to work with us even though we even offered to pay the higher 2021 prices to reserve a new available date. They expected us to keep making payments until 6 weeks before our scheduled wedding date without any guarantee to allow us to postpone. When we tried to push back, they stopped responding to our emails (& already weren’t answering their phones at this point). It wasn’t until we asked for our money back and told them we wouldn’t be making any further payments that they offered to work with us but at that point the damage was done. We ultimately decided to cut our losses with this venue and begin our search for a new venue that was more compassionate towards their clients during unprecedented times.

Perfect venue! This venue is just stunning, beautiful views from every angle, it was definitely the perfect place to host our outdoor wedding. The nature aspect provides countless photograph opportunities (we also had our engagement shoot here!) and gives you a more private atmosphere than your typical ballroom. It's a little bit of a drive up the mountain but it's completely worth it. None of our guests had issues with the drive or the lack of cell phone reception. Another big pro is they have all-inclusive packages which are a huge help during the planning process. Their food and cake selections are very tasty to say the least! Our guests always rave about the entrees when reminiscing about the wedding. They also have a handy preferred vendor list for anything not included in your package. Their staff is amazing! Sofia and her team are very helpful throughout the planning process and are great with communication. We had a couple of last minute changes the day of due to the weather, but Sofia and Deanna made everything go very smoothly! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding.

Wow! Let me just say that what I’m about say does not justify this place. I had my wedding July 21, 2019 and it was such a memorable day which is all to the help of the staff at hidden acres. Sophia and Deanna are very very amazing people. They make your special day stress free and cater to you like no other. In my case I actually showed up first rather than my future husband, and right when I arrived they made sure my future husband was no where near me until I walk down the aisle. The venue I selected was called belle terra, I fell in love with this venue and how much greenery was surrounding the area. At the time I arrived I headed to my bridal room where there was mimosas and sandwiches available for myself and my bridemaids. Through out my whole wedding I had no stress of any kind everything was handled by the staff at hidden acres. If I could give more stars I would because this venue is amazing! All my guest mentioned how beautiful my wedding was and how the FOOD was amazing, which typically is always a dilemma at weddings. Some of my guest even got up for seconds and some even took food to go. If I could do it again I would, with hidden acres! Thank you so much. If your a new bride I extremely recommend you to go to this venue! You will definitely love it as much as your guest. Some of my guest want to get married here which says a lot about the location. You will not regret it! I mean it!

Hidden Acres is the most beautiful venue. It is a hidden gem in the Inland Empire. I just had my wedding last weekend. It is a rustic dream wedding.Pros:- Staff is responsive over email and phone.- Bartenders are super nice and open to suggestions.- Easy to decorate because the venue is naturally beautiful on its own.- They are really flexible.- Easy to get whatever rentals you need.Cons:- No WIFI or cell service; but I didn't mind that guests were off their phones the whole time.

A huge thank you to the staff of Hidden Acres!! My daughter’s wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. I couldn’t have asked for better people to plan a wedding with; Cindy is fabulous and went above and beyond to make sure everything was beautiful. Sophia, Francesca, and Deanna made sure our every need and detail was taken care of the day of and made my daughter feel as special as she looked beautiful on her dream wedding day. Matt, the bartender, went out of his way to serve our guests and ensure it was an event to remember!! HA is a hidden gem and has an amazing team. I would highly recommend Hidden Acres; you won’t find a nicer group of people to bring your dream to life.

Hidden Acres is a dream venue. They have a great team of vendors which include flowers, DJ, cake baker, caterer, as well as an amazing team that works at your wedding to make your day flawless! You receive the help of a day-of coordinator as well. The team of people at Hidden Acres have done a fanatic job at perfecting their craft and my day was nothing short of prefect! The only things you need to provide are a pastor, photographer and centerpieces. Hidden Acres is owned by a woman who also own a decor company so if you are in need of any extra decor, they have you covered. I will also include that my guests really loved the setting, the staff, and the food. It was an unforgettable day!

Stop right now because you have just found the perfect venue for your big day!My wife and I fell in love with Hidden Acres from the very beginning; I know this a big decision and it can be nerve wracking trying to find \"THEE PLACE\" to host your wedding, but we've been there and done that - take it from us, this place is magical. Now I know what you're thinking, I can't just pick a place based on one review from a stranger, but we are very cautious people, too, and we don't like to jump into things without giving it some thought first. We also don't like to throw away our money, so we researched numerous venues after our first walkthrough, but it felt like God just kept leading us back to where we began, Hidden Acres.Other venues didn't live up to the hype. They would disqualify themselves from our short list by providing poor customer service, failing to communicate or offering little value for the money they were demanding - one was even going under renovation during our wedding date. Besides all that, though, we just knew deep down we were always meant to get married at Hidden Acres.We finally decided to pull the trigger and we signed our contract in early February. We were able to customize a plan that worked for our budget and Hidden Acres provided us with a payment schedule that we could afford. Twelve months of planning came to fruition on January 20th 2019 and it was a night my wife and I will never forget. We have received so much praise from our guests in regards to the venue, the food (people actually got up to get seconds, and we've been to plenty of weddings,now, we know wedding food typically isn't very good), the decor, the staff, and especially our day of coordinator, Sofia. Honestly, Sofia is worth her weight in gold. She went way above and beyond to make our wedding special and as stress free as humanly possible. She was such a pleasure to work with - we were confident that with Sofia backing us up, we could cut loose and enjoy ourselves. Please, do yourself a favor and make an appointment to tour the property, you won't regret it. Remember to tell them Paul & Kandice sent you!

Our wedding was so special and gorgeous because of Hidden Acres! This venue is above and beyond others that we toured. Their price includes 8 hours of use the day of, day of coordinator, ceremony & reception locations, use of the grounds for engagement photos, delicious dinner with tasting to choose your items, cake, and DJ! The only things you really need to bring are your photographer, pastor & centerpieces! The venue is owned by a very talented decorator who also owns a decor company and you can rent items from her company for use on your day, or bring your own! You can really make it your own or have the venue do all the work, which is what I loved! The wedding day went off without a hitch and the staff was beyond excellent. They made sure we had a truly magical day! I also had a lot of guests say they were surprised because they hardly noticed the staff and servers during the reception. That's how great this venue and staff are! We had an amazing day, I only wish it would have happened more slowly so I could have taken everything in even more! We would highly recommend this venue!!

My husband and I had our wedding July 28th 2018 and we LOVED it! It was very important to us that our wedding looked just how We envisioned it and they gave me just that. I actually live in Florida so I was never able to actually personally be there but I was amazed at how everything came together so perfectly 💗💗 Cindy and her husband are so awesome and all the staff were really great with the guests. Dj Ann and the O’Ryan photographers recommended to us through the venue were the best as well. We are so so happy we chose this venue. For anyone considering this venue for their wedding I assure you they will give you nothing short of a perfect dream wedding !! I never had to worry about anything at all besides what my vision was for my wedding and they helped bring my vision to life. THANKS HIDDEN ACRES !!!💗

Got married 9/15/2018, and I’m already having wedding withdrawals. Hidden acres is a perfect outdoor wedding. My dream wedding was to have a garden style feel and couldn’t be more happier that it came true! If you want that rustic feel , being in the middle of the forest then this is definitely the spot for u! I’m all about details, and they had it all. Sofia did such an amazing job as our coordinator and made sure I felt calm on the day of the wedding. Thank u so much for providing such great service! Would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married in the future!

We had our wedding at Hidden Acres on 8/19/18. It was a beautiful day. We were married on the Bella Terra side. Our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful the venue was. Hidden Acres also works with great vendors that made our day complete with a DJ, cake, and flowers. Sofia did an excellent job coordinating and organizing the day with us and we felt like the venue represented us very well. We highly recommend this venue if you are looking for an affordable outside venue.

Hidden Acres was everything we wanted in a venue and more! We were looking for a beautiful outdoor venue surrounded by nature where we could dance the night away under string lights and Hidden Acres did not disappoint. We were married here last month and our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food was, and how great the whole evening went! Francesca did an amazing job coordinating the event and was always there to answer questions and provide guidance from start to finish. Everything came together exactly as we imagine! The venue includes your delicious food, beautiful flowers, amazing cake, and DJ...saving you time and money and reducing the stress of planning and coordinating vendors. There are two beautiful sites to choose from and we got married on the Bella Terra side where everything was recently renovated and picture perfect. I honestly can't say enough good things about Hidden Acres and Francesca! You need to book your wedding here!!

I booked my wedding when it was under the previous owner and different name. I had been one of the brides that had been affected by the actions of the previous owner. When my Mom, my Husband, and I went to see why no one had been returning our calls we found out our money was gone. However, the new owners and the wedding planner we had initially dealt with, Francesca, ensured we could still have our dream wedding. Sure enough on July 29th, 2017 I got to marry my best friend all because of the commitment and love that of owners and staff at Hidden Acres have for their customers. Even after your special day, you leave knowing that you will have a forever family with them.

Hidden Acres is truly a hidden gem,October 15, 2017After visiting a handful of venues that were either way over priced (hidden fees) or not anywhere near aesthetically what their photos showed, my husband and I were getting so discouraged till one day we literally googled \"hidden wedding venues\" and Hidden Acres popped up!After touring the venue, we were able to have a great discussion about budget and expectations with Francesca. She was so honest and accommodating and assured us she would take care of us during this time. We felt so comfortable with her and were so excited to book with Hidden.Hidden Acres was a perfect balance of included services, and DIY freedom. To top it off the food there is insanely good; we had such a hard time nailing down food options because they all tasted so good!2 months before our wedding my mom had a heart attack and was scheduled for a long recovery in the hospital. We weren't sure till the day before if she was even going to be able to attend our wedding, but amidst this unfortunate situation we knew things would go smoothly on our big day. Francesca even texted occasionally to check-in on my mom and see how we were doing, and helped figure out a wifi option for face-time with my mom at the hospital. There were a few scheduling issues, but Francesca ( or Sophia the manager) would always be prompt to call us, and figure out a solution, and also work with our schedules.Long story short, Francesca and all the staff we encountered at Hidden Acres were so friendly, easy to approach with questions & concerns, and so sweet. I was married here in October 2016. I was one of the first weddings there after this company had taken over the venue after much fiasco from the previous owner. And let me tell you, these ladies did a phenomenal job! Everybody was in awe of our wedding! They upgraded many decorations for us to give me my dream wedding! They went above and beyond expectations! We got married on the lakeside of the venue. They’ve upgraded and done so much in just the year they’ve taken over. I highly recommend this venue if you’re looking for an outdoor wedding!

We got married on September 30th, 2017 at hidden acres and it was the best decision we've made!! The venue is beyond gorgeous and exactly what we envisioned in our rustic themed wedding. Our coordinator sofia was so helpful and made sure the day ran so smooth! We can't thank all of the hidden acres staff enough for creating lasting memories for us and our guests!
